The most considerate and personal experience when making a difficult decision to help with my dogs passing. They answered the phone when I least expected it and told me all the steps to make it a peaceful journey for my little Suki. When Kate came to the house, she was very professional, kind and gentle with my feelings and Suki’s! Kate was prepared in every way, when she made her paw print and wrapped her in her blanket to take her. She gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye! When I went to pick up Suki’s ashes, the office had everything ready. A lock of her hair in a tiny bottle with her blanket and a well crafted wooden box that has flowers engraved on the top. I also came with a gold name plate to add if you want. The whole process itself was the best thing I could have done for all the years of love from my sweet little girl. The fact that they have aquamation instead of creamation is what really caught my attention. They explained how it was a gentler way and better for the environment. I was sure I had found what was meant to be for Suki and I. Thank you Gentle Pet crossing for all your support and help.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Gentle Pet Crossing and Juan who helped me. I was so overcome with grief, and they were so understanding, thoughtful, kind, and caring. I had the pleasure of meeting with Juan. He greeted me and took care of absolutely everything. He was extremely caring, sympathetic, gentle, and respectful to both me and my beautiful Roxy. Juan is a good soul, and I greatly appreciate what he did for me. He was so gentle with my Roxy both times when I brought her in, and when I picked her up. Thank you Juan, for the way you respected and cared for my Roxy, it meant the world to me. Their facility is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. They have a Buddha set up in there, they have candles to light, they have prayers to read and say, and you are surrounded with beautiful real living plants on the walls and all over the room to spend time with your loved one in a beautiful setting. You can even have your own service with family and friends if you want. They even engraved an old urn that I had from a past pet, and then they let me bring in ashes from another past pet to put in some jewelry. They went above and beyond at Gentle Pet Crossing. I was devastated when I knew the day was here to say goodbye to my beloved “Doc”. It was an early Sunday morning and I couldn’t imagine taking him to an ER Clinic that day. I googled at home euthanasia and took a chance and made the call to Gentle Passing. Not knowing if they would even answer the phone or if I could trust someone I have never met. The moment my call was answered I felt that it would be OK. We had Dr. Rachel at our front door a couple hours later. Her presence brought me comfort in the one of the most difficult times I’ve had to face. She explained every tiny detail what to expect and what she was going to be doing. I honestly don’t think there are appropriate words to describe Dr Rachel’s level of compassion, care and love. I will be forever grateful to Gentle Passing from my initial phone call, to Dr Rachel coming to the house, to the gentleman who carefully and gently took Doc out of the house. I never expected Doc to be returned to us so quickly and personally as we had him cremated and didn’t know they would be bringing him back to us, I assumed we would go pick him up. I hope this comes through the way I intend, to assure anyone who has to make this ultimate difficult decision, that you won’t find anyone with a greater understanding and gentle touch as Dr Rachel and the team at Gentle Passing. BTW I was surprised and very touched when they brought Doc back to us to find two special pieces with his paw prints that I can cherish forever.

This place far exceeded our expectations during a very sad time saying goodbye to our beloved dog, “Bullet”. The compassion by the entire staff was incredible. The room was similar to a private funeral home with live plants, a couch, peaceful music and more. The Dr gave us plenty of time to love on Bullet as a family and again on the day we picked up his ashes.R.I.P to the best dog a human could be lucky enough to spend 14 years with.

Our soul dog was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma nine months ago. We finally lost the battle on July 5 and call Gentle Pet Crossing to help us. I didn’t want to take him to the vet to be put down. I wanted him in his own home . The vet came out at 9 AM and was very kind. She explained everything that was going to happen and what she was doing. First, she made Tucker very comfortable by giving him a sedative. He was relaxed and in no pain. She waited till we were ready for the final shot and he just passed quietly. It was such a relief not to have to take him anywhere, but he was in the comfort of his own home. We received his remains back quite quickly, so we feel like he’s home again. They provided a footprint, a lock of his hair, and I specifically requested a nose print. The whole experience was just low stress and we are grateful for that. They even transported him on a very nice gurney to the facility. We didn’t have to do anything. I would recommend Gentle Pet Crossing if you’re facing an end of life situation with your pet. You’re not only benefit yourself but your animal.

