My Mom had to put her beloved Golden Lab Kami to sleep, it broke our hearts. Dr Rachel and the entire staff at Safe Passages were so great, polite, professional, and most of all compassionate. They gave us the time we needed, they handled the entire process with care and compassion. They are amazing and I am thankful we found them.I hate to have to but I will recommend Safe Passage to anyone that has to let go of their pets.Kami is at peace now and although we are sad, we know that her last minutes were happy ones.

After losing my horse of 20 years, Safe Passages staff were the most amazing people. I have never experienced such kind hearted service. From the time my horse took her last breath to the time she was delivered back to her home, I received the most caring and humble phone calls to keep me informed when she was getting picked up to the time she was being wrapped up and delivered. My dad stayed back to assist in her pick-up and he said that it was the most loving way he has ever seen one of horses leave the property. I cannot thank them enough for their love and support during this time. I truly appreciate every minute of their time that they gave me and my horse. I am so grateful for their love and care. They are such amazing people and will recommend to everyone.

I’ve used SafePassages twice now with both of my dogs and both times the staff were empathetic, understanding, and accommodating. They explained the process clearly and the doctor was very communicative. I very much appreciate that they track them through the entire process so I can be confident I’m receiving the correct ashes. I also appreciate that a tree is planted in their honor. Just in the brief communication and interaction I’ve had with those at SafePassages, I can tell that they also see their pets as family members and hold themselves with integrity and compassion towards others. I would highly recommend them to anyone having to walk through this unfortunate and heavy decision and want a company that you can trust to be with you in it.

Under such unfortunate circumstances I did not think I could find comfort but thanks to safe passages they provided comfort and it gave me peace of mind knowing my baby girl would be in good hands! They genuinely show that they care for each and every pet that comes to them! Their drivers Franklin and Tom also gave me a sense of security when they took and delivered my baby back to me! Under these circumstances safe passages is hands down the right place to go to for your pets needs! I cannot thank them enough for making such hard times a bit easier to navigate. I lost my cat, my Minnie pearl, in a very traumatic and unexpected way, I was so devastated, Margo was so understanding, Empathetic and kind to me, I couldn’t stop crying and the way she handled the whole situation was a blessing. Justin came to pick her less than an hour after I call, he was so careful, so compassionate… they did everything I asked for and treated my baby girl with such honor, I felt embraced by them. They returned her to me on time and they were so careful about my feelings. The price is fair, but honesty this is just a detail, they sent me her paw print, a beautiful urn, and even some of her fur that I asked for. A beautiful condolences card, her cremation certificate and planted a tree in her memory, all my pain became comfort with so much care and kindness!!! They gave me comfort and sympathy when I needed most… I’m forever grateful. In moments of so much pain we really need people and places like safe passages!!! They will have my forever gratitude ❤️

We lost two of our dogs 10 weeks apart. We used Safe Passages both times. (one through our Vet and one through Bridges Home Euthanasia) Both experiences were above and beyond.They went out of their way to make sure that both urns matched with the color, size, name placement and paw print size. They hand delivered Diesel back home and were very sincere, friendly and apologetic. The quality of the wooden box, wooden paw print and painted paw print are perfect. Thank you for the attention to details and kindness during this heartbreaking time.

