It doesn't surprise me to look up this company and see that they have 5 stars. I unexpectedly had to make the decision at the emergency vet to say goodbye to my Oliver. Crevasse's was the name on the bag when I got to pick him up today. Thank you so much for all your work and consideration. The best surprise included was the stamp of his little face. I love it so much.

I woke up in a panic when I realized our Husky had died during the night. I have had the pleasure of working with Crevasses with people as I have been a nurse 45 years. Within two hours of call They were over to pick up the body of my pet. They treated him as gently as the treat people. Please if you ever find yourself in the situation with, your loved one, a person, or your favorite pet do not hesitate to use them you will not be disappointed. They provide the most loving and compassionate funeral services I've ever come across. Thank you so much from the initial phone call to the final service 🩷

I am so pleased with how quickly, easily and beautifully Crevasse’s staff assisted us with the cremation of our Zachary. He’d been a family member since he was 5 weeks old (had to bottle feed him). He was 15 years old when he was attacked and killed by two dogs we’d never seen before in our front yard on Saturday night. I am absolutely heartbroken. They met us at their Gainesville location on Sunday morning and we picked up his ashes on Wednesday morning in the lovely scatter box with the beautiful message. The heart on the card can be planted with him and will grow flowers! So grateful!

My boyfriend and I are so thankful for the love and care that Crevasse provided to us and our pups remains after he passed while at the Emergency hospital. This has been such a hard time for us as Armstrong was basically our child, but Crevasse made it a little easier by taking care of all of the arrangements of picking up our boy and treating him like their own. I cannot recall the name of the woman who called us to make the arrangements, but I was obviously crying on the phone and she was so kind and compassionate and I am so thankful for her. The wooden box we chose is beautiful and still allowed us to access his ashes and be able to spread some of his remains at his favorite park. I hope we do not require further cremation services anytime soon, but we will always reccomend Crevasse. Thank you.

This is a wonderful company with true compassion and service at heart.Our boy left us suddenly and I didn’t get the chance I’d wanted to get an ink print of his paw. I was so heartbroken. The cremation package I’d purchased from my vet included the clay print, but the ink print had been so important to me. I called the company to ask if the clay print would still be possible, based on some details of my boy’s passing, because the situation had rendered the ink print impossible and I worried the clay print would be impossible too. April was so wonderful, she assured me the clay print would still be possible, and even offered to ensure that they would get the ink paw print for me, and a nose print for me while he was in their care. I was floored by the kindness and the attention to detail. If I ever need services like this again, I know where to go. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking good care of my boy, when I can’t do it myself.

At a very difficult time, I’m not sure who the staff was, the woman on the phone, the person picking up my Blu. The woman I spoke with, was compassionate and made sure I was ok. I don’t know her name, but I know I’m thankful for her. She went above and beyond to make sure Blu was in the best care. He arrived today, and everything was beautiful. Everything was packaged and put together with great care. It felt like they wanted you to know, that as difficult as it is, they also care. Thank you and may God bless you always.

I apologize as I don’t know how to change my email to write this review but I have one, I just hope you take the time to read. I recommend Crevasses 2,000/10. I had to say goodbye to my best friend of 14 years Peaches in June of 2019. The staff were SO kind and compassionate, allowing me as much time as I needed before she was taken to the back. The staff not only handled my girl with care but did everything in their power to make this process as easy as possible in my time of grief. In May of 2021 I was stricken with unforeseen grief again. I was on a trip out of town and the afternoon of my arrival my mom found my Scar had passed some time through the day. I was distraught as he was so young (less than a week short of a year) this was completely unexpected. I knew how much care and compassion the staff gave me and Peaches in my time of need prior but worried as he wasn’t discovered and I wasn’t able to get home until around 5-6PM on a Sunday. I called expecting to hear the worst “I’m sorry but unfortunately we are closed and unable to see you tonight but can meet with you tomorrow morning” when the response I received was “Please take your time we will get ready and have someone waiting for you” it went above and beyond what I ever expected. They gave me time with my boy and again handled him with care until I was able to pick him up to bring him home. I will honestly not be using anyone else when any of my current and future animals time comes to cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you so incredibly much for being kind, compassionate, and dedicated to making this as easy of a process as possible for those of us who love our pets as our children. I will forever be grateful for you being there in my time of need through losing my best friends and will not trust anyone else with this process. I recommend you every chance I get, and honestly mean that 2,000/10 you are incredible. Thank you 💕

