It has taken me over a year to write this review, but I'm beyond grateful for these people and what they do. They showed me so much love and compassion when I was a mess over losing my boy. He passed at home and I was grateful for them being in this location as it's not far from my home. I will forever be thankful for everything they've done for me and allowing me a little more time to grieve before starting the process. If you see your fur baby as your child like I do, I HIGHLY recommend this place for their aftercare.

I wanted to make sure I recognized Honor My Pet in Acworth for the care and compassion they gave us with preserving special memories of our Woody. From the first moment after Woody crossing the Rainbow Bridge- Honor My Pet was the most remarkable company to work with. From calling to extend their condolences to us for losing Woody to taking care of the memories we chose to have of Woody - they were the best!!!! I can not recommend them enough. During one of the hardest times of our lives, especially my daughter’s, the amount of love and caring you provided us is beyond words. I can’t thank you enough for the care and helpfulness you gave us and our baby during this time. My then 6 year old wanted a puppy that stayed a puppy and for 12 years that’s exactly how he stayed and acted and he was always by her side.I would recommend your company to anyone that loses a beloved pet, they are not just animals they are family.

I’m so grateful for the care Honor My Pet took with my beloved dog, Asha. Their services were a great comfort to me when I lost my precious rescue dog of 9 years. We brought our Asha to them within a couple hours of her passing and they gently explained the process to me and apologized for my loss. I’m so glad to be able to have my girl with me for the rest of my life thanks to their cremation services. I don’t have any other dogs right now, but I have been recommending Honor My Pet to my friends and family. The service they provide is truly priceless.

There’s no need to divulge the details of the accident or their beyond generous gesture, but it shows that they are in this line of work for reasons beyond business. Bless this family/company! With the passing of my sweet Bella, my heart was completely shattered and I had such a deep loneliness and sadness over me. Bella passed in the early morning hours - 2:35am to be exact on a Tuesday. I didn't know how this worked or what I was truly doing. All I knew is I wanted the best for my fur baby and didn't want to bury her. So we started searching for a place. We called one place and they were so cold and just a call center environment, couldn't really answer my questions - kept telling me during business hours someone could give me more information. When I contacted HMP. - Eddie was so kind and compassionate on the phone, answered all my questions and was immediately on his way to my home in the early morning hours with no hesitation. When he arrived, again compassionate offered his condolences, told me he was in no hurry and when I was ready just to let him know. When he took Bella from my arms he cradled her just like she was one of his own, offered his condolences again and said they would take good care of her. When it was time for Bella to be brought back home, I met Debbie. She too was amazing, kind, compassionate and caring. I couldn't have asked for a more comforting experience than what Debbie and her team provided me. Throughout this whole process, they stayed in contact with me and comforted me and I am just thankful that this family provides such a caring service to all and to those of us who love our pets like our children. I am truly blessed to have met such a loving family and I would recommend them a 1000 times over. I feel in my heart GOD placed them in our world to offer such a beautiful and wonderful service to us all. Bella's urn is so beautiful, the engraving and the paw prints - everything is so meticulously beautiful. I will definitely use them again and recommend EVERYONE to use Honor My Pet Crematory. They are truly a family and not a business!Update: December 2022 we lost another family member our German Shepard Cinder. Debbie and her daughter came and AGAIN professional caring supportive compassionate all the same attributes as back when Bella passed..I cannot express enough how amazing this family is. I know it's a business but they truly are family. They will always be my only choice. You are in great care with them!!

I can't say enough great things about Honor My Pet. My sweet girl died in my arms late Saturday afternoon and I had no idea where I could take her on a Saturday night especially as an emotional wreck that I was. I found them from doing a Google search and I truly believe that God and my Gracie girl led me to them. Eddie was so kind and allowed me to bring my girl to their office because I needed that last car ride with my girl. When we got there he allowed my mom and I as much time as we needed with our girl. He handled her with such care when we moved her from her bed and listened to me ramble on about her. When we left I knew she was left in great hands. Fast forward to today, I was fully ready to drive back up to the office to pick her up, but recieved a text saying that they were going to personally bring my girl to me. Eddie's wife Tammy, brought me my girl and was so sweet and caring when handing her over to me. Gracie's urn is beautiful as well as the display of her paw print, paw imprint, and vile of fur. I could not have asked for a better place to take my soul dog to. Thank you so much for everything.