Thank you for helping make this sad time a little bit easier. From the first time I called I felt at ease. Barbara answered all of my questions and helped through every step. She was available whenever I had a follow up question I didn't originally think about. Dr. Katie came to our house and helped Rocky feel comfortable during the whole process and made us feel comfortable as well. The day of the cremation Matt was very helpful and let us FaceTime with Rocky to say our final goodbyes. One week ago, our senior dog passed suddenly. Devin came to our home for pick-up, and just a few days later she was back returning his ashes to us.Since everything happened so fast, I forgot to take his collar off. My husband immediately called Devin and asked if we can have it back. It was placed on top of his box upon his return.I told her I hope she knows what a difference you all make. Seriously. I know our dog's body was treated with the up most respect and kindness.He was 170lbs, and I was curious how he will fit into anything post cremation. I was afraid of getting part of him.When Devin handed me his ashes I knew he was all there. The weight to it made us giggle a little.Devin said "yup, that's 100% your Buddy."The box, the laser etched paw print, the original ink print, the beautiful card and a tree planted in his name!I can't thank Sage Passages enough. Very compassionate from my first call to Margo at SafePassages to the two gentlemen who picked up Chance and their compassion to me and Chance during this time. I cannot say enough good things about safe passages. We called them on a Sunday evening after our beloved senior Jax’s condition worsened rapidly over the weekend. My experience with SafePassages was nothing short of wonderful. Given the circumstances in which the connection was made, the compassion bestowed upon my family and our beloved fur-baby Remi Leigh was second to none.We learned of SafePassages through our veterinarian. Our vet coordinated everything directly with them. We said our goodbyes on a Saturday and we were told she would be picked up on Tuesday. On Thursday we received a call that our girl Remi Leigh was ready to come home. Such a bittersweet moment.The presentation of the urn is beautiful. We received the urn box with her name engraved and a paw print engraved on 4x4 with her name. Based on the package we selected, our urn box was missing her paw print and when I asked about it, without hesitation Bryan offered to remake it immediately as it should have been there.Based on my experience and interactions, I would definitely recommend SafePassages.Thank you all for what you do and thank you for doing it with such grace and integrity. To be honest, my interactions with the staff at SafePassages were minimal, which was one of the things I appreciated about the experience. They were kind of in the background as we were struggling to say goodbye to our Diva. On the day, as my wife and I walked out the front door of the vet clinic, SafePassages was pulling up to the rear door. They performed the cremation and brought Diva home the following week, on the day promised, in a very nice wooden box.We’re genuinely grateful to the good people at SafePassages for helping us through a very hard time, and we highly recommend their services.

I would highly recommend Safe Passages. We unexpectedly had our 19 year old cat pass away in our arms on a Sunday afternoon. Safe Passages was able to send someone out within 2 hours. They were compassionate and they were very gentle in handling her remains. Her urn was returned to us three days later and included a sweet note and our baby’s paw print engraved into wood. SafePassages is a truly amazing company and service!!They picked up our pup at 9:30pm after an unexpected discovery that evening. We were heartbroken and they were so kind, caring and gentle with us. Once our little guy Blue was cremated they returned him to me in a nice receiving bag with his cremains, a lovely paw-print keepsake on wood, and a sympathy card with poem. For such a terrible time in our lives, SafePassages was truly a little rainbow. Allowing us yo grieve and they took care of the necessities. Highly recommend. 10/10

This is a true review. I stumbled on the number for SafePassages several weeks before my Pomeranian of 15 years passed, he had been sick for several months. I spoke and Margo, she told me to call her any time day or night when he passed . He was supposed to go in to be euthanized on 4/18, but he died in my arms at my home on Sunday 4/17 at 10pm. I called Margo, woke her up and told her my dog had passed. She was wonderful, told me what to do, and was incredibly compassionate after being woken up. Margo said Brian and Matt would be there at 8am to pick up Cota. When Brian and Matt arrived, they were also incredibly compassionate and caring and spent time with me and my neighbors (who were a mess ) talking about how sorry they were. When they returned my boy he was in a wood urn engraved with his footprint and his name, and nice card, certificate of cremation and a bar code for me to scan to find a location of a tree that was planted for Cota !! All I can say is Thank you to Margo Brian and Matt I'm at peace because of your caring cremation of my beloved family member Cota

Safe Passages made a very tough situation better than I could have expected or hoped for. Communication get our appointment scheduled and finalized was easy and they were very accommodating on short notice. Dr. Rachel had such a calm peaceful presence about her which made such a difference. she gave us time as we said goodbye, she showed love and compassion as well. Truly a blessing. SafePassages made my childhood dog’s passing as peaceful and respectful as possible! Buster was a one of a kind pup, and they treated him as such. They gave us as much time as we needed with our boy before crossing the bridge, and even when he passed they told us to take whatever time we needed. They really made this terrible moment so much better. Even with getting him placed in the van to be taken with them, they pet his head and told him that he was a good boy. With his paw print they offered to let me help with it, and adding those touches to moments like these are just what a family who is grieving needs. I would hands down use this company again, and recommend them to ANYONE who wants a peaceful passing of their pup to the bridge 🌈.

