I used Faithful Companion for cremation services for my pet Pomeranian when she passed unexpectedly on Labor Day this year. I called several places that day and they were closed due to the holiday. When I called Faithful Companion, thankfully they were open. I found them to be very friendly, supportive and empathetic of what I was going through with this sudden loss. I decided to drive my little Sasha myself to their office. When I arrived the staff came outside to help me take her out of the car and bring her inside. They provided a (cardboard) casket for her. I was able to decorate her casket and spend as much time as I wanted with her. Sasha’s remains were ready for pick up within just a couple days max. Overall, they were very compassionate with our loss. I have recommended this business to several people who have had pet losses since I’ve used them.

Your genuine love for pets and conversations we shared helped us during a very emotional time. I am so grateful for everything you did to get XU back home within hours of leaving her in your care. Sadly last Tuesday I found myself having to put my best friend down, I am still very devastated. I just brought him home today from my vet office and seeing the care in the packaging alone made me very happy!!!

What I was sure was going to be a day I would not survive, turned out to be a precious memory that I will hold close to my heart forever. Saying goodbye is never easy, but when that time came for my Rosie, I was comforted in knowing that she was going to be taken care of with the respect she deserved. From the initial phone call the day before, being walked through every step, to the actual experience of letting her go where I was accompanied by a Faithful Companion representative the entire time, I felt genuine compassion. As she was laid in her personalized casket, she seemed so peaceful wrapped in her favorite blanket lying on her favorite pillow.When Rosie was personally delivered back home I was beside myself when I saw the beautiful memorial items. They were carefully thought out and professionally presented. I cannot thank Faithful Companion enough for taking one of the toughest days ever and creating a beautiful and honorable memory of my best friend.

We had a great experience with Faithful Companion. I called about my pet passing and needing picked up for cremation, and they were at my house within 20 minutes. They are all very nice and very respectful of you and your beloved pet. Also, I had the remains back the very next afternoon. I definitely recommend their services.

Let’s be honest, nobody ever wants to have to make this call. From the second Kayla answered, her warm, compassionate, and caring tone put me at ease. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I also had many questions along the way and Miguel and Sheila were just was wonderful to deal with. We hope to never have to come here again, but owning multiple dogs it is very comforting to know that this place will be there when the time comes. Highly recommend for anyone having to go through the agony of losing a family member (pet). Thank you for being to compassionate and caring at a terrible time in our lives.

I had the worst experience with a pet cremation service located in Ybor City when a previous dog passed and I was adamant with Lap of Love that I did not want to use them again. They suggested Faithful Companion's and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Shirley, Reggie, Miguel and Mark were all so kind. Reggie arrived early and patiently waited in his car while my vet and I discussed my dog's condition and whether that day was the right day to cross the rainbow bridge. Sadly, it was, and I was given alone time with Tater to say my final goodbye. Tater was gently placed in his box and it was offered that I could include toys, etc. to go with him on his journey. Once in the car, Reggie offered me a sharpie to write a message on the box if I wanted (I did). Incredibly, Tater was delivered back to me the following afternoon. Mark noticed a typo on his wooden urn/box and a corrected one was delivered an hour later by Miguel with their sincerest apologies (I live in S. Tampa and they are located in W Largo). I ordered a couple of keepsakes and since I had an appt in Largo, I opted to pick them up myself. I was greeted by Shirley and a hug, as we had spoken on the phone several times (OMG is she such a kind and empathetic person), and she gave me a tour of the facility. I opted for a private cremation and feel the price was reasonable, especially with the door-to-door service I received. They have a very pleasant viewing room for those who would like to be present for the cremation and the office space was clean and professional. The loss of a pet is heart wrenching and the kindness and empathy shown by the staff at Faithful Companion's made a horrible situation bearable. Thank you to all!!

They did an amazing job with our baby. Even delivered him to our home the next morning. The delivery man was very kind and even brought a random package from our driveway up to us.

This group of people were meant to do this job – the level of care and compassion that they give to such a sensitive situation was beyond my expectations. I felt as though my beautiful baby boy Bailey was their only priority. Thank you so much to everyone on the staff at Faithful Companion – you all made this difficult time that much more bearable.
