Staff was compassionate and listened to what I wanted, they were also patient with my 6 year old and his questions while he processed the whole situation. One of those places we all hope to never have to use but inevitably will have to, and I will recommend to anyone who needs this service.

My sweet bun Nella passed away this past Saturday. Dennis came in specifically for us so we could drop Nella off. There was a beautiful room where you can say goodbye to your pet. I stayed in there for well over a hour. Dennis was extremely kind and understanding. I asked him to keep my bunny in her blanket until cremation, and to keep a little bit of her fur. And he was completely understanding. This was the best place for such a sad situation. They imprinted her paw, and put a little of her fur in a small bag. They put a beautiful poem about the rainbow bridge in the bag. It made everything feel special. It didn’t feel like business, everything was cared for with love. Thank you.

Through the most difficult time, coastal pet cremations showed so much compassion for our family. Dennis was very professional and showed so much care when picking up our beloved Ava. Dennis answered our many questions and was very understanding during this difficult time. Camille was great at communicating with me during the urn engraving, making sure to text me several pictures until I found one I liked. Camille took time to make a beautiful urn and put so much love into something we will treasure forever. My husband and I highly recommend Coastal Pet Cremations

Thank you to Coastal Pet Cremation and to his owners Camille and Dennis. Our family had a difficult time facing the early death of one of the family dogs named Linda after a long battle with an illness and even surgery, hospitalization, etc. Our local Vet Office here in Miami was the one that connected us with this family owned pet cremation services in Punta Gorda and we did not even know our little thing was taken almost 3 hours away from our home town to be cremated, a few days later we called the Vet Office and they told us the Linda’s ashes had arrived. I went there and they gave me a little bag with the wooden urn with her name on it, her paws print, certificate of cremation, a very nice prayer with a document teaching how to face that hard moment, even a card with a little heart to plant wild flowers on her name and a beautiful frame for us to put a Linda’s picture all nicely packed with care and love, it was the impression we received here in Miami. We are sure Linda was very well treated with dignity by this family until her body was finally placed in the private cremation chamber. We have again Linda back with us not only in the urn but in our hearts forever. Thank you again to Coastal Pet Cremation, we don’t know you guys but we do know the love and care you put on the highly sensitive services you provide to the community. I am authoring this review to highlight a tremendous and extremely professional company. I had the unfortunate experience of losing a pet to cancer, something that no animal owner ever wants to face of their loved one. Shortly after of putting my cat to sleep (Thank you Dr. Nicole of Animal Medical Center of Lehigh Acres) I contacted Coastal Pet Cremation in Punta Gorda. I spoke to both Dennis and Noah from Coastal Pet Cremation who were extremely compassionate, helpful and professional. They explained the process in great detail and took great care of my cat Jack.I know that there is no price great enough to care for your pet’s afterlife needs, but Coastal Pet Cremation was extremely affordable and they actually cared when I contacted them. I highly recommend Coastal Pet Cremation if and when you have to come to this sad decision to let your pet go. I hope I do not experience this anytime soon with my other furry love ones but if I do, Coast Pet Cremation will be my first call. Thanks to Dennis, Noah, and Coastal Pet Cremation for making such a somber situation a more manageable and comfortable experience.

Camille and Dennis are truly the best in the business!!!! They were able and willing to help me with my needs after hours. Never made me feel like it was an inconvenience and was very helpful. The viewing room was the perfect closer. The fur tie made me cry when I saw it but is the perfect touch to go on the urn. The paw print was perfect and they even accomplished my special request for a nose print. My daughter got a necklace and loves it. They even engraved another pets urn for us. Everything about this company is professional and personal! I am in the veterinarian field and have been for 16+ years. Needless to say I have worked with many different Crematories and they by far took the GOLD! If your looking for a great company that will treat your family pet as their own, look no farther! I highly recommend them!

What a class act! The handling of our beloved Carly was the most important thing in the world. Dennis was available to meet right away. He was kind, patient, and compassionate. The office is lovely and serene, including the beautiful viewing room....compliments to Camille! Picked up Carly 2 days later when I met Rich and chatted and shared stories. Great people! The package was beyond expectation. The beautifully engraved urn, personalized certificate, the Rainbow Bridge poem and seed disc to plant flowers later in memory, clipped together with fun doggie paperclip. All in a beautifully put together gift bag. Very well thought out and detailed. Wow! Thank you for handling our baby with such love and care.

We needed service on a Saturday morning, I called and was given the information. They stopped what ever they were doing and drove to the facility, we were seen within 20 minutes. We were treated so well, they had a viewing room where my sister could take her time with her cat...before asking for information or doing any paperwork. It is owned by the adorable young couple who took care of us, they made it easy. Beautiful rooms to welcome you, bright and cozy. No pressure to leave or buy extra. She offers many choices of items that she designs or creates. True small business and know they will do well with all they offer!

Two days ago I received my sweet Salem's ashes.I thought I would not be able to afford having my baby's ashes back and your prices made it possible for me. Thank you.I truly appreciate the beautiful presentation, your sensitivity and caring touches, like the certificate and the beautiful urn, warmed my heart and made my pain more bearable.Our pets are family members and as such are very much loved and when they go they leave a hole in our hearts.Thank you.May God bless you and keep you.

Coastal Pet Cremation has handled two of our pets lost within 10 days of each other. We helped our 17-year-old Chihuahua cross the Rainbow Bridge nearly two weeks ago. Three days ago, we unexpectedly lost our 4-year-old bunny, who has now joined her doggo brother on the other side of the Bridge. While I did not meet Camille in person, she has been incredibly compassionate and accommodating through this very rough time. It's been a gut punch for my family for certain, but we take comfort in knowing they each were dealt with lovingly and respectfully.

