Augusta Pet Crematory provided the most wonderful service to us with great compassion and understanding. We are fortunate in Augusta to have such an incredible group of people who show great empathy. Darryl and Thomas were outstanding in their work and expertise. Thank you for helping us say goodbye to our sweet Teddy!

I unexpectedly had a pet loss over the weekend and had to look for pet cremation available in the area. After much research, Augusta Pet Crematory was by far the most kind and respectful choice for my family. They answered all my questions, were very upfront with the cost and process, and every person I interacted with was so pleasant. The whole process was completed within the same day. They were able to do footprints and got me a fur clipping upon request. I will be forever grateful for the respect they gave my pet and my family during this time of loss.

The staff at The Augusta Pet Crematory were so sweet and helpful! We lost our 14 year old collie and they were so nice to us and it was affordable. I would recommend them to anyone having to unfortunately go through this!

This was the first time I ever personally took a dog to Augusta Pet Crematory and I was so overwhelmed by their compassion for both me and my dog. I was able to pick her cremains up several hours later. They make a heartbreaking situation a little more bearable.

There is a truly wonderful, caring and compassionate pet cremation service out of Williston SC which goes beyond and above for the pet parent(s) and their furry friends. Would not recommend Poteet as they are only in it for the $$$$.

Very respectful people. Allowed me to say goodbye to my friend. Their understanding of the situation is bar none the best. I wish them the best and am grateful for their handling of my family member.

I'm here visiting from Ohio when my lil dog passed away this morning..they was able to get my Dino in and ready to pick up this place is amazing..I totally recommend them..great staff!!.thankyou
