Transformed my frustration into peace.When I arrived, my Apollo had recently been euthanized at a clinic with not very compassionate people.I love the smell of this little place. It was very sweet how much they care and get you through the process so everything seems very easy during this phase of grief. They gave me time to say my goodbyes and I can tell they really care a lot and took very good care of my Apollo.They were even so kind enough to call me and brought him out to me to my car. The moment being reunited with him made my heart feel so full again, and I felt so at peace. Every time I hold him, I can feel my heart glowing again. Thank you so much for giving us so much peace and joy.They also gave me a piece of his fur , a wonderful surpriseI’m so glad i decided to land upon these angels and so grateful for the service they provide. I can now bring my Apollo back home with me.🤍

Hello, My name is Jessica. I lost my best friend of over 15 years in a horrible accident. He was staying with my friend when he passed, as he was supposed to come back home to me in a week. I wasn’t with him in his final moments like I always thought I would. When I got the news, it felt like my heart was ripped out, like my world just exploded all at once. The next day, I called so many places to help me cremate my dog, and what they was asking for, I simply did not have until I got paid. I was about to lose faith on giving my dog a proper goodbye. I tried one last place, which was Compassionate care pet cremation. The way he had so much sympathy for me, simply over the phone …made me know I called the right place. He told me to come in with whatever I was able to give him and wait until I got paid to cover the rest when I picked him up. NO OTHER PLACE DID THIS FOR ME. I got told “ I’m sorry about your loss” after being denied help from the other places I called. This place was MORE worried about my dog & what I was going through, MORE than the money I had in my pockets !!! I will forever be grateful and I will never go anywhere else but here !!!! They have so many selections on what you want the ashes in, it was actually hard for me to decide. They were so welcoming and was ready to be supportive as soon as I walked in with my fur baby in my arms. I thought I would cry as I handed over my baby but I didn’t because I knew he was in safe hands ! I 10000% recommend this amazing place if you have lost a pet that you love dearly.

They were fast! And very nice guy and made gorgeous keepsakes box with Koa’s ashes! Love the print; and hair!They gave me time to say my goodbyes and I can tell they really care a lot and took very good care of my Koa! they were so kind to my kitty, valentine. the place was roomy and even felt like a home. they took care of my baby, and i’m happy she’s back home. if i could, i’d rate them a 10 stars out of 10. i was surprised that they gave us extra of her fur and even a set of wildflower seeds for her. the little bed they rolled out for her was absolutely heartbreaking in the best way possible. her favorite activity was sleeping, so it was perfect for her.they’re relatively inexpensive, good for if you’re on a budget or on a part time salary. the urns are quite expensive, but the clay paw print was definitely worth it. thank you guys for taking care of valentine in her final hour <3

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I lost my baby on 8-11-24 and I wanted a way to keep him by my side. I did not even know pet cremation was possible until I found compassionate care pet cremation. They are super affordable but mostly they are SO nice! Very compassionate (like the name says) when you lose your fur baby. They made the process extremely easy for me and the cremation was done in 24 hours. I have been a complete wreck since my cat died and somehow they made the process so light-hearted and easy that I didn’t even cry. (Got close when I pick his remains up though). I was not expecting them to give me some of his fur also. That was very sweet. Thank you SO much for taking good care of my baby and allowing me to be able to keep him by my side forever. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know that loses a pet. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you.

The most genuine business I’ve ever come across. This process was extremely hard for me to go through with and the compassion of this business made me feel so safe and cared for during this hard time. They were so understanding of my situation, complimented my sweet angel, and were very personable. You can tell to them this isn’t just a business, they care for your pet and empathize with you. Extremely reasonably priced, I got quotes for a couple other places and nowhere else compared to this place and even if they had I would’ve wanted my money to go to these good, honest, and hardworking people. Thank you so much for your services, I couldn’t have asked for a more respectful and caring environment than the one created at this establishment.

Stephen was so kind and caring. We knew our Buddy Boy didn't have very long. In preparation, I called several pet cremation places. But after speaking to Stephen, I immediately knew Compassionate Care was my choice. We were able to coordinate him driving down to our St Augustine home right after The Hospice Vet (Dr Sarah- amazing) visited today. He was so gentle and kind and professional when he arrived to pick up our beloved Buddy. I am eternal grateful to both Compassionate Care and The Hospice Vet for their help today. They did everything they could to make a difficult day a little easier. Thank you for your compassion, Stephen. As you drove away, I knew our boy was in good hands.

Our dog passed away late Saturday evening and we couldn’t bare the thought of having to place him in the fridge for the night. We’re very thankful we found this 24 hour pet crematory. They were very kind, fast and efficient. The little orange chunky cat they have was also gave us a warm welcoming. The cat was very sweet and approached us right away and let us love on him. The place smelled really good and felt warm and inviting. Although we didn’t ask for it, we were pleasantly surprised to see a hair clipping of our dogs fur when we arrived the next to day to pick him up.I definitely recommend coming here in the event that your fur baby passes. It’s not a happy time but it’s nice to know that you can count on good people to take care of you and your beloved pet.

Stephen was incredibly kind, just in conversation, just with answering questions. He treated my baby with the utmost compassion and dignity. It is so hard to part with your loved fur babies, but knowing that the person handling her body is someone who respects how you feel, can provide significant stress relief.I called around about 4 weeks before we had to put her down. At that time, we were just watching every day for changes in her. Stephen quoted me fair costs, comparable to other pricing I obtained. He even offered to pick her up if she passed on her own at home. No matter the hour, he said he would answer the phone and drive out. I found that offer very comforting.In the middle of the night, we realized it was time because she was truly suffering. I called him the next morning and he said he would be ready, and just asked that I call on the way. I got my baby back in 24 hours.I would absolutely recommend this business if you have need of their services. Being delicate and respectful during this grieving process and exhibiting that bit of compassion really makes a difference.

They were a godsend to me. I was able to call prior to Homer passing away and make arrangements. They were available when he died at 1 am and I was able to bring him straight from the Emergency Vet office. They were so very compassionate and supportive and very understanding. They took the time to listen to me talk about my cat. It meant the world and helped ease the sorrow I was experiencing. I would not trust my beloved pet with anyone else. I owe them a huge debt of gratitude.

