I received an amazing service from this company. My Great Dane unfortunately passed away due to cancer. I chose Faithful Companion to do the cremation services. They way exceeded my expectations. My boy was returned in under a week in a beautiful wooden box with his name engraved in gold on the top as well as a paw print cast that I didn’t know I was going to receive. I was regretting not getting that done so I was in tears when I opened the package and found it in there. I will definitely recommend these services to all my family and friends with pets.

Mike just brought our best buddy’s ashes back to us. He arrived in style in a beautiful van and was treated with the utmost respect while he was carried to us. Everybody from this service was compassionate and understanding They made us feel like they treated his remains in the fashion he deserved. If you loved your pet half as much as we did, this is the place to take them. They helped give us the closure we needed.

Monday 1/27, I found myself back at Faithful Companion seven years later after the passing on Sunday of my beloved cat of 22 years.I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Hunter, who guided me through the entire process with kindness and compassion, and to Bob (please correct me if I’m wrong about his name), who was incredibly supportive. Losing a pet is never easy, and because of the deep love I have for mine, I was profoundly grateful that they allowed me to be there from start to finish.Even though Hunter never met my pet, he treated MoeMoe with the same care and respect I would have. Both he and Bob made the experience as comforting as possible, welcoming us with open hearts, listening to our stories, and allowing us the space to grieve without judgment. Their understanding and kindness helped ease the pain, even just a little.Life often takes me to different places whether Florida, New York, or London but no matter where I am, I will always bring my fur children to Faithful Companion. I can’t say enough how great of a job faithful companion did with our sweet Charlotte’s remains. The passing of our 18 year old dog was very difficult and the attention to detail and expedited services really helped with closure! We have had other pets pass and other services do not compare! Faithful Companion Pet Cremation is the type of business that you wish you could frequent, but we only need them after the losing our beloved pets. This is why I'm writing this review with highest recommendation for Faithful Companion. We recently had to say goodbye to the last of our four dogs. The first two were cremated by our vet's office cremation service, which we learned is out of town and takes over a week to return our ashes. Our third unfortunate time around, we had to use an emergency vet who paired with Faithful Companion. We're glad they did because we could see the night and day difference in compassion, respect and quality in both service and product.With the out-of-town cremation service, our dogs were brought back to the vet for us to pick up. The last thing you want to do is return to the place where you had to say goodbye to your friend. Faithful Companion delivers your loved one to your home, with absolute care and compassion. Faithful Companion also returns your pet back to you within a day or two. There's no wondering and worrying about the process as the days go by. And Faithful Companion's staff arrives in a clean, air-conditioned van and dressed professionally.Although the loss our beautiful baby recently hard, Faithful Companion made the cremation process easy. Everyone I spoke with a Faithful Companion spoke with us with dignity and compassion. We are grateful for Faithful Companions, and their staff including Christopher, Michelle and especially Hunter. We really appreciate Hunter's professionalism and respectfulness.We are so glad we stopped our vet from sending our baby to their cremation vendor and allowed us to utilize Faithful Companion again.

I still can’t believe this is even real. No one ever prepares you to drop your dog off and received him back in ash. There’s literally no way to prepare for the unbearable pain. I didn’t know what else to do so I called the vet that saw our sweet boy last because no other funeral home returned our calls. Our vet, Cleveland Road Animal Hospital was amazing from start to finish. They said of course come in here and we will take it from there. We spent time with hank until it was time to go and the faithful companion came to get my sweet boy. I called to ugrade his urn because he was the bestest boy and deserved the very best. Every…single…person i talked to at faithful companion just felt so personal to me. They let me cry on the phone and i could feel a hug from their voice. I can’t thank them enough. In 24 hours the same sweet soul who picked our 4 year old Hank up is the same one who delivered him back to our door step. She ensured me that Hank was well taken care of the entire time. I am still just in shock how amazing this company is and how much they mean to my family now Thank you guys so much. You are truly special humans ❤️ 1000/1000 recommend

