I'd give 10 stars if I could. The experience I had here, in the midst of mourning and grief, was more than I ever expected. Damon, the owner, was so gracious and helped me to upgrade cremation services through the company I went through for a home passing for my Legend. He went above and beyond, giving me some semblance of relief as I transition to adjusting without the canine love of my life. I am so grateful for this company, if you are looking for cremation services for your beloved pet absolutely go here! They are compassionate and professional and have great customer service. Thank you Damon and your whole team! You did a great job with everything.

I had to sadly put my little dog Elliott down recently. Faithful Friends provided the crematory services. Everything was so beautiful and thoughtfully done. Highly professional…best pet cremation service by far that I have ever seen. Thank you Faithful Friends for making Elliott’s passing a little less stressful for my family.

The office was warm and welcoming. The staff were attentive, caring, and communicative. We got an urn and paw print. Every detail was handled with so much care. They even give us locks of his hair, a certificate, and a sweet card. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had to say goodbye to my Husky named Bobina this past Saturday. This place handles your loved one with care and makes sure they are comfortable even after they are no longer with us. I cried and cried, they fully understand. I can't thank them enough for their kindness in such a hard time. She was a great dog that I loved very much. It was hard to say goodbye. I'll see her again. My baby Duke passed away due to a tragic accident. This was one of the hardest days of my life. But faithful friends made this process so much easier. I didn’t feel comfortable to bury him and it was such short notice but I was able to bring him in the same day. They allowed me to say my goodbyes and stay as long as needed. They definitely gave their true condolences and allowed me to grieve. I recommend them 20/10!!!

I am so grateful for Faithful Friends. I lost my Meeko girl unexpectedly due to cancer. They were able to pick her up right away from the vet after passing and take care of her for me. They even delivered her home to my door step (for an extra fee). The paw print, card, hair clipping and urn are all so beautiful, I cried my eyes out when I saw it all. Makes me feel like they really care about your pet and understand that it can be hard on the owner to lose them. I am so blessed to always have a piece of my Meeko girl with me and I am forever grateful to them.

Two years ago I had to make the very difficult decision to allow my very sweet dog to be euthanized. Faithful Friends had taken care of the cremation of another dog of mine several years before. Thankfully they were still available 24/7, since this time it was past midnight and I was an emotional wreck. I will never forget the kindness showed by Lazarus from Faithful Friends. He answered during the late hours of the night, opened a peaceful space for my family and I, waited patiently for us, and remained patient and kind so we could say goodbye to our special Rosie and allow her body to be treated with the care and dignity she deserved. However, there ended up being a delay with having Rosie's ashes ready for me as promised, and the after hours daytime staff member who answered the phone was not patient and empathetic. I rated 5 stars overall because of the experience provided by Lazarus.

You were there on a Sunday and worse day of my life letting my beloved Boss of 16 years cross the rainbow bridge. Jerry you are a blessing from God! This was handled in a professional way that it tops some human funerals. You knew how bad I needed him back and you returned him within 48 hours. Everything is so special. Woke on Monday morning to find my sweet little 14yr old girl BobbiCat had unexpectedly passed away..Hysterical called my daughter. She left work and came to my apartment to calm and help me. She suggested having my furbaby cremated. She called around and found Fairhful Friends. They were wonderfully compassionate, calming and helpful. Gave us time to grieve and spend time with Bobbi. My dog had cancer and unexpectedly passed away. I was referred by Blake Vet hospital who recommended Faithful friends. I was able to pay and have a private cremation which was a great customer experience & a scared away to have a proper See you later at rainbow bridge moment.The entire team made the process and grieving process simple and I can't thank them enough for the love and compassion along with being professional with a sensitive situation. After coming home to find one of our labs had passed away, we were devastated. We've never dealt with this before and didn't really know what to do. We knew we wanted to have her cremated, but didn't know what to do with her until the morning. I didn't even know services like this existed. I called and spoke to Charles, who was very kind and helpful. Within 30 minutes, Charles was at our house to carefully and lovingly take our girl. He wrapped her up in blankets and even talked to her while he was moving her onto his carrier. He offered kind words to my kids, and gave my daughter all the time she needed to pick out the urn she wanted. Which took a while, as she was in complete shock. His understanding for our situation was appreciated. The price was also way less than I expected. Charles made this horrible and confusing situation effortless for us. Thank you Charles and Faithful Friends for being there in such a horrible time.

Faithful Friends has taken care of many of my family's beloved fur babies over the years. They are always caring and compassionate and thoughtful. In April 2023, we had to ease the suffering of our 15 year old dog. We did so by having Dr. Susan Rodgers of Compassionate Pet Euthanasia come to our home. (Dr. Rodgers is also incredible and she works closely with and recommends Faithful Friends Pet Crematorium.) Faithful Friends came to our home to pick up our baby, Mini Pearl who weighed 65 pounds. Faithful Friends have a wide variety of options for addressing your family's needs and budget, including private or communal cremation services. They also have options to memorialize your beloved family member.We, again, had to use their services in December 2023 as our 11 year old's battle with lymphoma came to an end. It was devastating.During such a heartbreaking time, it is a comfort to have a company you can trust and who make the process seamless.They sent us a lovely sympathy card with an ink pawprint in both instances. We highly recommend them.

We recently lost our 14 year old Bichon Friese Bella, though she was older, her loss was unexpected. Upon her passing we didn't really know what to do next. Thankfully Faithful Friends was here to help us. I am so thankful we learned of their service. They are all wonderful people, very caring and extremely empathetic.We ultimately chose a private cremation so we could have Bella's ashes with us. When we were called to "pick up Bella and bring her home", we were so grateful for their extra loving touches, such as, in addition to the urn itself, they provided us a paw print, a tuft of hair and a very thoughtful card regrading our loss.If your pet ever passes and they mean as much to you and your family as Bella did to us, I highly recommend you consider Faithful Friends as an excellent option.Thank You Faithful Friends!!!PS we chose for them to pick up Bella versus us drive to them. Faithful Friends, did an amazing job with my Lil Girl pit/cur baby girl. The day she died and we called them took Lil Girl to them, they handle her very well and very much truly care about them. We would normally bury our doggies but Lil Girl was something very special she has/had helped me with my major depression, ptsd and aniexty. The urn is very beautiful, the necklace with her ashes in them is around my neck the day we picked her up I have never taken it off. Lil Girl held a huge place in my heart, she loved everyone but she loved me the most. She was a wonderful best friend. Thank you so much Faithful Friends for everything you did for us, we have recommended you to a lot of people and will keep recommended them. It meant so much that you all took excellent care with my precious baby girl. Lil Girl had many, many character, you could have a bad day she would always made you smile.

My name is Warren and my service dog and best friend was dead Sunday morning when I woke up. I didn't know who to call and had planned to take him Monday morning to Pasco County animal shelter for "last rights". Being at a loss, I went to Zephyrhills Police and dispatch there put me in contact with your company. I spoke with Brandy, who was more than I could have hoped for. She didn't rush me and offered professional suggestions to ease the stress in this time. Damon was the first to arrive at the time we had agreed on which gave us a chance to talk. I informed him Robert had been my service dog and best of friend. I had undergone cancer surgery a few years ago and I am in recovery now and that Robert had been by my side every step of the way. I feel really grateful for all the employees in this company for their kindness and doing whatever possible to make sure my dogs body was safely transported to their facility. This place was affordable and they have many options if you would like the ashes back or not or if you want a paw print or not. Best of all they were able to pick up my dogs body considering that I was not home when the incident happened and they were able to help me with my dog. I highly recommend this place.