Where do I begin? I cannot tell you how wonderful Stephen and Russell were in making such a difficult time much more bareable. I knew the moment Stephen picked up the phone that this was the place I wanted to handle my sweet Dingo Joes cremation. I had to say goodbye to my sweet 16 year old Australian Shepherd unexpectedly. I called Stephen early on Saturday morning August 3rd and he immediately picked up the phone. After Dingo was euthanized Stephen and Russell came right over and picked up Dingo. They are kind, compassionate and I count them now as furever friends. They returned Dingo the following day, a Sunday, which was above and beyond. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I am incredibly grateful for the care which was taken with my gerbils after they passed away. The owner was kind and accommodating, and I was able to drop off my babies and pick them up the next day. I am so thankful I found Compassionate Care. The way they treat you and your pet is exactly as their name says. The comfort I got made the process so much easier. When I went to go pick my Coco up, they cut and saved some of her fur which made me lose it. I never thought to do that, but it means the world to me to have a part of her that remains the same. Stephen is wonderful. The place looks amazing on the inside and clean and he even has rescue cats. Hes Very nice understanding and shows he actually cares. He worked with us on our payments. I can not express how wonderful my experience with Stephen’s business was! My 13 year old Rottweiler passed away at home on a Saturday morning somewhat quickly, and in my distressed and disoriented state, I was able to find Stephen’s business online. We called Stephen that same morning, and he drove to my house (at least a 45 minute drive) and was able to transport my sweet boy in such a dignified and respectful manner. I was so beyond grateful for that. Stephen had his ashes prepared the very next day, at an extremely reasonable price (no comparison to anything else I saw online!). I know that I was meant to find Stephen and this business to help my sweet boy cross the rainbow bridge; I can’t recommend this wonderful business enough - absolutely amazing!

Super kind staff/family owned business whom treated me and my parents so well when it came to get our cat Domino cremated. We got the most beautiful send off we’ve ever seen, and even got to watch the owner perform our Domino’s paw print! Urn along with print, fur and death certificate was available to be picked up the next day- quite a simple and easy process that left us all feeling relieved and happy we brought our beloved cat here.❤️

My mom’s beloved dog Bubba passed away unexpectedly a few weeks ago. It’s taken me a while to write this as we are both still in the midst of grieving such a core part of our family — but I cannot say enough good and gracious words about Stephen and Russell at Compassionate Care. Stephen and Russell made what could’ve been an extremely stressful and overwhelming process, easy and stress-free. They took care of everything and allowed us to just focus on grieving and healing.Bubba passed away on a Saturday. Our vet told us the company they use for cremations wouldn’t be available until Monday and we didn’t want Bubba to sit in a freezer for that long. My sister and I did some research for local pet crematories and found Compassionate Care. I called them fairly late at night and Stephen answered the phone on the first ring. He was friendly, compassionate and answered all of my questions. He was patient when I couldn’t find the right words or spontaneously started crying. Bubba was my mom’s first dog and losing him was/is extremely difficult for her. She had very specific requests and I wanted to find a place that could do exactly what she wanted to allow her to remember Bubba how she wanted. She wanted a plate with Bubba's paw prints to set his urn on top of. Stephen immediately said, “We can do that,” and assured me that they would do whatever my mom needed and they would treat Bubba with respect and care.The next day, we stopped by the offices to pick out an urn and discuss additional details. Russell was so extremely helpful and kind. We reiterated the special piece my mom wanted made and Russell said it was no problem, and was more than happy to send us pictures while he was making it to ensure it was exactly what my mom wanted. Like I mentioned, she wanted a very specific thing and Russell worked with extreme precision and care. The piece was exactly what my mom envisioned, and when we saw the final product in person, my mom teared up. Unbeknownst to Russell, he had painted Bubba’s paws the color of Bubba’s harness — a detail we never told him but he just seemed to intuitively know.While Bubba is no longer physically here with us, my mom has a beautiful piece to remember him by and, in some way, it makes healing just a bit easier.I cannot thank or recommend Stephen and Russell at Compassionate Care enough.

We have unfortunately lost our dog in a tragic event and the best we could do for him afterwards was find a crematory that reflected just how loved he was. I do not have anything but adoration for the people of Compassionate Care Pet Cremation, from the moment they came to pick up my pup and treated him with the utmost respect, as well as going the extra miles to bring him back to our doorstep. Losing my pup was the hardest thing we’ve experienced, but they’ve made such a beautiful urn just for him and words can never amount to how grateful I am for making this experience into something so wonderful.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Mr. Steven is heaven sent and definitely put on this earth to do this. He treated us with utmost respect and the compassion and care he used in walking me through the process was more than I ever expected or experienced. He went above and beyond in treating our sweet girl like she was his own and expressed his condolences like he was hurting right along with us. He made the whole process easy and I definitely felt confident and at peace in leaving my sweet girl in his care. He brought her home to us and talked with for a while like we were old friends. I have no idea where to start… Stephen was the absolute best. My sweet Angel passed away unexpectedly, but he was able to take us the day it happened and was even able to hold a small service for her for us to say our goodbyes. I can't say enough good things about this place! My boyfriends young dog unexpectedly passed away and the family didn't know what to do. I sent him a list fro Google and since this place was closest to me and open, he called. They made the whole process easier for him. This is the first pet he's ever lost so he's been really upset. They got a paw print from her and even gave him a little bit of her fur when we went to pick her up. The facility was so welcoming and the rainbow bridge with all the pet collars had me about to cry. I've lost many pets throughout the years but I can say I will be taking my pets here when that time comes in the future.We even had a rainbow on the way home!

Our sweet little lady passed in her sleep and we were completely lost the next morning. I found compassionate care online and they were so kind on the phone and were able to get me in right away. They answered all of my questions and were patient with me while I broke down in their front room. Cremation was quick and they did a paw print for us to put next to her urn along with a poem and a heart shaped bundle of wildflower seeds to plant in her memory. Everyone that we worked with was so sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend this team to anyone suffering the loss of their beloved pet.

I've been meaning to write this for almost 6 months, and even though I'm still mourning deeply, Mr. Stephen deserves my review. In February, my BEAUTIFUL boy Major was killed by a "vet" at First Coast Emergency (I've been so heartbroken that I haven't written the review for them yet, but trust me...it's coming!!).We were not expecting to lose him that night, and when we found out the next morning that it didn't even have to happen, it added so much more pain to what we were already going through!! It was EVIL and CRUEL!!They gave us the name of the crematorium they use, and that company was terrible! The lady on the phone was crass and short, she seemed annoyed and really couldn't care less about me nor Major. All she wanted was my credit card info so they could go pick him up and get this over with.So I looked online to see if there were any other options, and that's how I found Compassionate Care.I was a wreck by the time I contacted Mr. Stephen. I'm going to tell you that this man is a SAINT!!!! He was wonderful. He said he would take care of everything and call me when I could pick up Majors remains. He didn't want money up front, or deposits, or lengthy background information. He knew we were suffering and just like the name of his business...he was incredibly compassionate!!First Coast ER, after killing our baby boy and watching us hysterically cry, told us we had 48 hours to have Major picked up or he would be disposed of!!!!!!!!! We were nearing that timeline when I had found Mr. Stephen. He stopped whatever he was doing, and went to get my baby.I am so eternally grateful for him! He took a lot of sting out of a very painful experience and process and he will FOREVER be in my heart for what he did for us.It's always hard when we lose our fur babies, and most of us love them like they're our children! I've had to say goodbye when they've reached the end, but never traumatically and as quickly as what happened that night. It was horrendous, and I'm still dealing with the pain and aftermath of what that "man" did to us. I would be in FAR worse shape if it hadn't been for Compassionate Care! Having Mr. Stephen in our corner and taking the reins is something I will never forget.This is who you need when it's time to say goodbye. I honestly can't thank him enough for taking such incredible care of us!

