I don't know how to clearly express how grateful I am for this company and Stoney. His kindness and compassion towards you, your loved ones and the pet you have just lost sets a standard for how this industry should run. I called after hours middle of the week, losing my mind over my Boston Terrier that had just been run over and killed. Ace, he was my heart and soul, I was a hot mess. He was kind and understanding and at my home in less than 1 hour. He was careful with my sweet boys remains and showed compassion while going over the minimal paperwork. Thank you for the hard and emotionally draining work you do. I will forever be grateful.

Could not be happier with my experience with Peaceful Pets. My 16 year old chihuahua had unexpectedly suffered a heart issue. After caring for her around the clock for 3 days, she passed away. My family and I were exhausted and heart broken. We are new to the PCB area and didn’t know what to do since we live in a condo. Stoney could not have been more accommodating. He was so supportive during this tragic time. Peaceful pets also provided us with some great options to remember our beloved girl by. Stoney and Lisa were amazing in helping us through the process of having to put down our Beagle. It was very difficult saying Goodbye to our little girl as like most pets, become part of the family. We were able to let her go in the comfort of our home and Peaceful pets was there throughout the entire process.Lisa was so nice when we received our girls ashes that she gave us a book on grieving for pets.We thank Peaceful Pets, Stoney and Lisa, for all of their assistance with our Lexi.

I had questions about my sweet little Cookie's cremation and the owner came out to my house that day to personally answer all my questions. The gentleman was very compassionate and caring. I received Cookie's ashes in a beautiful wooden box. Her ashes were sealed in plastic pouch inside a velvet bag that can be opened for an ash-speading ceremony of your choosing. There was a beautiful paw print frame and a poem bookmark with a paper flower seed heart on it. Cookie loved to lay in wildflowers in my backyard. I will plant them in her favorite sunny patch. Thank you so much for caring.

I can’t say enough about Peaceful Pets. They met us at their facility at 8:30 in evening after we lost our Persian and even with several things going on in their own personal life they made time for us. They provided a beautiful box, paw print, clipping and other items. They deserve a 10 star rating.

We obviously never want our pets too leave us, but when my boy passed they made time to come pick him up so my youngest wouldn’t see him! They are respectful and I love the way they pick up your pet! My deeply loved bichon Shishimaru had sudden attack in his health. I have to decide to stop his pain. It was a hard hard experience. My vetnerian had cremation service. But I hear it takes one whole week process. I could not wait Shishimaru comeback to my arm that long.... So I called peaceful pet. They are very respectable, clean and graceful all way. In time and good communication. Lisa told me that she can take care my Shishimaru in 2 to 3 days. But actually they did their work amazingly in same day!!! They pick Shishi up 2 pm and came back to me 9 pm. Yes. They deliver my puppy in middle of the night!!! I could not believe that such a business. Even for pet! I told many people about this company already and I'm deeply appreciate and lucky to find them. + easy price.Shishi is now off from pain and running around happily. This is Sheepy, our beautiful Guinea Pig. She was so sweet and so full of attitude. She loved to be held, and didn’t like to freely roam, only every now and then, which I think the holding her to much did it to her. We tried, but she’d just stay put or get into mischief with her food. Oh food, that was her thing. Carrots and lettuce brought out the wheeks in her. She would fuss at you if you tried to give her bananas (yucky) and she was the poop queen. She was labeled as a rodent, but in our home she was Sheepy Precious Jones, our baby girl. It’s so painful to write this, but so good because I think of her sitting on my chest as I’m typing this. We didn’t have you for to long, but you’ve left a dent in our spirits. I’m writing this review though because when we lose pets, there’s usually the typical dog and cat services offered, but for those who have guinea pigs or other rodents and are wondering, the beautiful people at Peaceful Pets have taken my baby girl and given me the option to keep her forever in our home and not just in our hearts. 🇬🇳 🐽 mom forever…

Truly wonderful people who helped my mother out with her beloved chihuahua of 16 years. They came out to my house in an extremely professional manner, picked him up and delivered him back a few days later in a beautiful box with a picture frame and his paw print. All reasonably priced! Always referring to her dog as Copper and giving her a sense of peace that he was in the hands of people who actually care about what they are doing. I recommend 110%. Extremely caring and professional. And I communicated with them mostly through text which is a bonus for most people!