Sadly our beloved English Bulldog Cooper passed last week and we contacted safe passages because I had met Margo and one of her Co-workers last year. This company is absolutely the sweetest most compassionate I have ever had to do business with. Margo came to pick up our Cooper and was such a bright supportive light in a horrible situation. We received Cooper back yesterday and even the gentleman who brought Cooper home was very compassionate and understanding. This company as a whole is filled with people who truly love animals and I will never trust anyone but them moving forward with animal cremation. I want to thank Safe Passages for the outstanding services they provided to us. They are somehow both incredibly professional and efficient as well as extremely personal, comforting and sympathetic at the same time.Our sweet boy passed somewhat unexpectedly. We knew the time was coming but thought we could have a final day or two with him before we helped him cross over. However God had a different plan and sent for him sooner.From the moment I called (on a Sunday morning on a holiday weekend) I felt comforted that I had made the right choice. this company is amazing! I’ve had my cat since she was 3 weeks old and she passed away at 13. Everyone in this company was so understanding and warming to me, and really took the time to explain the whole process. We highly recommend Safe Passages Pet Cremation to assist with your beloved horses. They’ve assisted us twice with our horses. Our quarter horse, Copper, was 37 and passed away Aug. 27, 2023. Our sweet thoroughbred, Bella, passed away on New Year’s Eve, 2023, at the age of 37. Margo was extremely supportive and quick to provide assistance with the details each time. Safe Passages were amazing! We needed to help our100 lb chocolate lab Gus pass over and it was a holiday. After several phone calls we finally found Safe Passages and they came out by that afternoon. They took care of the whole process from beginning to end. Their entire staff was so kind and helpful, making the process easier for us. It was such a natural way for him to leave and pass on. He was able to lay in the grass with us by his side. The thought of taking him in the truck to a doctor he didn't know..... I just couldn't do it. One week ago, our senior dog passed suddenly. Devin came to our home for pick-up, and just a few days later she was back returning his ashes to us.Since everything happened so fast, I forgot to take his collar off. My husband immediately called Devin and asked if we can have it back. It was placed on top of his box upon his return.I told her I hope she knows what a difference you all make. Seriously. I know our dog's body was treated with the up most respect and kindness.He was 170lbs, and I was curious how he will fit into anything post cremation. I was afraid of getting part of him.When Devin handed me his ashes I knew he was all there. The weight to it made us giggle a little.Devin said "yup, that's 100% your Buddy."The box, the laser etched paw print, the original ink print, the beautiful card and a tree planted in his name!I can't thank Sage Passages enough. Very compassionate from my first call to Margo at SafePassages to the two gentlemen who picked up Chance and their compassion to me and Chance during this time. During one of the most difficult times in my life, it was so reassuring to have been able to find some peace and comfort knowing the love of my life was going to be well taken care of. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful for the compassion and care they put forth for my beloved Dog. When they arrived to pick him up they gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. They then went out of their way to return him back home less than 24 hrs. Very well run establishment, I honestly can say going forward this is the only way we would say our goodbyes. If I could rate them a 10 out of 10 I would. Even the finishing touches of providing engraved paw prints on a wooden keepsake along with the actual paw print on the urn. It was late at night when the unexpected happened, safe passages was there for me from the very beginning. Safe passages made a horrible process better. The process of losing a pet is never easy but they made me feel care for and empathized with. From the first phone call where I was a crying mess to the pick up where I was still a crying mess, they never once rushed me or made me feel like I was being "too much". My experience with SafePassages was nothing short of wonderful. Given the circumstances in which the connection was made, the compassion bestowed upon my family and our beloved fur-baby Remi Leigh was second to none.We learned of SafePassages through our veterinarian. Our vet coordinated everything directly with them. We said our goodbyes on a Saturday and we were told she would be picked up on Tuesday. On Thursday we received a call that our girl Remi Leigh was ready to come home. Such a bittersweet moment.The presentation of the urn is beautiful. We received the urn box with her name engraved and a paw print engraved on 4x4 with her name. Based on the package we selected, our urn box was missing her paw print and when I asked about it, without hesitation Bryan offered to remake it immediately as it should have been there.Based on my experience and interactions, I would definitely recommend SafePassages.Thank you all for what you do and thank you for doing it with such grace and integrity. To be honest, my interactions with the staff at SafePassages were minimal, which was one of the things I appreciated about the experience. They were kind of in the background as we were struggling to say goodbye to our Diva. On the day, as my wife and I walked out the front door of the vet clinic, SafePassages was pulling up to the rear door. They performed the cremation and brought Diva home the following week, on the day promised, in a very nice wooden box.We’re genuinely grateful to the good people at SafePassages for helping us through a very hard time, and we highly recommend their services.