My fur baby of over 14 years passed away I called early in the morning and asked if I could bring him over they said sure and I was able to pick him back up that afternoon staff was amazing and comforting. I cannot thank Stephen enough for his services! There aren't enough words to describe how kind, gentle, and caring the owner is. My cat unfortunately passed away on New Year's Eve. I was able to call and drive up to have my sweet Peanut Butter taken care of. I was so worried I wasn't going to find a place to help me with the holiday and it being a Sunday. Response time was very fast when I messaged via Google.The place is comforting and feels like a home setting. We got to have a small farewell with our kitty. I think It goes without saying that when looking up or calling a place to inquire about cremating a pet, it’s not a happy time. Not much can make these moments any less difficult or heartbreaking but what can help ease the heartbreak even just a little is knowing that the place you do call, genuinely cares. Losing my cat a little over a year after my dog made this loss exceptionally difficult. I’m So grateful that in the darkness of this time we found CCPC. From first phone call Stephen was gentle and understanding. My wife and I both have used a different company in the past and truth be told reached out there first, however they were closed.Enter a google search that has completely changed the way we will deal with the loss of our furbabies for forever.Since this was our first time stepping into a new company with this situation we had a lot of questions. At no point did my wife or I feel that we spoke too long or asked too much. Stephan gave complete space for our emotions at every step. There could have been 1 or 100 people in that office and he was 100% with us and I have no doubt that each person he works with gets the same level attention, patience and compassion from him.The name could not be more fitting.They even went so far as honoring a special request I had which is probably a rare one and came to pick up my baby since at the time my vehicle was inaccessible.If you’ve ever lost a pet, you know the only thing that can help is knowing anyone you deal with truly understands the level of hurt you’re feeling and CC truly does that perfectly..Thank you Mr. Stephen, you are an angel on earth.

This place is so awesome. Stephen, the owner, was so kind during my time of grieving. I brought my cat, Nicholas here to get cremated. He even held a little funeral for me and my mom. He gave us as much time as we needed with him to say goodbye. He answered all of our questions, in regards to his cremation and my requests of keeping some of his whiskers as well as, an ink paw print and a clay impression too. Truthfully, a very compassionate place to go to have your furbaby cremated. I have included two pictures, one of the funeral and another of what I chose to have him put in and my two requests. The black box was not included, I just happened to have that laying around.

They were amazing for us during a really terrible time. We were able to call then late and bring our Frodo in so we didn't have to wait overnight. We got a beautiful wooden box for him and they made us an imprint of his paw and kept some of his fur for us. We are so grateful

I've used this business twice now - once to cremate a pet and once to move cremains from an old urn to a new one.Both times the employees were empathetic and kind. Their time quotes were very accurate and EXTREMELY fast. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The owner went above and beyond what I asked for, making sure to get both white and black fur from my tuxedo cat.I've used the companies associated with a vet office before and have been frustrated with long turnaround, missing items, and prices. I didn't know there was another option, but I will never use one of those companies again.

They were available when he died at 1 am and I was able to bring him straight from the Emergency Vet office. They were so very compassionate and supportive and very understanding. Where do I begin? I cannot tell you how wonderful Stephen and Russell were in making such a difficult time much more bareable. I knew the moment Stephen picked up the phone that this was the place I wanted to handle my sweet Dingo Joes cremation. I had to say goodbye to my sweet 16 year old Australian Shepherd unexpectedly. I called Stephen early on Saturday morning August 3rd and he immediately picked up the phone. After Dingo was euthanized Stephen and Russell came right over and picked up Dingo. They are kind, compassionate and I count them now as furever friends. They returned Dingo the following day, a Sunday, which was above and beyond. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I've been meaning to write this for almost 6 months, and even though I'm still mourning deeply, Mr. Stephen deserves my review. In February, my BEAUTIFUL boy Major was killed by a "vet" at First Coast Emergency (I've been so heartbroken that I haven't written the review for them yet, but trust me...it's coming!!).We were not expecting to lose him that night, and when we found out the next morning that it didn't even have to happen, it added so much more pain to what we were already going through!! It was EVIL and CRUEL!!They gave us the name of the crematorium they use, and that company was terrible! The lady on the phone was crass and short, she seemed annoyed and really couldn't care less about me nor Major. All she wanted was my credit card info so they could go pick him up and get this over with.So I looked online to see if there were any other options, and that's how I found Compassionate Care.I was a wreck by the time I contacted Mr. Stephen. I'm going to tell you that this man is a SAINT!!!! He was wonderful. He said he would take care of everything and call me when I could pick up Majors remains. He didn't want money up front, or deposits, or lengthy background information. He knew we were suffering and just like the name of his business...he was incredibly compassionate!!First Coast ER, after killing our baby boy and watching us hysterically cry, told us we had 48 hours to have Major picked up or he would be disposed of!!!!!!!!! We were nearing that timeline when I had found Mr. Stephen. He stopped whatever he was doing, and went to get my baby.I am so eternally grateful for him! He took a lot of sting out of a very painful experience and process and he will FOREVER be in my heart for what he did for us.It's always hard when we lose our fur babies, and most of us love them like they're our children! I've had to say goodbye when they've reached the end, but never traumatically and as quickly as what happened that night. It was horrendous, and I'm still dealing with the pain and aftermath of what that "man" did to us. I would be in FAR worse shape if it hadn't been for Compassionate Care! Having Mr. Stephen in our corner and taking the reins is something I will never forget.This is who you need when it's time to say goodbye. I honestly can't thank him enough for taking such incredible care of us!

