My wife and I would like to thank everyone there at Pet Passages for being so compassionate during a very rough time for our family. We had to say goodbye to our sweet boy Brutus. He was the very best friend you could ask for. He was very loving,protective and loyal. He's gonna be missed everyday. We're gonna miss him wanting to go on the boat, we're gonna miss his big nose print all over the clean car windows. The truth is I'd love to clean those nose prints up just one more time. I lost my faithful Paprika after 17 years of friendship, nearly half my life. I called over near me in northern brevard and was shocked at the answers and suggestions I received from the area pet crematoriums. I decided to try Pet Passages and was not disappointed. Candie was the sweetest human on one of the hardest days I’ve ever had, and I’ll forever be grateful to their staff for treating me with such kindness. When it came time to pick her up I was an absolute disaster, and the gentleman working was so sweet and understanding. I am so impressed with this company. My baby passed away on Saturday morning 5 am and I couldn't find any place open for cremation til Monday.. I called first thing Monday morning and they got us in right away. My dog had been wrapped in a blanket since Saturday so she was already not in a good state. They took her right in and let us spend a few minutes with her before they took her for cremation. It was the most beautiful and caring environment for me to bring her.. I loved the staff and the options for the beloved pets

Pet Passages helped me through the most heart wrenching experience when the time came for me to put my little dog down.Any question I had at anytime of the day...they were there to talkto me . When my pet passed, an awful storm came . No one should have been out in that storm, but here came this caring person who sat out in our driveway so we could say a final goodbye. When he came in he was so respectful. He mentionedhow sweet and peaceful she looked and took the most gentle handling of her. Unfortunately this is hardest thing I have to relive but here it goes, My boy passed away awhile back and his name was nookie. I saved him from a really bad family he had before me and it was the best thing that happened to me and my family. He wasn't just a dog , he was like a son to us and he lasted me a little over 16 years. So you get where Im coming from. I owed him a respectful end to his life and that's what this place gave him. When I dropped him off they were very sympathetic to my loss. They gave me time to grieve in this beautiful waiting room where you place them to see them off, it was very peaceful and we made all the arrangements after this painful but respectful end of his journey. They were very helpful and caring with every aspect in this painful process. I just can't say enough about them and how great they are doing what they do. It must be hard for them to see so many people suffer a loss, but it was a class act all the way to the end. I only wish I could have given them a 10 star review instead of 5 . I took my friend there when her beloved cat passed away. I do not believe I have ever met people as kind and compassionate as they were. Everything was taken care of quickly and explained so well. They have things set up so well. In the unfortunate situation that I was in, they made the process so easy on myself and my friend. Absolutely recommend pet passages, my husky of 17 years passed away on 2/4/23 and I actually found this place by accident. I was trying to reach pet angles to ask a question about my Aspen, but this was the only place coming up on Google. Candice called me back right away to help point me in the right direction. After reading the wonderful reviews pet passages had compared to the reviews left with pet angels I quickly called Candice to arrange having them go get my girl from the vets. She answered all my questions and even consoled me while I cried on the phone. They have an amazing tracking system that gave me so much piece of mind. When I came to pick up aspen, I was heart broken to find out the vets office failed to tell them she was to be cremated with her blanket. Even though this was no fault of pet passages, due to not knowing. Candice offered to cut the part of the blanket that had the embroidery, then Candi placed it in the urn with her remains and also took the time to fill my necklace with some of the ashes.The care that was put into not only the process but the handling of my girl I am beyond grateful. I purchased the impression of aspens paw print with her birthstone it came out beautifully, they also included in the package I got her nose and paw print which meant the world to me. I would like to add also that aspen wasnt scheduled to be picked up today, I called to drop off the urn to make pick up easier. When I arrived Candi asked if I had 10 minutes to spare since I was headed to work, she took the time out of her schedule to get her put in the urn and back to me.Thank you ladies both so much, you have no idea how much all of this ment to me❤️❤️

I accidentally called these folks looking my pet. They decided to call me a few days later asking for my information to give to their attorney so they can sue the other cremation company that I actually used. Given I am grieving from a loss of a pet that meant the world to me i really didn't appreciate being contacted to me involved in their drama. Especially since the other pet cremation service has done nothing but help me during this stressful and heart breaking time. This was really poor taste.

Great experience. Candace cares. She greeted us with a hug which was desperately needed during one of the hardest things we’ve had to go through. They gave us time alone with our pet in a remembrance room to say goodbye. Their pricing is very fair and transparent, even the add on options. they don’t use your grief as a time to take advantage of you and upsell you a bunch of stuff. They take their jobs very seriously and treat you just like they would at a human funeral home. Everything is done by appointment so as to give families time and privacy. I strongly recommend Mr. Harris, Candace, and the rest of the team at Pet Passages! From my old boy Weezy, his sister Nala, and the rest of my family to them, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us through this trying time. It will never be forgotten.

