Resting Rainbow 🌈 💕 ✨️ is without a doubt the best facility to care for your fur baby when they have crossed the bridge to Heaven. Our little Dexter ♥️ passed due to an accident. I called and Sebastian was there within the hour. I was so not sure what to expect when I picked up his ashes. Resting Rainbow went above and beyond with the display of my baby. The provided a beautiful canvas bag with a heartfelt photo on the bag. They placed his ashes in a very beautiful wood ern box with his name beautifully carved into the box. They also included a heart pendant with ashes in a blue box, a Rainbow bridge poem, 2 prints of Dexter's little paws, a white memory candle. It was so beautiful, compassionate and caring. Sebastian displayed empathy while showing the contents of the bag, he was so kind and gentle. I couldn't be more happy with their service. Superb! I was so heartbroken when I lost my beloved dog Daine 😢💔 Resting Rainbow was Amazing and Sebastian was so compassionate and did an outstanding job. I loved everything and was amazed at how beautiful it all came out…. I can’t thank Sebastian and the Staff enough. Losing my dog was an emotional and heart breaking experience. I did not know what options were available to me. Resting Rainbow and their team, especially Sebastián was there to help me through this very stressful time. They were caring and understanding and guided me through their process. It took 7 days to get Max's ashes back which was less than the promised time. His presentation was beautiful and helped with my grieving process. I can't thank them enough. They are pet owners and the care they have shown is reflective of this fact.

Excellent service and support at the time when most needed. My condolences to you if you lost your beloved pet, we just lost our 20 year old cat but her ashes will remain with us forever. Owner is very pleasant person took care of everything including delivery of ashes back to our house and giving us a few special gifts that was so nice on his side. If you are thinking of doing a private cremation for your pet definitely a place to consider. Turn around time was in just a few days.

Considering the sadness of losing my oldest cat of 19 years, I deeply appreciated all the care and time the staff at Resting Rainbows took to console me and ensure the cremation process was done well. I’ve gotten other pets cremated before but I was never certain if I was really getting my specific pets ashes back. At Resting Rainbow they showed me the metal tag that was cremated along with my baby to prove these were hers. The extra touch of a candle, memorial card with her paw print, and her engraved urn really gave me closure. I can’t thank them enough for what would have usually been a very sad experience.

I seldom write reviews, but I feel this one is more than well deserved. Losing a loved one is the most difficult thing one can imagine. Having it happen when you were not expecting it and pain to another level. He has his wings and is now in heaven. Having it occur Thursday night was more difficult because we did not know what to do. Nothing was open not even the vet’s office. The service that Resting Rainbow of fort lauderdale did for us during our moment of loss is only a person pure of heart and a true animal lover. I read on the site about calling 24 hour. As I left the message at 1:00am Resting Rainbow immediately called me back. I could not even complete my sentence with emotion when Mr. Edward said I can meet me at the store or he can come to pick him up. . I could not thank him or bless him enough. We went with a private cremation service and we had his ashes by Friday afternoon again after closing. I absolutely fully recommend Resting Rainbow of fort lauderdale. was truly caring and sympathetic. God bless the work that they do and the genuine love for us and our fur baby's. Thanks Mr Edward.

Amazing service what they provided me specially Edward in those moment of suffering and sadness what is to loose a pet and when that pet is your whole life. Was very fast since the first moment I called it until they return the ashes of my dog and the presentation with the name of my dog engrave and the paw of my baby dog engraved also as a memory.