I can not express how wonderful my experience with Stephen’s business was! My 13 year old Rottweiler passed away at home on a Saturday morning somewhat quickly, and in my distressed and disoriented state, I was able to find Stephen’s business online. We called Stephen that same morning, and he drove to my house (at least a 45 minute drive) and was able to transport my sweet boy in such a dignified and respectful manner. I was so beyond grateful for that. Stephen had his ashes prepared the very next day, at an extremely reasonable price (no comparison to anything else I saw online!). I know that I was meant to find Stephen and this business to help my sweet boy cross the rainbow bridge; I can’t recommend this wonderful business enough - absolutely amazing!

I lost my little girl, MaeMae suddenly. She had a heart attack. I was with her when she passed. It was very sad and I still miss her so much. I called Compassionate Care and they scheduled a time for me to bring her in. Stephen and Jessica were so understanding and caring about my loss. My mom’s beloved dog Bubba passed away unexpectedly a few weeks ago. It’s taken me a while to write this as we are both still in the midst of grieving such a core part of our family — but I cannot say enough good and gracious words about Stephen and Russell at Compassionate Care. Stephen and Russell made what could’ve been an extremely stressful and overwhelming process, easy and stress-free. They took care of everything and allowed us to just focus on grieving and healing.Bubba passed away on a Saturday. Our vet told us the company they use for cremations wouldn’t be available until Monday and we didn’t want Bubba to sit in a freezer for that long. My sister and I did some research for local pet crematories and found Compassionate Care. I called them fairly late at night and Stephen answered the phone on the first ring. He was friendly, compassionate and answered all of my questions. He was patient when I couldn’t find the right words or spontaneously started crying. Bubba was my mom’s first dog and losing him was/is extremely difficult for her. She had very specific requests and I wanted to find a place that could do exactly what she wanted to allow her to remember Bubba how she wanted. She wanted a plate with Bubba's paw prints to set his urn on top of. Stephen immediately said, “We can do that,” and assured me that they would do whatever my mom needed and they would treat Bubba with respect and care.The next day, we stopped by the offices to pick out an urn and discuss additional details. Russell was so extremely helpful and kind. We reiterated the special piece my mom wanted made and Russell said it was no problem, and was more than happy to send us pictures while he was making it to ensure it was exactly what my mom wanted. Like I mentioned, she wanted a very specific thing and Russell worked with extreme precision and care. The piece was exactly what my mom envisioned, and when we saw the final product in person, my mom teared up. Unbeknownst to Russell, he had painted Bubba’s paws the color of Bubba’s harness — a detail we never told him but he just seemed to intuitively know.While Bubba is no longer physically here with us, my mom has a beautiful piece to remember him by and, in some way, it makes healing just a bit easier.I cannot thank or recommend Stephen and Russell at Compassionate Care enough.

We have unfortunately lost our dog in a tragic event and the best we could do for him afterwards was find a crematory that reflected just how loved he was. I do not have anything but adoration for the people of Compassionate Care Pet Cremation, from the moment they came to pick up my pup and treated him with the utmost respect, as well as going the extra miles to bring him back to our doorstep. Our dog Shelli passed away a couple of weeks ago and we called Compassionate Care the day before to make the final arrangements. This was a very difficult phone call to make, but Jessica was very sweet and answered all of our questions. His daughter Kadie (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was extremely helpful and thoughtful when going over the formalities and choosing an urn. I cannot recommend this place enough. My mother ended up having to put her sweet little chihuahua, Nicky, down at the vet. I called Compassionate Care Pet Cremation and the owner answered the phone immediately and was willing to help in any way possible. He was able to offer me cremation services, along with different things he could do to help the memory of Nicky live on. He was able to help us with an amazing chihuahua themed box to put Nicky's ashes in, clay pawprints, inked paw prints, and a patch of her fur. The owner and his son made one of the most devastating times that someone has to go through a little bit easier. Our sweet little lady passed in her sleep and we were completely lost the next morning. I found compassionate care online and they were so kind on the phone and were able to get me in right away. They answered all of my questions and were patient with me while I broke down in their front room. This place is so awesome. Stephen, the owner, was so kind during my time of grieving. I brought my cat, Nicholas here to get cremated. He even held a little funeral for me and my mom. He gave us as much time as we needed with him to say goodbye. He answered all of our questions, in regards to his cremation and my requests of keeping some of his whiskers as well as, an ink paw print and a clay impression too. Truthfully, a very compassionate place to go to have your furbaby cremated. I have included two pictures, one of the funeral and another of what I chose to have him put in and my two requests. The black box was not included, I just happened to have that laying around.

They were amazing for us during a really terrible time. We were able to call then late and bring our Frodo in so we didn't have to wait overnight. We got a beautiful wooden box for him and they made us an imprint of his paw and kept some of his fur for us. We are so grateful

We took our little angel here, and it was wonderful. They treated her with love and kindness. As soon as we got there, they were waiting for us with a warm welcoming. Steven was there for me in my time of need and treated my dog Coco with such compassion. He helped me to find a vet, Dr.Sophie who would come to my house to help Coco pass. This was a Saturdayand an emergency situation I had an appointment scheduled thru Lap of love for the following day. But my dog told me she was READY NOW. Lap of love said they would put her on a first com first serve basis but would have to muzzle her during the process. Or it would have to wait until Monday since i wanted her to be sedatedfirst. Absolutely NOT muzzling my dog when she is having trouble breathing and is dying, she wasnt leaving this world in such a disrespectful manner. I was desperately searching for someone else to come when Steven gave me Dr. SOPHIE's name who came as soon as she could and I could get back to being at my dogs side to comfort her and say our goodbyes. He has a stretcher like they use at funerals and a beautiful red velvet blanket he put over her. He treated her with such dignity and respect. It meant so much to me to have that last memory of her in that way. And he got her ashes back to me within 24 hours she was back home in her bed resting peacefully forever. Thank you so much Steven for your genuine empathy. Only special people can do what you do. My girl was treated like a queen all the way to the end and I wouldnt have it any other way

We were fortunate to find Compassionate Care Pet Cremation. The people here are caring & understanding. They made us aware of all options available to us, but made a point of letting us know that they wouldn't be pushing anything extra, & they were true to their word.They gave our sweet boy one last tasteful presentation & time to say our final goodbyes privately, which we truly appreciated. The pricing was affordable, & drop-off/pick-up was well coordinated. They only offer private, on-site cremations, which was comforting.Thank you so much for everything <3