Our 13 and a half year old Boston Terrier passed away a couple days after Hurricane Sally. Despite the area being affected, Peaceful Pets was able to perform the service and return her home in a few days.My heart goes out to anyone dealing with the loss of their pet and researching possible cremation services. My best fur baby of 15 years, Brownie was diagnosed with a life ending illness and we were told that he had maybe a couple of weeks before he would start to suffer and I of course made the decision to end it before then. We ended up only having 2 more days with him before he took his forever sleep in my arms. I called Peaceful Pets before the vet came and Stoney was so kind and compassionate. He gave us as much time as we needed and was ready to come as soon as we were ready. He treated my little brown bear like one of his own. Although broken-hearted I found comfort in knowing that he would be in good hands. Stoney brought him home in a beautiful wooden box. Also included was a plaque with his name, a beautiful card, hair clipping and frame with his paw print. They even made 2 frames for me so my daughter could have one. I highly recommend Stoney and team for your fur baby when they are ready to cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you guys so much

Sidney was our child, a 55 pound Australian Shepherd that I loved so much she may as well have been my blood daughter. We were inseparable, until death. We had to make the hardest decision any pet owner has to make about their fur baby, we had to put her to rest because cancer had her suffering. We were BEYOND thankful for the services offered by peaceful pets. When my veterinarian recommended them I didn't know what to expect when I called. Stoney told me about the private cremation services they offer through peaceful pets, and I knew that was the best option to commemorate our baby. We had her put to a gentle sleep by a highly recommended mobile veterinarian on the area, Abbi and after peacefully falling into her forever sleep right in her home where she was most comfortable and then Stoney came when we were ready and took her to their local office for her cremation. 24 hours later she was back to us. He delivered her to our home and she was in a nice velvet bag within a nice cedar wooden box. They gave us a sweet card with her name written beautifully on the envelope. Everything from the scheduling process to the return of her ashes was easy, professional, and compassionate. My heart breaks for anyone going through this, but if you are in my shoes you want to call peaceful pets. They are incredible. May I also mention, their services are very reasonably priced. They are not in this profession to make a fortune, they are truly compassionate and this city is blessed to have these kind souls. They work closely with Abbi at Emerald Coast Mobile vet services and they are a wonderful team, taking the best care of your baby.

We were traveling across America when Max (our 19 yr. old dog) passed away. Contacting Peaceful Pets, I was delighted to learn that they provide a private cremation, a rare but needed offering in the pet funeral industry. Last year I had to make the agonizing decision to help my beloved dog Sissy cross the rainbow bridge. Her holistic vet, Dr Amy Van Dyke and Tech Jennifer came to my home so she could pass peacefully at home surrounded by her family. I was unfamiliar with any pet crematoriums locally and asked Dr Amy to please handle it. She took Sissy, on a stretcher wrapped from neck down in a beautiful blanket to her allopathic vet and arranged for Peaceful Pets to pick her up. I told Dr Amy I was going to commission a custom made hollow urn in Sissy's likeness to place her ashes in so I didn't need anything fancy. I was blown away when I received her ashes back. Documentation of her personal cremation, her ashes in a beautiful cedar box with nameplate, a picture frame with her paw print and a tuft of her fur along with a letter of condolence from the owners. Wow! Such respect. When my lab passed while we were out of state about 15 years ago I got his ashes back in a cardboard box. The staff at my allopathic vet used to use a different crematory but after seeing the way Peaceful Pets handled my baby girl and the price they charged they now trust them for all of their clients' cremation requests. Thank you Peaceful Pets. If you did people I'd prearrange mine with you. I cannot imagine a more caring and respectful cremation. I've had you on my list of people to thank for over a year but haven't been able to type through the tears until now. Thank you again. I hope I don't need your services again for a long time, but knowing you're there gives me piece of mind.

