My Shadoe boy passed away February 8, 2024. We got him back home on the 13th. They got him home quickly and I was told they took good care of him. He's home now. I'm missing him dearly. He was my best fur friend.

Everyone that I have encountered here has been wonderfully kind and helpful. Jeff has been beyond amazing. He is easy to get in touch with and has been willing to help me throughout the whole process. I asked to sit and wait for my girl, Olive, while she was being cremated. Jeff was so accommodating in arranging a time for me to come. He even came and picked me up when my Lyft ride went awry. I am so very thankful for the care that both Olive and I have been given by Jeff and his team during this time of grief.

Pet Angel did offer to attempt to do a reverse print in clay, but I’m afraid to take any chances, and they did make it right in other ways. But like with any business, staffing and training can be more of a challenge, so just ask they double check quality before it’s too late. I suggest this practice with anyone you do business with nowadays.This is far below the quality I received with other pets paw print plaques. Extremely disappointed and a little heartbroken.I won’t share photo of the print but the white is quite a disappointment and poorer quality than the terracotta. the photo frame size is also different.I was going to purchase two urns but that won’t happen now.

Our sweet Lab/Dane passed at home on Sept 30... a Saturday night.. before we were able to have someone come to the house for euthanasia. I called Pet Angel who our vet recommended. Jeff was compassionate and caring. He referred us to In Their Honor who came by quickly to transport Waffle (125 lbs.) to Pet Angel. Jeff called us once Waffle was cremated. We received a beautiful blue velvet bag which contained a carved wooden box. In the box was a purple satin bag with Waffle's ashes. Also a pawprint and certificate. However, most important for me in the bag were two brochures... a Support Guide for Coping with the Loss of a Companion Animal and Understanding Grief of a Pet.Wonderful information that has helped me through the grieving process. I keep these brochures close on my desk to refer to as needed. Thank you Jeff for helping us through this process.

I used Sweet Dreams In-Home Euthanasia at the recommendation of our vet for our sweet girl, our chocolate lab, almost 13 yrs old, and they use Pet Angel for cremation services. I’m happy with Pet Angel services. Our girl went to the rainbow bridge Thursday, her certificate stated she was cremated (private cremation) on Sunday and called Tuesday for pick up, in a gorgeous cedar urn. Jeff was lovely and gracious, he brought her out to me since I had my toddler in the car, and my child doesn’t know or understand what’s happening, and couldn’t be more thankful for Jeff bringing her outside to protect my son. Thank you Pet Angel for the expeditious return of our puppy girl, and thank you Jeff for doing something so simple, but means so much to me.

Pet Angel has always gone above and beyond with handling my fur babies. Their customer service is top notch. The deliver driver handles each baby with care, and after many conversations with him, you can tell this team is passionate about aftercare. I’ve always had great experiences with turn around times. Even if you choose communal cremation from your vet clinic, I know they handle every baby with care and respect. I can’t say enough about Jeff, Michael, and the rest of the team for always answering my calls (personal and from my clinic) and handling my babies. They have even arranged private viewings (for an extra fee, I won’t hide that fact, and I am willing to pay it for a final goodbye) Forever a customer and admirer of the work you all do. ✨

September 17th helped my 18 yo heart dog cross over. Made 1 call to Jeff and he handled the rest. It's not easy being consumed in grief to deal with details. Pet Angel's Jeff, showed compassion and professionalism to me and my fur baby. Thank you for being there on our time of need.

It's taken me 6 months to be able find the words to describe how I felt dealing with Pet Angel. Uncaring. Cold. I didn't have a choice on who my baby went to, as the vet that put my sweet Daisy to sleep used them and transported her there. I was called to pick her up and when I arrived, I rang the doorbell. I stated why I was there and a few minutes later the door opened and a bag was held out to me and the door closed in my face. No condolences. No "sorry for your loss". Nothing. I sat in my car and held her ashes and cried until I was able to drive. No one deserves that.

I can’t express enough on how thankful and happy I am for Jeff and Pet Angel. My children have loved Layla for over 5 years and they were very sad of her passing. Jeff was very kind and even expressed his condolences to my children. He even asked if they wanted to spend more time with her before he took Layla away. Thank you so much for all your help and the cremation of our beloved Layla. She will be missed. Pet Angel is absolutely amazing!

I had used Pet Angels this past January 2022, (recommended by my Vet.),when I lost my Abby of 14yrs. Their compassion and professionalism made my grieving easier. Now 6 months later (7/2022) I have lost my Chloe, "sister of Abby." I did not hesitate in having Pet Angels and Michael care for her. It hasn't been easy loosing my two furbabies 6 months apart. I can't say enough good things about these folks. Over many years I have lost several beloved family pets, most recently our dog Noodle and they were always the bright spot at a dark time. My children never wanted cremation, so they kindly picked up our pets from the vet and prepared the bodies to bury. We purchased very nice granite headstones and what I thought very reasonable prices. But it's really more their caring attitude and concern that made me take the time out to write a review. So many companies don't give a fig these days, it really touched me to find one that does.