On 7.31.2024 my 6 year old cat died suddenly and I was devastated. Googling pet cremation, I found Compassionate Care. Called right away and from that moment I felt so much relief. The man who answered the phone and met me at my car when I arrived was so warm, caring, and just knew what to say and do to make me feel like my cat was in good hands. He presented my cat in a wonderful way so I could say goodbye in private. When I went back for the ashes, the same warm, caring and compassionate interaction happened all over again. My sweet cat I've had since I was 7 died Tuesday. I couldn't find anyone called Stephen and he cared and was respectful he came and got my sweet girl and took her off. Words cannot express the gratitude my husband and I feel toward Stephen Kuzinar and staff at Compassionate Pet Care. In our desperate times (twice) of need, my husband and I called Stephen, and he did not hesitate to come both times to take care of the final arrangements for both of our fur babies. The compassion and love he shows is like a breath of fresh air and there’s a sudden feeling of peace that takes over. We were able to breathe for the first time in two days upon Stephen’s arrival this last time. These folks honestly live up to the name “Compassionate Pet Care”’. Both times our fur babies were brought safely back home the next afternoon. We never thought about asking about the prices but in our time of grief, it didn’t seem important. We will say there is not another pet cremation service around that could ever compare to the low prices, yet BEST services anyone could ever possibly provide. I've used this business twice now - once to cremate a pet and once to move cremains from an old urn to a new one.Both times the employees were empathetic and kind. Their time quotes were very accurate and EXTREMELY fast. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. The owner went above and beyond what I asked for, making sure to get both white and black fur from my tuxedo cat.I've used the companies associated with a vet office before and have been frustrated with long turnaround, missing items, and prices. I didn't know there was another option, but I will never use one of those companies again.

I just had to share the wonderful, compassionate service that we received after our dog Corey passed away suddenly. They answered quickly and were beyond kind. This happened in the evening and they came out right away. We were so heartbroken and didn't want to wake up to her lying there in the morning, especially the kids. She was returned the next day. I lost my little girl, MaeMae suddenly. She had a heart attack. I was with her when she passed. It was very sad and I still miss her so much. I called Compassionate Care and they scheduled a time for me to bring her in. Stephen and Jessica were so understanding and caring about my loss. It was a very difficult time for me and they made the heartache easier. The nice part was that I was able to pick up my baby’s remains just two days later and bring her home. CCPC did a wonderful job with everything when it came to the cremation and assistance with helping me navigate through the cremation process of my precious and sweet little Teacup Chihuahua, Bella. They did an excellent job from start to finish in terms of helping me create a memory box for my little girl as well as a beautiful pink urn, since I always dressed her in pink.I would highly recommend them to anyone living in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine area! Compassionate Care matched the experience of going to a human crematorium, but for pets. Our kitty died after 18 wonderful years of love, and CCPC helped us honor and memorialize her life. They placed her on a bed for a viewing, helped us choose the right size urn, let us have as much time as we needed to say goodbye, and was flexible in scheduling pick-up. They also sent home a care package with the certificate, a poem, and a wildflower seed packet in the shape of a heart. I would recommend them to anyone looking to cremate their dearly departed pet.

If wish there was more than 5 ⭐️’s. My family has never had to experience this before. I literally just open googled and found this place. Mr Stephen was absolutely amazing from the first phone call to the day we picked up our beloved Sport. After the initial call he send me a text with his condolences for our loss. He was available any time we needed and his turn around time was 2 days!! My son had a hard time as this was his pet. He asked Mr Stephen if he could carve Sport’s name on his box and unfortunately he said he didn’t have the capability to. Today when we picked up our beloved Sport he took his box and went and had his name engraved on it for my son!!! He went above and beyond for our family and we will be forever grateful for him this first experience is going to be a hard one to top. We will definitely use him if needed again.

Our loved Chester was passing away at home. I found Stephen online around 10pm. I text him and was expecting a response the next morning...he text me back within a few minutes. We text back and forth for about 30 minutes. He was so comforting and compassionate. He passed this afternoon. I called and was able to bring him right away. Our beloved family pet passed away yesterday afternoon from a seizure in his sleep. Our hearts were devastated. My daughter most especially took it hard, as she was "his person". Our dog Shelli passed away a couple of weeks ago and we called Compassionate Care the day before to make the final arrangements. This was a very difficult phone call to make, but Jessica was very sweet and answered all of our questions. The next day we spoke with Mr. Steven and he told us his daughter would be available to assist us when we arrived. His daughter Kadie (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) was extremely helpful and thoughtful when going over the formalities and choosing an urn. I explained to Mr. Stephen that my Shih Zu, Maui, was struck by neighbor, due to him driving on my yard, striking my baby. Mr.Stephen was veryyyy compassionate towards my family and I, as we mourned his death. I’ve never experienced this much pain in my life. On Thursday night, I received a phone call from my daughter on my way home. The devastation and heartache that I heard was unbearable. Our sweet bunny was dead. I arrived home and just cradled my daughter while she held onto her fur baby. In complete disbelief I started to search for a pet cremation service that would take our sweet girl that night. We called and the man on the phone was so sweet and warm. He asked if we wanted her picked up or if we’d be bringing her in. We opted to bring her in. When we arrived, he gently took her from us and moments later he came back in the room with her peacefully laid on a beautiful bed, all tucked in like she was sleeping. We were able to sit with her a little while longer to say our final goodbyes. The next day we were able to pick up our baby and bring her home to remain with my daughter forever. I can’t thank them enough for their service and compassion. Losing a fur baby is never easy, but Compassionate Care Pet Crematory helped make it a little more bearable.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My mother ended up having to put her sweet little chihuahua, Nicky, down at the vet. I called Compassionate Care Pet Cremation and the owner answered the phone immediately and was willing to help in any way possible. He was able to offer me cremation services, along with different things he could do to help the memory of Nicky live on. He was able to help us with an amazing chihuahua themed box to put Nicky's ashes in, clay pawprints, inked paw prints, and a patch of her fur. The owner and his son made one of the most devastating times that someone has to go through a little bit easier. They showed so much compassion and empathy towards us and it really helped us get through this difficult time. Our family cat that we had for almost 16 years passed away just after midnight on Saturday. I had contacted compassionate care for details before the cat passed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to commemorate the memory of their beloved animal. My sweet girl passed away 5/5 after 4PM, I dropped her off with them around 5:30PM. I received her back with her beautiful paw print and urn, and some dog hair today 5/6. When you drop your fur baby off they put flowers on them and allow you to spend as much time as needed to say good bye. So much compassion and care with these guys! I highly recommend them and can’t appreciate what they done for me enough. Loosing a pet is never easy but knowing you have caring people to help put them to rest and allow you a way to have your pet forever is truly a blessing.