The compassion for you during your time of loss and the care they show for your loved one is incomparable. Both times that I’ve had to call were during the evening and on the weekend, it was comforting to know they were available to take care of my pet then versus waiting until Monday morning. Peaceful Pets gave me peace of mind in a time of grief. When your beloved pet comes back home to you in the lovely cedar box it’s done with such care that you know that their service is done from the heart. I had an amazing experience with the cremation of my dog that I wanted to share. I went through Peaceful Pets out of Panama City because I wanted a personal experience. When we were in Goldsboro, NC they had a pet cremation right in town. After the vet, we took him directly there because I wanted to deliver him myself. I was shocked that there were no services like that close to Fort Walton Beach. Thankfully, I found Peaceful Pets. From the first call, I felt comforted it would be handled exactly how I wanted. I assumed we would need to bring him to PC because of the distance, but the said they would be there at the vet when I was that morning. I was surprised and relieved. Then he said he would deliver the ashes back the next day directly to the house, but I asked the night before if I could pick him up same day and he said no problem. I just needed a temp container because I already had something at home. We picked him up in a beautiful cedar box and loved what they included. Everything about Peaceful Pets is top notch and they go above/beyond anything I ever expected. They love animals and treat them like family. I can’t say enough. We tragically lost our fur baby Snickers, while on vacation in Destin and we were recommended Peaceful Pets. We could not have asked for a better service to honor Snickers’ life. They were so kind, respectful, and accomodating. Ms Lisa drove through 2 hours of traffic to pick up his body, wrapped him in a nice blanket and dropped his ashes off the next day since we were only in town for a limited time. She was very professional and sympathetic. We were comforted to know that Snickers was treated with dignity. Ms. Lisa made it easy for us to decide what to do considering the emotional state we were in by presenting personalized services options so we can at least give what’s best for our fur baby who has given us so much love and joy. We especially loved the oak box with the name plate, hair clippings, and paw print baked in clay. Thank you so much for all you do- we greatly appreciate it!

Absolutely fantastic. They are extremely respectful of the situation you are dealing with, and incredibly prompt. They make it feel as personal as something like this should feel. You’re not talking to receptionists and being put on hold, the owners of the company are texting you and keeping you updated on exactly what they are doing and when. They have an absolute respect for you and the pain you are feeling. I would highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with a pet death. Additionally, when everyone else said they were off for New Years when our 12 year old Saint Bernard Dot died on New Year’s Eve, these guys said they’d go get her from the vet within the hour, and then brought her home to us on New Year’s Day. True professionals. If you’re on vacation then turn around time is everything, and these guys are very prompt. If you live here, then quality of service and respect for your pet is everything, and these guys have that too.

I’d seen Peaceful Pets ad, so called them (they answered on a Saturday night!) and the experience couldn’t have been better. Nothing prepares you for the loss of a beloved fur baby. My sweet Simba was 12 and I knew it would be soon, he had started showing tell tale signs. I cannot express enough how caring and professional Stoney and his staff were during this difficult time. Simba was picked up within an hour of his passing, and returned to me that very same day in a beautiful cedar box with a prayer / poem about the Rainbow bridge. They also put a clipping of hair inside and ordered a nameplate which arrived about 2 days later. What a sad day when my 30 year old African grey Sammy passed away on may 26 2022. I called peaceful pets to take care of Sammy’s cremation. When I went down to take him I was blown away by the professional manner and the facility they had. I knew Sammy would be taken care of in a dignifed manner. It sure put my mind at ease! Thank you again Lisa !

They were very compassionate, understanding, helpful and extremely caring in my time of need. Their 24hr service and weekend pick up made the process more bearable. Their pricing was very reasonable, I would recommend their services to any pet owner when that unfortunate time comes.

Not the type of service that you ever want to recommend but Peaceful Pets provide a great service in a time of need. They were much more personal than the vet and treated our loved one like a "person" not just a thing. Thank you for your help.