We had to say good-byes to our 6 yr old Rottweiler Zoey. Is was a difficult time and I was not thinking very well as to have a paw print or not. Pet Passages went above and beyond our expectations. We received a beautiful dark cherry wooden box with Zoey's name engraved on it. Inside was a velvet bag with an imbroardeey saying " Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge" along with a paw print and a nose print too. Thank you so very much for the paw and nose prints. Stefan is so kind, caring, and compassionate. He is diligent in getting information and spellings correct. He is a good listener and answered all our questions with explanations of different choices. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Pet Passages. My “Buddy” was a 14.5 year old springer spaniel that passed away in the early hours of 12/13/23. I contacted Pet Passages for pick up (while they were still closed for after hours); once the office opened, they contacted me and was at my house with 2 hours. They lady (sorry I forgot your name!) that picked up Buddy, was so compassionate and I was an emotional wreck! When I went to pick him up, it was a sad day, of course I started crying and the lady there (I think it was Candice), gave me a long, much needed hug! It’s been 3 months without my Buddy and as I’m writing this, the tears are flowing, but I cannot thank Pet Passages enough and would definitely recommend their services to anyone when the time comes for their fur babies crossing over to the rainbow bridge.

I can’t begin to explain just how wonderful Pet Passages has been. The sudden loss of my Rigby left me devastated, but the love and care they showed him from pick up to return has been such a comfort. It brought me peace being able to follow along with the process on the online portal. Losing my sweet little cat Charlie was heartbreaking, but I felt supported with Candice and Pet Passages taking care of him. The emergency clinic where he passed handled and stored him in a very cold and distasteful way. The cremation service they offered was impersonal and clinical- not in keeping with his life and his importance to me. It was all wrong.From the moment I spoke to Candice, I felt relieved. She was kind and compassionate and took care of everything in a very dignified way. They have lovely options for the remains and the funeral home is reassuring and peaceful. Had our family dog cremated here. So happy I did. They were so comforting and wonderful. It gave me peace knowing where our Pepsi was and the people handling her body. Candice offered to cut the part of the blanket that had the embroidery, then Candi placed it in the urn with her remains and also took the time to fill my necklace with some of the ashes.The care that was put into not only the process but the handling of my girl I am beyond grateful. I purchased the impression of aspens paw print with her birthstone it came out beautifully, they also included in the package I got her nose and paw print which meant the world to me. I would like to add also that aspen wasnt scheduled to be picked up today, I called to drop off the urn to make pick up easier. When I arrived Candi asked if I had 10 minutes to spare since I was headed to work, she took the time out of her schedule to get her put in the urn and back to me.Thank you ladies both so much, you have no idea how much all of this ment to me❤️❤️

I accidentally called these folks looking my pet. They decided to call me a few days later asking for my information to give to their attorney so they can sue the other cremation company that I actually used. Given I am grieving from a loss of a pet that meant the world to me i really didn't appreciate being contacted to me involved in their drama. Especially since the other pet cremation service has done nothing but help me during this stressful and heart breaking time. This was really poor taste.

Great experience. Candace cares. She greeted us with a hug which was desperately needed during one of the hardest things we’ve had to go through. They gave us time alone with our pet in a remembrance room to say goodbye. Their pricing is very fair and transparent, even the add on options. they don’t use your grief as a time to take advantage of you and upsell you a bunch of stuff. They take their jobs very seriously and treat you just like they would at a human funeral home. Everything is done by appointment so as to give families time and privacy. Amazing service from here. Never had a pet pass away before and Candace took my call, answered all my questions and was so kind and patient. I talked with Candice and Candy on the phone prior to our private appointment. Both were very polite and compassionate and answered all my questions. Candice met with my husband and I when we brought our precious Yorkshire Terrier, Lucky, to be cremated. Candice was very professional and compassionate! The paperwork didn’t take long. We selected the package we wanted and opted to order an urn online on the Pet Passages website. When we were done, we were allowed sufficient time to be with Lucky in a quiet room. The next day I was able to track the process online and received a call to make an appointment to pick up Lucky’s cremation remains, paw print, cremation certificate and clay paw print with name/year and birth stone. Update: i had the need of Pet Passages again this year, i have alot of fur babies.I lost my Bella she was a 20+ year old mixed breed Rescue, i just can not say enough about these Ladies, each time i have the need for them they are timely, professional and beyond COMPASSIONATE! It's hard to find the words to say about this amazing team of women and their company. My dog passed away and I called Pet Passages to see if they could come to the house. I was called back immediately and was told they would make special arrangements to come within the hour. These women came to the door with extreme compassion and empathy for myself, my family, and my other dog. They gave the utmost respect to my dog who had passed, and treated her with such care. They even gave me advice and info on how to help my other dog through the grieving process. Their prices are fair, they are punctual, and they have great personalities. We had to say good-byes to our 6 yr old Rottweiler Zoey. Is was a difficult time and I was not thinking very well as to have a paw print or not. Pet Passages went above and beyond our expectations. We received a beautiful dark cherry wooden box with Zoey's name engraved on it. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Pet Passages. My “Buddy” was a 14.5 year old springer spaniel that passed away in the early hours of 12/13/23. I contacted Pet Passages for pick up (while they were still closed for after hours); once the office opened, they contacted me and was at my house with 2 hours. They lady (sorry I forgot your name!) that picked up Buddy, was so compassionate and I was an emotional wreck! When I went to pick him up, it was a sad day, of course I started crying and the lady there (I think it was Candice), gave me a long, much needed hug! It’s been 3 months without my Buddy and as I’m writing this, the tears are flowing, but I cannot thank Pet Passages enough and would definitely recommend their services to anyone when the time comes for their fur babies crossing over to the rainbow bridge.