Chris brought our Bug back to us and I was so impressed by the respect and honor he gave to the weight of that moment. I didn't know what to expect, and frankly my broken heart hadn't given it much thought outside of having her home; the kindness of presentation he gave to Bug felt genuine and authentic - we felt like she mattered and that made all the difference. On our most painful day of our 25 year marriage, my husband and I lost our loving, sweet, energetic Carolina Dog as she had to be put down due to a back injury. Although she was almost 13 it was not enough time with her in our life. Faithful Companion welcomed us unannounced, let us spend time with Mini on their altar, and then generously delivered her ashes to us the next day with a bounty of support and thoughtful items. I have to brag on Davis, I called at 7:15PM on 11/29/24, our sweet dauschaund was hit by a car at 5:15, I could barely talk voice going in and out. But Davis gave me comfort. The compassion you have showed us just over the phone is like no other, I called back this morning 11/30/24 because we just needed the night to process everything and once again Davis answered with heart and soul. Your empathy, compassion and heart are in what you do and we can tell. Willow Bean is on her way to be cremated, but I could not wait to let others know how amazing you are. Losing a fur baby is far from easy but the peace you have given us is out of this world. The listening, the talking us through, the handling of our sweet girl Willow Bean. We are furever greatful. Our family had an awful experience when we brought our pup here. When we walked in, we were not greeted, just a man who said "follow me". He didn't introduce himself but according to our paperwork his name is Santos. We followed him and he walked us directly into the cremation room. He told us to put our pup on the table and come into the other room so we could do paperwork. We were in shock as the cremation room has a furnace that was ON with someone else's beloved pet inside of it. There was a tag and paperwork hanging on the outside with the pets information. We had our 12 year old with us and it was absolutely horrifying and traumatic for her. We had to leave to calm her down. Even my husband and I were shaken up that he would take us directly into that room without preparing us for what was in there. When we came back Santos showed no sympathy and was very emotionless. He was only interested in our paperwork and collecting payment. We should have left but this was our second place (the first place was down for repairs) and we didn't want to hurt our child even more.Santos said "sorry for your loss" as he was opening the door to leave to the back warehouse type area. It was definitely an afterthought. He told us to see ourselves outI received a call from Santos the next day to pick our pup up and he said "I don't know if anyone called to tell you yet but your dog is ready to be picked up". Felt as if he was inconvenienced to give a phone call.Being a place that grieving families come to, please do some training on trauma informed care and sympathy.I do not recommend taking your furbaby here. You will leave feeling much worse and not comforted at all. The whole experience felt wrong from the moment we walked in the door. Please, do better for other grieving families.*You have to put at least a star, I guess that can be for the beautiful little box we picked her up in and the engraving.

Our beloved Mastiff passed peacefully at home, though slightly unexpectedly. I called Faithful Companion in Twinsburg, OH who offered to stay open just for us. We opted to drive our boy to them the next morning and they were so kind about helping to unload this 120# friend and allow me to peacefully and privately say goodbye again. Katie was wonderful. Just the right combination of genuine sympathy and compassion and positivity and hope. Listened to stories and viewed pictures with us as we remembered better times. During an incredibly sad emotional time, we found Celia at Faithful Companion of Raleigh to be understanding and caring. We lost our little dog Bunny and we were devastated. We have used Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services twice. From the time that you call until you receive your pet's remains back, you are treated with compassion and respect. It is truly soul crushing to lose a furry family member and Faithful Companion's staff are so compassionate during this difficult time.We had a traveling vet administer the procedure at our home both times. This is the second time we have used Faithful Companion. It is such a wonderful place when you have to say goodbye to your fur baby. Chris (who came both times--4 years apart!) is so compassionate & respectful. He lovingly wrapped our pups in a blanket on a stretcher to transport them. Both times we followed Chris' van to the "funeral home" to say a final goodbye. While our hearts were broken, Chris and Faithful Companion provided comfort during a very sad time. We are eternally grateful.