I can’t express the utter gratitude I have for Peter. He was so professional and willing to assist with the death of my cat, Mona. He literally met me at 630am for me to drop her off. I also spoke with him the night of her death, rather late and he was so compassionate. Having only moved to Zephyrhills a few years ago, we are only familiar with pet cremation in our home state of IL, in which everything is taken care of strictly by our vet's office. Last week we unexpectedly lost our boy at home at 4:30am. Not knowing what to do we contacted our vet who told us about Faithful Friends pet cremation. Everyone there treated us with so much compassion and kindness. They welcomed us and set aside a private room where we could spend time with our Winston before meeting with Jerry from their staff, who helped us arrange everything. We couldn't be happier with how the process went. The clay imprint of Winston's paw, the ink paw print & lock of hair will have a special place in our heart and home. Faithful Friends did an amazing job at handling the cremation of our beloved Patches. When we made the tough decision to put down our 20 year old calico, we did research to ensure that we could have her cremation handled by someone who did so with care. We are more than happy with how Faithful Friends handled everything. We took her to them on Monday afternoon and they called me Thursday morning to let me know I could bring her home. They presented me with a gift bag which I assumed contained her remains in the urn we'd picked and then the paw print frame, but they even went above and beyond that. They had saved some of her fur for us and even did a paw print in ink inside of a very thoughtful card from the business. Thank you so much for treating our baby girl's after care with such kindness.

My dog past away at home after 12 years on a Sunday. I called this location and they opened the business to take my pet (baby boy). All of the workers have been so great. From Gene taking my call. To meeting Jerry on the day of cremation. Plus the hard workers in the back Wilma and Chris who I would think have the must toughest job of the process. Everyone were so kind and understanding. My precious boy Casper went home with the Lord on June 2nd, 2020. I have never cremated a pet before so I was super nervous about having it done and also had a special request involving his ashes. Wilma was very kind and reassuring about the process and kept me updated when I requested more info. She was also very thorough and respectful with my requests and even offered to text or call me when she was returning him to the clinic. Although I didn’t receive the call (because the vet screwed up my number and gave them my in-laws phone number) she did call and leave 2 messages for me on their phone and she emailed me in a timely matter and kept me updated with everything. This has absolutely earned my full respect. I would certainly recommend them to help your baby on their cremation journey. They obviously care about the animals in their care as well as their devoted humans.

When the time comes and you lose your furry friend Rachel and Damon are without a doubt the people you want to call, I can say with no hesitation they will care for your fur friend with more compassion and respect than anyone ( with the exception of your self). They have blanket filled baskets for the smaller animals and soft blankets for the bigger ones. A quick example, when I lost my American bulldog Harley Damon picked her up and on his own he got an extra blanket from behind the seat and folded it up and put it under her head. So the point being is they don’t see them as (please excuse this bluntness) dead animals they see them for what they are, very important family members and are treated as such. We had just lost one of our cats that was part of our family for years devastated our family had to have him put down because he was very sick and unable to be helped. We didn't want to just bury him and we only had limited funds because of the vet bill. We called faithful Friends pet crematorium and spoke with rachel and asked them what their price was. $125 was their fee and we told her we didn't have that much. And was disappointed about the response then she said that she could work with us on the payment. We were ecstatic about the response. We took our big boy in and sat down with Rachel and went over everything with her. My wife and youngest and I were so pleased with everything we had discussed. Fair pricing, very friendly and kind staff in this great time of pain. We left their with love in our hearts for this place. I will highly recommend them to anyone that asks or needs services. Got my cat cremated here. They are so nice. Gave me a paw print that they took before they cremated him. That paw print means the world to me. They also kept a clipping of his hair and put it in a nice see threw package. This place knows your pain and your loss. Our vet's office took care of my dog's cremation, so we didn't have any direct contact with Faithful Friends, but I have to say I was blown away when I went to pick him up. The wooden urn is absolutely beautiful. I didn't realize I was going to get a lock of hair or an engraved paw print also, so I was thrilled to see this. They included a nice card with an ink paw print too. These are precious mementos I can always treasure. Thank you so much Faithful Friends.

The unexpected death of our dog, Tia, left us not only grief stricken, but lost as to where to go for her care and cremation. The death occured on a Friday night, on a holiday weekend. We tried to contact several areas, all of which were closed. Early the next morning, as we again started our search, the "Family and Friends" website popped up. We left a message and within twenty minutes we received a return call stating that they would be more than happy to help us in this emotional time of need. Not only could they help with the cremation, they could also drive to our home to get our beloved Tia that morning. We had no words to express the relief we felt during such a difficult time. Wilma arrived and was so warm and kind. She gently helped my husband wrap Tia and place her on a stretcher into their vehicle. The process from there was compassionate, organized and filled with little extras that touched our hearts. We will never forget all of these kind people.

On Christmas Day 2022, my elderly neighbor had her 15 year old cat, very sick. The cat ran into the bathroom & around noon was the last year heard the cat meowing. I went to her house & asked if I could check on the cat. I was a vet assistant many years ago. I peeked inside & her sweet kitty had passed. I got the kitty, who had passed at least 6 hours prior as rigor had set in. It was only 32° so I got the kitty into a bag and box and put her in the shed. I have MS so digging a hole to bury her was not possible.Then I remembered several of my pets that had passed & my vet had used Friendly Pet Cremation. They have someone to answer the phone 24/7! So I called & spoke to a nice man named Gene. My neighbor didn't want the ashes back, so he suggested a communal cremation which they would have several animals in at the same time! That was only $50. So we arranged to meet there on 12/26 at 9:30 AM.My neighbor was understandably upset and Gene was so kind!While no one likes to plan for a cremation for a beloved pet, it is inevitable. I highly recommend Friendly Pet Cremation!

Faithful Friends has taken care of many of my family's beloved fur babies over the years. They are always caring and compassionate and thoughtful. In April 2023, we had to ease the suffering of our 15 year old dog. We did so by having Dr. Susan Rodgers of Compassionate Pet Euthanasia come to our home. (Dr. Rodgers is also incredible and she works closely with and recommends Faithful Friends Pet Crematorium.) Faithful Friends came to our home to pick up our baby, Mini Pearl who weighed 65 pounds. Faithful Friends have a wide variety of options for addressing your family's needs and budget, including private or communal cremation services. They also have options to memorialize your beloved family member.We, again, had to use their services in December 2023 as our 11 year old's battle with lymphoma came to an end. It was devastating.During such a heartbreaking time, it is a comfort to have a company you can trust and who make the process seamless.They sent us a lovely sympathy card with an ink pawprint in both instances. We highly recommend them.

We recently lost our 14 year old Bichon Friese Bella, though she was older, her loss was unexpected. Upon her passing we didn't really know what to do next. Thankfully Faithful Friends was here to help us. I am so thankful we learned of their service. They are all wonderful people, very caring and extremely empathetic.We ultimately chose a private cremation so we could have Bella's ashes with us. Faithful Friends, did an amazing job with my Lil Girl pit/cur baby girl. The day she died and we called them took Lil Girl to them, they handle her very well and very much truly care about them. We would normally bury our doggies but Lil Girl was something very special she has/had helped me with my major depression, ptsd and aniexty. The urn is very beautiful, the necklace with her ashes in them is around my neck the day we picked her up I have never taken it off. Lil Girl held a huge place in my heart, she loved everyone but she loved me the most. She was a wonderful best friend. My name is Warren and my service dog and best friend was dead Sunday morning when I woke up. I didn't know who to call and had planned to take him Monday morning to Pasco County animal shelter for "last rights". My Emmie Mae passed, she was a little shy of 16 years old. Absolutely heartbreaking for me. My vet offered cremation services and assisted me with the ordering process. I was called and notified her ashes were ready to be picked up. I received my order with each item individually wrapped with great detail. I also got a touching card from them with her paw print and a clipping of her hair in a precious little bag. Every touching detail they did was above and beyond. Even though I didn't have the pleasure of meeting the staff at this facility, I did receive the beautiful bag they put together. It was sent to the New Tampa Animal Hospital where I took my precious Chanel for the last time. I couldn't be more touched after receiving the ashes of my sweet baby in this bag full of inspirational and emotive notes. After being diagnosed with lymphoma last week, our Kenny went downhill incredibly quickly. It's been a whirlwind. We made the decision to end his suffering tonight. I wanted to be sure his remains would be treated with the utmost respect, so I did some quick googling and found Faithful Friends. David met us at 9pm on a Saturday. He and the resident cats were incredibly sympathetic and made one of our hardest days just a little bit easier. They clearly love animals and understand the grief pet parents experience. Despite the late hour, we never felt rushed or pressured into anything and David let us sit with Kenny one last time in the viewing room for as long as we wanted. It was a hike for us, but it was well worth the trip.

