I recently lost my 2 year old budgie Cumulo. Everyone at Pet Cremation of Kissimmee that I spoke to/came into contact with was very polite, kind, and respectful. This is such a hard time, but I am grateful to know my sweet feathered boy was treated with such dignity and respect. They also made a clay piece with his footprints and some of his feathers on it, which I was very touched by how beautiful it turned out. Thank you all for your kindness during such a difficult time.

I would like to thank the Pet cremation of Kissimmee for their care and compassion. I lost my baby and took it there to be cremated. I had no head to think of anything. In addition to the ashes offered us the service of engraving the paw and a lock of my baby’s hair with affordable price. It’s something we don’t want to go through but when you need it, it’s good to know that there is this place!

My little viejita Gizmo died on 11/24/2024 and so glad I found this crematorium. Their prices are reasonable, they’re very cordial, professional, and empathetic, they allowed me to view her one last time, and told me if I wanted to leave her stuffy and sweater she came in they would her cremate her with it. It came with a certificate of cremation, a cute tiny box to store her remains and a poem to give me comfort. I am so grateful for them. They also sell some really beautiful urns that I want to get for Gizmo, she will be forever missed. Thankful that I entrusted them with my cat and 10/10 I highly recommend them with your fur babies.

We had to put our fur baby to peacefully sleep and Kissimme Pet Cremation took our baby the same day & we were able to get her cremains home less than 24 hours later. Its wonderful to have such a low cost option especially during such a difficult time. They included a beautiful poem and a certificate of cremation and a lock of her fur ! We purchased her paw print and a beautiful wooden urn from them . Thank you so much for everything!

This was our first experience going through losing a pet - our first doggy. So when we came to Animal Cremation, we didn't know what to expect but the process went as smooth as it possibly could. Ram helped us a lot and we appreciated his time and services. He explained everything thoroughly and let us have our time of grief. We ended up purchasing a necklace, paw print and upgraded our urn. This by far has been one of the most professional, caring and none business like transactions I’ve done, when dealing with a passing pet. This business made me feel very special when it came to cremating my 14 year old Shepherd this past week.They gave me a private cremation, allowed me to watch every step of the process, we were offered so many options on how WE wanted to handle his (my dog) cremation process, with no extra fees.The gentleman that worked with me was extremely polite, took very good care of my pup, and was very compassionate about being here for this process. The man actually cares and will work for you. Even the phone calls to set up a time to come in was very caring and not pushed on me. Everything about this process was put in thought of you as a person bringing your loved one in.I was allowed to say bye to him, have some of his coat placed in a sealed bag, with his ashes, as well as a paw print, that was very diligently done with my passing baby’s paw. He allowed me to watch him put him into the area where he’d be cremated, let me light a vigil candle for my pup, as well as let me start the process once everything was set up and ready to go. He will do whatever he possible can, to give you closure.Nothing was skimped or beat around the bush over, nothing was pushed on me to pay for, nothing extra was offered for an extra price. There are options and they are available to see, but if you don’t want all the extras they won’t push you into it.I STRONGLY suggest you take your passing pet here, if you wish to cremate them. Please don’t take them to the vet where they will spend 2-4 weeks doing it behind closed doors where you have less closure in the process.He’s cremated something as small as a goldfish (privately), up to a tiger(privately). He refuses to cremate passing pets in a mass.Thank you so much for making this easier on me and being so available to me in my time of need.Kilo, passed away 04/10/2019 at approx 11am, I had him at Pet Cremation of Kissimmee by 1pm, and back with me around 5pm, same day.Thank you so much Denise and Ram for allowing me to put my pup to rest the way I wanted.

So blessed to have found this company when my Gizmo passed away. The hardest thing I have ever gone through was seeing my Gizmo pass, and they made it so easy in this process to bring him home again. They were able to pick him up at the vet place and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Not to mention the affordable price . God bless these people. I cannot recommend them enough, I called multiple places the evening my hedgehog passed and were rude or wouldn’t take him. I lost my hedgehog unexpectedly last week. When I called (at 930 pm in a panic) they were so nice and told me exactly what to do to preserve him until I could drop him off the next day. It was a very timely process and they worked with my schedule. I wasn’t expecting this print memorial but it was just beautiful. I couldn’t recommend a place more. I rescue stray animals, when my first Foster cat died I couldn't cremate him because the veterinary clinic were so expensive, When I rescued two newborn cats that died, I took them to this crematorium, Very good price, the service was very good, very kind people, Today I took another kitten that I rescued, When I called the owner, he ran to the store and received me and was very nice and kind, i recommend !!!! I will definitely come back.

On the day we were going to let our baby girl Missy go we had limited time to arrange everything and after searching on the web we decided to give a call to Pet Crematory of Kissimmee. We wanted to get same day service. I have to say that from the first call the compassion of the owners was absolutely incredible. We set up the appointment right after heartbreaking moment at the vet's office. When we arrived the owner shared our grieve and started preparations with very touching and respectful way. We go the paw print on the spot, chose the urn and were invited to light the candle, have private ceremony. We came back with the ashes of our baby girl two hours later. We would recommend this great service to anyone in need.

We lost our precious OTTO on 3/17/24 so unexpectedly. My daughter contacted Pet Cremations of Kissimmee, and RAM was so kind over the phone to help with the everything. The next day we brought him in,Ram had explained everything to us…I was so distraught,but he made sure my daughter was comfortable with everything. Otto’s ashes were ready within 24 hours. We recently lost our baby girl of 13 years. Mr.Ram was very professional and compassionate. This was our first time dealing with this and He made this process a lot less stressful. UPDATE:Thank you for taking care of our beautiful babies Teddy & Cody. They went over the Rainbow Bridge on March 6, 2019, and March 23, 2020. Ram, your compassion truly overwhelmed us. You lighted a candle, you placed them in the chamber with their favorite blanket and also let me start the cremation process. It helped us through the hard times because we were with our babies until the end. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Ram met us at the vet's office. We followed him to the cremation location and within the hour we had our baby's ashes with us. I absolutely loved that. Our babies Teddy &Cody will always be with us. God bless you and your wife. Very professional and accommodating. We lost our Pearl on the morning of the 3rd and they were available to take her in the same day. The process itself is very straightforward and easy. Your furbaby is brought in or picked up, then weighed, then they take you to a private office to fill out some paperwork and select options for your cremation. Their prices and offerings are very good, and their paw prints are hand made by them.What I like is that all their cremations are private , so there is no fear of your companion being misplaced or accidentally cremated communally.Do be aware that since the paw prints are hand made and require a long period of time to air dry. Ours was still curing because we picked our Pearl up the very next morning. And although we are aware of how clay works , young children might not be ,and rough handling could damage the clay print.Overall, Their professionalism and streamline setup allowed us to come in, pick our options, and leave to give us time to grieve for our loss without complicated paperwork or strenuous instructions.

Our babygirl Tinkerbell passed 6/5/23 and it's been very hard on us. We miss her so much 💔 We went into Pet Cremation Of Kissimmee with our babygirl in bed of roses. It was our beautiful ceremony for our babygirl before we said goodbye to her physical body.I'm writing this review because Kristina was compassionate towards my family and it showed that we were at the right place. When I started crying she grabbed tissues. She accommodated my mom wishes to make this process easier on my mom and for us as a family. When picking urn and necklaces she was very patient with us. When our sweet Lucy passed away unexpectedly one Saturday morning, my husband researched and found Pet Cremation of Kissimmee. While I was initially skeptical, I truly know that we were in the best hands. Ram was so kind with walking us through the process and helping us to feel comfortable with our decisions. While they have different packages to offer, there was never any pressure to purchase. We were able to get a paw print impression done and then said our goodbyes. You have the choice to wait or to come back later. I know that when the time comes again for our remaining dog, Ram and Pet Cremation of Kissimmee will be our first call.

Ram was wonderful. Above and beyond service especially during such a difficult time for us. He was not pushy at all with the upgrades and just let us decide what we wanted to do at our own pace. 2 days turnaround. I don’t have words to describe my experience with Ram and Denise. Jake passed at 1:30 am on a Sunday. After talking to about 6 other cremation companies, I called and spoke with Denise. I was able to get in to see them same day. Ram was so thoughtful, sincere, and caring. The process was much easier and not stressful at all. Ram let us say goodbye, light a candle, and start the incinerator. He called us about 45 minutes later to come back and pick Jake up. We were able to watch the interment into the urn we chose. I can’t say enough about this process. I was so stressed, tired, overwhelmed, and sad by the time I called them. I know if they had been my first call, it would have been so much better. In all the other places, Ram and Denise were the only ones that mentioned how they were sorry for the loss and made us feel better about everything we went through today. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you Ram and Denise for everything.