Highly recommend!!Our Toby passed yesterday unexpectedly and we instantly decided to cremate. We chose this place based on reviews and we are so happy we did. Our baby was cremated and brought home today. They were professional and compassionate. I don’t know what the going rate is for pet cremations, but we felt the price was fair. We were also not pressured into buying extras (we got the paw print impression keepsake and it came out beautifully—get it, you’ll be glad you did). Words cannot express the gratitude my husband and I feel toward Stephen Kuzinar and staff at Compassionate Pet Care. In our desperate times (twice) of need, my husband and I called Stephen, and he did not hesitate to come both times to take care of the final arrangements for both of our fur babies. The compassion and love he shows is like a breath of fresh air and there’s a sudden feeling of peace that takes over. We were able to breathe for the first time in two days upon Stephen’s arrival this last time. These folks honestly live up to the name “Compassionate Pet Care”’. Compassionate Care matched the experience of going to a human crematorium, but for pets. Our kitty died after 18 wonderful years of love, and CCPC helped us honor and memorialize her life. They placed her on a bed for a viewing, helped us choose the right size urn, let us have as much time as we needed to say goodbye, and was flexible in scheduling pick-up. They also sent home a care package with the certificate, a poem, and a wildflower seed packet in the shape of a heart. I would recommend them to anyone looking to cremate their dearly departed pet.

If wish there was more than 5 ⭐️’s. My family has never had to experience this before. I literally just open googled and found this place. Mr Stephen was absolutely amazing from the first phone call to the day we picked up our beloved Sport. After the initial call he send me a text with his condolences for our loss. He was available any time we needed and his turn around time was 2 days!! My son had a hard time as this was his pet. He asked Mr Stephen if he could carve Sport’s name on his box and unfortunately he said he didn’t have the capability to. Today when we picked up our beloved Sport he took his box and went and had his name engraved on it for my son!!! He went above and beyond for our family and we will be forever grateful for him this first experience is going to be a hard one to top. We will definitely use him if needed again.

Wonderfully kind and considerate people work here. The owner is just so sweet! I came a little early the next day for picking up my baby, and his clay paw-print was still hardening, so the owner was able to deliver it to me. I am so grateful. They included the sweetest little bit of his fur, with both of his colors, it was so special to see that in my bag. There are some really beautiful options for urns. The 24hr service is a huge plus, as it was almost 5pm when I was looking for somewhere to take my boy, and I haven’t seen anything else like this before! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

We lost our 13-year-old fur baby Peyton on February 22nd. We took her the next day and met Stephen who was very compassionate with our lost. He provided us a few minutes of comfort when he brought her out in the viewing area on a bed with a pillow, she was covered with a beautiful pink flowered quilt with yellow roses on top of her. This made this difficult morning a little easier. The next day we went to receive her ashes, Stephen provided us a lock of her hair which was unexpected but very thankful for that. I am leaving this a 4 star review despite all of the things below, as we received what we paid for in a timely manner, as well as got a tuft of our pet's fur which I did not expect and greatly appreciated.We came here on Tuesday after our elderly cat passed away. The man on the phone, who I assume was the owner, was very kind and compassionate. My father and I brought our cat in and were greeted by two young ladies who did not quite look professional as you would expect in this business (t-shirts and jean shorts), but the comforting environment of the place made us overlook it. We were told our urn and paw print cast would be ready that Friday and that we would receive a phone call when everything was ready.I did not receive the receipt I was told would be sent to me via text or email, so when 3pm Friday came along we became worried as we had not heard anything from them. I gave them a call and the man knew exactly the cat I was referring to by name, and seemed shocked that I hadn't received a phone call by now, as he was positive she was ready. He said he was not there right now and asked when I would like to pick her up, to which I replied "well what time are you going to be there?" 5pm. My father and I show up a few minutes before 5pm and see a truck sitting in the parking lot and a man walks out with two small children. We assumed it was the owner, but the man leaving his truck also assumed we were the owners. We waited outside in the heat discussing how we thought it was a bit rude to be late to something like this when emotions are so high after just losing a loved one. The other customer said he did not receive a phone call either, despite them telling him they "definitely called". The other customer called the company number to tell them he was there waiting.A truck pulls in a few minutes later and the two young ladies we dealt with before got out in the same unprofessional clothing, apologizing for being late. We walked inside and it felt hotter inside than it was outside in the Florida heat. Personally, as someone who is mourning a lost loved one, I would expect a more comfortable environment when returning for their ashes. On the counter sat about 7 bags containing the urns and paw print casts of our pets. This lead me to assume (just assume) that no one got their calls about their urns being ready, as it was already so late in the day. It is saddening to think of people sitting at home mourning their loved one's passing while their ashes sit on the counter of a dark, sweltering room. Had we not called, that would have been us, too. I told the young lady that I did not receive a receipt from our previous visit and she got out her phone to text me again, and immediately turned her attention to the other customer who did not receive his paw print cast. She went into the back and asked "where is (name of pet's) paw print?" to someone, I assume on the phone. We did not appreciate being addressed and immediately left to address another customer's problem (though I do acknowledge that a missing print cast is more important than a receipt). We told the other young girl to tell her to please email us the receipt when she is done, as it was just too hot and emotions were too high to stay any longer. We still have not received our receipt.I am not writing this review with ill intent, as I am very happy my pet is home with us now, and that is all that matters. My hope is that the owner will read this and take into consideration the lack of professionalism by his young staff and make a few changes, as we have 5 other beautiful cats at home and would love to be able to come back to this establishment again when the time comes in the future.Edit: The owner emailed me shortly after my review was posted and was very understanding of our experience, and explained why he was unable to be there. A $50 credit was added to our account which is very appreciated. I will be revisiting this business in the future. Thank you so much for being as compassionate and caring to me via email as your previous reviews imply you are.