My baby girl Caja Rae passed away in the middle of the night and I needed help immediately and could not wait until 9am for someone to get back to me. I called Honor My Pet and Eddie answered the phone, mind you, it’s 4am maybe. He got up out of his bed and met me at the office and got my baby situated for cremation. It was so fast and easy and they were there in a time of need which makes Honor My Pet superior to all other pet cremation businesses! Thank you so much! I wasn’t ready to let my baby go, my heart is still heavy, but I appreciate you all being there when I had no one else to turn to.

My baby boy died on March 20th 2023. Honor My Pet Crematory really came through in my time of need. Not even 2hrs after he died they were here to get him promptly. Today they returned my boy to me. They are angels here on earth. Thanks for all you guys do. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We were in town visiting family when my senior fur baby, Sprout, suddenly and unexpectedly passed away Saturday while we were not around. I began searching on Google to see where we could have him cremated and saw Honor My Pet as an option as they had great reviews.I was an emotional wreck and still in a state of shock, however Eddie answered the phone and had a very calming and caring voice. He picked Sprout’s body up a couple of hours after I had called him.I wish I could say that everything went smoothly from that point forward, however it did not. I had marked on the form that I wanted 2 pieces of jewelry and the jewelry process was poorly explained to us. Instead of following up and asking which jewelry we wanted, it just was not done. When I asked why, I was told because I had not paid for it….even though it was marked on the invoice. Like most people are, I was still very shaken up and once I marked what I wanted, I handed over my card to pay assuming the correct amount would charged.I expressed that I was upset and they were kind enough to offer one piece of jewelry for free however they had already left the office for the day and said they would send me a picture of the jewelry they had in stock.I did receive a picture of the jewelry they had but unfortunately they did not have two of the ones I wanted from the selection so I opted for just 1 necklace instead of 2. Ok, I thought, I can just find jewelry elsewhere and have it customized the way I want it. Inconvenient, yes, but fixable.My husband drove today from TN to GA and back to pick up Sprout’s ashes and memorial items.I was going through everything and I noticed the clipping of his fur was nowhere to be found, which is MUCH worse than the jewelry mishap.I reached out to them and they looked into it. Eddie says he must have missed it on the paperwork.You only get ONE chance to collect these things before cremation starts. I had a plan on what I wanted to do with his fur. I am SO upset.As much as I enjoy supporting family owned businesses, there were one too many mistakes and I cannot trust that they would not make mistakes again.A refund for services has been offered and I have accepted, however NO amount of money in the WORLD will right this wrong or take away the stress on top of the grief.I will say they are very nice people but that unfortunately doesn’t excuse missing very important items on an invoice with something as permanent as cremation 😢💔

So grateful for Honor My Pet. I recently had to make the very difficult decision to say goodbye-for-now to my beloved kitty boy. I called Honor My Pet and they were so very kind and easy to communicate with. They were able to pick my boy up from the veterinarian office that day, and contacted me shortly after about payment. Within the week they had my boy back to me, and at rest in a very beautiful hand carved wooden urn. They were so caring and easy to work with, and made a very sad and difficult situation a little bit lighter.

My loving Kat, Mittens, passed to the Rainbow Bridge in the late afternoon of August 2nd.He was 12 years old.I took him to a vet in Cartersville, Ga. a few days before he Left.His diagnosis was Grim!Kidney Failure.I was despondent!I thought of buring him in my front yard, but because I was considering moving, I thought about having him cremated instead.This way he'd Always Be With Me.I contacted "Honor My Pet"and Arranged to have my Best Friend cremated.This was a Good Decision because the place was immaculately Clean, so I knew these people Really Care about our four-footed furry friends!They home-delivered his Beautiful urn to my front door the next day.I will highly recommend "Honor My Pet" to All My Friends!My Best Friend, Mittens shares my heartfelt sentiments!😸😸❤️❤️