I cannot say enough about how great, thoughtful, sympathetic and professional Jeff and his team are.Loosing a good faithful pet friend after so many years is not easy to get over quickly and you always want them to be well taking cared of even after they're no longer with you. Our family could not have chosen a more caring place to handle the care and cremation of our precious Sophie. Jeff was amazing from beginning to end. His communication with us regarding preparations throughout the whole process was outstanding! This place makes you feel at ease and Jeff is so comforting every step of the way. I was actually in disbelief at how seamless and pleasant he made this very sad situation be from the inviting warm surroundings to his reassuring words. Our sweet Murphy passed away unexpectedly and our vet told us to contact Pet Angels. Michael and Jeff were so kind during our immediate moments of grief. They rearranged their schedules to accommodate our needs and picked up Murph within an hour of his passing. Jeff was patient with us as we all said our goodbyes at the front door. They kept Murph safe, as we had to go out of town the next day and checked in with me when Murph was ready to come home. Everyone I spoke with and met was extremely professional and deeply compassionate. You all truly are pet angels. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

I can't say better things about Jeff and Pet Angel. Everyone was very welcoming, sympathetic, and the atmosphere was clean and peaceful. Obviously losing a pet is always traumatizing and painful, but we are so relieved knowing that our little Flowers is resting peacefully in their cemetery. Unlike some other pet cremation services, they offer several different options depending on your budget/wishes. Thanks so much y'all.

I just recently dealt with Pet Angels due to the loss of my Cocker Spaniel Bosley and I felt that the experience was as good as it could have been in these circumstances. I never got the impression that they were anything but caring and kind, so I too will have to agree that I have no idea what the negative reviews are about. My baby was cremated with in a 3 day time frame and he was placed in a beautiful black marble urn. When I arrived to pick up Bosley they walked his beautiful urn to my car to ensure that he was safely placed in my truck. I loved my dog to the moon and back and I felt that he was properly cared for in my absence. I don't understand how people would complain about the price of moving their baby on and respectfully placing them in the receptacle that you personally selected. I am sorry for everyone's loss that loses a sweet animal, but let us not get confused about the loss of our animal and turn that blame on the facility that is attempting to give our babies grace and dignity in their passing. I am very upset and at times mad about the loss of my beautiful baby but I am able to maintain the difference between the loss of my babe and the process of returning him respectfully to my care.

I called Pet Angel for information about their cremation services since I knew it was something I would need in the near future. I didn't know at the time it would be the next day. Zorro's cremation was handled with the perfect combination of compassion and professionalism, and I got him back the next day which helped make this heartbreaking process much more bearable.

I lost my sweet sweet baby girl of 13 years. She was a young 15 when she had to go back home. She was my everything. My whole world got ripped from me and now I am all alone. Thanks to these wonderful people I am able to keep her with me at all times. Her paw print is beside me in bed every night. I can't sleep without holding it. It means the world to me. I know for a fact that its hers because of the 2 little divets she had on the bottom of her paw. I can't wait to use it for a memorial tattoo.

With all the hub bub this place has recieved about they are licensed and been around forever I sure expected more from them than what I went through dealing with them. For the price I paid ($160- which is insane but they had me over a barrel hence I did not want to drive around with my deceased family member to do this cheaper) for a 5 lb cat and my vet "threw in" a paw print of my beloved cat you would think 1) they wouldnt have given a paw print with nails extended out as a cat does in fear or aggression and 2) at least bake it for the client since they paid $160! But no it came back with instructions on how to do it yourself. Not pleased at all. The ampunt of time some businesses are open does not equate quality of care. Lesson learned a extremely hard way!

Not sure about the negative reviews. The staff was caring and the price was reasonable for an individual cremation with a nicer box. Turnaround time was a few days. Would definitely for pet cremation.

When I had my cat pretty boy cremated my fiancé asked them if they could please keep his halter & his tags that he was wearing, they said sure it'd be no problem, just a few hours later my mother in law called them to ask if they'd keep his halter & tags as well, again they said it wouldn't be a problem, & just to add that little extra reminder she even called again a few days later & once again they told her the same thing, but when me & my fiancé went to pick him up we didn't see his halter or tags so we asked where they were to which the woman responded that they had been cremated with him & that no one told them to save the halter or tags, she called the man who works there & he insisted the same thing, that no one had told them to save anything so we then called my mother in law & had her check her phone records which proved she had spoken to them twice & we had her do so right in front of the man, I then asked where the metal tags were because if they had cremated the halter with him then the tags would still be there since they wouldn't just turn to ash, him & the woman both continuously avoided the question, needless to say I demanded a refund & had I not received it on the spot, let's just say my lawyer would have been pretty busy today.I will never give any sort of positive recommendations about this place, its awful, but I sincerely hope no one else has to bring they're loved ones here... but if any one does have to go to this place then for 1) I am so sorry for your loss & 2) I hope you don't have to deal with the same experiences that I dealt with because of these people.