I had to say my final goodbyes to my boy Rocco. Faithful Companions had him hand delivered to me in less then 24 hours. It was so bitter sweet, but I'm happy my fat boy is back home with me. So compassionate. The 2 men that came to the house to pick Trixie up we were kind and honored our request. The next day someone brought her home to us. Our daughters bought urns and we took Trixie back and they divided her ashes up for us and were put in a nice velvet bag. Everyone we dealt with was so nice and respectful.

My 15 yrs old dog named Chelsea passed away on Feb 20th and I took her to Faithful Companion for a private cremation. I was greeted by Tara and a dog named Bella. She walked me to the room where we sat and went over my options. She was so very kind and compassionate . She showed me the box that my dog would be placed in. The box had a pretty fabric liner at the bottom. I was able to write some final words to my dog on the box with the color markers that were provided. After all was settled and it was time to go, she gave me the biggest hug ❤️😥. I received a call from another nice lady the next day stating “ I will be bringing Chelsea home to you” those words meant a lot. Chelsea’s ashes were returned to me in very nice packagings. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We lost our Babygirl Autumn February 5, 2024. We contacted Faithful Companions when they opened the same day. They were compassionate and professional and came to our home to pick our Babygirl up giving us all the time we needed to say goodbyes. Our beloved Mastiff passed peacefully at home, though slightly unexpectedly. I called Faithful Companion in Twinsburg, OH who offered to stay open just for us. I want to thank Faithful Companion for their amazing service. We lost our family member (pet) due to illness. We have never experienced the process of cremation before, and Faithful Companion helped us through this very difficult time. Laurie was our companion and she gave exemplary service. After spending our last moments with our beloved Eli, she picked him up from the hospital we were at, and the care and professionalism she showed to us was as incredible as the service. She showed us nothing short of the care, compassion and professionalism they promised. She gave us such amazing service from picking up our little buddy to bringing him back to us the very next day. She honestly made the whole process seamless. We love the beautiful wooden box they put him in with his name inscribed into the top lid. We chose the clay paw print and a little easel for display. We also chose to have a print of his paw and his little nose on paper. And we had some ashes put into a small vile to use in some jewelry at a later time. I am truly grateful for Faithful Companion and can’t thank them enough. When the cremation process was completed, and after adding their special touch, Laurie called and made arrangements with us so that we all could be there to receive our little Eli. As difficult as this has been on us, when she arrived at our home, she spoke with us and her uplifting and caring words gave a sense of reassurance and peace. This is the second time we have used Faithful Companion. It is such a wonderful place when you have to say goodbye to your fur baby. Chris (who came both times--4 years apart!) is so compassionate & respectful. He lovingly wrapped our pups in a blanket on a stretcher to transport them. Both times we followed Chris' van to the "funeral home" to say a final goodbye. While our hearts were broken, Chris and Faithful Companion provided comfort during a very sad time. So compassionate. The 2 men that came to the house to pick Trixie up we were kind and honored our request. The next day someone brought her home to us. My 15 yrs old dog named Chelsea passed away on Feb 20th and I took her to Faithful Companion for a private cremation. I was greeted by Tara and a dog named Bella. She walked me to the room where we sat and went over my options. She was so very kind and compassionate . She showed me the box that my dog would be placed in. The box had a pretty fabric liner at the bottom. I was able to write some final words to my dog on the box with the color markers that were provided. After all was settled and it was time to go, she gave me the biggest hug ❤️😥. I received a call from another nice lady the next day stating “ I will be bringing Chelsea home to you” those words meant a lot. Chelsea’s ashes were returned to me in very nice packagings. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I wanted to have him cremated, and our vet handled all of the arrangements with your organization because I was too upset to do so. The wooden box that Nova is resting in is simple but very lovely and rests on our fireplace mantel so I can say hello and goodnight to him each day. It's not the same as being able to scratch him under the chin and give him hugs, but I know he was well taken care of after he passed away. Thank you again.

