Shawn the owner was incredably compassionate, empathetic and kind. He met us after hours to performed the private cremation service and gave us her cremains that same evening. He was kind, understanding, compassionate and patient with the whole process. He told us to take as long as we needed to say our final Good Bye to "Piper " our angel . We had spent the last few days spoiling her to the utmost. Pampering her with her favorite grooming routines so she can go see God in impeccable form. She had as much of her favorite foods she wanted, then when the time came...Dr Hind from Gulf Cove Animal Care came to helped us give our girl the best possible send off over the Rainbow Bridge, peacefully, with dignity and surrounded with love and joy with no fears or anxieties. Then we found Shawn from Furever who helped give us closure...

I’ve never had a pet pass away at home. I was baffled at what to do. I did some research and found Furever After and placed my call. Sean was completely compassionate and understanding about my situation and guided me through the process. I brought my beloved senior pug Honeybun into the facility. Once again Sean was kind and considerate of my needs and I spent just a few more minutes with my fur baby. This was a difficult time in my life due to a recent divorce and I was alone in this process. I’m very satisfied with this company, the facility and Sean. I received her cremations the following day. It was so comforting to know her little body was handled with love. I highly recommend them.

We used Furever After on September 28, 2024 after saying goodbye to our 18-year-old best friend.Cooper was objectively the most handsome and smartest pup that the world has ever known, and Furever After treated him with the compassion, dignity, and respect that he deserved. The empathy exhibited by Sean was evident from the moment we spoke with him. He captured a beautiful pawprint for us and made sure that everything was perfect for our temporary goodbye.Though there is little that can make this dreadful day any easier, we were comforted in knowing that Furever After genuinely cared about our family and they respected our process for sending our son off to the big party. The end of our pet's life is a day dreaded by many of us dog parents. I want to share my story detailing how Furever Pets helped make that day as gentle and comforting as it could have been.I got Max when I was 18 years old, and he lived for 18 wonderful years with us. He was with me through my entire adulthood, and my life revolved around him. We celebrated his 18th birthday just a week before his passing. Shortly after, we noticed something was wrong, and we knew his time was coming. A good friend helped us arrange for Max to be euthanized at home, in the comfort of his own bed. My husband rushed home to be with us before it was too late.Max seemed to understand what was happening. He waited until my husband got home, and we were all together in our bed, before passing away peacefully in my arms. After letting some time pass to ensure he was at rest, we called to cancel the euthanasia appointment. Now, we needed to figure out how to lay Max to rest.Early that Sunday morning, we contacted Furever Pets. He responded within 20 minutes of our call. Sean, the owner offered to pick up Max from our home, but we decided to meet him at his shop. Sean was genuinely caring and helpful, making the process very heartwarming. He gave us the extra time we needed to say our final goodbyes. I appreciated his gentle approach, especially in a world where everything often feels like a firm business transaction. It's harsh to say, but some people become numb to their work because they do it every day. However, we did not feel this way during our interactions with Sean and Furever Pets.We ordered a custom urn for Max, and Sean was personally delivered to us within a couple of days. I will forever be thankful to Furever Pets for making this process easier on us. It's comforting to look back on that day and have peace in our hearts because of them.

My sweet girl Tessa fought so hard to stay with me, but her little body couldn’t handle the stress. She was my world. When I spoke with him on the phone one of the first things he asked was, “What is your pet’s name?”. I was somewhat surprised, but pleased and appreciative that he cared enough to ask. We sadly had to say goodbye to our little girl yesterday. Our vet highly recommended Furever After. Now we know why having met Shawn and especially his demeanor and how he handled a very emotional and sad event in our life. We contracted Sean and made arrangements to drop our little Ivy off at his location in Sarasota. He will also pick up at the vet or your home. And if you desire deliver the urn back to your home or the vet if you wish to pick up there. Very, very accompanying. Zero high pressure. We had Ivy back to us in less than 24 hours as we move through our grieving process. He's also available 24/7. There's a reason this business currently has 41 reviews that are all 5 star.

Today was a very hard day for our family, our 22 year old fur baby passed away at home this morning. We contacted Furever After directly, Sean was very sympathetic when I called and said he could meet us or they could pick her up. We wanted to wish her the final goodbyes so we met at their location. Sean gave us the time we needed to say our final goodbyes before her cremation. He then offered to bring her remains to us after everything was complete so we wouldn't have to come back. My sweet Maya crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday. On Sunday, I was hand delivered her ashes in a beautiful box, they offer paw prints, in which my husband surprised me with. Maya was delivered with such care and empathy. They even had a sweet card expressing their condolences. I highly recommend!!

