We have buried over 5 pets here over the years. Almost every time there seems to be a long period of time to get a plaque made and even sometimes getting callbacks in a timely manner. Not to mention, the country burial is always overgrown and unkept, the old signs are not updated or clean, which just shows the disrespect for the customers and their beloved pets. They should be ashamed

So 14 years ago I had visitation/wake for my chihuahua Lola died at 16 years old. At the time it was a “ma & pa” place owned by Randy & his wife. They were PERFECTLY ACCOMMODATING-absolutely wonderful people.Last week I had a wake/visitation for my Lola Ann (another chihuahua) and learned theprevious owners daughter, Elizabeth, now runs it. She is just as compassionate and patient as her parents. My baby died while at an emergency vet and they sent her body up to Okeechobee for cremation. I called Broward Pet Cemetary and Elizabeth made sure her remains were brought back to Broward. Here’s pictures of my baby before cremation. Normally u visit with your baby then go to lunch and come back to pick up cremated ashes.Very happy with their services despite being such a tragedy. They treated my baby with such good care & respect..it is very much worth it to have a little one on one visitation with your baby one last time. It is worth every penny and helped me achieve closure. 😢🥲🐾🦴

This place is amazing and peaceful This process will never be easy, but this facility and staff certainly make it less painful, very accommodating, and you have absolute faith that your pet is being taken care of with respect. Today July 6, 2022 was the cremation of our princess Lily, my beauty. We received her in a beautiful box with other memories such as a bit of her hair and her paw print and her nose and the lady was very kind to me and my family understanding our loss. I hope we don't need that service again... but I recommend this Place. Thank you very much!Liz Fernández

I've worked with Elizabeth on my recent interment of our beloved Border Collie Shepherd Bella. She has been very helpful and gracious in our requests from the viewing, to the interment and then helping us with our girl's final marker specifications. We have 4 dogs buried there and a precious feathered pet and we find BPC to be a serene and respectful place of reflection where we can come to connect with our fur children on a heart and soul level. We are grateful that such a place exists here in Broward County.

Amazing service! I cannot recommend them enough. My family was struggling after the loss of our dog Luna but from the initial call, all the way to the service, Luna was given an exceptional treatment. It’s clear to see the love and dedication they have for each pet when they provide their services. Elizabeth was sweet, polite and answered all our questions in a sensitive way. This is the best place to say goodbye to our beloved pets.

This place is amazing!! This process will never be easy but this facility and the staff certainly make it less painful very accommodating and you have absolute faith that you're pet is being taken care of. They even went as far as to return the plate and screws in my dog's leg from her surgery years ago which I thought was really cool.

I cannot say enough good things about Elizabeth and Pet Angel Memorial Center - Broward Pet Cemetery in Plantation. I was appreciative of Elizabeth's kindness and compassion but more importantly I was grateful for the respect she showed to Simon. From the viewing through the entire process and then handing Simon back to me Elizabeth's level of care and concern was amazing. Thank you for making a difficult day a little easier.

I just got my furr baby back from Pet Angel and it was the most beautiful experience opening how her ashes were returned to me. I could tell that she was treated with respect and kindness. I highly recommend Pet Angel if you want professional and caring service for your loved pet.

The death of my sweet Sophie was very traumatic because of the lack of empathy on the part of the clinic that had cared for her. After what had happened I had lost faith in people, but in this place I found some peace. They took care of me, of my Sophie with love and gentleness. They helped me a lot. I highly recommend it 🫶

I spent all night with memories of my pet. I needed to make a decision to honor him. It is so close to Christmas and finances are allocated. Elizabeth was so compassionate, a problem solver. I would not call anyone else but Pet Angel. I have only love and admiration for their compassion and ease in helping me bring closure to my family furry friend. Thank you for being real and affordable.

Today I received my second cremated baby from Pet Angel. This is who does cremation services for MidCounty Vet. My first dog, Chica was cremated about 2 years ago and my second, Asia passed on 3/10. Today is 3/14 and I already have my girl home. Both passed from cancer. It’s extremely difficult. The angels at Pet Angel are quick and provide such beautiful keepsakes. With both of my girls I received a beautiful wooden box with flowers engraved on top (for ashes), clay paw print, bag of fur and a death/cremation certificate.Thank you, Pet Angel. You guys truly provide peace of mind during one of the most hurtful times in life.