Today is Christmas Eve. It has been 1 month to the day since we lost our Joey. Words cannot express how grateful we are to Honor My Pet, Debbie, Tammy and family. They were there for us when we lost our Joey the day after Thanksgiving. Our hearts are still broken but their support, comfort and service are greatly appreciated. They were patient and gave us all the time we could ask for. We had contacted HMP 30 days earlier. They responded immediately and were ready to help. Joey rallied for another 30 days. We are so grateful that we had a chance for a little more time with him before we had to make the painful choice to help him make the transition. After working with our vet on short notice we were able to contact Debbie and they responded immediately that day. Joey was so incredibly special in every way. He was truly unique to everyone who got to meet him. We will forever miss our Joey but thank you to everyone who helped us. We will never forget your kindness and understanding.

We lost our Buddy on the night of Dec. 30th and were at a loss on what to do next. The vets office was closed on Sunday New Year’s Eve and of course the next day was New Year’s Day, everybody was closed. After calling one pet crematory service and no one answering I called Honor My Pet, and they certainly did just that. Eddie answered the phone right away and met us at their place of business within 30 minutes. He could have been nicer nor more caring and compassionate. He took great care of Buddy, and even brought him to us on his way home from work. The keepsake box in an excellent choice for Buddy’s remains and will aHave a place of honor in our home. I cannot recommend Honor My Pet any stronger than I do when I say these people care for you and your loved one in a very trying time. When the time comes, and I am sorry that it will for you as it did for us, call Honor My Pet for the absolute best and most caring service. Gods Bless you all.Jim & Fabian

Our sweet Ashley passed at home. It was quite late at night, and we were concerned with how we would be able to get her out of the home and properly cared for. Honor My Pet not only quickly responded but Eddie was incredibly kind throughout the entire process and the team made sure we felt well taken care of. They returned her remains to us a few days later in a beautiful urn and we will forever be thankful they were there for us in our time of need.

I just want to say that these ladies are amazing. It's not often in this world you find people like them, so kind, caring, and comforting. I am so happy I chose them to take care of my dog Hooch. Hooch has been in my life since he was 3 1/2 weeks old and he had just turned 14 on 11/18/21, I got him when I was 16. He had been there with me through every up and down in my life he was my baby, so I was not very trusting of anyone just taking him to be cremated. When I called and they said they were sorry for my loss and let me talk and cry on the phone before asking for any info then and there I knew they were the ones. When they came and picked him up they let me talk about him and show them pictures. We shared stories of my dog and theirs. They were not in a hurry to pick him up and go. They talked to me, comforted me and made me feel great about them taking him. That is when I knew I made the right choice. When they brought him back they let me know when and were there and just made me feel better with kind words, because it's just as hard to drop off as it is to pick up. These ladies are the absolute best and I recommend them to everyone!I just want yall to know that you made a huge impact in my life and I am truly grateful for everything you do and did for me. It was not just a service you provided it was so much more. It may not have seemed like a lot to you, but it meant the world to me. Keep doing what yall are doing. I wish yall a Merry Christmas and the best in your life. I hope it's not soon but I will be calling yall the next time.Thank you so much!!!

Honor My Pet Crematory are some of the sweetest, genuinely care, and professional people I've ever met in my life. From the moment I brought in my son's dog of 15 years, Sergeant Chance, they showed care and love for him. Our sweet Sergeant Chance will forever be with and because of these folks he was given the highest honor of respect and care. I can’t say enough positive things about Debbie and Tammy at Honor My Pet Crematory Services! They were so helpful and compassionate. We had buried our pet 10 years ago and decided we wanted to have her cremated in case we ever moved. They were so accommodating in helping us do this.

Our boy Max passed away somewhat suddenly yesterday and we wanted to do an private cremation for Max and just bring him back home as quickly as we could ,we found this facility (an hour and 10min south of us ) ,so we called and spoke to Eddie and he agreed to meet us when we got to the area . He never hesitated and meet us warmly ,very heartfelt .He explained the process and expectations ,we were comfortable leaving our Max’s remains with him and returned a few hours later to take his urn back home with us .We received a lovely small wooded box urn and he added a small bag of cremains that we could use for jewelry if we wanted .Eddie was also thoughtful to add a nose print along with a paw print .(just a side note that meant alot to me .Max never allowed us to touch his feet but when he was passing ,I was looking at his paws and on one of them he had a small pebble in his pad .I almost removed it but decided to leave it alone ,it just so happens that the paw print I got back has the marking of that pad with the pebble !)We were extremely grateful for the service offered and the availability at an odd day and time (it was a Sunday ,late afternoon/evening )We have 4 other fur babies and know if we ever need this service again who we will call upon .

