I called after we let my baby go to confirm some things. They were so understanding & helpful. We brought my baby home today & I'm still in awe of what a beautiful job they did. My boy came back with a beautiful urn, engraved name plate, certificate, clay paw print, lock of hair (his white & black hairs), and a beautiful rainbow bridge poem. My heart is so happy. Thank you Compassionate Pet Cremation, for taking such great care of my Mr. Wilson! I can feel the love you put into this.

I thought I was just picking up the urn I chose before my dog's passing. I had NO idea that urn would be wrapped and packaged in the thoughtful, caring, and sentimental way that it was. I also had no idea it included all of the extras that everyone else mentioned and pictured in their reviews, including the lock of fur. I am beyond impressed, thankful, and grateful for the care taken. They left absolutely nothing out of this experience.

My sweet baby passed away at 3:00am. I have used them previously, so figured I would call them. I called twice left voicemails both times, emailed them. It’s 7:41pm and I have still not heard from anyone. Needless to say. Thank god honor thy pet is true to their word when they say 24/7. So they have lost my business. If you can’t do 24/7. Don’t advertise. So sad when I needed them no one even reached out to me.

I lost my Diesel of almost 13 years a week ago .. I knew his time was coming to an end and I tried to prepare myself for that time. But when that time comes, you are never prepared… so I lost my little furbaby a week ago and today Trent Snell from Compassionate Pet Cremation called and said Diesel was ready to go home. . From beginning to end Trent the owner and his worker Jose was all considerate and very caring. When Diesel passed and I called Compassionate Pet cremation , Trent informed me yes, they could come and pick him up. Jose came and he was very nice, cared for my Diesel and the whole process was a smooth one. Highly recommend them. I’m hoping not anytime soon, but if I ever have to go through this again with my fur kids- I will definitely call Compassionate Pet Cremation. Thank you Trent and Jose for giving me a few extra little memories of my Diesel.

I am so grateful for Compassionate Pet Cremation for taking such good care of my Baby Sophia Marie. She was 19 yrs young when Jesus called her home. She passed away from congestive heart failure. St Charles Veterinary Hospital recommended them to us. They showed such compassion and respect towards us and our Angel Sophia 😇. If I could give them 100 I would. These people went above and beyond my expectations. I only expected to get the usual ⚱️ urn I chose and the cremation certificate.What I got was the urn with ashes, my dog paw 🐾 prints in plaster, a saving of my dog's hair, both Black and Tan (Doberman) and a bookmark with the rainbow bridge poem that you can cut off the top heart-shaped piece which you can plant and will grow wildflowers to remember your pet by.It’s nice to see that they do care and put some effort into helping you cope with your loss.Thank you so much for caring.

this is the #1 place to cremate a loved pet. the name doesn’t lie, i felt more welcomed here than i did at the emergency vet. they offer so many services for a pretty decent price considering the immense package. they not only offered me my pet back but gave so much sympathy for the situation regarding. :,) i’m so glad i am able to have my best boy with me forever now, thank you cpc <3

Thank you for showing such love and respect to our precious Flower girl. Her paw print will be forever cherished. Her lock of hair will be preserved. Brought my mother in laws two chihuahuas in late last week and received them back on Tuesday. My mother in law was so happy with the way we received their ashes. The man in the front was very respectful and understanding. The urn was beautifully made and came with a few extras to make their passing a little easier. We lost our Riff Raff 8/7/2023 and Compassionate Pet Cremation took care of everything. We picked Riff up today and not only did we receive his ashes but a certificate, some of his hair, a ceramic keepsake of his paw print, a bookkeep of the poem Rainbow Bridge, and a gold name plate with his name. We lost our Ruger unexpectedly Sunday morning, but Monday when I was thinking clearly I called to see about additional add ons. Justin was extremely helpful & even called back leaving a great detailed message on where I could go online to find what I was looking for. Tuesday when I called again Justin was again the one I spoke with. He quickly reviewed my wishes & made the arrangements to make it happen. We are looking forward to getting our Ru back home but extremely greatful for such a wonderful service that is available to the Lakeland community when we need it.

