Five stars for this place is simply not enough. I was so blessed to have found Pet Cremation of Palm Beach County for our beloved 17 yr old Chihuahua Lucy. It was on short notice, and they were so kind, and helped ease the griefing process. Having your pet pass is probably one of the worse things that will ever happen and having to worry about where to take them or how to go about it is the last thing anyone thinks about. Unfortunately Lucy passed extremely early our vet and others around the area were all closed Pet Cremation of Palm Beach County were open and willing to accommodate me with whatever I needed no matter the time of day. Once I got there the owner greeted me right away and the paperwork was super straightforward and simple. I had my 10yr old who was just at her worse and they let her spent more time with Lucy until my daughter said she was ready. They gave her a little wood heart where my daughter picked whatever color to than write Lucy’s name on to add it to the collection of loved dogs who have crossed over to rainbow bridge. They also have a lot of options and add ons like clay dog prints, piece of your pet’s hair, different box’s with their names on it. I’m absolutely thankful and will forever be grateful to them.

I first discovered this place when I lost my childhood dog Boots. When my mom, brother, and I arrived we were greeted with so much love and sympathy. Ms. Shani was very helpful with showing us different options of urns and necklaces, down to the footprint and fur clippings. She showed us so much compassion. Fast forward to a year later, I contacted Ms. Shani again in regards to cremating my childhood cat. In the midst of it all, she walked me through the process again. She is so sweet, and filled with compassion. Ms. Shani, I can’t thank you enough for making sure this process was smooth. I will always recommend this place. They are not here to collect your last penny, they are here to help you through a difficult time in need.

Our baby Bella passed away suddenly last weekend from heart failure. As difficult as it is losing one of our fur babies, the last thing we wanted to do was have to stress about where to get her cremated. Pet Cremation of PBC was the first place I found and I didn’t need to bother looking elsewhere. From the time she answered the phone, Shani made a difficult call easier even with me crying through my words. She was kind and compassionate and made the entire process much easier to deal with. We got our Bella’s ashes back today and the box is beautiful and I know she was well cared for by Shani and her family. Thank you Shani for your kindness and helping us through this tough time. <3

Our cat passed away at home. Fluffy J Flufkins was over 100 years old. I find everything based off google reviews but this time I just called without reading because I was in shock how much people charge. Originally I chose them because they don’t take advantage of peoples depressed state and charge very fair pricing. After visiting Shauni she is the most peaceful kind soul I have met. I really hope people choose to go to them and know their pets cremation was handled with so much love. Cremation for a pet that is 3 pounds should not cost the same as a full grown adult. Thank you for being good humans !!!

It’s never easy to let your fur baby go, but when it’s time, you want to make sure it’s done right. Pet Cremation of Palm Beach County exceeded my expectations. SO much compassion, it’s family owned and the turnaround was so quick which helps with your healing process so you don’t have to rip the bandaid off in a week after like most places. My pug passed on a Saturday and ashes were ready on Monday. It came with a beautiful wooden box, fur clippings in a clear bottle and a clay mold with their paw print. I also got a beautiful dainty necklace with the ashes. Something I recommend you ask for that I forgot to, is for all of their nail clippings. Perhaps you can make a bone necklace or some piece of jewelry with it. Before you cremate do your research with taxidermy or other preservation ideas so you have a plan. Highly recommend!!!

We lost our sweet boy BamBam suddenly. Shani was very compassionate and kind from the first phone call. We were able to quickly make arrangements and our boy was home a few days later. Our Morkie passed a few days ago, we have never lived in an apartment when one of our pets have passed so we did not know what to do! We knew we wanted to cremate her and always have her with us. Pick up and delivery on time. I have had 7 dogs cremated and I really didn't care for this box. Looks like a treasure chest made of popsicle sticks. It also would have been nice to have a name plaque on the box. Box on left from this company. Paw print in clay was a nice touch. Wish there was a hanger on it so I could put it in Xmas tree.

When our fur baby passed away, they came and picked him up very promptly. They took care of the cremation and provided a beautiful urn and some fur clippings and a paw print keepsake. They delivered the ashes as well a few days after picking him up. Everything was smooth and I couldn’t have asked for a better Service.

We recently lost our baby girl Roxy. It was almost midnight and I called thinking I will have to leave a message, but Mrs.Shani answered the phone. She was very compassionate and professional and calmed me as I was crying hysterically. She took her time and answered all my questions . I opted in for pick up services and was told she will be at my house at 7:30am. She was on time, handled my baby with respect and let me say my final goodbyes. Highly recommend their services.

Recently we lost our 17 year old Jack Russell "Spikey" Even though he was old and we new we would loose him sooner or later. We still were very sad and missed him dearly. No one to meet you at the door when you come home, or get excited to go for a ride in the car, no one to wake you up at 2 in the morning to go outside.
