My sweet cat of 14 years crossed the rainbow bridge😞 I was able to have a private viewing - cremation to honor my baby. After spending some time with her, the cremation took place and I was a witness. I was able to see her go in the chamber by herself and I saw her ashes being placed in a blue pouch. I brought her home and I know it was just her. Thank you so much for the way you handed my private cat cremation, The ashes were returned in a lovely blue pouch with a candle and paw print also in a separate small glass heart urn has some of her ashes to wear on a necklace . The certification card bought me to tears. I highly recommend this place.

Peaceful paws made this big life change much easier. They came and picked up my baby with so much care and love. They were patient as we said goodbye and informed us of the process they stayed in contact with us the whole time and anytime we had any questions they were helpful. Sorry I really don’t know what to put I’m 18 I lost both of my 12 y/o dogs 1 day apart and they were cremated at different places basically there was a completely different crematorium that scammed us when we were in a very vulnerable situation. A day later when my other dog Bella died as if by the will of good himself I came across the Peaceful Paws Memorial Services website. The staff was absolutely amazing! Extremely kind and very understanding, I have been so sad the last few weeks but it really gave me peace of mind to know that she was treated with respect! They truly do care about you and your pets I honestly would not trust any other place!

At the beginning we didn't like the location of the business because we were not expecting this place to be in the area. And when we went inside the place was beautiful well organized and the most important thing they were very professional. My experience was very positive. On Sunday early evening, my little dog suddenly passed away at home. I was devastated. My friend called Peaceful Paws. They came to pick her up. They were respectful, gentle and kind. Afterward, they contacted me with her cremated remains. Again, they were caring and thoughtful. My only concern is the price. It cost $405, so it may be out of reach for some people.

Amazing service from begging to end. I didn't really know who to turn too when my little companion said goodbye. They helped me through the process. I know it's part of the job but they sure make you feel at ease. From the lovely lady that came to pick up my little one to the one that helped me when I went to go pickup her remains. Terrible people. They provided misleading information at sign up. I paid over $400. Three weeks later, they contacted me demanding that I pay another $75 to get my pet’s remains back. To reply to their response: I didn’t sign any paper work at sign up. They explained the charges over the phone and I was NEVER told I would need to pay ANOTHER $75 to get my pet’s remains returned. I was told her remains would be BROUGHT to me. Instead I’m being extorted for another $75 on top of all of the money I already paid. These are terrible people taking advantage of grieving pet owners.

They honored my baby Petunia in the best way possible. I was surprised to receive not only her ashes in a beautiful wooden box with flowers carved all over, but it was engraved with her name. They also gave me a tiny glass heart pendant filled with her ashes, a beautiful candle and a paw print. I couldn’t have asked for a better send off for my girl. I used Lap of Love for her at home rainbow bridge send off and Peaceful Paws took care of the rest. 10/10 :)

I can’t say enough great things about Peaceful Paws… My Sabrina did not wake up on Saturday, Christmas morning. I was in shock and had to wait until Monday to do a thing with her remains. My husband told me to make a few calls before I went back to the vet. Joe at PP was my second call. The other call told me that I would have to wait until 1/27/2022 for a private cremation. Joe told me not to worry, he would give me a private viewing, and I would be able to witness the initial part of the cremation in order to ensure that she was the one going through the procedure that evening. I’d read horror stories just before and was scared to death about what could happen to my baby’s remains. To make a long story short, she was cremated Monday night as he promised and I have her with me now, on Wednesday and she was actually ready yesterday. I was given a beautiful personalized box for her remains. It has her picture on it. He also gave me a blessed candle to burn today and a tiny heart-shaped glass urn with a few of her ashes. It has been a surreal weekend but Joe/Peaceful Paws have made a very difficult and unexpected grieving process peaceful with their kind, compassionate and humane service to my Sabrina and her hear-broken, mommy, me. Thank you, Peaceful Paws!!! I am eternally grateful for your heart-felt assistance and efforts on my family’s behalf!!!!

Before going to any other crematory, please read this. First of all, I'm very sorry you have to be here, to read these reviews, in order to find a place where your furbaby could find his/her forever home.The first thing you should know is that there are SO MANY scammers in this business. Period. They will take your baby and your money and promise to respect the body and return the ashes of YOUR beloved pet (in a nice box, urn, or whatever). But what they WILL do is take the body of your baby and cremate it with the bodies of the beloved pets of other people. After that, they will mix all the ashes together. So what you will get in the end will be nothing but a mixture of ashes.You don't believe me? Then call other companies and ask if you could be present during the cremation. They will decline it. They will come up with various reasons why it is impossible to do so. Because the only thing they care about is profit. It's just business for them, nothing personal.But Peaceful Paws is NOT like that. Jason, the owner, told us his story: that he actually started this business years ago because he was a victim of cremation fraud when he gave his beloved dog for a private cremation, only to find her body frozen (though he asked them not to freeze his dog) on top of 20 other dogs, all ready for cremation together. It really hurt him and touched him so deeply that he started his own cremation business just to give people another option—an option where the remains of your fur baby are respected, as well as you are.It was very hard for me to lose my Mason, my 19-year-old son. I was not going to give his body away to a stranger just for the promise to return his ashes to me. And all other crematories were not allowing the owners to be present at the cremation (now I know why). Thank God I found Peaceful Paws.Thanks to them, I was able to give all my respect and love to the remains of my beloved Mason. They allowed me to place his body on top of the flowers we brought, and I watched as he went into the cremation chamber and saw his ashes being removed. Then the tall black gentleman (I'm so sorry I didn't ask his name; he was so respectful throughout the entire process) asked me if I would like to see how the ashes are ground in the cremulator. I agreed.Now I know that the ashes I received are those of my dearest Mason. May he rest in peace.I am so grateful to Jason and the entire team. Thank you all for being a beacon of light in this darkness of greed and immorality. May God bless you all🙏🙏🙏

Peaceful paws helped me through a really difficult time. My 20 year old baby passed and I was away on a trip. I was really limited in what I could do. He also passed away at night, and the came and picked him up in less than an hour. They work 24/7, and their work is so humane, so beautiful, they made a gorgeous paw print and gave me all of his remains and memories on a really beautiful package, with a necklace with his ashes, a poem, certificate, and they really went all the way. I still can’t process what happened, but I know that he was treated with love and respect all the way. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the way you handed my dog's cremation. Our family truly appreciates your services. The ashes were returned in a lovely velvet pouch with a candle and paw print also in a separate small glass heart urn has some of her ashes to wear on a necklace if you choose to. We also purchased a clay print of her paw it was nice and her name was etched on it and with that included a stand for display. I will definitely use your services in the future. Peaceful paws blew me away. They were so gentle, attentive and nurturing with their approach to such a delicate and heartbreaking circumstance. They take their time with you, provide emotional support and are so beyond comforting every step of the way. I spoke to 3 different women on the phone and everyone had the same soothing tone and nature when communicating. It was like therapy honestly. My doctor was so nice and respectful. She was so gentle with my baby Jake and made the whole process as special and comfortable as it can be. I picked up Jakeys ashes today which came with a candle, a beautiful card and a separate thimble of ashes to spread or do with as you please. (Note I chose private cremation to have this option). The whole entire experience made dealing with the emotional toll of saying goodbye more pleasant than I could have imagined. It’s what our fur babies deserve. They validate the fact that your animal is a family member and treat it with the same exact weight as if you were saying bye to a human. Well not bye, because there is the rainbow bridge. 😌 Thank you, thank you, thank you for what you do. ❤️❤️