Our beloved cat,Lina, died a week ago and while looking for a place to have her cremated we found Gentle Pet Crossing! After reading about the Aquamation process I knew that was what I wanted for her. The private room where we said our goodbye was very comfortable and spacious with a nice and gentle music playing! We felt confident by the time we left the place that she would be treated with care and compassion throughout the process! She came back home three days after , inside a beautiful wood box with her name , certificate of death, a small bottle filled with her fur and we pay extra for a cute box with her paw print in it . Unfortunately, I had to put my two best friends to sleep a month after the other. Gentle Pet was there for me and my family both times. Can’t express enough how kind and empathetic the team at Gentle Pet Crossing was during one of the hardest times of my life. I’m very grateful. Doctor Rachel was wonderful, gentle and sweet. The team was very caring & compassionate and we are thankful to you during the most difficult time of our lives. I had ordered a custom Urn which is so beautiful and they were even kind enough to add a Paw Print to my package. We also recieved a Certificate of Aquamation with a very caring note. I am blown away by the compassion offered here. The staff is incredibly warm and helpful during such a hard and difficult time! I was so scared picking up the ashes of my little Smokey Kitty and not having her with me in this world anymore... but the calmness I felt when I walked in was so nice. Interestingly enough the song "being with you" by Smokey Robinson randomly came on right as I got back in the car reaffirming that her spirit is still with me, along with a secondary affirmation from my fortune cookie at dinner tonight. From the moment I contacted Gentle Pet Crossing, I felt a sense of comfort. Throughout the preparation process from scheduling the Vet to assuring I have memorable last photos of my pug, their caring professionalism handled it all. As the day approached, they followed up as promised. As my dog and I were greeted with refreshments for us both, we got set up in their living wall and live plant decorated sanctuary. We had to say good bye to our 14 year old fur baby Lucie on August 16, 2023 and I had learned about Gentle Pet Crossing at an event held by one of the specialty hospitals so we reached out to them and spoke with Jacque the night of her passing. Jacque was so compassionate and gentle and kind on one of our darkest moments. She Assisted my daughter and I through the process in such a kind manner. You can tell they really care about the fur babies and their families here. They picked up our little Lucie and took such wonderful care of her and had her ready to return home in just a few days. I went to pick her up and didn't realize that after for was by appointment only so I called to set up a pickup time and Jacque said no need to just sit tight for a few minutes and she would be right there and let me get her. They go above and beyond to accomodate the loved one and families. I would definitely recommend Gentle Pet Crossing in a heartbeat and the costs were very reasonable. Highly recommend. They were so kind and thoughtful. I was so beside myself when I lost my baby Gizmo. It happened on a Sunday and a lot of places are closed that do cremation.Gentle Pet Crossing made sure someone was at the shop to meet me, they even cut a piece of his hair and put it in a glass jar for me.The poem was very much needed during this difficult time. We had to let our 16 year old pug Pokyrosemarie go because of kidney failure when we called they confirmed that they would be sending Dr Dash over at 2 pm on Sunday August 18 2024 . We have never done this before so we didn’t know what to expect!! And all I can say is Dr Dash was the most caring person she explained the procedure and moved on our time she was the greatest !! I’m so glad she was the Dr they sent and my little girl to cross the Rainbow Bridge 🌈 with such a caring person helping us through this !! Thank you again Dr Dash you were wonderful !!

We had to say good bye to our 14 year old fur baby Lucie on August 16, 2023 and I had learned about Gentle Pet Crossing at an event held by one of the specialty hospitals so we reached out to them and spoke with Jacque the night of her passing. Jacque was so compassionate and gentle and kind on one of our darkest moments. She Assisted my daughter and I through the process in such a kind manner. You can tell they really care about the fur babies and their families here. They picked up our little Lucie and took such wonderful care of her and had her ready to return home in just a few days. I went to pick her up and didn't realize that after for was by appointment only so I called to set up a pickup time and Jacque said no need to just sit tight for a few minutes and she would be right there and let me get her. They go above and beyond to accomodate the loved one and families. I would definitely recommend Gentle Pet Crossing in a heartbeat and the costs were very reasonable. We will always have Gentle Pet Crossing help us. So compassionate and empathetic.