My sweet Bonnie Blue died very suddenly on Sunday afternoon. We were very devastated! We called Honor My Pet and they answered and we were able to take her to their location in Acworth which is really close to us and they treated us very well. I couldn’t ask for better given the incredibly difficult situation that we were in. I would recommend this company to anyone! They were wonderful!

Interacting with them made me feel much better because I knew that I had found caring people to handle Daisy’s cremation. I lost my beloved Zoe, my Boston Terrier of 14 years, on a Sunday morning. I had no idea what to do and someone mentioned checking online for cremation services. I found Honor My Pet and they offered 24 hour service. They were able to come to my home and get my dog so she could be taken care of properly on the weekend. I was treated with respect as was my Zoe. Within 2 days I was contacted and I had her ashes returned to my door by hand in a gift bag and she was in a proper container with her paw print framed for me. I highly recommend Honor My Pet to anyone in need. This is a most difficult time and they made it a little easier. Thanks so much for your care and respect!

Tammy and the staff at Honor My Pet were absolutely fabulous! You can tell that they all have a special place in their hearts for dearly departed pets. Their new location is convenient and their waiting area has a very "homey" feeling. If/When any of our other pets pass on, we will be looking to Honor My Pet Crematory for more great service.

Today is Christmas Eve. It has been 1 month to the day since we lost our Joey. Words cannot express how grateful we are to Honor My Pet, Debbie, Tammy and family. They were there for us when we lost our Joey the day after Thanksgiving. Our hearts are still broken but their support, comfort and service are greatly appreciated. They were patient and gave us all the time we could ask for. We had contacted HMP 30 days earlier. They responded immediately and were ready to help. Joey rallied for another 30 days. We are so grateful that we had a chance for a little more time with him before we had to make the painful choice to help him make the transition. After working with our vet on short notice we were able to contact Debbie and they responded immediately that day. Joey was so incredibly special in every way. He was truly unique to everyone who got to meet him. We will forever miss our Joey but thank you to everyone who helped us. We will never forget your kindness and understanding.

We lost our Buddy on the night of Dec. 30th and were at a loss on what to do next. The vets office was closed on Sunday New Year’s Eve and of course the next day was New Year’s Day, everybody was closed. After calling one pet crematory service and no one answering I called Honor My Pet, and they certainly did just that. Eddie answered the phone right away and met us at their place of business within 30 minutes. He could have been nicer nor more caring and compassionate. He took great care of Buddy, and even brought him to us on his way home from work. The keepsake box in an excellent choice for Buddy’s remains and will aHave a place of honor in our home. I just want to say that these ladies are amazing. It's not often in this world you find people like them, so kind, caring, and comforting. I am so happy I chose them to take care of my dog Hooch. Hooch has been in my life since he was 3 1/2 weeks old and he had just turned 14 on 11/18/21, I got him when I was 16. He had been there with me through every up and down in my life he was my baby, so I was not very trusting of anyone just taking him to be cremated. When I called and they said they were sorry for my loss and let me talk and cry on the phone before asking for any info then and there I knew they were the ones. When they came and picked him up they let me talk about him and show them pictures. We shared stories of my dog and theirs. They were not in a hurry to pick him up and go. They talked to me, comforted me and made me feel great about them taking him. That is when I knew I made the right choice. When they brought him back they let me know when and were there and just made me feel better with kind words, because it's just as hard to drop off as it is to pick up. These ladies are the absolute best and I recommend them to everyone!I just want yall to know that you made a huge impact in my life and I am truly grateful for everything you do and did for me. It was not just a service you provided it was so much more. It may not have seemed like a lot to you, but it meant the world to me. Keep doing what yall are doing. The gentleman that came to my home was extremely empathetic and kind. I stepped outside and explained that my young child didn't know our dog had passed overnight, so I wanted to discreetly bring our pet outside and speak outside. He was very understanding and even offered me a white sheet in case I needed to cover him up. That was such a small detail, but such a huge act of kindness. I could tell he was truly there to help me feel at ease during a time of grief. He told me he would take great care of my dog and that meant alot to me. Our boy Max passed away somewhat suddenly yesterday and we wanted to do an private cremation for Max and just bring him back home as quickly as we could ,we found this facility (an hour and 10min south of us ) ,so we called and spoke to Eddie and he agreed to meet us when we got to the area . He never hesitated and meet us warmly ,very heartfelt .He explained the process and expectations ,we were comfortable leaving our Max’s remains with him and returned a few hours later to take his urn back home with us .We received a lovely small wooded box urn and he added a small bag of cremains that we could use for jewelry if we wanted .Eddie was also thoughtful to add a nose print along with a paw print .(just a side note that meant alot to me .Max never allowed us to touch his feet but when he was passing ,I was looking at his paws and on one of them he had a small pebble in his pad .I almost removed it but decided to leave it alone ,it just so happens that the paw print I got back has the marking of that pad with the pebble !)We were extremely grateful for the service offered and the availability at an odd day and time (it was a Sunday ,late afternoon/evening )We have 4 other fur babies and know if we ever need this service again who we will call upon .