Our loved Chester was passing away at home. I found Stephen online around 10pm. I text him and was expecting a response the next morning...he text me back within a few minutes. I was out of town 7 hours away, my spouse was with our baby until I could get there. He said he was preparing and looking for a place that would take care of her. I refused to call because I just kept telling myself she would make it! I got the call she wasn’t going to make it much longer. So I called and Stephen was so concerned about our family and our sweet baby! I told him I didn’t want to call, he understood tried to calm me down. 20 mins after I got to her we lost our beautiful baby girl. He offered to come get her but we decided to take the last ride with her. When I tell you Stephen made me feel like he cared so very much! He never rushed me to leave her. He let me sit there with her as long as I needed. He brought a little bed out to put her on and we were able to tuck her in and give her all the love before we left. She looked like she was sleeping. He went above and beyond! Our baby was treated with love and care! He treated us like we were more than customers! I can never say thank you enough! I recommend using them! Recently one of my family’s beloved dogs passed away. I looked for a local pet crematory and came across compassionate care pet cremation. It was early Sunday morning when I called and was greeted by a friendly voice who expressed kindness and sympathy for my loss. They were prompt, offering to pick up my dog or meet at their location within a few hours. I arrived at the location; a very calm and welcoming environment where they placed my dog on a pillow with flowers and allowed me to spend some last moments with her. The process was quick as I was told I could pick up her remains the days after. When you have a pet they become your family member. Your child. One of the hardest things and times of your family’s life is to make a decision to do after your baby pet passes away is what’s next. What do we do. This amazing family practice answered my crying call late at night after 10 to bring peace to me and my family. Incredibly grateful for Stephen's professionalism and compassion during such a difficult week for our family. I called Stephen the morning after we had to unexpectedly put down our beloved senior dog, and he picked our dog up from the vet that morning. When I came in to the office to complete paperwork, he had prepared our dog's body for me to visit with in a very beautiful, caring way. I wasn't expecting to see his body again, but it was so healing to see him again after the trauma of leaving his body at the vet the night before. We sadly lost Bonita on March 06, 2021 and Pet Care Cremation was able to cremate her body and give us her ashes back and get a final paw print. Sadly my little brothers broke the paw print but they had a mold and were able to recreate it for me <3. More recently we lost our guinea pig Milo and we were able to call them and they also were able to cremate Milo’s remains and give us the ashes. They do it with so much care and love <3 and the message they include on the bag has you crying every time you read it but gives you hopes of reconnecting with your family pet in the rainbow bridge. I explained to Mr. Stephen that my Shih Zu, Maui, was struck by neighbor, due to him driving on my yard, striking my baby. On Thursday night, I received a phone call from my daughter on my way home. The devastation and heartache that I heard was unbearable. Our sweet bunny was dead. I arrived home and just cradled my daughter while she held onto her fur baby. In complete disbelief I started to search for a pet cremation service that would take our sweet girl that night. We called and the man on the phone was so sweet and warm. He asked if we wanted her picked up or if we’d be bringing her in. We opted to bring her in. When we arrived, he gently took her from us and moments later he came back in the room with her peacefully laid on a beautiful bed, all tucked in like she was sleeping. We were able to sit with her a little while longer to say our final goodbyes. The next day we were able to pick up our baby and bring her home to remain with my daughter forever. I can’t thank them enough for their service and compassion. Losing a fur baby is never easy, but Compassionate Care Pet Crematory helped make it a little more bearable.

When you drop your fur baby off they put flowers on them and allow you to spend as much time as needed to say good bye. So much compassion and care with these guys! I highly recommend them and can’t appreciate what they done for me enough. Loosing a pet is never easy but knowing you have caring people to help put them to rest and allow you a way to have your pet forever is truly a blessing.

Our 9 year old best friend left me and my son abruptly. My English bulldog, Behr, was certainly a bully for those he loved. A gentle giant, and a greedy Georgia dawg.I called around, and Compassionate care were the only ones who asked what his name was. I was on my way to another location, with an appointment and everything, but then I received a text stating they’d be back in 15 minutes. I’m glad I made that choice. I, unfortunately, lost my dog last week. I had no clue what to do with him and calling a few vets didn't seem to make my decision any easier. Highly recommend!!Our Toby passed yesterday unexpectedly and we instantly decided to cremate. We chose this place based on reviews and we are so happy we did. Our baby was cremated and brought home today. They were professional and compassionate. I don’t know what the going rate is for pet cremations, but we felt the price was fair. We were also not pressured into buying extras (we got the paw print impression keepsake and it came out beautifully—get it, you’ll be glad you did). Wonderfully kind and considerate people work here. The owner is just so sweet! I came a little early the next day for picking up my baby, and his clay paw-print was still hardening, so the owner was able to deliver it to me. I am so grateful. They included the sweetest little bit of his fur, with both of his colors, it was so special to see that in my bag. There are some really beautiful options for urns. The 24hr service is a huge plus, as it was almost 5pm when I was looking for somewhere to take my boy, and I haven’t seen anything else like this before! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

We lost our 13-year-old fur baby Peyton on February 22nd. We took her the next day and met Stephen who was very compassionate with our lost. He provided us a few minutes of comfort when he brought her out in the viewing area on a bed with a pillow, she was covered with a beautiful pink flowered quilt with yellow roses on top of her. This made this difficult morning a little easier. The next day we went to receive her ashes, Stephen provided us a lock of her hair which was unexpected but very thankful for that. Stephen was a godsend. I was out of town when my fur baby passed away on a Sunday. I was at a loss as to what to do. I am leaving this a 4 star review despite all of the things below, as we received what we paid for in a timely manner, as well as got a tuft of our pet's fur which I did not expect and greatly appreciated.We came here on Tuesday after our elderly cat passed away. The man on the phone, who I assume was the owner, was very kind and compassionate. My father and I brought our cat in and were greeted by two young ladies who did not quite look professional as you would expect in this business (t-shirts and jean shorts), but the comforting environment of the place made us overlook it. We were told our urn and paw print cast would be ready that Friday and that we would receive a phone call when everything was ready.I did not receive the receipt I was told would be sent to me via text or email, so when 3pm Friday came along we became worried as we had not heard anything from them. I gave them a call and the man knew exactly the cat I was referring to by name, and seemed shocked that I hadn't received a phone call by now, as he was positive she was ready. He said he was not there right now and asked when I would like to pick her up, to which I replied "well what time are you going to be there?" 5pm. My father and I show up a few minutes before 5pm and see a truck sitting in the parking lot and a man walks out with two small children. We assumed it was the owner, but the man leaving his truck also assumed we were the owners. We waited outside in the heat discussing how we thought it was a bit rude to be late to something like this when emotions are so high after just losing a loved one. The other customer said he did not receive a phone call either, despite them telling him they "definitely called". The other customer called the company number to tell them he was there waiting.A truck pulls in a few minutes later and the two young ladies we dealt with before got out in the same unprofessional clothing, apologizing for being late. We walked inside and it felt hotter inside than it was outside in the Florida heat. Personally, as someone who is mourning a lost loved one, I would expect a more comfortable environment when returning for their ashes. On the counter sat about 7 bags containing the urns and paw print casts of our pets. This lead me to assume (just assume) that no one got their calls about their urns being ready, as it was already so late in the day. It is saddening to think of people sitting at home mourning their loved one's passing while their ashes sit on the counter of a dark, sweltering room. Had we not called, that would have been us, too. I told the young lady that I did not receive a receipt from our previous visit and she got out her phone to text me again, and immediately turned her attention to the other customer who did not receive his paw print cast. She went into the back and asked "where is (name of pet's) paw print?" to someone, I assume on the phone. We did not appreciate being addressed and immediately left to address another customer's problem (though I do acknowledge that a missing print cast is more important than a receipt). We told the other young girl to tell her to please email us the receipt when she is done, as it was just too hot and emotions were too high to stay any longer. We still have not received our receipt.I am not writing this review with ill intent, as I am very happy my pet is home with us now, and that is all that matters. My hope is that the owner will read this and take into consideration the lack of professionalism by his young staff and make a few changes, as we have 5 other beautiful cats at home and would love to be able to come back to this establishment again when the time comes in the future.Edit: The owner emailed me shortly after my review was posted and was very understanding of our experience, and explained why he was unable to be there. A $50 credit was added to our account which is very appreciated. I will be revisiting this business in the future. Thank you so much for being as compassionate and caring to me via email as your previous reviews imply you are.

