The experience of losing a loved one is stressful, sad, and can be frustrating. Brewer & Sons on 19 in Spring Hill was a phenomenal experience. They made everything so easy for us. We were in there no less than 15 times from when my mother in law passed to the day of the funeral (more than a month later). Cheri never once seemed annoyed. The memorial was beautiful and they offer package deals to make the day more special for all involved. Highly recommend this company as they seem to really care about the families they serve at one of the most vulnerable times in someone's life. Thank you so much for your hardwork and dedication.

In January, I lost my daughter at 21 weeks. The hospital suggested Brewer and Sons, that was the biggest help through my process. Everyone was so nice, compassionate, and went above and beyond holding my hand through the whole process.. November 20th... I lost my second daughter born at 23 weeks, but lived 34 days.. That was at Tampa General, going through the process, again, they asked who I woukd like to use.. That wasn't even a question. The only people that loved cared and were there for me! Brewer and Son's is an amazing facility and the most compassionate people I have ever met!!!

Made an appointment to set things up for my mother in law , as she had went into Hospice care. We wanted to get as much as possible behind us so we could focus on her.Met with RoseMarie and we could not have asked for anyone better to help deal with the situation.Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable of her job .She had all the right answers to any questions we had . Made the transaction smooth and easy as possible.So, whether you’re looking for economy or extravagant we recommend RoseMarie @ Brewer & Sons .I plan on keeping in touch with her as move through this process , as she is genuinely concerned about us and our loved one .

Brewer and Sons did an exceptional job on my father in laws funeral. From the time they picked up and placed him in their care to the final end they did fantastic. The staff were all compassionate and courteous and went over and beyond. I definitely recommend using them. They are the best and really do care.

My father in-law passed away in late January 2018. We called Brewer & Sons of Spring Hill to handle the arrangements. He passed on a Sunday at home and they came and picked up the body and we made arrangements to meet the next day. The lady we met with went over all the options and told us what they would handle, we wrote the check and left. That's where their service ended, all contact had to be initiated by us. They told us they would contact us when the death certificates were ready, nope we had to call after the time frame had passed. Their answer was yes we have them, you can pick them up. They were to contact us when the ashes we ready, nope we called and their response was yes they are ready (the top was not with the urn and they had to look for it). They also sent the obituaries to the wrong papers and they were incorrect. They said they would contact Social Security, nope again a month later came his SS check and we had to call SS and they said they were never contacted. One last item, they were to contact the military for a flag, again they never followed through. There were five family members at the table when we met with them and after these mishaps we confirmed with each other to make sure we were on the same page as to what they were telling us.

After the last dealing with these clowns we are totally fed up with the childish way this business is being run. The bait and switch, the over promise and under deliver is criminal. We walked in on Saturday March 11 2017 hoping to find someone still working, we instead find the building unlocked and unsecured. After 30 minutes of trying to find and employee we gave up and left. Came back at midnight to see if anyone ever came back to lock up but, instead we find teenagers running amuck taking pictures. I wouldn't let these people handle the burial of even a stray dog. I would suspect the other review to be a fake looking at the name and content of the posting.