I called several cremation services in my own town, tampa, and after I found these guys I believe they are taking advantage of people. Compassionate is the perfect word to describe them. From my first call when I found out that we had to put down our Bosco to the pick up of his ashes, they showed me much compassion. Saying goodbye to our pup was one of the most difficult events my family has been through in recent memory. He was with us for over 10 years but his time had come.Upon receiving his remains, my family and I were blown away by service that was provided. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for how you treated our chihuahua Yoda (Beans) in 2021 and our Lab mix Achilles in 2023. Death of a beloved pet is so difficult but the care you took with our fur babies reassured us that the difficult decisions we had to make were the right ones. The process was smooth at first. The gentleman in the van was great he explained everything to me step by step. Treating my dog with respect and gentleness. The reason for the 3 stars is the person in the office gave my dogs ashes and property to a family member after I told them I would be picking him up. He give out the wrong information (pricing & process). I understand mistakes happen but this is one where it hurts I lost my dog in life and in death.

I wouldn't recommend any other company! They not only took great care of our baby boy Blu. They were completely compassionate and caring the entire process. Our 5 year Blue nose named Blu suddenly passed unexpectedly. We were recommended this company by the local Er vet. It was truly a blessing for us to have met Justin and Trent they both were very compassionate and caring. Justin not only met us after hours on a weekend afternoon, but he sat and talked with us for over a hour comforting us during this tragic loss our family experienced. While taking good care of our baby boy Blu he also provided us with a high level of professionalism. Didnt try to up sell us on any products and even added in some stuff for free. I will never go anywhere else if I am ever in this situation again. I highly recommend! 5 stars is a real understatement! Bc they definitely deserve more! Thank you again for your help during this difficult time!

Trent and Justin were both so kind and compassionate with us as we navigated making arrangements for our recently passed cat. They were professional, considerate, flexible, direct and timely. I had to have my German Shepherd laid to rest last week and the vet who came to house uses this company. When his remains were returned it was a tear bath all over again. They sent a certificate of cremation, a gorgeous plaster paw print, a bookmark style poem of the rainbow bridge, a tuft of his hair, and an amazing urn with his name plate....and again, with mention of the rainbow bridge. You can tell they care about the animals and the owners. Top notch :)

I can not say enough good things about Trent and Compassionate Pet Cremation. I was more than impressed with Trent and the way he treated me and my beloved Dottie during this unfortunate time.He was very professional. I loved the way he treated her as a family member.I will be forever grateful for everything he has done for us.I will never use another service of this kind, as long as you are around.From my Urn to the Paw prints, Trent, you are definitely the cats meow

I unfortunately woke up to an unexpected pet death this morning and in a panic at 6am, I googled “who to call for an unexpected pet death” and CPC came up. I was not expecting anyone to answer at 6am let alone answer pleasantly and helpfully. Someone came out quickly and explained the process to me and was extremely professional and kind. Thank you to CPC for being so nice on such an awful morning.

Trent and Justin were both so kind and compassionate with us as we navigated making arrangements for our recently passed cat. They were professional, considerate, flexible, direct and timely. The facility is clean and welcoming and they treated us and our cat with the upmost respect. I cannot say enough great things about Compassionate Pet Cremation. They made one of the most difficult situations come to a peaceful and dignified close.

Justin was so great and kind to me during an extremely hard time of losing my dog. The amount of kindness he showed me was above and beyond what I expected!!! I don't think I would have been able to handle everything as well as I did had it not been for him being so understanding and empathetic. I had to have my German Shepherd laid to rest last week and the vet who came to house uses this company. When his remains were returned it was a tear bath all over again. They sent a certificate of cremation, a gorgeous plaster paw print, a bookmark style poem of the rainbow bridge, a tuft of his hair, and an amazing urn with his name plate....and again, with mention of the rainbow bridge. You can tell they care about the animals and the owners. Top notch :)

While I will always feel such sadness about the death of my sweet Daniel, the moment I walked through the door and into the warm atmosphere of Compassionate Pet Cremation and met Trent, the dread and horrendous ache went away . I knew I could trust this young man with my beloved friend.He explained their products, but did not try to sell me anything, and I was very thankful for this. This is the first time that I have used a service such as this, so I am pleased to report this experience to those in need.
