These guys were the best! On our first visit they were professional, accommodating and showed compassion for Gunner when he came in for surgery. They Did everything right away and had us out in no time. It was definitely the cleanest vets office I’ve ever been in as well. 10/10 would recommend. I highly recommend BetterVet Palm Beach! From scheduling to follow up, the entire team was amazing and caring! Good and useful service. Understanding of our dog's particular temperament and inability to get into a car (or be lifted) we had to have someone come to us. Very kind veterinarian and assistant. This was just for a stubborn ear infection, so they provided the appropriate treatment. They were communicative and on time for our meeting giving us about a 1.5 hour window when they would be coming. The price wasn't really much more than you would pay at a normal vet visit.

I have no hesitation in recommending this service should you need a home visit from a vet. My female dog had injured her left rear leg; and, with her weighing 60 lbs., I could not carry her and I did not want to try and take her to my usual vet possibly causing further injury. The vet and his assistant were very professional, courteous, and informative. I definitely plan to use them again.

I couldn’t have been happier. My dog is high anxiety with the vet. They listened to all of my comments about how my dog is and what he does and doesn’t like . My dog is a rescue and was badly abused. They were amazing. My dog was happy i was happy best half hour ever! Worth every penny. Highly recommended and I will be using them again !

Dr. Palmeri and Monica are awesome! My cat Missy is a rescue and is extremely sweet but also extremely skittish; she may be the only cat who is afraid of empty boxes! Taking her out of our home would be incredibly traumatic for her, so the best option for her is to have a mobile veterinarian come to visit her at home. I followed the directive to have her out of the bedroom (door closed) prior to their visit. I was pleasantly surprised by Monica's phone call letting me know they were here so they wouldn't have to ring the doorbell. Dr. Palmeri is a wonderful veterinarian; thorough, kind, friendly and patient as well as Monica who came with him. Missy wasn't thrilled about any of this, and yelled at me after they left before running under the bed until she was absolutely sure they were gone and we were alone. Dr. Palmeri said she's in great health but needs to lose some weight so we're working on that. She got her vaccine and even tolerated having her nails clipped without a peep. She screams like a baby every time I do it! I highly recommend Better Vet and Dr. Palmeri. It was as great an experience as it could possibly have been. I'm grateful and relieved for Dr. Palmeri, Monica and Better Vet!!! Thank you so much from me and from Missy!

Dr Palmeri and his nurse were friendly, listened to my concerns, made positive suggestions.They were friendly and gentle with my dog.My dog was much more calm having them come to the home vs going to the office.I will use Bettervet again and recommend them.

Dr Caraballo and her vet assistant were amazing. Our cat was diagnosed with diabetes and our local vet was not able to help us with all of our questions and assistance with giving him his injections or testing his blood sugar. Dr Caraballo spent quite a long time here until we were comfortable with her assistance and plethora of information. I highly recommend this service. The cost of service was comparable to that of a regular vet office without the stress of taking the cat out.

I was a little leary at first, because it was all online, BUT, I am so so so HAPPY I took the chance! #DR&MRSPALMIERI are the BEST! There is a fee for them to come to your house, but it is well worth it as opposed to trying to load animals in your car. Will stay with them as long as they are available! Our first experience with BetterVet. Our big old dog always disliked the vets office and now rides in the car are more uncomfortable than fun for him. Dr Palmeri and his wife and vet tech Monica gave Lucky a thorough exam, clipped nails and filled two subscriptions for him. Other than the nail clip Lucky thought they were just some friendly visitors. Of note, the Palmeris had a practice in NY for 30 years before coming here to Fl so they’re very experienced which was one of my concerns about working through the app but as long as I can still get them I’ll happily continue using the BetterVet app!

I am highly impressed with BetterVet. I have a semi-feral cat that I have been taking care of for a few years but am not able to pick up so taking him to an animal hospital is not an option. Unfortunately, he has lost a lot of weight and has become weak. Luckily through a Google search I found BetterVet and made an appointment through their mobile app for a vet to come to my home. The app provided a questionnaire to help the visiting veterinarian understand any concerns prior to the visit. Dr. Palmeri and Monica were so gentle during his wellness check, and my cat felt comfortable too. My cats blood test results were available the next day and Dr. Palmeri quickly sent the results helpful information along with steps I can take to help him recover. Now that I've found BetterVet and Dr. Palmeri, my cats will definitely become patients seeing that I have two more cats that become anxious and know where they are headed as soon as I take out their carrier.

If I could give Dr. Steve and his staff more than five stars I would. I recommend them to all my friends and co-workers looking for veterinary care. The fact they come to you is such a wonderful service for ailing or older pets, animals that don't do well in the car, or even when you have trouble getting in to the office yourself. Dr. Steve is kind and patient and Chris is wonderful with my pets. My dogs are much happier in their own home than in an office and I don't worry about them getting sick from other animals.