I cannot express how good Gentle Pet Crossing is! The whole team --- Dr. Rachel, Jaunique, and Jacky were all incredibly compassionate. Each went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up, went smoothly, and that I was as comfortable as possible during this difficult time. I grew up with my little boy, and it was really tough to make the decision to let him go. My family and I were able to see him off on his next journey in the comfort of our own home, and it felt much more personal and intimate. I also just want to add: my pup got very bad, very quickly. Within a day of deteriorating, he was unresponsive to everything. Gentle Pet Crossing was able to respond in the evening of the same day. I also really appreciate this, because it meant my pup did not have to suffer.After that, it was about a week before everything was ready for me. They were even nice enough to deliver everything to my house. At every step in the process, they all did everything they could to go the extra mile. It meant a lot, and I just want to give a big shout to everyone at Gentle Pet Crossing!! The little memorial pieces they give you are incredibly thoughtful and well-done also. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gersten was wonderful. We scheduled with the sanctuary in Lake Worth and Jacque knew we were playing things day by day. She checked in with us over the weekend and when I reached out on Sunday telling her our boy was ready. They made accommodations within hours and the entire staff was very compassionate. Jacque and Juanique took such good care of our beloved little Westie Cocomo after his passing. Jacque was so kind and gentle when picking him up and her words of comfort made this very difficult time easier to endure. We are so grateful that we found this service at Gentle Pet Crossing as we were not sure what do to when Cocomo passed. The beautifully carved wood box that was given to us with Coco's remains is truly lovely. Also being able to have his photo and pawprint displayed in a custom frame along with a lock of his fur is a constant comfort. Gentle Pet Crossing made one of the most heart wrenching times, absolutely beautiful.I felt I gave my dear sweet Dachshund Busta a perfect, loving gentle, painless goodbye .Busta was not the brightest in the dog world , but he was definitely the sweetest, must loving guy for 16 years of his life with our family.At the he was deaf and had arthritis so his last years was not easy for him. No more climbing up the bed to snuggle, he didn’t like to be touched much. I started already know time was getting close. I promised myself I would never take him to a cold, scary painful vet again. This was not his peaceful place.Home was…When his body started to give out, I knew it was time.I called Gentle Pet Crossing- no referral I was desperate. From the time I starting talking to GPC filled with panic and sadness in my voice, the owners could not have been more patient and caring. Our family dog Bella passed away suddenly last week from old age. As difficult as it is losing one of our babies, the last thing we wanted to do was have to stress about where to get her cremated. We had to let our 16 year old pug Pokyrosemarie go because of kidney failure when we called they confirmed that they would be sending Dr Dash over at 2 pm on Sunday August 18 2024 . We have never done this before so we didn’t know what to expect!! And all I can say is Dr Dash was the most caring person she explained the procedure and moved on our time she was the greatest !! Recently, my mother's beloved Boston terrier passed away and she brought her baby to Gentle Pet Crossing for cremation. She made arrangements to pick up the ashes the following week on a Thursday morning at a scheduled time. When my mother arrived on the promised Thursday morning, the office was locked up and dark. She immediately called Gentle Pet Crossing to find out what happened. She was told they had no record of her appointment! My mother was very distraught and was then told someone would have to bring the ashes that day to her home with no guaranteed time! This was truly an inconvenience and a stressful way to get her baby back. When there was no additional communication from Gentle Pet Crossing (no calls or texts) by midday, my mother had to call several times to try to narrow down the time as to when she would receive the ashes. She felt like a prisoner, unable to leave her home with all of the repetitive delayed delivery times. This lasted the entire day until the ashes were finally delivered after 5:00 pm! THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS! YOU HAVE GREATLY UPSET MY GRIEVING 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER AND ARE A VERY UNCOMPASSIONATE COMPANY! We do not recommend anyone to use your business!

Our dog, Jiggy, had a stage 5 heart murmur for the last year. We were told to prepare ourselves as her days were numbered but we didn’t know what we would do when the day came. Last month she went into congestive heart failure. We had very long nights with her and knew it was time to make decisions. Because she had a lot of anxiety we did not want to take her to a vet. That’s when we started researching and found Gentle Pet Crossing. We reached out and got a text almost immediately. The next morning she died and I was able to respond to their text and ask what to do. They were able to meet us in an hour. That was important because it was very traumatic especially for the kids to see her gone. We were able to take her in to their beautiful funeral home and lay her on an ottoman that had a candle for lighting. Just a few days later we picked up her remains put into a beautiful box with an engraved name plate and some clippings of her fur. The people were all SO kind. This is such a difficult thing to do but having it done with them felt like a proper way to say goodbye and they really understood she was our family member. Often we don’t have a plan for when our pets die but now I do have a plan for the rest of my pets and there is comfort in that. I can’t recommend this business enough and will always be grateful for taking good care of Jiggy in the end.

I NEVER write google reviews. But this is an exception.Gentle pet crossing has got to be the most understanding, friendly, and trusting people on the planet. In South Florida, businesses can be "friendly" but it's always clear in one way or another that they're out to get something for themselves.Gentle pet crossing is nothing like other businesses. The moment I called, arrangements were made the DAY OF and they were on it right away. There was an issue where our dog passed away before the doctor was able to come with the euthanasia so they just picked up our dog after she passed with our family and FULLY REFUNDED us for the unused euthanasia.The process was quick, easy, and compassionate. I can tell these people do care somewhat about the animals we entrust in their care and I'm nothing but thankful I was able to find them when I needed their help to collect our dog's remains.If you're on the fence, there is no better service in South Florida. Go with these guys. They really do care.

When it came time to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to my dog, Kaylee, I knew I wanted it to be done at home. Kaylee was anxious pretty much everywhere outside of the house, but especially the vet's office. I researched some places locally, and decided on Gentle Pet Crossing based on the many glowing reviews. The morning we knew it was time, I couldn't even make the call myself because I was so emotional. My fiancé called them as soon as they opened, and they sent a vet over to us that same morning within hours. The vet was truly understanding, patient and compassionate during what was probably the hardest day of my life. The process itself was painless for Kaylee, and very peaceful. She got to spend her last moments with her humans, and in her favorite spot in the house. Although I was beyond distraught that day, and still grieving now, I know we made the right choice for her,. We never let her suffer or feel scared at the end. If you are considering at-home euthanasia for your pet, I really cannot recommend it enough. It brings a little comfort during a very painful time and I am grateful to Gentle Pet Crossing for that.

