Two months ago we were in need of funeral home services. Not being residents of the Fort Lauderdale area we were on our own in terms of the search. We picked out 3 funeral homes and called each one. Our first call was to the one furthest away Falowski(Chris) and the one we least expected to use. After learnng what types of questions will be asked we called the other 2 on our list. Neither one gave us the kind of warm and respectful reception that we got from Chris so we went back to Falowski. He greeted us with a warm sympathetic embrace which we felt through the entire process. Two months later we contacted Chris for some information. Although our business connection was complete, he provided answers with the same consideration. This is the best funeral home in Broward county. Holly was an incredible person, since the first day I walked into that funeral home. She took care of me like family, made me feel very comfortable. Truly amazing,Ms. Jeanette, from the beginning, showed such kindness and compassion to myself and my family.also, Mr. Chris was so welcoming it was if I had known him for years. Their facility is kept very clean also. I've been to a few funerals in my time, and sometimes the body of the person after its prepared doesn't look like the same person. That is a horrible experience to see a loved one like that. In this case though,my father looked just like he was sleeping. They did an amazing job preparing him and I am very pleased with that being the last memory of my father. These are good and honest people and incase you who are reading this didn't know, people like that are are becoming very difficult to find these days. Thank you Jeanette and team. The most professional and compassionate team. They guided us through one of the most difficult experiences imaginable; loss due to an accident. We received personalized care. Our Jami was so well presented, she looked like we could wake her. The facility was pristine and we were able to have everything on site, on a most rainy day. After the sudden death of my grandmother, my dad began looking for a funeral home that could help us with her cremation. The Falowski Funeral Home was full of such friendly and kind employees. Everyone was very caring and never rushed us into deciding anything. They all worked so hard to make this experience as easy and painless as possible. They opened their arms to us when we were at our saddest, and I will never forget them for that. When my FIL passed, they were so quick to help. ONE call at about 5pm and that is all it took. They retrieved his body quickly, helped us set up a private service, dealt with keepsakes, cremation, urns, etc and all with such compassion. They didn't care how many times we called or what we needed. They were so caring and compassionate at our private viewing. Liz is an angel, and they made this extremely difficult transition so much smoother. 10/10

I seldom write reviews, but I feel this one is more than well deserved. It is impossible to accurately describe the level of satisfaction I found regarding the sensitivity and professionalism of the management, staff, and services provided us at Barbara Falowski Funeral and Cremation Services during the difficult time of losing my mother. From the moment I walked in the door to start pre-planning my mom’s arrangements, I was made to feel comfortable. Unlike other funeral homes, I was never made to feel rushed or persuaded into something I didn’t need or want. Chris was absolutely amazing in helping me plan the entire service from beginning to end, and was there, present, and accommodating. I was reassured that at the time of need they would be there 24/7 and would take care of absolutely everything, and they did. They made my mother look beautiful, the entire staff was supportive, accommodating to my every need, and very responsive to my mother’s guests.The entire establishment, from the entryway to the chapel is warm, charming, inviting, and tastefully decorated. So much so, that I was asked by many of the attendees how I was able to find such a perfect place.The staff is exceptionally professional and respectful with an unsurpassed sensitivity you don’t see very often these days. I was proud that I entrusted them to prepare my mom for visitation before her final journey, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a place to hold funeral/life celebration services for a loved one.

We had a sudden death in the family and were looking for funeral homes in the area. I came across Barbara Falowski on Google Maps and was interested because of the 5 star rating. After visiting the facility, we knew immediately it was where we were supposed to be. Liz and her team were so helpful, kind and supportive as we planned the service together. If you find yourself in the heart-breaking position to lay a loved one to rest, look no further. All the other reviews were in-line with the service we received and I can't thank Liz and her team enough for their professionalism and care. One final thing, funerals can be an expensive endeavor and the pricing offered was more affordable than other places we looked into. Thanks again.

