I am so grateful for this establishment and the kindness and compassion that was shown to us during a very difficult time. We had to euthanize our beautiful cat, Hope, over the weekend. RJ agreed to meet us on Sunday morning to make arrangements and take her in. He was professional, kind and compassionate. He brought us into the rainbow room, where I placed her little body in a blanket and gave us the opportunity to say our farewells, offering sympathy and a big hug, which was much needed! I felt very comfortable knowing she was in such kind and gentle hands. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! We will be back (hopefully not too soon!) xxx

Absolutely the best experience ever. We had to say goodbye to our 13 year old Airedale. Pet passages did the best most respectful job ever. Madison was well taken care of. She was returned in the most beautiful box with the saying “until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge.” It was truly beautiful and will be a way to celebrate her forever. I have two other senior dogs and will definitely without question be using pet passages again when it is time.

Dr. Regner was amazing. December 3, 2023 was the most difficult day of my life. I had to make the call I had dreaded for 14 yrs. Her compassion and sincerity made me realize it was the right decision. My last few moments with Nellie were easier because of her. I trusted that her last ride was with someone who treated her with dignity and took care of her. She was returned a few days later with the same compassion. I highly recommend them to help with one of the most difficult decisions you will ever have to make, she was amazing.

It is still difficult to write this since it hasn't been two months since my sweet Lily passed away. She had been diagnosed with cancer in early October and passed the weekend before Thanksgiving of last year.I woke up to find she had passed peacefully in her sleep. I was frantic because I was in shock and didn't know what steps to take next.Luckily, one of my besties recommended Pet Passages. I elected to bring her to the facility instead of having them pick her up because I wanted to be with her every step of the way.RJ was so kind and caring when we dropped Lily off. He gave us time to say our goodbyes before leaving her.I was able to schedule viewing her cremation as my final goodbye and returned that following Monday. Pet Passages made a paw print impression, cut a lock of her fur, and placed her ashes in a velvet pouch.My heart is forever broken but I am grateful to RJ and Pet Passages for honoring Lily with dignity and care. It's taken awhile to really sit down and write this. I have utilized Pet Passages in Largo twice in a little more than two years to say goodbye to two incredible dogs. While they never lived together they both left Pawprints wherever they were. Unfortunately canine cancer came into the picture with a vengeance.I worked with RJ at Pet Passages for both Freckles and for Luke in summer 2021 and Spring 2023 respectively. As busy as Pet Passages seems to be, RJ took the time to explain the process, available services, and allowed a final viewing before cremation which in so many ways brought a sense of finality. Closure I'm not sure will ever happen but just the same this is a business you can trust and count on in your time of need.RJ picked up both of my guys when their times came, letting me know he had them and was on his way back. I opted for a private cremation for both and was provided with a nice keepsake urn, tag, clay paw print and fur clipping.While no one ever wants to think about and dwell on something as inevitable as the loss of your pet, it's good to know there are trustworthy and honest people serving their community and supporting their families. Took me awhile to post, But its never easy saying good bye to a mans best friend. Especially being by my side for 18 years. Pet Passages made one of my hardest days easy and comfortable as it could be. Staff went out of the way to accommodate my family and I and make it as painless and stress free. Pet Passages did a great job with taking care of our deceased cat Neelix. Since our cat passed away at home, it was super easy to call and make a drop-off appointment. I did not have to go through our vet to get the cremation done. I found the range of service package prices very reasonable. RJ was very kind, compassionate and patient when i called and started crying on the phone. My kitty was dropped off on a Friday afternoon and I was able to pick him up on Monday so he could be with his other deceased brothers and sister at home. Pet Passages has a very nice facility where you can have a whole pet memorial service if that is what you want. They do offer end-of-life services also if you do not have a vet that does that. Nice people and everything is so clean and well-kept. They offer some cute urns and boxes if you do not have something in mind. They provide a valuable service to pet parents in this area.

Pet Passages make it so affordable to have your loving pet who has crossed over the rainbow bridge cremated also very affordable urns. RJ helped us through everything. I’m really disappointed to write this review, especially because I had a wonderful experience with Pet Passages in the past when my own beloved pet crossed the rainbow bridge. Unfortunately, the experience this time was very different.Yesterday, just before Hurricane Milton was set to hit, my 85-year-old grandmother’s 15-year-old chihuahua passed away. My grandmother, who lives in a mobile home in an evacuation zone, had to leave quickly and come to my place. With the storm arriving faster than expected, we had no choice but to place her angel in the freezer, which was heartbreaking because she didn’t get a chance to say her final goodbyes. To make matters worse, during the storm, we lost power and could only hope her girl would be okay in the freezer.This morning, I called Pet Passages because of my previous positive experience with them. I know much of Pinellas County is without power, but I thought I’d try anyway. However, the response I received was unexpectedly rude. The person answered the phone with a sharp “Hello?!?” like I’d dialed the wrong number. I asked if they were still able to do cremations, explaining that I had a pet in a powerless freezer. Her response was, “We don’t have power,” delivered with zero compassion. It felt like I was ordering food at a drive-thru, not asking for help during a really emotional time.I completely understand the challenges of the power outage, but her cold and dismissive tone was hurtful, especially for someone grieving. After this experience, I’m warning others who are mourning to be aware that Pet Passages' customer service may not be what it once was.Thankfully, after this call, I reached out to Faithful Companion. The difference was striking – they spoke with compassion and respect, making me feel genuinely cared for during such a difficult time.

I would absolutely recommend and refer anyone I know to use Pet Passages if they encounter a loss of their furry friend. RJ (the owner) was unbelievable. Even in our wrecked state of mind, he was kind, sympathetic, and patient, and is a pet lover himself. If there was a way to give them a 10 star review, I would do it.

Last week we took our sick girl to an animal hospital where we unfortunately had to say goodbye. We called Pet Passages where we set up a pick up and a private cremation. RJ, who is so genuinely kind and understanding, said he would pick her up and asked if we wanted her nose/paw print done. After the pick up from the hospital, he set our minds at ease with us being concerned that they had the correct dog. Pet Passages helped us through the loss of our beloved dog. If you have a pet, there will be one day the time to say good bye. And then you want to call Pet Passages in Largo.My greatest concern was that we will not get back the remains of our own dog, but from another one or not at all. There are services which would send him hundreds of miles to a cremation facility and then may be exchanged by accident or completely lost. Pet Passage has everything in house, even the cremation facility. Thank you again Pet Passage.

We lost our 16 year old cat a couple of months ago. Luckily we had met with members of Pet Passage’s at an animalblessing and knew of their services. We met at their facility the next day for cremation services. The entire process was handled with care and respect. Pet passages made the loss of our beloved dog Clyde a little easier. The Vet Dr Abby came to our house to euthanize Clyde. This was the first time my wife and I have ever had to do this and Dr Abby walked us through the steps and let us take our time. When everything was done she took Clyde away. Everything was very professional and dignified. Two days later I got a call that Clyde was ready for pickup. When we got to Pet Passages we were greeted by RJ who was very nice and didn't try and upsell us and I really appreciated that.Thank you for making this awful time in our lives a little easier. RJ was so kind & we were so happy to feel like our boy Duzell was in gentle hands. RJ went out of his way to make saying goodbye easier & dignified, really he helped us. I hope he knows he is appreciated, and I can't thank him enough. Our urn is beautiful and I was happy to have my boy back quickly.Duzell was the smartest animal I ever knew. I love all my pets, but he was different. Pet Passages made me feel like he was given the respect he deserved, and would have wanted.There's nothing that can replace my loss, but I'm glad Duzell was able to come full circle to a kind place. He was adopted at the SPCA next door 13 years ago, and moved all around Florida before happening back here. I didn't even realize it at the time, we'd moved so much since. He was a special boy, and I will see him again I think.

I lost my precious 3 year old cat Tre on Friday to an inoperable tumor. I brought him to Pet Passages for cremation and would highly, highly recommend this business. Reasonably priced, dignified office, the owner has compassion and cares about the pain you are going thru. If you need pet cremation services, do not think of going anywhere else.

