We recently had to say goodbye to our dog Tucker. Although we’ve known for two years that he was sick, it broke our heart. We used Lap of Love and they were great! and they used monarch pet memorial services to have him cremated. Monarch dropped the urn at our vet. and called to let us know it was there. It was in a nice bag with his paw print and his name on the box and some of his fur. They made a very difficult process a little easier and we appreciate it. It was very nice to receive their package.

My very special fur son passed away and so we can keep him close with us even in his passing, we made arrangements here. The staff here are just soooo compassionate and amazing!! They take the time to explain in detail the process. They addressed all question and concerns. They helped in so many ways to give light on a sad and dark time. Upon receiving my memorial items after my cat passed away, I noticed that the paw print looked weird. The paw looks nothing like my cat, or any cat’s paw. It is very clear the toe bean part was made not by imprinting from my cat, but it was done by hand, maybe with a pen or some type of circle shaped item. I called the location back and was told “if we cant get a good imprint, we have our team clean it up mold it and fix it ourselves”, which confirms that someone thought it would be better to just fake the cat paws instead of redoing it, or just being honest and saying one wasn’t able to be made.The manager called me back after I called to raise my concern, and the manager could not have been less empathetic. No apologies, no genuine concern and instead argued with me and said their employee misspoke and tried to assure me it was in fact my cats paw.Any pet lover (or anyone with eyesight) can clearly see the clay mold is not a true cats paw. I’m absolutely disgusted and would never recommend trusting these people with your loved ones.Edit to review: As of 1/19/25 I wanted to update my review as the owner did reach out to try and make things right. Nothing can change what happened but I do appreciate the response provided by the manager.

I recently had to say goodbye to my fur baby, Neo, and Monarch made a difficult time a little easier with their thoughtful and professional service. They patiently walked me through the process, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions with care. They worked with the emergency clinic I used to arrange the pickup, so I did not have to be involved with that. When I received my Neo's ashes, they were presented respectfully and with the utmost dignity. It was clear that every step of the process was handled with sensitivity and respect for my pet's memory. What I appreciate the most is that my cat was mostly orange with a white chest, and they made sure to get fur from each spot, so that my little jar had both colors.Overall, I would highly recommend Monarch Pet Memorial Services to anyone facing the loss of a beloved pet. Their compassionate staff and professional approach truly made a difference for me during a difficult time.

My sweet boy passed a little over a week ago. Lap of Love was here to assist and transported him to Monarch. While I didn't deal with them directly, I am extremely pleased with the outstanding service they provided. When I arrived at my vet's office to pick up my boy's urn, I was so grateful for the extra special touches they added, like his paw print on the wooden box. We recently lost our Raleigh, an amazing dog we had for almost 9 years. A good friend recommended Monarch and they were fantastic. Alan and his crew are very professional and very caring. We received an urn with Raleigh's ashes as well as nose and paw prints. A very touching memorial to probably the best dog to have ever touched our lives. Highly recommended. Losing your pet is one of life's tragedies and Monarch made it a bit easier to handle.

Our boy Shadow was laid to rest at home with Lap of Love and Monarch was tasked with his private cremation. When I received information for tracking, the communication was smooth and very reassuring. When Shadow came home we recieved such a lovely package, more than expected honestly. The urn is beautiful and the care and thoughtfulness that went into every piece is amazing. My kitty was euthanized at home by Lap of Love veterinary service and they used Monarch when I told them I would like private cremation. Service was compassionate and quick, and we received her back in about 1 week in a nice, small wooden box with her name and pawprint on it as well as a small lock of her hair in a tiny glass jar. We said goodbye to our sweet Jilly almost a month ago. While this is an experience you never want to have, Monarch makes it as easy as possible. When it was time for Jilly to come back home with us, we were so pleased to see the care that was taken with her and her memorial. The beautiful paw print and urn mean so much to me. Monarch did an absolutely beautiful job. We did not reach out to them directly- their services were utilized by the company we used to put our pet to sleep. I’m so glad the company we went through works with Monarch. I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked our girl up from our vet. The presentation was wonderful. The box for her ashes was beautiful and sturdy with her name engraved and paw printed on top. The plaster paw print also had her name engraved and her locks of hair were in such a sweet keepsake container. December 23, 2023 our sweetest boy, Dutch crossed the rainbow bridge. He was the absolute everyday light, life, and energy in our home. This unexpected/tragic night rushed us to a 24 hour pet hospital where he ultimately passed. I’ve never lost a fur baby in my adult life so I had no idea what was next after we were told he was gone. The next thing I knew, we were crying uncontrollable tears and making arrangements I never thought we would be making that night. We were asked if we wanted to do a private or communal cremation and immediately we chose private. It was all so quick and to be honest besides the word private, I just remember hugging our sweet boy on the table. Little did we know at the time, our Dutchy would make his way to Monarch Pet Services in Boynton Beach, FL in the next couple days. I called the hospital a few days later for an update and they told me that Monarch picked him up and in about two weeks I can call back the hospital to see if he’s ready and pick him up from there. Something told me to Google Monarch and talk to them directly. With tears in my eyes, I told them my situation and how difficult it would be to have to go back to that hospital for him. They asked “what is your angel’s name” (To hear the word angel was all I needed to hear). I said Dutch and they confirmed he was there. I knew then, he was in the most gentlest/loving hands. They took the time to explain everything to me and we made arrangements to have him personally delivered to our home instead of back to the hospital. Our sweet boy was a beautiful tri color American Bully. We received clippings in a glass jar with all three colors of his fur, a clay paw impression engraved with his name, an ink paw impression, a bookmark with the sweetest message, his personalized certificate, and a wooden urn that said Dutch and his paw print on it. I can go on and on and I know this is a long review, but there still isn’t enough words to describe how grateful we are for this beautiful tribute to our sweetest boy that Monarch gave to us. 5 stars could never be enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Forever grateful!