My wife and I lost our Chihuahua Lucky who was 15 years old. As with our past pets we wanted to be there during the cremation every step of the way as we said goodbye. It also helps to be there to make sure our loved one is treated with dignity throughout especially with a new service we had no experience with.This was our first time with Faithful Companion. We moved from California and had past experience with private cremation services in that area. In comparison, Faithful Companion was a very well-run operation. Facilities were clean and well laid out, people were respectful and professional, there were a number of services respectfully offered as a final memory (such as pawprints in clay or ink, urns of various sorts, etc), they had some touching children's books for dealing with the loss of their pet.Most importantly to us, the gentleman that was handling the actual cremation (Jack Johnson III) was great. He explained everything all along the way and was very respectful. My wife got to talking to Jack and we could tell that he was the real deal... i.e. someone can play a part and act respectfully as part of the job, but with Jack we could tell he was sincere in his efforts to treat our dog and us with the utmost respect. Through talking we learned Jack was a man of faith so we shared a prayer together. The overall process of saying goodbye to Lucky was difficult but Faithful Companion, and especially Jack, made it as positive an experience as it could be. We're thankful and would definitely recommend to anyone considering a private cremation in the area.

I was told it would take about 48 hours to recieve Nalas remains. My vet closed at 12:30 today and I was sad that I would not have my hunny bear home till Monday. Maybe 5 mins later I recieved a call from the crematory that they would be hand delivering my baby girl to my home. She is home now and I could not recommend this company enough!

The staff at Faithful Companion-Cleveland are beyond belief. My dog's ashes were given to me less than 24 hours after she'd passed, and they were wonderful. I loved that we were able to place my dog's favorite toy in the transport container with her and it was cremated with her. As I said, this was unexpected, so cost was a bit of a problem with us, but I can tell you that even their least expensive urn is just as beautiful as their most expensive one, and we love what they did. Forever grateful to them for everything they did.

We took our senior dog to the vet (Florida Veterinary Referral Center). After an extensive exam, we were left with the decision of having to put our dog to sleep. The vet walked us through every step of the process and recommended we have a private service using Faithful Companion. The shock of us coming home without our dog was tremendous! The very next day, to our great surprise, the dog’s ashes were hand delivered by the Faithful Companion employee. The employee was very sympathetic and courteous. Didn't know who would be handling the cremation of our beloved cat Chelsea on 3/9/2023 through our veterinarians office, so we were very surprised when they called us on 3/10/2023 to let us know that her ashes were ready to be picked up. Very compassionate and caring as we received a beautiful cremation box with her name engraved along with a lovely memorial keepsake with her name and pawprint on it and a nice stand for displaying along with a nice card and other helpful grief literature. Although her loss has been difficult it is so good to have her back home with us. We are so very pleased with the way that Chelsea's cremation was handled.

The cost was a bit more than the place our vet normally uses and the cost of clay footprints was pretty expensive (normally free through our vet) but they more than make up for it with their customer service. Our emergency was on a Sunday and they picked our beloved pet up the same day and had her back to us less than 24 hrs. later. The facility our vet uses takes a week to get the remains back. And they delivered her back to our home, which was a very nice and appreciated touch. The driver was very kind and understood our grief. I would not hesitate to use Faithful Companion and have even recommended them to several of my dog-loving friends. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I'd like to start off by saying that this is a top notch company. Our elderly dog finally left us after 16 years. We knew it was coming, but we were still hit very hard when it happened. I received the recommendation to call this company should the inevitable happen, from a customer at my job. We were amazed and astonished at the high quality of people that work for this company. Miguel was so very polite, compassionate and empathetic when he came to our home to get our little girl. We couldn't have put her in better hands. Unbelievably, she was back home with us 14 hours later, the following morning. We were afraid that when she died at 8:30PM that they would make us wait until morning to do anything. We were wrong. I can’t say enough nice things about Tim and his staff. I contacted them very last minute and he was accommodating, efficient, and kind. If we had used the services provided by our Vet, our dog would not have been picked up for a few days and we would receive his ashes the following week. I wanted to have him cremated, and our vet handled all of the arrangements with your organization because I was too upset to do so. The wooden box that Nova is resting in is simple but very lovely and rests on our fireplace mantel so I can say hello and goodnight to him each day. It's not the same as being able to scratch him under the chin and give him hugs, but I know he was well taken care of after he passed away. Thank you again.

