My boy passed unexpectedly on a Saturday at the end of October. We were terrified no one would be available to take him the same day. Thankfully, Gentle Goodbyes was available to meet us at their location 2 hours after we called. He was very professional and answered all the questions I had. He helped us pick a urn. He was very caring and by the end of our consultation I felt okay enough to leave my boy with him. We got Mac back within 5 days of drop off. The custom Urn is beautiful and the paw print was flawless. I would recommend Gentle Goodbyes to anyone and everyone!! I am truly grateful for them.

Our family dog Mia Bella passed suddenly this afternoon and I contacted this company hoping to put her to rest quickly. Although they were closed when I called , they met us at the funeral home and took care of her and everything that had to be done. We were all grieving badly as we had her for 14 years and they were amazing coming to our aid at such a devastating time. We lost our beloved dog, Skippy on December 2nd. Even though we knew that his health was declining, when it actually happened we were not emotionally prepared. There were a lot of decisions, including cremation vs. aquamation that had to be made relatively fast, but I was very fortunate to have found Gentle Goodbyes. This is a review we hoped to never have to write, but one that we know in our hearts we must. We were devastated by the sudden loss of our beloved 14-year-old cat, Lacey, just before Christmas. Ironically, a few months prior I had heard of, and briefly researched, Aquamation, never once allowing myself to imagine needing it any time soon. I saw Gentle Goodbyes and decided that I would reach out to them if/when the time came, which it did, much too soon. Having a small local business provide the Aquamation service seemed so much gentler and easier to accept than traditional cremation by fire with no personal regard for our sweet girl. We contacted Wayne at Gentle Goodbyes, after midnight, the night we lost Lacey. He waited for us to make the long drive from the emergency veterinarian office to his location, graciously meeting us there around 1:30 am, no questions asked. He was warm, kindhearted, and empathetic to our situation. With patience and compassion, he helped guide us through the awful circumstances of our meeting and we will be forever grateful for that. He treated us, and Lacey, with the utmost respect. He allowed us to cry, encouraged us to talk and reminisce about Lacey, and shared with us how his heart led him to start Gentle Goodbyes. In all of our communications, Wayne was careful to use wording and language that was sensitive to our loss and of our feelings. When it was time to bring Lacey home, he was equally as considerate and he dignified Lacey through his kind words and comforting demeanor. I cannot stress enough how thankful we are that we found Wayne and trusted him with our precious girl’s final resting. I have no doubt that he truly honors all the beloved pets entrusted to him and values the opportunity to provide a bit of peace to the grieving families. Because of him, we can honestly say that as heart-shatteringly difficult as it was to lose Lacey, it was indeed a much gentler goodbye for our cherished girl.

Two weeks ago our family experienced the worst day of our lives, when we lost our beloved 6 year old Thor. From the moment we reached out to Gentle Goodbyes and spoke with Carmen, we felt genuine compassion and empathy. When Thor passed, it was after their regular business hours and on a Saturday but that did not keep Carmen from reaching out to Wayne, who met us after hours. When we finally made it to their location, Wayne gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes and showed genuine compassion. Wayne made us feel like our pet was the most special creature on this planet!! We live in Orlando & drove about an hour to Gentle Goodbyes once we heard aquamation is better for the environment & you receive more of the remains. His studio is in an inconspicuous industrial park. Parking was easy. His office isn't full of frills because Wayne himself is the real deal. He greeted us immediately & escorted us to a back private room to say our final goodbyes to our cat's furry form. The checkout process & selection of services was so easy & Wayne was so patient. He constantly wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the process & our choices. He called us a week later & we were able to coordinate a time to pick up. We were running 30 minutes late & he was so nice & understanding. We purchased our own urn, but he had options to purchase there if you wish. He offered to transfer the remains in the back in case we were uncomfortable. We opted to do it with him & the remains had a sweet tag that Wayne said was on our baby during the entire process. I work within the animal community in Central Florida & I've since recommended his services to anyone who has lost a furry friend!