In 2014, I lost my baby kitty of 19 years to cancer. I had her cremated same day at a place that was, sadly, bought out. So, when her adopted sister of 18 years developed a very fast growing tumor in her mouth that had already spread too much to do anything about it, I knew I was on borrowed time. I was scared, devastated, a train wreck after just getting my 8 year old cancer-free in April. I called around interviewing mobile vets, speaking to crematoriums and found Joe and Peaceful Paws. He listened to me cry at 10:30 at night and very calmly went over what they offer. I requested the Deluxe Package and when I was struggling to find mobile vets that seemed trustworthy, they were so expensive. Joe recommended Dr. Amoras to me and when the day came, she followed instructions perfectly, was quiet, calm, and loving. She took my baby straight to Peaceful Paws for same day cremation. They only do private, so you know you’re only getting YOUR baby back. They offer pick up and delivery, which was immensely helpful. It was certainly not cheap, but she was worth every penny. I received the exact cut of fur I had requested in a beautiful corked jar. A lovely clay paw print with an easel, along with her ink print, a stainless steel heart pendant with some of her ashes (which I immediately put on), her ashes came in a beautiful black velvet pouch since I purchased a matching urn to her sister, a lovely pink scented candle with a sticker on the jar with her name, and her certificate of cremation. All were packaged beautifully and were hand delivered to me. Joe was even kind enough to call me the next day to check on what I received and I told him it was all just perfect. This is a family run business and the care and attention to detail they show in the worst moments of pet parents’ lives is clearly demonstrated. If you want forever memory tokens of your fur babies and respect for who they were and what they meant to you, this is the place. I hope it’s a very long time before I have to do this again, so Joe, you’re not allowed to close or sell! Keep doing what you’re doing for your pet-loving community. We appreciate you!

My beloved Chico left me after 16 yrs.. He was my little boy and I miss him terribly. I needed to bring him home with me as soon as possible and it was a relief when I found Peaceful Paws. I was able to have a private viewing - cremation to honor my baby. After spending some time with him, the cremation took place and I was a witness. I was able to see him go in the chamber by himself and I saw his ashes being placed in the Urn. I brought him home and I know it was just him. The staff at Peaceful Paws was very kind and respectful. They understood my pain and gave me all the time that I needed to say my final good bye. I am so grateful to Natalia, she was amazing to me in such a difficult moment. It is not enough for me to say thanks to Peaceful Paws for their services. Especially to Mr. Julian and Mr. Icardo.On a Saturday night, desperate after seeing that our dear Lucky was not feeling well at all, being aware that we had to prepare for the worst, we began to search for information on the internet and there we came upon Peaceful Paws. My wife read some reviews and despite being a little late into the evening, we decided to dial the phone. It was Mr. Julian who answered the call and with great professionalism, answered each of our questions and concerns.Losing our dear and sweet Lucky on 04/29/2022 filled our family with great pain and sorrow. Lucky lived with us for 14 years, during this time his sweet and special character made him hold a very special place in our hearts.The service provided by Peaceful Paws was excellent and very reliable throughout the entire process. Our dear Lucky was treated with great respect and that gave our family great peace of mind during the difficult time we were going through.We decided to do the cremation process the same day of his passing. Mr. Julian showed great empathy and gave us the opportunity to say goodbye to our baby for one last time.In the moment of writing this review, the loss was recent, and we are still devastated.Now Lucky is back in our house, his ashes will rest forever in a beautiful urn.Thank you, Peaceful Paws!!!!

My 15 yr old shih tzu passed away on Aug 23. She was our alpha dog and she was losing her battle with pneumonia and some other health conditions. My dog trainer recommended Peaceful Paws and having Sammie pass at home with me holding her in her favorite chair, surrounded by friends and her other furry pack members. My trainer mentioned that being there also would provide closure to the other dogs and help them adjust. It was the best option. The doctor was very respectful and Sammie passed peacefully. So much better than taking her to the vet, I was dreading that for Sammie. Not a calming environment for her final moments. Doing this at home, I also found that my other dogs who were very attached to her were sad but seemed to understand. No barking at the door or standing at the window for her to return like they usually did when she left the house without them. They knew. I would do this again if needed for my other dogs.

They were really great. Super professional and are amazing at reading the room. If you want to move quickly through the process they can accommodate, if you’d like to take your time on certain decisions, they’re also very understanding. I want to thank Joe for his kindness and professionalism provided to my family during our grieving process. Our dog of 10 years passed away unexpectedly one night while at home. I had no idea what to do or who to reach out to as all of this occurred to abruptly. I was lucky enough to find this company on google. Joe was at my house within 40 min to pick up our baby. I called Christmas afternoon of 2022 and spoke with Joseph to coordinate arrangements for my furbaby, nemo. Joseph was very compassionate and caring. He explained throughly all the packages they offer and what the timeline would be. The young man who came to pick up nemo (and later brought him home) was also very professional and caring. I can’t say enough great things about Peaceful Paws… My Sabrina did not wake up on Saturday, Christmas morning. I was in shock and had to wait until Monday to do a thing with her remains. My husband told me to make a few calls before I went back to the vet. Joe at PP was my second call. The other call told me that I would have to wait until 1/27/2022 for a private cremation. Joe told me not to worry, he would give me a private viewing, and I would be able to witness the initial part of the cremation in order to ensure that she was the one going through the procedure that evening. I’d read horror stories just before and was scared to death about what could happen to my baby’s remains. To make a long story short, she was cremated Monday night as he promised and I have her with me now, on Wednesday and she was actually ready yesterday. I was given a beautiful personalized box for her remains. It has her picture on it. He also gave me a blessed candle to burn today and a tiny heart-shaped glass urn with a few of her ashes. It has been a surreal weekend but Joe/Peaceful Paws have made a very difficult and unexpected grieving process peaceful with their kind, compassionate and humane service to my Sabrina and her hear-broken, mommy, me. Thank you, Peaceful Paws!!! I am eternally grateful for your heart-felt assistance and efforts on my family’s behalf!!!!

Before going to any other crematory, please read this. First of all, I'm very sorry you have to be here, to read these reviews, in order to find a place where your furbaby could find his/her forever home.The first thing you should know is that there are SO MANY scammers in this business. Period. They will take your baby and your money and promise to respect the body and return the ashes of YOUR beloved pet (in a nice box, urn, or whatever). But what they WILL do is take the body of your baby and cremate it with the bodies of the beloved pets of other people. After that, they will mix all the ashes together. So what you will get in the end will be nothing but a mixture of ashes.You don't believe me? Then call other companies and ask if you could be present during the cremation. They will decline it. They will come up with various reasons why it is impossible to do so. Because the only thing they care about is profit. It's just business for them, nothing personal.But Peaceful Paws is NOT like that. Jason, the owner, told us his story: that he actually started this business years ago because he was a victim of cremation fraud when he gave his beloved dog for a private cremation, only to find her body frozen (though he asked them not to freeze his dog) on top of 20 other dogs, all ready for cremation together. It really hurt him and touched him so deeply that he started his own cremation business just to give people another option—an option where the remains of your fur baby are respected, as well as you are.It was very hard for me to lose my Mason, my 19-year-old son. I was not going to give his body away to a stranger just for the promise to return his ashes to me. And all other crematories were not allowing the owners to be present at the cremation (now I know why). Thank God I found Peaceful Paws.Thanks to them, I was able to give all my respect and love to the remains of my beloved Mason. They allowed me to place his body on top of the flowers we brought, and I watched as he went into the cremation chamber and saw his ashes being removed. Then the tall black gentleman (I'm so sorry I didn't ask his name; he was so respectful throughout the entire process) asked me if I would like to see how the ashes are ground in the cremulator. I agreed.Now I know that the ashes I received are those of my dearest Mason. May he rest in peace.I am so grateful to Jason and the entire team. Peaceful paws helped me through a really difficult time. My 20 year old baby passed and I was away on a trip. I was really limited in what I could do. He also passed away at night, and the came and picked him up in less than an hour. They work 24/7, and their work is so humane, so beautiful, they made a gorgeous paw print and gave me all of his remains and memories on a really beautiful package, with a necklace with his ashes, a poem, certificate, and they really went all the way. I've used Peaceful Paws services for both of my cats. My eldest, Kitty was 21 passed two years ago and my 17 year old Kairi passed a few weeks ago. They really know how to respect your wishes when it comes what you want. I did a private service for both and picked a pretty little urn for both with their names on it. Nothing is harder than losing an animal that you love and adore. Especially one that has been in your life for that long. I recommend them to anyone. Loosing our little Bella crushed our hearts, especially since the veterinary where she passed away didn't have manners or any type of tact with us. I want to thank The Peaceful Paws Family- Joseph, Julian and Paul for the cremation service that they provided me recently. You can tell that they truly love animals and care about the loss of your pet. When you enter the office, it is decorated with paintings & photos of their own dogs and is a calming space. Joe confirmed that they only do Private pet cremations. They called me 2 days later to pick him up (open on Sundays). I was surprised at the level of service. Besides the nice wooden box, I received a stamped Certificate of Cremation, a sympathy card with his Paw Print Signature, a small heart-shaped bottle with ashes, a votive candle with gold label/his name on it. This was all included in the cremation fee. I also purchased the clay paw print which is far superior to any others I have received in the past. It has clear glaze which makes it more secure and has a small blue heart crystal in it. If you ever need to have your beloved pet cremated, I highly recommend Peaceful Paws.RIP- Zion