I was out of town 7 hours away, my spouse was with our baby until I could get there. He said he was preparing and looking for a place that would take care of her. I refused to call because I just kept telling myself she would make it! I got the call she wasn’t going to make it much longer. So I called and Stephen was so concerned about our family and our sweet baby! I told him I didn’t want to call, he understood tried to calm me down. 20 mins after I got to her we lost our beautiful baby girl. He offered to come get her but we decided to take the last ride with her. When I tell you Stephen made me feel like he cared so very much! He never rushed me to leave her. He let me sit there with her as long as I needed. He brought a little bed out to put her on and we were able to tuck her in and give her all the love before we left. She looked like she was sleeping. He went above and beyond! Our baby was treated with love and care! He treated us like we were more than customers! I can never say thank you enough! I recommend using them! Recently one of my family’s beloved dogs passed away. I looked for a local pet crematory and came across compassionate care pet cremation. It was early Sunday morning when I called and was greeted by a friendly voice who expressed kindness and sympathy for my loss. They were prompt, offering to pick up my dog or meet at their location within a few hours. I arrived at the location; a very calm and welcoming environment where they placed my dog on a pillow with flowers and allowed me to spend some last moments with her. The process was quick as I was told I could pick up her remains the days after. When you have a pet they become your family member. Your child. One of the hardest things and times of your family’s life is to make a decision to do after your baby pet passes away is what’s next. Incredibly grateful for Stephen's professionalism and compassion during such a difficult week for our family. I called Stephen the morning after we had to unexpectedly put down our beloved senior dog, and he picked our dog up from the vet that morning. When I came in to the office to complete paperwork, he had prepared our dog's body for me to visit with in a very beautiful, caring way. I wasn't expecting to see his body again, but it was so healing to see him again after the trauma of leaving his body at the vet the night before. We sadly lost Bonita on March 06, 2021 and Pet Care Cremation was able to cremate her body and give us her ashes back and get a final paw print. Sadly my little brothers broke the paw print but they had a mold and were able to recreate it for me <3. More recently we lost our guinea pig Milo and we were able to call them and they also were able to cremate Milo’s remains and give us the ashes. They do it with so much care and love <3 and the message they include on the bag has you crying every time you read it but gives you hopes of reconnecting with your family pet in the rainbow bridge. Out of all the places I called the folks here were the most helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate!!! Rusty was an absolute sweetheart and they worked with me to come up with a solution to take care of my cat, my fur baby who had been with me for 20 years. Our 9 year old best friend left me and my son abruptly. My English bulldog, Behr, was certainly a bully for those he loved. A gentle giant, and a greedy Georgia dawg.I called around, and Compassionate care were the only ones who asked what his name was. I was on my way to another location, with an appointment and everything, but then I received a text stating they’d be back in 15 minutes. I’m glad I made that choice. When I walked in, they remembered his name was even spelled differently. They go, “Like the paint?”…… Exactly! I’m a Falcon Fan, and the owner founded Home Depot. It’s the simple things that touch your soul. I appreciated it and I know Behr would’ve appreciated it.

Stephen and Russell, thank you so much for your kindness. Some people think that if the animal is not a cat or dog, the animal isn't special enough for...idk! A proper send off?...but I decided to cremate my boy and I miss him so terribly and Stephen and Russell were very kind and sensitive to my situation. I am currently stationed in Japan and left my furbaby Oreo with my parents before I departed 31 December 2023. Sadly she passed away January 20th peacefully with my parents, petting and loving her before she took her last breath. It was sudden and so hurtful for the family. My father called Compassionate Care Pet Cremation and they came immediately to show comfort to my family during this hard time. He spoke to me personally on facetime and was so kind and understanding. From the beginning he showed so much compassion and love over Oreo. He made a promise to care for her and bring her home by Tuesday. He was true to his promise and Oreo is home to the family. Her beautiful big pink paw prints, her wooden urn with her ashes, certificate, a letter and fur meant so much to our family. What a wonderful bright spot in what has otherwise been a very sad time. Leia was with me for almost 16 years and was my first baby—I know many of you can relate to the pain associated with losing a 4-legged best friend. The owners here are exponentially kind, me and my family lost our cat suddenly this past week. She has been with us for over 14 years and we miss her greatly. We got her an urn, paw print and they gave us some of her fur along with flower seeds that we could plant to remember her by. The night our dog died was very traumatic for us, and his unexpected passing left us scrambling, teary eyed, for options on cremations. Thankfully Compassionate Care Pet Cremation answered on the second ring and came to pick up his body within the hour. The process was sombering but very quick and efficient and the staff was very friendly and understanding to the situation. Highly recommended if you too are unfortunate enough to lose a beloved pet.

I, unfortunately, lost my dog last week. I had no clue what to do with him and calling a few vets didn't seem to make my decision any easier. I happened to come upon an ad for Compassionate Care and called them, and I am so glad I did. Stephen, the owner, answered and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He explained the different options available and answered every question I had. He met me at the office and let me say goodbye to my baby one last time. Stephen then delivered my sweet babies remains to me at home. You can tell how much love and compassion he puts into his work. It shows in every little detail from start to finish. They made the unbearable bearable. They honored my son/baby/first dog ever in the most beautiful way. From the first initial meeting to picking up my baby’s ashes the next day. Even saving some of his hair as I requested and surprising me with a gift with his nickname. I would/will recommend this company to everyone I know. You won’t be disappointed. My bear was very old but you are never ready to loose your fur baby he was amazing my parents brought him to them and he cleaned bear up and set him up so my parents could say their good byes as he was 16 years old and part of their life and they got to gove me one last picture of my baby they are amazing thank you for taking care of my bear