Though we're still grieving for our precious little dog Willy, I just want to express my appreciation for the heartfelt communications I received from Stoney. Truly wonderful people who helped my mother out with her beloved chihuahua of 16 years. They came out to my house in an extremely professional manner, picked him up and delivered him back a few days later in a beautiful box with a picture frame and his paw print. All reasonably priced! Always referring to her dog as Copper and giving her a sense of peace that he was in the hands of people who actually care about what they are doing. I recommend 110%. Extremely caring and professional. And I communicated with them mostly through text which is a bonus for most people!

Thank you so much Peaceful Pets for helping our family through this difficult time. Mr. Stoney was so kind and accommodating. Our 13 and a half year old Boston Terrier passed away a couple days after Hurricane Sally. Despite the area being affected, Peaceful Pets was able to perform the service and return her home in a few days.My heart goes out to anyone dealing with the loss of their pet and researching possible cremation services. In October 2016 I lost the best friend I ever had--Eddie. In the midst of Hurricane Michael, Peaceful Pets stepped up in a way no one ever has for me. Despite the devastating conditions surrounding him, as soon as he could, Stoney made every possible effort to give my best friend the proper send off. We have been friends for over 20 years and I knew I could trust him not to mix any of his remains with those of others. Unfortunately, that is a practice that is common in this type of business. As soon as it was safe for him to operate, he callled me and my daughter, Eddie, and myself made a 3.5 hour drive from Mobile to proceed with the cremation. Stoney met us there on a Saturday afternoon. The devastation surrounding his business was simply heartbreaking. But he took time from the despairs he was facing because he knew how much I loved my buddy. As we arrived he met us at my car and removed Eddie. He placed him so lovingly and gently on the table and held hands and prayed with us. He was so genuine and sincere. I could tell he has a passion for what he is doing. He knows that pets are our family and that they deserve to be treated as such. I will forever treasure the memories of My Eddie. And I will certainly treasure the dignity and sincerity with which he entered his final resting place on earth. Thank you Peaceful Pets for making such a heartbreaking difficult experience into something that I am now grateful for.

We were here from out of town when our family experienced the untimely passing of our dog Molly! Stoney arranged the pick up of our girl and returned her to us the next evening! Our sweet kitty Topher recently passed away. When we knew the time was getting close we chose to have him cremated. I went on line and checked out a few places but kept coming back to Peaceful Pets some thing just felt right.I called and talked to Stoney Thompson and he was so very kind and assured me when the time came they would do everything they could to make the processes as easy for us as they could. Making that call to Stoney on the day Topher passed was so hard but he expressed his symphony for our loss.He made arrangements to have Topher picked up that same day. A very nice women named Elizebeth came to our house to pick up Topher.She was very warm and caring and respectful .We decided to go pick Topher up at their shop .Stoney met us there and Topher was placed in a nice little velvet bag and inside a little cedar box.We opted to have Topher's paw prints done and it came with a picture frame attached.There was also a beautiful card from them .They also had preserved some of Topher's fur for us.Because if Peaceful Pets and their caring we felt we had found the perfect place for peace for our little man boy Topher.We would recommend Peaceful Pets highly to anyone .Their prices are very reasonable and you and your pet will be treated like family.Thank you so much Stoney and Peaceful Pets. The weekend after Thanksgiving 2021 me and my wife lost our very special family member Lil Bit she had been with us for 16 years and was called up We called Peaceful Pets around 12:30 Am on Saturday night to try and get a pickup Unfortunately they were out of town for the holiday (but heading back In) We acutauly talked to a living person not a answering service They were very appoligetic they were not available (it was Thanksgiving weekend Family time) We arranged a time Sunday morning to bring our baby to them. After driving all night they still made time for us I know it has been a while But I just had to get on here and write a reveiw about how Wonderful and Careing they are Beautiful people in a very difficult time We had never done this kind of service but they handled it perfectly and with respect and sympathy Please choose this company if unfortunatley ever in the need Thank You for want you did for us