I lost my beloved Zoe, my Boston Terrier of 14 years, on a Sunday morning. I had no idea what to do and someone mentioned checking online for cremation services. Sadly, I had to use their services right before July 4th of this year. I have never lost a pet, and when my nearly 17 year old dog died suddenly, I was completely distraught. Our beloved pup was poisoned when our house was broken into and she had finally passed away late in the evening. He came when my husband called at 1030pm with no problems! Tammy was an amazing help during this difficult time. Everything happened pretty fast and it left little time for planning on my end. Tammy was patient and understanding of the situation and she was truly a blessing. Tammy picked up Diamond for me and worked with me to organize pick up and drop off. Sadly, I had to use their services right before July 4th of this year. I have never lost a pet, and when my nearly 17 year old dog died suddenly, I was completely distraught. Of course when your dog is that old, you expect it sometime soon, but I still did not expect it to happen when it did. When I called Honor My Pet, they were kind and compassionate. On January 27,2023 we lost our beloved pet poodle named Millie.We didn't know what to do. It was 9:30 at night. I did an internet search on Google and found Honor My Pet Crematory. The representative was wonderful to us. If I could leave 100 stars I would. Our Dani passed away unexpectedly Saturday early morning. We found Honor My Pets via google. We called and Mr. Eddie answered immediately, even though it was an early morning call. He understood what we were going through. He was at our house to pick up Dani within hours. Very professional, very caring. They'll come to you to pick up your beloved pet, which is so much easier than transporting them yourself. She gave me a turnaround quote of three days, but I had my baby back the very next day. The ashes came with a certificate and a sweet poem about the Rainbow Bridge. We lost our puppy very unexpectedly. She wasn't sick she was running and eating and just passed. Our hearts were broken. We didn't know who to call or what to do. Our 15 yo dog, Buddy, died at midnight tonight. Honor My Pet picked him up at our home in less than an hour. Honor My Pet made what was an awful situation a little more bearable. Our sweet pug Wilbur ran out the door and was hit by a car while being babysat by my mother-in-law. We were out of town on a family vacation and could not be there to say goodbye. Debbie was amazing throughout the entire process from pick up to delivery. My experience was not your typical experience of loosing a pet. I accidentally ran over my neighbor’s dog, Chance. Chance was an amazing dog who spent a lot of time at our house, and my family loved him. I was devistated when the incident occurred and the grief was horrible. Our beloved pup was poisoned when our house was broken into and she had finally passed away late in the evening. He came when my husband called at 1030pm with no problems! Debbie was nothing short of amazing! She met my husband at the vet, so we didn’t have to leave our sweet Gunner there. Our oldest cat, Rosie, died relatively suddenly last Sunday. I’ve never had to deal with a deceased pet, so it was a traumatic and sad time. I started looking up pet crematoriums and saw that not only was Honor My Pet open on Sundays but also that it had good reviews. Within a few hours of contacting them, there was someone at our door to pick up our Rosie.Communication with Honor my Pet was excellent. They were extremely respectful of our wishes and stayed in touch with me via text all week. Today they delivered her ashes to us and enclosed was a certificate of cremation, a rose, and a nice poem I have always loved, “Rainbow Bridge”. My husband and I were both pleased with the thoughtfulness of this. I now have a feeling of closure, and while still grieving, I am happy to have her with us again, even though she is no longer here in body.I felt great about our decision to use this company and highly recommend them to anyone looking to cremate a beloved pet. I feel like they truly care about your pet and your loss and treat you, the customer and your pet with the utmost respect.