A few weeks ago my grandmothers, and inherently my mothers, family dog Paddy passed away. We started researching pet crematoriums as our beloved Yangtze was terminally ill. I had never heard of pet aquatoriums, but it seemed much gentler. When our retired service dog made his trip over the rainbow bridge, this wonderful group of people wowed us with their support and gentle care of our sweet Ben.I've never been a big fan of fire cremation so when we learned of water cremation and the service that Gentle Goodbyes Pet Aquamation offers, we didn't hesitate to entrust them with our gentle giant. The day my dog died i was looking for someone to take my dog in right away and it was hard because it was on the weekend but Wayne literally took my girl in right away and got her back to me in a timely manner. There was no extra cost for weekend or holiday too which was a huge bonus because the last thing I wanted to worry about was the cremation costing too much for us but the price was extremely reasonable! Saying goodbye to Tiki is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. To find Gentle Goodbyes was an answer to prayer. They were phenomenal. They were very kind and helped every step of the way. I would recommend Gentle Goodbyes and Mr. Wagner to anyone that has lost their beloved furball. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my baby Binx in his caring hands. There is an aquamation facility about 10 miles from me. I drove the 50 miles instead. This man of course is in business to earn a living but he is also compassionate and gentle to the departed. The business closer to me, not so much, it does not help the owners bottom line to do so. When I need these services in future I will be returning to Mr. Wagner at Gentle Goodbyes. Pets are Family. Mr. Wagner understands that. A huge and heartfelt Thank you to this very kind man.

I wanted to give a very respectful rave to Gentle Goodbyes Pet Aquamation, Inc. We had to unexpectedly put our beloved cat down, and the owners were extremely caring. We were able to get a beautiful paw print with pictures made, and we were given a vile of his hair, which was extremely unexpected and very much appreciated. Janno allowed me to tour the facility and explained the entire process to me, which I also appreciated. I highly recommend using them in the untimely death of one of your fur babies.

When our beloved 16-year-old cat died, we were very lucky to find the Gentle Goodbyes Aquamation company. I had been planning to use a traditional cremation service through my vet clinic, but when my cat died on the weekend, I could not reach my vet, so I had to research other options. We could not have found a more caring and compassionate team of professionals. I called just before closing and Janno was so helpful and kind. He offered to pick up our cat or wait for us, if we choose to bring our pet in person. It has taken me some time to write this review because the loss of our 1-year-old dog was so traumatic for our family. This location is now owned by Honor Thy Pet out of Tampa, but I will review this location (Gentle Goodbyes) as the address/phone number is accurate. The only thing that got me through the experience of bringing my loved pet for aquamation was how kind the gentleman was at the facility. Kind, soft-spoken voice in the initial phone call, upon our arrival, and when we came back to pick up our pet's remains. The people here understand that losing a pet is losing a family member. In addition to the kindness shown, my husband and I felt that the price of the aquamation was reasonable, and we were very happy with the paw print we received with our pet's name on it. I would recommend this place to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need it.

12 years we had our Bandit and almost overnight he was gone with no warning. That was hard enough but wanting to give him the goodbye he deserved was even a more stressful thought.Thanks to Gentle Goodbyes I went home feeling like I'd done right by him. Janno one of the owners was very compassionate and helpful. He gave us a brief tour of the facility and informed us in detail about the aquamation process. The cost was actually less in comparison to standard cremation facilities in this area and his ashes were ready in a week. Their customer service was excellent. He texted to check in on us and gave us updates during that week. I would recommend Gentle Goodbyes to anyone who has suffered the loss of a beloved pet.

We recently lost our oldest cat to old age. We were able to find Gentle Goodbyes via Google and were able to arrange services with them the next day. The owners are very empathetic and understanding of your loss and even have a bereavement room should you want to mourn and say any final goodbyes when you drop your pet off to them. They are very helpful in explaining the process to you and how long it will take as well as any extra services you may want in memorializing your pet. After the process is done, they will contact you for pick-up. What we received was a certificate of Private Aquamation, our pet’s tag from the process, a small vial of her fur, and a beautiful cedar urn (that is the default complimentary option) containing her ashes. We were able to customize her urn with wood engravings of her name and they are very open to other customizations should you ask. I would recommend them to all other pet owners and we will definitely be using them again for our other pets in future.

A few weeks ago my grandmothers, and inherently my mothers, family dog Paddy passed away. We started researching pet crematoriums as our beloved Yangtze was terminally ill. I had never heard of pet aquatoriums, but it seemed much gentler. After reading the reviews on Gentle Goodbyes (now called Honor Thy Pet), we decided to entrust Wayne with our beloved pet’s remains, and we definitely made the right choice. Wayne was very compassionate and caring during all our communications. He really treated our fur baby like his own family member. When I called other places they didn’t say that my dog brownie was family they called brownie many different things like the dog or it. But when I called gentle goodbyes pet Aquamation, they answered the phone in such a nice way and called brownie a family member and they where sympathetic. Since brownie had passed away in the morning they made sure I can come right on in as soon as I can. When I got their they lead me in to a private room to say my good byes until he was done and ready to come back home. I got a tour around the place to see and understand the process. They explained to me what water cremation was and how it was all natural. As well they took care of my things that I wasn’t able to get when I took him in. Everything was returned in good shape as well which was nice. I likes this place very much and I knew my brownie was in good hands.