I can’t begin to explain just how wonderful Pet Passages has been. The sudden loss of my Rigby left me devastated, but the love and care they showed him from pick up to return has been such a comfort. It brought me peace being able to follow along with the process on the online portal. The beautiful humans running pet passages are exactly where they need to be, hands down the most comforting people to help you with such a sensitive time.I didn't grow up with pets, when i got my dwarf hamster i knew the life span was short.. that didnt stop me i loved her so much anyways. I had her for almost 2 years. Moved into 4 homes together, a breakup together. New relationship and step dad lol, hotel stays together and so much more. Pet passagesgreeted me with kind words and so much support, they treated pebbles as if she was a pup or a cat, i loved that she wasnt treated any less because of her size or what she was. the prices are great, and they have so many option for you to have your ashes turned into something beautiful. Wow. It is an incredibly difficult time saying goodbye to your pet. They are best friends and part of the family. Pet Passages was amazing during our situation. They answered our call for help. Our 5 year old Doberman was at the end of his lymphoma battle and passed away at our vet after business hours. By the next afternoon he was in the care of PP employees. As soon as he arrived at their local facility he was put into the system and I could literally track him with the precision tracking you would find on FedEx or Post Office. He got a steel number tag that was his personal number through the entire process. The medallion even goes into the chamber with the animal so there is absolutely zero confusion about who is who. So amazing, and really calms the mind knowing exactly where they are and what's next in the process. The honesty and transparency really make this place go above and beyond. You can see exactly who you're talking to. They have pictures and a little info on their website about the employees that will be helping your pet through this phase. Really amazing business. I would give more stars if I could. Cremation is a simple enough business, gaining trust is probably the hardest part. Pet Passages is an expert on trust. Thank you all again so much, we can't express our appreciation enough.

Don't hesitate to call Pet Passages in Melbourne when you need help with the passing of your beloved pet. Though I just brought our beloved cat to them today after her passing yesterday, and I am still grief stricken, I want to make sure that this community knows immediately how wonderful Pet Passages is and what a comfort they were to our family. I thought I had cried all I could cry yesterday when our treasured cat succumbed to an illness she had valiantly fought off and on for many months. She had been a part of our family for over twelve years since we adopted her, and she had lived a very happy 15 years without any health issues until this year.When I called Pet Passages this morning to see if they could help us, I was not prepared for the emotion that welled up in me. I did not even think I could speak to leave a voicemail, but somehow managed to. Within minutes, I received a call back from Candy and she spoke to me with such understanding and compassion, and she was able to arrange for us to bring our pet to their location this morning. When we arrived, again, Candy was compassionate with us as we completed a bit of paperwork. We were given an opportunity to place our sweet cat at rest in their beautiful viewing room and we said our final goodbyes and gave our dear cat some final kisses. Leaving her was so hard, but knowing that Pet Passages was going to take good care of her made it bearable.Talking about money at a time like this may seem unsavory, but we pet owners know that we often have to make decisions about our pets' care with finances in mind. That is just the reality. I want to assure other pet owners that Pet Passages offers a very reasonable selection of services at various price points, and without any pressure whatsoever. They are transparent about this, and you can look at their price list online at their website before you even call. There are services available at any budget. Carmine, our loyal family member had been with my wife Tanya for almost 15 years and he was special to us both. He got her through very hard times especially this year. When we went to Pet Passages my wife was comforted before she could even get through the door. These ladies here treated us as a grieving family, they were so caring and understanding as pet owners and as people. They said they treat others as they would want to be treated when their pets pass. There is a beautiful room we were given to grieve. Absolutely wonderful service. I went there very upset over the loss of my pet, but the staff were more than accommodating and comforting. They worked with me to make sure I received the right package for my budget and needs. They gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my pet. I never felt rushed. Their urns are beautiful and really good quality. Everything is reasonably priced. They also have all of the pricing on the website, which helps relieve the stress of not knowing how much everything costs. It's comforting that they do the cremation on-site, as opposed to the places that send your pet to another location. With the semi-private cremation service they guarantee that you will be receiving your own pets ashes. I would 100% recommend them for cremation of a loved pet.