I had picked this place based on the reviews and I was very happy that I did. I lost my mother within 6 days of finding out she had stage 4 cancer. I didn’t know what to do regarding funeral arrangements. Liz made me feel comfortable and she was very attentive and cared about our feelings. She guided us and she was very compassionate and understanding and I felt she was very sincere. The most important thing for me is that my mom will look like our mom and let me tell you. My mommy look just like her from her hair just the way she would have wanted to the make up everything was perfect. She looked beautiful and peaceful. Our mom looked just like her. The day of the service the staff was very helpful and caring for our feelings. They had someone at the door they also had someone outside for parking and at the end they was very helpful. They made sure my sibling and I had our alone time before and after the service. If anyone is looking for a funeral place this is the place to go. Liz I would like to thank you for everything.

I wanted to write a review for this place because I was so impressed with how they handled my mother in law’s service. From the first meeting with Liz we all felt a sense of comfort. No one ever wants to go through this difficult time, but it really helps when someone is there to help guide you. She was compassionate and understanding and you really felt she cared. The day of her service I was impressed with how organized everything was. They had an attendant outside directing cars to the parking lot. They had a gentleman at the door opening and closing the door for everyone and greeting them.Liz and Chris were so attentive asking us if we needed anything throughout the day. One thing that was so important to us was that she looked like herself. Everyone said how beautiful and peaceful she was. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable and caring place for your family member this is it.

I'm not sure where to start, after another funeral home lied to us about collecting my father's body and also tried to con me out of money we contacted Carrie at falowski kalis mcintee and I can't thank then enough, they dealt with the previous funeral home and collected his body the same day. Carrie was personal, kind and everything we needed in the situation. Communication has been amazing, as we live in England we thought this would be much harder but they have been amazing. If you are looking for a funeral home then please please don't go anywhere else. I know Carrie is leaving in September and this will be a huge loss for them but I am 100% sure that everyone will look after us to the same amazing standard. I can't thank enough Liz and her amazing staff during one of the most difficult times of my life. I had no idea where to start and what to do. My dad had passed on a Friday in the hospital and they wanted me to arrange a body pick up asap. I did not understand the process, in fact, I found myself calling different places, feeling numb and lost. I knew nothing! When I called Barbara Falowski, it was after 6pm on a Friday and Liz immediately picked up. She was attentive, patient, informative and most important allowed me to mourn with my family as they handled everything. They literally handled it all!! We made an appt to visit on Monday to discuss arrangements, however, over the weekend, Liz called and text me to make sure the obituary landing page was up and running. Within 24 hours, my dad has his date of service, eulogy page, photos uploaded, video link for day of service etc.. The service was outstanding! I had placed a food order with Publix and her staff picked it up for me. The caring and loving nature of the entire staff was exactly what we needed during this time. I will not go anywhere else! Thank You!