They were so nice and caring when I called them about my girl Chloe. Camille and her husband are the sweetest people you’ll meet. They took care of my girl Chloe like she was one of their pets. I couldn’t be more happier with the service and leaving my Chloe there. I knew she was in good hands. I highly recommend them.

I literally don’t write many reviews but since this is a very important issue in our lives, the care of our fur babies and needing to put trust in someone. My 17 year old chihuahua passed a few weeks ago and the emergency vet where she was had a cremation place Pet Heaven which was bought out by a Canadian company and opened places like a dental place all over the country it was such an impersonal place I could let my baby go to one of their shops. So my regular vet recommended Costal Pet cremation because they had used Pet Heaven and wasn’t happy after it was turned into a conglomerate all over USA so they changed to Coastal. I dealt with Camille and Dennis it’s a small family operated place that’s very personal and i felt like Camille really cared. I wanted my baby cremated and they over a hundred miles from me and 50 from the vet she was at. But they called and made an appt to pick her up. And do a totally private cremation so I could have only my babies ashes to keep. It was 4th of July weekend so it was definitely a hardship for them and the saddest time for me. But they were able to help me pick out a wooden urn with two scriptures one from their scriptures and one I wrote with my Angel’s name and a saying to her that meant a lot to me with her name engraved too inside a heart that I actually drew. A place for her picture and a paw print of hers on the front. Plus a puff heart with paw print shape stone with her ashes inside and a keychain with paw prints with her ashes inside. Dennis drove to my vet to meet me and gave me personally all her stuff in beautiful teal bags with tissue paper and some beautiful momentals written from them. I had also bought two more matching keychains for my other to fur babies that had passed away and Dennis told me to bring their ashes and he would put their ashes in each key chain for me so I could have my 3 fur babies matching ashes key chains, I told him I couldn’t do the ashes placement and he told me to bring them and he’d do them for me. Which he did right there in his van in front of me. ( I couldn’t do it)So I’m very thankful to both of them for helping me. The only thing I’d ask them to change is to have different sizes of wooden urns theirs is beautiful and perfect for Angel but my two other fur babies wooden urns are half the size all three of my chihuahua’s are under 4 pounds and smaller was a nice choice I was able to make for my other two years ago. So Angel’s beautiful new one is gigantic next to the other two and I only had two choices of wood cherry & white and my other two are real light oak so that’s the only thing I hope they’d update to more choices in sizes and wood color. But my recommendation is 10 star they were there to help me through the worst time and also some major issues at the emergency vet which couldn’t locate my baby for hours and because she was so tiny less then 2 lbs she was under other babies and they told me she was gone to their cremation place without my permission I was devastated but hours later they called and said what happened and to my horror explain it to me which was heart breaking to me and I told Camille what happened and she called there and got everything straightened out and made personal arrangements for Dennis to pick my Angel himself and verified he had my Angel. So I’m very thankful to Camille and Dennis for going way above the normal I’m sure.Thank you again to both of them ❤️

We unexpectedly lost our Goldendoodle this past week. Upon contacting Coastal Pet Cremation, we found this family owned business to be most professional & compassionate. They were very flexible about the services available & were eager to meet our particular needs & wishes for Sadie. The viewing room was an added plus & the options for memorabilia is extensive. We would highly recommend their services-very personal care.

While I was on vacation with my 12 yr old labs (brothers from the same litter) , one of them passed away. :( I called a few locations but knew immediately Coastal Pet Cremation was who I would trust with my “sweet boy”. Camille was compassionate and sensitive to the emotional pain I was experiencing. When I arrived, Dennis was attentive to me and especially my “sweet boy”. Dennis handled him with such gentle care and concern. Given the need to return home within the next few days, both Camille and Dennis dropped everything to make it possible for me to be able to bring him home with me. They even prepared everything for my other lab so that when he passes, everything matches his brothers. :) They not only took care of me at the present but also have me taken care of for the future.As awful as the situation was, I am so grateful Dennis and Camille @Coastal Pet Cremation was there for me and for him!Thank you Dennis and Camille! Words can’t express how much I appreciate your compassion and sympathy.

Our Bella died on Sunday August 29th 2021. We met with the owners of coastal pet cremation and they were very nice, professional and caring for our situation. This was the most wonderful place with such good people! Our cat died of a broken heart after a family member who was close to her passed away. She seemed ok at first, but she and a family member had to move to another house after "her" house was sold. Again, she seemed ok at first, but started fading after a couple of weeks and would no longer eat. I think she realized that her beloved favorite person was really gone and was not coming back. She passed away in her sleep. We decided to have her cremated and put in with her master who had also been cremated. We called Coastal and they were so accommodating and said we could bring her in, which we did. They were so caring and lovely, it was such a good experience! Would highly recommend them for any pet parents in need!

The service and support we received from Costal Pet Creations during the loss of our dog was amazing. They not only helped us during Baxter’s transition but went above and beyond afterwards, making such a difficult time as easy as possible. Communication was five star, the viewing was five star, the way they communicated with our children during this time was five star. I recommend them immensely. Special thank you to Dennis and Camille. Such a stressful time having our daughters dog passing away while we were watching him when they were out of state at a funeral. We did not know what to do or who to turn to. Dennis was at our house within the hour late at night. They took us through the process and keep Cooper until my daughter got back in town 4 days later to say their goodbyes. My daughter said Costal was so kind, so professional, so understanding they (Costal) made this sad difficult time bearable.We will forever be thankful for the service you provide. Called at 630 a.m when my dog passed. They were closed and opened at 9. They called me back around 650 and said someone could meet me there at 730 to drop him off before I went to work. The man that met me was great. Respectful and polite. I received my dogs ashes the next day. Great place. Recommend highly. Thank you.