Joe, my family and I want to thank you for your compassionate, caring and professionalism during our most saddening time. The morning Buzzie passed, we searched around to find a place that would do a private cremation, but either they didn't cremate rabbits or it just wasn't the right fit for our boy. Peaceful Paws honored Buzzie from the moment we walked in. They had an array of urns to choose from, and even one for rabbits! We felt so relieved to have left Buzzie in Joe's hands. First time I went to Peaceful Paws was 3 yrs. ago when my beloved Coco passed...it was a very painful experience...Peaceful Paws did excellent. His ashes were put in a small wooden box with his name in a gold plate, a very heart warming card as well as another card with his foot print. They also gave me a blue candle and a small glass heart with ashes. Unfortunately, May 21st 2024, my cat Mimi passed and went thru the same pain again. Took her to Peaceful Paws and once again they did the same for her, her candle is pink. It's very sad and hurtful when one's loved pet dies, if this situation would happen to anyone that reads my post I recommend you take your pet to Peaceful Paws...

The ashes were returned in a lovely velvet pouch with a candle and paw print also in a separate small glass heart urn has some of her ashes to wear on a necklace if you choose to. The certification card bought us to tears it's beautiful the wording is heart felt. Peaceful paws blew me away. They were so gentle, attentive and nurturing with their approach to such a delicate and heartbreaking circumstance. They take their time with you, provide emotional support and are so beyond comforting every step of the way. I spoke to 3 different women on the phone and everyone had the same soothing tone and nature when communicating. It was like therapy honestly. My doctor was so nice and respectful. She was so gentle with my baby Jake and made the whole process as special and comfortable as it can be. I picked up Jakeys ashes today which came with a candle, a beautiful card and a separate thimble of ashes to spread or do with as you please. (Note I chose private cremation to have this option). The whole entire experience made dealing with the emotional toll of saying goodbye more pleasant than I could have imagined. It’s what our fur babies deserve. They validate the fact that your animal is a family member and treat it with the same exact weight as if you were saying bye to a human. In 2014, I lost my baby kitty of 19 years to cancer. I had her cremated same day at a place that was, sadly, bought out. So, when her adopted sister of 18 years developed a very fast growing tumor in her mouth that had already spread too much to do anything about it, I knew I was on borrowed time. I was scared, devastated, a train wreck after just getting my 8 year old cancer-free in April. I called around interviewing mobile vets, speaking to crematoriums and found Joe and Peaceful Paws. He listened to me cry at 10:30 at night and very calmly went over what they offer. I requested the Deluxe Package and when I was struggling to find mobile vets that seemed trustworthy, they were so expensive. Joe recommended Dr. Amoras to me and when the day came, she followed instructions perfectly, was quiet, calm, and loving. She took my baby straight to Peaceful Paws for same day cremation. They only do private, so you know you’re only getting YOUR baby back. They offer pick up and delivery, which was immensely helpful. It was certainly not cheap, but she was worth every penny. I received the exact cut of fur I had requested in a beautiful corked jar. A lovely clay paw print with an easel, along with her ink print, a stainless steel heart pendant with some of her ashes (which I immediately put on), her ashes came in a beautiful black velvet pouch since I purchased a matching urn to her sister, a lovely pink scented candle with a sticker on the jar with her name, and her certificate of cremation. All were packaged beautifully and were hand delivered to me. Joe was even kind enough to call me the next day to check on what I received and I told him it was all just perfect. This is a family run business and the care and attention to detail they show in the worst moments of pet parents’ lives is clearly demonstrated. If you want forever memory tokens of your fur babies and respect for who they were and what they meant to you, this is the place. I hope it’s a very long time before I have to do this again, so Joe, you’re not allowed to close or sell! Keep doing what you’re doing for your pet-loving community. We appreciate you!

My beloved Chico left me after 16 yrs.. He was my little boy and I miss him terribly. I needed to bring him home with me as soon as possible and it was a relief when I found Peaceful Paws. I was able to have a private viewing - cremation to honor my baby. After spending some time with him, the cremation took place and I was a witness. I was able to see him go in the chamber by himself and I saw his ashes being placed in the Urn. I brought him home and I know it was just him. The staff at Peaceful Paws was very kind and respectful. They understood my pain and gave me all the time that I needed to say my final good bye. I am so grateful to Natalia, she was amazing to me in such a difficult moment. She and the rest of the staff helped me find some closure as I dealt with my grief.

Especially to Mr. Julian and Mr. Icardo.On a Saturday night, desperate after seeing that our dear Lucky was not feeling well at all, being aware that we had to prepare for the worst, we began to search for information on the internet and there we came upon Peaceful Paws. My wife read some reviews and despite being a little late into the evening, we decided to dial the phone. It was Mr. Julian who answered the call and with great professionalism, answered each of our questions and concerns.Losing our dear and sweet Lucky on 04/29/2022 filled our family with great pain and sorrow. Lucky lived with us for 14 years, during this time his sweet and special character made him hold a very special place in our hearts.The service provided by Peaceful Paws was excellent and very reliable throughout the entire process. Our dear Lucky was treated with great respect and that gave our family great peace of mind during the difficult time we were going through.We decided to do the cremation process the same day of his passing. Our beloved dog passed unexpectedly. I calledtheir office and they were so kind. I honestly could barely speak and it probably took me 20 minutes to say what I needed to say in order to make the arrangements. They stayed on the line with me and were extremely patient. My 15 yr old shih tzu passed away on Aug 23. She was our alpha dog and she was losing her battle with pneumonia and some other health conditions. My dog trainer recommended Peaceful Paws and having Sammie pass at home with me holding her in her favorite chair, surrounded by friends and her other furry pack members. My trainer mentioned that being there also would provide closure to the other dogs and help them adjust. It was the best option. The doctor was very respectful and Sammie passed peacefully. So much better than taking her to the vet, I was dreading that for Sammie. Not a calming environment for her final moments. Doing this at home, I also found that my other dogs who were very attached to her were sad but seemed to understand. No barking at the door or standing at the window for her to return like they usually did when she left the house without them. They knew. I would do this again if needed for my other dogs.

If you want to move quickly through the process they can accommodate, if you’d like to take your time on certain decisions, they’re also very understanding. It cost my mom around $400 for their private service (private cremation)to pick up Coky. The urn is included plus other kind accessories they added for memory. They kept it professional and understanding about the situation. From where they are located (opa locka) They came pretty fast. After 6 days, I was able to bring Coky home. It’s a small, hidden crematorium office but it does the job! I’m very satisfied for their service.