This company is absolutely made up of Angels in disguise. They truly made the passing of my sweet cat a wonderfully loving and peaceful experience. They immediately picked up the phone when I called on a Saturday night and were compassionate from the minute they answered the phone. They then came quickly to my home to pickup my pet and were very wonderful the entire time and showed great empathy for what I was going through. The process was quick and their site kept me updated of my pets progress in real time. The emergency clinic where he passed handled and stored him in a very cold and distasteful way. The cremation service they offered was impersonal and clinical- not in keeping with his life and his importance to me. It was all wrong.From the moment I spoke to Candice, I felt relieved. It's hard to find the words to say about this amazing team of women and their company. My dog passed away and I called Pet Passages to see if they could come to the house. I was called back immediately and was told they would make special arrangements to come within the hour. These women came to the door with extreme compassion and empathy for myself, my family, and my other dog. They gave the utmost respect to my dog who had passed, and treated her with such care. They even gave me advice and info on how to help my other dog through the grieving process. Their prices are fair, they are punctual, and they have great personalities. Mere words seem far too little to show my deep gratitude to the ladies of Pet Passages in Melbourne. They did a BEAUTIFUL job of providing my baby the dignified and respectful cremation and resting place he deserved. I am so glad that I found Pet Passages after having a horrendous experience with a different cremation company (Faithful Forever/Greenbrier in Apopka actually LOST his body for two weeks after he was euthanized at my vet’s office)! Thank God he was found forgotten in a freezer so I could have Pet Passages complete his cremation services instead of Faithful Forever (a look at their negative reviews will tell you all you need to know). What a HUGE difference in treatment, organization, respect, compassion, and price I found at Pet Passages! They are far cheaper than other cremation services, yet they went out of their way to provide amazing service the entire time I dealt with them. They did an excellent job, and I could not be more at peace with my decision to use Pet Passages. With a bigger, less personal company, I would never know if I was actually receiving my baby’s ashes, but with Pet Passages’ fail-proof tracking and impeccable organization, I know that I received HIS AND ONLY HIS ashes. I was able to tour the beautiful, clean facility and speak with the ladies who run it as fellow pet lovers. They explained everything thoroughly and provided such a warm, loving atmosphere that I feel I’ve gained two wonderful friends through this process. Candi and Candace are kind, caring people who run a top-notch business. In short, they do everything right. We've used them four times. And while we weren't exactly unhappy with the other pet cremation services on the Space Coast, now that we have Pet Passages we see no reason to look elsewhere.If you're looking for hard data, well, they are very responsive and can schedule you in short order, even around the holidays. Their prices are very reasonable and they offer a good variety of options. We've always done a witnessed private cremation, which is doubtless an inconvenience to them.My highest - and unqualified - recommendation.

I recenlty had to put our 15 year old dog down and was devastated. I spoke to Candice about cremation and if that was an option I wanted. She was professional, patient, kind, caring and compassionate. She answered all my questions. She met me up at the vet's office after it was over and I knew right away my pup was going into good hands . She reassured me that everything was going to be ok and my pup would be cared for. I lost my dog of almost 16 years earlier this week. I was so worried and scared where he would go to get cremated. (Because I know some people just look at animals as passed and don’t take proper care of them) The vet said such wonderful things about pet passages and took max to them after we put him down. I called them multiple times before we put max down because I was just so nervous! They were so kind and compassionate and answered all my questions. They told me over the phone max would be in good hands and treated well. Which for me was a huge relief. I have no doubt in my mind he was in the best hands. I called them a day or two after we put max down because they will give you updates online about your pet and where they are in the process. Which I loved and brought comfort! I went to pick max up and started sobbing the worker was so sweet and kind and I had a question about necklace which he didn’t know the answer to. He actually called his mom who worked there as well who just wasn’t in the office and helped me. She was so sweet to take the time to say sorry about our loss and and assured me he was in good hands and helped with the necklace as well lol! I couldn’t ask for a better place to take max who was my literal EVERYTHING! They gave me a cremation certificate, paw print and a seed to plant to always remember max. I recently had to put my best friend of 17 years down after his battle with cancer became too much. I was very nervous of having to bring him in to the appointment, as i wanted it to be as peaceful as possible. We called Candi the morning of and asked her to take care of our baby after he passed. After he fell asleep she came in and gave me the biggest hug and her apologies. She was very gentle and wrapped him nicely in a blanket. Throughout the entire cremation process I was able to track him and received his ashes a day or two later. Candi is an angel sent from god to carry our loved ones to the next stage of their life. I wouldn't have wanted to pick anyone else to take care of my best friend.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Pet Passages and how they worked with my mother through the loss of her cat of 18 years, Miss Tyg. I am not one to usually post reviews on a company but feel that I need to express how much I appreciate how they worked with our family through this difficult time. They were extremely accommodating to work with my mother on her wishes and you could tell they truly cared about the service that is provided and about the individuals who are grieving for their beloved animals who have crossed the rainbow bridge.When my mother had to make the difficult decision to put her cat down, the Vet Office had recommended The Pet Loss Center and quoted a price but said that if she would reach out directly they would probably give a better price and would work with her on her wishes. On Monday when I called I discovered that it was actually more expensive to bring her pet to them rather than it being taken directly from the vet and they wanted to charge an extra $100 for her to be able to watch and ensure that her cat had a private cremation. My mother had seen an article on Pet Passages in the newspaper sometime ago and asked me to reach out to them as well to see if there were differences. I immediately felt very comfortable speaking with Candi over the phone and she was very patient answering the questions my mother had asked me to find out. When we met with her in person, she was very caring and walked us through the facility to show my mother who wanted to understand how things are done and was very patient to answer all questions and there was not an additional charge to view the beginning of the cremation and actually was able to schedule us to come in first thing the next morning. They handled the cremation with the utmost care and really helped my mother through the entire process. I highly recommend Pet Passages if you find yourself in need of their services.