Crevasse’s really made a difficult time for me and my family a little less stressful. Our little furbaby Chewbacca was suddenly taken from us, devastating us. It was the weekend and we felt like nothing would be open but Crevasse came through and even opened for me to bring in Chewy even after hours. I am not sure if that is standard in some places but it took the question of what do we do less important and we were able to mourn without the added stress.Thank you so much Crevasse for your empathy and support ❤️

We were left with the painful decision to have our beautiful 11-year-old Rottweiler euthanized after he was found to be suffering from internal tumors which left him in pain and unable to stand up or walk. We wanted to keep our baby with us and opted to have him cremated at Crevasse's Pet Funeral Home. It has been difficult coping with his loss as we have had him since he was only 5 weeks old. I picked up his ashes at my local vet and was brought to tears as they handed him to me. I am very grateful for the services provided by Crevasse's Pet Funeral Home. Our baby was cremated and placed in a beautiful box with his name engraved on a plate. I will use their services again when my senior fur baby passes.

I lost more than my best friend of 16 years when K Dog passed away, I lost my morning coffee buddy, I lost my taking a walk in the park buddy, my traveling companion, my mental health buddy, my goodnight buddy, the only dog my grandchildren have ever known, I lost a piece of my identity, I lost a piece of my heart.The staff at Crevasse could not possibly have known that K Dog saved my life and enriched the lives of everyone that she came in contact with, but they treated us as if they had, with dignity with respect and with understanding, for that I will be forever grateful.Thank you Crevasse and God bless you for all the work that you do to help with the grieving process.

Absolute kindness and compassion every step of the way, starting from the way that they answer the phone and greet you all the way till the very end and you say goodbye and receive your loved one back. I lost my best friend, Oobi, of 17 years last week. To so many of us pet owners, they are more than "just a dog". Oobi was my best friend, therapist, confidant, and family. She was the only one that listened to my constant bad jokes and never rolled her eyes. Her death was extremely hard on me and I am so thankful for Crevasse's Pet Funeral Home! Although I did not work with them directly as Blue Pearl of Jacksonville handled everything for me, I was really pleased with what I received. The box we chose is beautiful and I’m happy with the quality and the way everything was carefully packaged. I ordered two paw prints. One for myself and for my oldest daughter who grew up with Olivia and we both cherish them.We plan to plant the flowers with the rainbow bridge poem this spring. Thank you for treating my sweet girl with such care and compassion.

I was reluctant to give up my furbabies Jada and Fi'Bi and trust the cremation process. I couldn't do it for like 2 years so I kept my babies wrapped up in my empty deep freezer I wasn't using in the garage. Since I didn't own my own land to burry them I just decided to hold on to them as long as I could. But then cirumstances beyond my control forced me to move and I had no choice but to move forward with making arrangements for their remains. I scowered the internet in search of a reputable company, reasearching, comparing ratings, reading reviews, some of which were horror stories.I found a review by a customer regarding Crevasse's that made me choose them based on her experience. And based on my experience I also had to take the time to say thank you to Crevasse's for a job well done. Just doing the business of calling and having the initial conversation, one of several with Ash Wilson and also Mike Repp (Driver) and Micheal Tow (Asst Mgr) who were all who was super respectful, caring, understanding and just genuine. They treated me like they understood my loss, not just of an animal but a family member. I wasn't expecting more than a sales transaction but my experience with them was so much more than that.The carved wooden name pated urn boxes were beautifully ornate and well made. They gave me fur samples for each beautifully presented as well as a wonderful poem for each. It was just so much more than I expected. I would have done this much sooner if I had known about Crevasse's and would highly recommend them