When I say first impressions are a huge deal to me I'm not exaggerating.in the least! From a referral from a friend, I phoned All About Town and spoke to Nicole. From the get go you can tell she cares! She called back when she said she would, she even followed up with a text when I didn't answer my phone. And Dr. Steve is equally caring, professional but not insensitive! He takes his time, gives you options and truly cares about our furry friends as well as us. His assistants as well are amazing. He has a PHENOMENAL team! I HIGHLY recommend All About Town. It's worth the little extra to have Dr. Steve come to.your home.

I took my Chihuahua, Roxy in to have a tooth extracted that was infected. I was referred to Dr. Steve from a neighbor and I thank him tremendously. Dr. Steve and his Assistant Chris took in Roxy and were so caring and sweet with her. I had just met the two gentlemen and felt so comfortable and trusting with my pet. Claudia his secretary called me the following day to ask me if everything was okay with Roxy and if I had any issues tom please feel free to call Dr. Steve...I highly recommend the vet to anyone who would ask.

I have had nothing but problems from the day the practice switched to BetterVet. Making the appointment online was impossible. I tried multiple times over a period of a few days until I gave up and called.I referred a friends to Dr. Steve prior to knowing about the change to BetterVet. Unfortunately, she has also had nothing but problems too. She's been charged for a medication she never received and has spent the past 4 months trying to get the money back. She has called more than 5 times and even went to the office a few weeks ago regarding the refund and still hasn't received it. Also, she made multiple attempts to get the blood results for her dog. That took several weeks before she received a response.One of my dogs was there 3 weeks go and the blood work came back immediately but some levels were out of range. I have now called BetterVet 3 times requesting information on what the numbers mean. Still nothing.I have loved having Dr. Steve and Chris caring for my 2 dogs but feel dealing with BetterVet's isn't worth the trouble. Time to find a new vet.

I am so pleased with finding this entire group and Dr Steve. Everybody is very helpful from the calls that we need to make to the assistance that the doctors bring with them to the house. All of my animals are extremely anxious by having to go to any vet. I also have one large dog that is old and it's hard to get him to the vet. Having the doctors come to my house is so much easier and they really know their stuff. They really helped with all of my dog's various conditions. I have started referring all of my friends in the area to use this group. I usually don't write reviews but I want to give them kudos.

Dr. Steve and Chris came to my home at our appointment time. I wanted them to look at my cat Hogan. Was thrillled to find a vet that would make a house call. Dr. Steve was thorough, very nice, and obviously loves animals. Having the vet come here was much less stressful than forcing Hogan into a carrier and the car.

So let me tell you guys! If you live in the South Florida area, I can't stress using this vet for your fur babies enough! Our poor Symba (our ragdoll kitty) has an emergency urinary infection. He is bleeding from his genitals and may have a blockage or obstruction. Claudia, Dr Steve's assistant has been texting with me for a few hours now and I received a late night call from Dr Steve himself. We determined exactly what needs to be done and they've given me excellent direction. Their care and authenticity is undeniable. They've taken care of our doggies before in another dire emergency situation on the spot in our home. I'm so grateful for them and the comfort they bring to such stressful situations. It breaks our heart when our babies are hurting and they surely take away that panic. Such amazing care and knowledge! I can't rave about them enough!

I've spent 3600 on my mini doxie since last June. My only dislike is even when something is minor it still winds up costing at least $350. My dog hasn't responded to medication ,an ear infection in over 2 months,now I'm trying an ointment. The Dr and his asst are very nice but I feel it's all about the Benjamin's. My neighbor has recommended a vet very close, if this doesn't work I'll have to take her there. I've spent more on her than my 5 dogs before her put together in a year. She never goes anywhere, she's not an "outside dog " i am sad to feel this way but........

I brought my dog in for an allergic reaction she was having as this was her normal vet. After two separate visits (and numerous injections and medications), she was getting significantly worse. She was having diarrhea with blood and was vomiting and the medication we were given was causing extreme lethargy. I was told by this office that she had a stomach bug and I needed to let it pass. I trusted that the vet would know what was best for my dog. I called every day (twice a day usually) to update the vet on her status and I said she was not improving whatsoever. After 4 days of her being horribly ill, I called and left a message here during regular business hours on a Friday (around 9:30 a.m.). I was not called back for 4 hours! When I received their voicemail message after they had finally called, I was told they had been really busy and had not had time to check their messages (for 4 hours!). By the time they actually called me back, I had brought her to a new vet (who said it sounded like an emergency) and she was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis. I believe her pancreatitis wouldn't have gotten so bad if Dr. Steve would have seen her when I had been calling every day. The new vet said she was in a critical condition when I brought her in. Although I was able to find a new incredible vet, my dog passed away due to the severity of the pancreatitis (which could have been much less severe if it had been taken more seriously by this vet). I never heard from Dr. Steve or his office again.

