I brought my 17 year old pup to Anderson McQueen after a friend recommended them. They were so kind and patient with me as I was a mess. Their pet goodbye room was amazing. I was able to spend some time saying goodbye to my girl in a lovely room with candles and waterfall wall fountains. It made a difficult experience much easier. Thank you all for what you do ❤️

When my cat who was almost 18 years old passed, I used Pet Cremations by Anderson McQueen. I chose to witness her cremation as she was a part of my family since I rescued her at 4 weeks old.Although this was a tough decision for me, I personally felt it necessary to witness her cremation.Anthony was amazing and had such a warm and caring heart through the entire process and took care of everything with warm and caring hands.I would absolutely recommend Pet Cremations by Anderson McQueen to anyone who loses their fur baby.

My dog was brought to Anderson McQueen funeral home by a well known funeral home. I was told to call for a time for a private cremation. When I called the lady had no idea what I was talking about and told me my dog was not there. I was told someone would call right back.. hours went by with us thinking the worst.. Then I did get a call and was told a private cremation was not possible unless I went directly through them instead of the original one that I contracted with. I did get a day and time to come for a private cremation.We were able to verify it was my Henry.. When we arrived at the location we were told we were at the wrong place! They gave me the address and that is where we went... now we had to drive across town to their other location!We were able to verify it was my Henry and give him a last goodbye. I picked out a special box from the site they sent me to and verified it with Sarah on the phone...When we went to pick Henry up The box I ordered and paid was not what he was in. they put him in an ordinary box and engraved his name not even on the plaque I ordered.We asked for the main person to call us back and still waiting days later..Beware of how unprofessional they are.. I would not recommend this place what my family and I went through was nonsense especially during such a difficult time!

I can say that Pet Cremations did a wonderful job with my best friend Foxxy. They were very polite, welcoming, and did a lot of very nice things after cremating her body. Very appreciative

My cat was supposed to be cremated by PETS of PEACE by Dobies Funeral Home. Unbeknownst to me they subbed it out to Anderson McQueen. When I received my cats urn it had that company's sticker on the bottom.The urn was supposed to be Cherry wood. Instead its plastic.I would not recommend this company or Dobies PETS at PEACE Cremation services.

We decided against using their service for our cat who passed away. The guy on the phone said since it was outside of company hours, maybe 7pm, that they can pick up the cat for an additional $250. Then proceeds to try and negotiate down to $125 after we questioned why we couldn't drop off the cat within 30 minutes. I understand it's a business, but the level of professionalism and courtesy in our rough time was subpar.

Went through my vet. I understand that you have to charge. I think 120 for a five pound cat is a little high considering how you get them back. Extremely tacky plastic wood box and ripped Scotch tape with her name. The last cat I got back was in a nicer box. Won't be using you again.

BEWARE GROSS NEGLIGENCE! My 16 year old family dog died in December. We asked for a cremation and to have his remains RETURNED to us. We had yet to receive his ashes and were told today that he was cremated in the communal cremation and his ashes were disposed of. We are DEVASTATED that they could make such a disgusting error.