I just want to say, thank you so so much for caring for our Freckles. You made a really hard time a little easier. The bag we received was beautifully put together with obvious care. Everything was beautifully wrapped, his urn and clay print, and the card with his pawprint was so thoughtful and nice and just one more thing of his I can cherish forever, including the generously sized cut of his fur you included. His ashes are also packaged beautifully. We have experience with other pet crematories and none even come close to our experience with Faithful Friends. I wish every vet/emergency clinic gave a choice of what crematory your pet can be sent to, but in the future, if the vet or clinic doesn't have you for their cremation service, we will be taking our pet to you ourselves. It has been a hard year for our family as we have lost three out of four pets. Faithful Friends has helped us with all our lost pets and has never disappointed.With our last pet "Brady" they went above and beyond to give me a great pawprint. I only wanted to make sure we got the nice print that we had gotten in the past from them. They contacted me before they even got Brady to make sure what I was requesting just to make sure there wasnt a miscommunication.When I picked up Brady from the animal hospital I was moved to tears. Having only moved to Zephyrhills a few years ago, we are only familiar with pet cremation in our home state of IL, in which everything is taken care of strictly by our vet's office. Last week we unexpectedly lost our boy at home at 4:30am. Not knowing what to do we contacted our vet who told us about Faithful Friends pet cremation. My best friend of 14 years was lost suddenly and tragically. My heart was/is broken. We were referred here by our vet and I am so thankful that we were. Faithful Friends, words cannot express the gratitude I have in the way you took care of my baby and my partner and I during one of our most difficult times.My Bean was tragically hit by a car one evening after she got away from me during a mountain bike trail ride. I was lucky to find my little 24 lb black dog in the dark. She was the last dog from an original pack of 5 and the entire family was distraught. Being former vet techs in the field for 15+ years , we have been through our share of euthanasia. We typically are prepared to keep our babies at home until arrangements with a cremation service can be made. We are adamant about not using body bags and getting our kids back the same day.My partner had heard of a 24 hr drop off service and we found Faithful Friends with a google search. Bean's untimely passing had us completely wrecked. We live almost 2 hours away in Ocala, but we made the drive so relieved that we would be able to drop her off and have her cremated in the morning.Not only did Damon meet us in the middle of the night, but he offered to cremate Bean if we wanted to wait. I do not have enough words of sincere thanks and utter gratitude for this most compassionate act. The selfless that Faithful Friends extend to us is exemplary. Damon let us take as long as we needed in the farewell room, he let us watch every step of the cremation that we felt comfortable with. He talked to us well into the wee hours of the morning, it almost felt like we were just spending time with a friend.Your compassion is utmost and I cannot thank you enough for treating my Bean with dignity, sympathy and respect. This is our 2nd dog that we have brought to Faithful Friends and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to trust them with the care of your fur babies. I have told several people that I wouldn’t go anywhere else.On July 27, 2021, we lost our beloved lizard chasing Ella at only 9 yrs old to a horrible illness that made her weaker and weaker by the day until she couldn’t handle it anymore. I called Faithful Friends and could barely keep my composure and literally broke down crying while trying to make arrangements. The girl that answered handled my crying extremely well and told me thar I could bring Ella in at anytime my family was ready to. I told them within the hour and the girl said she would be there waiting whenever I was ready. We brought her in and placed her in a room and took care of our ordering or her urn and paw print plaque. We also asked for extra paw prints because we are planning on getting tattoos. The girl said it might would take longer to get Ella back because they were very busy and I told her I was ok with that. Within 2 days I called for a different reason and to our surprise they told us Ella was ready to come home. My daughter and I went right over to pick her up. When we were driving home, my daughter was looking in the bag and they did several extra really clear paw prints and my daughter got a little emotional when she saw a little white box with a clear heart window that had her hair in it. They did a exceptional job with just EVERYTHING.The only thing, we brought Ella in in a pink tote with her wrapped in her sloth blanket. We forgot to ask for her sloth blanket back. It’s not a huge deal and I’m not saying this as a negative strike but if you drop your baby off in something they loved (blanket, bed, towel) be sure to mention that you want it back prior to leaving. I failed to do so so that was clearly my fault.

They were wonderful to deal with. Two weeks ago we took our beloved dog Bailey for cremation. Everyone there was so nice! Even offered to delay payment because of the pandemic. I've lost scores of pets in my 60+ years on this earth and I remember each and every one of them. The pain never really goes away - it just becomes more tolerable.In the past half year we've lost two more of our precious babies and, though we were prepared for and expected their passing, it still hurt deeply. As I write this I continuously wipe tears from my eyes and the pain is fresh.For the last two losses we've used Faithful Friends Pet Cremation's services and I can't sing their praises high enough.On both occasions they came out within an hour of our calling them, were gentle, respectful, and shared our grief. They allowed us as much time as we needed to say goodbye.And, though it was the last thing I was thinking about, it honestly astonished me how reasonable their prices were.We still have pets, sadly we will lose more pets, and I won't hesitate to use Faithful Friends whenever the need arises. They make a terrible and traumatic time somewhat bearable and they can't be thanked enough for their service.

Last year we lost our Dobie, this year it was our cat. My biggest regret with our dog was not getting his paw print, there was so much going on that I forgot. When I picked him up there was a card with his urn and it had his paw print (also a lock of fur), that meant so much to me, it was unexpected. Some other places actually charge for this. The staff is very kind and patient, the setting is comfortable and warm. Their prices are about the same if not less than other places I contacted. They will also come to you for a reasonable fee if pickup is needed. When the time comes for our other pets we will without a doubt choose them, and will refer them to anyone needing their services. Thank you all so much for making this process a little easier.

When our Bailey passed away on a Sunday evening, we were completely distraught and lost on what to do. We found Faithful Friends through an online search and it stated they were open 24 hours. I called after 9:00 that evening, and Mike answered. To my surprise, he stated that he could meet me in a bit if needed. I asked a few questions and he answered all of them. I told Mike I would bring Bailey in the next morning (Monday). I arrived and Mandy greeted us. We had our other dog Teddy with us, as we wanted him to be able to say goodbye to his brother. He was welcomed with no hesitation. Mandy showed us the farewell room and told us to take as much time as we needed. We went over everything, and we said goodbye to our Bailey. Rachel called me Tuesday afternoon and stated Bailey was ready to come home. When I picked him up and brought him home, I was brought to tears with the amount of thoughtfulness and compassion that went into everything. I understood then that this isn't just a business for them, it is their passion. I have so much gratitude in my heart for the amount of patience and compassion ourselves and Bailey was shown throughout this process. Bailey was our first family dog, and we are absolutely heartbroken. But they made him a forever part of our home. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for helping us through this difficult time.

I am absolutely devastated after my encounter with Faithful Friends Pet Cremation. It was hard enough to put my 13 year old cat down. I ordered a ceramic paw print and an expensive urn. The paw print was clearly not a real paw print. It looks like they used a stamp, realized that my cat had extra digits, so used the stamp again below the print. Everyone in the Vet's office was completely shocked by what I received. They said to open the card since there's usually an ink print. That looked horrible and smeared. The Vet's office called Faithful Friends and spoke with the owner who assured them that he would call me. I also called to tell them there was a problem and I wanted to speak with someone in charge. Apparently it was not important enough for someone to call me back. I am just heartbroken by what they did and since she was cremated there's no way to correct it. Now it has me wondering if that's even her in that urn! I spent a lot of money for this service and I absolutely regret using this company. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere where they actually care.Edit: I find it unprofessional that they decided to post their response in lieu of calling. They mention that I should sit down with their staff about this, but again, they don't return calls.