Faithful Companion was great when we said goodbye to Essie. They treated our family with care and compassion, and communicated with us throughout their process. She was returned to us the very next day after being picked up by them. The urn is beautiful, the paw print of her little foot was such a wonderful added touch. My wife and I lost our Chihuahua Lucky who was 15 years old. As with our past pets we wanted to be there during the cremation every step of the way as we said goodbye. It also helps to be there to make sure our loved one is treated with dignity throughout especially with a new service we had no experience with.This was our first time with Faithful Companion. We moved from California and had past experience with private cremation services in that area. In comparison, Faithful Companion was a very well-run operation. Facilities were clean and well laid out, people were respectful and professional, there were a number of services respectfully offered as a final memory (such as pawprints in clay or ink, urns of various sorts, etc), they had some touching children's books for dealing with the loss of their pet.Most importantly to us, the gentleman that was handling the actual cremation (Jack Johnson III) was great. He explained everything all along the way and was very respectful. My wife got to talking to Jack and we could tell that he was the real deal... i.e. someone can play a part and act respectfully as part of the job, but with Jack we could tell he was sincere in his efforts to treat our dog and us with the utmost respect. Through talking we learned Jack was a man of faith so we shared a prayer together. The overall process of saying goodbye to Lucky was difficult but Faithful Companion, and especially Jack, made it as positive an experience as it could be. We're thankful and would definitely recommend to anyone considering a private cremation in the area.

I was told it would take about 48 hours to recieve Nalas remains. My vet closed at 12:30 today and I was sad that I would not have my hunny bear home till Monday. Maybe 5 mins later I recieved a call from the crematory that they would be hand delivering my baby girl to my home. She is home now and I could not recommend this company enough!

The staff at Faithful Companion-Cleveland are beyond belief. My dog's ashes were given to me less than 24 hours after she'd passed, and they were wonderful. I loved that we were able to place my dog's favorite toy in the transport container with her and it was cremated with her. As I said, this was unexpected, so cost was a bit of a problem with us, but I can tell you that even their least expensive urn is just as beautiful as their most expensive one, and we love what they did. Forever grateful to them for everything they did.

Faithful Companion was absolutely wonderful. Devin was so patient while we said our goodbyes to our loved one. He told us not to rush and to take our time. He was very empathetic and compassionate. We took our senior dog to the vet (Florida Veterinary Referral Center). After an extensive exam, we were left with the decision of having to put our dog to sleep. The vet walked us through every step of the process and recommended we have a private service using Faithful Companion. The shock of us coming home without our dog was tremendous! The very next day, to our great surprise, the dog’s ashes were hand delivered by the Faithful Companion employee. The employee was very sympathetic and courteous. VCA Farmington Hills is my fur baby Laycee's vet. They referred me to Faithful Companions (FC) for final services. Laycee passed Monday, July 17 2023 with the help of Dr K. Vala at VCA and FC did her cremation. They came to the vets Monday at 4:50pm and brought her back to FC. I called their office the next morning to confirm Laycee's arrival. I spoke with MaKayla who was a very sweet gem. She walked me through the personal private pet services we wished for Laycee. Today, July 19th Laycee was brought home by Bridget . She was a very caring person with heartfelt comments and I just knew this was her passion. Everything was done quickly as promised; except her name was not engraved on the urn as an option I paid for. Bridget called Makayla and she immediately called me. She was deeply sorry for the miscommunication and had a new urn engraved and Bridget delivered within a few hours. I also received a very detailed copy of Laycee's history that tracked her travels that day. It included when my vet called FC, when she was picked up and so forth. How wonderful knowing Laycee was taken care of so gracefully. Thank you FC for your sincere help with our beloved Laycee Loo, helping us with our immediate grief and giving us final closure ❤️🙏🏻