I've used Peaceful Paws services for both of my cats. My eldest, Kitty was 21 passed two years ago and my 17 year old Kairi passed a few weeks ago. They really know how to respect your wishes when it comes what you want. I did a private service for both and picked a pretty little urn for both with their names on it. Nothing is harder than losing an animal that you love and adore. Especially one that has been in your life for that long. I recommend them to anyone. They do have so many options for your to choose from any their prices are great.

Loosing our little Bella crushed our hearts, especially since the veterinary where she passed away didn't have manners or any type of tact with us. My wife and I got our little Bella when we started our relationship. We really wanted her to meet our kids in a future, but sadly she passed away too soon. I want to thank The Peaceful Paws Family- Joseph, Julian and Paul for the cremation service that they provided me recently. You can tell that they truly love animals and care about the loss of your pet. When you enter the office, it is decorated with paintings & photos of their own dogs and is a calming space. Joe confirmed that they only do Private pet cremations. They called me 2 days later to pick him up (open on Sundays). I was surprised at the level of service. Besides the nice wooden box, I received a stamped Certificate of Cremation, a sympathy card with his Paw Print Signature, a small heart-shaped bottle with ashes, a votive candle with gold label/his name on it. This was all included in the cremation fee. I also purchased the clay paw print which is far superior to any others I have received in the past. It has clear glaze which makes it more secure and has a small blue heart crystal in it. If you ever need to have your beloved pet cremated, I highly recommend Peaceful Paws.RIP- Zion

Joe, my family and I want to thank you for your compassionate, caring and professionalism during our most saddening time. The morning Buzzie passed, we searched around to find a place that would do a private cremation, but either they didn't cremate rabbits or it just wasn't the right fit for our boy. Peaceful Paws honored Buzzie from the moment we walked in. They had an array of urns to choose from, and even one for rabbits! We felt so relieved to have left Buzzie in Joe's hands. Walked in to find out what they had for services at what cost.I was given information that help me make a choice in the service for my deceased cat. First time I went to Peaceful Paws was 3 yrs. ago when my beloved Coco passed...it was a very painful experience...Peaceful Paws did excellent. His ashes were put in a small wooden box with his name in a gold plate, a very heart warming card as well as another card with his foot print. They also gave me a blue candle and a small glass heart with ashes. Unfortunately, May 21st 2024, my cat Mimi passed and went thru the same pain again. Took her to Peaceful Paws and once again they did the same for her, her candle is pink. It's very sad and hurtful when one's loved pet dies, if this situation would happen to anyone that reads my post I recommend you take your pet to Peaceful Paws...

I had opted for a private cremation, plus paw print, plus hair of my beloved kitty, Tayla. I received her ashes in a lovely carved wood box urn (surprised, as I thought I'd just get a simple container), her paw print in a mold - thought it would be ink - and a jar of her shaved hair. There are not enough words to express my gratitude for the wonderful staff at Peaceful Paws. Our 16 year old cat, Lina, passed away and I didn't know what to do. After speaking to them on the phone, I knew I made the right choice.We brought Lina to them and they walked us through everything with care and compassion. We were able to say our goodbyes and left feeling that she would be treated with respect and dignity, making our grief a little more bearable.When we picked up her remains, they were placed in a nice burlap bag with her keepsake paw print. We also received the cremation certificate, an ink paw print, and a candle with her name to burn when she was home.Overall, it was a lovely experience for a sad situation. My Beautiful Boy passed away November 1, 2023. Peaceful paws was wonderful about picking him up. He discussed on the phone all the things we could get to remember him by and I wanted it all. 15 days later I was told to go by and pick up the ashes , everything came beautifully EXCEPT THEY DID NOT PUT HIS PAW PRINT ON THE CERAMIC. It's not the $35.00 - I would've paid double just to have his paw print and now there is nothing that can be done. They are really food & anyone can make a mistake - however this one doesn't have a solution and if picking up his ashes 15 days later didn't hurt bad enough, not having his beautiful paw print really tore at my heart. Verify everything you are requesting/purchasing.

I was devastated when I lost my dog of 17 years, Coco. Peaceful Paws was available to take my phone call in the late hours of the night and despite their office being closed they were available to provide customer service. I was given pricing details as well as information on their open office hours. The customer service was professional and knowledgeable. I felt at ease knowing I found THE perfect place to lay my Coco to rest. I came by the office in the morning and met Joe, Joe was amazing. He explained everything in detail and made me feel at ease. They also have a large selection of memorial gifts should you choose to purchase. Joe called me as soon as Coco was cremated to schedule the pickup. The turnaround was fast. Most places I called stated 14-20 days for pick up and Peaceful Paws did it in less than 12 days. Upon my arrival, Joe handed me a pretty neat bag but what completely surprised me was the attention to detail. My Coco's ashes were in a beautiful velvet bag with a complimentary candle for me to light in Coco's honor and her paw print. It was a special gesture on their end and one that I was not expecting. I will cherish those beautiful keepsakes for the rest of my life. Thank you Peaceful Paws, and Thank you Joe! Although the reason for our encounter was under unpleasant circumstances I am beyond satisfied with your exceptional service and care. I wish I could give 10 Stars!

Our beloved dog passed unexpectedly. I calledtheir office and they were so kind. I honestly could barely speak and it probably took me 20 minutes to say what I needed to say in order to make the arrangements. They stayed on the line with me and were extremely patient. Sometimes, when the time comes, there's no room for delay, and that was the case with us. When I called him and explained the situation, Joseph (the owner, I believe) made an extraordinary effort to add us to the end of that same day. Everyone else I called wanted to schedule us for two or three days later, or more. That added wait would have added much pain to an already difficult situation. We were able to spend the day together saying goodbye peacefully, knowing he would be home soon. The vet and her helper were considerate and professional. I don't usually write reviews but I owe them this one.

We lost our animal of 13 years in the middle of the evening and we didn’t know what to do. It was a shock to the family and an absolutely heart breaking moment. We truly didn’t know what to do and after a few hours of thinking we decided to get him cremated. We contacted peaceful paws that same night and they remained open for us in order to help with taking our pet and not have him just lying there at our home. We paid for a cremation as well as a frame with his paw prints and they were all done beautifully. We really appreciate the time Joseph and his team put into our little family member. I’m very pleased with outcome of how our pet was treated, just not pleased with the owner’s attitude. He’s a bit rough around the edges. He needs some polishing on his attitude. When there is death in a person’s family whether a family member or an animal, I believe that some form of compassion should be expressed. However I didn’t receive a condolence or a sorry for your loss. To me it was more about a business. Just my opinion. There could be other factors.

The only and best place you should bring your beloved pet! First- my dog passed on a Sunday and they had no problem taking him on a Sunday. There is a special place you can lay them to rest and say your good-byes. Available are earns, paw prints with photos, jewelry for ashes, just to name a few. They are not pushy about trying to sell you something when you are the most vulnerable. With a kind, soft-spoken voice, questions are asked and everything was done with dignity. When my pet was returned to me I was given a candle blessed by monks to help my dog on his journey. A beautiful thank you/sympathy card signed by all that handled him as well as his paw print. Also I was given a small glass heart filled with his ashes along with the velvet-like bags with his remains. I purchased a 2 part frame with his picture and his paw print in silicone. Well worth it and I highly recommend. Overall this was a pleasant experience. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend using their service. Our beloved Bella passed on a Saturday afternoon and Ramon came to take her within 1.5 hr of us calling. I had opted for a private cremation, plus paw print, plus hair of my beloved kitty, Tayla. I received her ashes in a lovely carved wood box urn (surprised, as I thought I'd just get a simple container), her paw print in a mold - thought it would be ink - and a jar of her shaved hair. I was quite surprised that I also received a small heart shaped glass pendant with her ashes. I was quite touched by the quality and beauty of all this. Thank you so much!!!