I can’t thank you all enough for the service you provided for my Duey. It’s funny, I knew you all were here as I board my pups just down the road on occasion and have passed you numerous times, but never in a million years did I think I’d be needing your services so quickly. Our vet who recommended Pet Passages was spot on, incredibly professional, extremely compassionate, and all around wonderful!! Losing Duey was probably one of the worst days of my life, but knowing how well he was taken care of here comforted me.I would highly recommend Pet Passages to anyone headed down this sad road. Wonderful and amazing service. They made letting my little Hop-A-Long go easier. They delivered on their promise that I would have him back home as fast as possible and he was. His little clay paw print was beautiful, our family made it an ornament so he could still celebrate Christmas with us. The beautiful humans running pet passages are exactly where they need to be, hands down the most comforting people to help you with such a sensitive time.I didn't grow up with pets, when i got my dwarf hamster i knew the life span was short.. that didnt stop me i loved her so much anyways. I had her for almost 2 years. Moved into 4 homes together, a breakup together. New relationship and step dad lol, hotel stays together and so much more. Pet passagesgreeted me with kind words and so much support, they treated pebbles as if she was a pup or a cat, i loved that she wasnt treated any less because of her size or what she was. the prices are great, and they have so many option for you to have your ashes turned into something beautiful. Wow. It is an incredibly difficult time saying goodbye to your pet. They are best friends and part of the family. Pet Passages was amazing during our situation. They answered our call for help. Our 5 year old Doberman was at the end of his lymphoma battle and passed away at our vet after business hours. By the next afternoon he was in the care of PP employees. As soon as he arrived at their local facility he was put into the system and I could literally track him with the precision tracking you would find on FedEx or Post Office. He got a steel number tag that was his personal number through the entire process. The medallion even goes into the chamber with the animal so there is absolutely zero confusion about who is who. So amazing, and really calms the mind knowing exactly where they are and what's next in the process. The honesty and transparency really make this place go above and beyond. You can see exactly who you're talking to. They have pictures and a little info on their website about the employees that will be helping your pet through this phase. Really amazing business. I would give more stars if I could. Cremation is a simple enough business, gaining trust is probably the hardest part. Pet Passages is an expert on trust. Thank you all again so much, we can't express our appreciation enough.

Don't hesitate to call Pet Passages in Melbourne when you need help with the passing of your beloved pet. Though I just brought our beloved cat to them today after her passing yesterday, and I am still grief stricken, I want to make sure that this community knows immediately how wonderful Pet Passages is and what a comfort they were to our family. I thought I had cried all I could cry yesterday when our treasured cat succumbed to an illness she had valiantly fought off and on for many months. She had been a part of our family for over twelve years since we adopted her, and she had lived a very happy 15 years without any health issues until this year.When I called Pet Passages this morning to see if they could help us, I was not prepared for the emotion that welled up in me. I did not even think I could speak to leave a voicemail, but somehow managed to. Within minutes, I received a call back from Candy and she spoke to me with such understanding and compassion, and she was able to arrange for us to bring our pet to their location this morning. When we arrived, again, Candy was compassionate with us as we completed a bit of paperwork. We were given an opportunity to place our sweet cat at rest in their beautiful viewing room and we said our final goodbyes and gave our dear cat some final kisses. Leaving her was so hard, but knowing that Pet Passages was going to take good care of her made it bearable.Talking about money at a time like this may seem unsavory, but we pet owners know that we often have to make decisions about our pets' care with finances in mind. That is just the reality. I want to assure other pet owners that Pet Passages offers a very reasonable selection of services at various price points, and without any pressure whatsoever. They are transparent about this, and you can look at their price list online at their website before you even call. There are services available at any budget. They were very kind and showed a great deal of empathy. They came to pick up my Cookie from my house because she was too heavy for me to carry. Very compassionate and warm. Carmine, our loyal family member had been with my wife Tanya for almost 15 years and he was special to us both. He got her through very hard times especially this year. When we went to Pet Passages my wife was comforted before she could even get through the door. These ladies here treated us as a grieving family, they were so caring and understanding as pet owners and as people. Absolutely wonderful service. I went there very upset over the loss of my pet, but the staff were more than accommodating and comforting. They worked with me to make sure I received the right package for my budget and needs. They gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my pet. I never felt rushed. Their urns are beautiful and really good quality. Everything is reasonably priced. They also have all of the pricing on the website, which helps relieve the stress of not knowing how much everything costs. It's comforting that they do the cremation on-site, as opposed to the places that send your pet to another location. This company is absolutely made up of Angels in disguise. They truly made the passing of my sweet cat a wonderfully loving and peaceful experience. They immediately picked up the phone when I called on a Saturday night and were compassionate from the minute they answered the phone. They then came quickly to my home to pickup my pet and were very wonderful the entire time and showed great empathy for what I was going through. The process was quick and their site kept me updated of my pets progress in real time. We found our beautiful dog Sheba dead in her bed one morning back in May. On top of this tragedy, our vet's office was incompetent by not informing us about the different cremation packages. Long story short, I called Pet Passages crying hysterically. Candice was an angel. She was the first person to actually listen and got what I was saying. The owners of this location of Pet Passages are the sweetest people. Our 6 lb chihuahua Peaches was attacked and killed while walking with her caregiver on a leash by a rottweiler pit-bull cross. We were on our first day of vacation in the Bahamas when getting the call. The pain we felt upon returning home was excruciating, we picked up Peaches body from animal control, and gave Pet Passages a call, as its the only way we can bring her back to Canada is via cremation. Candy answered the phone and in a calm empathetic voice explained the service they provide and immediately booked an appt., so we could come directly from animal control with Peaches frozen body. After a minute of collecting information, they have a beautiful private space to have some quiet time to say goodbye to Peaches. It was the hardest day. The ladies Candy and Candace make it as easy as it can be with not a lot of talking and the warmth as human beings is felt with every word they do say. The turnaround time was quick, I would recommend anyone to them at a difficult time as this. Thank you for helping us. Peaches would have loved you two.