Seemed very nice, compassionate. I bought my 6 cremated fur babies to them over 1 1/2 months ago. I called after about a month and they said they were short handed and hadn't yet buried my pets. I'm very disappointed and have even thought of taking some sort of action. Maybe having a friend retrieve them and ship them to my new home. And, of course, getting a full refund.I was so happy to find this memorial place in the city where I had lived. Everything looked great but now I just feel sick because they're sitting on some shelf somewhere.

I lost my dog very suddenly. She was rushed to the hospital and I had to make the devastating decision to put her down because of her kidneys. I was offered cremation services by the hospital. I had no idea what outside business was going to handle my dog but I trusted the hospital. I received Lilys ashes today and I completely broke down in tears at how beautiful Pet Angel did. I wasn’t expecting the box with a engraved name tag. A cremation certificate. Everything was so beautifully packaged. I am so happy and because of them I feel I have my closure. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately one of my dogs passed away unexpectedly. I rushed her to the vet but it was too late. I had always buried my dogs growing up but that was when I lived in NY and had a house and yard. My vet offered cremation services and I accepted. I expected to just receive a bag of ashes but I was shocked when I received a nice gift bag with a certificate, name badge and a wooden box with her remains in a nice pouch inside. I was extremely surprised and it made me tear up. I definitely recommend Pet Angel Memorial Center as they went above and beyond what I was expecting.

They're very nice here, well-kept, and beautiful, don't get me wrong on that part. But, unfortunately, their availability is seriously limited. My mother has long working hours, and I cannot drive, so we have not been able to pick up my dog's ashes four two months. Every time we attempt to go, they are unavailable, or close early. It is incredibly hard to work with their hours, especially since there is no reference for time changes. Here and there they close at 12:30, on a weekday, and are not open on weekends. The first time we went to pickup, it was three o'clock, and they failed to inform us that they were closing early. We waited for an hour, called multiple times, etc. to no avail and failed to get back to us promptly (days later). There wasn't even a sign or notice. Nobody should have to deal with this, especially because of the type of institution this is. I understand that there are emergencies, but when you close hours and hours early so frequently, then it is an issue. In summary, it is incredibly difficult to adapt to their constantly changing hours. The average working adult will find that it is a challenge to catch this place at the right time, which is so disappointing. It is not fair to the consumer, nor is it morally decent for a pet cemetery. It's upsetting.

We lost our dog on 3/11/22. My daughter insisted on cremation. She called Pet Angel. Yesterday 4/5/22, after delays explained to her over the phone, she picked him up. When I arrived home from work I looked at the items. The box was beautiful, but cannot be opened. Not the end of the world, but it can't be opened. My problem is with the pawprint. I'm not going to bring it up to her or anyone else, but that definately, beyond a shadow of a doubt, NOT his paw that was used in the plaster she was given. I can only wonder about the Ashes now. I just felt you needed to know that. I know I am right. It ends here because I don't want to re hash any sadness. She has had this dog for 16 of the 25 years that she has been alive. I only gave 3 stars because the presentation was nice. That's all. He is gone. I have my memories. However, I am not sure if it is even his Ashes. The pawprint is not his. I know that for reasons that I can identify.

It's a beautiful, well maintained, nice cemetery to bury your pet in. The cemetery is located in a gorgeous neighborhood so it's a place you'd be happy to return to visit your pet's remains and grave. There are many options and price levels for pet burial or cremation. They have many customizable urns available. The lifetime maintenance fee (paid yearly in increments or a lump sum up front) is pricey though. We could not afford to bury our pet there so we cremated. There's an older lady who runs the whole operation and she's a bit crusty to deal with. She's a bit irritable and only passably comforting when dealing with you in your time of need. It shouldn't be that way in your time of need and grief; she needs to work on her people skills. She' s the only reason I can't rate this place 5 stars.
