I highly recommend their services they are always very nice and respectful of the owners and work with them as best as they can. This is my second time with them and Steven the delivery man was very useful and helpful.I will continue to go here if anywhere else. Pets are not just a pet they are family!! I want to thank Angela, Chaz and the entire staff at Pet Angels Memorial for their professionalism, compassion and kindness towards me and my cat Stormy during this extremely difficult time. I initially spoke with Angela who arranged the witnessed cremation and she reassured me nothing would take place until I arrived and I would be able to witness the process from start to finish. Upon arriving, my cat Stormy was presented so peacefully with a pillow and blanket which meant so much to me since he died such a traumatic and violent death. I was also able to bring my other cat with me to have her say goodbye one last time. I told Angela that my cat Stormy used to always place his right front paw on my chest and my shoulder, and she went above and beyond to do an extra clay paw print of that paw. She also let me keep fur clippings from that paw and his other paws, labeling them and setting them aside for me until the cremation process was completed. I then had the pleasure of meeting Chaz who was so informative and kind to me. He gave me all of the time that I needed to say my final goodbye to my cat Stormy. He was extremely professional, knowledge and gentle with my pet, and treated my pet as if it was his own. He allowed me to witness the entire process and thoroughly explained everything from start to finish to put my mind at ease. Everyone in this facility treated me and my cat Stormy like family from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The compassion, care and respect shown towards my pet and I was truly appreciated. Stormy deserved it. Thank you Pet Memorials for allowing me to be there for my pet until the very end just like he was for me, and thank you for allowing him to be cremated New Year's Eve so he could spend New Years with me. I hope you all know how much you're appreciated and how much that meant to me. The world needs more people like you. Thank you. ❤️

My Tico was my beloved companion. His death was very hard for me.i am handicapped so could not get to them but was rather close to them.These caring people came to me and waited til I could let him go. Wonderful,caring people. I WILL definitely use Pet Angel again.

Amazing staff, caring and thoughtful. If you are looking for the greatest care for afterlife services, you will not find a better care center. The quality of the memorial items is 2nd to none! I have had 2 pets cremated at the Fort Pierce Facility and have been so happy with the memorial products I recieved.

The entire process was very professional & compassionate. Calls were returned timely which was appreciated. Upon arriving to pick up my Katie's ashes, they were very accommodating and made a sad situation durable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

While traveling through Vero Beach, our elderly cat passed away. I contacted a local vet who suggested I call Pet Angel directly myself. I drove my baby to their facility- very difficult to look at this business- many racks with deceased pets in plastic bags - sometimes paws hanging out - heart wrenching. They offered to have my cat ready that day, but I said we would be back the next day- they said she would be ready first thing in the morning ( open at 9) we got there at 11 and they did not have her ready - too far to drive back home and could not sit there at that sad place. Told me she would be ready in 30-40 min- I came back in an hour and she still was not ready. I just didn’t need this right now!!I bought the paw print, but I have to say it looked way to large to be my tiny cat - I doubt it was even hers. $250.00 for these services.

Our dog Griffin transitioned with the help of Dr. Sheena Maynard (Lap of Love). She was so calm, supportive and professional. We opted for private cremation by Pet Angel. This was facilitated by Dr. Sheena. Every step was well organized and happened exactly as described which was immensely helpful as we were numb with grief. Pet Angel sent Griffin’s remains to our veterinarian’s office where we picked him up in a beautiful hand-carved wood urn. There are many details … The correct spelling of his name, each item having been marked with a matching barcode and his name, the cremation certificate, a name tag for his urn, the dark-blue velvet satchel, and more… Each has put us at peace knowing that our loving companion of 17 years was treated well before his return to us. This has been helpful during the most heartbreaking time. Thank you to the Pet Angel team!

We unexpectedly lost our dog and Pet Angel Memorial was amazing! Quin was extremely comforting and accommodating throughout the whole process. We scheduled to drop him off the morning we called and return for a private cremation. Even though this is a large facility it was very welcoming.Quin, Chaz and Angela did everything he could to ensure we were comforted, got to say our goodbyes and we trusted that our dog was in good hands. Would highly recommend. Pet Angel will help you get through this painful process.

Yes pet Angel is a awesome place they do phenomenal work, great program they have there , we were able to get tanks remains a molded paw print and ink print of his paw and nose , not only we got all of that but we got a “funeral “ for our boy , and what a beautiful and amazing experience, we got to be at peace and be with our boy one last time instead of our last memory of euthanasia, I totally recommend for anyone that loses their fur baby to go to pet Angel and explore their amazing services/offers

Sadly we lost our 3 year old fur baby, but I wouldn’t of chosen anybody else to have him cremated. We did have a incident where our urn wasn’t engraved (which we were a little disappointed with) but they offered to engrave a new urn and have his ashes put in there. They are very thoughtful and always make sure that you are pleased with what you have ordered, not only that but everyone who works there have been so kind throughout this whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking a private cremation.

Can’t say enough kind things. Unfortunately over the past few years, my 2 cats passed. They were so kind and thoughtful. Recently my daughter rescued a wild bunny outside during the hurricane. He passed away and my 9 year old was crushed. She refused to bury him in case we moved. They were our first call and still can’t say enough sweet things about them. They were so kindhearted even for a wild baby bunny. We own many animals, including horses, and this is the only place I will ever trust any of my babies with. They are lovely!

Had a friend who recently lost his little baby sickly turtle and was euthanized by his Dr and was sent to Pet Angel for cremation. Dr office told us that they could also have a little ink body/shell print for the little dude. A little while later, we received his ashes but with no ink print.We called about 3 times to The Dr to see what was up and they dont really deal with the stuff Pet Angel deals with so they said they would call us back. 3 weeks of contacting, still no answer.Our final email with the Dr and we get told that Pet Angel had a great idea to NOT do the ink body print without telling anyone...Because the turtles body was too small and still just cremated him without informing anyone. And I get it, he was kinda small but Dr office had no problem in saying that THEY could do it themselves, which we should have went with at this point.Very disappointing.

My thanks to Angela and the rest of the staff with whom I interacted on the saddest day of my life, when saying the last goodbye to my beloved dog, for the empathy and compassion shown towards me from all of them. I am so disappointed in my cats cremation, they didn’t send me back his hair, whiskers, little ashes, nothing at all likeBest Friends crematorium does…This is just cut and dry. Throw it back at me, very upset . I will never use them again. I’ll bury them in the backyard before I’ve use these people again. So cold!!

Not a good company to work for at all. especially for people of color. Would be better off going out of town for quality service 100% and not rushed, hairy, or cracked. Ensure your animals are cared for after they’ve passed, avoid going here.