My dog past away at home after 12 years on a Sunday. I called this location and they opened the business to take my pet (baby boy). All of the workers have been so great. From Gene taking my call. To meeting Jerry on the day of cremation. Plus the hard workers in the back Wilma and Chris who I would think have the must toughest job of the process. Everyone were so kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend to location. Oh yeah, can't forget Mari at the front desk. Awsome person.

My precious boy Casper went home with the Lord on June 2nd, 2020. I have never cremated a pet before so I was super nervous about having it done and also had a special request involving his ashes. Wilma was very kind and reassuring about the process and kept me updated when I requested more info. She was also very thorough and respectful with my requests and even offered to text or call me when she was returning him to the clinic. Although I didn’t receive the call (because the vet screwed up my number and gave them my in-laws phone number) she did call and leave 2 messages for me on their phone and she emailed me in a timely matter and kept me updated with everything. This has absolutely earned my full respect. I would certainly recommend them to help your baby on their cremation journey. They obviously care about the animals in their care as well as their devoted humans.

When the time comes and you lose your furry friend Rachel and Damon are without a doubt the people you want to call, I can say with no hesitation they will care for your fur friend with more compassion and respect than anyone ( with the exception of your self). They have blanket filled baskets for the smaller animals and soft blankets for the bigger ones. A quick example, when I lost my American bulldog Harley Damon picked her up and on his own he got an extra blanket from behind the seat and folded it up and put it under her head. So the point being is they don’t see them as (please excuse this bluntness) dead animals they see them for what they are, very important family members and are treated as such. We had just lost one of our cats that was part of our family for years devastated our family had to have him put down because he was very sick and unable to be helped. We didn't want to just bury him and we only had limited funds because of the vet bill. We called faithful Friends pet crematorium and spoke with rachel and asked them what their price was. $125 was their fee and we told her we didn't have that much. And was disappointed about the response then she said that she could work with us on the payment. We were ecstatic about the response. We took our big boy in and sat down with Rachel and went over everything with her. My wife and youngest and I were so pleased with everything we had discussed. Fair pricing, very friendly and kind staff in this great time of pain. We left their with love in our hearts for this place. I will highly recommend them to anyone that asks or needs services. I first want to thank the staff for their compassion and kindness during such a difficult time. Losing my Chico after 17 wonderful years was the most painful experience I have ever had. The staff at Faithful Friends definitely helped ease that pain with their patience, professionalism and true compassion. Got my cat cremated here. They are so nice. Gave me a paw print that they took before they cremated him. That paw print means the world to me. They also kept a clipping of his hair and put it in a nice see threw package. This place knows your pain and your loss. Our vet's office took care of my dog's cremation, so we didn't have any direct contact with Faithful Friends, but I have to say I was blown away when I went to pick him up. The wooden urn is absolutely beautiful. I didn't realize I was going to get a lock of hair or an engraved paw print also, so I was thrilled to see this. They included a nice card with an ink paw print too. These are precious mementos I can always treasure. Thank you so much Faithful Friends.

The unexpected death of our dog, Tia, left us not only grief stricken, but lost as to where to go for her care and cremation. The death occured on a Friday night, on a holiday weekend. We tried to contact several areas, all of which were closed. Early the next morning, as we again started our search, the "Family and Friends" website popped up. We left a message and within twenty minutes we received a return call stating that they would be more than happy to help us in this emotional time of need. Not only could they help with the cremation, they could also drive to our home to get our beloved Tia that morning. We had no words to express the relief we felt during such a difficult time. Wilma arrived and was so warm and kind. She gently helped my husband wrap Tia and place her on a stretcher into their vehicle. The process from there was compassionate, organized and filled with little extras that touched our hearts. We will never forget all of these kind people.

On Christmas Day 2022, my elderly neighbor had her 15 year old cat, very sick. The cat ran into the bathroom & around noon was the last year heard the cat meowing. I went to her house & asked if I could check on the cat. I was a vet assistant many years ago. I peeked inside & her sweet kitty had passed. I got the kitty, who had passed at least 6 hours prior as rigor had set in. It was only 32° so I got the kitty into a bag and box and put her in the shed. I have MS so digging a hole to bury her was not possible.Then I remembered several of my pets that had passed & my vet had used Friendly Pet Cremation. They have someone to answer the phone 24/7! So I called & spoke to a nice man named Gene. My neighbor didn't want the ashes back, so he suggested a communal cremation which they would have several animals in at the same time! That was only $50. So we arranged to meet there on 12/26 at 9:30 AM.My neighbor was understandably upset and Gene was so kind!While no one likes to plan for a cremation for a beloved pet, it is inevitable. I highly recommend Friendly Pet Cremation!

We lost our beloved boxer of 13 years and chose Faithful Friends to say our final goodbyes. Our beloved Milo had to be laid to rest on Saturday August 29,2015. I remembered meeting Faithful friends at a pet expo and how kind they were. We called Damon at midnight to let him know we were on our way to put Milo to sleep. He waited for us to deliver Milo to him. He was so nice. I felt so bad as it was after 1:00 am when we arrived. Today we picked up Milo's remains and once again were greeted with a warm and caring environment. They provided a sympathy card with Milo's paw print as well as a book mark with seeds to plant flowers. I loved the extra steps to make our experience more pleasant. Thank you Damon and Rachel.

UPDATE:MAY 2019 We had to put our best friend Jackson down due to old age (16 and 1/2.)We used Faithful Friends again.With better planning,he was picked up at our Vets by FF. ,And My husband picked his ashes up today.We miss him SO much,we have so many great memories with him!Thank You for taking care of Jackson for us.RIP JackJack I keep waiting for you to bump the back of my legs for "cookies" or you stealing the ferret treats from them.You truly were the best dog we've ever had.****************************************************2017 :We had our beloved Prince (Princer,Princey,Pince )we each had our own knicknames for our boy,he was raised with our daughter since she was 4 years old (she just turned 20 and he was her best buddy) cremated at Faithful Friends In Zephyrhills.He developed a cancerous tumor behind his eye.It was caught too late and misdiagnosed as just respiratory infections,we had to make the MOST heartbreaking,difficult decision of our lives and that was to end his pain and suffering and let him sleep sweetly.We all said our goodbyes at home and My husband very reluctantly and with a heavy heart took him to the Vet.I physically was a wreck,just out of the hospital for heart problems, was at complete breakdown stage.He kept me posted on everything that was happening at the vet.Assuring me he felt nothing and it was fast ,he went to sleep peacefully and was no longer in pain.We did NOT want to bury him.I did not want to sell this home and leave him here.We found Faithful Friends Cremation and Damon and Rachel are so very caring and compassionate.I know my fur baby was handled with the love,care,and respect he deserved.They answered any and all questions and knowing how close my daughter was Rachel gave us a beautiful care package with snippets of his fur and two cards so she has one for her home and his paw print inside each card,which meant the world to us!!!!Thank you again Rachel and Damon so much for all of your help and kindness .

On March 9 2021 our family pet Miss Bella (a rescue dog)passed away quietly at home it was late in the evening I waited to call on Wednesday morning I took her over to Faithfull Friends I was really surprised at how professional they were. Putting my buddy and best friend down on February 21, 2021 due to cancer was very hard for me. I wanted to remember my cat Clyde in a way that he would be with me forever. Faithful Friends Pet Cremation did such an incredible job, that they left me speechless. I choose the personalized cremation and what I got back touched my heart.The urn was so beautiful with his engraved name on it, plus the little things I did not expect. Enclosed was a locket box of hair for keepsake, a card explaining what his urn represents and personally signed condolences by everyone that works there along with a pray bookmark. If you remove the top portion of the bookmark and plant it in your garden, wildflowers will bloom in memory of your loved one. The card also had “his” ink paw print on the inside to remember him forever. Other little touches was the beautiful cremation certificate and on their website Clyde was memorialized in the pet memorial section.This is a family run business that cares about you and your pet at the hardest time in your life. My cat was put down on an early Sunday morning and someone from Faithful Friends Pet Cremation meet me at their location when I was ready. Once there, they gave me all the time to say my goodbye in a private room and when I asked to have my picture taken with Clyde, they were more than happy to take as many pictures that I wanted.I can not say enough about the great service they did for me. I would recommend getting the personalized cremation and for a few dollars more, I also got a clay pawprint with his name on it. You have only one chance to get the clay pawprint. Everything they did I will frame to keep in remembrance of Clyde forever.Thank you so much for the caring service that you did for my friend and best buddy in the world…I will cherish them forever.