From start to finish, Gentle Pet Crossing has been an absolute pleasure to work with. On what was one of the worst days of my life, putting to sleep my 15 y.o. pitbull, Jacque and her team stepped in and made a scary, nerve wracking situation completely smooth and stress free. Jacque was extremely compassionate and kind, always having a calming energy. She was hands on at every opportunity and always available when you contacted her. The facility is beautiful and there were plenty of urns and ashes keepsakes for us to choose from. Sparky was about to celebrate his 16th birthday with us when he started experiencing severe seizures from a suspected brain tumor. A troubled rescue, he gave us 15 wonderful years of unconditional love! It happened so fast. Thursday and Friday were unbearable. He was suffering so much we decided to make the call.Juanique was just incredible. I probably called her during dinner time but there was zero indication that I was disturbing her or that it was after hours. She was sweet, caring, compassionate and empathetic. She gave us all the information we needed to make a decision in a very calm and sorrowful manner.Dr. Ellis was at our house the next morning. She walked us through the process and was extremely patient, giving us as much time and privacy we needed to say our goodbyes. She made Sparky as comfortable as possible and at the end she placed him in a blanketed basket as if he was asleep. She was sweet, patient and very informative..We picked up the ashes and the paw prints a few days later in a very nice package. The total experience could not have been any better from the standpoint of a positive last memory. Sparky will always be with us and the memory of his last few moments will always be positive thanks to Gentle Pet Crossing!

Recently, my mother's beloved Boston terrier passed away and she brought her baby to Gentle Pet Crossing for cremation. She made arrangements to pick up the ashes the following week on a Thursday morning at a scheduled time. When my mother arrived on the promised Thursday morning, the office was locked up and dark. She immediately called Gentle Pet Crossing to find out what happened. She was told they had no record of her appointment! My mother was very distraught and was then told someone would have to bring the ashes that day to her home with no guaranteed time! This was truly an inconvenience and a stressful way to get her baby back. When there was no additional communication from Gentle Pet Crossing (no calls or texts) by midday, my mother had to call several times to try to narrow down the time as to when she would receive the ashes. She felt like a prisoner, unable to leave her home with all of the repetitive delayed delivery times. This lasted the entire day until the ashes were finally delivered after 5:00 pm! THIS IS A TERRIBLE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS! YOU HAVE GREATLY UPSET MY GRIEVING 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER AND ARE A VERY UNCOMPASSIONATE COMPANY! We do not recommend anyone to use your business!

Our dog, Jiggy, had a stage 5 heart murmur for the last year. We were told to prepare ourselves as her days were numbered but we didn’t know what we would do when the day came. Last month she went into congestive heart failure. We had very long nights with her and knew it was time to make decisions. Because she had a lot of anxiety we did not want to take her to a vet. That’s when we started researching and found Gentle Pet Crossing. We reached out and got a text almost immediately. The next morning she died and I was able to respond to their text and ask what to do. They were able to meet us in an hour. That was important because it was very traumatic especially for the kids to see her gone. We were able to take her in to their beautiful funeral home and lay her on an ottoman that had a candle for lighting. Just a few days later we picked up her remains put into a beautiful box with an engraved name plate and some clippings of her fur. The people were all SO kind. This is such a difficult thing to do but having it done with them felt like a proper way to say goodbye and they really understood she was our family member. Often we don’t have a plan for when our pets die but now I do have a plan for the rest of my pets and there is comfort in that. I can’t recommend this business enough and will always be grateful for taking good care of Jiggy in the end.

The vet they sent to our home was caring and professional and made our experience as good as it could possibly be. I recently lost my cat of 20 years. I didn't know what I was going to do. My husband had found information on Gentle Pet Crossing and gave them a call. They were so amazing. They met us late at night right after he had passed. They set him up in a nice room like he was human and allowed us to see him and say our good byes. They returned him in 3 days later in a beautiful box, with his name on a gold plate, a lock of his hair and a beautiful box w/ his footprints and photo. When we arrived they had us take him and go into this sanctuary. They told us we can light a candle and put a note in the prayer box etc. It was so peaceful and comforting. I am so thankful for Gentle Pet Crossing. They helped make a sad time less stressful. It really helped w/ our grieving process. They are also affordable. It didn't break the bank and was able to give my sweet boy something special one last time.