The way they cared and were so sincere about EVERYTHING meant the world. When Alex came out to get my baby he was the nicest. I didn't feel rushed one bit. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was amazing. The girl I spoke with when I picked her remains up was the absolute sweetest and just talked about life with me for a minute was the best. During one of the hardest times in life you're not aleays thinking about little details of what you may want in the future for memories. My dog died a few weeks ago very unexpectedly so my heart was broken and I was in shock. The only decision I knew was that I wanted him cremated instead of buried. The emergency vet sent his body to Crevasse who called me a few days later to find out what urn and items I wanted. They gave me ideas of things I might want in the future and even gave me an extra days to sleep on it in case I thought of anything else. They took care of everything and even sent him to ocala once he was ready to be picked up as that was a closer location. Their compassion and service was amazing. Should I ever need their services again I will not go anywhere else. Thank you so much for taking care of snickers and making this process a little less painful.

Our dog died very suddenly while we were visiting family in Florida for the holidays. We were so nervous about the process of getting her ashes shipped back to us in DC. We were so pleased that we got them so quickly, they were packaged so securely, and the urn and paw print were so nicely done. My Animal Hospital uses this company for private cremation and I am extremely pleased with their services. It’s hard to let go of your pet once they pass, but Crevasse’s made it a little easier. I recommend this place highly to anyone they did a beautiful job on our fur baby Taz(Tabby male cat)paw print, gold name plate was done as asked. It was really upsetting day for my husband & I.April was very kind, caring, understanding, so patience & walked us through everything answered all our questions & we left there feeling comfortable leaving our fur baby knowing he was going to be handle with love & care. When we had to put our dog to sleep we were content knowing Julie and the team at Crevasse's Pet Funeral Home would take care of him during his cremation. Michael was especially wonderful through this difficult time by being attentive (but not overbearing) and helpful. They performed the service at a reasonable cost and had our dog's remains ready for us to pick up when they promised. Doing something like this is never easy, but Crevasse's is who we'd highly recommend if you need pet cremation services.

My wife and I recently used Crevasse's indirectly, as they were the crematory of choice for Lap of Love. While I did not directly work with them to arrange services, I did go to their facility to pick up the urn that they made for me.Rachel greeted me warmly when I arrived, and quickly helped to obtain the items that they had put together for me. I received a beautiful wooden box with our cat's name, Toothless, engraved on the side. They had additionally been able to make 2 clay paw prints, as well as set aside a small portion of ashes for my wife to use for memorial jewelry. Rachel was very kind, and even emailed me pictures of their selection!I hope to not have to use this service anytime soon for our other kitties, but I highly recommend them for when it is the heartbreaking time that your pet crosses the rainbow bridge.

Just doing the business of calling and having the initial conversation, one of several with Ash Wilson and also Mike Repp (Driver) and Micheal Tow (Asst Mgr) who were all who was super respectful, caring, understanding and just genuine. They treated me like they understood my loss, not just of an animal but a family member. I wasn't expecting more than a sales transaction but my experience with them was so much more than that.The carved wooden name pated urn boxes were beautifully ornate and well made. They gave me fur samples for each beautifully presented as well as a wonderful poem for each. It was just so much more than I expected. I would have done this much sooner if I had known about Crevasse's and would highly recommend them

One of the few that are really 24/7 even if they up charge for non business hours service. Our fur baby pasted away and they were so kind and warm. Understanding that these pet are our children, and treating them as so. Crevasse has multiple locations for people and pets and will let all our friends know what a great experience we had. Now for the reason that I drop it one star. On the day of pickup I had interact with who I believe was Taimiko Green at the location on San Jose Blvd. I arrived about 15 mins before they open and saw her sitting at her desk alone on the office through the windows. I pulled on the door at 9:01 to find it locked. No big deal, she looked up and gave me the single finger acknowledgment that I will be right over. I nodded, and watched as typed on her keyboard and then moved to type on her phone. After about 2 to 3 mins she unlocked the door and quickly moved behind another desk, she asked what I needed and told her I was there to pickup and only gave a name. She told me to wait in a room and I asked if I could use the restroom. She said yes and walked away. When I done I entered the room and began to tear up she showed me the paw print and the box and name plate. She then handed me the bag and rushed me to the door. No "sorry about your loss", " do you need a tissue" Nothing. She was cold and stand offish. I felt that I was interrupting her day. It says on the door that she is the director. I can't see how her manner is welcoming and comforting during this especially hard time.

