Maureen, went above and beyond our expectations by organizing the whole cremation process and allowing us to say goodbye properly to our baby at the center. We are so happy with our hair clipping and urn. This service gave us the closure we so badly needed while also allowing us to remember our special Lala forever. Professional and compassionate from our first phone call. We chose the going home urn for our precious Penelope’. Absolutely beautiful and high quality. I lost my beloved cat Miss Nibbles two weeks ago at the age of almost 18 years old quite suddenly. Advanced Veterinarian Clinic in Davie arranged for her cremation with The Pet Loss Center. This past Saturday I picked up her ashes and I was simply amazed at the beautiful package I received. Not only did I receive a beautiful box with her ashes, but I also received a lovely booklet with poems and stories which contained locks of her fur, a clay imprint of her paw and a beautiful certificate honoring Miss Nibbles. The staff at Advanced even took the time to write us a personal card expressing their sadness at our loss. I was simply blown away. Thank you for your compassion and caring at this difficult time. You are truly wonderful!!!

We recently lost our beloved "Lucy" the sweetest golden retriever ever! She was our "daughter." We did not know that the vet, who handled her remains, had made arrangements to get a paw print of her. We were overjoyed when they handed it to us. Then, sadly, somehow it cracked and we were heart broken. We thought that Pet Heaven had made it, since they handled her cremation, so we took it there to see if they could fix it. That is when we found out that they had not made it, but they saw had heartbroken we were over the broken paw print, so they made a new one! But it was even better because it was a reverse paw print. Maritza was unable to glue the original back together to make the reverse print, but worked her magic and created a brand new one and it is beautiful! When she handed it to me, I broke down in tears, and she held me and even cried with me. Such compassion! Then she said, "no charge, this one is on us." I was blown away by her caring heart. That is how everyone at Pet Heaven in Miami is! They genuinely care and they "get" how much we love and loved out precious fur babies. Maureen initially took our call and she was also very caring and compassionate. I can't say enough about Pet Heaven and the wonderful people that work there. And, their products are just beautiful! ALL of them! Thank you sweet Maritza and Maureen and everyone at Pet Heaven!

The loss of a beloved family member of 14yrs, my German Shepherd, "Houston”, shattered me to the core. I have had beloved pets cremated before in NY and while the experience there was excellent it doesn't even come close to what I experienced at Pet Heaven (Miami).From the moment I called to say I would be making in home euthanasia arrangements for my boy and that I would like to have a private cremation for him I was treated with the greatest of compassion. Maritza was my customer care specialist and she helped me so much all along the way. She hugged me and cried with me when I came in to take care of the preliminary paperwork. I chose an urn along with a plaque to go on it and I wanted a quote written on the plaque. Maritza called the company and made sure the plaque would be ready for me on the day of Houston’s cremation.On the day of the cremation I met Danny, the Crematory Supervisor, and Lazaro, the crematory attendant. There had been some confusion as to whether I had requested a paw print and they had been unable to reach me by phone that morning, through no fault of theirs. When I arrived they let me know that they had made a paw print for me and when I offered to pay for it Danny said, “No, this is our gift to you.”Lazaro was so kind and compassionate with us during the entire cremation process. I thanked him from the bottom of my heart and he told me, “We’re all animal lovers here and have pets, we understand what a difficult time this is for the family.”All the staff in the office were wonderful to us, I’m sorry I didn’t get all their names. I want to thank everyone at Pet Heaven for allowing me to have such a personal experience with the cremation of my beloved Houston. He was a loyal, loving companion to me and because of Pet Heaven, Houston went out like a king. Thanks to Pet Heaven the King of my heart, Houston, received the royal treatment and for that I can never thank them enough!

My pet parrot died in early 2016 and the vet hospital said that they often refer clients to Pet Heaven in Miami. I phoned Pet Heaven to ask about cremation, and they were very helpful, informative and professional. I drove there the next morning and met with Customer Care Representative Ileana. Ileana was exactly the type of sympathetic professional that you would hope for. She was compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable. She guided me through the process and handled everything perfectly!I highly recommend Pet Heaven!

I recieved my cats ashes today and I was blown away at how amazing everything was. I didn't even ask for a print of her paw and was upset I didn't get to do one before she passed and when I saw it I couldn't help but burst into tears again. Thank you guys so much. I have three of my Chihuahuas the the dad in the middle and a son by each side. It was when Sergio was there i dont know if he's still is. I'll never forget the care and attention they gave me. I didn’t receive much in the way of sympathy. Seemed more like a business to them, oh well. I Ordered a specific cremation box and received my cat in a completely different one than the one I chose. Took me forever to find the place. I called the establishment first and told them I was on my way. They said sure come over. I had googled there address. Turns out they had moved due to a fire. Would have been nice to have known that while speaking on the phone with them. CHANGE your address on google ! At least inform people when they call. I had to drive over an hour long with my deceased cat.

I am a senior citizen that buried my beloved dog more than 30 years ago at Pet Angel Memorial Cemetery. in Miami, Florida. My pet was a 6 pound miniature poodle. For 30 plus years I have paid the annual maintenance fee.This year the maintenance fee is $70.00. Over the years I have paid more than $1,500.00. Now the perpetual fee is $900.00. I asked Maureen what will happen to my pet when I die and there is no one to continue the payment. Very coldly and matter of fact she replied that my pet will be exhumed and his remains will be disposed of when no payment received. I tried to explain that I have exceeded the perpetual amount but there is NO RAINBOW BRIDGE for my beloved dog.

Rude and uncaring. I called in the morning after our cat passed away looking for a crematory service to respectfully help us pass out cat on. They offered no condolences and rushed off the phone, hanging up on me before I had asked all the questions I wanted to.It was the first place we called in to and sad to experience this immediately after we lost someone special to our family.