Our dog loved playing with water and we are environmental conscious, so when we found out about aquamarion and in-home euthanasia, we knew this was the option. In South Florida, businesses can be "friendly" but it's always clear in one way or another that they're out to get something for themselves.Gentle pet crossing is nothing like other businesses. The moment I called, arrangements were made the DAY OF and they were on it right away. There was an issue where our dog passed away before the doctor was able to come with the euthanasia so they just picked up our dog after she passed with our family and FULLY REFUNDED us for the unused euthanasia.The process was quick, easy, and compassionate. I can tell these people do care somewhat about the animals we entrust in their care and I'm nothing but thankful I was able to find them when I needed their help to collect our dog's remains.If you're on the fence, there is no better service in South Florida. Go with these guys. They really do care.

When it came time to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to my dog, Kaylee, I knew I wanted it to be done at home. Kaylee was anxious pretty much everywhere outside of the house, but especially the vet's office. I researched some places locally, and decided on Gentle Pet Crossing based on the many glowing reviews. The morning we knew it was time, I couldn't even make the call myself because I was so emotional. My fiancé called them as soon as they opened, and they sent a vet over to us that same morning within hours. The vet was truly understanding, patient and compassionate during what was probably the hardest day of my life. The process itself was painless for Kaylee, and very peaceful. She got to spend her last moments with her humans, and in her favorite spot in the house. Although I was beyond distraught that day, and still grieving now, I know we made the right choice for her,. We never let her suffer or feel scared at the end. If you are considering at-home euthanasia for your pet, I really cannot recommend it enough. It brings a little comfort during a very painful time and I am grateful to Gentle Pet Crossing for that.

On what was one of the worst days of my life, putting to sleep my 15 y.o. pitbull, Jacque and her team stepped in and made a scary, nerve wracking situation completely smooth and stress free. Jacque was extremely compassionate and kind, always having a calming energy. She was hands on at every opportunity and always available when you contacted her. The facility is beautiful and there were plenty of urns and ashes keepsakes for us to choose from. Sparky was about to celebrate his 16th birthday with us when he started experiencing severe seizures from a suspected brain tumor. A troubled rescue, he gave us 15 wonderful years of unconditional love! It happened so fast. Thursday and Friday were unbearable. He was suffering so much we decided to make the call.Juanique was just incredible. I probably called her during dinner time but there was zero indication that I was disturbing her or that it was after hours. She was sweet, caring, compassionate and empathetic. She gave us all the information we needed to make a decision in a very calm and sorrowful manner.Dr. Ellis was at our house the next morning. She walked us through the process and was extremely patient, giving us as much time and privacy we needed to say our goodbyes. She made Sparky as comfortable as possible and at the end she placed him in a blanketed basket as if he was asleep. She was sweet, patient and very informative..We picked up the ashes and the paw prints a few days later in a very nice package. The total experience could not have been any better from the standpoint of a positive last memory. Sparky will always be with us and the memory of his last few moments will always be positive thanks to Gentle Pet Crossing!

Bamboo left us on November 28th, 2020. The vet who helped bamboo cross the rainbow bridge recommended Gentle Pet Crossing for cremation. I was told they could also have his ashes scattered out in the ocean, and so that's what they did. They kept me updated and the day his ashes were scattered they called me.On May 24th, 2023, my Lilly crossed the bridge. We are currently living in Mexico, so she was cremated here. I contacted Gentle Pet Crossing and asked if I could bring her ashes to be scattered where Bamboo's are. They said yes, and we took her there in August. Today, they contacted me to let me know they were scattering her ashes. It’s never easy to put down a beloved pet. I called Gentle Crossing because I wanted to go with a family owned. They went above and beyond for my Ivy. Jackie was so kind and compassionate on the phone when I called. Rachel made the whole process of helping Ivy crossover as Peaceful as it can be. She wrapped my 18-year-old puppy in her pink blanket and carried her like a baby to her SUV laid her gently on the bed like she was sleeping with her little head outside the blanket. Rachel then put a pink blanket on top of her with diva written all over it. It gave me a little chuckle. The last memory I have of Ivy is of her sleeping in her bed wrapped in pink Blankets.

Gentle pet crossing is exactly that-extremely gentle. A very comforting place to say goodbye to your fur or feather babies. The staff was kind, sympathetic and very responsive. The setting was lovely and much preferred over a clinical setting. Saying goodbye to our cat Yodi was extremely hard but they made it easier to bear. We will definitely come here again when another one of our fur babies is ready for that journey across the Rainbow Bridge.

I am so grateful to have found Gentle Pet Crossing. Everyone was so nice and compassionate. It’s hard to have to say goodbye to a family member you love so much, but we know we have to make the best decisions for them even though it breaks our hearts. My sweet Cole was declining over the last few weeks and I didn’t want him to be in pain. I wanted him to cross over peacefully. Juanique was so nice and comforting. She got everything set up for us. I have been thankful for the many loving animals in my life . Yesterday evening we had to say goodbye to our 18 year old rag doll cat “Mister”Dr Rachel was incredible and made our loss so much more bearable and peaceful. We are still broken hearted but the time and compassion she gave us to say goodbye is beyond words. We cannot thank her enough. This was the most amazing pet cremation service. We were out of town when a house sitter found our Bear “asleep” so looking online I found Gentle Pet Crossing. They came and picked him up from the house on a Saturday they carried him out so respectfully. They then provided us with one last paw print and some hair which was such an amazing keepsake we truly appreciate. Of course you never want anyone to have to use this service but if you do they are so amazing.