Completely blown away!!! In the past when we've had our dogs cremated we've been given a white plastic box with a mailing label of our dogs name on top. The vet service we used Laps of Love arranged the cremation so we just figured it would be the same.When the box arrived and I took it out I was shocked to see this gorgeous wood box with our dog's name engraved on top and a paw print. It only took me a second to recognize that paw print as being from our beloved pup. I love that when I run my fingers across it the roughness feels just like the pad of his paw. Truly a special touch!!

I have used their private cremation services for my wonderful dog. Monarch's effort in managing and returning her with care and attention to details was greatly appreciated. The urn with her pawprint was very touching. This was arranged through Lap Of Love and they and Monarch made this difficult situation as peaceful and dignified as possible - just what my little one deserved!

I'm writing this review after 3 years. My cat Sudoku passed away last week and it reminded me of this experience. I didn't use Monarch for Sudoku, but for Smokey. My cat Smokey passed away in 2021. I used Lap of Love in home euthanasia and they use Monarch. I wanted aquamation, so that's why Monarch was selected. When I received my CAT Smokey's ashes back, I also received a charm around the bottle that contained her fur. The charm had, " I love my dog" on it. Smokey is a cat! It made me wonder if I truly have Smokey's ashes. I did notify Lap of Love, who notified Monarch. Monarch did reach out to me, but it didn't help and is just something that can't be resolved. I just hope they double check things better.

We were quite anxious awaiting the return of our beloved dog from Monarch Pet Services. There was no need to worry. They returned our dog cremains in the most beautiful way possible. Presented in a lovely wooden box with an engraved paw print (yes, it's really his), and a thoughtful card. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Monarch Pet Services. When I contacted them after the passing of my beloved dog I did not have a plan in place for what to do with her remains. They made the process easy and seamless and were so kind and compassionate. The loss of our Seger boy was tremendous. Losing a pet is a unique pain, different from the loss of a person. At times, it even felt worse. Maybe the hurt is only partly because of the way we love our animals, but also because of the way the love us. I found that Lap of Love, and Monarch Pet Memorial Services to be especially sensitive to this horrible pain, and although nothing can quite take it away, their compassion helped ease the hurt. From that first painful phone call to request a visit, to the tender notes and careful delivery of his ashes back home, every step of the way was as comforting as it could possibly be.

I had to let go of my sweet man that I've had for the last 12 years. A piece of my heart and soul left that day, too. Today I received his ashes from Monarch Pet Services, and I couldn't be happier to have my man home. His ashes came in a beautiful wooden urn with his name and paw print engraved on the box, it is truly lovely. They also included a clay paw print and some of his hair. It really feels like the people at Monarch care about your pet and treat them with the utmost respect after their passing. I would highly recommend

I was greeted by Julitza which placed my little boy in a beautiful basket. I'm writing this review after 3 years. My cat Sudoku passed away last week and it reminded me of this experience. I didn't use Monarch for Sudoku, but for Smokey. My cat Smokey passed away in 2021. I used Lap of Love in home euthanasia and they use Monarch. I wanted aquamation, so that's why Monarch was selected. When I received my CAT Smokey's ashes back, I also received a charm around the bottle that contained her fur. The charm had, " I love my dog" on it. Smokey is a cat! It made me wonder if I truly have Smokey's ashes. I did notify Lap of Love, who notified Monarch. Monarch did reach out to me, but it didn't help and is just something that can't be resolved. I just hope they double check things better.