Had my Mastiff Ellie Mae cremated here. They take you from start to finish so you know it's your dog you are getting back. For my big girl it was a little over 2 hours from time I got there til I left you my girl in a very nice urn. Plus the owners are so caring and understanding what you just went through. I drove 50 miles for this place and it was worth it.

They were incredibly understanding after I called them at 4am after watching my best friend of 20 years pass this week, not knowing what to do in this devastating situation. We brought my good girl in a few hours later, and brought her home the next day. The package with her ashes, paw print, poem, and fur was so thoughtful, and they had tissues ready to go when I saw it and began sobbing in the office. It was incredibly affordable, and even if it wasn't, it brought me a ton of comfort I hadn't expected. I would like to thank ram so much for the care he gave my Simba sue 7 weeks ago when he died of cancer so sadly ,then this Sunday my Yoshi bear died only 6 week plus since simba died ,my heart is broken into a million pieces .but knowing that my dogs where cremated by themselves in there own service was so nice to know and see .so much nicer than not knowing how and where your furry one is cremated .and such a better service and price than leaving your dogs or animals in a vet .not knowing even if you get your animal ashes back .I work with animals and it means so much to me to know simba and yoshi are back with me thank you ram my heart will never heal but you where there for me xxx

I would like to start by saying Ram and his wife Denise Are amazing . They really do care about their clients needs and the needs for their pets. When my Harley boy passed away on June 21st 2017 from cancer . I was absolutely devastated and beside myself . I called up Denise and Ram and they took care of everything. Now, I decided to take harley to them instead of them coming to get harley from the vet clinic because I wanted to be with my boy all the way till the end ( meaning till his cremation ) but Ram will come pick up your baby from your Home, The Vet clinic , or anywhere your baby is at, or you may choose to bring your baby to him and he will meet u at the facility ( Which is what I did ) . I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Ram and Denise there to help me though this horrible day .😥 They made sure my harley was TAKEN CARE OF with the utmost IMPORTANCE, CARE and RESPECT. And to Me THAT MEANS EVERYTHING! You may also stay while the Cremation is done if u choose so .There is a lil candle there you can light and say your prayers for your baby and incense to burn as well . I lit the candle and incense and said my prayers but I could not stay to watch the cremation it was to much.😢 . However, if u request to have a lock of ur babies hair which I did , or whatever type of keep sake u may want Ram will make sure u get it before the cremation is finished and ur baby is given back to you , which is THE SAME DAY ,NOT 3 WEEKS LATER LIKE GREENBRIER. You get YOUR BABY back also.. not 50 other animals and your pet!!!! Pet cremation of Kissimmee ONLY DO PERSONAL CREMATIONS. You may go to the facility and look for yourself if you so choose . I did ! And I highly recommend you do too . I promise, Ram will Take wonderful care of your Fur baby Just like he did my harley boy. I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO All Veterinary Clinics and their Clients AND the general public as well. You will not be Disappointed . Thank you Ram & Denise, for your care and support in one of the Hardest times in my life! . You are WONDERFUL. THANK YOU. 😊

I went here for my cat that I had for most of my adult life a few years ago, and I’m likely going to be using their services again soon with my older dog I’ve had for many years. As soon as I noticed some health concerns, even though I’ve moved out of the area, I’ve looked them up to see how far they are from me so I could prepare for the worst. If that doesn’t tell you enough about how caring and helpful they are, that years later I’d write this review, I don’t know what else can. The way they were tender to my emotional state, and caring about losing someone that meant so much to me, this place actually does have a huge heart for pets. I was able to be seen as soon as I got there, I was allowed to say my last goodbyes, I was permitted to push the button as a final goodbye which was surprisingly healing, and I got to wait while the gentleman helping me prepared the ashes for me to take home. I saw the whole process and was able to make peace with the loss in that moment. It still hurts to this day, who knew losing something as simple as a cat could hurt so badly, but this place is absolutely the only place I will take my pets to after they’ve said goodbye. I hope this review helps someone worried about all the messed up stuff other places do (mass cremation, faking paw prints, giving pet owners a mixture of ashes), this place absolutely doesn’t do that and I cannot recommend them enough.To the gentleman that helped me about 5 years ago with Mr. Man, thank you so much for your kindness and helping me while I was losing so much more than just a cat. I appreciate you.

This company was so kind, compassionate and accommodating and did an amazing job helping us preserve the memory of our sweet flufferbutt Siku. So blessed to have found this company when my Gizmo passed away. The hardest thing I have ever gone through was seeing my Gizmo pass, and they made it so easy in this process to bring him home again. They were able to pick him up at the vet place and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Not to mention the affordable price . God bless these people. I cannot recommend them enough, I called multiple places the evening my hedgehog passed and were rude or wouldn’t take him. I lost my hedgehog unexpectedly last week. When I called (at 930 pm in a panic) they were so nice and told me exactly what to do to preserve him until I could drop him off the next day. It was a very timely process and they worked with my schedule. I wasn’t expecting this print memorial but it was just beautiful. I couldn’t recommend a place more. I rescue stray animals, when my first Foster cat died I couldn't cremate him because the veterinary clinic were so expensive, When I rescued two newborn cats that died, I took them to this crematorium, Very good price, the service was very good, very kind people, Today I took another kitten that I rescued, When I called the owner, he ran to the store and received me and was very nice and kind, i recommend !!!! I will definitely come back.

Recently I had to send my beautiful 17 year old shitzu to heaven. It was a really difficult time for me. I came across this place online and was so thankful. Ram and Denise where really compassionate, caring, and kind. They made a horribly dark time so much easier for me. Our sweet guinea pig of six years died last week Saturday, and we sought out a weekend cremation service and found this one open so we drove from Cocoa Beach to Kissimmee. Ram, the owner, stayed open after hours to accommodate us and performed the cremation while we waited. He was very kind and considerate and compassionate, and we highly recommend him if you are seeking a cremation service for your pet.

My Kitty died September 4, 2019. He was 19 years old. I called Ram and he immediately returned my phone call in the middle of the Hurricane Dorian. He was very compassionate and professional. We were able to spend the last few moments with my kitty. He let us see the process and I was very happy to know that I was getting his ashes only and not some other animals. We lit a candle and I said a prayer. We got his paw print. In addition, we added Midnight name to his wall were others animals names were posted. We bought him a nice cherry wood box and we are going to put is name and picture on it. Within one hour of our appointment we had our beloved kitty back.I would definitely recommend Ram services. Thank you for comforting me when I was so upset.

I recently had to put my fur baby to sleep. I called Ram to see if he could assist with cremation. I understand they have a business to run but the lack of sympathy and or compassion was absolutely disgusting. I explained I was going through a tough time financially and had just lost my job and had no where to store my kitty after she passed since I unfortunately spent all my funds trying to save her. His response and solution for me was an I quote. “Do you have a freezer?” Which replied “yes” and what he said next was so wrong, “well put her in your freezer and she will stay forever until you have the funds to pay for cremation.” How is that a solution? To treat your furry loved one like leftovers?!? Such an awful experience. Never again!

Ram is one of the most remarkable people I’ve met. When we lost our cat, he was sympathetic and kind to our son. He happened to have a kitten that needed a home, gave us bedding, food, and got us all set up. We can’t believe he was willing to give us such wonderful pet, and everything we would need. My dog passed away and I decided to have him cremated. I found this place, it says open 24 hours with the active cremations from 9am to 9pm. This place was PERFECT! I did not see any others open late. I called to ask about price and how its done and he told me everything I needed to know to be prepared for my almost 2 hour journey. His calming voice over the phone really helped and he is very nice in person as well. I really like that he gave me the option to not process (crush) my dog's remains. When I unfortunately need this service again, I will definitely return.

On the day we were going to let our baby girl Missy go we had limited time to arrange everything and after searching on the web we decided to give a call to Pet Crematory of Kissimmee. We wanted to get same day service. I have to say that from the first call the compassion of the owners was absolutely incredible. We set up the appointment right after heartbreaking moment at the vet's office. When we arrived the owner shared our grieve and started preparations with very touching and respectful way. We go the paw print on the spot, chose the urn and were invited to light the candle, have private ceremony. We came back with the ashes of our baby girl two hours later. We would recommend this great service to anyone in need.