Bamboo left us on November 28th, 2020. The vet who helped bamboo cross the rainbow bridge recommended Gentle Pet Crossing for cremation. I was told they could also have his ashes scattered out in the ocean, and so that's what they did. They kept me updated and the day his ashes were scattered they called me.On May 24th, 2023, my Lilly crossed the bridge. We are currently living in Mexico, so she was cremated here. I contacted Gentle Pet Crossing and asked if I could bring her ashes to be scattered where Bamboo's are. They said yes, and we took her there in August. Today, they contacted me to let me know they were scattering her ashes. It’s never easy to put down a beloved pet. I called Gentle Crossing because I wanted to go with a family owned. They went above and beyond for my Ivy. Jackie was so kind and compassionate on the phone when I called. Rachel made the whole process of helping Ivy crossover as Peaceful as it can be. She wrapped my 18-year-old puppy in her pink blanket and carried her like a baby to her SUV laid her gently on the bed like she was sleeping with her little head outside the blanket. Rachel then put a pink blanket on top of her with diva written all over it. It gave me a little chuckle. The last memory I have of Ivy is of her sleeping in her bed wrapped in pink Blankets.

Gentle pet crossing is exactly that-extremely gentle. A very comforting place to say goodbye to your fur or feather babies. The staff was kind, sympathetic and very responsive. The setting was lovely and much preferred over a clinical setting. Saying goodbye to our cat Yodi was extremely hard but they made it easier to bear. We will definitely come here again when another one of our fur babies is ready for that journey across the Rainbow Bridge.

I am so grateful to have found Gentle Pet Crossing. Everyone was so nice and compassionate. It’s hard to have to say goodbye to a family member you love so much, but we know we have to make the best decisions for them even though it breaks our hearts. My sweet Cole was declining over the last few weeks and I didn’t want him to be in pain. I wanted him to cross over peacefully. Juanique was so nice and comforting. She got everything set up for us. I am so glad I found “Gentle Pet Crossing” on Google. As soon as I called, I knew that I had the right place. My Libby died in my arms at 6:30am, I had no idea what to do, she was a big dog. I made the call around 7:45 and by 8:30 they were at my home to help. When I went to pick up her remains, they let me lite a candle and say a prayer. The box and little glass jar were beautiful. Called the service early Sunday morning, answered immediately, and gently picked up my large dog within 2 hours, pleasant clean and compassionate. Rachel came to my neighbor's home today to help his beloved cat Sweetie cross the rainbow bridge ... it was time and a very difficult decision for him to say the least. Sweetie has been failing for weeks now (she was almost 19 years old). I am the aunt who stayed with Sweetie and took care of her whenever her daddy was out of town. Rachel was quick, thorough and caring and allowed Mike to hold Sweetie as the final injection was administered which he so appreciated. We had a small funeral for Sweetie after and she is now at peace resting in her favorite garden spot where we can visit her whenever we wish. When deciding something so tough it is good to know there are people that are patient and understanding. Bailey hated to go into the vets office. Full on anxiety. Her last visit was because she was short of breath. X ray showed tumors all over her lungs. We brought her home and pondered the inevitable. The vet came to our home. I have been thankful for the many loving animals in my life . Yesterday evening we had to say goodbye to our 18 year old rag doll cat “Mister”Dr Rachel was incredible and made our loss so much more bearable and peaceful. We are still broken hearted but the time and compassion she gave us to say goodbye is beyond words. We cannot thank her enough. My other cat that will run and hide from any stranger that comes to the house, immediately greeted her and stayed present. This is rare and indicates a true loving soul to all creatures. I can not express how grateful our family was to have Gentle Pet Crossing assist us through the loss of our beloved cat recently. They demonstrated true professionalism and went above and beyond with customer service. Our family was comforted knowing the arrangements for a veterinarian (who was so thoughtful & caring-we can not thank this person enough) were being handled to come to the house instead of having to take our senior cat in a carrier, which he hated, to go to the vet. I contacted Gentle Pet Crossing on July 24 2021 to help with my 12 1/2 yr old Doberman names Cody. I am sorry that I do not remember the two wonderful ladies names that came to my house. We received terrible news that he had to be euthanasized the same day or he could go painfully. We chose Gentle Pet Crossing to euthanize our beloved dog Scooter. We adopted Scooter 16 years ago, and, at 17 1/2, realized he was sadly at the end of his life. Dr. Rachel Ellis, the veterinarian from Gentle Pet Crossing, arrived at our home at the appointed time, listened to our history with Scooter, and his struggles in the last few days. She concurred that Scooter was ready, and described to us what her procedure would be during the euthanasia process, what we could expect Scooter’s reactions would be, and reassured us that he would feel no pain or discomfort. After the procedure was over, she placed Scooter in a basket, covered his body with a blanket, and gave us as much time as we needed to be with him. As sad and difficult as the experience was, it was equally as beautiful and peaceful. I was contacted five days later that Scooter’s remains were ready, and picked them up; Juanique met with me, and I went into their beautiful sanctuary with his remains, and felt the care, peace, and serenity that is so important at such a fragile time. I was so thankful to the group at gentle pet crossing. Anyone with a pet knows we have to face this point in our pet's life. Once for them, multiple times for us, but it never gets easier. I think the compassion was what helped me over this hurdle the most. These animals aren't their pets, they have no connection or bond, but they treat them as if they did. My Millie is gone, her sister is with me, and I know, there will be a day I will need them again when her sister will need the same help. Thank you for everything.