This has been one of the hardest weeks I have faced knowing that at the end of it, my 14 year old pup would no longer be apart of it. Faithful Companion was hands down the easiest part of my week. Very sad to say our beloved 14-year-old border collie Sassy passed away suddenly. Sassy was our dog and four legged fur baby.Our vet uses the cremation services of Faithful Companion in Twinsburg (Cleveland) Ohio. We chose to attend her private cremation to help us with closure. Joe greeted us with warmth and compassion. He allowed us to have as much time with Sassy as we needed before he began the process. He was kind and comforting. Most importantly Sassy was back home in 24 hours. The facility is brand new and very nice. I highly recommend this pet crematorium if you are considering this route. Only 3 short weeks before did we lose our 16 year old Laila. Now unexpectedly her daughter Kandi. Kandi was a very special sweet girl. Your staff person was very caring and helpful. But, when we drove into the loading area, a man brought out a cart and expected us to lay our girl on it. My husband had to ask for the white box which looked slightly used. This was handled totally different from 3 weeks earlier when we came to FC with Laila. I have to say this is our 3rd dog with you. Never expected to have our Kandi be treated that way. You made our grief even more painful. All your staff needs training as this is a extremely sensitive time in a families life. That is not the memory you want for your beloved companion.

Didn't know who would be handling the cremation of our beloved cat Chelsea on 3/9/2023 through our veterinarians office, so we were very surprised when they called us on 3/10/2023 to let us know that her ashes were ready to be picked up. Very compassionate and caring as we received a beautiful cremation box with her name engraved along with a lovely memorial keepsake with her name and pawprint on it and a nice stand for displaying along with a nice card and other helpful grief literature. Although her loss has been difficult it is so good to have her back home with us. We are so very pleased with the way that Chelsea's cremation was handled.

The cost was a bit more than the place our vet normally uses and the cost of clay footprints was pretty expensive (normally free through our vet) but they more than make up for it with their customer service. Our emergency was on a Sunday and they picked our beloved pet up the same day and had her back to us less than 24 hrs. later. The facility our vet uses takes a week to get the remains back. And they delivered her back to our home, which was a very nice and appreciated touch. The driver was very kind and understood our grief. I would not hesitate to use Faithful Companion and have even recommended them to several of my dog-loving friends. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I'd like to start off by saying that this is a top notch company. Our elderly dog finally left us after 16 years. We knew it was coming, but we were still hit very hard when it happened. I received the recommendation to call this company should the inevitable happen, from a customer at my job. We were amazed and astonished at the high quality of people that work for this company. Miguel was so very polite, compassionate and empathetic when he came to our home to get our little girl. We couldn't have put her in better hands. I can’t say enough nice things about Tim and his staff. I contacted them very last minute and he was accommodating, efficient, and kind. If we had used the services provided by our Vet, our dog would not have been picked up for a few days and we would receive his ashes the following week. Faithful Companion picked him up within the hour of his passing and we had him home the following day. Sadly, I've had to rely on Faithful Companion at the Greensboro, NC location twice within the last 3 months. I had to say goodbye to my sweet beautiful girl, Cheetah in February. We never knew the age of her, as she was a "barn cat" that came with my place when I moved in 14 years ago (she quickly became a house cat/house panther!). And then just last weekend, we lost my sidekick, Keiko. She was at least 17 years old, possibly more as she was a rescue as an adult. I knew that Keiko was in her final days of battling chronic kidney disease. She'd been diagnosed 2 1/2 years before & with a special diet, vitamin supplements, & fluids we made her final years wonderful, including several camping trips (she loved adventuring with us). She slept on my pillow every night - at home & in the camper. I miss her so much. She had a great personality! Keiko passed away at home with me by her side last Sunday night. I am so heartbroken. The folks were so kind with both of our cats. I was so distraught with Cheetah, I never did ask the fellow for his name, and I'm sure he told me. And this time around, I was sure to ask the gal her name as she was absolutely wonderful. Donna was kind, compassionate, and it felt like she was a true friend walking me through one of the toughest times in my life. I can't recommend Faithful Companion enough. They are wonderful, especially Donna.