There are not enough words to express my gratitude for the wonderful staff at Peaceful Paws. Our 16 year old cat, Lina, passed away and I didn't know what to do. After speaking to them on the phone, I knew I made the right choice.We brought Lina to them and they walked us through everything with care and compassion. We were able to say our goodbyes and left feeling that she would be treated with respect and dignity, making our grief a little more bearable.When we picked up her remains, they were placed in a nice burlap bag with her keepsake paw print. We also received the cremation certificate, an ink paw print, and a candle with her name to burn when she was home.Overall, it was a lovely experience for a sad situation. I hope to never have to but, if needed, would definitely use their services again.Thank you for everything!

They were really thoughtful and showed extreme care with my baby girl Isabella when she passed. I know she was in good hands. My Beautiful Boy passed away November 1, 2023. Peaceful paws was wonderful about picking him up. He discussed on the phone all the things we could get to remember him by and I wanted it all. 15 days later I was told to go by and pick up the ashes , everything came beautifully EXCEPT THEY DID NOT PUT HIS PAW PRINT ON THE CERAMIC. It's not the $35.00 - I would've paid double just to have his paw print and now there is nothing that can be done. They are really food & anyone can make a mistake - however this one doesn't have a solution and if picking up his ashes 15 days later didn't hurt bad enough, not having his beautiful paw print really tore at my heart. Verify everything you are requesting/purchasing.

I was devastated when I lost my dog of 17 years, Coco. Peaceful Paws was available to take my phone call in the late hours of the night and despite their office being closed they were available to provide customer service. I was given pricing details as well as information on their open office hours. The customer service was professional and knowledgeable. I felt at ease knowing I found THE perfect place to lay my Coco to rest. I came by the office in the morning and met Joe, Joe was amazing. He explained everything in detail and made me feel at ease. They also have a large selection of memorial gifts should you choose to purchase. Joe called me as soon as Coco was cremated to schedule the pickup. The turnaround was fast. Most places I called stated 14-20 days for pick up and Peaceful Paws did it in less than 12 days. Upon my arrival, Joe handed me a pretty neat bag but what completely surprised me was the attention to detail. My Coco's ashes were in a beautiful velvet bag with a complimentary candle for me to light in Coco's honor and her paw print. It was a special gesture on their end and one that I was not expecting. I will cherish those beautiful keepsakes for the rest of my life. Thank you Peaceful Paws, and Thank you Joe! Although the reason for our encounter was under unpleasant circumstances I am beyond satisfied with your exceptional service and care. I wish I could give 10 Stars!

Our precious cat, Pawley, passed away unexpectedly leaving us devastated. We brought her to Peaceful Paws where we were treated gently and respectfully. We were reassured our fur baby would be taken care of carefully. We were not rushed and had all of the time we needed to say goodbye and choose the different services they offer. Peaceful Paws was nothing short of professional, but most importantly empathetic and sympathetic. Our baby was our first child. We had her for 8 years. I can say with a full heart that I was so pleased with how we were treated, the service we received and how our baby was treated even after she had crossed the rainbow bridge. We’ve had three pets cremated through Peaceful Paws, and this last experience was the only bad one.First, they did not contact us to let us know that our pet’s cremains were ready to be picked up. We called them to inquire after over 2 weeks had passed. No explanation was provided for the delay and lack of contact, which leaves us, wondering if something went wrong with our pet’s cremains.Next, when we received the cremains package, it was missing the lock of fur we requested and paid for. We noticed this and called the next day to find out if they still had the lock of fur. Upon them briefly investigating with another employee, it seems like they realized the lock of fur was missing before my phone call, but did not let us know, nor did they issue an auto-refund. We didn’t get refunded for the lock of fur until we called to find out what happened. The small refund seems like it’s not enough for this devastating mistake. We will never get this sentimental part of our pet back. Frankly, we have lost confidence that the cremains we have even belong to our pet, since we had to call to get the cremains back after over two weeks with no contact and it’s missing the lock of fur, which is the only identifiable thing that would provide us with some certainty that it’s indeed our pet.Finally, they said a 3rd party company handles their cremations, but I don’t see why that company would be in charge of fur clippings before the cremation. If that’s the case, why didn’t they contact the third party company to see if the lock of fur was misplaced? In their brief investigation, they merely talked to an employee on their site and looked at the itemized bill. Is my pet not worth the effort to do more, unless they know the fur clipping was never done because they are supposed to do it themselves. I am beyond upset and hurt by this. Our pet was an extremely loving part of our family for almost two decades and this unsettling feeling of not knowing if her cremains are what we actually have is heartbreaking.***Update: There was a miscommunication with the 3rd party company handling services. When I asked about the lock of fur, and you said, “THEY didn’t do the fur clipping,” I thought you were talking about a 3rd party company. I didn’t realize you were talking about your own company.

Peaceful Paws treated our pet with respect and care when he pass away.Our parrot died unexpectedly while we were in Miami for a few weeks. My husband and I wanted to have him cremated so we could take him back home with us. We found Peaceful Paws after a quick online search and called them right away. They are located in a warehouse area. At the time, the entrance of their warehouse unit looked like a construction site as they were doing some work in the crematorium. Inside, Joe welcomed us into a pleasant viewing room to discuss our needs. He answered all our questions and explained everything about the process.We remained for the entire cremation, which took about 2 hours. The viewing room has large windows looking over the crematorium. We were able to see the personal care given to our pet during the entire cremation and our pet's ashes were returned to us in a beautiful box engraved with his name.We cannot express how much we appreciate our experience with Joe at Peaceful Paws. At our time of sadness, our hearts were at peace.

When my beautiful, sweet girl, Lorelai Lee, passed away at the age of 20, I was beside myself with grief and it was so difficult to even think straight. I called Peaceful Paws and the gentleman who came out to pick her up was very kind and understanding. Within a week, I received the notice that she had been cremated and was ready to come home. I opted to pay extra to have them deliver her back home to me. The young woman who brought Lorelai home was also very kind, polite and considerate of my feelings.. Peaceful Paws returned Lorelai's ashes to me in a beautiful carved rosewood box, engraved with her name. I also received a clay imprint of her little paw, some of her cremains inside a delicate glass heart, a scented pink candle and a card from Peaceful Paws with her paw print and the Rainbow Bridge poem. It was all delivered in a small tote-type bag with the Peaceful Paws logo on the side. Just the loveliest presentation befitting my sweet baby girl, done with the respect and dignity she deserved. I will miss Lorelai Lee every day for the rest of my life. She and I had an extra-special bond and she was such a comfort to me when I lost my husband 8 years ago. But, I'm so grateful to Peaceful Paws for helping me and making everything so much easier at one of my most difficult times. Thank you so much for being there for me and for Lorelai. These reviews were such a help to me in choosing who I wanted to handle my baby's arrangements and I wanted to write this review to pay it forward and potentially help someone else during their time of overwhelming pain and grief. During this unfortunate event of losing our 8 year old cat, my husband and I were unsure of what the next step looked like. We called Peaceful Paws and they made our closure of letting go a little easier. They were at our house within an hour and we’re very conscious of our emotions, which was nice. They provided us with some options to help remember him. We decided to have him cremated so we could have a little piece of him forever. Sometimes, when the time comes, there's no room for delay, and that was the case with us. When I called him and explained the situation, Joseph (the owner, I believe) made an extraordinary effort to add us to the end of that same day. Everyone else I called wanted to schedule us for two or three days later, or more. That added wait would have added much pain to an already difficult situation. We were able to spend the day together saying goodbye peacefully, knowing he would be home soon. The vet and her helper were considerate and professional. I don't usually write reviews but I owe them this one.

Everyone is very empathetic, patient & friendly. The process was of course very sad but I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. We lost our animal of 13 years in the middle of the evening and we didn’t know what to do. It was a shock to the family and an absolutely heart breaking moment. We truly didn’t know what to do and after a few hours of thinking we decided to get him cremated. We contacted peaceful paws that same night and they remained open for us in order to help with taking our pet and not have him just lying there at our home. We paid for a cremation as well as a frame with his paw prints and they were all done beautifully. We really appreciate the time Joseph and his team put into our little family member. I’m very pleased with outcome of how our pet was treated, just not pleased with the owner’s attitude. He’s a bit rough around the edges. He needs some polishing on his attitude. When there is death in a person’s family whether a family member or an animal, I believe that some form of compassion should be expressed. However I didn’t receive a condolence or a sorry for your loss. To me it was more about a business. Just my opinion. There could be other factors.