Our 13 year old pit bull needed to have vet assistance to go to her next life. We had Dr. Donna Craig from Outback Mobile vet come to our house. We lost our dog Rufus recently. He died peacefully at home. I had researched cremation services earlier as his death was not unexpected. Candice Joosten arrived at our home at the agreed upon time, in a clean and marked van. She showed compassion and caring for Rufus. She took him on Friday, he was cremated on Monday. He was placed in a nice velvet bag inside a cherrywood box with an imprint of his paw.From beginning to end we were extremely satisfied with the services and the compassion shown. As we have 3 other senior dogs we shall use their services again.

My kitty passed away from cancer and when I called I was treated with respect and compassion. From start to finish it was easy during my grief. They are also much less than what the Vet clinic quoted me for a private cremation and urn. I brought him in on Monday afternoon and I had him back by Wednesday . My young boys and I lost our beloved, beautiful and kind bunny on Sunday. I saw by Pet Passage's website that they were closed on Sundays but I left a voicemail hoping to hear from them Monday. I lost my dog of almost 16 years earlier this week. I was so worried and scared where he would go to get cremated. (Because I know some people just look at animals as passed and don’t take proper care of them) The vet said such wonderful things about pet passages and took max to them after we put him down. I called them multiple times before we put max down because I was just so nervous! They were so kind and compassionate and answered all my questions. They told me over the phone max would be in good hands and treated well. Which for me was a huge relief. I have no doubt in my mind he was in the best hands. I called them a day or two after we put max down because they will give you updates online about your pet and where they are in the process. Which I loved and brought comfort! I went to pick max up and started sobbing the worker was so sweet and kind and I had a question about necklace which he didn’t know the answer to. He actually called his mom who worked there as well who just wasn’t in the office and helped me. She was so sweet to take the time to say sorry about our loss and and assured me he was in good hands and helped with the necklace as well lol! I couldn’t ask for a better place to take max who was my literal EVERYTHING! They gave me a cremation certificate, paw print and a seed to plant to always remember max. I recently had to put my best friend of 17 years down after his battle with cancer became too much. I was very nervous of having to bring him in to the appointment, as i wanted it to be as peaceful as possible. We called Candi the morning of and asked her to take care of our baby after he passed. After he fell asleep she came in and gave me the biggest hug and her apologies. She was very gentle and wrapped him nicely in a blanket. Throughout the entire cremation process I was able to track him and received his ashes a day or two later. Candi is an angel sent from god to carry our loved ones to the next stage of their life. I cannot say enough amazing things about Pet Passages and how they worked with my mother through the loss of her cat of 18 years, Miss Tyg. I am not one to usually post reviews on a company but feel that I need to express how much I appreciate how they worked with our family through this difficult time. They were extremely accommodating to work with my mother on her wishes and you could tell they truly cared about the service that is provided and about the individuals who are grieving for their beloved animals who have crossed the rainbow bridge.When my mother had to make the difficult decision to put her cat down, the Vet Office had recommended The Pet Loss Center and quoted a price but said that if she would reach out directly they would probably give a better price and would work with her on her wishes. On Monday when I called I discovered that it was actually more expensive to bring her pet to them rather than it being taken directly from the vet and they wanted to charge an extra $100 for her to be able to watch and ensure that her cat had a private cremation. My mother had seen an article on Pet Passages in the newspaper sometime ago and asked me to reach out to them as well to see if there were differences. I immediately felt very comfortable speaking with Candi over the phone and she was very patient answering the questions my mother had asked me to find out. When we met with her in person, she was very caring and walked us through the facility to show my mother who wanted to understand how things are done and was very patient to answer all questions and there was not an additional charge to view the beginning of the cremation and actually was able to schedule us to come in first thing the next morning. They handled the cremation with the utmost care and really helped my mother through the entire process. I highly recommend Pet Passages if you find yourself in need of their services.