I can not express how grateful our family was to have Gentle Pet Crossing assist us through the loss of our beloved cat recently. They demonstrated true professionalism and went above and beyond with customer service. Our family was comforted knowing the arrangements for a veterinarian (who was so thoughtful & caring-we can not thank this person enough) were being handled to come to the house instead of having to take our senior cat in a carrier, which he hated, to go to the vet. Gentle Pet Crossing also provided pick up service (certainly made for less stress on us). The process was a positive experience during such a sad time. I contacted Gentle Pet Crossing on July 24 2021 to help with my 12 1/2 yr old Doberman names Cody. I am sorry that I do not remember the two wonderful ladies names that came to my house. These angels were so sweet and compassionate. This was not an easy thing to me to do since my Cody was everything to me. I thank Gentle Pet Crossing for helping my baby go peaceful in the living environment of my home. Our doctor was kind and loving to our boy. We received terrible news that he had to be euthanasized the same day or he could go painfully. The rescue Champ was with panicked trying to fins someone who could help us do it at his home instead of a cold hospital room and Gentle Pet Crossing more then delivered. When you are going through a hard time in your life, having somebody that understands and cares for you and your beloved one really matters and impacts your very painful experience into a positive one. We chose Gentle Pet Crossing to euthanize our beloved dog Scooter. We adopted Scooter 16 years ago, and, at 17 1/2, realized he was sadly at the end of his life. Dr. Rachel Ellis, the veterinarian from Gentle Pet Crossing, arrived at our home at the appointed time, listened to our history with Scooter, and his struggles in the last few days. She concurred that Scooter was ready, and described to us what her procedure would be during the euthanasia process, what we could expect Scooter’s reactions would be, and reassured us that he would feel no pain or discomfort. After the procedure was over, she placed Scooter in a basket, covered his body with a blanket, and gave us as much time as we needed to be with him. As sad and difficult as the experience was, it was equally as beautiful and peaceful. I was contacted five days later that Scooter’s remains were ready, and picked them up; Juanique met with me, and I went into their beautiful sanctuary with his remains, and felt the care, peace, and serenity that is so important at such a fragile time. These people were amazing! In my saddest moment they came in and put my broken heart at ease. When I picked up my sweet baby after aquamation I received her in a beautiful carved box accompanied by a pawprint frame and a clipping of her hair. And the poem…had me in tears for two hours. They are so kind and sympathetic. I don’t wish this on anyone but if you face it, I strongly recommend them.

There are not enough words to describe, how grateful I am for everything they did for me and my Benji. My Benji passed on December 4th (Saturday). I called them and told them where he was and they literally rushed to pick him up before my Veterinarian's office closed.They are incredibly kind and compassionate. I felt good knowing that such wonderful people were going to take care of my Benji. When I picked up his remains, I was blown away by how beautiful everything was. I would call them again in a heartbeat.The world is harsh and losing a member of your family 2 legs or 4, is painful and sad. So, to be treated with such compassion and respect, is not as common as it should be. It's easy to tell that they truly care about what they do and respect the heart ache of losing your fur baby.