We lost our precious OTTO on 3/17/24 so unexpectedly. My daughter contacted Pet Cremations of Kissimmee, and RAM was so kind over the phone to help with the everything. The next day we brought him in,Ram had explained everything to us…I was so distraught,but he made sure my daughter was comfortable with everything. Otto’s ashes were ready within 24 hours. UPDATE:Thank you for taking care of our beautiful babies Teddy & Cody. They went over the Rainbow Bridge on March 6, 2019, and March 23, 2020. Ram, your compassion truly overwhelmed us. You lighted a candle, you placed them in the chamber with their favorite blanket and also let me start the cremation process. It helped us through the hard times because we were with our babies until the end. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Ram met us at the vet's office. Very professional and accommodating. We lost our Pearl on the morning of the 3rd and they were available to take her in the same day. The process itself is very straightforward and easy. Your furbaby is brought in or picked up, then weighed, then they take you to a private office to fill out some paperwork and select options for your cremation. Their prices and offerings are very good, and their paw prints are hand made by them.What I like is that all their cremations are private , so there is no fear of your companion being misplaced or accidentally cremated communally.Do be aware that since the paw prints are hand made and require a long period of time to air dry. Ours was still curing because we picked our Pearl up the very next morning. And although we are aware of how clay works , young children might not be ,and rough handling could damage the clay print.Overall, Their professionalism and streamline setup allowed us to come in, pick our options, and leave to give us time to grieve for our loss without complicated paperwork or strenuous instructions.

Our babygirl Tinkerbell passed 6/5/23 and it's been very hard on us. We miss her so much 💔 We went into Pet Cremation Of Kissimmee with our babygirl in bed of roses. It was our beautiful ceremony for our babygirl before we said goodbye to her physical body.I'm writing this review because Kristina was compassionate towards my family and it showed that we were at the right place. When our sweet Lucy passed away unexpectedly one Saturday morning, my husband researched and found Pet Cremation of Kissimmee. While I was initially skeptical, I truly know that we were in the best hands. Ram was so kind with walking us through the process and helping us to feel comfortable with our decisions. While they have different packages to offer, there was never any pressure to purchase. We were able to get a paw print impression done and then said our goodbyes. Our daughters dog passed after 18+ amazing years. She was our daughters shadow. My 17 year old dog had to be euthanized and I wanted to be sure of a private cremation. I decided not to go through the Vet where I had him euthanized. I wanted to be present to verify a private cremation. When I discovered Pet Cremation of Kissimmee I called and spoke to Ram and I knew this was the place to go. I was unfamiliar with the area but Ram was available to assist me with finding this location. The facility is very clean. I was able to watch the placing of my pet by hand into the crematory, I was offered to light a candle and push the start button when I was ready. Ram is so caring and empathic for the loss of my pet. I waited in his office and we had a nice conversation until time was up. I was able to witness the process of my pet's remains, how they were respectfully handled and placed appropriately in a nicely made wooden box. I highly recommend Pet Cremation of Kissimmee if you truly want a private, clean, respectful cremation of your beloved pet. The cost is reasonable and goes by how much your pet weighs. It was much less than what your vet will charge you.

Ram was an amazing guy to talk to. He took in my Dog Gracie after I put her to sleep at a later time in the evening for private cremation. I picked her up the next day when she was all done and ready to be picked up. I drove about 30 minutes to reach his location it was well worth the drive without a doubt. Very professional and you can tell he has a compassionate heart. Ashes came in a nice little wooden urn box and as well with a nice little envelope with certificate of cremation and other little nice things. If I ever need more services like this I will for sure be going back to him.

Honestly, a great experience during a difficult time. My dog died unexpectedly on Labor Day and I was relieved they were open for business. Ram (owner) was sympathetic and the prices are definitely reasonable. I was able to pick up my baby the next day and in the package, I had his ashes in the wood urn, an emotional beautiful poem , certificate of cremation, and his actual pawprint on clay. The handwriting on the clay is beautiful (I'm amazed he was able to fit my dog's long name beautifully in the small clay). Truly, this is a business that cares about your animal. I'm still grieving, but feel at peace knowing my baby was handled in a professional and caring manner. I'm definitely recommending this place to my family and friends. Thank you Ram!

Amazing, excellent service. I was able to make a same day appointment because my pet passed in the morning. I was walked through the process and able to see my pet all the way through cremation and given back the ashes the same day. I purchased a memory paw print, urn, and urn necklace as well. 6/16/2019Our handsome fur baby Chinchin had to be put Down. I didn’t know where to turn to have our beloved cremated. I turned to google and found this place. The price was really reasonable and while it is in Kissimmee and we live in Orlando we made the trip there after our son was euthanized. I cried the whole ride there. My husband remained calm as he was driving.As soon as we arrived one of the owners Ram came out to greet us. And from the moment he took out baby with such gentleness I knew we made the right decision.From the beginning to the end he included us in ever step. Last Saturday my family and I got a call we never expected to get, our beloved dog passed away. Thinking it was a weekend, I never expected to find an open place where I could have answers on how to cremate him. Immediately went to Google and the first place it popped up was this. My husband called, immediate answer. Nothing but kind, understanding, caring for other people's feelings, not pushy at all and extremely accommodated to our needs on a weekend.It is fair to say that my family and I are more than pleased that our beloved dog was cremated here. They made a pawprint with an extraordinary poem that expressed our feelings in the most beautiful way, my son has a necklace where he can carry all the time his best friend and his ashes are inside the most beautiful ceramic box.I don't wish to recommend this place at all because it would mean someone else have lost their beloved pet but if that was the case, I would recommend them 100% Pet Cremation Kissimmee.

I don’t have words to describe my experience with Ram and Denise. Jake passed at 1:30 am on a Sunday. After talking to about 6 other cremation companies, I called and spoke with Denise. I was able to get in to see them same day. Ram was so thoughtful, sincere, and caring. The process was much easier and not stressful at all. Ram let us say goodbye, light a candle, and start the incinerator. He called us about 45 minutes later to come back and pick Jake up. We were able to watch the interment into the urn we chose. I can’t say enough about this process. I was so stressed, tired, overwhelmed, and sad by the time I called them. I know if they had been my first call, it would have been so much better. In all the other places, Ram and Denise were the only ones that mentioned how they were sorry for the loss and made us feel better about everything we went through today. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you Ram and Denise for everything.

Had my Mastiff Ellie Mae cremated here. They take you from start to finish so you know it's your dog you are getting back. For my big girl it was a little over 2 hours from time I got there til I left you my girl in a very nice urn. Plus the owners are so caring and understanding what you just went through. They were incredibly understanding after I called them at 4am after watching my best friend of 20 years pass this week, not knowing what to do in this devastating situation. We brought my good girl in a few hours later, and brought her home the next day. The package with her ashes, paw print, poem, and fur was so thoughtful, and they had tissues ready to go when I saw it and began sobbing in the office. I would like to thank ram so much for the care he gave my Simba sue 7 weeks ago when he died of cancer so sadly ,then this Sunday my Yoshi bear died only 6 week plus since simba died ,my heart is broken into a million pieces .but knowing that my dogs where cremated by themselves in there own service was so nice to know and see .so much nicer than not knowing how and where your furry one is cremated .and such a better service and price than leaving your dogs or animals in a vet .not knowing even if you get your animal ashes back .I work with animals and it means so much to me to know simba and yoshi are back with me thank you ram my heart will never heal but you where there for me xxx

I would like to start by saying Ram and his wife Denise Are amazing . They really do care about their clients needs and the needs for their pets. When my Harley boy passed away on June 21st 2017 from cancer . I was absolutely devastated and beside myself . I called up Denise and Ram and they took care of everything. Now, I decided to take harley to them instead of them coming to get harley from the vet clinic because I wanted to be with my boy all the way till the end ( meaning till his cremation ) but Ram will come pick up your baby from your Home, The Vet clinic , or anywhere your baby is at, or you may choose to bring your baby to him and he will meet u at the facility ( Which is what I did ) . I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have Ram and Denise there to help me though this horrible day .😥 They made sure my harley was TAKEN CARE OF with the utmost IMPORTANCE, CARE and RESPECT. And to Me THAT MEANS EVERYTHING! You may also stay while the Cremation is done if u choose so .There is a lil candle there you can light and say your prayers for your baby and incense to burn as well . I lit the candle and incense and said my prayers but I could not stay to watch the cremation it was to much.😢 . However, if u request to have a lock of ur babies hair which I did , or whatever type of keep sake u may want Ram will make sure u get it before the cremation is finished and ur baby is given back to you , which is THE SAME DAY ,NOT 3 WEEKS LATER LIKE GREENBRIER. You get YOUR BABY back also.. not 50 other animals and your pet!!!! Pet cremation of Kissimmee ONLY DO PERSONAL CREMATIONS. You may go to the facility and look for yourself if you so choose . I did ! And I highly recommend you do too . I promise, Ram will Take wonderful care of your Fur baby Just like he did my harley boy. I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO All Veterinary Clinics and their Clients AND the general public as well. You will not be Disappointed . I went here for my cat that I had for most of my adult life a few years ago, and I’m likely going to be using their services again soon with my older dog I’ve had for many years. As soon as I noticed some health concerns, even though I’ve moved out of the area, I’ve looked them up to see how far they are from me so I could prepare for the worst. If that doesn’t tell you enough about how caring and helpful they are, that years later I’d write this review, I don’t know what else can. The way they were tender to my emotional state, and caring about losing someone that meant so much to me, this place actually does have a huge heart for pets. I was able to be seen as soon as I got there, I was allowed to say my last goodbyes, I was permitted to push the button as a final goodbye which was surprisingly healing, and I got to wait while the gentleman helping me prepared the ashes for me to take home. I saw the whole process and was able to make peace with the loss in that moment. It still hurts to this day, who knew losing something as simple as a cat could hurt so badly, but this place is absolutely the only place I will take my pets to after they’ve said goodbye. I hope this review helps someone worried about all the messed up stuff other places do (mass cremation, faking paw prints, giving pet owners a mixture of ashes), this place absolutely doesn’t do that and I cannot recommend them enough.To the gentleman that helped me about 5 years ago with Mr. Man, thank you so much for your kindness and helping me while I was losing so much more than just a cat. I'm so thankful I came across this phone number as I had a feeling my Dog was not going to make it long. Denise was a Angel by guiding, comforting and truly caring about our experience of saying good bye to our furry baby. They made themselves available late at night and even allowed us to have a little ceremony for our dog. The process was simple and within hours our dogs ashes were home with us. They really care and show importance for how hurtful this process can be and they understand and do their best to give you a little piece your dog is the only one they are attending and prices are very reasonable.

