I lost my boy very unexpectedly yesterday and am very fortunate to have found this business. Tracy is very kind and was able to have us come out within the hour that we called her. We already have him back with us a day later and she got a few of his paw prints for me as well. Sunshine was the first cat I ever got to share my life with and she handled him with the care he deserved. I hope I never have to recommend her to anyone but if the need arises I absolutely will.

Tracey is amazing and so nice. We lost our pup in the middle of the night and she answered our call and was able to take him and get him back to us a few days later. She’s amazing, the care and the work she does can’t be beat. Thank you again.

I lost my 22 year old daushand/Chihuahua mix yesterday. Ms. Tracy was so understanding and so compassionate. She called me last night to tell me he was ready. And today I picked him up. And she gave me 2 of his paw prints. She was nothing but kind toward me. After I called her all crying. I would like to say thank you to her for helping me during this hard time. I would recommend her to anyone. It hard when you loose a part of your family. And she will take good care of them until they are back in yours hands.

I can’t for the life of me figure out how this place gets good reviews! I unexpectedly lost my dog at home and had to call Blue Pearl. This is the only service they use. Not one single time did this woman say she was sorry for our loss, not once! Finally met with her to get our dogs ashes and she was late! No apology just a complaint about how busy she was. We had masks on (you know, the pandemic) and she didn’t. Kept getting really close to my daughter and my daughter said “do you want a mask?” And she said “I’ve had my shots”. Had my shots? Good God! I don’t think $200 for ashes in a plastic container is affordable!

All I can say is that she was very caring very patient and kept me in the loop and made sure I got my dogs ashes back that same night.She worked with me and she offered to come in when ever to accommodate my family’s loss.And give us time to grieve.

We took my baby here ! One year old Gunner !!! Loved every part of the interactions with her ! I apologize u can't remember her name...but thanks to her I have my baby paw print and my boy is back home with us ❤❤❤ an unfortunate event but met thee sweetest person through it and I know my buddy was well taken care of in this process

Ms. Tracy was very understanding of my daughter's wishes. My daughter is in Afghanistan when the tragic accident happened. She did everything for us and I can't thank her enough.