Hi my name is Lizzette and only a few days ago lost my baby of 11 years. On Oct. 12th I got home from work and he was jumping around, happy to see me and about 3 minutes later he was just lying on the floor, gone. It was so sudden and unexpected that I did not know what to do.I was heart broken and it was amazing how wonderful and compassionate every single one of you treated me after the loss of my fur baby. After being Traumatized at planned pet hood Zephyrhills on how they treated us and what they did to my cat. My Emmie Mae passed, she was a little shy of 16 years old. Absolutely heartbreaking for me. My vet offered cremation services and assisted me with the ordering process. I was called and notified her ashes were ready to be picked up. I received my order with each item individually wrapped with great detail. I also got a touching card from them with her paw print and a clipping of her hair in a precious little bag. Every touching detail they did was above and beyond. I called them and thanked them because I can most certainly tell they treated her body with such care and are thoughtful with all services provided.💜

Even though I didn't have the pleasure of meeting the staff at this facility, I did receive the beautiful bag they put together. It was sent to the New Tampa Animal Hospital where I took my precious Chanel for the last time. I couldn't be more touched after receiving the ashes of my sweet baby in this bag full of inspirational and emotive notes. All the thoughtful and meaningful details such as the rainbow poem with her paw print had me in tears! I don't think I would get another pet as I am not planning on going through this again but for sure I will be recommending Faithful Friends to anyone needing this type of services. Thank you!

After being diagnosed with lymphoma last week, our Kenny went downhill incredibly quickly. It's been a whirlwind. We made the decision to end his suffering tonight. I wanted to be sure his remains would be treated with the utmost respect, so I did some quick googling and found Faithful Friends. David met us at 9pm on a Saturday. He and the resident cats were incredibly sympathetic and made one of our hardest days just a little bit easier. They clearly love animals and understand the grief pet parents experience. Despite the late hour, we never felt rushed or pressured into anything and David let us sit with Kenny one last time in the viewing room for as long as we wanted. It was a hike for us, but it was well worth the trip.

I just want to say, thank you so so much for caring for our Freckles. You made a really hard time a little easier. The bag we received was beautifully put together with obvious care. Everything was beautifully wrapped, his urn and clay print, and the card with his pawprint was so thoughtful and nice and just one more thing of his I can cherish forever, including the generously sized cut of his fur you included. His ashes are also packaged beautifully. We have experience with other pet crematories and none even come close to our experience with Faithful Friends. I wish every vet/emergency clinic gave a choice of what crematory your pet can be sent to, but in the future, if the vet or clinic doesn't have you for their cremation service, we will be taking our pet to you ourselves. Again, thank you so much.

It has been a hard year for our family as we have lost three out of four pets. Faithful Friends has helped us with all our lost pets and has never disappointed.With our last pet "Brady" they went above and beyond to give me a great pawprint. I only wanted to make sure we got the nice print that we had gotten in the past from them. They contacted me before they even got Brady to make sure what I was requesting just to make sure there wasnt a miscommunication.When I picked up Brady from the animal hospital I was moved to tears. There were literally paw prints all over. They must have taken 5 prints. I cant say how much this meant as I only wanted to make sure I had one.The ceramic one was also perfect. Thank you so much for your careful handling of our pet and your thoughtfulness throughout the process. Fantastic place and kind, compassionate staff and people. I have used them several times now, and on my most recent visit (of course on a weekend!), I was devastated and upset. When I called for help, they not only made themselves available on a Saturday evening to assist me, but they even waited for me when I was late and a traffic accident delayed me. They allowed me time to say goodbye to my lil man, offered me a choice of urns, and provided service for what I felt were extremely reasonable rates. While this is surely a difficult time for anyone experiencing this situation, this group provides a much needed service and help for those who should have it, and I would use them again without hesitation. Thanks to the staff here for their kindness and sensitivity in my time of need.

While going through the painful experience of losing a pet, you couldn’t ask for nicer, more honest and compassionate people to help you.I unfortunately had to use them for the sixth time in 5 years for our family pets, but this time was my hardest loss. I lost my beloved 11.5 yr old Lab Marley to sudden bloat - in the middle of the night.I went straight from the ER to Faithful Friends where the owner Damon met me at 3:30 am.Yes, they care that much to get out of bed in the middle of the night to help you.I toured their facilities when I first took my Mom’s dog there 5 years ago. Their crematorium is immaculate, and the whole vibe there is just so peaceful. They are so patient with you during your messy tears, and handle your pet so very gently like he or she is still alive. The process is so easy and smooth, the only real decision you need to make is what type of urn to choose. They include a choice of I believe 5, in their package so I’ve never even had to pay extra. I’ve always done a private cremation, and honestly would not trust anyone other than them.Picking your pet up is another sad trigger day, but again they make it special. Their presentation is by far the best that I’ve experienced. Every detail is included to the paw print of your pet, fur clipping, personal note, seedling memory to plant in your pets honor and even the bag with tissue it’s in. It’s your baby in there, and indeed a gift.Thank you Rachel & Damon for what you do, and for truly caring. You make such an awful time, easier and bring so much peace of mind that I can count on you to be there at whatever time of the day, or night. The thought of leaving Marley at the Vet in a cooler did not sit well with me.I’m so very grateful for your kindness and compassion you showed to me and my Marley. ❤️

Earlier this week my mother’s beloved cat, Moe, who was our family pet growing up, suddenly and unfortunately passed. We have never cremated a pet before, but we knew we needed to keep Moe near and dear to our family. Cremation seemed like a wonderful option but we weren’t sure how to go about it. Words can not express how moved we were when we received our beloved Capone's remains. Absolutely amazing facility. I had something happen between my dogs while i was on vacation. Animal control took one of my dogs with intentions to put him down. I learned about faithful friends from the officer that took my dog. As soon as i got back in town i was trying to reach everyone i could to try to stop by 4 year old dog from being put down by a tragic accident. Because of the help of faithful friends together we were able to stop my baby from being put down and coming back home. No words can express how truly thankful i am for saving my boy. When the day comes and any of my 3 pass away i will for sure be using their services. Thank you faithful friends, thank you so much for helping me get my baby home. Thank you for stopping this. Without you i would have been picking up a box, not my baby.

Professional humans. What could have been a much more difficult time they made everything so much more bearable. I had multiple questions prior to my cat's passing and they were patient, caring amazing in every way. I opted to have them pick up Peekaboo and Brandy was so amazing. Drove over 2 hours to get here on a holiday weekend. And all i can say is... they are above and beyond. Worth the drive and outstanding in every way. Quick turnaround (3-5days). Gave us sooo much without even asking. They understand what you are going through and help you get through the process together, not rushed, and very kind. Many options. Definitely felt the love in this place, would recommend to anyone. Hate to have met them like this but I'm glad i met them. I seen very few bad reviews of this place, and for good reason. We are human after all, and they manage a team of 12 people.

