I was so happy to find this place last year when I lost my kitty who was 17 years old. It was very tough because so many places were not allowing you to come in with your pet because of Covid. They were the only ones gracious enough to allow me to stay with her through the whole process. I will forever be grateful and they are very good people I would highly recommend. Katherine was the lady who took care of us.Update….her daughter passed last year from kidney disease sadly, and we brought her here as well. Very caring, sweet people.Last Update; September 4, 2024 I just lost my baby girl who was soon to be 22 years old. Catherine was the lady who worked with me years back. She is sadly no longer there. The new girl really didn’t care much she barely got out of her seat from behind the computer. Seemed very apathetic. I would not go back now that Catherine ‘s not there. She didn’t show much care concern at all. Just asked which urn I wanted, basically was it, and took my credit card. After she took my credit card I had to ask if I could have a couple moments alone with my baby girl and maybe some privacy. Otherwise I guess she just would’ve said bye and closed the door.She agreed but seemed very surprised that I would ask something like that. I’m sure a lot of people do. And they should offer. Then I had to ask for my blanket back since I wanted to keep something that had her scent, and she just kind of stood there and I said well can you wrap her in one of your blankets and she still kind of stood there just a very awkward interaction. She needs more sympathy training. And to get out from behind her computer and actually interact with people who have just lost their fur child. It’s a very sensitive time and it might just be another customer to her but for the fur parent, it’s the loss of a family member. At least OFFER some quiet time and a private place to say a final farewell. The customer shouldn't have to ASK. When I picked up my baby’s remains, just a bag. I had to ASK to see the urn and paw print. They’re emotionless. No care whatsoever. ASK your customers if they’d like to see the urn they just paid for instead of rushing them out. Never again.Overall poor service

Sadly we had to put our little guy Bentley to sleep on 2/19/2022 due to cancer. It was a hard time for our family but things were made a little easier considering our vet worked with Pet Angel Memorial Center for a private cremation. Within a week his urns & paw print were back at the Vet's office ready to come home. Our Rat Terrier Bojangles was 18 yrs old when he went home to see our Lord. Pet Angel did a great job in representing how much he meant to us. He was lovingly wrapped in blue velvet and the urn was also in a velvet pouch. They also did a great job with the paw print and gave us a "certificate" to remember the many years we were blessed with Bo. He was an awesome companion. Followed us around the house to make sure we were being safe. He would go back and forth from my husband and myself.Thank you, Pet Angel, for your caring way you do things.

Our pet Toby was picked up at Northlake Animal Hospital to be cremated, he was taken by Pet Angles for the cremation and he came back to us in a beautiful box with his name engraved on a plack in a velvet pouch. I am so thankful they showed their compassion and respect for our little guy and the way he was returned to us. They showed love. Thank you Pet Angles so very much.

I can't put into words the love and compassion I was offered by Debbie and the staff at pet angel. In my 35 years of life, losing my beloved Joey was/is the hardest thing I've ever gone through. The whole facility was beautiful and well cared for. I was anxious about cremation until I visited their facility and saw how kind and gentle they were with my sweet boy for his 'memorial'. They were kind enough to create a stamped nose print and paw print for me. I will forever be grateful.

I have lost several cats that belonged to me but lived at an animal shelter. I have also lost cats that lived in my home. They were all dear to me and how their remains were treated meant a lot. The staff at Pet Angel has always showed deep respect for me and my lost pets. I appreciate the reverence in which the final moments of my pets remains were handled.I have also purchased necklaces and knitted blankets from them. I highly recommend them and their services. I still have animals and will again in the future use their services.

Pet Angel Memorial handled my dog Angel this past week. When I went back to my vet to pick up her ashes, I was heart warmed with a beautiful urn with her name etched onto it. Inside her remains lay in a black velvet bag with the plastic bag inside of it. Very classy, for my very classy Angel. They even sent a booklet for advice with grieving, with lovely poems inside, and a certificate of her cremation date, along with their condolences. It's beyond hard to trust anyone with the body and remains of our beloved pets, but I was completely put at ease when I picked her up today. Thank you so much to the Fort Myers location for taking care of my baby! I love you all, and thank you all for eternity!

Last year in July our sweet baby Hercules who was 14 crossed the rainbow bridge. On August 24th this year, our very 1st pup Oscar of 16 years crossed the rainbow bridge. I cannot say enough about how genuinely caring and compassionate Katherine was for our loss. We knew our babies were in great hands. We could not get through the grief without her. She was truly an angel. We are grateful for this service and now we will have our babies with us always. I can’t even find the right words to express how amazing and empathetic Catherine and the staff at Pet Angel Memorial are. After we helped our dog cross the rainbow bridge, we were completely shattered and in disbelief. After finding out where our dog was being cremated, I contacted Catherine. I was in complete aw and felt a sense of peace when I was able to visit Cee-Cee one last time before she was cremated. Catherine gave us all the time in the world to spend with her, she spoke with us and got to know who we are and what our first-baby meant to us; an amazing listener. Kitty was a sweetheart too. Thank you Catherine for being sokind and helping me get back my girl before we went backto New Jersey. I am forever grateful.

I lost my “Dallas “ this last Jan. My vet gave me a brochure and I opted for a private cremation and picked out a urn. This place gave my “Bug” such respect in cremating him. After picking him up from the vet I went to buy supplies where I’ve gone for years and two doors down I saw the name Pet Angel, I’ve been going to the establishment for years and never noticed them two doors down. I immediately got him from the car and went in sobbing. I don’t know who the lady was but she really had compassion for my loss and let me sit. It’s very serene inside and gave me comfort that he was treated with dignity and respect. I hope to never have to do this again (as we all know we out live our pets) but, if my new vet does not use them I will insist on Pet Angel. Thank you Pet Angel for the respect and dignity you gave my best friend Dallas !