We had been set up to use a different funeral home for my Mom, the same one that took care of our Dad's arrangements back in '93. We met with them in July of '22 to make Mom's arrangements, a difficult visit...selecting the casket etc. Very emotional! Then just prior to Mom's death on March 18th, I called to give them a 'heads-up' and to make tentative arrangements for a service for Mom. Not only did I learn that they had lost Mom's file, but they stated that it was not possible to make 'tentative arrangements' (so family could know when to fly in), until the actual death took place. They could not have been less compassionate or less helpful. So, with the help of Hospice, we found Barbara Falowski's Funeral Service, and we could not have been happier. DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE UNTIL YOU MEET WITH THESE PEOPLE! In one meeting, before the actual death, Liz helped with selections, contacted the cemetery to arrange for our Mom to be placed with Dad, sped up the preparation of Mom's body so my sister could 'say good-bye'...all within a few hours...all, after we were told none of this was possible (by regulation) by the other funeral director. The Falowski team...Liz, Chris, and everyone we met could not have been more professional...could not have been kinder. We hope our Mom went to heaven. During the most difficult time for my family and I, Liz and ALL the staff, each one of them, made this the best experience for us ever. After decisions were made on our end, they took care of everything, and I really do mean everything. It was such a great help knowing that was one less thing to worry about. Their professionalism, their professional dress attire, their compassion and sympathy literally left me speechless. All of my friends and family commented on it as well. They thought of every little detail. They even had masks available for everyone and I had completely forgot about that, but they didn't. My father passed away and I used the services of the Barbara Polowski funeral and cremation services. Going through this experience with them was so comforting. I highly recommend the services of this Funeral Home. Since May 2019 our family has experienced the loss of two members, my son and my husband's sister. We have relied on the staff at the Barbara Falowski Funeral home to assist us with all arrangements. This was the first time I’ve had to arrange this type of service so it was daunting. I searched the net & Barbara Falowski was the 1st listing (Thankfully) When I called, Liz answered and she eased my mind right away providing me all the pertinent info to get things started. Additionally, sharing details on common practices for funeral services which I was oblivious to. My mother, who passed, had to be flown from Florida to Louisiana. Everything from start to finish went incredibly smooth from travel arrangements, casket, payments, other documentation & preparation. The professionalism and compassion they exude is unmatched. After contacting several South Florida corporate funeral homes with disappointing results, we walked into the Barbara Falowski Home without an appointment, hoping just to see the facility. I rarely post anything online but the exceptional service from the staff compelled me to write on here. It almost been 2 months since the passing of my mom I was shell shocked on the fact that it looked like she was just sleeping. The most professional and compassionate team. They guided us through one of the most difficult experiences imaginable; loss due to an accident. We received personalized care. After the sudden death of my grandmother, my dad began looking for a funeral home that could help us with her cremation. The Falowski Funeral Home was full of such friendly and kind employees. Everyone was very caring and never rushed us into deciding anything. They all worked so hard to make this experience as easy and painless as possible. When my FIL passed, they were so quick to help. ONE call at about 5pm and that is all it took. They retrieved his body quickly, helped us set up a private service, dealt with keepsakes, cremation, urns, etc and all with such compassion. They didn't care how many times we called or what we needed. They were so caring and compassionate at our private viewing. Liz is an angel, and they made this extremely difficult transition so much smoother. 10/10

I seldom write reviews, but I feel this one is more than well deserved. It is impossible to accurately describe the level of satisfaction I found regarding the sensitivity and professionalism of the management, staff, and services provided us at Barbara Falowski Funeral and Cremation Services during the difficult time of losing my mother. From the moment I walked in the door to start pre-planning my mom’s arrangements, I was made to feel comfortable. Unlike other funeral homes, I was never made to feel rushed or persuaded into something I didn’t need or want. Chris was absolutely amazing in helping me plan the entire service from beginning to end, and was there, present, and accommodating. I was reassured that at the time of need they would be there 24/7 and would take care of absolutely everything, and they did. They made my mother look beautiful, the entire staff was supportive, accommodating to my every need, and very responsive to my mother’s guests.The entire establishment, from the entryway to the chapel is warm, charming, inviting, and tastefully decorated. So much so, that I was asked by many of the attendees how I was able to find such a perfect place.The staff is exceptionally professional and respectful with an unsurpassed sensitivity you don’t see very often these days. I was proud that I entrusted them to prepare my mom for visitation before her final journey, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a place to hold funeral/life celebration services for a loved one.

We had a sudden death in the family and were looking for funeral homes in the area. I came across Barbara Falowski on Google Maps and was interested because of the 5 star rating. After visiting the facility, we knew immediately it was where we were supposed to be. Liz and her team were so helpful, kind and supportive as we planned the service together. If you find yourself in the heart-breaking position to lay a loved one to rest, look no further. All the other reviews were in-line with the service we received and I can't thank Liz and her team enough for their professionalism and care. I had picked this place based on the reviews and I was very happy that I did. I lost my mother within 6 days of finding out she had stage 4 cancer. I didn’t know what to do regarding funeral arrangements. Liz made me feel comfortable and she was very attentive and cared about our feelings. She guided us and she was very compassionate and understanding and I felt she was very sincere. The most important thing for me is that my mom will look like our mom and let me tell you. My mommy look just like her from her hair just the way she would have wanted to the make up everything was perfect. She looked beautiful and peaceful. Our mom looked just like her. The day of the service the staff was very helpful and caring for our feelings. They had someone at the door they also had someone outside for parking and at the end they was very helpful. They made sure my sibling and I had our alone time before and after the service. If anyone is looking for a funeral place this is the place to go. Liz I would like to thank you for everything.