I can’t thank you all enough for the service you provided for my Duey. It’s funny, I knew you all were here as I board my pups just down the road on occasion and have passed you numerous times, but never in a million years did I think I’d be needing your services so quickly. Our vet who recommended Pet Passages was spot on, incredibly professional, extremely compassionate, and all around wonderful!! Losing Duey was probably one of the worst days of my life, but knowing how well he was taken care of here comforted me.I would highly recommend Pet Passages to anyone headed down this sad road. We didn’t use their beautiful rainbow bridge room as our boy passed at home and was taken by our vet, but oh man is that room gorgeous and calming. Wonderful and amazing service. They made letting my little Hop-A-Long go easier. They delivered on their promise that I would have him back home as fast as possible and he was. His little clay paw print was beautiful, our family made it an ornament so he could still celebrate Christmas with us. If I could give a 10+ star rating I would!! Pet Passages is AMAZING!!! I called them because they were highly recommended and I am so glad I did. We had to say goodbye to my mom's baby boy Peewee (dog) who was 16 years old. He was deaf and blind and had been going down hill for awhile and she just kept hanging on to him:(... On January 10th he made his way up to the Rainbow Bridge to be with his fur family. On January 11th Pet Passages drove all the way from Melbourne to DeLand to pick up his body. He was then returned to us on January 15th. The amount of stuff that came back with was truly amazing. From the beautiful box, the nose and foot print, a picture frame, and a few other things. I could go on and on about them. They truly have the most kindness and compassion about them. I don't ever think I will go to anyone else for our fur babies. Thank you all so very much for helping my mom with this hard process she had to go through.

Amazing just amazing....I just wanna say that in all my years I've never been more sure to leave a family member in another one's care. My sister who is 29 had her dog since she was 15 . Been through what most dogs shouldn't go through. She ended up going to Alabama to visit our Dad an as she was up there "Smokey" ended up going to a better place. I've searched for a while to find the right place for him to be comfortable with saying good-bye until next time... An I happen to just come across this beautiful place. An instantly feel in love . As soon as I walked in with Smokey she greeted us like we were family. She had me place smokey on the bed. An I almost started to cry but I didn't. It felt as if we were at home with my sister... I explained everything to her an she loved the place . An I no it's not all bout the money when it comes to loved ones but the prices are just amazing as the service. They even called when he was ready to come home. An it was all just a beautiful experience .I highly highly highly recommend this place to everyone for the pet family's. I personally have 2 loving dogs an I hope nothing ever happens to them . But I would come back to this place. An I will be telling everyone about it. Everything about it was great. Exceptional service. Mocha passed away at home and I was able to get a direct cell phone number to call from our vet. The two kind ladies were all the way in Sebastian when they received my call and stopped what they were doing and were at my door in Melbourne in less than an hour. We lost our beloved 12 year old German Shepherd, Oskar, in January of 2019. He died unexpectedly at home after a very short illness. Our veterinarian recommended Pet Passages because they use them for all their cremations, and had been extremely happy with their care. We called early on the Monday morning that Oskar died. Andrea was very kind on the phone, and very helpful in providing answers to questions about the process and cost. Mike and Andrea then arrived promptly at our home, within an hour and a half of the phone call. They were so kind and professional! They spoke with us and moved Oskar in such a kind and respectful way, it still brings tears to my eyes. Mike and Andrea returned his remains within a few days, as promised, in a beautiful wood box engraved with his name. They also provided helpful literature about the grieving process, and how to discuss the loss with children. I would use them again, and recommend them highly without reservation. Clearly an exceptional company run by dedicated and devoted caregivers!

Candi was incredibly compassionate and patient during a very difficult time. In a panic, I called a day later to ask for a hair clipping. I left a message and was relieved to get a quick response that they would of course take care of that. I couldn't have picked a better snip if I tried - they took a ~1" clip that was clearly TJs, include different colors and texture. They found exactly the right spot. That fur is so meaningful to me now.We opted for private cremation, and I know it is TJ's ashes since they included his knee replacement hardware!I highly recommend Pet Passages. They are also much less than what the Vet clinic quoted me for a private cremation and urn. I brought him in on Monday afternoon and I had him back by Wednesday . My young boys and I lost our beloved, beautiful and kind bunny on Sunday. I saw by Pet Passage's website that they were closed on Sundays but I left a voicemail hoping to hear from them Monday. Instead they called me that Sunday and we put plans in place for Looper's cremation. Not only that, but they gave me advice on telling my boys on Monday because they were with their Dad that Sunday. Terrible service or should I say lack of service!!! Our beloved dog passed away early Sunday morning. My husband called and let a message around 6:30 am. I called and left another message around 7:30 am. Here it is Tuesday morning and still no call back!Thank goodness for Pet Cremation in Kissimmee! They are open 24/7 365 days a year and are there for you when you need them the most at no extra charge. They are the most kind and compassionate people and truly helped us during this difficult time. We were able to get our baby back in a little over an hour. We highly recommend PET CREMATION in Kissimmee. Definitely worth the drive for your loved pet!