This is a Wonderful company! They truly are empathetic people who do a Wonderful job! I would Love to see more people go to them instead of through a veterinarian! A Lot of.... most of the veterinarians jack up the fee so that the veterinarians office can make lots of money from your grief. This is wrong! When my beloved Scarlett passed away at home I was unsure of who to call. I found Gentle Goodbyes on-line and was so happy that someone answered my call on a weekend. The future of cremations! Pets and humans alike. When it comes to death, no one wants to speak about it, but when it happens, it impacts the lives of many. I never even heard of the word aquamation until i was looking for a cremation service when my kitty of almost 19 years passed. Due to proximity, I came across the listing on Google. Saying goodbye to your families Fur-baby is never easy. In 2017 I had lost my 18 year old cat Snickers, in 2018 I lost my 15 year old Rat Terrier Cupid and in 2019 I just lost my 15 year old Rat Terrier Chloe. My Fur-babies have been my therapy throughout the years. I chose to have each of them cremated so I can have their ashes with me forever. My first two experiences were done through our veterinary office. When Chloe passed in my arms at home I knew in my heart I needed to really research the options of cremation. I searched in google and found Gentle Goodbyes Aquamation. I read their process and phoned the office, from that moment I knew I was in good hands. Wayne was simply amazing on the phone and so sincere when he spoke. Upon arriving to their office I was greeted by Janno. He gave me his sincere condolences on the loss of Chloe and even used her name when talking. He walked me into a viewing room that was so peaceful and allowed me to say my final goodbyes to Chloes body in private. The tone of the room almost put me in a meditation zone. As I spoke to Chloe and told her how lucky I was to have her as my little shadow for 15 years, I felt such peace overcome me. After my tears I returned to the waiting area and Janno asked if I would like a tour of the facility and how they handle our baby. I was shocked but jumped at the offer. Again my instant thought was “ What a phenomenal company to share this information”. Yet just another confirmation that I had made the right decision. Aquamation is by far the best way for our Fur-babies to be cremated. The process is Echo Friendly and much less evasive than the hot fire cremation. Chloe was ready to come home in just a few days and Janno kept in contact during the process. Due to having a lot going on in my life Wayne the owner offered to deliver Chloe to our home. Once again I was WOWED when I opened the package to find a certificate, bracelet, a bottle with locks of Chloes fur and her paw print 🐾. Extra things that they did on their own. I cannot express more on how my heart felt at peace working with them. A feeling I have never had when I lost my other two Fur Babies. This service is by far first class all the way along with being affordable. God Bless Wayne and Janno and what they have brought to Central Florida. This is the ONLY way a Fur Baby should be taken care of.

The day my dog died i was looking for someone to take my dog in right away and it was hard because it was on the weekend but Wayne literally took my girl in right away and got her back to me in a timely manner. There was no extra cost for weekend or holiday too which was a huge bonus because the last thing I wanted to worry about was the cremation costing too much for us but the price was extremely reasonable! I found this place for my wife when her hamster passed away and we are both very pleased with their services. We have had a few hamsters who have passed recently and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Janno educated us about how much better Aquamation is for the environment than fire cremation or burials. We toured the facility and it is very clean, well maintained and the grieving room looked comfortable, inviting, a good place to sit and say goodbye. The amount of ashes we received back from just a little hamster was incredible. My wife is familiar with fire cremations and there is no way you'd get this amount back doing it that way if anything at all. For someone looking to say goodbye to their hamster or other small pet, please take them here instead of a crematory, you will get barely any ashes back! You wont be disappointed here. Its the best way to honor your pet. We will also bring our dogs and other pets here when their time comes. Save the environment, its what your pets would want.