I am usually a planner with the t's crossed and I's dotted. You see commercials, advertisements and word of mouth telling you to have funeral arrangements for yourself and loved ones made in advance. Due to circumstances this was not possible for my beloved mother. The recommendation to give Barbara Fawloski Funeral Home a call, came at the final hours of my mother's life. From the first desperate call at 11pm to the final resting place, Barbara Fawloski Funeral Home was there serving our family with the utmost care and compassion. Liz, one of the Funeral Directors, treated us with dignity and a level of professionalism that surpassed our expectations. I can truly look back and know that my Mother would have been truly pleased. I wanted to write a review for this place because I was so impressed with how they handled my mother in law’s service. From the first meeting with Liz we all felt a sense of comfort. No one ever wants to go through this difficult time, but it really helps when someone is there to help guide you. She was compassionate and understanding and you really felt she cared. The day of her service I was impressed with how organized everything was. They had an attendant outside directing cars to the parking lot. They had a gentleman at the door opening and closing the door for everyone and greeting them.Liz and Chris were so attentive asking us if we needed anything throughout the day. One thing that was so important to us was that she looked like herself. Everyone said how beautiful and peaceful she was. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable and caring place for your family member this is it.

I'm not sure where to start, after another funeral home lied to us about collecting my father's body and also tried to con me out of money we contacted Carrie at falowski kalis mcintee and I can't thank then enough, they dealt with the previous funeral home and collected his body the same day. Carrie was personal, kind and everything we needed in the situation. Communication has been amazing, as we live in England we thought this would be much harder but they have been amazing. If you are looking for a funeral home then please please don't go anywhere else. I know Carrie is leaving in September and this will be a huge loss for them but I am 100% sure that everyone will look after us to the same amazing standard. I can't thank enough Liz and her amazing staff during one of the most difficult times of my life. I had no idea where to start and what to do. My dad had passed on a Friday in the hospital and they wanted me to arrange a body pick up asap. I did not understand the process, in fact, I found myself calling different places, feeling numb and lost. I knew nothing! When I called Barbara Falowski, it was after 6pm on a Friday and Liz immediately picked up. She was attentive, patient, informative and most important allowed me to mourn with my family as they handled everything. They literally handled it all!! We made an appt to visit on Monday to discuss arrangements, however, over the weekend, Liz called and text me to make sure the obituary landing page was up and running. Within 24 hours, my dad has his date of service, eulogy page, photos uploaded, video link for day of service etc.. The service was outstanding! I had placed a food order with Publix and her staff picked it up for me. The caring and loving nature of the entire staff was exactly what we needed during this time. I will not go anywhere else! We had been set up to use a different funeral home for my Mom, the same one that took care of our Dad's arrangements back in '93. We met with them in July of '22 to make Mom's arrangements, a difficult visit...selecting the casket etc. Very emotional! Then just prior to Mom's death on March 18th, I called to give them a 'heads-up' and to make tentative arrangements for a service for Mom. Not only did I learn that they had lost Mom's file, but they stated that it was not possible to make 'tentative arrangements' (so family could know when to fly in), until the actual death took place. They could not have been less compassionate or less helpful. So, with the help of Hospice, we found Barbara Falowski's Funeral Service, and we could not have been happier. DO NOT GO ELSEWHERE UNTIL YOU MEET WITH THESE PEOPLE! In one meeting, before the actual death, Liz helped with selections, contacted the cemetery to arrange for our Mom to be placed with Dad, sped up the preparation of Mom's body so my sister could 'say good-bye'...all within a few hours...all, after we were told none of this was possible (by regulation) by the other funeral director. The Falowski team...Liz, Chris, and everyone we met could not have been more professional...could not have been kinder. We hope our Mom went to heaven. We buried my dad today. It was a difficult experience, especially given COVID restrictions. When Mom died five months ago, we made her arrangements through another funeral home and I vowed never to use them again. We instead turned to Leroy Calhoun at the Barbara Falowski Funeral Home to take care of my dad and the service was top notch. Compassionate, efficient, caring and reasonably priced. Everything was well done and all our needs were anticipated and met. Mr Calhoun is a kind and empathic professional. Shame on this institution. We just suffered a tragic loss in the family, me and some other family members teamed up to find the right place to have the service and cremation done. When i called this place the lady was extremely rude, scolding us that it was the 3rd time we called asking us to organize ourselves and complaining about the call. During the most difficult time for my family and I, Liz and ALL the staff, each one of them, made this the best experience for us ever. After decisions were made on our end, they took care of everything, and I really do mean everything. It was such a great help knowing that was one less thing to worry about. They thought of every little detail. They even had masks available for everyone and I had completely forgot about that, but they didn't. I highly recommend the services of this Funeral Home. Since May 2019 our family has experienced the loss of two members, my son and my husband's sister. We have relied on the staff at the Barbara Falowski Funeral home to assist us with all arrangements. This was the first time I’ve had to arrange this type of service so it was daunting. I searched the net & Barbara Falowski was the 1st listing (Thankfully) When I called, Liz answered and she eased my mind right away providing me all the pertinent info to get things started. Additionally, sharing details on common practices for funeral services which I was oblivious to. My mother, who passed, had to be flown from Florida to Louisiana. I wanted to say Thank you to everyone here that worked on my wife’s services especially Taylor. You all took such pride in your work and even when the church let us know we had to cut back on the pictures for the memorial video you all took care of it after it was already complete. Again, we are so Grateful and thankful for each of you. I am so heart broken over the loss of my beautiful wife, but you all cared enough to make things run smoothly for us. I appreciate you helping us advertise for services both here in Florida and also up north in Connecticut. God Bless you all.🙏🏼💪🏼✝️❤️