My best fur baby of 15 years, Brownie was diagnosed with a life ending illness and we were told that he had maybe a couple of weeks before he would start to suffer and I of course made the decision to end it before then. We ended up only having 2 more days with him before he took his forever sleep in my arms. I called Peaceful Pets before the vet came and Stoney was so kind and compassionate. He gave us as much time as we needed and was ready to come as soon as we were ready. He treated my little brown bear like one of his own. Although broken-hearted I found comfort in knowing that he would be in good hands. Stoney brought him home in a beautiful wooden box. Also included was a plaque with his name, a beautiful card, hair clipping and frame with his paw print. They even made 2 frames for me so my daughter could have one. I highly recommend Stoney and team for your fur baby when they are ready to cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you guys so much

My Maggie passed away on May 8,2023. She was 15 years and 10 months old. Peaceful Pets did a beautiful job with her paw print, a sample of her long hair and her ashes. It was hard to hold the box containing her ashes but I know she was well taken care of. Thank you.

Sidney was our child, a 55 pound Australian Shepherd that I loved so much she may as well have been my blood daughter. We were inseparable, until death. We had to make the hardest decision any pet owner has to make about their fur baby, we had to put her to rest because cancer had her suffering. We were BEYOND thankful for the services offered by peaceful pets. When my veterinarian recommended them I didn't know what to expect when I called. Stoney told me about the private cremation services they offer through peaceful pets, and I knew that was the best option to commemorate our baby. We had her put to a gentle sleep by a highly recommended mobile veterinarian on the area, Abbi and after peacefully falling into her forever sleep right in her home where she was most comfortable and then Stoney came when we were ready and took her to their local office for her cremation. 24 hours later she was back to us. He delivered her to our home and she was in a nice velvet bag within a nice cedar wooden box. They gave us a sweet card with her name written beautifully on the envelope. Everything from the scheduling process to the return of her ashes was easy, professional, and compassionate. My heart breaks for anyone going through this, but if you are in my shoes you want to call peaceful pets. They are incredible. May I also mention, their services are very reasonably priced. They are not in this profession to make a fortune, they are truly compassionate and this city is blessed to have these kind souls. They work closely with Abbi at Emerald Coast Mobile vet services and they are a wonderful team, taking the best care of your baby.

I can't thank them enough for helping memorialize our faithful family member Memphis. Very professional..and I'm so glad they were there for us. We were traveling across America when Max (our 19 yr. old dog) passed away. Contacting Peaceful Pets, I was delighted to learn that they provide a private cremation, a rare but needed offering in the pet funeral industry. I was gratified that we could give our Max the dignified service he deserved as a loved family member. I have over 40 years in Funeral Care as an owner and consultant. As such, I can truthfully say Peaceful Pets is a world-class operation. Panama City is blessed to have Stoney and Lisa providing excellent quality care.

Last year I had to make the agonizing decision to help my beloved dog Sissy cross the rainbow bridge. Her holistic vet, Dr Amy Van Dyke and Tech Jennifer came to my home so she could pass peacefully at home surrounded by her family. I was unfamiliar with any pet crematoriums locally and asked Dr Amy to please handle it. She took Sissy, on a stretcher wrapped from neck down in a beautiful blanket to her allopathic vet and arranged for Peaceful Pets to pick her up. I told Dr Amy I was going to commission a custom made hollow urn in Sissy's likeness to place her ashes in so I didn't need anything fancy. I was blown away when I received her ashes back. Documentation of her personal cremation, her ashes in a beautiful cedar box with nameplate, a picture frame with her paw print and a tuft of her fur along with a letter of condolence from the owners. Wow! Such respect. When my lab passed while we were out of state about 15 years ago I got his ashes back in a cardboard box. The staff at my allopathic vet used to use a different crematory but after seeing the way Peaceful Pets handled my baby girl and the price they charged they now trust them for all of their clients' cremation requests. Thank you Peaceful Pets. If you did people I'd prearrange mine with you. I cannot imagine a more caring and respectful cremation. I've had you on my list of people to thank for over a year but haven't been able to type through the tears until now. Thank you again. I hope I don't need your services again for a long time, but knowing you're there gives me piece of mind.

