I lost my beautiful dog Sammy. Stan, at Haisley, is the most compassionate and caring person! when I walked in with my baby boy in my arms, I saw that Stan was saddened and immediately took care of everything needed to put my baby to rest.Nothing will ever bring my baby back, but knowing that he was taken care of with dignity and respect made a big difference and I will always be thankful to Stan.R.I.P. We cannot say enough to thank Haisley for the attention and dignity in which they handled Jazmin after her unexpected passing that has left us completely devastated. The beautiful way in which her ashes were returned to us in a carved wooden box together with a red clay imprint of her paw was so incredibly thoughtful and made very clear to us that the Haisley Family truly cares for their customers and the loss of their loved ones.

We lost our Simon on April 7th, 2022. It has taken me this long to be able to write a review. Haisley Pet loss services were fantastic to us. They were very caring, went above and beyond with making sure we had the time to say good-bye. The Urn we wanted was not in stock, they made sure we had it and had engraved.For such a sad, heartbreaking time, they were so respectful and caring. I highly recommend them when the time comes to say good-bye to your best friend.

We just picked up our little Myles’ ashes from the animal hospital. We lost him suddenly and are so very overwhelmed and completely heartbroken. 😥 We want to thank Haisley Pet Loss Services for the dignity and respect they extended to little Myles. The wooden box he was returned is quite beautiful. His paw print in clay was exactly what I had wished I had, not knowing Haisley was going to do that for us. Haisley Pet Loss Services is a light in a dark time. We lost our 9 year old kitty unexpectedly and had her put down at home. The vet we worked with coordinated everything for us with Haisley. We cherishes our 4 legged family members. Loosing one is very traumatic. Due to career moves we have lived in numerous states and as a result have worked with several vets when our pets have not passed peacefully at home and euthanasia has been necessary. Regardless out tradition is to have our pets cremated privately and returned to us. Apollo our senior cat passed peacefully at home and circumstances encouraged us to reach out to Haisley Pet Loss Services (Fort Pierce, FL) directly. We have never worked directly with a pet funeral home and all I can say is Stan was amazing! If there is anyway you can work directly with them rather than going thru your vet (even if euthanasia at the vet is required) I strongly encourage you to do this. There is a genuine compassion that you will not receive at the vet. (And I have 30 plus years of experience of loosing pets) If I had known we could take them personally to a funeral home like Haisley, and say a real goodbye in a loving and understanding environment, we would not have hesitated to do this. There is a different closure than dropping off your pet, and receiving a call a week later saying your pet is back. They operate 24/7, and if you are unable to personally take your pet to their facility, they will make arrangements to pick up your pet and you can meet them at their facility. If you are unsure of what to do or how to proceed with your loss, give Stan a call. I am so grateful that we did!

My kitty passed away Sunday and brought him to this facility the next morning. Stan was exceptionally helpful, compassionate and made the process fast, easy. My kitty was ready to be picked up today so I came to bring my kitty home. Much to my surprise my kitty is in a beautiful urn but with a slide out on the bottom if I want to place his ashes in something else. So devastated by the loss of my kitty Calvin but comforted by how I was treated with kindness and as well as my Calvin. Thank you Stan, you made this difficult time a little easier with your warmth.

After the loss of our parrotlet Maxwell I spent a lot of time calling different places looking for a place I felt comfortable with and could trust. Some of the prices I was quoted were ridiculously expensive. I was quoted as high as 425 dollars. After calling Haisley Pet Loss Services and speaking with Mr. Stan I knew that was the last call I needed to make and would be using their service. Mr. Stan is very soft spoken and made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease that Maxwell was left in good hands and would be taken care of and cremated properly. Their prices were SOOOOO much better than any place I called. They are a family owned business and very kind people. I picked up the ashes today of our dear Louie. I was so impressed with the quality, care and concern I felt was given to him. He is now the 4th dog we’ve had cremated, but the first to return home with so much love. I still cried on the ride home, his last ride, but was comforted by the respect I felt he was given. We sadly had to put our oldest dog Marley down. He was with us for almost 16 years and when Burt from Haisley came he was very respectful of our loss. 2 experiences in such a short time.My first baby passed 7/15 & was cremated by Haisley. She was back to me within days. She was in a cute wooden Urn. & I received closure once she was home.I lost my second one 8/23. I have been a complete wreck as I was not prepared. Haisley currently has her. I was missing her so bad I called them to "check up" on her and see if she's safe and okay. The sweetest male voice answered the phone and spoke to me and assured she's okay and was just so understanding as I was sobbing on the other side of the phone. I'm sure he was super busy but he took the time to answer my questions and tell me they have Hazel and that she is okay.Thank you for all that you do!

I had to bring in my best friends fur baby. She meant the world to me and his family and Cassey and Stan made the whole process so easy. They were overwhelmingly caring and warm. They not only treated me like family, they treated Molly like she was their beloved pet. I don’t wish the lost of an animal on anyone but they are the people to help you if/when you do. Stan went out of his way to make an extra clay paw print for my mom. They are truly amazing people that work in the hardest business to be in. I spoke with at least five staff members while scheduling my dog's cremation. Every single one of them sounded sincere, caring, and genuinely kind. They were not pushy at all about sales and were understanding and accommodating when unfortunately death had other plans than my own schedule. I cannot express my gratitude enough to everyone there. I'm absolutely heartbroken and cannot believe the lack of care from Haisley. Several weeks ago I contacted Haisley crying hysterically concerning conflicting crematory ID numbers I received following my pet's cremation. A man advised he would research and call me back. Not one call back, to this day. I know there's nothing that can be done to rectify the matter at this point, but at least a call saying sorry or advise what happened. All I can do is continuously, continuously share with the public my painful experience here. It's the very least I can do for my best friend.

Loosing a pet is so hard. Nora made the process of taking care of beloved cat easier. Dealing with me less than an hour after Dash's departed from this earth was not easy. She took her time, appreciated our boy and I truly felt comfortable leaving him with her. As you may or may not know Peppy died in the care of Village veterinary in Tequesta... while going through a routine cleaning.And tooth removal... Peppy was in good health when we took her for her vet visit... Called them very late in the evening. The person who answered the phone was super polite and understanding even though I was being frantic and hard to deal with.The gentleman who came to my home were very understanding and kind. Took the time to make sure I was doing ok and even shared some of their own experiences. The made the whole experience as comfortable as possible for me and it was so helpful.If you are ever in need of these services I am sorry you are going through what I did but these would be the people to call.

I can not tell you the how special I felt when I received my Misty back. Most places give you a tin with your pet in a sandwich bag but Misty is in a beautiful wooden box and they also made a paw print for me. Thannk you for making this horrible event a comfort.

We are just devastated with the loss of our Snookie. We were treated with such kindness in choosing a urn for her remains. When we picked up the urn at Veterinary Medical Center we were so pleased at the detail that Haisley had gone to. The paw and certificate of passing were special. This is a first class operation. We are so happy to have our Snookie back home with us. Thank you Haisley!

David worked wonders with my 2 dogs, Max and Moe. he took care of them as good in death as we did in life. They made my dogs cremation boxes look beautiful and they gave me clay paw prints along with the box. Thank you again for your hard work♥️