Unfortunately my dog passed away 03/05/22 around 5:20pm. I called Peaceful Paws last minute for a cremation, the owner of the place, Joe, was kind of enough to wait for us to leave our beloved dog. Prior to my dog passing I was already looking at places to cremate her. This place caught my attention because of the wonderful reviews. They exceeded my expectations. Great service! Me and my partner decided to do the rainbow 🌈 urn, it is beautiful! We received it today and they also provided a candle, a small bottle of her remains, and a paw print 🐾 on a card signed off by the staff. If you are interested in cremating your pet, I highly recommend coming here! I feel I got closure from my experience here! And it’s nice to have our little Chiki back home! We had to put our 15 year old lab to sleep last week and based on google reviews and their website, Peaceful Paws was our choice. Not a choice you ever want to make, but one that was necessary due to the quality of life of our dog. From the first phone call, Joe at Peaceful Paws was very helpful, sympathetic, and gave us a great recommendation for an at home euthanasia with a vet (Dr. Kevin Guzman) who was amazing. We decided to transport our dog ourselves to PP facility, although they do offer that service as well. They have a great package deal with several options and explain the process from start to finish. It’s so hard to let a furry family member go but we felt reassured that his remains would be well taken care of with respect & compassion. I definitely recommend and trust Peaceful Paws.

Unfortunately, today 05/17/2024, I had to use Peaceful Paws Memorial Services once again for my son's and daughter in law's Fur baby, EVA. I had used their services twice before on 10/23/2023 for our Colt and Lady on 06/20/2022. The staff at Peaceful Paws continue to be the nicest, most companionate people in the business. We could not have asked for a better experience with Peaceful Paws. I did not know where to turn when our 8 year old bunny Henry passed away, I looked up places near me and started reading through all the sweet stories from loving pet owners and Peaceful Paws. Everything was top notch. My daughters each picked out something to remember our beloved Henry. One was a beautiful heart vase filled with his fur and another was a plaster paw print decorated with his name and a crystal heart. We picked out a beautiful carved wooden urn and name engraving. We were so thankful and surprised to receive a heartfelt card with Henry's signature❤, a special candle blessed by Monks and small heart shaped vial of his ashes. Peaceful Paws is a wonderful company! This has been the hardest thing I’ve had to go through, and I’m so blessed to have found such amazing people who took care of my one and only dog Deja. More than exceeded my expectations! Handled everything with such dignity and care, and truly took care of me through this process. The process is very respectful to your pet. I love that they do private cremation and give you the option for a viewing. Received a candle personalized with my dogs name on it, her paw print stamped on a card, and some of her ashes in a little glass heart. Very thoughtful during such a terribly hard time. The only and best place you should bring your beloved pet! First- my dog passed on a Sunday and they had no problem taking him on a Sunday. There is a special place you can lay them to rest and say your good-byes. Available are earns, paw prints with photos, jewelry for ashes, just to name a few. They are not pushy about trying to sell you something when you are the most vulnerable. With a kind, soft-spoken voice, questions are asked and everything was done with dignity. When my pet was returned to me I was given a candle blessed by monks to help my dog on his journey. A beautiful thank you/sympathy card signed by all that handled him as well as his paw print. Also I was given a small glass heart filled with his ashes along with the velvet-like bags with his remains. I purchased a 2 part frame with his picture and his paw print in silicone. Well worth it and I highly recommend. Overall this was a pleasant experience. The cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend using their service. Peaceful Paws took care of the cremation of the longest companion that I had with me. Pepper, a 22-year old young black and white tuxedo cat. We called her Pepperino, the Italian kitty from Italy. It took me a few weeks to write a review because when I received the ashes of Pepper it brought back memories of loss. Over two decades old (young) this cat was not only my longest companion in life that lived with me but Pepper belonged to my daughter who passed away. Everything Peaceful Paws provided was a beautiful tribute. From the sachet Pepper's ashes were placed in, to the thoughtful card and note and personalized candle. Not to mention the keepsake heart container. And they even called me to let me know they delivered her ashes to my local vet, who never called. So yes. I highly recommend Peaceful Paws. I decided to take my girl Amelia directly to be cremated myself instead of letting the vet do so, because I wanted to stay with her a little longer. They are open 24/7, just had to call in advance to let them know I was coming. Everything was handled professionally with care and respect. When I went to pick her up, I received a bag with her ashes, her paw print in clay, and a few things I wasn't expecting: a touching card with her paw print signature inside, which is beautiful and made me cry, a pink candle with her name and a small bottle with a bit of her ashes. Before our beloved Lucky passed away, we never thought we would be able to cremate and keep him with us forever as finding good hearted people to take him in would be difficult. My daughter found Peaceful Paws on Google and we all decided to give it a shot. I would recommend Peaceful Paws to anyone that has lost a pet. They were extremely professional and courteous. Very reasonably priced. And treated my King with the utmost respect. They came and picked him up and returned to me with such loving gestures. Not only a beautiful wooden box that carried his remains but they included a wonderful card they all signed and even had his paw print on it too. They included a death certificate and a beautiful poem. I got his ashes in a heart shaped pendant and his paw print in ceramic. I was so hurt when my baby bird Chip passed.. i knew immediately i wanted him cremated. Peaceful paws is affordable , professional & overall it was a very heart warming & great experience. The facility is very nicely decorated & clean & it gave off very comforting energy . As well as the man who works there. He was also a gem. Which was much needed considering the state i was in. Very pleasant . I was given the most beautiful urn (which i got to pick out) , it also came with a little emblem, a certificate, a small bag of my parakeets beautiful blue & white feathers, & a candle that was blessed by monks which i lit & let burn.Thank you peaceful paws for being so amazing in the midst of my tragedy. From the first call we made to them to inquire about services on a Saturday night we had a pleasant experience. They were very informative as to what to do with our dog until we dropped her off the next day. When we dropped our dog off the next day they made us feel comfortable. We knew our dog would be taken care of and was in good hands for her creamation. When we picked up her ashes they went above and beyond what was expected. They gave us her ashes in the urn we picked and the rest in a separate bag. They provided the death certificate, a glass heart with her ashes, a candle with her name on it and a lovely with sympathy card signed by the staff with her paw print.I never had a dog pass and feel so lucky that I found this place they truly have compassion and care about the pet and family. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We’ve had three pets cremated through Peaceful Paws, and this last experience was the only bad one.First, they did not contact us to let us know that our pet’s cremains were ready to be picked up. We called them to inquire after over 2 weeks had passed. No explanation was provided for the delay and lack of contact, which leaves us, wondering if something went wrong with our pet’s cremains.Next, when we received the cremains package, it was missing the lock of fur we requested and paid for. We noticed this and called the next day to find out if they still had the lock of fur. Upon them briefly investigating with another employee, it seems like they realized the lock of fur was missing before my phone call, but did not let us know, nor did they issue an auto-refund. We didn’t get refunded for the lock of fur until we called to find out what happened. The small refund seems like it’s not enough for this devastating mistake. We will never get this sentimental part of our pet back. Frankly, we have lost confidence that the cremains we have even belong to our pet, since we had to call to get the cremains back after over two weeks with no contact and it’s missing the lock of fur, which is the only identifiable thing that would provide us with some certainty that it’s indeed our pet.Finally, they said a 3rd party company handles their cremations, but I don’t see why that company would be in charge of fur clippings before the cremation. If that’s the case, why didn’t they contact the third party company to see if the lock of fur was misplaced? In their brief investigation, they merely talked to an employee on their site and looked at the itemized bill. Is my pet not worth the effort to do more, unless they know the fur clipping was never done because they are supposed to do it themselves. I am beyond upset and hurt by this. Our pet was an extremely loving part of our family for almost two decades and this unsettling feeling of not knowing if her cremains are what we actually have is heartbreaking.***Update: There was a miscommunication with the 3rd party company handling services. When I asked about the lock of fur, and you said, “THEY didn’t do the fur clipping,” I thought you were talking about a 3rd party company. I didn’t realize you were talking about your own company.