I would highly recommend Safe Passages. We unexpectedly had our 19 year old cat pass away in our arms on a Sunday afternoon. Safe Passages was able to send someone out within 2 hours. They were compassionate and they were very gentle in handling her remains. Her urn was returned to us three days later and included a sweet note and our baby’s paw print engraved into wood. SafePassages is a truly amazing company and service!!They picked up our pup at 9:30pm after an unexpected discovery that evening. We were heartbroken and they were so kind, caring and gentle with us. Once our little guy Blue was cremated they returned him to me in a nice receiving bag with his cremains, a lovely paw-print keepsake on wood, and a sympathy card with poem. This is a true review. I stumbled on the number for SafePassages several weeks before my Pomeranian of 15 years passed, he had been sick for several months. I spoke and Margo, she told me to call her any time day or night when he passed . He was supposed to go in to be euthanized on 4/18, but he died in my arms at my home on Sunday 4/17 at 10pm. I called Margo, woke her up and told her my dog had passed. She was wonderful, told me what to do, and was incredibly compassionate after being woken up. Margo said Brian and Matt would be there at 8am to pick up Cota. When Brian and Matt arrived, they were also incredibly compassionate and caring and spent time with me and my neighbors (who were a mess ) talking about how sorry they were. When they returned my boy he was in a wood urn engraved with his footprint and his name, and nice card, certificate of cremation and a bar code for me to scan to find a location of a tree that was planted for Cota !! All I can say is Thank you to Margo Brian and Matt I'm at peace because of your caring cremation of my beloved family member Cota

Safe Passages made a very tough situation better than I could have expected or hoped for. Communication get our appointment scheduled and finalized was easy and they were very accommodating on short notice. Dr. Rachel had such a calm peaceful presence about her which made such a difference. she gave us time as we said goodbye, she showed love and compassion as well. Truly a blessing. SafePassages made my childhood dog’s passing as peaceful and respectful as possible! Buster was a one of a kind pup, and they treated him as such. They gave us as much time as we needed with our boy before crossing the bridge, and even when he passed they told us to take whatever time we needed. They really made this terrible moment so much better. Even with getting him placed in the van to be taken with them, they pet his head and told him that he was a good boy. With his paw print they offered to let me help with it, and adding those touches to moments like these are just what a family who is grieving needs. I would hands down use this company again, and recommend them to ANYONE who wants a peaceful passing of their pup to the bridge 🌈.

Sadly our beloved English Bulldog Cooper passed last week and we contacted safe passages because I had met Margo and one of her Co-workers last year. This company is absolutely the sweetest most compassionate I have ever had to do business with. Margo came to pick up our Cooper and was such a bright supportive light in a horrible situation. We received Cooper back yesterday and even the gentleman who brought Cooper home was very compassionate and understanding. This company as a whole is filled with people who truly love animals and I will never trust anyone but them moving forward with animal cremation. this company is amazing! I’ve had my cat since she was 3 weeks old and she passed away at 13. Everyone in this company was so understanding and warming to me, and really took the time to explain the whole process. We highly recommend Safe Passages Pet Cremation to assist with your beloved horses. They’ve assisted us twice with our horses. Our quarter horse, Copper, was 37 and passed away Aug. 27, 2023. Safe Passages were amazing! We needed to help our100 lb chocolate lab Gus pass over and it was a holiday. After several phone calls we finally found Safe Passages and they came out by that afternoon. They took care of the whole process from beginning to end. Their entire staff was so kind and helpful, making the process easier for us. It was such a natural way for him to leave and pass on. He was able to lay in the grass with us by his side. The thought of taking him in the truck to a doctor he didn't know..... I just couldn't do it. I cannot recommend this business enough! One of our neighbors lost her sweet dog yesterday. I found Safe Passages this morning and once all was set, they picked up her beloved pets remains for cremation within 2 hours. In a few days they will return with the remains in a Maplewood box with her paw print on it. They were compassionate and professional and their rates were lower than the other businesses offered. SafePassages made one of the worst times of my life so much easier. Letting go of my baby girl Dora Camille was the hardest thing I’ve done yet. From the beginning, SafePassages was understanding and compassionate. I sent a text and from there we were in great hands. On the day that I let my baby girl go they arrived as promised, and we’re filled with compassion and love for us during this hard time. My fur baby of 14 years passed away a few weeks ago. The next morning I called a few places to make an arrangement to cremate him. It was Sunday morning and none of them answered the phone, except one - SafePassages Pet Cremation. The man answered the phone was very sympathetic. Within an hour or so, I received an email from Margo who was also sympathetic. After I made a payment for cremation which was around 10:00am, I was advised that someone will come by. Around noon on the same day, Matt came by to pick up my baby. He assured us that we would have him back in 2 to 3 days, and as he promised, my fur baby returned home on Tuesday, in a wooden ern with his paw print engraved along with a small wooden plate with a paw print, a death certificate, heartfelt condolences card, and a card with QR code indicating that a tree was planted in the name of my fur baby.My husband and I were in distress the night our fur baby passed away and hardly slept. We were very exhausted mentally and physically when we were calling places to make a cremation arrangement. During this extremely challenging time, SafePassage was the shining light in the darkness. Every staff we interacted was very sympathetic, patient, and professional. I highly, highly recommend SafePassages Pet Cremation.

