I just want to thank everyone for the quick return of my Doberman Aries's ashes. Everything was beautifully done for his memorial, and I couldn't thank y'all more for the keepsakes.

Highly recommend. Everyone is friendly and so attentive to my needs when it comes to dealing with the loss of a fur baby. They make the process so much easier. You never want to lose any of your pets, but when that time inevitably comes, I know that they’re in great hands with Crevasse’s pet funeral home until they come back to me. There’s no one I trust more.

We used this cremation service through a package provided by Robinson 24 hour vet when our cat tragically passed away 10 days before Christmas. We didn't get to select what was included in the package but we knew it came with a clay paw print and a box. The wooden box with the name plaque was very nice, but the clay paw print turned out absolutely morbid and horrible. This is not our cat's true paw. I don't know who thinks it's a good idea to make a paw print look like an infant's handprint, but I found this to absolutely ruin our cat's only memento provided by this company. No ink paw print, no small amount of fur, nothing else but this clay pawprint that doesn't look anything like our cat's paw. You can tell someone went over our cat's real paw print to make the toes look like fingers, or maybe very large dog toe nails. Our cat had claws, his toes didn't have giant toe nails coming out of his tiny toe pads. The central paw pad is too large as well, you can also see where someone tried to make this bigger or more cosmetically appealing/symmetrical. But it just makes our cat's paw print look like a human baby's hand. It's disgusting and I can't even look at it. We had to throw it away because it was so mortifying. What were you all thinking? Why did you ruin the only keepsake we had for our fur baby? Thanks for the nice box to hold his ashes, but you all missed the mark with this clay paw.