They were great at first. Recently I left 2 messages (during business hours), my dog needed help. They NEVER called back. My beloved dog DIED. Could it have been prevented? I don't know but at least a return call would have been helpful. I am very sad and disappointed. Try a vet that will at least return your calls, especially when you call during business hours!!!

I have had nothing but problems from the day the practice switched to BetterVet. Making the appointment online was impossible. I tried multiple times over a period of a few days until I gave up and called.I referred a friends to Dr. Steve prior to knowing about the change to BetterVet. Unfortunately, she has also had nothing but problems too. She's been charged for a medication she never received and has spent the past 4 months trying to get the money back. She has called more than 5 times and even went to the office a few weeks ago regarding the refund and still hasn't received it. Also, she made multiple attempts to get the blood results for her dog. That took several weeks before she received a response.One of my dogs was there 3 weeks go and the blood work came back immediately but some levels were out of range. I have now called BetterVet 3 times requesting information on what the numbers mean. Still nothing.I have loved having Dr. Steve and Chris caring for my 2 dogs but feel dealing with BetterVet's isn't worth the trouble. Time to find a new vet.

Dr. Steve, Claudia and staff are wonderful! I will never bring my dogs to a traditional veterinarian again. Almost everything your pet needs can be done in home with Dr. Steve treating your pet. Most convenient, especially for us working people. Try him and you will never use anyone else.

I am so pleased with finding this entire group and Dr Steve. Everybody is very helpful from the calls that we need to make to the assistance that the doctors bring with them to the house. All of my animals are extremely anxious by having to go to any vet. I also have one large dog that is old and it's hard to get him to the vet. Having the doctors come to my house is so much easier and they really know their stuff. They really helped with all of my dog's various conditions. I have started referring all of my friends in the area to use this group. I usually don't write reviews but I want to give them kudos.

Dr. Steve and Chris came to my home at our appointment time. I wanted them to look at my cat Hogan. Was thrillled to find a vet that would make a house call. Dr. Steve was thorough, very nice, and obviously loves animals. Having the vet come here was much less stressful than forcing Hogan into a carrier and the car.

Dr. Steve and staff are beyond phenomenal. I unfortunately had two of my girlfriends kittens pass away. Dr. Steve and his staff were more than great and sympathetic. They disposed of their remains and even went the extra mile to send a heart warming card a few days later. A++++++ SERVICE

So let me tell you guys! If you live in the South Florida area, I can't stress using this vet for your fur babies enough! Our poor Symba (our ragdoll kitty) has an emergency urinary infection. He is bleeding from his genitals and may have a blockage or obstruction. Claudia, Dr Steve's assistant has been texting with me for a few hours now and I received a late night call from Dr Steve himself. We determined exactly what needs to be done and they've given me excellent direction. Their care and authenticity is undeniable. They've taken care of our doggies before in another dire emergency situation on the spot in our home. I'm so grateful for them and the comfort they bring to such stressful situations. It breaks our heart when our babies are hurting and they surely take away that panic. Such amazing care and knowledge! I can't rave about them enough!

I've spent 3600 on my mini doxie since last June. My only dislike is even when something is minor it still winds up costing at least $350. My dog hasn't responded to medication ,an ear infection in over 2 months,now I'm trying an ointment. The Dr and his asst are very nice but I feel it's all about the Benjamin's. My neighbor has recommended a vet very close, if this doesn't work I'll have to take her there. I've spent more on her than my 5 dogs before her put together in a year. She never goes anywhere, she's not an "outside dog " i am sad to feel this way but........

I brought my dog in for an allergic reaction she was having as this was her normal vet. After two separate visits (and numerous injections and medications), she was getting significantly worse. She was having diarrhea with blood and was vomiting and the medication we were given was causing extreme lethargy. I was told by this office that she had a stomach bug and I needed to let it pass. I trusted that the vet would know what was best for my dog. I called every day (twice a day usually) to update the vet on her status and I said she was not improving whatsoever. After 4 days of her being horribly ill, I called and left a message here during regular business hours on a Friday (around 9:30 a.m.). I was not called back for 4 hours! When I received their voicemail message after they had finally called, I was told they had been really busy and had not had time to check their messages (for 4 hours!). By the time they actually called me back, I had brought her to a new vet (who said it sounded like an emergency) and she was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis. I believe her pancreatitis wouldn't have gotten so bad if Dr. Steve would have seen her when I had been calling every day. The new vet said she was in a critical condition when I brought her in. Although I was able to find a new incredible vet, my dog passed away due to the severity of the pancreatitis (which could have been much less severe if it had been taken more seriously by this vet). I never heard from Dr. Steve or his office again.

Toxic. Poisonous "care." Too many vax and meds given to healthy joyous pet cat who just needed a rabies vax and well check. Pet became lethargic limp barely able to stand or walk. Called office got voicemail.Hours later text message back; told to find emergency vet care somewhere if my pet was dying.Avoid this toxic vet at all costs. Protect your animal.