Peaceful Paws treated our pet with respect and care when he pass away.Our parrot died unexpectedly while we were in Miami for a few weeks. My husband and I wanted to have him cremated so we could take him back home with us. We found Peaceful Paws after a quick online search and called them right away. They are located in a warehouse area. At the time, the entrance of their warehouse unit looked like a construction site as they were doing some work in the crematorium. Inside, Joe welcomed us into a pleasant viewing room to discuss our needs. He answered all our questions and explained everything about the process.We remained for the entire cremation, which took about 2 hours. The viewing room has large windows looking over the crematorium. We were able to see the personal care given to our pet during the entire cremation and our pet's ashes were returned to us in a beautiful box engraved with his name.We cannot express how much we appreciate our experience with Joe at Peaceful Paws. At our time of sadness, our hearts were at peace.

When my beautiful, sweet girl, Lorelai Lee, passed away at the age of 20, I was beside myself with grief and it was so difficult to even think straight. I called Peaceful Paws and the gentleman who came out to pick her up was very kind and understanding. Within a week, I received the notice that she had been cremated and was ready to come home. I opted to pay extra to have them deliver her back home to me. The young woman who brought Lorelai home was also very kind, polite and considerate of my feelings.. Peaceful Paws returned Lorelai's ashes to me in a beautiful carved rosewood box, engraved with her name. I also received a clay imprint of her little paw, some of her cremains inside a delicate glass heart, a scented pink candle and a card from Peaceful Paws with her paw print and the Rainbow Bridge poem. It was all delivered in a small tote-type bag with the Peaceful Paws logo on the side. Just the loveliest presentation befitting my sweet baby girl, done with the respect and dignity she deserved. I will miss Lorelai Lee every day for the rest of my life. She and I had an extra-special bond and she was such a comfort to me when I lost my husband 8 years ago. But, I'm so grateful to Peaceful Paws for helping me and making everything so much easier at one of my most difficult times. Thank you so much for being there for me and for Lorelai. Losing our girl Pebbles was heart wrenching. Luckily, Peaceful Paws was there to take special care of her and help her cross the rainbow bridge. They picked her up after she passed and Joe treated her and us with the upmost respect. The services prices are very reasonable. She had a private cremation. We received her ashes in just days. I purchased a paw print imprint on clay. They also included a special heart shaped valve gift filled with her ashes. Lastly, they included a sympathy card with Pebbles’ signature. Stop looking, you’ve found the right place. Peaceful Paws will go above and beyond to help you through this ordeal.My best friend died in her sleep. I didn’t know what to do. After searching online I found a really heartfelt review of Peaceful Paws and took a chance. I drove her to their office not knowing what to expect.Now that it’s all over, I can’t imagine a better place to help bring you and your pet closure. After sharing stories with other bereaved pet parents, I count myself lucky to have such a service available to me as it’s definitely not the norm.The staff really stressed the fact that they treat your pet like a human. That’s how my best friend lived so I’m happy I was able to find someone to provide that even in death. It took about a week to get the ashes of my buddy back. I also opted for some extras and it was well worth it, still affordable. The staff also surprised me with some very memorable and very sweet extras that were totally unexpected and touching. They are 100% dedicated to bringing customers comfort and peace during terrible times.My family and I recently lost our little baby cat after 13 years. The veterinarian wanted to ship his body all the way to Tampa to be cremated. We were beside ourselves with concern and malaise. Bella had been a part of our family for over a decade, so, naturally I was distraught when she passed unexpectedly. I had no idea what to do. I wasn't just going to bury her in the backyard. Unfortunately my dog passed away 03/05/22 around 5:20pm. I called Peaceful Paws last minute for a cremation, the owner of the place, Joe, was kind of enough to wait for us to leave our beloved dog. Prior to my dog passing I was already looking at places to cremate her. This place caught my attention because of the wonderful reviews. They exceeded my expectations. Great service! Me and my partner decided to do the rainbow 🌈 urn, it is beautiful! We received it today and they also provided a candle, a small bottle of her remains, and a paw print 🐾 on a card signed off by the staff. We had to put our 15 year old lab to sleep last week and based on google reviews and their website, Peaceful Paws was our choice. Not a choice you ever want to make, but one that was necessary due to the quality of life of our dog. From the first phone call, Joe at Peaceful Paws was very helpful, sympathetic, and gave us a great recommendation for an at home euthanasia with a vet (Dr. Kevin Guzman) who was amazing. We decided to transport our dog ourselves to PP facility, although they do offer that service as well. They have a great package deal with several options and explain the process from start to finish. It’s so hard to let a furry family member go but we felt reassured that his remains would be well taken care of with respect & compassion. I definitely recommend and trust Peaceful Paws.

We could not have asked for a better experience with Peaceful Paws. I did not know where to turn when our 8 year old bunny Henry passed away, I looked up places near me and started reading through all the sweet stories from loving pet owners and Peaceful Paws. Everything was top notch. My daughters each picked out something to remember our beloved Henry. My experience was exceptional. When I made the difficult decision to allow my 6 year old boxer to pass peacefully, Peaceful paws arranged everything. Allie laid comfortably in my arms and painlessly just went to sleep. The whole process was explained to me and 30 min after she passed the transport team came to get her. I have had to cremate 2 dogs, thus far.First experience: The company sent out a "limo" service to pick up the deceased pet since her passing was not during "office hours". Who knows how her body was handled and kept until she was cremated. Afterward, I received a plain wooden craft box with her remains.Second experience with Peaceful Paws: Our dog died on a Sunday morning. When I called the company, my call wasn't screened, instead it was answered by Joe.He gave me the option to have my dog picked up at my home or dropped off, by us, at the his office. We opted to drop off my pet.We were pleasantly surprised with lovely viewing room. It was clean, fresh, warm and inviting.Joe took his time with us as we completed the paperwork and had our final moment, despite the fact that another customer was waiting.When the remains of our dog were ready to "come home", I returned to the office.I believe Paul assisted me then. Similar to Joe, he was kind and patient.I don't want to ruin it for future customers, but the care package that they prepared was like no other. The attention to detail really demonstrates their labor of love.I truly appreciate how Peaceful Paws made my dog's journey to the afterlife special.

Great customer service from start to finish. The staff was very sympathetic and helpful throughout the entire process. In addition, Peaceful Paws had a wide selection of urns, jewelry pieces for your dog's precious remains, and portrait paintings that can be customized for your memories. The hardest decision to make and send your best friend to finally rest in peace after 14 years of loyal loving. Peaceful Paws was awesome. The comfort and compassion felt was amazing. Peaceful Paws took care of the cremation of the longest companion that I had with me. Pepper, a 22-year old young black and white tuxedo cat. We called her Pepperino, the Italian kitty from Italy. It took me a few weeks to write a review because when I received the ashes of Pepper it brought back memories of loss. Over two decades old (young) this cat was not only my longest companion in life that lived with me but Pepper belonged to my daughter who passed away. Everything Peaceful Paws provided was a beautiful tribute. From the sachet Pepper's ashes were placed in, to the thoughtful card and note and personalized candle. Not to mention the keepsake heart container. And they even called me to let me know they delivered her ashes to my local vet, who never called. So yes. I highly recommend Peaceful Paws. I decided to take my girl Amelia directly to be cremated myself instead of letting the vet do so, because I wanted to stay with her a little longer. They are open 24/7, just had to call in advance to let them know I was coming. Everything was handled professionally with care and respect. When I went to pick her up, I received a bag with her ashes, her paw print in clay, and a few things I wasn't expecting: a touching card with her paw print signature inside, which is beautiful and made me cry, a pink candle with her name and a small bottle with a bit of her ashes. I will definitely take all my babies to Peaceful Paws when their time comes. Thank you so much 💜

Before our beloved Lucky passed away, we never thought we would be able to cremate and keep him with us forever as finding good hearted people to take him in would be difficult. My daughter found Peaceful Paws on Google and we all decided to give it a shot. Little did we know it was going to be the best decision we made, the staff at Peaceful Paws exceeded our expectations by being extremely attentive and detailed with us and Lucky. I would recommend Peaceful Paws to anyone that has lost a pet. They were extremely professional and courteous. Very reasonably priced. And treated my King with the utmost respect. They came and picked him up and returned to me with such loving gestures. Not only a beautiful wooden box that carried his remains but they included a wonderful card they all signed and even had his paw print on it too. They included a death certificate and a beautiful poem. I got his ashes in a heart shaped pendant and his paw print in ceramic. I can't tell you how much i appreciate what they did for me after losing my best friend. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is going through a loss of their own.