We lost our Sherlock who was the sweetest, most loving cat to everyone he met. He loved treats and laying on his back upside down in the sun. He is really missed! We took him today to see Ram and he allowed us the time to say goodbye and explained how the cremation process worked. We were able to feel comfortable in our decision and we knew that we were getting our pet's ashes back. It was very affordable and our daughter even picked out a locket that Ram filled with her cat's ashes and she really loves it. The location is in a warehouse park which caught us off guard and we weren't sure about it, but once we were inside it was fine. We would recommend this place to any family that has lost a pet.

I'm so thankful we found this place. He was so compassionate and empathetic. No pressure at all. We were able to have him explain what would happen he was so patient with my daughter. We had the ashes back in one hour. No wondering if it was really our pet or not. Don't let the outside of the location throw you. It was truly the most comforting part of our day. Absolutely wonderful and professional. They let my husband,children, and I say goodbye to our beloved Jasmine. She was back with us in less than 2 hours. Nobody ever prepares for the lose of their fur baby. We are never truly ready. We lost our 14 year old shih tzu this morning. I remembered my best friend recommending this place. I called her and asked her where it was. It was 90 minutes away from our home. She was so satisfied with their service that I would’ve driven 4 hours if needed. I called Ram at 8 am. He was so nice on the phone. He told me to call him on our way so he can have the cremation machine ready when we got there. When we arrived he was very welcoming. He explained everything and did not rush us. We could have probably been there all day and he would’ve been fine with it. If I can give this place 10⭐️ I would. We picked up Betty’s remains in less than an hour. Thank you Ram for your amazing service.

This business was a great place. Ram (the owner) is very professional and has the upmost concern and respect for your loss. He cleaned the furnace prior to putting my cat in there to ensure that only his ashes were there. We really appreciate his attention to details. We have recently lost our baby girl and this was our first experience dealing with all of this. All I can say is that I wish we could give this business 10 stars instead. I spoke with Mr. Ram several times and he was so respectful and accommodating. Everything is private and you can be certain that your pet will be cremated on his or her own and you will bring home what belongs to you. They do an amazing job! There are so many options and you can take as long as you need. Honestly I feel that my pet was honored and it made me feel more at ease. I had to euthanize my baby on Friday so I was googling cremation places the night before and chose this place because of the great reviews, even though they're a bit far from home. I called and spoke to Denise who was kind enough to give me an appointment right after the vet. I met Ram who was very sympathetic and showed me the process so I was relieved to know my baby was the only pet going in. I waited for the ashes. He has a memorial wall where I wrote a note for my beloved pet and he gave a death certificate and memorial poem. He has great choices of urns. I wouldn't have my pets cremated any place else and would highly recommend them. They're truly kind and compassionate people. Our sweet guinea pig of six years died last week Saturday, and we sought out a weekend cremation service and found this one open so we drove from Cocoa Beach to Kissimmee. Ram, the owner, stayed open after hours to accommodate us and performed the cremation while we waited. My Kitty died September 4, 2019. He was 19 years old. I called Ram and he immediately returned my phone call in the middle of the Hurricane Dorian. He was very compassionate and professional. We were able to spend the last few moments with my kitty. He let us see the process and I was very happy to know that I was getting his ashes only and not some other animals. We lit a candle and I said a prayer. We got his paw print. In addition, we added Midnight name to his wall were others animals names were posted. We bought him a nice cherry wood box and we are going to put is name and picture on it. Within one hour of our appointment we had our beloved kitty back.I would definitely recommend Ram services. I recently had to put my fur baby to sleep. I called Ram to see if he could assist with cremation. I understand they have a business to run but the lack of sympathy and or compassion was absolutely disgusting. I explained I was going through a tough time financially and had just lost my job and had no where to store my kitty after she passed since I unfortunately spent all my funds trying to save her. His response and solution for me was an I quote. “Do you have a freezer?” Which replied “yes” and what he said next was so wrong, “well put her in your freezer and she will stay forever until you have the funds to pay for cremation.” How is that a solution? To treat your furry loved one like leftovers?!? Such an awful experience. Never again!

Ram is one of the most remarkable people I’ve met. When we lost our cat, he was sympathetic and kind to our son. He happened to have a kitten that needed a home, gave us bedding, food, and got us all set up. We can’t believe he was willing to give us such wonderful pet, and everything we would need. My dog passed away and I decided to have him cremated. I found this place, it says open 24 hours with the active cremations from 9am to 9pm. This place was PERFECT! I did not see any others open late. I called to ask about price and how its done and he told me everything I needed to know to be prepared for my almost 2 hour journey. His calming voice over the phone really helped and he is very nice in person as well. I really like that he gave me the option to not process (crush) my dog's remains. When I unfortunately need this service again, I will definitely return.

This company seems to pride itself and post about being “24 hours “ yet when i called at 5pm they told me “sorry business hours are closed “I asked if I could atleast drop my pet off until they were able to cremate him (which would be the next morning) and they told me “no our worker went home for the day “When I brought up being 24 hours and 7 days a week the lady on the phone got an attitude with me .I wouldn’t trust this place at all. Not knowing what to do or consider at first, I of course got online and found this service was 24/7 Open. After reading the reviews, my wife and I decided cremation and honoring our cat was what we needed and wanted. I called at 530am and Ram answered. He was caring from the second we spoke. We confirmed a time to bring Jeko in, and he was again very sympathetic.We spent time with our wonderful kitty at home for a few hours, then drove him to this location. After waking up this morning to the tragic, untimely loss of my beloved rabbit Snoopy I was rushing to figure out what to do. I was quoted 450$ from other cremation places. Desperate and heartbroken I gave my last call to this place, thank god I did! I was told I can come in 1 hr, was given a VERY reasonable price and the process will be done in 1hr. Ram was compassionate and showed real sympathy for my loss. He even wanted me to be part of the process by lightning the candle but I just couldn't. I was given locks of his fur along with a paw print and his little urn. This place made the process a bit easier to cope with. Thank you so much for your kind handling of my best friend.

I'd give 0 stars if I could! Please people do not use this company! They lost my dog's ashes!My dog died 9/23/22 and I was told by the vet her ashes would be returned to me on Tuesday, 9/27/22. I called on 9/27/22 to see if her ashes had been delivered and the vet said no they only received one animal's ashes which was a cat.Today, 10/4 I get a call from the vet asking if I had received my dog's ashes. I said no. They called this horrible company and they don't have them either. The vet has searched their office and they don't have any ashes or the paw print. I've used this vet for over 34 years with no issue.I called this cremation company and talked to Rom who is the owner. He told me he had done his job and it was the vet's fault. The most unprofessional, unsympathetic, and unhelpful man. He wasn't concerned and acted like I was wasting his time. He didn't offer to look around his business or look in vans to see if her ashes may have been left behind. He apparently has NO RECORDS of anything. I asked him to confirm pick up and drop off and all he could say is "I return everything I pick up"So now not only do I have to deal with the trauma of losing my dog who was like a member of my family, I don't even have her ashes.I'm telling you, no matter how many good reviews they have, save yourself the trauma and heartache and find another company to use.