They also included a thoughtful keepsake in the form of custom paw print in plaster and a small vial of our cat's hair. I was unfortunate enough to lose my 16 year old Yorkie. I always wished my animals would pass naturally, however when I saw my baby suffering I decided it was way less selfish to help her get to a more peaceful place.My veterinarian suggested at home euthanization through lap of love. The entire experience from beginning to end was extraordinary for the devastation that we had just endured.Not knowing the process, I was compassionately contacted by Monarch Pet Services. I was pleasantly surprised that my baby's remains were ready 1 week ahead of what was originally told to me. I was amazed to see a cement imprint of my baby's paw, a glass vile of her beautiful locks, and a beautiful urn with her personalized paw print and name. It brought so much love and light to a very sad situation.I'm very grateful for the love and care that Monarch offered us during this agonizing time. If you have a choice, please let them make your experience as special as they have made mine!

Losing a pet is so very hard, but I was happy with the services at Monarch. My dogs ashes were put in a small wooden box with her name and paw print on it. They also give you a digital print of the paw incase you want to use it for something.

I truly recommend Monarch Pet Memorial Services! I called around to many places in the area, but when I spoke to Allen and hearing the genuine sincerity from him I automatically chose Monarch. I lost my baby of almost 14 yrs unexpectedly, on a Monday, during COVID-19. They (Michele and Allen) were very friendly and genuine. They took care of my baby as I would. I'm completely overwhelmed with what they've done for me and my family, I could never thank them enough. We received my boys ashes in an engraved urn with his paw print on it, a clay mold of his paw print engraved and a small jar with his hair in it. Down to the minor details of putting a "best friend" trinket on the jar of hair and a bow with paw prints on the bag given to us. They also provided a copy of the print they engraved on the box and a certificateof cremation. (Which is water based) I am honestly so grateful and blessed that I chose Monarch because they did such an amazing job and I don't think anybody else could have done better. I will now make a memorial wall with everything they've helped create to keep his memory alive.

I called Monarch Pet Memorial Services on a Sunday morning, after I had woken up to my pet passing away unexpectedly. Al answered, was very professional, and came quickly to pick up my pet. I had a private cremation done and received my pet’s ashes earlier than the time I was quoted. Every detail was thought out from the engraved urn, to hair in a jar, and 2 paw prints! We recently had to put our beloved cockapoo, Jovi, to his final resting place. Having to do this two years earlier with his brother, Jeter, we knew exactly who we wanted to handle this for us. Al and his team at Monarch are the best in the business. Thru their association with Lap of Love and the extremely professional vets that came to our house, they made this a less painful experience than it already was. Monarch escorted Jovi to their business and then put his ashes in a beautiful wood box engraved with his name. They also had a lock of his hair in a small glass holder, paw print in a ceramic mold and a digital copy. We now have him next to his brother, who had the same treatment from Monarch. Both came with beautiful cards also. Our family cannot thank everyone involved in this process. We tell all of our friends and relatives who have pets that using Monarch for this painful time is the only way to go. A truly dignified way to say good bye to your beloved furry family member.

The loss of our Seger boy was tremendous. Losing a pet is a unique pain, different from the loss of a person. At times, it even felt worse. Maybe the hurt is only partly because of the way we love our animals, but also because of the way the love us. I found that Lap of Love, and Monarch Pet Memorial Services to be especially sensitive to this horrible pain, and although nothing can quite take it away, their compassion helped ease the hurt. From that first painful phone call to request a visit, to the tender notes and careful delivery of his ashes back home, every step of the way was as comforting as it could possibly be.

I’m am so so so grateful that a friend of mine boasted about how great this service was. While I have gone through the heartbreak of losing many animal companions, I recently lost my Number 1 - Heart Dog - Soulmate - Best Friend - Unicorn - Light of My Life - Service Dog. This has made it a much, much harder hit. After learning about Monarch awhile back, this was one decision that I did not have to make during this most horrible time. I already knew this was our only option. Traditional cremation has never really sat well with me. So when I learned more about Aquamation, I felt much better about making the decision. With its lower impact on the environment, water based, gentle, calmer, and more peaceful process, I knew it was the best match for us. I also appreciate the “extras” they provide in the package and their customer service was great. I highly, highly recommend them.