The compassion for you during your time of loss and the care they show for your loved one is incomparable. Both times that I’ve had to call were during the evening and on the weekend, it was comforting to know they were available to take care of my pet then versus waiting until Monday morning. Peaceful Pets gave me peace of mind in a time of grief. When your beloved pet comes back home to you in the lovely cedar box it’s done with such care that you know that their service is done from the heart. I can’t give enough praise and will always use Peaceful Pets for my family’s needs.

I had an amazing experience with the cremation of my dog that I wanted to share. I went through Peaceful Pets out of Panama City because I wanted a personal experience. When we were in Goldsboro, NC they had a pet cremation right in town. After the vet, we took him directly there because I wanted to deliver him myself. I was shocked that there were no services like that close to Fort Walton Beach. Thankfully, I found Peaceful Pets. From the first call, I felt comforted it would be handled exactly how I wanted. I assumed we would need to bring him to PC because of the distance, but the said they would be there at the vet when I was that morning. I was surprised and relieved. Then he said he would deliver the ashes back the next day directly to the house, but I asked the night before if I could pick him up same day and he said no problem. I just needed a temp container because I already had something at home. We picked him up in a beautiful cedar box and loved what they included. Everything about Peaceful Pets is top notch and they go above/beyond anything I ever expected. They love animals and treat them like family. I can’t say enough. So thankful for the services they provide to the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We tragically lost our fur baby Snickers, while on vacation in Destin and we were recommended Peaceful Pets. We could not have asked for a better service to honor Snickers’ life. They were so kind, respectful, and accomodating. Ms Lisa drove through 2 hours of traffic to pick up his body, wrapped him in a nice blanket and dropped his ashes off the next day since we were only in town for a limited time. She was very professional and sympathetic. We were comforted to know that Snickers was treated with dignity. Ms. Lisa made it easy for us to decide what to do considering the emotional state we were in by presenting personalized services options so we can at least give what’s best for our fur baby who has given us so much love and joy. We especially loved the oak box with the name plate, hair clippings, and paw print baked in clay. Thank you so much for all you do- we greatly appreciate it!

Our little chihuahua "Petey" passed away late Sunday afternoon. We live in the Pensacola area and couldn't find any place that we felt comfortable with taking our baby. Absolutely fantastic. They are extremely respectful of the situation you are dealing with, and incredibly prompt. They make it feel as personal as something like this should feel. You’re not talking to receptionists and being put on hold, the owners of the company are texting you and keeping you updated on exactly what they are doing and when. They have an absolute respect for you and the pain you are feeling. I would highly recommend this company for anyone dealing with a pet death. Additionally, when everyone else said they were off for New Years when our 12 year old Saint Bernard Dot died on New Year’s Eve, these guys said they’d go get her from the vet within the hour, and then brought her home to us on New Year’s Day. True professionals. If you’re on vacation then turn around time is everything, and these guys are very prompt. If you live here, then quality of service and respect for your pet is everything, and these guys have that too.

Stoney and Lisa, owners of Peaceful Pets, are amazing and will make your loss much easier for you. We have had to put 2 dogs to sleep due to illness which were part of our family for 15 years. They were right there in our time of need from the time I called them. They picked them up from the Vet, cremated them and delivered them home to us in a nice keepsake box. A blessing to us.

I feel terrible that I didn’t post this sooner. We’re from Minnesota and were in Panama City last February when our 18 yr. old cat passed away. I’d seen Peaceful Pets ad, so called them (they answered on a Saturday night!) and the experience couldn’t have been better. They are personable, comforting, respectful animal lovers who make it a good experience for the owners at a sad time. Can’t say enough good things about them. Would give them 10 stars if we could!

Nothing prepares you for the loss of a beloved fur baby. My sweet Simba was 12 and I knew it would be soon, he had started showing tell tale signs. I cannot express enough how caring and professional Stoney and his staff were during this difficult time. Simba was picked up within an hour of his passing, and returned to me that very same day in a beautiful cedar box with a prayer / poem about the Rainbow bridge. They also put a clipping of hair inside and ordered a nameplate which arrived about 2 days later.