Debbie and Eddie were angels the night my cat passed. I was distraught and my husband was on night shift. When I called Debbie kindly listened to me choke out that I needed their services, I will never forget the compassion in her voice, all the soft tones and patience in the world couldn’t fix how broken I felt but her voice was a reassurance all on its own. Contacted Debbie regarding information on their cremation services and pricing. My 13 year old Rottie had just passed an hour before my call. Debbie walked into another room or space to speak to me since there was a lot of noise in the background which I appreciated.We went over rates, services and pick-up information. At that point, I told Debbie that I would call her back shortly to schedule.I phoned Honor My Pet back and no one answered. The phone rang numerous times however I did not get the voicemail to leave a message. I was hoping that someone would see a missed call and phone back but to no avail.This was a very trying time for me and I was looking for solace from this place but I guess not. I can't believe I didn't receive a call back in my time of need. This felt cold and heartless. This makes me question how my buddy would have been treated in their care. Disappointing might I add however everything works out for the best.I was able to find a company in Smyrna, GA which were attentive to my situation and promptly handled everything flawless for me.

My beloved furry soulmate passed suddenly and traumatically in April. I was heartbroken, and went into a state of shock. I had to suddenly search for a crematory in the throes of agony. My sweet 11 year old boxer collapsed and died suddenly on Sunday, I called and even though it was Sunday they came out within the hour. They brought her remains back to us on Wednesday. Wonderful, caring people. Our precious Bubba crossed rainbow bridge very quickly at our home in September. We were torn as to what we should do. Debbie and Eddie were angels the night my cat passed. I was distraught and my husband was on night shift. When I called Debbie kindly listened to me choke out that I needed their services, I will never forget the compassion in her voice, all the soft tones and patience in the world couldn’t fix how broken I felt but her voice was a reassurance all on its own. They got to my house in less than an hour and were just so kind, I could tell they truly understood my pain and my love for my baby and that made handing him over to them easier. I would hate to ever have to personally suggest them to anyone because losing your pet is so hard but if you’re looking for someone to be there when you’re drowning in one of the worlds worst types of goodbyes Debbie and Eddie at Honor My Pet are two very kind souls who can help take care of things while you grieve.

Contacted Debbie regarding information on their cremation services and pricing. My 13 year old Rottie had just passed an hour before my call. Debbie walked into another room or space to speak to me since there was a lot of noise in the background which I appreciated.We went over rates, services and pick-up information. At that point, I told Debbie that I would call her back shortly to schedule.I phoned Honor My Pet back and no one answered. The phone rang numerous times however I did not get the voicemail to leave a message. I was hoping that someone would see a missed call and phone back but to no avail.This was a very trying time for me and I was looking for solace from this place but I guess not. I can't believe I didn't receive a call back in my time of need. This felt cold and heartless. This makes me question how my buddy would have been treated in their care. Disappointing might I add however everything works out for the best.I was able to find a company in Smyrna, GA which were attentive to my situation and promptly handled everything flawless for me.