My 17 year old dog had to be euthanized and I wanted to be sure of a private cremation. I decided not to go through the Vet where I had him euthanized. I wanted to be present to verify a private cremation. When I discovered Pet Cremation of Kissimmee I called and spoke to Ram and I knew this was the place to go. I was unfamiliar with the area but Ram was available to assist me with finding this location. The facility is very clean. I was able to watch the placing of my pet by hand into the crematory, I was offered to light a candle and push the start button when I was ready. Ram is so caring and empathic for the loss of my pet. I waited in his office and we had a nice conversation until time was up. I was able to witness the process of my pet's remains, how they were respectfully handled and placed appropriately in a nicely made wooden box. I highly recommend Pet Cremation of Kissimmee if you truly want a private, clean, respectful cremation of your beloved pet. The cost is reasonable and goes by how much your pet weighs. It was much less than what your vet will charge you.

Ram was an amazing guy to talk to. He took in my Dog Gracie after I put her to sleep at a later time in the evening for private cremation. I picked her up the next day when she was all done and ready to be picked up. I drove about 30 minutes to reach his location it was well worth the drive without a doubt. Very professional and you can tell he has a compassionate heart. Ashes came in a nice little wooden urn box and as well with a nice little envelope with certificate of cremation and other little nice things. If I ever need more services like this I will for sure be going back to him.

Honestly, a great experience during a difficult time. My dog died unexpectedly on Labor Day and I was relieved they were open for business. Ram (owner) was sympathetic and the prices are definitely reasonable. I was able to pick up my baby the next day and in the package, I had his ashes in the wood urn, an emotional beautiful poem , certificate of cremation, and his actual pawprint on clay. The handwriting on the clay is beautiful (I'm amazed he was able to fit my dog's long name beautifully in the small clay). Truly, this is a business that cares about your animal. I'm still grieving, but feel at peace knowing my baby was handled in a professional and caring manner. I'm definitely recommending this place to my family and friends. Thank you Ram!

Amazing, excellent service. I was able to make a same day appointment because my pet passed in the morning. 6/16/2019Our handsome fur baby Chinchin had to be put Down. I didn’t know where to turn to have our beloved cremated. I turned to google and found this place. The price was really reasonable and while it is in Kissimmee and we live in Orlando we made the trip there after our son was euthanized. I cried the whole ride there. My husband remained calm as he was driving.As soon as we arrived one of the owners Ram came out to greet us. Last Saturday my family and I got a call we never expected to get, our beloved dog passed away. Thinking it was a weekend, I never expected to find an open place where I could have answers on how to cremate him. Immediately went to Google and the first place it popped up was this. My husband called, immediate answer. Nothing but kind, understanding, caring for other people's feelings, not pushy at all and extremely accommodated to our needs on a weekend.It is fair to say that my family and I are more than pleased that our beloved dog was cremated here. I went straight feom the vets office and was still completely devastated and a wreck. The amount of compassion I received was very much appreciated. He took the time to explain the process and told me to take all the time I needed with my baby. Even said I could stay and watch the entire process so I can rest assure that it will be a private cremation and I will only receive the ashes of my beloved cat. It was already hard looking for a place that provided the service. It was something I dreaded looking into. I quickly learned that it can takes weeks to receive the ashes and I wouldn’t be given a chance to say goodbye. I found them on google and read that it was same day service and personal. From the moment I got there he came out and helped carry her in and said sorry for my loss. It was a painful process but he definitely made it bearable by giving me options for closure if I wanted to stay by the side or wait in the office. He gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to her prior to starting and also gave me the option to light a candle. He gave me her paw print and put her ashes in the urn and prior to that let me hold her ashes. I was then given the opportunity to write a letter on his wall for memory as well. Overall it was a personal experience I’m glad I took her here and not a vet which would never do any of this for us. My dog was 17 years old and this was the best service of respect for her and me. I was able to have her back within the hour.

I hope you never need of their services, but if you shall, I highly recommend this place. I had the unfortunate need on Thanksgiving morning after my 16 year old fur baby passed over night. I didn't want my kids to see her like that for the last time, so I called shortly before 7a crying hysterically. I'm so thankful I came across this phone number as I had a feeling my Dog was not going to make it long. Denise was a Angel by guiding, comforting and truly caring about our experience of saying good bye to our furry baby. They made themselves available late at night and even allowed us to have a little ceremony for our dog. The process was simple and within hours our dogs ashes were home with us. They really care and show importance for how hurtful this process can be and they understand and do their best to give you a little piece your dog is the only one they are attending and prices are very reasonable.

We lost our Sherlock who was the sweetest, most loving cat to everyone he met. He loved treats and laying on his back upside down in the sun. He is really missed! We took him today to see Ram and he allowed us the time to say goodbye and explained how the cremation process worked. We were able to feel comfortable in our decision and we knew that we were getting our pet's ashes back. It was very affordable and our daughter even picked out a locket that Ram filled with her cat's ashes and she really loves it. The location is in a warehouse park which caught us off guard and we weren't sure about it, but once we were inside it was fine. We would recommend this place to any family that has lost a pet.

I'm so thankful we found this place. He was so compassionate and empathetic. No pressure at all. We were able to have him explain what would happen he was so patient with my daughter. We had the ashes back in one hour. No wondering if it was really our pet or not. Don't let the outside of the location throw you. It was truly the most comforting part of our day. I had to euthanize my baby on Friday so I was googling cremation places the night before and chose this place because of the great reviews, even though they're a bit far from home. I called and spoke to Denise who was kind enough to give me an appointment right after the vet. I met Ram who was very sympathetic and showed me the process so I was relieved to know my baby was the only pet going in. I waited for the ashes. He has a memorial wall where I wrote a note for my beloved pet and he gave a death certificate and memorial poem. He has great choices of urns. I wouldn't have my pets cremated any place else and would highly recommend them. They're truly kind and compassionate people. One week ago today we were absolutely heartbroken, devastated and in a fog the morning our furbaby Toby passed away. We knew we would always want to have him near us, so we called for this service. Ram was so kind, compassionate, and truly cared about our feelings and taking care of our baby. He met us at his shop at 9:30am on Sunday morning, and he held a private cremation for our baby. He allowed us to have a moment of silence, and ensured us he would handle our baby with the upmost care and compassion. The world needs more people of integrity and care like the way Ram handles his business. He is the most gentle and professional man and in a time of hurt and need, he was exactly what we needed to have peace and closure for our little Yorkie Toby passing. This man is amazing! We lost our 13 year old kitty, Oliver on May 11th to cancer. My brother called and set everything up here for us so all we had to do was go in and say our final goodbye. Ram met us at the door, was very sympathetic and professional. He gave us several options to be as involved as we wanted in the process. We lit a candle, said our goodbyes and returned to pick his remains up an hour later. He walked us to our car and again extended his condolences. Sadly on May 27th I had to say goodbye to my 14 year old pug, Frank. After being completely ripped off by the vet we went to, they tried to convince us to have him cremated there. I said no and immediately called Pet Cremation of Kissimmee because of how well everything was handled with our Oliver. He let us come in immediately and was again very compassionate and professional. We lit a candle in Franks memory and Ram made us very comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough. The professionalism, compassion and pricing exceeded our expectations! Thank you for making a very difficult time, more comfortable.

A heartfelt thank you! They answered our call late into the evening right after our baby passed. If I could give this place more stars I would! Our beloved beagle of almost 16 years passed away on September 26th at 6:30 in the morning. We call Ram at 7:00 am and he was able to accommodate us at 8:30 am. He was very compassionate and wonderful in our time of grief and sadness. He let us spend as much time as we needed with our beagle until we were ready to say good bye. He let us be as involved as we wanted in the process of cremation. It was very interesting and we learned alot. We watched as he took a paw print of our beagle and let the kids help decorate it. He gave them a locket of hair and let us light a candle and start the machine. He walked us through and told us about the entire process as it was happening and let us put a paw print paper on the wall in memory of our Kali girl. We picked out a beautiful locket necklace for my daughter to keep a little bit of our Kali girl with her at all times. It was wonderful and comforting to know that we got only our beagle back after cremation and in only about an hour and a half. We were so happy with the professionalism and courtesy and time that Ram spent with us. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to cremate their pet. The price was very affordable and the service was outstanding!

I really appreciate how they let you do as much or little as you want, I was present when the paw print was done, I got to see her put in crematory and put flowers in, light a candle, and if I wanted to, start the machine. This might be a little too hands on for some, but for me, knowing undoubtedly how my beloved pet was handled and the only one in there was very comforting. And bringing her home the same day was helpful in having closure. It isn't a glamorous looking place but being a part of the process, the transparency and fair pricing is worth it. The website pricing is off, call for updated prices. This is much better than waiting days and not knowing how your pet is being handled. I appreciate their honest and undisclosed approach.