Our family lost our beloved Mia on Monday. She was a very special little girl, to her momma especially. I couldn’t love this little girl more if she were actually of my flesh & bone. I found FC on the internet and my brother had made the time to research and then make the arrangements for me and my Mia. I was a complete wreck. Justin was very helpful. He was compassionate, warm, loving ... his service was second to none in all the businesses I’ve used in the past for whatever the reason. Justin allowed us to take our time, me especially, to say goodbye to my baby. For the first time in my little Mia’s near 15 years on this Earth I was comfortable enough to leave her in the care of a stranger. Justin took excellent care of all of us. He was with my baby the entire time. My mother & brother had Mia’s paw prints memorialized into clay. Justin was able to do her two front paws because she is so tiny. We were able to pick her up less than 24 hrs later. Justin was there with my angel, as promised. He took care of her the entire time she was there. I cannot thank Justin & FC enough for helping to usher the love of my life to the Rainbow Bridge. This year has not be kind to me. We started with my husband having several illnesses which we’re still working through. And now my baby, my Mia, has gone to collect her wings. It has me completely devastated. I’ll miss my baby every day for the rest of my life. I am just so grateful to FC, especially Justin, for their support. Justin is an asset to FC. I will refer everyone I know with pets to FC. We will be customers for every pet we have. This facility is amazing. My baby was returned to me in her beautiful, shiny urn. I couldn’t be happier with the love, care & attention she received. Compassionate and caring staff. I have used their services three times now at the end of the lives of my beloved dogs. You are able to be as involved as you choose to be in the cremation process. Personally, I stay to witness the process from beginning to end, ensuring myself of peace of mind in knowing my loyal friend was handled with the dignity and respect that he or she deserved and that the ashes enclosed in that wooden urn are indeed their remains. How do you review a service as such?I can say I got a bit of closure being able to witness the cremation...I was allowed to help get my baby cleaned up and into his container... Caring and compassionate service at the highest level when it is desperately needed the most.Our 13 year old Beagle ( Zoey ) passed away on Friday, 3/22/19 in Ft Myers during the mid afternoon hours while at SVS Emergency Hosp.Brittany Faris of Faithful Companion called the very next morning to let us know she is bringing Zoey home. She arrived shortly after with all forms and Zoey's cremains in a nice dark wooden box. She expressed her sorrow and thanked us for letting Faithful Companion be of service to us.Zoey only missed one night away, was personally delivered ( not mailed ) and presented with compassion.Thank you Brittany and the Faithful Companion staff.

I can not Thank the Greensboro staff for how amazing and caring they were qith our loss of our Emma today. We lost her the 8th and she was with us again less than 24 hrs later. Her urn was beautiful beyond measure. Losing a pet, a family member is beyond hard and I can not thank anyone enough how respectful and the sympathy we received through this process. Thank you

As I struggle to keep going, and am deeply full of sadness in losing our precious Maximus on 4/3/21 (Maxi), I would not be able to process the procedures for Maxi without the loving care and consideration of the staff at the Greensboro location. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your phone calls and explanations in detail. I highly recommend Faithful Companions if and when the time comes, and thank you all again for holding my hand through this very grievous time. My cat of 17 years passed away Wednesday night. I was a wreck emotionally and physically. I called in the morning and spoke to a gentleman and he explained pricing etc. I told him I would be there in about an hour give or take . I had to compose myself etc. Not an easy morning. He said ok no problem. I get there, having lost track of time and was a bit late. The office door was closed so I called the number one the door. The same gentleman answered the phone and said that I was late and he couldn’t have anyone there for another hour and a half or so. That he was in fort Myers etc. My mind started spinning because I had my deceased pet in the car and I asked why he would do that to me!!?? I got so upset that I had to hang up.He knew I was coming, never called to tell me he was leaving, never told me that there wouldn’t be anyone at the office. So I was forced to go up to fort Myers where “pet angels” was super sweet and caring and not heartless like these people. You all need to get some compassion for people in their time of need. Or find another line of work. Unreal.