Liz and her entire team did an amazing job on my fathers funeral . It was a difficult time for my sisters and I , but the moment we all sat down to discuss arrangements we were all comfortable . Being more inexpensive then others in area is definetly great , but being more inexpensive AND getting over the top service is commendable ! We received so many compliments on the service 💙

I recommend this place with my eyes closed. My mother-in law (Ana G) past away suddenly, and this was something new to us. Liz was understanding and walked us step by step. She took her time explaining everything to us. Liz, Allen, and staff, from the bottom of my heart we thank you guys for helping us. The day of the service you guys were great. Liz thanks for being there for each of us and making sure that we were all good. You and your team definitely took a weight off our shoulders. Thank you!! ⚓️!

The Barbara Falowski team were extremely professional and have made such a heartbreaking event for our family, loving and peaceful for all of us. I highly recommend their caring and respectful services. We felt our loved one was at peace in their care which was comforting to our family.

I am usually a planner with the t's crossed and I's dotted. You see commercials, advertisements and word of mouth telling you to have funeral arrangements for yourself and loved ones made in advance. Due to circumstances this was not possible for my beloved mother. The recommendation to give Barbara Fawloski Funeral Home a call, came at the final hours of my mother's life. From the first desperate call at 11pm to the final resting place, Barbara Fawloski Funeral Home was there serving our family with the utmost care and compassion. Liz, one of the Funeral Directors, treated us with dignity and a level of professionalism that surpassed our expectations. I can truly look back and know that my Mother would have been truly pleased. There is nothing greater a son / daughter or a family could ask for.

arbara and Staff,I just want to extend a heartfelt thank you for being so pleasant and compassionate to work with during this time of unexpected sadness I had to endure. I had not to worry about a thing from my initial call to Barbara so very early on the morning of December 15th when I could barely form a sentence. I was under a lot of pressure from the nursing home to pick a funeral home within hours of his passing and yours was the 1st that popped up in my quick search!Barbara, I was going through all of my father's personal belongings I found a cremation certificate of my grandmother's with your information -- pretty special that my father used you as well for my grandmother!