It's hard to even write this.....we were already working with Dr. Abby Regner, owner of Parting Paws and I had researched crematoriums for pets in our area. Pet Passages came up and remarkably their pricing was fair - no one really talks about the cost of a funeral for a pet so for me when I finally did the research, I kind of was overwhelmed and floored....worried I wouldn't be able to afford to bring Maya home....Other places I had looked just were insanely expensive. I called their office # at like 8pm in hopes to just speak w/ someone...RJ picked up and he was so kind and polite. We chatted about my options and were initially going to drop off our sweet girl the following day after Dr Abby visited. I completed the online form and ended up w/ a portal login to follow the process - unfortunately the portal never updated b/c I did check it daily once Maya left our home...it just continued to read in 'Pre-Need' - I found calling tho was reassuring and receiving the call that Maya was ready come home 3 days later. I had discussed w/ RJ prior to receiving Maya that I'd like a nose print and her ashes divided into two bags b/c we were going to send some out to an Etsy store for a memorial piece. When my husband went to get our baby Mosa the Samosa, he noted the staff was kind, and Maya was ready to go. I was pleased to find that we got her paw print, nose print, and two baggies, plus the cremation cert. Just in the way I requested it.This was such a hard process but the team work of Pet Passages and Parting Paws made it seamless and comforting all the way. I appreciate the staff's kindness and RJ's attentiveness, and the suggestion from him to have Dr. Regner bring her over b/c I hadn't realized they worked together. As I said in my review for Parting Paws.....I'm sad but happy to say that I will in the future use Pet Passages for my other two babies when the time comes, and hopefully that doesn't come soon.

Pet Passages was such a find. My cat was nearly 20 years old and I knew that she was going to pass in the very near future. When she finally did I hadn't really checked into final arrangements. On Friday morning July 9th '21 after several weeks of declining health we came to the decision of letting our 16 year old sheltie named Blue to leave us. For any pet owner who loves their pets you truly know how hard this is to do. Part of you don't don't want them to be gone while the other part don't want them to be suffering anymore. Contacting RJ of Pet Passages of largo in the morning truly helped guide us in the right choice. We wanted Blue to pass comfortably and peacefully in his own home and in his own bed. RJ made all the arrangements and contacted the vet to schedule the appropriate time for us to let him pass. Both RJ and the vet treated Blue with respect and dignity that I am truly thankful for. Even though Blue is gone he will be forever in our hearts.

I was very impressed with the service provided by Pet Passages of Largo. Our 15 year old Aussie (Domino) died overnight and finding him the next morning was very traumatic. I called the office at about 7:30 in the morning and all I was hoping for was to bring him in as soon as they opened so he wasn't lying around the house for hours. Amazingly, RJ texted me right back and was at our house to pick him up within an hour. He was very solemn, respectful, and sympathetic, answered all our questions and concerns, and his assistance greatly reduced our stress. He delivered Domino's ashes to our house the next day in a tasteful felt bag inside a nice wooden box with a clasp, along with a paw print and a nice card. We couldn't have asked for more. I don't know what I would have done had I not found Pet Passages. I was on my way to the SPCA because my little Maltese, Apache, passed away suddenly and I wasn't sure where else to go. When I found out they were closed; I was even more hurt, confused, and distraught than I already was. Luckily, I pulled into the parking lot next door and seen Pet Passages. I did not have an appointment (in fact, I showed up completely unexpected), but RJ was still willing and able to help me in my desperate time of need. Thank you Pet Passages " Miss Danielle" in particular was able to help me with the passing of my Bearded Dragon "Kratos". I had cared for Kratos for 8 beautiful years, and when i found her lifeless in her tank I was devastated. I didnt know how to accept the loss and even thought that i was overdoing it at some point, but Danielle was so kind and her words were perfect at the time of need she helped me understand that Kratos was not just a lizard or pet but my family.She was very polite and professional and guided me to the area where I could give my Kratos my last good byes. she assisted me with picking the perfect urn. Best experience with pet cremation and I am a small animal veterinarian Sweet people that do everything they can to make you more comfortable during a difficult time. They have a lot of beautiful urn options and even necklaces and such to keep your pets close. It took them just 24 hours to return my baby to me. Cute clay paw, hair clippings, and seeds to plant in remembrance of my Guinea pig, Apophis. I will definitely keep coming back. I strongly recommend Pet Passages. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

We lost our 8 year old cat Gaia very suddenly on Monday night to unknown heart and lung problems that started happening during a regular vet appointment. We were not expecting to have to find a cremation company that day at all. I did not know where to start looking but I'm glad I came across Pet Passages. It was so nice to have her picked up from the emergency vet and brought to pet passages the next morning, as I was worried about having to do that myself. I highly recommend this business. Our beautiful Honey Belle became ill and we received the worst news that their was no healing. We raised her from a 5oz puppy to her now 12 years. She was small but ruled the house like the princess she was. Fiercely protective. Pet Passages was recommended to us. From the moment I called with tears streaming, R.J. was kind and comforting to me in making arrangements and answering all my questions. I honestly didn't know what to expect when we brought her in, but we were able to lay her in rest and spend some last moments with her as a family. R.J. told us to take all the time we needed. With his kindness, I know that Honey Belle was treated with utmost respect until she returned home to us. It's nice to know Pet Passages exists to treat our fur babies with love after they have crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

We are seniors, seasonal residents. We have always worried about how we could handle the day our 128 lb German shepherd passed away due to his size. We live in NY and Largo and we were blessed that he passed in his own home here in FL. We do not have the door to door services offered by Pet Passages in our NY area. We called the moment they opened. The owner arrived with 2 hours. She was professional and gracious. She understood our pain. Our beautiful boy was cremated and we received him back 3 days after he passed. He was presented in a lovely wooden box, enclosed was a nice velvet imprinted bag containing his cremains. There was a Rainbow Bridge card with his inked paw print and an organic material heart shaped ornament that gets planted and wildflowers will bloom from it. The bag he was in was white with professional appearance with his name clearly visible. This company and it's owners made an "unthinkable" day in our lives as easy as it could be in this regards. Thank you for treating our beloved, regal German Shepherd Aldo with the respect and dignity he deserved.The Wilburs

Unfortunately canine cancer came into the picture with a vengeance.I worked with RJ at Pet Passages for both Freckles and for Luke in summer 2021 and Spring 2023 respectively. As busy as Pet Passages seems to be, RJ took the time to explain the process, available services, and allowed a final viewing before cremation which in so many ways brought a sense of finality. Closure I'm not sure will ever happen but just the same this is a business you can trust and count on in your time of need.RJ picked up both of my guys when their times came, letting me know he had them and was on his way back. I opted for a private cremation for both and was provided with a nice keepsake urn, tag, clay paw print and fur clipping.While no one ever wants to think about and dwell on something as inevitable as the loss of your pet, it's good to know there are trustworthy and honest people serving their community and supporting their families. Pet Passages did a great job with taking care of our deceased cat Neelix. Since our cat passed away at home, it was super easy to call and make a drop-off appointment. I did not have to go through our vet to get the cremation done. I found the range of service package prices very reasonable. RJ was very kind, compassionate and patient when i called and started crying on the phone. My kitty was dropped off on a Friday afternoon and I was able to pick him up on Monday so he could be with his other deceased brothers and sister at home. Pet Passages has a very nice facility where you can have a whole pet memorial service if that is what you want. They do offer end-of-life services also if you do not have a vet that does that. Nice people and everything is so clean and well-kept. They offer some cute urns and boxes if you do not have something in mind. They provide a valuable service to pet parents in this area.