We were devastated when our 8 yr old Boston Terrier suddenly passed away from an apparent heart attack while playing ball outside. Since it was after 5p on a Friday, taking him to our vet wasn't an option. We called Safe Passages and we felt very comforted by their heartfelt sympathy and quick pick up of our little guy. During one of the most difficult times in my life, it was so reassuring to have been able to find some peace and comfort knowing the love of my life was going to be well taken care of. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful for the compassion and care they put forth for my beloved Dog. When they arrived to pick him up they gave us all the time we needed to say our final goodbyes. They then went out of their way to return him back home less than 24 hrs. Very well run establishment, I honestly can say going forward this is the only way we would say our goodbyes. If I could rate them a 10 out of 10 I would. Even the finishing touches of providing engraved paw prints on a wooden keepsake along with the actual paw print on the urn. I can't speak anymore highly of this company and how they handled the final goodbyes. The vet was super compassionate as well as the crematorium who handled our boy with the most duw respect . It was late at night when the unexpected happened, safe passages was there for me from the very beginning. The compassion that all the staff had was outstanding the wonderful memories that I have now are kept in the most beautiful box and to know that a tree was planted in loving memory of my animal, made my heart warm, anyone anyone who has a pet that passes, this is the place you need to call they’ll be there for you and they won’t steal your money. Safe passages made a horrible process better. The process of losing a pet is never easy but they made me feel care for and empathized with. From the first phone call where I was a crying mess to the pick up where I was still a crying mess, they never once rushed me or made me feel like I was being "too much". Safe Passages were so compassionate in taking care of our sweet boy, Rebel. We were so distraught with losing him. Safe passages was recommended to me TAPS Animals services for cremation on my daughters horse. Safe Passages helped ease the enormous loss of our Equine Family with professional, compassionate, and communicative excellence from start to finish. Margo compassionately explained to me how the entire process would go, answered all my questions (and then some). Bryan called me to let me know when my horse was received at safe passages (it was the n the 4th of July). My cat wasn't feeling well and I was going to bring him to the vet after work, but I got home that night and he had already passed. SafePassages was very calm, professional, and understanding. They scheduled a pickup right away, answered all of my questions, and handled everything with respect. Their on-call office and both drivers (one for pickup and one for delivery) were all very polite and professional. The cremation itself was relatively quick, too. When they called to schedule delivery and heard I was at work, they delivered his remains to me instead of leaving him at my residence where no one would be able to receive him. The box and pawprints were lovely and the note about a tree being planted was a nice surprise. My neighbor's kid had really liked my cat, so I brought everything over to share with them. The card and tree helped him come to terms and also distracted him when we did mild research on the tree project and how my cat's passing helped others. I hope my other pets have a lot more time with me, but I'll reach out to SafePassages again if their time comes at home.Some fun stories about my cat Julien (a.k.a. Gremlin Boy):- His original owners moved away and left him to roam the streets when he was only about 9 months old, so he begged door-to-door in a bad neighborhood. No one had the space/funds to take him in, so a friend of mine there asked if I could take him. He wanted a home, so he was super easy to catch and purred through his entire first vet visit.- He was all black. One time I was painting my white trim and saw him saunter by with a white streak on his side. I found his black fur stuck to one of the doorframes. He cared nothing for my plight.- He liked to play rough and didn't really like toys, so he would stare me down and start getting a little rough. I would ask, "Do you need gloves? Do you want epic battle?" Then I would put on animal catching gloves and let him go to town while I sang his battle theme. Anytime I did that theme, he'd get excited.- I bought a box of donut holes. Thinking they wouldn't grab his attention, I left them on my counter while I went out for a couple of hours. I came back and my sock stuck to the ground. I found the glaze and crumbs of a chocolate donut hole on the floor near the entrance. His black fur was all over the other donuts in the box, so I couldn't eat them. I didn't think he'd be interested in the donuts, but he was strong and crafty, so I wasn't surprised that once he decided he wanted them he managed to force the box open. I cleaned the mess and noticed something floating in my cats' water bowl. He had left a glazed donut in there and let it soak up the water and grow large and soggy. Throughout all of this, he was trotting around calmly and expectantly like he had done nothing wrong and was ready for dinner. A few months later I moved my TV stand and found a chocolate donut hole behind it.- Every time someone came over, he'd wait for me to greet them, then he would observe. If they got too close to me, he would get between me and them so I would have to pet him. He would look down on them as if to say, "She likes me more than she likes you. I'm her baby."- His favorite food was ranch dressing. He would steal carrots and try to push his head into my plate to get to it.