I’d like to start by saying I’m a college kid who probably was the most emotional wreck this past week and I can’t thank Lap of love, dr Blaine, and the staff of monarch enough. Trooper was my best friend who slept with me since I was a young boy and grew up with me. When I received the call that he was not doing well and we had to make a tough call I drove down and my family made the decision. Thought about it multiple times if we were doing the right thing but at the end. Dr Blaine made it Unbelievable and comfortable to know he is in a better place. When looking for a place and company because of COVID it was extremely hard. They made every answer ABSOLUTELY AND HOW CAN WE MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU. I work on retail and know it’s a bit of a front but they are genuine and mean it. I can’t thank you enough and I know trooper is on good hands till we get him back and can’t thank you enough for giving us the extra paw when that happens. You guys made this tough decision as smooth as it could of gone and we appreciate you and your staff

I had to let go of my sweet man that I've had for the last 12 years. A piece of my heart and soul left that day, too. Today I received his ashes from Monarch Pet Services, and I couldn't be happier to have my man home. I would have liked to have used their cremation services for my dog, however, I called 2 days in a row to make arrangements, left a message on the voice mail of someone named Michelle, who indicated they would call back. I called both days and never got a call back. Their website indicates they are open, but who knows. If their hours or business is impacted because of Covid-19, their voice mail message and their website should be updated accordingly. Can't leave a deceased pet lying around waiting for a call back. Couldn't wait any longer, so we found another cremation facility. Not a way to do business.

Three days to remember, By Jennifer EadyIn memory of our Junior.The first day is a day, blessed with happiness, when you bring home your young new friend. Perhaps in a fleeting moment, you may have just chosen that silly looking mutt in a shelter- simply because something in its eyes reached your heart. But when you bring that chosen pet home, and watch it explore, and claim its special place in your hall or front room -- and when you feel it brush against you for the first time -- it instills a feeling of pure love you will carry with you through the many years to come.The second day will occur eight or nine or ten years later. It will be a day like any other. Routine and unexpected. But, for a surprising instant, you will look at your longtime friend and see age where you once saw youth. You will see slow deliberate steps where you once saw energy. And you will see sleep when you once saw activity. So you will begin to adjust your friend's diet -- and you may add a pill or two to his food. And you may feel a growing fear deep within yourself, which bodes of a coming emptiness. And you will feel this uneasy feeling, on and off, until the third day finally arrives.And on this day -- if your friend and whatever higher being you believe in have not decided for you, then you will be faced with making a decision of your own -- on behalf of your lifelong friend, and with the guidance of your own deepest Spirit. Thank you for your empathy in the face of the death of the animals, since I arrived at the place they let me live my mourning and say goodbye to my furry friend, I hope I never have to go again because that would mean the death of another of my girls but when that day comes I will go there without a doubt

Thank you so much for your compassion and attention to detail. It's never easy to loose a furry family member but Monarch helped in such a big way. Harry's Lazer engraved footprint on the urn, his lock of hair in a tiny glass bottle, the imprint of his paw and poem are so meaningful and beautiful.

I’m am so so so grateful that a friend of mine boasted about how great this service was. While I have gone through the heartbreak of losing many animal companions, I recently lost my Number 1 - Heart Dog - Soulmate - Best Friend - Unicorn - Light of My Life - Service Dog. This has made it a much, much harder hit. After learning about Monarch awhile back, this was one decision that I did not have to make during this most horrible time. I already knew this was our only option. Traditional cremation has never really sat well with me. So when I learned more about Aquamation, I felt much better about making the decision. With its lower impact on the environment, water based, gentle, calmer, and more peaceful process, I knew it was the best match for us. I also appreciate the “extras” they provide in the package and their customer service was great. I highly, highly recommend them.

The staff here really came through for me when my pet died in his sleep. They were able to get to my needs very fast and were caring, helpful, and compassionate. It was a bad day for me but Monarch helped out family get through it. Wonderful people.

They made the process as painless as possible and were very professional and thoughtful. They included a things to remember our dog by, like a snippet of her fur and paw prints on clay, which made the grieivng process much more bearable. They are empathetic and kind, and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Oh my!!! I was stunned at the presentation and detail. It was everything to my little girl to have little reminders of our Cinnamon (teddy bear hamster🐹) The effort put in shows love and care 🤍🤍🤍 I can’t thank Monarch enough for providing aftercare to our little angel 🤍

This place does an amazing job with end of life care in general. The lovely front desk girl Julie did such a wonderful job walking me through the process. She even recommended a vet to come to our house to help with the process. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!!

I’d like to start by saying I’m a college kid who probably was the most emotional wreck this past week and I can’t thank Lap of love, dr Blaine, and the staff of monarch enough. Trooper was my best friend who slept with me since I was a young boy and grew up with me. When I received the call that he was not doing well and we had to make a tough call I drove down and my family made the decision. Thought about it multiple times if we were doing the right thing but at the end. Dr Blaine made it Unbelievable and comfortable to know he is in a better place. When looking for a place and company because of COVID it was extremely hard. They made every answer ABSOLUTELY AND HOW CAN WE MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU. I work on retail and know it’s a bit of a front but they are genuine and mean it. I can’t thank you enough and I know trooper is on good hands till we get him back and can’t thank you enough for giving us the extra paw when that happens. You guys made this tough decision as smooth as it could of gone and we appreciate you and your staff