I’m really disappointed to write this review, especially because I had a wonderful experience with Pet Passages in the past when my own beloved pet crossed the rainbow bridge. Unfortunately, the experience this time was very different.Yesterday, just before Hurricane Milton was set to hit, my 85-year-old grandmother’s 15-year-old chihuahua passed away. My grandmother, who lives in a mobile home in an evacuation zone, had to leave quickly and come to my place. With the storm arriving faster than expected, we had no choice but to place her angel in the freezer, which was heartbreaking because she didn’t get a chance to say her final goodbyes. To make matters worse, during the storm, we lost power and could only hope her girl would be okay in the freezer.This morning, I called Pet Passages because of my previous positive experience with them. I know much of Pinellas County is without power, but I thought I’d try anyway. However, the response I received was unexpectedly rude. The person answered the phone with a sharp “Hello?!?” like I’d dialed the wrong number. I asked if they were still able to do cremations, explaining that I had a pet in a powerless freezer. Her response was, “We don’t have power,” delivered with zero compassion. It felt like I was ordering food at a drive-thru, not asking for help during a really emotional time.I completely understand the challenges of the power outage, but her cold and dismissive tone was hurtful, especially for someone grieving. After this experience, I’m warning others who are mourning to be aware that Pet Passages' customer service may not be what it once was.Thankfully, after this call, I reached out to Faithful Companion. The difference was striking – they spoke with compassion and respect, making me feel genuinely cared for during such a difficult time.

Last week we took our sick girl to an animal hospital where we unfortunately had to say goodbye. We called Pet Passages where we set up a pick up and a private cremation. RJ, who is so genuinely kind and understanding, said he would pick her up and asked if we wanted her nose/paw print done. Pet Passages helped us through the loss of our beloved dog. If you have a pet, there will be one day the time to say good bye. And then you want to call Pet Passages in Largo.My greatest concern was that we will not get back the remains of our own dog, but from another one or not at all. There are services which would send him hundreds of miles to a cremation facility and then may be exchanged by accident or completely lost. My Best Friend of 13 years passed away a week today. I guess we don't think about our pets passing away over the years of so much love and fun. It came suddenly and was fortunately at home with those that loved him. We didn't know what to do. We don't have a place to bury him. We were so fortunate to find Pet Passages a few miles away in Largo. We called and were able to set an appointment. We were greeted by RJ. He made us feel at ease immediately. The facility is warm and homey. Very clean and calming. Oliver was placed in a viewing room while we made cremation arrangements. Not once did RJ try to sell us on any services. He listened to what we wanted and explained the process. Once plans were made we had the opportunity to view the facility. Seeing the place we were leaving our Oliver really helped. He was in good hands. It is amazing that the cost of this service was so low. We were able to have his ashes returned in a cute metal urn. Less than $200. If you have a cat or a dog, this time will sadly come. When it does, keep RJ at Pet Passages Largo in mind. You wont regret it. Thank you RJ we wont forget you!

I have so many great things to say about pet passages.I came across them,I say by luck Because when I tell you they are such a caring and compassionate place! That exactly what I mean.I called left a message within the hour RJ called me back.It was a very diffult time and a very hard decision.They never made my family feel like you couldnt express your feelings,As we was very luckly they allowed 4 of us to be there. It has been a little over a week since I scrambled to make arrangements the same day that a veterinarian, we went to for a second opinion, informed us that if we did not act soon our Scruffles would suffer from seizures.I knew waiting to make arrangements so I can spend more time with her would be selfish, so I acted quick in disarray to protect her.I was successfully able to make an appointment for a vet (through Lap of Love) to come to our home that afternoon - so my next step was finding where to go for aftercare, as I personally wanted to meet those that would be responsible for Scruffles at that stage - I didn't want her to go through a third party..I called RJ that morning and he was sympathetic and kind, being open to take her that afternoon. I was beyond grateful. This was something I had never done before; I wasn't sure how long the process to have Scruffles sleep (I don't like to say the e-word..) would take, so I couldn't give RJ an exact time of when I would be there - but, he understood and accepted Scruffles that same day.RJ and everyone at Pet Passages Largo, thank you! That day was the most difficult for me, and your words and actions eased my mind.This past Monday, I picked Scruffles up from Pet Passages - her last appointment - and she came back home perfectly. I will forever miss and love that baby girl - she is a queen, and always was for her 13.5 years of being here. She is an amazing soul never to be forgotten.

I had just lost my precious 16 year old Yorkie named Bailey and was very upset about my loss. I contacted Patti who was understanding and compassionate. She explained the services that Pet Passages offered and I could choose exactly what I wanted once I was at their facility. Upon arrival with my precious boy, Patti offered to have me sit in their quiet room and spend as much time as I needed to say good bye.Within a few days I was notified that I could pick up Bailey's ashes. Pet passages made the loss of our beloved dog Clyde a little easier. The Vet Dr Abby came to our house to euthanize Clyde. This was the first time my wife and I have ever had to do this and Dr Abby walked us through the steps and let us take our time. When everything was done she took Clyde away. RJ was so kind & we were so happy to feel like our boy Duzell was in gentle hands. RJ went out of his way to make saying goodbye easier & dignified, really he helped us. I hope he knows he is appreciated, and I can't thank him enough. Our urn is beautiful and I was happy to have my boy back quickly.Duzell was the smartest animal I ever knew. I love all my pets, but he was different. It's hard to even write this.....we were already working with Dr. Abby Regner, owner of Parting Paws and I had researched crematoriums for pets in our area. Pet Passages came up and remarkably their pricing was fair - no one really talks about the cost of a funeral for a pet so for me when I finally did the research, I kind of was overwhelmed and floored....worried I wouldn't be able to afford to bring Maya home....Other places I had looked just were insanely expensive. I called their office # at like 8pm in hopes to just speak w/ someone...RJ picked up and he was so kind and polite. We chatted about my options and were initially going to drop off our sweet girl the following day after Dr Abby visited. I completed the online form and ended up w/ a portal login to follow the process - unfortunately the portal never updated b/c I did check it daily once Maya left our home...it just continued to read in 'Pre-Need' - I found calling tho was reassuring and receiving the call that Maya was ready come home 3 days later. I had discussed w/ RJ prior to receiving Maya that I'd like a nose print and her ashes divided into two bags b/c we were going to send some out to an Etsy store for a memorial piece. When my husband went to get our baby Mosa the Samosa, he noted the staff was kind, and Maya was ready to go. I was pleased to find that we got her paw print, nose print, and two baggies, plus the cremation cert. Just in the way I requested it.This was such a hard process but the team work of Pet Passages and Parting Paws made it seamless and comforting all the way. I appreciate the staff's kindness and RJ's attentiveness, and the suggestion from him to have Dr. Regner bring her over b/c I hadn't realized they worked together. As I said in my review for Parting Paws.....I'm sad but happy to say that I will in the future use Pet Passages for my other two babies when the time comes, and hopefully that doesn't come soon.