From the moment I contacted them after my Daisy girl passed unexpectedly in my arms on 9/19/23 they were nothing but Empathetic, Sympathetic, Sincere , Honest, Understanding, Loving & Kind from the very 1st call out to them followed by when they came out at 530AM to pick up my sweet girl to when they brought my girl back home to us! I cannot recommend this business enough! One of our neighbors lost her sweet dog yesterday. I found Safe Passages this morning and once all was set, they picked up her beloved pets remains for cremation within 2 hours. In a few days they will return with the remains in a Maplewood box with her paw print on it. They were compassionate and professional and their rates were lower than the other businesses offered. SafePassages made one of the worst times of my life so much easier. Letting go of my baby girl Dora Camille was the hardest thing I’ve done yet. From the beginning, SafePassages was understanding and compassionate. I sent a text and from there we were in great hands. They coordinated everything based on what we needed and handled all of the discussion between the vet and themselves. They were very calm and compassionate and very accommodating. On the day that I let my baby girl go they arrived as promised, and we’re filled with compassion and love for us during this hard time. My fur baby of 14 years passed away a few weeks ago. The next morning I called a few places to make an arrangement to cremate him. It was Sunday morning and none of them answered the phone, except one - SafePassages Pet Cremation. The man answered the phone was very sympathetic. Within an hour or so, I received an email from Margo who was also sympathetic. After I made a payment for cremation which was around 10:00am, I was advised that someone will come by. Around noon on the same day, Matt came by to pick up my baby. He assured us that we would have him back in 2 to 3 days, and as he promised, my fur baby returned home on Tuesday, in a wooden ern with his paw print engraved along with a small wooden plate with a paw print, a death certificate, heartfelt condolences card, and a card with QR code indicating that a tree was planted in the name of my fur baby.My husband and I were in distress the night our fur baby passed away and hardly slept. We were very exhausted mentally and physically when we were calling places to make a cremation arrangement. During this extremely challenging time, SafePassage was the shining light in the darkness. Every staff we interacted was very sympathetic, patient, and professional. I highly, highly recommend SafePassages Pet Cremation.

We were devastated when our 8 yr old Boston Terrier suddenly passed away from an apparent heart attack while playing ball outside. My cat Freddy was very sick. It was a tough decision to euthanize him but he was suffering. He hated the trip to the vet and would cry all the way there and back. I opted for at home euthanasia because I couldn’t subject him to the stress of the drive again. Dr. Rachel was able to come out on a weekend and she was everything you would want in this situation -She put me at ease and was extremely gentle with Freddy. She sedated him first and he simply drifted off to sleep before passing away. I probably waited a few too many days to do this but it’s hard to let go. But Safe Passages provided me with the best experience possible under the circumstances and I highly recommended them to anyone going through the terminal illness of a pet.

I would recommend this service to everyone who has a fur baby! They were absolutely incredible from the first call to the delivery! Amazing service and I will definitely use them when the time comes for my other two fur babies! Love this company and can’t say enough about them.

My cat Freddy was very sick. It was a tough decision to euthanize him but he was suffering. He hated the trip to the vet and would cry all the way there and back. I opted for at home euthanasia because I couldn’t subject him to the stress of the drive again. Dr. Rachel was able to come out on a weekend and she was everything you would want in this situation -She put me at ease and was extremely gentle with Freddy. She sedated him first and he simply drifted off to sleep before passing away. I probably waited a few too many days to do this but it’s hard to let go. But Safe Passages provided me with the best experience possible under the circumstances and I highly recommended them to anyone going through the terminal illness of a pet.

Our beloved family dog passed away on a Friday afternoon and we called our vet but we would've had to take him to their office. SafePassages was able to come over that night and were really sympathetic. It was a really sad experience and coping with our loss was difficult, but their staff came through and were able to help us through this hard time while also being exceptionally helpful and kind.