I lost my baby Bear last month, and it was the worst day of my life! He was my little boy. My sweet baby, who I loved and adored! He died in my arms, rubbing his head on my chest and cooing to me before he died, basically saying I love you mama. I cried my eyes out and didn't know what to do. I would recommend Gentle Goodbyes and Mr. Wagner to anyone that has lost their beloved furball. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my baby Binx in his caring hands. There is an aquamation facility about 10 miles from me. I drove the 50 miles instead. This man of course is in business to earn a living but he is also compassionate and gentle to the departed. The business closer to me, not so much, it does not help the owners bottom line to do so. When I need these services in future I will be returning to Mr. Wagner at Gentle Goodbyes. Pets are Family. I had been planning to use a traditional cremation service through my vet clinic, but when my cat died on the weekend, I could not reach my vet, so I had to research other options. It has taken me some time to write this review because the loss of our 1-year-old dog was so traumatic for our family. This location is now owned by Honor Thy Pet out of Tampa, but I will review this location (Gentle Goodbyes) as the address/phone number is accurate. The only thing that got me through the experience of bringing my loved pet for aquamation was how kind the gentleman was at the facility. Kind, soft-spoken voice in the initial phone call, upon our arrival, and when we came back to pick up our pet's remains. The people here understand that losing a pet is losing a family member. In addition to the kindness shown, my husband and I felt that the price of the aquamation was reasonable, and we were very happy with the paw print we received with our pet's name on it. I would recommend this place to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need it.

12 years we had our Bandit and almost overnight he was gone with no warning. That was hard enough but wanting to give him the goodbye he deserved was even a more stressful thought.Thanks to Gentle Goodbyes I went home feeling like I'd done right by him. The cost was actually less in comparison to standard cremation facilities in this area and his ashes were ready in a week. Their customer service was excellent. We recently lost our oldest cat to old age. We were able to find Gentle Goodbyes via Google and were able to arrange services with them the next day. The owners are very empathetic and understanding of your loss and even have a bereavement room should you want to mourn and say any final goodbyes when you drop your pet off to them. They are very helpful in explaining the process to you and how long it will take as well as any extra services you may want in memorializing your pet. After the process is done, they will contact you for pick-up. What we received was a certificate of Private Aquamation, our pet’s tag from the process, a small vial of her fur, and a beautiful cedar urn (that is the default complimentary option) containing her ashes. We were able to customize her urn with wood engravings of her name and they are very open to other customizations should you ask. I would recommend them to all other pet owners and we will definitely be using them again for our other pets in future.

When you first walk in they are there to greet you , Janno first says how sorry they are the loss of your family member.he explains the process and asked if you would like to see the facility the first room is a very peaceful room where you can spen some final time with your family member, he than asks if you would like to see how the process works we did so he showed us in such a colming was we felt at peace knowing we where doing the right thing by using Gentle Goodbyes. When I called other places they didn’t say that my dog brownie was family they called brownie many different things like the dog or it. But when I called gentle goodbyes pet Aquamation, they answered the phone in such a nice way and called brownie a family member and they where sympathetic. Since brownie had passed away in the morning they made sure I can come right on in as soon as I can. When I got their they lead me in to a private room to say my good byes until he was done and ready to come back home. I got a tour around the place to see and understand the process. They explained to me what water cremation was and how it was all natural. As well they took care of my things that I wasn’t able to get when I took him in. Everything was returned in good shape as well which was nice. I likes this place very much and I knew my brownie was in good hands.

This is a Wonderful company! They truly are empathetic people who do a Wonderful job! I would Love to see more people go to them instead of through a veterinarian! A Lot of.... most of the veterinarians jack up the fee so that the veterinarians office can make lots of money from your grief. This is wrong! I know this to be true after working for numerous veterinarians over the years in different states.Call “Gentle Goodbyes” directly. Too if you care about the environment go through “Gentle Goodbyes” their process does not pollute the environment.

I had never heard of pet Aquamation until just recently. After speaking with Gentle Goodbyes staff, I was very pleased with how professional they are. I will never choose any other way for my pets to be cremated. If you have any questions call them like I did, and they will guide you to why pet Aquamation is much better than traditional options. When my beloved Scarlett passed away at home I was unsure of who to call. I found Gentle Goodbyes on-line and was so happy that someone answered my call on a weekend. They were more than accomodating to meet me on a Saturday and very kind and helpful when we arrived. They have a beautiful room to say goodbye to your baby and made this difficult process very easy. The aquamation process is a much more gentle and greener form of the cremation process.