On Friday morning July 9th '21 after several weeks of declining health we came to the decision of letting our 16 year old sheltie named Blue to leave us. For any pet owner who loves their pets you truly know how hard this is to do. Part of you don't don't want them to be gone while the other part don't want them to be suffering anymore. Contacting RJ of Pet Passages of largo in the morning truly helped guide us in the right choice. We wanted Blue to pass comfortably and peacefully in his own home and in his own bed. RJ made all the arrangements and contacted the vet to schedule the appropriate time for us to let him pass. Both RJ and the vet treated Blue with respect and dignity that I am truly thankful for. I was very impressed with the service provided by Pet Passages of Largo. Our 15 year old Aussie (Domino) died overnight and finding him the next morning was very traumatic. I called the office at about 7:30 in the morning and all I was hoping for was to bring him in as soon as they opened so he wasn't lying around the house for hours. Amazingly, RJ texted me right back and was at our house to pick him up within an hour. He was very solemn, respectful, and sympathetic, answered all our questions and concerns, and his assistance greatly reduced our stress. He delivered Domino's ashes to our house the next day in a tasteful felt bag inside a nice wooden box with a clasp, along with a paw print and a nice card. We couldn't have asked for more. I don't know what I would have done had I not found Pet Passages. I was on my way to the SPCA because my little Maltese, Apache, passed away suddenly and I wasn't sure where else to go. I had cared for Kratos for 8 beautiful years, and when i found her lifeless in her tank I was devastated. Best experience with pet cremation and I am a small animal veterinarian Sweet people that do everything they can to make you more comfortable during a difficult time. They have a lot of beautiful urn options and even necklaces and such to keep your pets close. It took them just 24 hours to return my baby to me. We lost our 8 year old cat Gaia very suddenly on Monday night to unknown heart and lung problems that started happening during a regular vet appointment. We were not expecting to have to find a cremation company that day at all. I did not know where to start looking but I'm glad I came across Pet Passages. Our beautiful Honey Belle became ill and we received the worst news that their was no healing. We raised her from a 5oz puppy to her now 12 years. She was small but ruled the house like the princess she was. Fiercely protective. Pet Passages was recommended to us. We are seniors, seasonal residents. We have always worried about how we could handle the day our 128 lb German shepherd passed away due to his size. We live in NY and Largo and we were blessed that he passed in his own home here in FL. We do not have the door to door services offered by Pet Passages in our NY area. Our beautiful boy was cremated and we received him back 3 days after he passed. He was presented in a lovely wooden box, enclosed was a nice velvet imprinted bag containing his cremains. There was a Rainbow Bridge card with his inked paw print and an organic material heart shaped ornament that gets planted and wildflowers will bloom from it. The bag he was in was white with professional appearance with his name clearly visible. This company and it's owners made an "unthinkable" day in our lives as easy as it could be in this regards. My Best Friend of 13 years passed away a week today. I guess we don't think about our pets passing away over the years of so much love and fun. It came suddenly and was fortunately at home with those that loved him. We didn't know what to do. We don't have a place to bury him. We were so fortunate to find Pet Passages a few miles away in Largo. We called and were able to set an appointment. We were greeted by RJ. He made us feel at ease immediately. The facility is warm and homey. Very clean and calming. Oliver was placed in a viewing room while we made cremation arrangements. Not once did RJ try to sell us on any services. He listened to what we wanted and explained the process. Once plans were made we had the opportunity to view the facility. Seeing the place we were leaving our Oliver really helped. He was in good hands. It is amazing that the cost of this service was so low. We were able to have his ashes returned in a cute metal urn. Less than $200. If you have a cat or a dog, this time will sadly come. When it does, keep RJ at Pet Passages Largo in mind. You wont regret it. Thank you RJ we wont forget you!

We were treated with utmost respect and were allowed to spend time privately with our baby as he was laid out on a nice cloth in the special room. I have so many great things to say about pet passages.I came across them,I say by luck Because when I tell you they are such a caring and compassionate place! That exactly what I mean.I called left a message within the hour RJ called me back.It was a very diffult time and a very hard decision.They never made my family feel like you couldnt express your feelings,As we was very luckly they allowed 4 of us to be there. She was our 15 yr old Chichucha named Emma.we also had use of their beautiful facility with a very calm,peaceful and simply amazing rainbow room.Danielle was a huge help and assired me She had my naby and she was in good hands,Im so happy that I had that trust in her! It has been a little over a week since I scrambled to make arrangements the same day that a veterinarian, we went to for a second opinion, informed us that if we did not act soon our Scruffles would suffer from seizures.I knew waiting to make arrangements so I can spend more time with her would be selfish, so I acted quick in disarray to protect her.I was successfully able to make an appointment for a vet (through Lap of Love) to come to our home that afternoon - so my next step was finding where to go for aftercare, as I personally wanted to meet those that would be responsible for Scruffles at that stage - I didn't want her to go through a third party..I called RJ that morning and he was sympathetic and kind, being open to take her that afternoon. I was beyond grateful. This was something I had never done before; I wasn't sure how long the process to have Scruffles sleep (I don't like to say the e-word..) would take, so I couldn't give RJ an exact time of when I would be there - but, he understood and accepted Scruffles that same day.RJ and everyone at Pet Passages Largo, thank you! That day was the most difficult for me, and your words and actions eased my mind.This past Monday, I picked Scruffles up from Pet Passages - her last appointment - and she came back home perfectly. I will forever miss and love that baby girl - she is a queen, and always was for her 13.5 years of being here. She is an amazing soul never to be forgotten.

I had just lost my precious 16 year old Yorkie named Bailey and was very upset about my loss. I contacted Patti who was understanding and compassionate. She explained the services that Pet Passages offered and I could choose exactly what I wanted once I was at their facility. Upon arrival with my precious boy, Patti offered to have me sit in their quiet room and spend as much time as I needed to say good bye.Within a few days I was notified that I could pick up Bailey's ashes. After the loss of my beloved 11 year old boxer, Tessa, I was in a state of emotional distress and needed a mobile pickup service immediately. I’d like to express my deepest gratitude towards RJ & the staff at Pet Passages. Sadly, my dog of 18 years passed away in the middle of the night while in his bed sleeping. I was devastated and completely at a loss & didnt know what to do. I called Pet Passages at 1:40am expecting nothing & to my surprise, Danielle answered the phone and expressed her condolences for my loss and offered to come pickup my puppy. She offered me words of wisdom and to be strong, & for that I am grateful. The following morning I met RJ and he was sympathetic and shook my hand and offered his condolences as well. My beloved fur baby Mylo passed away on Sunday, July 9th. It was quite sudden, but I knew I wanted him cremated and to keep his ashes. I took him to Pet Passages in Largo. The staff RJ and Patty were wonderful. I was comfortable and felt good about Mylo's cremation there. My wife and I recently lost our cat Bella and we are new to the area so we had to rely on reviews to find a decent place to take Bella for cremation. We landed on this place and they were able to take care of our needs almost immediately. We brought Bella in and they had a very nice room to say our final goodbyes in. They were very nice and calm in taking care of us which was very helpful when it came to discussing what we wanted done for Bella. The prices were very reasonable and we were able to afford a nice package that we are very happy with. To our surprise they let us know up front that we could pay at the time of pickup if we needed time to come up with the money. It was a wonderful relief for us to now know that if we lose any of our other animals that we don’t have to scramble to have money ready immediately. I felt like they did care for us and really wanted to treat us well and that meant the world to us in our time of loss. I highly recommend this place they took great care of us and our Bella.

A week ago our senior cat princess had a stroke and we knew she had very little time left, after her passing yesterday I found Pet Passages of Largo. Being new to the area I was hoping it was a good company, I was very happy with their services. Pet Passages came highly recommended by a good friend and I'm so happy I chose them! It was difficult to send my best friend of 11 years across her rainbow bridge. I had to make a tough emotional decision in a short amount of time they made it less stressful even though I wasn't able to use their full services (The Rainbow Room, etc.). RJ & Danielle were so helpful, kind, and caring. I love the remembrance package options provided and I recommend to anyone who's pet is transitioning. They can't take all the pain away but they help make it hurt less <3