It may surprise you how absolutely debilitating the moment can be. The moment you think you’ve prepared for. The moment you may have planned when , maybe not. That moment from the day you brought them home you knew was inevitable. It’s the moment where you had to say goodbye to your beloved pet, your family member , your best friend, and sometimes even a part of you.This moment when I had to say goodbye to my baby Misto Kitty, I felt a pain I never felt before . I’ve had some significant losses in my life ; a sister at age 12, my father right before I was 30. But losing my Misto Kitty hit me in a way I never thought was possible.Pet passages gave me a sigh of relief when I called them prior to my 20 year old little man’s passing. I knew the day was coming, just wasn’t sure when. I was given every question I had answered in a very kind and empathetic manner , leaving me without having to think when that moment came. The morning I brought him over , I felt at ease and I felt heard . If I could give a 10+ star rating I would!! Pet Passages is AMAZING!!! I called them because they were highly recommended and I am so glad I did. We had to say goodbye to my mom's baby boy Peewee (dog) who was 16 years old. He was deaf and blind and had been going down hill for awhile and she just kept hanging on to him:(... On January 10th he made his way up to the Rainbow Bridge to be with his fur family. On January 11th Pet Passages drove all the way from Melbourne to DeLand to pick up his body. He was then returned to us on January 15th. The amount of stuff that came back with was truly amazing. From the beautiful box, the nose and foot print, a picture frame, and a few other things. I could go on and on about them. They truly have the most kindness and compassion about them. I don't ever think I will go to anyone else for our fur babies. Thank you all so very much for helping my mom with this hard process she had to go through.

Amazing just amazing....I just wanna say that in all my years I've never been more sure to leave a family member in another one's care. My sister who is 29 had her dog since she was 15 . Been through what most dogs shouldn't go through. She ended up going to Alabama to visit our Dad an as she was up there "Smokey" ended up going to a better place. I've searched for a while to find the right place for him to be comfortable with saying good-bye until next time... An I happen to just come across this beautiful place. An instantly feel in love . As soon as I walked in with Smokey she greeted us like we were family. She had me place smokey on the bed. An I almost started to cry but I didn't. It felt as if we were at home with my sister... I explained everything to her an she loved the place . An I no it's not all bout the money when it comes to loved ones but the prices are just amazing as the service. They even called when he was ready to come home. An it was all just a beautiful experience .I highly highly highly recommend this place to everyone for the pet family's. I personally have 2 loving dogs an I hope nothing ever happens to them . But I would come back to this place. An I will be telling everyone about it. Everything about it was great. Exceptional service. Mocha passed away at home and I was able to get a direct cell phone number to call from our vet. The two kind ladies were all the way in Sebastian when they received my call and stopped what they were doing and were at my door in Melbourne in less than an hour. We lost our beloved 12 year old German Shepherd, Oskar, in January of 2019. He died unexpectedly at home after a very short illness. Our veterinarian recommended Pet Passages because they use them for all their cremations, and had been extremely happy with their care. We called early on the Monday morning that Oskar died. Andrea was very kind on the phone, and very helpful in providing answers to questions about the process and cost. Mike and Andrea then arrived promptly at our home, within an hour and a half of the phone call. They were so kind and professional! They spoke with us and moved Oskar in such a kind and respectful way, it still brings tears to my eyes. Mike and Andrea returned his remains within a few days, as promised, in a beautiful wood box engraved with his name. They also provided helpful literature about the grieving process, and how to discuss the loss with children. I would use them again, and recommend them highly without reservation. Clearly an exceptional company run by dedicated and devoted caregivers!

Candi was incredibly compassionate and patient during a very difficult time. In a panic, I called a day later to ask for a hair clipping. I left a message and was relieved to get a quick response that they would of course take care of that. I couldn't have picked a better snip if I tried - they took a ~1" clip that was clearly TJs, include different colors and texture. They found exactly the right spot. That fur is so meaningful to me now.We opted for private cremation, and I know it is TJ's ashes since they included his knee replacement hardware!I highly recommend Pet Passages. We had our senior cat die rather suddenly and unexpectedly. We reached out to Pet Passages and, even thought they were in the midst of a situation of their own, they were very helpful, kind and considerate. It's hard to find the words to express how grateful I am for the caring and compassionate service I received. I have not had to say goodbye to a fur baby in over 16 years, and this was so painful and difficult, but they took excellent care of my Franklin and me.