On March 12, 2024 we realized that our Cat "Spock" was to sick to recover from his illness. We called Sean at Furever After and inquired about a private cremation for him the next day, March 13th. Sean accommodated us in every respect and offered several helpful suggestions. Sean from Furever After was amazing. Baxter passed away at home. He immediately met us at his location and 24 hours later Baxter was peacefully back at home. What an amazing service. On Valentine's Day we sadly lost my daughter. She was medically fragile and disabled and had 2 service dogs that alerted us when she was having seizures. This past Friday night, exactly 2 months to the day and almost minute from when my daughter passed, her oldest service dog, Mandy, crossed the rainbow bridge. It was a Saturday morning and I had no idea what to do so I called all 4 local pet crematories and sent messages. I also sent a chat request to Furever After and was surprised to immediately receive a message back at 7:30am on a Saturday. Sean then immediately called me and was out to pick Mandy up within an hour. He was caring and his professionalism is top-notch. He went over everything with me, took Mandy and then returned her back to me the next day in the most beautiful wooden urn. The total cost was far less than I had thought I would have to pay. I can't recommend or praise Sean and Furever After Pet Cremation highly enough. As for the other 3 well let's just say I have yet to hear from 2 of them and the third had no sympathy at all and actually sent a message stating they "charge by the pound"! (REALLY!) If you are in the unfortunate position of needing to have a fur family member cremated then look no further and contact Sean at Furever After now. I can promise you won't receive better treatment from anyone else in town!

Oh my gosh, Sean is the kindest, most compassionate person! My Macy Cat passed away at home. I didn't know what to do. I googled pet cremation services on a Saturday evening on a holiday weekend. Sean answered the phone and was at my house within an hour. He placed Macy in a comforting tote with a cute cat blanket. He was so kind, I can't stress this enough! At the time of writing this my rabbit passed a week ago, and was returned to us about 4 days ago. I didn't realize how much it was going to mean to me to have her remains. Though I have lost several dogs throughout my life, yesterday was my first experience with Furever After. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Shawn was very kind and understanding of what we were going through. He took us through the process smoothly and quickly and also offered to give us any time that we felt we needed with our Archihuahua. Also, though they have a large number of urns to choose from, as well as different kinds of jewelry available for purchase, there was no sales pitch. I REALLY appreciated that. Lastly, when Shawn realized that he would not be able to deliver Archihuahua's ashes the next day, he brought Archie to us that same evening. Furever After helped us through a very traumatic time. Our little dog died at home very unexpectedly from a seizure. Since there was no need for a vet, we contacted them and they handled everything. Not only will they pick up your pet but will hand-deliver the cremains to your door the next day. We love the memorial paw print and engraved urn. They are caring, sympathetic and very professional. At such a horrible time it was so nice to have people who truly cared about what we were going through.

He went over everything with me, took Mandy and then returned her back to me the next day in the most beautiful wooden urn. The total cost was far less than I had thought I would have to pay. I can't recommend or praise Sean and Furever After Pet Cremation highly enough. As for the other 3 well let's just say I have yet to hear from 2 of them and the third had no sympathy at all and actually sent a message stating they "charge by the pound"! (REALLY!) If you are in the unfortunate position of needing to have a fur family member cremated then look no further and contact Sean at Furever After now. I can promise you won't receive better treatment from anyone else in town!

Oh my gosh, Sean is the kindest, most compassionate person! My Macy Cat passed away at home. I didn't know what to do. I googled pet cremation services on a Saturday evening on a holiday weekend. Sean answered the phone and was at my house within an hour. He placed Macy in a comforting tote with a cute cat blanket. He was so kind, I can't stress this enough! He brought Macy back home in a beautiful urn the very next evening. Thank you Sean. I feel like he became my friend in a tough time.

At the time of writing this my rabbit passed a week ago, and was returned to us about 4 days ago. I didn't realize how much it was going to mean to me to have her remains. We received her ashes and small bottle containing some of her hair. Having these things to remember her has been a great help in coping with the loss. Thank you all very much.

Though I have lost several dogs throughout my life, yesterday was my first experience with Furever After. I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Shawn was very kind and understanding of what we were going through. He took us through the process smoothly and quickly and also offered to give us any time that we felt we needed with our Archihuahua. Also, though they have a large number of urns to choose from, as well as different kinds of jewelry available for purchase, there was no sales pitch. I REALLY appreciated that. Lastly, when Shawn realized that he would not be able to deliver Archihuahua's ashes the next day, he brought Archie to us that same evening. On January 20 my husband & I had to make a very difficult decision & put our 17yr old Yorkie, Molly to sleep. I contacted Sean at Furever After & we met him there. If it were possible to give Furever After more stars, I would. Our little Maltese was beautifully involved in every part of our life. Thankfully, we were blessed with many years with Snuggles. Furever After made this sad time easier to deal with. They were immediately available on a Saturday afternoon and delivered to our home the ashes on Sunday. Every pet owner needs to be prepared for that dreadful moment. Put Furever After where it will be available.