What a fabulous company. Our beloved Fiona, who lived a long and wonderful life, passed away in the early morning hours on a Sunday. Bob from Pet Passages picked her up - with a very respectful and concerned manner. It was immensely helpful, as we didn't have the painful burden of taking her ourselves. I picked up her cremains 1 day later, and was so soothed at the various special touches , and special care, they took for our furry family member. I absolutely will recommend Pet Passages. They CARE!** Update. Our Cody, who was over 11 years old but was still a really happy-go-lucky, puppy-like fellow, passed away swiftly and suddenly, without any stress or discomfort, on 1/24. (His immense heart just gave out) RJ picked him up from our home with the utmost respect and care. Cody's cremains were ready for pick up just a day later. My sweet girl of 19 years passed in my arms, pet passages was able to accept her on the same day, and return her two days following. They have a welcoming memorial service room with calming music and a comfortable bed to rest your pet on, and a nice blanket to shroud them in. The packages they offer are reasonably priced and absolutely worth the cost. I've already reccomended this place to a couple of friends experiencing pet loss, and will continue to do so. My little kitty Whiskie girl left us recently for the rainbow bridge. The loss broke out heart tremendously and we are still mourning her loss with pain In our hearts. Wanting to keep her ashes by our side I contacted Pet Passages in Largo. RJ was extremely helpful and professional through the entire process. One is always concerned if they are getting back just the ashes of their loving pet but in the case of Pet Passages their process laid that concern to rest. I received a lovely pouch with her ashes, a condolence card and a charred numbered badge that corresponded with the cremation certificate they provided. We still have her little sister and when it comes time for her journey to meet her big sister, I will again be calling upon Pet Passages so she will go in dignity and be by our side always. RJ answered the phone right away on a Friday night, and then when I called back 15 minutes later, because I panicked and changed my mind about being able to keep my cat's body overnight, he met me so that I could drop him off. Our dog passed away unexpectedly last week. It was late and we didn’t know what to do. I found and called Pet Passages and am so happy we found them! The respect they showed our family, and our Minna, was incredible. They came to our house within the hour to pick her up. They were professional, courteous and genuinely sympathetic. They explained our options without pressuring or up-selling. We definitely weren’t dealing with a salesman trying to get as much money as he could. FINALLY a company that I feel that you can trust that you will get your pets ashes back without worrying that they are some other persons pet. I was a little hesitant as I drove down the road but once I got into the building I felt comforted. As soon as I got inside I saw the full respect for my pet. Over the years I have cremated all my pets. This was the first time I went into a place that was so clean and tastefully done. As soon as I walked through the doors, there was a elevated pedestal with a new purple blanket for me to leave my beloved pet on. It was on the weekend after hours but the man met me there with kindness. I can truly say Pet Passages of Largo is absolutely a total different experience of any others pet crematories I’ve dealt with over the many years- from respect of my animal, feeling of trust, fair pricing, and a clean beautiful respectful looking facility.I would 100% use Pet Passages as I did my research on other places and by my total experience, I could not find one questionable thing. I am writing this review because before selecting this place I read many reviews of other places and I think it’s important when others are looking to see how other people viewed a place and their experiences to see how things really are. Thank you Pet Passages of Largo for treating my pet and myself with dignity and having a inside facilitythat feels and looks classy(not the typical low end feel that I have felt from other places -were you said to yourself should I really leave my pet here?) We all love our pets while they’re alive but when they are deceased I am still very protective and only want the best for them.

Pet passages in Largo were so professional and caring when I called late at night regarding my dog had passed. They even offered to come into the office on a Sunday night at 9:30pm if I needed to come in. We decided to go in the next morning first thing. They were very respectful and comforting. This place is so wonderful. I had a tragic event happen where I lost my sweet Ivory. I didn't know where to take her and a friend of mine told me about Pet Passages.RJ was so wonderful! I had called ahead to see if I could bring her in. When I got there, there was a place for me to lay her and spend some as much time as I needed. There was a no rush, no inconvenience type atmosphere. When it was time, the paper work was quick and RJ made it very easy and he was very compassionate. The website was great seeing step by step what was going on. As well as all the great information on grieving for the loss of a pet.Getting her ashes returned was even more amazing. She was back home in 24hrs and the Paw print was just so perfect. I truly appreciate all Pet Passages did. It made a traumatic event that happen, find closure with her ashes so quick. I found Pet Passages on line after my son's dog died while he was visiting us. They were very kind and quick to respond. They came to the house, which was an hour drive for them, and picked her up for a minimal fee. She was returned in a velvet bag with a certificate and paw print. When the day comes and our sweet guy leaves us, I will definitely call them.

We are so thankful to Pet Passages and RJ, for making this easy and sure. One of the most important things to us was knowing for sure we were getting our dogs ashes. We were allowed to bring our dogs body in and see that she was the only one being cremated. It was only 2 hours and we had our little one’s cremated remains back with us in a beautiful little box that we picked. The immediacy was so wonderful.

My wife and I recently lost our cat Bella and we are new to the area so we had to rely on reviews to find a decent place to take Bella for cremation. We landed on this place and they were able to take care of our needs almost immediately. We brought Bella in and they had a very nice room to say our final goodbyes in. They were very nice and calm in taking care of us which was very helpful when it came to discussing what we wanted done for Bella. The prices were very reasonable and we were able to afford a nice package that we are very happy with. To our surprise they let us know up front that we could pay at the time of pickup if we needed time to come up with the money. It was a wonderful relief for us to now know that if we lose any of our other animals that we don’t have to scramble to have money ready immediately. I felt like they did care for us and really wanted to treat us well and that meant the world to us in our time of loss. I highly recommend this place they took great care of us and our Bella.

A week ago our senior cat princess had a stroke and we knew she had very little time left, after her passing yesterday I found Pet Passages of Largo. Being new to the area I was hoping it was a good company, I was very happy with their services. Not only were they very kind and compassionate people but they delivered her to our house when we couldn't come back and pick her up. Losing a pet is a very hard thing to go through and Pet Passages made it a little easier. Thank you.

Pet Passages came highly recommended by a good friend and I'm so happy I chose them! It was difficult to send my best friend of 11 years across her rainbow bridge. I had to make a tough emotional decision in a short amount of time they made it less stressful even though I wasn't able to use their full services (The Rainbow Room, etc.). RJ & Danielle were so helpful, kind, and caring. I love the remembrance package options provided and I recommend to anyone who's pet is transitioning. They can't take all the pain away but they help make it hurt less <3

What a fabulous company. Our beloved Fiona, who lived a long and wonderful life, passed away in the early morning hours on a Sunday. Bob from Pet Passages picked her up - with a very respectful and concerned manner. It was immensely helpful, as we didn't have the painful burden of taking her ourselves. I picked up her cremains 1 day later, and was so soothed at the various special touches , and special care, they took for our furry family member. I absolutely will recommend Pet Passages. They CARE!** Update. Our Cody, who was over 11 years old but was still a really happy-go-lucky, puppy-like fellow, passed away swiftly and suddenly, without any stress or discomfort, on 1/24. (His immense heart just gave out) RJ picked him up from our home with the utmost respect and care. Cody's cremains were ready for pick up just a day later. Pet Passages was there for me within minutes. I was in such a crazy sad state but as soon as they came to help me I felt such peace.They came over and handled my cat Lilly with such care. What can we say that hasn't already been said? After our dear Bella's passing the previous evening in our condo, we called and talked with RJ the next morning. He personally drove out within the hour and was so respectful and reverent in handling our girl. The deluxe cremation service with paw print was handled the same day which was unexpected and helped ease and let us move on from an already trying day. RJ was amazing. Everything about this place was as perfect as it could be. From the way he answered the phone when I called distraught over my animals passing to greeting me at the door until the very last moment of him handing me my pet back ; he was very nice, respectful, polite, patient, caring and compassionate towards me and my animal throughout the entire process. When our sweet Copper died at home suddenly and unexpectedly, I chose Pet Passages based on these reviews. While I was initially grateful with their compassion and that I was able to quickly meet them within the hour, the rest of my experience was traumatic. I was told that they would call me when she was ready to be picked up. When they called me, they told me that “he” was going to be cremated that afternoon and referred to her by the wrong name. After confirming that it was in fact my cat they were even referring to, I explained that I had an important family event the next morning and would pick her up the next afternoon. I was contacted again during my daughter’s baby shower. Not only did this cast a shadow a happy event, they again referred me to her by the wrong name. I would like to think this was a grievous error and that the remains I received are my Copper. However, these errors are inexcusable, unprofessional, was and continue to perpetuate the trauma of our loss.

After the dealt of my Raya, A long coat Chihuahua, I searched for a crematorium and found Pet Passages. I started calling places and many didn't answer the phone. It was then I received a call back from Pet Passages of a missed call. I was delighted to finally find a place. Pet Passages was understanding and helpful. I was allowed to say my good byes in my terms. It was hard for me to leave and went back inside 3 times. On final return, I went in and kissed her on the forehead. I received a call on Monday that her ashes were ready for pick up. I arrived at the office and was met at the door and welcomed in. Iwas very happy for the kind service I received and the reasonable amount paid for this cremation, I will recommend their services to any friend or family.