The future of cremations! Pets and humans alike. When it comes to death, no one wants to speak about it, but when it happens, it impacts the lives of many. I never even heard of the word aquamation until i was looking for a cremation service when my kitty of almost 19 years passed. Due to proximity, I came across the listing on Google. After learning about it, I'm soooooo thankful I did.My experience with Gentle Goodbyes was nothing but comforting and reassuring. The service excellent, the process simple, the people very professional and sympathetic, the prices reasonable, and the overall impression amazing! I will never consider the traditional cremation again. This process is much cleaner on not only the pet or human but also the environment. Saying goodbye to your families Fur-baby is never easy. In 2017 I had lost my 18 year old cat Snickers, in 2018 I lost my 15 year old Rat Terrier Cupid and in 2019 I just lost my 15 year old Rat Terrier Chloe. My Fur-babies have been my therapy throughout the years. I chose to have each of them cremated so I can have their ashes with me forever. My first two experiences were done through our veterinary office. When Chloe passed in my arms at home I knew in my heart I needed to really research the options of cremation. I searched in google and found Gentle Goodbyes Aquamation. I read their process and phoned the office, from that moment I knew I was in good hands. Wayne was simply amazing on the phone and so sincere when he spoke. Upon arriving to their office I was greeted by Janno. He gave me his sincere condolences on the loss of Chloe and even used her name when talking. He walked me into a viewing room that was so peaceful and allowed me to say my final goodbyes to Chloes body in private. The tone of the room almost put me in a meditation zone. As I spoke to Chloe and told her how lucky I was to have her as my little shadow for 15 years, I felt such peace overcome me. After my tears I returned to the waiting area and Janno asked if I would like a tour of the facility and how they handle our baby. I was shocked but jumped at the offer. Again my instant thought was “ What a phenomenal company to share this information”. Yet just another confirmation that I had made the right decision. Aquamation is by far the best way for our Fur-babies to be cremated. The process is Echo Friendly and much less evasive than the hot fire cremation. Chloe was ready to come home in just a few days and Janno kept in contact during the process. Due to having a lot going on in my life Wayne the owner offered to deliver Chloe to our home. Once again I was WOWED when I opened the package to find a certificate, bracelet, a bottle with locks of Chloes fur and her paw print 🐾. Extra things that they did on their own. I cannot express more on how my heart felt at peace working with them. A feeling I have never had when I lost my other two Fur Babies. This service is by far first class all the way along with being affordable. God Bless Wayne and Janno and what they have brought to Central Florida. This is the ONLY way a Fur Baby should be taken care of.

In the most unfortunate event in life, these men provided us with such relief in dealing with our cherished pet. We were met on a rainy Sunday night right before Christmas, were never rushed and could take as long as we needed with our love before letting go.They are fully open to give an explanation of the process and even allow you to tour their facility which is so pristine. They took the best care of my baby dog Jezebel. I a beautiful box with her name engraved as well as a lock of her hair in a glass jar and a death certificate. This is not the first animal of mine that has died but knowing that she was in such great hands and it was good for the environment the way they cremate them made all the difference. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who truly loves their pets.

Highly recommend them. I have sadly had to use them 4 times recently an they have been so understanding of my situation and took such good care of my furbabies. I will be using them in the future. I found this place for my wife when her hamster passed away and we are both very pleased with their services. We have had a few hamsters who have passed recently and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Janno educated us about how much better Aquamation is for the environment than fire cremation or burials. We toured the facility and it is very clean, well maintained and the grieving room looked comfortable, inviting, a good place to sit and say goodbye. The amount of ashes we received back from just a little hamster was incredible. My wife is familiar with fire cremations and there is no way you'd get this amount back doing it that way if anything at all. For someone looking to say goodbye to their hamster or other small pet, please take them here instead of a crematory, you will get barely any ashes back! You wont be disappointed here. Its the best way to honor your pet. We will also bring our dogs and other pets here when their time comes. Save the environment, its what your pets would want.

I lost my baby Bear last month, and it was the worst day of my life! He was my little boy. My sweet baby, who I loved and adored! He died in my arms, rubbing his head on my chest and cooing to me before he died, basically saying I love you mama. I cried my eyes out and didn't know what to do. I checked the web and found Gentle Goodbyes and spoke to Janno. He was so sweet and understanding with what I went through. He even met me at the Vet's Office, filled out the paperwork while I held onto Bear, and held my hand while I cried. He was patient and waited for me, to take Bear to his resting place. He helped me through my worst time of my life and stayed by side the whole time. I can't thank him and his Company enough for showing so much love and care during an awful time! I highly recommend them ALWAYS! They will help and comfort you during this Always! Thank you Janno, Your the BEST!

This is a very great business! The owners Janno and Wayne are by far two of the best guys God placed in my life! I'm truly grateful for all they did for me. And how truly thoughtful and how much they cared for my furry best friend ( who is in doggie heaven now) there's not enough great words I can say about this place!