I am looking for end of life options because one of my four hedgehogs is getting old and starting to show signs of age. From the second I walked into Gentle Pet Crossing, I knew I was going to choose this place for my hog. I was immediately blown away and transferred to a place of peace and tranquility just by walking in. This place is nothing short of stunningly beautiful, and made me feel right at ease. The atmosphere features a very “home-y” feel, with wooden floors, a mirror-tiled ceiling, lots of live potted plants, as well as large murals of live plants on the walls to bring lots of uplifting, good energy and a very comforting, refreshing feel which everyone who enters can’t help but feel. Just the decor makes this place nothing short of a sanctuary, but to top it off, the owners Juanique and Jacque are two of the most compassionate, nurturing, empathetic and sympathetic people I have ever met in my life. I instantly felt at ease with the tenderness in their voices, and they made me feel very comfortable, and answered all of my questions with kindness and humbleness. They assured me that my pet would be taken care of with the utmost dignity and compassion. The french doors that separate the sanctuary-like space they give you to say goodbye to your pet in its transition , the light soothing music in the background as well as the airy feel of the entire place, makes this place simply THE BEST choice for anyone looking for in home or in their sanctuary euthanasia and afterlife care for your pet. This place offers water instead of fire which allows you to get more remains back, and is more gentle on your pet and healthier for the environment. Juanique and Jacque, the owners, give you SO MANY different choices of urns and keepsakes for the most reasonable prices, and walk you through the entire process making you feel comfortable, and making sure all my questions were answered, as well as sympathize with you every step of the way. Although we have not used Gentle Pet Crossings Aquamation Services yet, our company did the Plumbing and we know the family that owns it from our local community. We feel that they have created an especially peaceful and calming atmosphere with state of the art Aquamation technology which does not add to greenhouse gasses like traditional cremation. My handsome kitty,Greyyybpassed away very suddenly at home. I was distraught but mustered the courage to call Gentle Crossing and I got Jacque on the phone! I didn’t have it together but she did and her voice and words were soothing and of great comfort! I knew she would take care of Greyyy and she did! She picked him up and she was wonderful! I felt better in-spite of such a great loss ... She brought him back to us in the most beautiful way. His ashes were in a beautiful wooden box, that came with his name engraved in gold. A cutting of his fur was in a cute little glass container and the paw prints were placed in a beautiful wooden box with a glass top and there was an attached picture frame which contained his photo. I cried because Greyyy received such royal treatment (and it wasn’t expected ) It’s all wonderful and I will have him forever in our home.Thank You Jacque! Thank you Gentle Pet Crossing!

We had an absolutely amazing experience. I would highly recommend. Our pet passed Sunday morning in our home. With in an hour of calling them they were at our door to come get her. Gentle Pet Crossing has been Heaven sent to our family. We lost our sweet boy, Benji, after 18 beautiful years . The day he passed we met Juanique so she could receive him. I was so thankful to the group at gentle pet crossing. Anyone with a pet knows we have to face this point in our pet's life. Once for them, multiple times for us, but it never gets easier. I think the compassion was what helped me over this hurdle the most. These animals aren't their pets, they have no connection or bond, but they treat them as if they did. My Millie is gone, her sister is with me, and I know, there will be a day I will need them again when her sister will need the same help. Thank you for everything.

On March 16 my Corgi Simon very unexpectedly crossed over the Rainbow Bridge, in my house early in the morning. My husband was away for work, and my car was being repaired so being without a vehicle, I was so thankful Juanique could come to my house and pick up our little boy. I'd called our vet Dr Archie Kleopfer that morning asking for a referral. Juanique was so sweet and compassionate. Jacque and Juanique were wonderful from my first call to ask them about their services to my pickup of the remains of our 17-year-old Cairn terrier. They were supportive and understanding, and our vet was impressed by how quick they were to pick up his body. We chose to let him goat the vet’s, but Jacque and Juanique have a beautiful facility with a living wall of plants where you can also choose to say goodbye to your pet. My wife and I liked the idea of aquamation because it is better for the environment and are happy that we chose it over cremation, which uses more energy and puts pollutants into the air.

They were better than expected. They really showed a lot of care for my Lulu. They even saved two of her feathers which was a beautiful surprise. I will only use them hopefully not for a while since I want my next cockatiel to live long

It was a blessing in disguise when I found this place. As most fur children owners: My baby was our love, and very dear to our heart . They were absolutely amazing with the whole entire process. I just picked up my baby today, and his urn was perfect in everyway .

Jacque and Juanique were wonderful from my first call to ask them about their services to my pickup of the remains of our 17-year-old Cairn terrier. They were supportive and understanding, and our vet was impressed by how quick they were to pick up his body. We chose to let him goat the vet’s, but Jacque and Juanique have a beautiful facility with a living wall of plants where you can also choose to say goodbye to your pet. My wife and I liked the idea of aquamation because it is better for the environment and are happy that we chose it over cremation, which uses more energy and puts pollutants into the air.

Juanique and Jackie are kind, wonderful souls who make the process of saying goodbye to your babies a little less painful. Charming, clean facility with a spacious room designed to give you privacy and peace when letting go. The urns and keepsakes are beautiful, as well.

Best place for a worst case. They are empathetic and take care of your beloved pet with dignity. I've had to use them twice now. And over the years I know I will go to them again.

Cant recommend this place enough! They are so sweet and i definitely felt comfort there. They are also affordable and do aquamation which i think is better as well. no hesitation i will go there again (hopefully in the late future)