This company was absolutely excellent to work with - they went above and beyond to do everything in their power to make things run as smooth as possible! I am so overwhelmed and grateful for Crevasse’s pet funeral home! It’s never easy saying goodbye to our furr-babies but they were truly the rainbow on our cloudy day! Our 9 week old puppy who we had raised since she was only a day old was very sick and it’s not easy to explain this to a 6 & 8 year old but the guys made my kids feel very special and they will treasure their lockets and find comfort in knowing they have a little piece of Pepper Potts with them all of the time! They are great, I had put my ferret down Monday, got her on Friday I'm still upset with losing her. I had an 1hr and 30 minutes drive from them help calm me down, I'd recommend them to anyone with a pet they want cremated. There prices are reasonable and extra care for your pets too.

During one of the hardest times in life you're not aleays thinking about little details of what you may want in the future for memories. My dog died a few weeks ago very unexpectedly so my heart was broken and I was in shock. The only decision I knew was that I wanted him cremated instead of buried. The emergency vet sent his body to Crevasse who called me a few days later to find out what urn and items I wanted. They gave me ideas of things I might want in the future and even gave me an extra days to sleep on it in case I thought of anything else. They took care of everything and even sent him to ocala once he was ready to be picked up as that was a closer location. Their compassion and service was amazing. Should I ever need their services again I will not go anywhere else. Thank you so much for taking care of snickers and making this process a little less painful.

When we had to put our dog to sleep we were content knowing Julie and the team at Crevasse's Pet Funeral Home would take care of him during his cremation. Michael was especially wonderful through this difficult time by being attentive (but not overbearing) and helpful. They performed the service at a reasonable cost and had our dog's remains ready for us to pick up when they promised. Doing something like this is never easy, but Crevasse's is who we'd highly recommend if you need pet cremation services.

My wife and I recently used Crevasse's indirectly, as they were the crematory of choice for Lap of Love. While I did not directly work with them to arrange services, I did go to their facility to pick up the urn that they made for me.Rachel greeted me warmly when I arrived, and quickly helped to obtain the items that they had put together for me. I received a beautiful wooden box with our cat's name, Toothless, engraved on the side. They had additionally been able to make 2 clay paw prints, as well as set aside a small portion of ashes for my wife to use for memorial jewelry. Rachel was very kind, and even emailed me pictures of their selection!I hope to not have to use this service anytime soon for our other kitties, but I highly recommend them for when it is the heartbreaking time that your pet crosses the rainbow bridge.

On Sunday, August 7, 2022 our boy Brewski crossed the Rainbow Bridge at the U.F. Veterinary Hospital. We were devastated. The doctor highly recommended Cravasse's to handle his remains. We couldn't be more pleased. They were very professional and sympathetic. We highly recommend them also. The only difficult issue was finding their pet funeral home location. Recommend more signage and address numbers.

I unfortunately had to put my beloved Delilah down after a bout with lymphoma cancer. On arrival at Crevasse's I was compassionately met at the creamatory by the owner of Crevasse's. He offered to carry my baby, but I insisted on carrying her for the last time. He led me into a private room so that I could say my last goodye to her. He provided a beatutiful urn with her name, date of birth, and date of death for a very affordable rate. I was deeply comforted by the Crevasse's during a time of pain due to the loss of my loving pet, and I cannot say enough about their total commitment to her and myself. I highly recommend them, and intend to setup a preapaid cremation for myself, because I know that my final wishes will be met with the utmost care by the Crevasse's.

The staff is incredibly kind and understanding. They made the process of getting my pet cremated simple and at a fair cost. They also seemed to genuinely care and I appreciate their kindness during this painful time.
