There is never an easy way to deal with losing a beloved pet and family member. Its horrible. I have sadly lost a few pets recently and also in past years. Angel Paws makes these unfortunate incidents less traumatic by showing up onsite quickly, helping with things you arenโt thinking about when youโre in the moment of grief (paw prints/hair clippings, etc).Its not easy to just hand your baby over to anyone, not knowing whatโs going to happen once they leave. I felt safe with Angel Paws. I knew my dogs would be ok and handled with the dignity and respect they deserved.I received my dogโs ashes back right away. The communication was stellar. These are people who donโt try and take advantage of you when youโre distracted by grief. Everything is very transparent and more than fair. The amount of patience and compassion they extend to their clients, is not of this world.If I could give Angel Paws (10) Stars, I would.๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

One of the best company I have ever dealt with . Luis the man who came to pick up my dog was sensitive and very understanding with my family and the moment we were going through at that time. They called me as soon as they had our dogs ashes . I would recommend them again and definitely will use them again . Thank you Angel paws. <3

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST NIGHTMARE EVER.We decided to use Angel Paws USA because we understood that the services they offer was the most suitable for our needs. On July 13, 2024, a cremation service was requested for my dog who passed away that same day. The arrangement to pick up our dog was made for the following Monday, July 15, 2024 to proceed with the cremation service. For the cremation service we chose The GOLD PACKAGE for $499.99 which included:24/7 Removal ServicePrivate ServiceCertificateWood UrnPaw Necklace Pendant UrnPet Name Laser EngravedInk Paw PrintClay Paw PrintFur ClippingPoem CardDelivery Back HomeIn addition to this package, an Upgrade of the following was paid:(2) Ink Paw Print $12.99 each for a total of $38.97(1) Clay Paw Print $39.99(1) Nose Clay Print $39.99(1) Brass Urn $89.99A Rush Cremation Fee of $150.00 was also paid to expedite the service which was agreed for Thursday, July 18, 2024According to what I was told by Angel paws manager Mr. Manuel Mojica, the delivery would be around 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 18, 2024, which never happened. Then he called to inform that the delivery was delayed to about 5:00 PM due to traffic. My dog ashes were delivered to my home around 7:30pm. I also asked the person who made the delivery what was the reason for delay, he told me that it was because he was doing personal diligences, specifically laboratory tests, when earlier Mr. Mojica told me that delay was due to traffic. That's when I realized that they weren't telling me the truth. Apart from that, I am surprised that this company does not even label its vehicle. It looks more like a personal vehicle.When I checked the contents of the packaging they gave me, there was only the urn with the ashes; 1 Nose Clay Print; 1 Clay Paw Print and the Certificate. Also, my dog name on the urn was blurry.What we were given did not meet what its GOLD PACKAGE offered. Mr. Mojica told me that next day, Friday July 19, 2024 during the morning they were going to give us everything that was missing except the fur clipping because he had to verify if the crematorium had done the fur clipping. What was missing was delivered early as agreed, but to my surprise they also included the fur clipping, which according to my conversation with Mr. Mojica he was going to let me know later that day if the crematorium had done it. Unfortunately, I was given the fur of a pet that was not my dog. I consider it unacceptable. It is a lack of respect and insensitivity to my pain.As pet parents, we know our dog completely and that was not his fur. My dog was a dachshund, short-haired, white and coppery brown and we receive hair from dark, long-haired dog. I decided not to accept the fur clipping because I knew it wasn't my dog's, and I gave it back to the person who made the delivery. THIS MAKE ME DOUBT IF THE OTHER OBJECTS INCLUDING THE INK PAW PRINTS THAT WERE GIVEN TO ME ARE MY PETS. After letting Mr. Mojica know my disappointment with his service, he decides to make a refund for the amount of $189.99 (which I never asked for that refund) to try to make up for my dissatisfaction with the service.On Monday July 29 2024 , 12 days after receiving what was supposed to be my dogโs ashes, I received a notification from Angel Paws USA that my Dog Cremains are ready for pick up. I even have suspicions if I have been a victim of fraud by Angel Paws USA.Not only have I been going through the pain of losing my pet, in fact it has taken me almost two months to get the strength to write this because I did not want to relive the bad experience I had with this company, but I would not want anyone to go through this NIGHTMARE that I have lived because of the bad service from ANGEL PAWS USA LLC.

My experience with this company has been bittersweet we lost our Doggy and didn't really know what to do after looking up cremation services we found Angel Paws and they have been great. They came in a timely manner and got our sweet boy they maintained correspondence, and we picked him up today. The got the bronze package and everything came as described.