We lost our beloved dog, Leesie after 13 wonderful years. She passed away in our home in the middle of the night. This being the first time our family has experienced a loss of a pet we had no idea what to do next. After a couple phone calls and still feeling lost we ended up speaking with Denise at Pet Cremation of Kissimmee and got some closure as to the next step. We live in Orlando, the 35 minute drive was well worth it. They allow you to be involved as much as you want to be in the process. Ram treated our dog with the upmost respect and went above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy that we did not choose to drop her off at a vet to be cremated and then have to come back however many days later for the remains. When I lost my Mido, it was 1/1/2018 a holiday so I could not get a hold of his vet. I called Denise and within 2 rings she answered right away and her voice was the first time I felt calm since Mido had passed. She made me feel at ease with what was happening and she wanted to be there for me. I went to the location at the time and within minutes I was able to sit down, decide how we were going to cremate him and give him the respectful funeral that he deserved. What made me feel the absolute best is knowing that he would have his own private cremation and he wouldn't be mixed in with other animals. I was so impressed at the care and attention that was given to my family at this time. Anytime I have a deceased animal I know this is where I will be going, knowing they will be given the best care.

We had a tragic accident with 2 of my dogs, and at 2am Denise and Ram were amazing, respectful, courteous to our tragedy, and so very accommodating. Disgusted ! This company seems to pride itself and post about being “24 hours “ yet when i called at 5pm they told me “sorry business hours are closed “I asked if I could atleast drop my pet off until they were able to cremate him (which would be the next morning) and they told me “no our worker went home for the day “When I brought up being 24 hours and 7 days a week the lady on the phone got an attitude with me .I wouldn’t trust this place at all. ***Go here, if this is what you need***Ram, the owner is a special kind of person. Our beloved 11+ year old bengal cat Jeko, unexpectedly passed away early on a Sunday morning. Not knowing what to do or consider at first, I of course got online and found this service was 24/7 Open. After reading the reviews, my wife and I decided cremation and honoring our cat was what we needed and wanted. I called at 530am and Ram answered. He was caring from the second we spoke. We confirmed a time to bring Jeko in, and he was again very sympathetic.We spent time with our wonderful kitty at home for a few hours, then drove him to this location. After waking up this morning to the tragic, untimely loss of my beloved rabbit Snoopy I was rushing to figure out what to do. I was quoted 450$ from other cremation places. Desperate and heartbroken I gave my last call to this place, thank god I did! I was told I can come in 1 hr, was given a VERY reasonable price and the process will be done in 1hr. Ram was compassionate and showed real sympathy for my loss. He even wanted me to be part of the process by lightning the candle but I just couldn't. I was given locks of his fur along with a paw print and his little urn. This place made the process a bit easier to cope with. Thank you so much for your kind handling of my best friend.

I'd give 0 stars if I could! Please people do not use this company! They lost my dog's ashes!My dog died 9/23/22 and I was told by the vet her ashes would be returned to me on Tuesday, 9/27/22. I called on 9/27/22 to see if her ashes had been delivered and the vet said no they only received one animal's ashes which was a cat.Today, 10/4 I get a call from the vet asking if I had received my dog's ashes. I said no. They called this horrible company and they don't have them either. The vet has searched their office and they don't have any ashes or the paw print. I've used this vet for over 34 years with no issue.I called this cremation company and talked to Rom who is the owner. He told me he had done his job and it was the vet's fault. The most unprofessional, unsympathetic, and unhelpful man. He wasn't concerned and acted like I was wasting his time. He didn't offer to look around his business or look in vans to see if her ashes may have been left behind. He apparently has NO RECORDS of anything. I asked him to confirm pick up and drop off and all he could say is "I return everything I pick up"So now not only do I have to deal with the trauma of losing my dog who was like a member of my family, I don't even have her ashes.I'm telling you, no matter how many good reviews they have, save yourself the trauma and heartache and find another company to use.

Our Penny, 17years, became sick suddenly at 11pm in the evening. She was loved beyond measure as all members of the family do. After our visit to the vet the next morning, we did have to have her euthanized. We chose Kissimmee Crematory because it was closest to us. I could not believe the compassion Ram has for parents of the deceased. That was what impressed us most. Her sister, Annie passed one year ago. We chose another Pet Crematory and were very disappointed. There was no compassion for us and our loss at all. I highly recommend this place.

When things were going crazy here with the loss of our dog, in the middle of the night, we reached out to Pet Cremation of Kissimmee. Denise and Ram were incredible. They immediately put our minds at ease. The service they provided, was so far above any scale we could rate them. Ram was here right around sun up. I went straight feom the vets office and was still completely devastated and a wreck. The amount of compassion I received was very much appreciated. He took the time to explain the process and told me to take all the time I needed with my baby. Even said I could stay and watch the entire process so I can rest assure that it will be a private cremation and I will only receive the ashes of my beloved cat. It was already hard looking for a place that provided the service. It was something I dreaded looking into. I quickly learned that it can takes weeks to receive the ashes and I wouldn’t be given a chance to say goodbye. I found them on google and read that it was same day service and personal. From the moment I got there he came out and helped carry her in and said sorry for my loss. It was a painful process but he definitely made it bearable by giving me options for closure if I wanted to stay by the side or wait in the office. He gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to her prior to starting and also gave me the option to light a candle. He gave me her paw print and put her ashes in the urn and prior to that let me hold her ashes. I was then given the opportunity to write a letter on his wall for memory as well. Overall it was a personal experience I’m glad I took her here and not a vet which would never do any of this for us. My dog was 17 years old and this was the best service of respect for her and me. I was able to have her back within the hour.

I hope you never need of their services, but if you shall, I highly recommend this place. I had the unfortunate need on Thanksgiving morning after my 16 year old fur baby passed over night. I didn't want my kids to see her like that for the last time, so I called shortly before 7a crying hysterically. I recently had a cat get attacked by a dog, and it left me heartbroken. I found this business through google, and I'm beyond thankful that I did.I spoke to Denise on the phone, and she was very kind and professional, and thankfully they had an appointment for that day.I rushed over and was greeted by Ram, who was very gentle from the start, and treated my dear Garfield with the utmost care. He allowed me to be personally involved with the cremation, even going as far as allowing to start the machine myself.I purchased the clay paw print, as well as a necklace urn.Their compassion made for a positive experience out of a horrible situation. I called pet creamation today 9/2/18 and I informed them of my pet passing and they were so passionate and very professional gave me an appointment right away and they wanted my son to call so they an explain everything. They were waiting for my son to arrive and immediately took care of him. I was able to see everything going on even spoke to the gentleman doing the cremation and he gave me my condolences. Very nice people and I felt a little calm knowing that they would cremate quick and would give the ashes in a beautiful urn that i picked. Just saying Thank You to Ram and his wife Denise i don't think is enough... they are amazing people and will treat you and your pet with the up most respect. Denise has the most calming tone to her voice and she will for sure make you feel so much better about having to make the call to them. I am new to the Orlando area and i do not know to many people and when Sharminn my dog of 10 years died from a terrible cancer Denise helped me by making phone calls to people she knew to help me make the right decision on my dogs passing. First my pet was not even gone yet, she didn't mind taking the time out of her own schedule in the middle of the day to help me with my problem. she called me back with the information i needed almost immediately, she even texted me to make sure i had the correct information. after all of this and she knew i did not know exactly when Sharminn would pass i just knew we were near the end, she offer to help me with anything else i needed and just told me to call. When Sharminn did pass it was much sooner than i thought within hours of calling Denise in the first place but i called around 630pm and she picked up she told me her husband Ram would be at my home within the next two hours and they would handle her the rest of the way. When Ram showed up he was just as nice as he wife and he was nice enough to explain what he was doing and why so we did not think he was doing anything disrespectful to our baby. Our dog was a bit bigger and i offered to help take her down to the truck and even then he tried to not have us help but i'm the kind of person who doesn't take no for an answer and i insisted and Ram was very nice to let me help. He promised my dog home with a Paw print and some of her Hair the next morning around 7am. after Ram got her back he even texted to let us know she was in good hands and that we didn't need to worry. The next day he was here just as he said with our baby, her paw print, and her hair. again i cant express my gratitude enough these are real animal lovers and the truly care and will show you that. Thank you again for all you do Ram and Denise and thank you for taking such great care of Sharminn it put us at piece to know she was in such great hands.

If you loved your pet take them here!! I love this place they do the lords work!! My dog passed in the middle of the night at home and I was able to call at 3 am and make an appt for that morning. I also called my vet (when they were open) and they wanted to charge $110 for just the cremation. And for just $20 more I was, not only able to be part of the process but also got a simple beautiful urn, a necklace, and a paw print!! Do you heart and your wallet a favor and come here!!