My best friend of 14 years was lost suddenly and tragically. My heart was/is broken. We were referred here by our vet and I am so thankful that we were. Not only were they all respectful and caring during this difficult time but along with the beautiful engraved urn I was u expectedly presented with some of my babies fur and a paw print along with a beautiful card and bookmark which I will forever cherish. Faithful Friends, words cannot express the gratitude I have in the way you took care of my baby and my partner and I during one of our most difficult times.My Bean was tragically hit by a car one evening after she got away from me during a mountain bike trail ride. I was lucky to find my little 24 lb black dog in the dark. She was the last dog from an original pack of 5 and the entire family was distraught. Being former vet techs in the field for 15+ years , we have been through our share of euthanasia. We typically are prepared to keep our babies at home until arrangements with a cremation service can be made. We are adamant about not using body bags and getting our kids back the same day.My partner had heard of a 24 hr drop off service and we found Faithful Friends with a google search. Bean's untimely passing had us completely wrecked. We live almost 2 hours away in Ocala, but we made the drive so relieved that we would be able to drop her off and have her cremated in the morning.Not only did Damon meet us in the middle of the night, but he offered to cremate Bean if we wanted to wait. I do not have enough words of sincere thanks and utter gratitude for this most compassionate act. The selfless that Faithful Friends extend to us is exemplary. Damon let us take as long as we needed in the farewell room, he let us watch every step of the cremation that we felt comfortable with. He talked to us well into the wee hours of the morning, it almost felt like we were just spending time with a friend.Your compassion is utmost and I cannot thank you enough for treating my Bean with dignity, sympathy and respect. This is our 2nd dog that we have brought to Faithful Friends and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to trust them with the care of your fur babies. I have told several people that I wouldn’t go anywhere else.On July 27, 2021, we lost our beloved lizard chasing Ella at only 9 yrs old to a horrible illness that made her weaker and weaker by the day until she couldn’t handle it anymore. I called Faithful Friends and could barely keep my composure and literally broke down crying while trying to make arrangements. The girl that answered handled my crying extremely well and told me thar I could bring Ella in at anytime my family was ready to. I told them within the hour and the girl said she would be there waiting whenever I was ready. We brought her in and placed her in a room and took care of our ordering or her urn and paw print plaque. We also asked for extra paw prints because we are planning on getting tattoos. The girl said it might would take longer to get Ella back because they were very busy and I told her I was ok with that. Within 2 days I called for a different reason and to our surprise they told us Ella was ready to come home. My daughter and I went right over to pick her up. When we were driving home, my daughter was looking in the bag and they did several extra really clear paw prints and my daughter got a little emotional when she saw a little white box with a clear heart window that had her hair in it. They did a exceptional job with just EVERYTHING.The only thing, we brought Ella in in a pink tote with her wrapped in her sloth blanket. We forgot to ask for her sloth blanket back. It’s not a huge deal and I’m not saying this as a negative strike but if you drop your baby off in something they loved (blanket, bed, towel) be sure to mention that you want it back prior to leaving. I failed to do so so that was clearly my fault.

My husband and I just had to put our Angie to sleep about three weeks ago and our vet used you guys for her. It was such a hard time but when we received her back, her urn was beautiful, the clay paw print just melted my heart. It was so amazing that you guys did that. I’ve never had to be in this situation and you thought of the best way to help a grieving pet parent. It really is nice to know that someone else thought of our baby as much as we do. They were wonderful to deal with. Two weeks ago we took our beloved dog Bailey for cremation. Everyone there was so nice! Even offered to delay payment because of the pandemic. When we picked her up two days later, they had washed and returned her blanket. The lock of Baileys hair, her paw print... so unexpected! Thank You!

I've lost scores of pets in my 60+ years on this earth and I remember each and every one of them. The pain never really goes away - it just becomes more tolerable.In the past half year we've lost two more of our precious babies and, though we were prepared for and expected their passing, it still hurt deeply. As I write this I continuously wipe tears from my eyes and the pain is fresh.For the last two losses we've used Faithful Friends Pet Cremation's services and I can't sing their praises high enough.On both occasions they came out within an hour of our calling them, were gentle, respectful, and shared our grief. They allowed us as much time as we needed to say goodbye.And, though it was the last thing I was thinking about, it honestly astonished me how reasonable their prices were.We still have pets, sadly we will lose more pets, and I won't hesitate to use Faithful Friends whenever the need arises. They make a terrible and traumatic time somewhat bearable and they can't be thanked enough for their service.

Last year we lost our Dobie, this year it was our cat. My biggest regret with our dog was not getting his paw print, there was so much going on that I forgot. When I picked him up there was a card with his urn and it had his paw print (also a lock of fur), that meant so much to me, it was unexpected. Some other places actually charge for this. The staff is very kind and patient, the setting is comfortable and warm. Their prices are about the same if not less than other places I contacted. They will also come to you for a reasonable fee if pickup is needed. When the time comes for our other pets we will without a doubt choose them, and will refer them to anyone needing their services. Thank you all so much for making this process a little easier.

When our Bailey passed away on a Sunday evening, we were completely distraught and lost on what to do. We found Faithful Friends through an online search and it stated they were open 24 hours. I called after 9:00 that evening, and Mike answered. To my surprise, he stated that he could meet me in a bit if needed. I asked a few questions and he answered all of them. I told Mike I would bring Bailey in the next morning (Monday). I arrived and Mandy greeted us. We had our other dog Teddy with us, as we wanted him to be able to say goodbye to his brother. He was welcomed with no hesitation. Mandy showed us the farewell room and told us to take as much time as we needed. We went over everything, and we said goodbye to our Bailey. Rachel called me Tuesday afternoon and stated Bailey was ready to come home. When I picked him up and brought him home, I was brought to tears with the amount of thoughtfulness and compassion that went into everything. I understood then that this isn't just a business for them, it is their passion. I have so much gratitude in my heart for the amount of patience and compassion ourselves and Bailey was shown throughout this process. Bailey was our first family dog, and we are absolutely heartbroken. But they made him a forever part of our home. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for helping us through this difficult time.

I am absolutely devastated after my encounter with Faithful Friends Pet Cremation. It was hard enough to put my 13 year old cat down. I ordered a ceramic paw print and an expensive urn. The paw print was clearly not a real paw print. It looks like they used a stamp, realized that my cat had extra digits, so used the stamp again below the print. Everyone in the Vet's office was completely shocked by what I received. They said to open the card since there's usually an ink print. That looked horrible and smeared. The Vet's office called Faithful Friends and spoke with the owner who assured them that he would call me. I also called to tell them there was a problem and I wanted to speak with someone in charge. Apparently it was not important enough for someone to call me back. I am just heartbroken by what they did and since she was cremated there's no way to correct it. Now it has me wondering if that's even her in that urn! I spent a lot of money for this service and I absolutely regret using this company. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere where they actually care.Edit: I find it unprofessional that they decided to post their response in lieu of calling. They mention that I should sit down with their staff about this, but again, they don't return calls.

It's been 1 month since we lost our furbaby Dolce Vita. She would of been 13 in September. Even though she was only 3 lbs she brought an immense amount of joy and love to her family! It was very sudden and Faithful Friends came highly recommended by a close friend. As you already know how devastating it is to lose a family member, Gavin drove to our house to pick Dolce up. He was so kind and compassionate. He first paid his respects to Dolce then sat with us patiently and went over everything. He gave us time to say our final goodbyes while he went to his van and brought in a beautiful basket where he laid Dolce Vita in her favorite blanket and her favorite toy. Gavin took such care knowing what it's like to lose a furbaby. When it was time to pick Dolce up from Faithful Friends, we were greeted by their, "Welcome Committee Kitty!" A beautiful gray cat that made the situation very calming she was so friendly. My first question was, "How do we know this is our Dolce Vita?" Chris told us to follow him and he showed us how their operation works. We now are totally convinced we have our Dolce! Not only did we get the beautiful necklace and plaque, both with Dolce's footprint that we ordered, but they provided us with a personalized gift bag. Inside was a beautiful card and the Rainbow Bridge poem along with Dolce's footprint and their condolences. They also gave us a pretty little pouch with a lock of Dolce's fur, a bookmark with a poem and flower seeds made into a little heart for planting and a certificate. Everything had Dolce's name on it, so personal! Thank you so much for all your thoughtfulness! We would highly recommend Faithful Friends!