My sweet girl of 19 years passed in my arms, pet passages was able to accept her on the same day, and return her two days following. They have a welcoming memorial service room with calming music and a comfortable bed to rest your pet on, and a nice blanket to shroud them in. The packages they offer are reasonably priced and absolutely worth the cost. I've already reccomended this place to a couple of friends experiencing pet loss, and will continue to do so. My little kitty Whiskie girl left us recently for the rainbow bridge. The loss broke out heart tremendously and we are still mourning her loss with pain In our hearts. Wanting to keep her ashes by our side I contacted Pet Passages in Largo. RJ was extremely helpful and professional through the entire process. One is always concerned if they are getting back just the ashes of their loving pet but in the case of Pet Passages their process laid that concern to rest. I received a lovely pouch with her ashes, a condolence card and a charred numbered badge that corresponded with the cremation certificate they provided. We still have her little sister and when it comes time for her journey to meet her big sister, I will again be calling upon Pet Passages so she will go in dignity and be by our side always. I am so thankful for this place and highly recommend them. They are very compassionate and professional. RJ answered the phone right away on a Friday night, and then when I called back 15 minutes later, because I panicked and changed my mind about being able to keep my cat's body overnight, he met me so that I could drop him off. Their facility is very clean and I felt completely at ease leaving my pet with them. RJ really made the process easy and comfortable, and their prices are reasonable. Our dog passed away unexpectedly last week. It was late and we didn’t know what to do. I found and called Pet Passages and am so happy we found them! The respect they showed our family, and our Minna, was incredible. They came to our house within the hour to pick her up. They were professional, courteous and genuinely sympathetic. They explained our options without pressuring or up-selling. We definitely weren’t dealing with a salesman trying to get as much money as he could. FINALLY a company that I feel that you can trust that you will get your pets ashes back without worrying that they are some other persons pet. I was a little hesitant as I drove down the road but once I got into the building I felt comforted. As soon as I got inside I saw the full respect for my pet. Over the years I have cremated all my pets. This was the first time I went into a place that was so clean and tastefully done. As soon as I walked through the doors, there was a elevated pedestal with a new purple blanket for me to leave my beloved pet on. It was on the weekend after hours but the man met me there with kindness. Our beloved pet pig, Hammy, passed away unexpectedly. Pet Passages was available for a drop-off within one hour. She was ready for us to pick up and take home in less than 24 hours. I don’t know if that is commonplace, but I was grateful. They were very kind and the facility was very nice. Her box is lovely and they give you a condolence card with a heart containing wildflowers that you plant. The bag containing the ashes made me cry, but it was great.

I called Pet Passages late last year as we were planning to put our cat, Bugsy, down due to stage 4 kidney failure. I called late in the day and RJ answered immediately. He was extremely helpful and incredibly empathetic. He explained the process and told me he would be around at any given time of the day if I had anymore questions or was ready to start the process. I eventually arranged with RJ to drop our poor boy off after his euthanization to Pet Passages. RJ was there and came outside to assist me. The place was really nice, clean, well-decorated. I was highly impressed. After paperwork was signed and RJ helped me pick up the stones for Bugsy's paw print, he let me take as much time as needed with my boy before I left.I can't say enough wonderful things about Pet Passages. This should be the ONLY place you choose when cremating your furry loved one. Very affordable but most importantly, they are the best at what they do. I truly believe that. Thank you, RJ for making the passing of Bugsy just a little bit more bearable.

I'm located in California and received a call that our sons dog was killed in a dog attack in St Petersburg. I Googled and found Pet Passages. After calling Pet Passages, they immediately went and retrieved the dog within 30 minutes as our son was distraught. We were able to pick out the box and extras and pay online all within 24 hours. Our son was able to retrieve the ashes within 48 hours. I can't say enough about Pet Passages. They came through during a tough time. They were understanding, compassionate, professional, and very accommodating during this crisis. I would definitely recommend Pet Passages to anyone who unfortunately loses a pet.

Thank you RJ and the staff we did not get to meet for being so kind during a devastating time for myself and my family. We lost our kitty Xenu suddenly and unexpectedly Monday night. Having never lost a pet at home and it being so late I was in a panic and unsure what I needed to do, RJ assured me he would come straight to me first thing in the morning, he even offered to come at the time I called which I think was close to 11pm. Maybe even later. He showed up as promised in the morning which I am grateful for since it gave me a bit more time to say goodbye, this cat and I had a very close friendship and special bond so this has really hit me hard.The prices were incredibly reasonable considering everything offered, I did not want to have Xenu in a mass cremation so I felt better knowing Pet Passages would take care of him in a dignified way. He was returned home the following day, I didn't even have to leave my house. The wooden urn, paw print/impression, poem/card and the fur keepsake really helped in comforting my 8 year old daughter today. Even though we lost a very important family member I feel like you helped make the situation just a little more bearable. Hopefully we don't have to meet again any time soon, but when the time comes for my pup I will absolutely come back.

We lost our little yorkie Bitzy a few days ago, early Sunday morning. Since it was a Sunday I knew my vet office would not be available. . I starting googling places for pet cremation very early Sunday morning. I came across a few on my area and stated reading their reviews. I choose Pet Passages after reading their 5 star reviews!I contacted the owner RJ Sunday morning. He was kind and compassionate on the phone. He met our family there within an hour.We were SO impressed the minute we walked in the door. He lead us into a Private tranquil room with candles and waterfalls on the wall. Lovely furniture to sit and spend as much time your pet as you needed. The decor was just so beautiful!! So peaceful. 😇He told us to take our time alone with Bitzy to say our goodbyes and take as much time as we needed.Afterwards he met with us in another room which was also tranquil and decorated beautifully. He went over their service and different packages they offer.He was not a pushy salesman at all. Their cost and packages were SO reasonable!! More than 50 % than I paid for my other fur baby a few years ago through our vet.You’re also welcome to even see the entire facility if you choose to.I wish RJ and Pet Passages all the best and hope that they can give peoples fur kids the best final place for their pets. I would highly recommend them to everyone!By the way We brought Bitzy’s ashes home today 48 hours after we met with RJ. The deluxe cremation service with paw print was handled the same day which was unexpected and helped ease and let us move on from an already trying day. The facilities are also first class and very comforting for those needing them. Pricing is also very fair especially compared to up north. Thanks again RJ and Pet Passages.

A year and a half ago I had to say goodbye to my beloved chihuahua mix, and I can't say enough wonderful things about Pet Passages. The level of compassionate service was unparalleled and so comforting during a very painful time. I had my girl back home within just a couple days of her passing. RJ was amazing. Everything about this place was as perfect as it could be. From the way he answered the phone when I called distraught over my animals passing to greeting me at the door until the very last moment of him handing me my pet back ; he was very nice, respectful, polite, patient, caring and compassionate towards me and my animal throughout the entire process. He made sure I felt as comfortable as possible, he explained everything and made sure I was okay with the whole process. When our sweet Copper died at home suddenly and unexpectedly, I chose Pet Passages based on these reviews. While I was initially grateful with their compassion and that I was able to quickly meet them within the hour, the rest of my experience was traumatic. I was told that they would call me when she was ready to be picked up. When they called me, they told me that “he” was going to be cremated that afternoon and referred to her by the wrong name. After confirming that it was in fact my cat they were even referring to, I explained that I had an important family event the next morning and would pick her up the next afternoon. I was contacted again during my daughter’s baby shower. Not only did this cast a shadow a happy event, they again referred me to her by the wrong name. I would like to think this was a grievous error and that the remains I received are my Copper. However, these errors are inexcusable, unprofessional, was and continue to perpetuate the trauma of our loss.