This place is absolutely amazing. It's a husband and wife team and I've never dealt with more compassionate people in my ilfe. If you are facing or have faced the heart wrenching decision to let your precious pet rest in peace I highly recommend reaching out to this place to take care of your cremation needs. Not only were we able to receive our dog's ashes within a couple of hours but we were given the peace of mind that the ashes we received were undoubtedly our precious pet. They also are far more reasonably priced than going through the vet and they also have extras available, such as ash pendants, name plates for the box (urn), and box upgrades, just to name a few. We also watched as a clay paw impression was taken from our dog. They also provide a pick up service, as we had to have our dog picked up from the vet after euthanization because of his size, and were able to come out within a couple of hours. My baby passed away unexpectedly and at 12:30am they answered the phone and gave us an appt for the morning. I wish I could have been there but I had to work. They had my husband light a candle and say a prayer. He picked him up a few hours later. We got his pawprint. The natural wooden box was very nice. Everything was beautiful and handled wonderfully. This was a place I never wanted to visit, that being said I’m glad we found it. Ram was extremely understanding and compassionate. Like many of the other reviews... he helped carry my baby (old male cat) in. Let me take the time I needed to say my final good bye. He never tried to upcharge or over sell me on something. He explained the process very well, and let me me as involved or uninvolved as I felt comfortable with. As heartbreaking as it is to visit, this place is a true class act.

One week ago today we were absolutely heartbroken, devastated and in a fog the morning our furbaby Toby passed away. We knew we would always want to have him near us, so we called for this service. Ram was so kind, compassionate, and truly cared about our feelings and taking care of our baby. He met us at his shop at 9:30am on Sunday morning, and he held a private cremation for our baby. He allowed us to have a moment of silence, and ensured us he would handle our baby with the upmost care and compassion. We lost our 13 year old kitty, Oliver on May 11th to cancer. My brother called and set everything up here for us so all we had to do was go in and say our final goodbye. Ram met us at the door, was very sympathetic and professional. He gave us several options to be as involved as we wanted in the process. We lit a candle, said our goodbyes and returned to pick his remains up an hour later. He walked us to our car and again extended his condolences. Sadly on May 27th I had to say goodbye to my 14 year old pug, Frank. After being completely ripped off by the vet we went to, they tried to convince us to have him cremated there. I said no and immediately called Pet Cremation of Kissimmee because of how well everything was handled with our Oliver. He let us come in immediately and was again very compassionate and professional. We lit a candle in Franks memory and Ram made us very comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough. If I could give this place more stars I would! Our beloved beagle of almost 16 years passed away on September 26th at 6:30 in the morning. We call Ram at 7:00 am and he was able to accommodate us at 8:30 am. He was very compassionate and wonderful in our time of grief and sadness. He let us spend as much time as we needed with our beagle until we were ready to say good bye. He let us be as involved as we wanted in the process of cremation. It was very interesting and we learned alot. We watched as he took a paw print of our beagle and let the kids help decorate it. He gave them a locket of hair and let us light a candle and start the machine. He walked us through and told us about the entire process as it was happening and let us put a paw print paper on the wall in memory of our Kali girl. We picked out a beautiful locket necklace for my daughter to keep a little bit of our Kali girl with her at all times. It was wonderful and comforting to know that we got only our beagle back after cremation and in only about an hour and a half. We were so happy with the professionalism and courtesy and time that Ram spent with us. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to cremate their pet. The price was very affordable and the service was outstanding!

I really appreciate how they let you do as much or little as you want, I was present when the paw print was done, I got to see her put in crematory and put flowers in, light a candle, and if I wanted to, start the machine. This might be a little too hands on for some, but for me, knowing undoubtedly how my beloved pet was handled and the only one in there was very comforting. And bringing her home the same day was helpful in having closure. It isn't a glamorous looking place but being a part of the process, the transparency and fair pricing is worth it. The website pricing is off, call for updated prices. This is much better than waiting days and not knowing how your pet is being handled. I appreciate their honest and undisclosed approach.

We lost our beloved dog, Leesie after 13 wonderful years. She passed away in our home in the middle of the night. This being the first time our family has experienced a loss of a pet we had no idea what to do next. After a couple phone calls and still feeling lost we ended up speaking with Denise at Pet Cremation of Kissimmee and got some closure as to the next step. We live in Orlando, the 35 minute drive was well worth it. They allow you to be involved as much as you want to be in the process. When I lost my Mido, it was 1/1/2018 a holiday so I could not get a hold of his vet. I called Denise and within 2 rings she answered right away and her voice was the first time I felt calm since Mido had passed. She made me feel at ease with what was happening and she wanted to be there for me. I went to the location at the time and within minutes I was able to sit down, decide how we were going to cremate him and give him the respectful funeral that he deserved. What made me feel the absolute best is knowing that he would have his own private cremation and he wouldn't be mixed in with other animals. During a time of pain the owner of Pet Cremation of Kissimmee was very consoling and understanding of our loss. He was extremely transparent and let us know about the entire process. The owner also gave us many options to be part of the cremation process or return upon completion which was fulfilling to know that the ashes were that of our dog and nothing more. A small ritual was provided by lighting a candle and creating a clay paw print of our dog. Overall it was an amazing experience during a dark time. My husband and I lost our pride and joy, our first baby Monday morning. Though we knew she wasn’t doing well, there is nothing to prepare you for the heartbreak of them passing. We found this place on google and I’m so happy we did. The gentlemen allowed us to say goodbye one last time, took her paw print, and even lit a candle for her. We got a little urn to put or baby in and a plaque with her little paws. While we were waiting he made conversation and was all around so nice. He’s not worried about making money, he wants families to be at peace knowing their loved one was cremated with just them and giving memorial items to put up in the home. I’m bringing all my other pets here when they pass, along with recommended him to anyone who is looking to cremate their fur baby.

Ram and Denise took care of my service animal, Gwennie. Ram came to my house to pick up my cat and returned several hours later. They got a cast of her paw print for us. I would recommend this place to anyone that has lost a pet. The people were so nice and sympathetic of our lost. The owner show us the facility and the cremation chamber. We got to watch him place our pet in the chamber, light a candle, and start the machine. Their prices are also very reasonable. The best part is that you get your pet ashes back the same day within an hour.

This place was amazing. Very respectful staff, they guided us through the whole process. He expressed his condolences and proceded to inform us on the procedures. He offers an engraving of your pets paws on clay and engraves your pets name. Very professional, he made sure we could see our bunny was the only one in the chamber and he let us turn on the machine. Our Penny, 17years, became sick suddenly at 11pm in the evening. She was loved beyond measure as all members of the family do. After our visit to the vet the next morning, we did have to have her euthanized. We chose Kissimmee Crematory because it was closest to us. I could not believe the compassion Ram has for parents of the deceased. That was what impressed us most. Her sister, Annie passed one year ago. We chose another Pet Crematory and were very disappointed. There was no compassion for us and our loss at all. I highly recommend this place.

When things were going crazy here with the loss of our dog, in the middle of the night, we reached out to Pet Cremation of Kissimmee. Denise and Ram were incredible. They immediately put our minds at ease. The service they provided, was so far above any scale we could rate them. Ram was here right around sun up. I would highly recommend these folks for your pet's end of life needs. We had an appointment to put our baby down at 11:30. Our amazing 13 year old Yorkshire Terrier, Gizzmo, crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this week. I found Pet Cremation of Kissimmee on Google, and am so happy I did. Ram was incredibly thoughtful through all of it, and gentle with the body of our sweet boy. He also offered time for goodbyes with our love, cut a little of his fur for us, did the pawprint casts, lit a memorial candle, and we got to have our final goodbye as Gizzmo was loaded in to the machine. It eased an incredibly heart breaking moment as we knew what happening each step of the way. We also got to take our sweet boy home only an hour later. For anyone who recognizes their fur babies as a part of the family, I would highly recommend Ram and his compassionate services.

I called pet creamation today 9/2/18 and I informed them of my pet passing and they were so passionate and very professional gave me an appointment right away and they wanted my son to call so they an explain everything. They were waiting for my son to arrive and immediately took care of him. I was able to see everything going on even spoke to the gentleman doing the cremation and he gave me my condolences. Very nice people and I felt a little calm knowing that they would cremate quick and would give the ashes in a beautiful urn that i picked. Just saying Thank You to Ram and his wife Denise i don't think is enough... they are amazing people and will treat you and your pet with the up most respect. Denise has the most calming tone to her voice and she will for sure make you feel so much better about having to make the call to them. I am new to the Orlando area and i do not know to many people and when Sharminn my dog of 10 years died from a terrible cancer Denise helped me by making phone calls to people she knew to help me make the right decision on my dogs passing. First my pet was not even gone yet, she didn't mind taking the time out of her own schedule in the middle of the day to help me with my problem. she called me back with the information i needed almost immediately, she even texted me to make sure i had the correct information. after all of this and she knew i did not know exactly when Sharminn would pass i just knew we were near the end, she offer to help me with anything else i needed and just told me to call. When Sharminn did pass it was much sooner than i thought within hours of calling Denise in the first place but i called around 630pm and she picked up she told me her husband Ram would be at my home within the next two hours and they would handle her the rest of the way. When Ram showed up he was just as nice as he wife and he was nice enough to explain what he was doing and why so we did not think he was doing anything disrespectful to our baby. Our dog was a bit bigger and i offered to help take her down to the truck and even then he tried to not have us help but i'm the kind of person who doesn't take no for an answer and i insisted and Ram was very nice to let me help. He promised my dog home with a Paw print and some of her Hair the next morning around 7am. after Ram got her back he even texted to let us know she was in good hands and that we didn't need to worry. The next day he was here just as he said with our baby, her paw print, and her hair. again i cant express my gratitude enough these are real animal lovers and the truly care and will show you that. Thank you again for all you do Ram and Denise and thank you for taking such great care of Sharminn it put us at piece to know she was in such great hands.