When we had to make the difficult decision to put Moses down, we decided to pay for a private cremation and a paw print for our faithful friend. We set it up through our vet office and when I picked him up today the detail taken brought tears to the eyes of everyone in my family. I wanted to say thank you for all that you did for our boy, all the little extras that you took the time to include. It was a bittersweet moment. I appreciate all you did to commemorate our boy. The staff here especially Mandy was absolutely incredible we couldn't of asked for a better place to take our boy. They went above and beyond when it came to doing there job. Most compasionate and caring during a difficult time. Sorry for delay in my review..we lost our German Shepherd May 22 she was only 9yrs old. We expected to have her many more yrs. Faithful Friends came..they helped us let her go. They helped our other pets say goodbye. They explained the cremation process. They took their time with everthing never rushing. When we picked up Kira to bring her home..again they far exceeded expectations. The Urn was beautiful. A heartfelt card with her pawprint..that brought me to tears. A book mark and poem which you can plant. The frame and paw print is something that touches my heart each day. I would recommend them and do to many..and will for future.

Our beloved Milo had to be laid to rest on Saturday August 29,2015. I remembered meeting Faithful friends at a pet expo and how kind they were. We called Damon at midnight to let him know we were on our way to put Milo to sleep. He waited for us to deliver Milo to him. He was so nice. I felt so bad as it was after 1:00 am when we arrived. Today we picked up Milo's remains and once again were greeted with a warm and caring environment. They provided a sympathy card with Milo's paw print as well as a book mark with seeds to plant flowers. I loved the extra steps to make our experience more pleasant. Thank you Damon and Rachel.

UPDATE:MAY 2019 We had to put our best friend Jackson down due to old age (16 and 1/2.)We used Faithful Friends again.With better planning,he was picked up at our Vets by FF. ,And My husband picked his ashes up today.We miss him SO much,we have so many great memories with him!Thank You for taking care of Jackson for us.RIP JackJack I keep waiting for you to bump the back of my legs for "cookies" or you stealing the ferret treats from them.You truly were the best dog we've ever had.****************************************************2017 :We had our beloved Prince (Princer,Princey,Pince )we each had our own knicknames for our boy,he was raised with our daughter since she was 4 years old (she just turned 20 and he was her best buddy) cremated at Faithful Friends In Zephyrhills.He developed a cancerous tumor behind his eye.It was caught too late and misdiagnosed as just respiratory infections,we had to make the MOST heartbreaking,difficult decision of our lives and that was to end his pain and suffering and let him sleep sweetly.We all said our goodbyes at home and My husband very reluctantly and with a heavy heart took him to the Vet.I physically was a wreck,just out of the hospital for heart problems, was at complete breakdown stage.He kept me posted on everything that was happening at the vet.Assuring me he felt nothing and it was fast ,he went to sleep peacefully and was no longer in pain.We did NOT want to bury him.I did not want to sell this home and leave him here.We found Faithful Friends Cremation and Damon and Rachel are so very caring and compassionate.I know my fur baby was handled with the love,care,and respect he deserved.They answered any and all questions and knowing how close my daughter was Rachel gave us a beautiful care package with snippets of his fur and two cards so she has one for her home and his paw print inside each card,which meant the world to us!!!!Thank you again Rachel and Damon so much for all of your help and kindness .

On March 9 2021 our family pet Miss Bella (a rescue dog)passed away quietly at home it was late in the evening I waited to call on Wednesday morning I took her over to Faithfull Friends I was really surprised at how professional they were. On Friday morning I received a call saying Bella was ready to go home. The presentation was awesome nice urn in a beautiful bag with cards. I wish I could give these people 15 stars. Putting my buddy and best friend down on February 21, 2021 due to cancer was very hard for me. I wanted to remember my cat Clyde in a way that he would be with me forever. Faithful Friends Pet Cremation did such an incredible job, that they left me speechless. I choose the personalized cremation and what I got back touched my heart.The urn was so beautiful with his engraved name on it, plus the little things I did not expect. Enclosed was a locket box of hair for keepsake, a card explaining what his urn represents and personally signed condolences by everyone that works there along with a pray bookmark. If you remove the top portion of the bookmark and plant it in your garden, wildflowers will bloom in memory of your loved one. The card also had “his” ink paw print on the inside to remember him forever. Other little touches was the beautiful cremation certificate and on their website Clyde was memorialized in the pet memorial section.This is a family run business that cares about you and your pet at the hardest time in your life. My cat was put down on an early Sunday morning and someone from Faithful Friends Pet Cremation meet me at their location when I was ready. Once there, they gave me all the time to say my goodbye in a private room and when I asked to have my picture taken with Clyde, they were more than happy to take as many pictures that I wanted.I can not say enough about the great service they did for me. I would recommend getting the personalized cremation and for a few dollars more, I also got a clay pawprint with his name on it. You have only one chance to get the clay pawprint. Everything they did I will frame to keep in remembrance of Clyde forever.Thank you so much for the caring service that you did for my friend and best buddy in the world…I will cherish them forever.

Hi my name is Lizzette and only a few days ago lost my baby of 11 years. On Oct. 12th I got home from work and he was jumping around, happy to see me and about 3 minutes later he was just lying on the floor, gone. It was so sudden and unexpected that I did not know what to do.I was heart broken and it was amazing how wonderful and compassionate every single one of you treated me after the loss of my fur baby. After being Traumatized at planned pet hood Zephyrhills on how they treated us and what they did to my cat. (which I do NOT recommend you going there) Damon ;his wife Rachel and Wilma Went above and beyond to let me know everything was going to be OK and my baby was in good hands and they would let her cross over the rainbow bridge the way she supposed to. I can’t thank them enough for how compassionate ;caring and understanding they were. They did everything they could to help me get through this situation I’m in. Dear Friends, My wife and I picked up the remains of our beloved Willi Stumpf a wonderful Dachshund who was with us for almost 15 years. We left him after he was euthanized at Dade City Animal clinic this past Monday. We were glad that he was not in pain and Wanting to grab him off the table and hold him forever. We could not. Today we picked up Willi in the most beautiful and respectful way we could have imagined -first class all the way, were blown away and cried all the way home. Yesterday we lost our family puppy Monkee. Knowing very little about pet cremation and it being late in the evening I was uncertain what to do. Not only did they answer a call late in the evening after hours but Mr. Tyson provided sympathy and guidance on how to handle. He offered to meet me that night or in the morning. When we arrived the next morning they were very sympathetic, professional and I knew my beloved fur baby was in good hands. They gave us a space to say our last goodbyes. They told us what to expect with extemely great prices. They tagged her and had procedures in place to ensure she was always identified. We dropped her off at 9 am and by 2 pm they called for pick up. I cannot recall they lady in the offices name, but she was very helpful and just as kind as the other staff. When she was picked up she was in a special bag with the urn included in cost. What I found additionally that melted my heart even more, was a card from the business with an ink paw print from my dog and a lock of her hair. They included great resources as well as flower seeds to plant in Monkee's memory. My famiky highly recommends this company and we are grateful for all the kindness and suppirt we received from them and their staff through this emotional process. If you are reading this review like I read prior great ones before selecting thier service, you have found the right place.

Great service!! They were able to come out the morning of the 4th of July to my home in Citrus County when no one else could to pick up my brothers friend who passed away early that morning from his kidneys shutting down. The return product is nice love the urn, engraving along with a extra side bags of remains and fur we requested for a future build a bear project. Fantastic place and kind, compassionate staff and people. I have used them several times now, and on my most recent visit (of course on a weekend!), I was devastated and upset. When I called for help, they not only made themselves available on a Saturday evening to assist me, but they even waited for me when I was late and a traffic accident delayed me. They allowed me time to say goodbye to my lil man, offered me a choice of urns, and provided service for what I felt were extremely reasonable rates. While this is surely a difficult time for anyone experiencing this situation, this group provides a much needed service and help for those who should have it, and I would use them again without hesitation. Thanks to the staff here for their kindness and sensitivity in my time of need.