An amazing Cleveland company! Our 19-year old cat passed away. They immediately picked her up and returned her the next day in her beautifully engraved box. They made such a difficult time for our family so much better. The staff is so lovely and caring. A nice investment for a final resting place for our dear Crystal.

I was so comforted by the whole team. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so patient and kind as I cried and tried to answer her questions. The young man who dropped off the ashes was so warm and compassionate. The box and the packaging was so sweet and beautiful. The Grief Guide really help me and my husband talk through things and it gave me permission to feel my grief.I can’t thank you enough for making this experience so positive. I would recommend your services to anyone!

Sadly, I've had to rely on Faithful Companion at the Greensboro, NC location twice within the last 3 months. I had to say goodbye to my sweet beautiful girl, Cheetah in February. We never knew the age of her, as she was a "barn cat" that came with my place when I moved in 14 years ago (she quickly became a house cat/house panther!). And then just last weekend, we lost my sidekick, Keiko. She was at least 17 years old, possibly more as she was a rescue as an adult. I knew that Keiko was in her final days of battling chronic kidney disease. She'd been diagnosed 2 1/2 years before & with a special diet, vitamin supplements, & fluids we made her final years wonderful, including several camping trips (she loved adventuring with us). She slept on my pillow every night - at home & in the camper. I miss her so much. She had a great personality! Keiko passed away at home with me by her side last Sunday night. I am so heartbroken. The folks were so kind with both of our cats. I was so distraught with Cheetah, I never did ask the fellow for his name, and I'm sure he told me. And this time around, I was sure to ask the gal her name as she was absolutely wonderful. Donna was kind, compassionate, and it felt like she was a true friend walking me through one of the toughest times in my life. I can't recommend Faithful Companion enough. They are wonderful, especially Donna.

Our family lost our beloved Mia on Monday. She was a very special little girl, to her momma especially. I couldn’t love this little girl more if she were actually of my flesh & bone. I found FC on the internet and my brother had made the time to research and then make the arrangements for me and my Mia. I was a complete wreck. Justin was very helpful. He was compassionate, warm, loving ... his service was second to none in all the businesses I’ve used in the past for whatever the reason. Justin allowed us to take our time, me especially, to say goodbye to my baby. For the first time in my little Mia’s near 15 years on this Earth I was comfortable enough to leave her in the care of a stranger. Justin took excellent care of all of us. He was with my baby the entire time. My mother & brother had Mia’s paw prints memorialized into clay. Justin was able to do her two front paws because she is so tiny. We were able to pick her up less than 24 hrs later. Justin was there with my angel, as promised. He took care of her the entire time she was there. I cannot thank Justin & FC enough for helping to usher the love of my life to the Rainbow Bridge. This year has not be kind to me. We started with my husband having several illnesses which we’re still working through. And now my baby, my Mia, has gone to collect her wings. It has me completely devastated. I’ll miss my baby every day for the rest of my life. I am just so grateful to FC, especially Justin, for their support. Justin is an asset to FC. I will refer everyone I know with pets to FC. We will be customers for every pet we have. This facility is amazing. My baby was returned to me in her beautiful, shiny urn. I couldn’t be happier with the love, care & attention she received. Compassionate and caring staff. I have used their services three times now at the end of the lives of my beloved dogs. You are able to be as involved as you choose to be in the cremation process. Personally, I stay to witness the process from beginning to end, ensuring myself of peace of mind in knowing my loyal friend was handled with the dignity and respect that he or she deserved and that the ashes enclosed in that wooden urn are indeed their remains. I highly recommend these professional, compassionate people.

How do you review a service as such?I can say I got a bit of closure being able to witness the cremation...I was allowed to help get my baby cleaned up and into his container... I never wanted to leave my sweet boy and I never had to. Faithful Companions tries to do whatever their client asks. They did not once rush anything during this difficult time.

I'm so thankful that this place exists because one of the employee Matt was kind, understanding and extremely helpful with us having our cat of 22years cremated. It certainly helped make the grieving process easier and they gave my cat the treatment he deserved. They allowed me to be there from the beginning to the end. Then finally sending a very nice card. Thank you I'm forever grateful.
