BEAUTIFULLY carried out service from my first call to them to my furbaby's ashes delivered to my door 3 days later. A tree planted in honor of my beloved Mojo was most unexpected and appreciated too. I cannot express enough how truly wonderful EVERYONE was at and from Safe Passages at one of hardest times of my life so far. SafePassages was wonderful from the first phone call through the prompt return of my Bella's ashes. Every person we encountered was kind and compassionate. They came promptly to pick up my kitty who had passed at home. The service provided included a complimentary pawprint and beautiful urn. It was more than I expected for the amount they charged. They never made me feel like they were trying to sell me anything. I felt like they truly just wanted to help me through a difficult time. I'm very grateful for their service.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. They treated myself, my family and most importantly our 70lb American Pittbull, Nala, with the utmost respect and dignity. SafePassages was the first and only call that I made. Margo was so compassionate and empathetic. She even shared her own story of her fur baby loss this year. She had me set up and within 2 hours of my phone call, Justin arrived and was very patient with myself and my family as we said our final goodbyes to our girl. Justin did everything and I didn't even have to loft a finger to have Nala removed from our home. Matt took care of everything at the crematory and was very patient with helping us schedule our face time just before. Then, within 3 days, our girl was returned to us, at our home, with all of her certificates, personalized box, laser etched paw print, ink paw print and even a certificate for a tree that was planted in Nala's memory. I cannot say enough good things about this company. It was so refreshing to have them handle EVERYTHING so that my family and I could focus on grieving for our Nala girl. Thank you so much Margo, Justin, Matt and the entire SafePassages Team. We will never forget how helpful you all were during such a difficult time.

Safe Passages did an amazing job in dealing with the cremation of our pet Cat, Amber. Amber was 19 years old and passed comfortably on our bed. A call to Safe Passages and they sent out Justin to pick-up her remains. In just a couple of days Amber's cremated remains were returned in a very nice box, with a laser engraved plaque of her footprint. There was also an inked card of her footprints, lastly with a card that a tree had been planted in her name. As these things go, SF did a wonderful job and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

When we left for vacation, we knew our boy might not make it home. He had a few good days scoping out the vaca house, but it was his time. We were determined he was coming home with us. Safe Passages made that possible. They are very sympathetic and gentle. Our boy came home in a beautiful maple box with his name engraved on it. He has now joined his lifelong companion. When my sweet dog Miss Baylee passed away suddenly at home early Saturday morning, I called my daughter sobbing and in a panic. She promised to look into arrangements and called me back 30 minutes later explaing this company, SafePassages Pet Cremation, would come to the house and help Miss Baylee complete her trip over the rainbow bridge. Having to load her up and drive her somewhere was excruicating and the thought of driving in that condition was scary. Zach texted his eta and arrived on time. He was kind, patient, professional and allowed me time to say my final goodbye. Three days later, Justin texted that he would be bringing Miss Baylee back and would text his eta. He was kind enough to meet me on my job site with her ashes in a beautiful box, her paw prints and cards. This company and their services were invaluable during those early, grief-stricken moments. Highly recommend SafePassages Pet Cremation for their compassion and professionalism. Our horse, Copper, was 37, and lived a great life. SafePassages Pet Cremation gave us the respect we needed to say goodbye to our beloved horse. Highly recommend.