While going through the painful experience of losing a pet, you couldn’t ask for nicer, more honest and compassionate people to help you.I unfortunately had to use them for the sixth time in 5 years for our family pets, but this time was my hardest loss. I lost my beloved 11.5 yr old Lab Marley to sudden bloat - in the middle of the night.I went straight from the ER to Faithful Friends where the owner Damon met me at 3:30 am.Yes, they care that much to get out of bed in the middle of the night to help you.I toured their facilities when I first took my Mom’s dog there 5 years ago. Their crematorium is immaculate, and the whole vibe there is just so peaceful. They are so patient with you during your messy tears, and handle your pet so very gently like he or she is still alive. The process is so easy and smooth, the only real decision you need to make is what type of urn to choose. They include a choice of I believe 5, in their package so I’ve never even had to pay extra. I’ve always done a private cremation, and honestly would not trust anyone other than them.Picking your pet up is another sad trigger day, but again they make it special. Their presentation is by far the best that I’ve experienced. Every detail is included to the paw print of your pet, fur clipping, personal note, seedling memory to plant in your pets honor and even the bag with tissue it’s in. It’s your baby in there, and indeed a gift.Thank you Rachel & Damon for what you do, and for truly caring. You make such an awful time, easier and bring so much peace of mind that I can count on you to be there at whatever time of the day, or night. The thought of leaving Marley at the Vet in a cooler did not sit well with me.I’m so very grateful for your kindness and compassion you showed to me and my Marley. ❤️

Earlier this week my mother’s beloved cat, Moe, who was our family pet growing up, suddenly and unfortunately passed. We have never cremated a pet before, but we knew we needed to keep Moe near and dear to our family. Cremation seemed like a wonderful option but we weren’t sure how to go about it. We cannot begin to describe our appreciation for you! You all have been so kind, helpful, and compassionate in allowing us to heal from losing a loved one. Words can not express how moved we were when we received our beloved Capone's remains. From the beautiful urn to the amazing personal touches included...his cherished paw print, fur collection, the personalized card and prayer bookmark were all so beautiful and provided us with additional items to remember him by as well as the comfort of knowing he was in good hands all along. Absolutely amazing facility. I had something happen between my dogs while i was on vacation. Animal control took one of my dogs with intentions to put him down. I learned about faithful friends from the officer that took my dog. As soon as i got back in town i was trying to reach everyone i could to try to stop by 4 year old dog from being put down by a tragic accident. Because of the help of faithful friends together we were able to stop my baby from being put down and coming back home. No words can express how truly thankful i am for saving my boy. When the day comes and any of my 3 pass away i will for sure be using their services. Thank you faithful friends, thank you so much for helping me get my baby home. Thank you for stopping this. Without you i would have been picking up a box, not my baby.

Professional humans. What could have been a much more difficult time they made everything so much more bearable. I had multiple questions prior to my cat's passing and they were patient, caring amazing in every way. I opted to have them pick up Peekaboo and Brandy was so amazing. Drove over 2 hours to get here on a holiday weekend. And all i can say is... they are above and beyond. Worth the drive and outstanding in every way. Quick turnaround (3-5days). Gave us sooo much without even asking. They understand what you are going through and help you get through the process together, not rushed, and very kind. Many options. Definitely felt the love in this place, would recommend to anyone. Hate to have met them like this but I'm glad i met them. I seen very few bad reviews of this place, and for good reason. We are human after all, and they manage a team of 12 people.

It's been 1 month since we lost our furbaby Dolce Vita. She would of been 13 in September. Even though she was only 3 lbs she brought an immense amount of joy and love to her family! It was very sudden and Faithful Friends came highly recommended by a close friend. As you already know how devastating it is to lose a family member, Gavin drove to our house to pick Dolce up. He was so kind and compassionate. He first paid his respects to Dolce then sat with us patiently and went over everything. He gave us time to say our final goodbyes while he went to his van and brought in a beautiful basket where he laid Dolce Vita in her favorite blanket and her favorite toy. Gavin took such care knowing what it's like to lose a furbaby. When it was time to pick Dolce up from Faithful Friends, we were greeted by their, "Welcome Committee Kitty!" A beautiful gray cat that made the situation very calming she was so friendly. My first question was, "How do we know this is our Dolce Vita?" Chris told us to follow him and he showed us how their operation works. We now are totally convinced we have our Dolce! Not only did we get the beautiful necklace and plaque, both with Dolce's footprint that we ordered, but they provided us with a personalized gift bag. Inside was a beautiful card and the Rainbow Bridge poem along with Dolce's footprint and their condolences. They also gave us a pretty little pouch with a lock of Dolce's fur, a bookmark with a poem and flower seeds made into a little heart for planting and a certificate. Everything had Dolce's name on it, so personal! Thank you so much for all your thoughtfulness! We would highly recommend Faithful Friends!

When we had to make the difficult decision to put Moses down, we decided to pay for a private cremation and a paw print for our faithful friend. We set it up through our vet office and when I picked him up today the detail taken brought tears to the eyes of everyone in my family. I wanted to say thank you for all that you did for our boy, all the little extras that you took the time to include. It was a bittersweet moment. I appreciate all you did to commemorate our boy. Most compasionate and caring during a difficult time. Sorry for delay in my review..we lost our German Shepherd May 22 she was only 9yrs old. We expected to have her many more yrs. Faithful Friends came..they helped us let her go. They helped our other pets say goodbye. They explained the cremation process. They took their time with everthing never rushing. When we picked up Kira to bring her home..again they far exceeded expectations. The Urn was beautiful. A heartfelt card with her pawprint..that brought me to tears. A book mark and poem which you can plant. The frame and paw print is something that touches my heart each day. I would recommend them and do to many..and will for future.

Back in April we drove down to Florida from Nj to do home repairs on my Moms Home in Arburndale Florida, I always take my Dogs with me so my Oldest a black lab shy of 15yrs old passed away in his sleep the night before we was gonna leave to head back home to jersey, even tho I knew his time was coming I was still so hurt emotionally not ready so I didn’t know what I was going to do so I got on google and found this crematory about an hour away from moms house, I could not have asked for anything more heart warming than the staff there, when I had to carry my boy into the place they was so caring and told me it was going to be ok and he is free and playing with others over the rainbow bride, they understood I did not live in Florida and I was extending my stay until Otis was ready, they had him done in a few days and theyDid way more than I Expected, I am sorry I can’t express my feelings in a message that well but it took me months to do this as I still think of my boy every day, I have another Black lab that is almost 8 but Otis was my first Dog I ever had.I never new it could hurt so bad over loosing a pet I feel that I left him in Florida but I think he knew it was the right time and he was ready I was off from work and I got to spend the whole week with him and my mom lives alone so I feel that he is there with her watching over her, anyway I can’t express my gratitude enough to Faithful Friends cremations... Dear Friends, My wife and I picked up the remains of our beloved Willi Stumpf a wonderful Dachshund who was with us for almost 15 years. We left him after he was euthanized at Dade City Animal clinic this past Monday. We were glad that he was not in pain and Wanting to grab him off the table and hold him forever. We could not. Today we picked up Willi in the most beautiful and respectful way we could have imagined -first class all the way, were blown away and cried all the way home. Yesterday we lost our family puppy Monkee. Knowing very little about pet cremation and it being late in the evening I was uncertain what to do. Not only did they answer a call late in the evening after hours but Mr. Tyson provided sympathy and guidance on how to handle. He offered to meet me that night or in the morning. When we arrived the next morning they were very sympathetic, professional and I knew my beloved fur baby was in good hands. They gave us a space to say our last goodbyes. They told us what to expect with extemely great prices. They tagged her and had procedures in place to ensure she was always identified. We dropped her off at 9 am and by 2 pm they called for pick up. I cannot recall they lady in the offices name, but she was very helpful and just as kind as the other staff. When she was picked up she was in a special bag with the urn included in cost. What I found additionally that melted my heart even more, was a card from the business with an ink paw print from my dog and a lock of her hair. They included great resources as well as flower seeds to plant in Monkee's memory. My famiky highly recommends this company and we are grateful for all the kindness and suppirt we received from them and their staff through this emotional process. If you are reading this review like I read prior great ones before selecting thier service, you have found the right place.

Great service!! They were able to come out the morning of the 4th of July to my home in Citrus County when no one else could to pick up my brothers friend who passed away early that morning from his kidneys shutting down. The return product is nice love the urn, engraving along with a extra side bags of remains and fur we requested for a future build a bear project. Thank you guys for being there for a sad situation 😓🙂