Very impressed with the excellent Service that Li provided. i’m sure that she is a valuable asset to your Pet Angel company. Our cat passed away in June 2022 and when we got the certificate of cremation we noticed the name was spelt wrong. It was something I knew that I should’ve taken care of right then and there however I didn’t. Thanks to Li we will be getting a new certificate with the correct name spelling.Robin Olbrys

There are no better Angels on earth than all of staff who work for Pet Angel. They understand with compassion and true empathy the love that we, pet parents have for our pets. They care for the body of the animal child with dignity and respect and they care for the pet parents with as much love and compassion. They make sure our wishes are met, and that our broken hearts receive much TLC as well.Their support group for grieving pet parents and pet parents whose pet are going through a crisis or towards the end of life is incredibly supportive. They are all pet parents who have experienced it all so they know. The group is offered free of charge.There are no other comporable services by other companies, Pet Angel is the simply the very best all around.. Cannot say enough good things. And Heather, Sharon and Brandi are the most caring souls on earth. Thank you!

My Little Dog put to sleep on Monday June 22nd, Pet Angel Memorial Center did the Cremation. Not only was Pet Angel Memorial Center fast in getting my Little Dogs Ashes back to me in less than 4 days, the Urn my Little Dog was in was "Absolutely Beautiful". I was also given a Plaster Paw Print of my Little Dog that was also Beautiful...."Thank You So Much Pet Angel Memorial Center", You did a "Great Job" in making my Little Dogs Cremation as Best as it could have ever been.....Keep up the Great Work Pet Angel Memorial Center...."Your The Best"!!!!!

We are from northwestern Illinois staying in Estero when we took our beloved dachshund to San Carlos Park Animal Hospital. We never thought we would have to put our dog down while vacationing. We picked up Oscar's ashes today. The box is just a beautiful tribute to him. Everyone has been so kind during our sad time.

I had a nightmare experience here. They do not allow you to witness the cremation and I found out why. They let me go out back where I saw them put my most precious friend in to a dirty old oven with dried blood running down the side of it. The area was filthy with dirty freezers here and there. I should have run then. They would not let me stay and called me an hour later to come and pick up her ashes. Well, I now know that cremations cannot be done in an hour because I have witnessed three others and that my beloved dog is not in this bag of ashes. My heart is broken. I still cry over her and don't know where she is. Run from these people. They are fakes and cannot be trusted.

We came to Florida for a family emergency with our 10 yr old boxer, Vinny. He passed suddenly on St Patricks day at my in laws in Ft Myers. We called Pet Angel and they told us we could bring him right over. Brandi was very compassionate and helped us make decisions while we were heartbroken and in shock. Then Vinny was gently placed in a blanketed cart by a man named Vinny and we knew he was being handled with care and respect. We picked up his remains today in a beautiful box. It was an awful time for our family but handled professionally and respectfully by the staff at Pet Angel.

I wanted to thank everyone at pet angle memorial center in ft.Myers. just picked up my beloved Tiger of 16 years. This is such a hard time for me cuz i loved him so so much its been over a week and i still cry everyday he was more than a cat he was my child some people dont understand that but us pet owners and even though when i opened up the beautiful bag with Tiger's remains the tears poured out it was such a beautiful package his remains were in a beautiful chest with a gold lock and paw print it was so classy came with a booklet of ways to help with the grieving process and poams and a certificate of cremation felt so good the way my baby tiger was treated with respect dignity and compassion because he deserved it tiger is going to be missed so much. They let me go out back where I saw them put my most precious friend in to a dirty old oven with dried blood running down the side of it. The area was filthy with dirty freezers here and there. I should have run then. They would not let me stay and called me an hour later to come and pick up her ashes. Well, I now know that cremations cannot be done in an hour because I have witnessed three others and that my beloved dog is not in this bag of ashes. My heart is broken. I still cry over her and don't know where she is. Run from these people. They are fakes and cannot be trusted.

My cat Ava past away in the late evening. I called and left a message and was contacted back immediately. The woman on the phone was so kind and helpful. They allowed me to bring her in after business hours. The woman who met me was great as well..in such a hard time I truly appreciate how sweet and sensitive you ladies were. THANK YOU! I absolutely recommend this business!

I must say during one of the hardest times of my life my experience with you all has been wonderful. I spoke with katheryn who was the most beautiful soul. She was so sweet, kind and supportive. We came to Florida for a family emergency with our 10 yr old boxer, Vinny. He passed suddenly on St Patricks day at my in laws in Ft Myers. We called Pet Angel and they told us we could bring him right over. Brandi was very compassionate and helped us make decisions while we were heartbroken and in shock. Then Vinny was gently placed in a blanketed cart by a man named Vinny and we knew he was being handled with care and respect. We picked up his remains today in a beautiful box. It was an awful time for our family but handled professionally and respectfully by the staff at Pet Angel.

I wanted to thank everyone at pet angle memorial center in ft.Myers. just picked up my beloved Tiger of 16 years. This is such a hard time for me cuz i loved him so so much its been over a week and i still cry everyday he was more than a cat he was my child some people dont understand that but us pet owners and even though when i opened up the beautiful bag with Tiger's remains the tears poured out it was such a beautiful package his remains were in a beautiful chest with a gold lock and paw print it was so classy came with a booklet of ways to help with the grieving process and poams and a certificate of cremation felt so good the way my baby tiger was treated with respect dignity and compassion because he deserved it tiger is going to be missed so much. I just returned home with my cremated pet in Fort Myers, FL. The staff bent over backwards to make my pet & I's experience peaceful & respectful. I am so grateful to them. Was as good of a an experience as can be. They operate with integrity.