I was so hurt when my baby bird Chip passed.. i knew immediately i wanted him cremated. Peaceful paws is affordable , professional & overall it was a very heart warming & great experience. The facility is very nicely decorated & clean & it gave off very comforting energy . As well as the man who works there. He was also a gem. Which was much needed considering the state i was in. Very pleasant . I was given the most beautiful urn (which i got to pick out) , it also came with a little emblem, a certificate, a small bag of my parakeets beautiful blue & white feathers, & a candle that was blessed by monks which i lit & let burn.Thank you peaceful paws for being so amazing in the midst of my tragedy. The owners of Peaceful Paws Memorial Services are truly angels here on Earth. I called their phone number before having to send my beautiful Boxer over the Rainbow Bridge and spoke to Joe. He was authentically compassionate and told me I could come within the hour with my boy and that we could make arrangements to have him cremated. I opted to have him cremated that very day and was able to sit in the waiting room, never having to leave my pup alone. During the approximately 4 hour cremation, I spoke to Joe about how Peaceful Paws came to be, the unfortunate industry practices that make Peaceful Paws so different, and also got to meet Angus, Joe's beautiful Rottweiler. I urge anyone who cares about their pet to give them the dignity they deserve and take them to Peaceful Paws when that dreaded day arrives. You will forever be glad you did.

Brought my pet hamster to be cremated and Peaceful Paws did the best job! He was a big part of my life so I’m glad the owners and workers took the time to treat his cremation with respect. They went above and beyond to provide me with a personalized card and print of my hamsters tiny paws. Also got a candle blessed by monks and a tiny heart filled with his ashes. Thanks so much!

Peaceful Paws went above and beyond what I expected after my dog Leia passed. They were quick to answer my phone call and offer guidance. The process took a little longer than normal, because they cremate each pet individually and unfortunately they had an influx. However, when i picked up her ashes they had her ready along with a sympathy card from the staff and Leias paw print, in addition to a small heart shaped charm they filled with her ashes. My thanks for The experience we had cremating our beloved pet at Peaceful Paws Memorial service. Joe, the director of operations, went out of his way to make the process as transparent and dignified as possible. If you believe your dog has a soul, this is definitely the place for you. Their policy is to have religious leaders come and bless the dogs that were released through cremation. There are windows from the seating area so you are allowed to view the process if you like, to make sure that your dog is the only one cremated, and that you get Your dogs ashes. The space is well designed and comfortable as you wait for them to finish the cremation. We came in sad and mournful, Joe took care of us And told us heartwarming stories that lifted our mood and comforted us. Julian prepared our loved one with dignity and respect. Peaceful paws gets my highest recommendation.

When my poochie got sick and passed away, the feeling was unimaginable. Not sure what to do regarding her large body, the family decided we didn't want her buried. So we decided to cremate her so we can make a shrine for her where ever we may move to and Peaceful Paws helped us do that. They where kind and understanding from the very start. From the first call we made to them to inquire about services on a Saturday night we had a pleasant experience. They were very informative as to what to do with our dog until we dropped her off the next day. When we dropped our dog off the next day they made us feel comfortable. We knew our dog would be taken care of and was in good hands for her creamation. When we picked up her ashes they went above and beyond what was expected. They gave us her ashes in the urn we picked and the rest in a separate bag. They provided the death certificate, a glass heart with her ashes, a candle with her name on it and a lovely with sympathy card signed by the staff with her paw print.I never had a dog pass and feel so lucky that I found this place they truly have compassion and care about the pet and family. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Losing our girl Pebbles was heart wrenching. Luckily, Peaceful Paws was there to take special care of her and help her cross the rainbow bridge. They picked her up after she passed and Joe treated her and us with the upmost respect. The services prices are very reasonable. She had a private cremation. We received her ashes in just days. I purchased a paw print imprint on clay. They also included a special heart shaped valve gift filled with her ashes. Lastly, they included a sympathy card with Pebbles’ signature. I was in tears.The location was very nice and very clean. It had a peaceful vibe with ceiling tiles depicting rainbows and cute animals. Losing a pet is definitely not a good feeling, but Peaceful Paws really helped us get through.Thank you so much for everything! <3

Stop looking, you’ve found the right place. Peaceful Paws will go above and beyond to help you through this ordeal.My best friend died in her sleep. I didn’t know what to do. After searching online I found a really heartfelt review of Peaceful Paws and took a chance. I drove her to their office not knowing what to expect.Now that it’s all over, I can’t imagine a better place to help bring you and your pet closure. After sharing stories with other bereaved pet parents, I count myself lucky to have such a service available to me as it’s definitely not the norm.The staff really stressed the fact that they treat your pet like a human. That’s how my best friend lived so I’m happy I was able to find someone to provide that even in death. It took about a week to get the ashes of my buddy back. I also opted for some extras and it was well worth it, still affordable. The staff also surprised me with some very memorable and very sweet extras that were totally unexpected and touching. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Peaceful Paws was so wonderful. My dog Lucas died unexpectedly and my vet no longer used a local cremation services that provided special urns for him. Not only did they have beautiful urns but they gave me additional gifts. A candle to burn for him, a beautiful paw print, small little vase with his remains. THIS IS THE BEST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER SEEN! It's so respectful and caring!! They are 100% dedicated to bringing customers comfort and peace during terrible times.My family and I recently lost our little baby cat after 13 years. The veterinarian wanted to ship his body all the way to Tampa to be cremated. We were beside ourselves with concern and malaise. I decided to look for other options and I AM SO HAPPY WE FOUND THIS PLACE. Joe handled the transfer process wonderfully!! We were no longer troubled and felt so comfortable trusting them with our kitty's remains. When it was time to bring our kitty's ashes home, I was so overwhelmed with gratefulness because of all the attention to detail that was put into preserving the memory of our special kitty. IWhen my Teeny died. I called them they came to pick her up. I was surprised how fast they came within an hour in the middle of a big rainstorm. I was very pleased with the services especially for the price I really love the little paw print that they gave me and the candle bearing her name. The service was excellent, above and beyond what I expected. I lost my pet at night and that very night they accepted my dog. Joseph was very empathizing and patiently explained their services. I paid a little extra to have my pet's ashes delivered to my home. Within a week he was delivered. Everything was so thoughtfully presented, all these little extras I hadn't expected, a card with my dog's paw print, a heart shaped container with his ashes, and more. Bella had been a part of our family for over a decade, so, naturally I was distraught when she passed unexpectedly. I had no idea what to do. I wasn't just going to bury her in the backyard. Bella was the best pup and she deserved better. A neighbor shared Peaceful Paws' number with my husband and they came out right away to collect her, that very same night. The staff showed great patience and care, allowing me as much time as I needed to say goodbye.We brought Bella home in a beautiful urn and was also given a sympathy card from the company which was also "signed" by Bella.