After the dealt of my Raya, A long coat Chihuahua, I searched for a crematorium and found Pet Passages. I started calling places and many didn't answer the phone. It was then I received a call back from Pet Passages of a missed call. I was delighted to finally find a place. Pet Passages was understanding and helpful. I was allowed to say my good byes in my terms. It was hard for me to leave and went back inside 3 times. On final return, I went in and kissed her on the forehead. I received a call on Monday that her ashes were ready for pick up. I arrived at the office and was met at the door and welcomed in. Iwas very happy for the kind service I received and the reasonable amount paid for this cremation, I will recommend their services to any friend or family.

It is still very hard to talk about. But my dog Harley of 11 years was very ill and set to be euthanized at 9am on Saturday, but sadly on Friday night he passed laying next to me at 3:30 in the morning. I wasn't sure what to do so I went online and found Pet Passages. I called when I gathered myself about 4:30 in morning and they immediately answered. They were so kind and sympathetic. The gentleman I spoke with was so understanding when I could barely get my words out. But he put me at ease that they would take care of everything. Not sure if it was the same person but he arrived as promised at 830am. He walked us through the process of what to expect. When we went to pick up Harley's ashes, they had his remains in a very pretty box. The young lady there was also so kind. She handed me a little heartshaped box. She said, I thought youd like this. It was a little snippet of his hair for me to have. He was a dalmatian so she was sure to put in his white hair and black hair from his spots. Of course that made me cry, but more because that meant so much. Anyway, the whole experience was amazing . Hopefully its many years from now, but when its time for my other fur baby to go to the rainbow bridge. I know who I'm calling. Thank you Pet Passages for helping us through that tough loss.

Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Pet Passages and RJ. The day my mastiff Kevin passed away was one of the hardest days of my life. The second RJ answered the phone (20 minutes before they opened by the way) he conveyed such empathy and understanding. When my wife and I brought Kevin in, RJ was a consummate professional. He gave us multiple opportunities to spend time alone with our boy, and I really can’t thank him enough for that. It was a difficult and emotional week. I searched all of Tampa Bay for a business that I felt like I could trust with the last thing that I was going to do for my yellow lab of 15 years, Boozer. I live about 45 minute drive (in New Port Richey) from Pet Passages location. There where closer locations that offered similar services, but I am glad that I chose to make the drive and entrust this most difficult week with Pet Passages. They where nothing but compassionate, thoughtful, and professional. And I didn't feel for a second that they where trying to take advantage of me during an emotional time, and most importantly they where respectful of the body of what I very much viewed as a family member. From my limited research on this, I sort of got the feeling that the pet cremation industry is not all that well regulated, so I needed to feel confident that the body of my dear pet was being turned over to a business and individual(s) that take their very important responsibility at the end of a pets life to treat it with dignity and respect. I feel confident that Pet Passages was the correct choice for me, and I would have driven 2 hours if I had to do it again. I don't write many Google reviews, but I felt it important to do so for this business.

Our beloved pet pig, Hammy, passed away unexpectedly. Pet Passages was available for a drop-off within one hour. She was ready for us to pick up and take home in less than 24 hours. I don’t know if that is commonplace, but I was grateful. They were very kind and the facility was very nice. Her box is lovely and they give you a condolence card with a heart containing wildflowers that you plant. The bag containing the ashes made me cry, but it was great.

I called Pet Passages late last year as we were planning to put our cat, Bugsy, down due to stage 4 kidney failure. I called late in the day and RJ answered immediately. He was extremely helpful and incredibly empathetic. He explained the process and told me he would be around at any given time of the day if I had anymore questions or was ready to start the process. I eventually arranged with RJ to drop our poor boy off after his euthanization to Pet Passages. RJ was there and came outside to assist me. The place was really nice, clean, well-decorated. I was highly impressed. After paperwork was signed and RJ helped me pick up the stones for Bugsy's paw print, he let me take as much time as needed with my boy before I left.I can't say enough wonderful things about Pet Passages. This should be the ONLY place you choose when cremating your furry loved one. Very affordable but most importantly, they are the best at what they do. I truly believe that. Thank you, RJ for making the passing of Bugsy just a little bit more bearable.

I'm located in California and received a call that our sons dog was killed in a dog attack in St Petersburg. I Googled and found Pet Passages. After calling Pet Passages, they immediately went and retrieved the dog within 30 minutes as our son was distraught. We were able to pick out the box and extras and pay online all within 24 hours. Our son was able to retrieve the ashes within 48 hours. I can't say enough about Pet Passages. They came through during a tough time. They were understanding, compassionate, professional, and very accommodating during this crisis. I would definitely recommend Pet Passages to anyone who unfortunately loses a pet.

Thank you RJ and the staff we did not get to meet for being so kind during a devastating time for myself and my family. We lost our kitty Xenu suddenly and unexpectedly Monday night. Having never lost a pet at home and it being so late I was in a panic and unsure what I needed to do, RJ assured me he would come straight to me first thing in the morning, he even offered to come at the time I called which I think was close to 11pm. Maybe even later. He showed up as promised in the morning which I am grateful for since it gave me a bit more time to say goodbye, this cat and I had a very close friendship and special bond so this has really hit me hard.The prices were incredibly reasonable considering everything offered, I did not want to have Xenu in a mass cremation so I felt better knowing Pet Passages would take care of him in a dignified way. He was returned home the following day, I didn't even have to leave my house. The wooden urn, paw print/impression, poem/card and the fur keepsake really helped in comforting my 8 year old daughter today. Even though we lost a very important family member I feel like you helped make the situation just a little more bearable. Hopefully we don't have to meet again any time soon, but when the time comes for my pup I will absolutely come back.

We lost our little yorkie Bitzy a few days ago, early Sunday morning. Since it was a Sunday I knew my vet office would not be available. . I starting googling places for pet cremation very early Sunday morning. I came across a few on my area and stated reading their reviews. I choose Pet Passages after reading their 5 star reviews!I contacted the owner RJ Sunday morning. He was kind and compassionate on the phone. He met our family there within an hour.We were SO impressed the minute we walked in the door. He lead us into a Private tranquil room with candles and waterfalls on the wall. Lovely furniture to sit and spend as much time your pet as you needed. The decor was just so beautiful!! So peaceful. 😇He told us to take our time alone with Bitzy to say our goodbyes and take as much time as we needed.Afterwards he met with us in another room which was also tranquil and decorated beautifully. He went over their service and different packages they offer.He was not a pushy salesman at all. Their cost and packages were SO reasonable!! More than 50 % than I paid for my other fur baby a few years ago through our vet.You’re also welcome to even see the entire facility if you choose to.I wish RJ and Pet Passages all the best and hope that they can give peoples fur kids the best final place for their pets. I would highly recommend them to everyone!By the way We brought Bitzy’s ashes home today 48 hours after we met with RJ. Finding Pet Passages, Largo was a godsend. As a family with multiple pets the thoughts about how we will handle their afterlife was always in our minds. We knew we wanted cremation as to have them all together forever. While looking at the options in Pinellas County it was obvious there was a wide range of services and prices. After dealing with RJ for our first pets cremation 7 months ago we knew we found our place. So professional, caring, and the viewing room is just what a grieving family needs. When our dear Pheobe became ill this past week I called RJ looking for recommendations on where to have her euthanized and RJ gave us the name of a great place. We had our dear girl put to sleep yesterday and the owner met us after hours to take care of our girl. He allowed us to bring her in and spend time with her. The staff is great from the owners down. RJ and Danielle are Angels placed on earth to help you thru the loss of your furry friend..After our Jackson was helped over the rainbow bridge by hospice, they were there to pick him up in his bed. He was returned to me after the weekend in a beautiful blue bag and wooden box.The name tag was on the front of the box and I asked could it be moved to the top. RJ was concerned that it might not stick so he replaced the box and name tag and made yet another trip to our house to deliver it. So above and beyond...I highly recommend these people. We fortunately stumbled across Pet Passages and couldn’t have had a better experience, considering the circumstances. Everything from start to finish was top notch. My spunky, loving, 25 year old feline, Princess, passed away at home. I had no idea I could not bury her at my home, but was enlightened quickly by my housing community. I was already a mess and having to find an accommodation such as this last minute was very difficult; however, once found, everything starting going smoothly. I'm dealing with cancer and am not very steady, but he quickly came to the car to assist with carrying. Although the building exterior was low key, it was well done. The interior was very professional, yet welcoming and calming. My stressful and unhappy situation became much less stressful because everything became more dignified and caring and as calm as possible. I'm very thankful to the gentleman that helped us, he was professional, kind and caring, and I'm grateful that a service such as this is available.

