I unexpectedly lost my beautiful little Dachshund and I brought her to Royal Palm Memorial Garden/ Pet Haven to have her cremated. The staff was especially caring and kind. I arrived before they had even opened and one of the grounds keepers came right around to greet me and to let me know that I would be helped very soon and he showed real empathy to me. Samantha was there promptly and she was so kind and compassionate. I can't say enough kind things about my experience here, in one of my darkest moments, to know that my baby girl would be well taken care of. This is not the first time I've been here with one of my pet companions and I'm sure it won't be my last.Thank you again for your genuine kindness in my time of sorrow.Sincerely,Margot AyreArcadia, FL

For anyone going through grief from the loss of your beloved, furry family member, I would highly recommend Pet Haven in Punta Gorda. Samantha is such a caring and compassionate young lady, and she could not have been better helping us through this difficult time. She is very kindhearted, and the staff were also very helpful as well. While we wish we could have our best buddy Kona with us forever, it is comforting to know that we can still visit him and talk about all our special memories where he is laid to rest at Pet Haven. We love & miss you buddy. Thank you, Samantha and the staff at Pet Haven for all of your kindness.

We lost our sweet girl Ellie Mae on Wednesday night. Kathy at Pet Haven allowed us to meet her after hours so that we could close the loop to start the process of getting her returned to us. Today, Friday Ellie Mae is coming home. Kathy & Lori are the most caring individuals. We are so appreciative of their being so caring & compassionate at such a tragic time. Highly recommend.

Words cannot accurately express how much I appreciate Kathy and her staff at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens. I live in Boston and sadly, my mom passed away very suddenly in January. Her plot at RPMG was purchased years ago, but other than that, I had NO idea what I needed to do. Fortunately, Kathy swooped in (like an angel) and helped me with the few things I needed to do. She is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and above all, a lovely human being who genuinely cares about the deceased and their families. Since then, I have called Kathy for assistance with flowers and again, she has gone out of her way to help. The cemetery is very nice and well-maintained, and I believe that my wonderful mother is in good hands there. Thank you Kathy and Royal Palm.

I called on Pet Haven, the pet section of Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, in regards to the passing of my cat. Catherine and Cheyenne have provided very compassionate, kind, and professional customer service. I recommend Pet Haven for all who have pets who passed away. Pets are family too. The people of RPMG and Pet Haven understand and provide outstanding service.

Kathy is so wonderful to work with in a cemetery to funeral home relationship. She’s attentive to the needs of my families and she is very accommodating. You can truly tell she loves what she does and the grounds are always so beautiful. She is such a wonderful asset to Royal Palm and the Punta Gorda community.

From the time I walked into the door of Royal Palm Memorial Gardens it has been a pleasant experience. Kathy , Cheyenne, & the director Tim have been exceptionally comforting at my time of loss. I appreciate Tim’s help in coordinating my choices. I highly recommend this cemetery for all your arrangements.

We attended a holiday luminary service at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens in Punta Gorda last year. We have to say the event was very well organized by Kathy Posey who made everyone feel very welcome and special. It was a delightful service and showed much planning, organization and caring for the people whose family members had passed and who were being honored. A beautiful service and kudos to everyone who was involved.

The Luminary that Royal Palm Memorial Gardens did was touching and memorable and the staff is one of best you could have. I highly recommend their services if you ever loose a pet or a loved one because they will treat you like family.

Twice turned down my business, The older lady couldn't give information on price through email, even though I request no call, because I can't talk well because of issues. That was for Pet Haven, then quit giving any information at all. The next I wanted go there for me a spot, cause family is to far to ever see my grave, But she was very rude because I wanted my grave to be found on Find-a-Grave when I pass away. I have found a "other" place, that is modern and even avalible QR memorials code to scan from smart phone that goes on markers. It's to bad, because it's a beutiful place in work.Update: Understand why this is a 1 star, you be the judge.

I met with Kathy last week, spoke about future plans for cemetery plots, she was so professional and caring. The cemetery lake is so beautiful, would definitely recommend as a final resting place.

Buried my mother here in 1989 and returned in 2009 to lay my father to rest after his passing on July 4th. I still carry images of their funerals and this cemetery.

Ok so i was just informed that nothing buy flowers by gravesite.Now i have several family members and friends who are there most recent my daughter has been there over 3 years and the lady said look at this site it has more things than anyone.Well I'm sorry I love my daughter.
