Samantha was so helpful and accommodating the day that our beloved furbaby unexpectedly crossed the rainbow bridge. She was incredibly kind and wonderful to work with during a less than ideal situation.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for our boy.

I cant thank the staff enough for being there for me during a really hard time in my life. I lost my fur baby Redo this past Sunday (1/15/23) and Kathy was right there to help me with everything. The office was closed and it was later in the afternoon but she responded immediately and was happy to meet me at the office to discuss the cremation of my sweet boy. She treated me with so much care and compassion. I felt comfortable knowing my boy would be in great hands. I received my sweet boys ashes today❤ It was hard walking into that office but I was greeted with smiles and hugs. My clay paw turned out AMAZING and the Ink paw prints are beautiful. Thank you so much for not only a great experience during a tragic time but also for the beautiful memories you captured for me from my sweet boy and all the care that came with it!

I highly recommend Pet Haven. They did a beautiful job with my dog who passed last year. Very professional. I recently visited again with a friend who lost her dog. I met Brandy Stark personally. She is so sweet and compassionate. She was amazing with my heart broken friend and helped her greatly thru the tough process. I would never go elsewhere. Thank you Brandy for being so thoughtful 😊

Not happy with the ink paw print that I was given, after I specifically asked if they could get a couple good paw prints for a tattoo. It is a big blob. I suggest if you want an ink paw print to do it yourself. There were other ink paw prints in the office that I saw that were near perfect or at least better than mine. So I know it could have been done. Really, they could have put a little bit more effort into my fur baby's final memento. The clay paw print thankfully turned out perfect. Somehow I will have to try to get an imprint from that to turn it into a tattoo. The urn was nice.

Brandy went out of her way to take care of my baby, Fennec. She was the nicest, most compassionate and caring person I’ve encountered since Fennie died. It is hard for most people to understand what it is like to lose your pet. Pet Haven also took care of my previous dog, Foxy, 7 years ago. I called other “pet” funeral homes…got no answer, no caring. In my opinion, Pet Haven is the only way to go.Love Fennec and Foxy💕💕💕💕🐾🐾🐾🌈🌈🌈

I highly recommend Pet Haven. They have helped us with with 2 of our beloved pets who have passed away. Most recently with our beloved dog Coco. Kathy took care of us with compassion and understanding. She went above and beyond to help me the day my dog passed.

I’d definitely recommend this establishment to anyone that needs pet cremation/burial services. It is such a hard thing to go through, so thank you to the staff here at Royal Palms (Punta Gorda) for making this such a smooth ride. This was my first experience in loosing a pet, even though we knew it was coming.. I was devastated. I was so distraught, I didn’t even realize it was a Sunday.. but they helped me almost immediately after calling. I believe the lady that helped me out was Kathy. Everything I received was beyond my expectations. They truly treated this situation as it were their own pet. The little details mean a lot to me. Thank you so much!

Last week I had to set my girl, Bridgett free. Ashley at Pet Haven did everything possible to ease my pain by coordinating all the details. I brought my girl home the very next day along with lovely nose & paw prints, a lock of her fur and a bookmark. Their compassion is appreciated.

Absolutely the worst Experience in my life. No thought or compassion was put into returning my beloved pet to me . I had a prayer pet pass in Oct and used a company called my pet angel it was the most heartfelt beutiful thing I have ever seen done with dignity care thought ect. Then my 2nd pet passed 5 weeks later and my vet used this company pet haven. Very disappointed when I called them to share my thoughts and pix they were not very concerned with my feelings or even called me back .

I had to take a few days to think of EXACTLY what I really wanted to say about my experience with the the staff at Royal Palms. First off, I lost my dear Yorkie, Pierre (Puppyman) on March, 25th. Before his passing, I knew who I was going to call, because I had gotten the # from one of my clients. But I had NO idea how much love I'd be shown. I was a total wreck on that first phone call, because my poor Puppyman was dying,and I didn't know what to do. That angel, Cheyenne on the other end of the phone was so calming, and soothing. I just needed someone to talk to because I didn't want it to be real. My best friend of almost 15 yes was leaving me, forever!! But she made it so much easier. She guided me step by step, so when the time came, I was OK. She kept in constant contact with me about the progress about my precious Puppyman. They picked him up from the hospital. When he got to the facility, they ALL saw and said how cute he was. I had him cremated. After a few phone calls back and forth to both Cathy, and Cheyenne I figured out which urn I wanted. It was "fancy", because he was fancy, and spoiled. Nothin but the best for my Pierre! Cheyenne didn't mind that I would text her just to talk about, and reminisce about the great times with Pierre. She was the BEST! Better than anyone in my family as a matter of fact. I'm STILL waiting on condolence phone calls. These guys really made this process easier for me. But the BEST part was this Thursday while I was out shopping and I got a text from Cheyenne. I flew home to drop my groceries off, and had to calm myself down because I couldn't stop shaking. When I got there I was m et with so many awesome surprises!! Better than ANYTHING I could ever dream of! First off, I got to meet my angels!! Then they gave me back my Baby, and so many other wonderful reminders of him that took my breath away, and made me cry like a baby. And Miss Cheyenne made me a "special" gift. I think I was there for almost an hour. I felt so at home. It was a sad occasion of how and why I met them, but I'm glad that I did. I plan to keep in touch. I also plan to spread the word about how wonderful my Puppyman was taken care of in the end. He went out just like he lived, "fancy".

Recently had to use Pet Haven's cremation services for my dog. Pet Haven staff were very professional and caring. Excellent service during a sad time. My family has used them numerous times in the past and we are always treated with care. Thank you Pet Haven.

I am very impressed with your service. In my grief, it was very nice to receive Marvin's ashes in a beautiful wooden box, and including his paw and nose prints. I loved the Rainbow Bridge bookmark, and I have your condolence card sitting with the box, which I put his collar around and tennis ball on top. Thank you so very much for providing me with these memories.

I called about getting our cat cremated that just passed away and the lady who answered took info like I was doing a financial transaction and said an advisor would call me either 2 times LATE this afternoon or 1 time tomorrow morning! Seriously NO COMPASSION AND NO ONE TO TALK TO RIGHT THEN. No business from us EVER! Cold and Heartless!!!!!!!!