If you loved your pet take them here!! I love this place they do the lords work!! My dog passed in the middle of the night at home and I was able to call at 3 am and make an appt for that morning. I also called my vet (when they were open) and they wanted to charge $110 for just the cremation. This place is absolutely amazing. It's a husband and wife team and I've never dealt with more compassionate people in my ilfe. If you are facing or have faced the heart wrenching decision to let your precious pet rest in peace I highly recommend reaching out to this place to take care of your cremation needs. Not only were we able to receive our dog's ashes within a couple of hours but we were given the peace of mind that the ashes we received were undoubtedly our precious pet. They also are far more reasonably priced than going through the vet and they also have extras available, such as ash pendants, name plates for the box (urn), and box upgrades, just to name a few. We also watched as a clay paw impression was taken from our dog. They also provide a pick up service, as we had to have our dog picked up from the vet after euthanization because of his size, and were able to come out within a couple of hours. The husband and wife that run this business are so compassionate, kind, and gentle hearted. They are in this business for all the right reasons and are so tender and patient with you, in your grief stricken state. The experience of losing a pet is always so hard and sad. But, the way they do this helps give you closure that’s often hard to find, after losing a beloved furbaby. My old man Charley passed away today and they were able to give me the closure I need in a matter of a couple of hours. Now I have my baby with me forever. Thanks Denise and Ram your service in my time of need exceptional. I did not feel rush saying goodbye to my fur baby. Midnight was treated with the upmost respect all the way. Thanks for letting us be a part of everything from beginning to end. Midnight came home with us two hours later where he belongs. Again thank you from the bottom of our heart.

My neighbors were on their way back to Kissimmee, FL from New York when they called me to let me know that their beloved fur baby passed away last night, and they didn't know who to call or what to do since they were driving back, and were only in North Carolina.Upon researching pet cremation, I came across Pet Cremation of Kissimmee. Denise and Ram are passionate about what they do. They took such loving care of our sweet Mele. I cradled my little one as I waited for her to be picked up and as I handed her over to Ram, he cradled her and told me she would be riding in the front with him I was assured that she would be back home with me in a few short hours and it would be her ashes that in the urn. The owners are extremely kind and accommodating to your needs and of your loved pet. We were very happy with their services. Made a horrible experience bearable. Was so sweet and considerate to both me and my beloved cat. Showed us both respect and compassion, and even let me sit and cry with him for a little while. The service that they provide is just amazing. I just got the ashes from Ram and the compassion that he had was amazing. When i called the first time and talk to Denise she made me feel like family. Ram was very compassionate. We called on a Sunday afternoon and he met us promptly at our own selected time. He was courteous and allowed us to be part of the process which brought us closure upon loosing our bunny. Thank you Ram!

During a time of pain the owner of Pet Cremation of Kissimmee was very consoling and understanding of our loss. He was extremely transparent and let us know about the entire process. The owner also gave us many options to be part of the cremation process or return upon completion which was fulfilling to know that the ashes were that of our dog and nothing more. A small ritual was provided by lighting a candle and creating a clay paw print of our dog. Overall it was an amazing experience during a dark time. Huge thank you to Pet cremation of Kissimmee for such an intimate time.

My husband and I lost our pride and joy, our first baby Monday morning. Though we knew she wasn’t doing well, there is nothing to prepare you for the heartbreak of them passing. We found this place on google and I’m so happy we did. The gentlemen allowed us to say goodbye one last time, took her paw print, and even lit a candle for her. We got a little urn to put or baby in and a plaque with her little paws. While we were waiting he made conversation and was all around so nice. He’s not worried about making money, he wants families to be at peace knowing their loved one was cremated with just them and giving memorial items to put up in the home. I’m bringing all my other pets here when they pass, along with recommended him to anyone who is looking to cremate their fur baby.

Ram and Denise took care of my service animal, Gwennie. Ram came to my house to pick up my cat and returned several hours later. They got a cast of her paw print for us. They also included a certificate of cremation, a nice wooden cheat for her remains, a condolences card, and delivered her back to us. Wonderful people.

I would recommend this place to anyone that has lost a pet. The people were so nice and sympathetic of our lost. The owner show us the facility and the cremation chamber. We got to watch him place our pet in the chamber, light a candle, and start the machine. Their prices are also very reasonable. The best part is that you get your pet ashes back the same day within an hour.

This place was amazing. Very respectful staff, they guided us through the whole process. He expressed his condolences and proceded to inform us on the procedures. He offers an engraving of your pets paws on clay and engraves your pets name. Very professional, he made sure we could see our bunny was the only one in the chamber and he let us turn on the machine. Best and easiest expieciemce ive had. I wish i would of known about this place a year ago when our dog passed away. If you live hours away i wanna tell you that coming here is worth it and prices and good. Very content with the services. I give it 1000 stars if i could. I called at 6am!! And still answered

Incredibly rude staff to my good friends and a day after there pet had passed and they went to this place for service. The clerk was rude and-gave them an appointment time never having told them what it was, then yelled at them and called them wrong when they showed up late. Didn't even bother trying to understand the situation or have any sympathy towards the situation. Treating people who just lost there pet and are looking for this kind of service with that little respect or sympathy is absurd. Sorry to hear places like this cant even have a shred of sympathy. Sad really, would not recommend here.

The Pet cremation of Kissimmee on Michigan is the best.Ram and Denise expressed to me empathy compassion and understanding.I've used a different cremation service in the past , they don't come close to the level of professionalism they showed me.This couple is the best I've experienced in my time of loss and grief.I've worked in the service industry for 30 years-This couple is the real deal. We lost our Boston Terrier Porkie today after being hit by a car near our home. He was 7 years old. We loved him more than anything. Our family was broken. I called Pet Cremation of Kissimmee and right away showed us so much compassion and sympathy. They were available to take care of this difficult time on a Sunday evening. They made this tough time as easy as possible. They were sure to show our Porkie the dignity he deserved as a part of our family. I can not speak highly enough of the service Pet Cremation of Kissimmee provides. When our beloved pet bunny passed away at home we had heard of Pet Cremation of Kissimmee, but did not know just how private and personal the experience would be. They allow you to be as involved in the process as you want to be, and you can be sure the ashes you bring home with you are those of your beloved pet. Loosing a furry family member is never easy, but Pet Cremation of Kissimmee made saying goodbye a beautiful experience.

Our amazing 13 year old Yorkshire Terrier, Gizzmo, crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this week. I found Pet Cremation of Kissimmee on Google, and am so happy I did. Ram was incredibly thoughtful through all of it, and gentle with the body of our sweet boy. He also offered time for goodbyes with our love, cut a little of his fur for us, did the pawprint casts, lit a memorial candle, and we got to have our final goodbye as Gizzmo was loaded in to the machine. It eased an incredibly heart breaking moment as we knew what happening each step of the way. We also got to take our sweet boy home only an hour later. For anyone who recognizes their fur babies as a part of the family, I would highly recommend Ram and his compassionate services.

We lost our sweet baby Ice Cream two days ago. We immediately called this place and Ram said we could come in. We dropped her off and got her back today. Ram was so thoughtful throughout the whole process. I can't recommend this place more.

We unexpectedly lost out 16 year old cat yesterday and i was able to get her cremated and pick her back up today. Ram was very nice and considerate and treated our kitty nicely. Also was very helpful and very flexible with time.

Ram was super nice and efficient. I was crying holding my baby and he was keeping me composed. He let me say good bye with no rush and asked me what my baby's story was and how he came into my life. It was really nice, being able to talk about my loved one.

My girlfriends dog passed at 10:22 pm and we had no idea what to do. None of us have every experienced a pet loss. We called Pet Cremation of Kissimmee and at 11:00 pm we got to the location and Ram met us there. He was very kind and gave us time to say our goodbyes. Very professional and courteous enough to let us bring the dog in at 11:00 pm.