My son recently lost his best bud of 14 years young a beautiful soul named Tuxedo he left us suddenly after a short period of an inoperable brain tumor God took him quickly as so he and us would not see him experience the worst. In the wee hours of the morning we called RJ of Pet Passages and he was just so heartful and movingly loving he explained the process of their services . we had RJ pick Tuxedo up that morning which was just so hard for us to experience this my son was and still is HEARTBROKE so deeply, Pet Passages processed Tux with so much Dignity for him heart and soul as well as expedience service to get him back to us within a two day window RJ dropped him home where he belongs again. The services we would definitely rate excellent they care for the soul as well as the family and they are just so heartfelt loving to help you through the process in so many ways. Our big guy declined rapidly, and together with Rainbow Veterinary Hospice, Pet Passages of Largo made a very difficult and sad Saturday more bearable. I cannot praise their “bedside manner” enough and they even delivered our dog’s ashes to our house as a favor. They are great people and we’ll definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

We had to say goodbye to our baby girl Chi very suddenly. Pet passages came and got her very quickly. Covered her in a purple blanket which happened to be my favorite color. I had to put my fur baby Cobia down due to old age and heart failure. The staff couldn’t have been better! They really let me take my time with my baby. They explained everything every step of the way. They really went above and beyond. That was one of the most difficult things I have had to do. However, even with all the crying and sadness, I felt like I was not alone. The staff seemed to understand how hard it was for me. I love how sweet everyone was!! THANK YOU GUYS SO VERY MUCH!!

We are so thankful that we found Pet Passages Dignified Pet Cremation in Largo during the loss of our beloved Bodhi. As we were sitting in the vets office waiting for test results concerning our fur-baby, three men were carrying out numerous bags of deceased pets and just piled them on to the back of a pickup truck. It was almost traumatizing to see something like that, but we realized in that moment that our precious Bodhi was not going through such a heartless process. So we got on the internet and started researching Pet cremation services and found Pet Passages. We watched their videos, then called and spoke to RJ, who was very cordial and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Pet Passages was the perfect setting to love on our Bodhi one last time before cremation. This was a very difficult time for us, and Pet Passages in their dignified level of services helped us through it. Thank you Pet Passages, we wish you the greatest success as every pet deserves to leave this world in a dignified manner.

When I woke and found out my sweet Mango boy had passed overnight I was devastated. It was 7am on a Sunday and I had no idea what to do next. We called around and left many messages. Pet Passages largo was the first to call us back and even offered to open the office on their day off and meet us within the hr. You guys made the whole process so much easier for my family. And I have no doubt that my sweet boy was treated with the upmost dignity from the time we dropped him off until the day we brought him back home. First of all, I rarely leave reviews for anything. This place is worthy of 5 stars, and I hope people consider their services. We had to put down our cat of almost 17 yrs "Musha" and it was devastating, of course. I called RJ and he helped me make decisions that made this process as easy as it could be. He was not only compassionate, but he was also very professional, friendly and empathetic. Thank you for being there in a difficult time.

I would highly recommend this location and staff. I lost a part of my heart when my 17 year old kitty passed away. RJ was so kind and compassionate and I had a great piece of mind knowing they treated my princess Jazzy with dignity and respect. They had her returned to me in a beautiful urn the next day! The website is easy to navigate and prices are budget friendly. We will use again (but hopefully not for a long time.)

Finding Pet Passages, Largo was a godsend. As a family with multiple pets the thoughts about how we will handle their afterlife was always in our minds. We knew we wanted cremation as to have them all together forever. While looking at the options in Pinellas County it was obvious there was a wide range of services and prices. After dealing with RJ for our first pets cremation 7 months ago we knew we found our place. So professional, caring, and the viewing room is just what a grieving family needs. When our dear Pheobe became ill this past week I called RJ looking for recommendations on where to have her euthanized and RJ gave us the name of a great place. We had our dear girl put to sleep yesterday and the owner met us after hours to take care of our girl. He allowed us to bring her in and spend time with her. The staff is great from the owners down. Thanks for all you do and please, if anyone needs this service look no place else.

RJ and Danielle are Angels placed on earth to help you thru the loss of your furry friend..After our Jackson was helped over the rainbow bridge by hospice, they were there to pick him up in his bed. He was returned to me after the weekend in a beautiful blue bag and wooden box.The name tag was on the front of the box and I asked could it be moved to the top. RJ was concerned that it might not stick so he replaced the box and name tag and made yet another trip to our house to deliver it. So above and beyond...I highly recommend these people. They will treat you and your baby with dignity, respect and true caring.. Thank you for the service you provide and the love you put in it.

I can’t begin to properly express my deep gratitude for the caring service I received recently from Pet Passages, Largo, FL.Since moving to Florida in 2015, our family has very unfortunately experienced the loss of 3 elderly pets and prior to this experience, we had not had the outcome any loving pet owner would choose for their beloved pets final goodbye. We fortunately stumbled across Pet Passages and couldn’t have had a better experience, considering the circumstances. Everything from start to finish was top notch. The facility is state of the art, very accommodating and prepared for whatever the family would like to plan. This place is a godsend for us. It is evident that the owners are in the business to provide a service to other pet owners at a very painful time and to provide a full spectrum service at an unbelievably reasonable cost. They are the real deal folks. Make the call. My spunky, loving, 25 year old feline, Princess, passed away at home. I had no idea I could not bury her at my home, but was enlightened quickly by my housing community. I was already a mess and having to find an accommodation such as this last minute was very difficult; however, once found, everything starting going smoothly. I'm dealing with cancer and am not very steady, but he quickly came to the car to assist with carrying. Although the building exterior was low key, it was well done. The interior was very professional, yet welcoming and calming. My stressful and unhappy situation became much less stressful because everything became more dignified and caring and as calm as possible. I'm very thankful to the gentleman that helped us, he was professional, kind and caring, and I'm grateful that a service such as this is available.

I was very pleased with the services Pet Passenges provided. I contacted them thru their website. I filled out the pre arrangement form, knowing the time was near for our Flower. I was SURPRISED to hear from Pet Passenges the next day to follow up. RJ was very kind and listened about my concerns for our 20 year old chihauahua. Unfortunately the same week Flower crossed over the Rainbow bridge. RJ communicated with us the whole way time Flower was in their custody. My son recently lost his best bud of 14 years young a beautiful soul named Tuxedo he left us suddenly after a short period of an inoperable brain tumor God took him quickly as so he and us would not see him experience the worst. In the wee hours of the morning we called RJ of Pet Passages and he was just so heartful and movingly loving he explained the process of their services . we had RJ pick Tuxedo up that morning which was just so hard for us to experience this my son was and still is HEARTBROKE so deeply, Pet Passages processed Tux with so much Dignity for him heart and soul as well as expedience service to get him back to us within a two day window RJ dropped him home where he belongs again. The services we would definitely rate excellent they care for the soul as well as the family and they are just so heartfelt loving to help you through the process in so many ways. Our big guy declined rapidly, and together with Rainbow Veterinary Hospice, Pet Passages of Largo made a very difficult and sad Saturday more bearable. I cannot praise their “bedside manner” enough and they even delivered our dog’s ashes to our house as a favor. They are great people and we’ll definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend.

We had to say goodbye to our baby girl Chi very suddenly. Pet passages came and got her very quickly. Covered her in a purple blanket which happened to be my favorite color. We had her back the next day,with nice keepsakes and wooden urn. They were amazing during one of the saddest days of my life.