Our experience with Honor My Pet Crematory was exceptional and professional from start to finish. My family recently lost our cat Layla, we called Honor My Pet Crematory and were able to drop by afterwards to set up cremation services and they even let us use our own urn we ordered off of Amazon. My beloved furry soulmate passed suddenly and traumatically in April. I was heartbroken, and went into a state of shock. I had to suddenly search for a crematory in the throes of agony. Honor My Pet was a blessing truly from God. These are the most compassionate, caring people I have ever met in my life. Eddie went above and beyond helping our family through this agonizing time. He drove out to our house late at night, and let us take our time. I'll never forget him saying "You only get to do this once." David and April were very respectful and understanding of the premature loss of our cat. David picked up our cat during the evening and put him in a box in a dignified manner. Our beloved 14 year old cat Stew was diagnosed with bone cancer on in early July. The vet arranged for palliative care for Stew and we went home with our boy with the knowledge that we would need to prepare ourselves to say goodbye. I chose Honor My Pet out of convenience at first but it is the place we will go to time and again. I spoke with David, the owner and he was incredibly kind and accommodating. We talked out the logistics and he gave the run down of how things work. He suggested a vet, Dr. Eubanks, who could come to their facility and euthanize Stew. Our vet is located out in Chamblee but we live in Marietta so this was a viable option for us...we didn't want to stress our boy out with a long car trip...it just didn't seem right.Dr. Eubanks and David's wife April met with us on the final day. We were allowed to sit with Stew and get him comfortable. There was no rush, we were able to take our time to say goodbye. We were met with kindness and compassion from all who were involved with the process. Dr. Eubanks took great care in helping our boy in his final moments before he crossed the Rainbow Bridge. He went quickly and peacefully.David and April helped us through the process. We chose a really lovely cherry wood box to put Stew's ashes in and we had his paw prints immortalized in clay. This past Saturday I picked our boy up and I can't tell you how impressed I was with the care and quality that our beloved kitty was handled with. In addition to the box with Stew's ashes, there was also a little gift box containing Stew's clay paw print ornament and a certificate verifying that he was cremated alone.We have several cats and a dog and while I don't ever want to think about it, I know the day will come when we have to say goodbye to them. It's a comfort to know that there are compassionate, caring, professional people right near us in Marietta that we can turn to in our hour of need.

My sweet 11 year old boxer collapsed and died suddenly on Sunday, I called and even though it was Sunday they came out within the hour. They brought her remains back to us on Wednesday. Wonderful, caring people. Our precious Bubba crossed rainbow bridge very quickly at our home in September. We were torn as to what we should do. Fabulous service and very personal consideration at a most difficult time. Pricess were more than half of those of the 'big name' businesses in the area and they don't charge pick up and delivery fees. These people understood your pain and made certain that your pet's ashes would be well marked, attended and returned to you without uncertainty. Your pet's remains are not mixed in with others. The were on time and ammenable to all requests. Definitely the best Pet Cremation business in Cobb, Fulton and Paulding County.

I can't believe I am reviewing a crematory, but I had such a horrible experience I had to warn all potential users. Our beloved dog was dropped off by our vet and then the next day April called me. We agreed on a price (which was already a little high) and she said she would call me when she was done. They called and said they were going to deliver the ashes, and at the time only my wife was home. When David and April showed up, the bill was $83 more than what was quoted. My wife called me and I explained that I was quoted less. When she told David that, he got angry and tried to take the ashes back from my wife saying, "tell you husband to come see me tomorrow". Eventually April agreed to what was quoted but David was very rude to my wife. I couldn't believe at such a sad time someone would act like this. Do yourself a favor and research who to use so you don't have to experience such a dishonest, uncaring and disrespectful owner. To have such a bad experience after I just lost my pet really makes me sick. Stay away!*************UPDATE AS RESPONSE TO OWNERS REPLY***************************The owner's replay is a bald face lie! I never agreed to a paw print. I agreed on a price with April of $235. That is why April agreed to take that amount. Oh and I failed to mention he yelled at his wife in front of mine for taking that amount (even though that was agreed upon). I never ordered anything other than the cremation and that price was set. It ABSOLUTELY was not discounted by David when he was at my house. It wasn't that my wife didn't agree to the price, she called me to ask what was agreed upon. I understand him trying to save face, but this was never discounted. This man flat out made my wife sad due to the circumstances, and scared her as well by acting like he was going to come inside the house to retrieve the ashes back. She was also concerned for his wife by the way he yelled at her on my front porch. Don't listen to the lies. He is only trying to save face. As said before stay away!! This man is a disgrace to the industry. Oh and by the way, my vet isn't using him anymore! Wonder why?!! Hope it was worth it David!
