Absolutely amazing services. Our beautiful 18 year old Maltese decided Christmas Eve was the day she wanted to leave this world and safe passage was amazing to help us, help her crossover the rainbow that day. Amy, their vet tech was so compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Handled her with so much care and we couldn’t be happier with the service Amy and the team provided on such a sad day during a holiday non the less. Forever grateful!

Safe Passages rescued us with the utmost care and compassion when our 19 year-old cat, Leela, was called to journey over her Rainbow Bridge.From our first phone call to the empathetic retrieval to the memorable attention to all the details and the final delivery of our precious pet’s remains, the entire team completed their mission to provide excellent care for Leela, and for us. Our family is very grateful for the love and support from the Amazing team at SafePassage. I was confused and lost after losing our beloved friend Molly (Jeb). The first search I came across was SafePassage and I called and spoke with Margo. Immediately the team went into action and kept me informed every step of the way and facilitate viewing of the cremation. From start to finish, well done Margo, Brittany, Matt and Justin. We are truly blessed to have met wonderful people in you all. Molly would be happy to know you all took very great care of her. We highly recommend your services and thanks for all you did for Molly. They were absolutely amazing! Compassionate, kind and understanding. Amy came to my house so Tyson can make his journey to heaven. She was amazing, gentle and wonderful energy. This is my first time doing anything like this for a pet and honestly the best experience anyone could have considering the circumstances. I highly recommend this place!

If there were more than 5 stars, that’s what I would give. They met us at 9:00 PM to pick up our boy and ensure that he was transitioned with respect. They went above and beyond to ensure that we received everything and more than we paid for. I couldn’t recommend them more for their assistance in pick up, processing, and drop off. They even called prior to the next day to ensure that everything was correct. Amazing service.

Losing my beloved pet was an incredibly difficult experience, but Safe Passages Pet Cremation made this challenging time a bit easier for me and my family. From the moment we contacted them, their team showed immense compassion and understanding.Their service was prompt and respectful. Safe Passages did everything they could to make my boy’s crossing over as comfortable and painless as possible. The only problem was that we were told someone would be at our house within 30 minutes but they did not arrive until one hour and 45 minutes later and gave no apology for their late arrival. My dog was in distress and it was painful waiting so long for someone to bring him peace.We were happy that our boy’s ashes were hand delivered 2 days later. They made the presentation special. His ashes came in a wooden box with an imprint of his paw. We also got his paw prints on a wooden coaster and piece of paper. They also sent a beautiful sympathy card with a very touching and emotional message.

Dear Margo,Steve and I were so very pleased with the timely manner in which our little girl, Gemma, was cared for on Sunday morning at 9:15 am after receiving my phone call at 8:30 am.The compassion you and your staff showed is remarkable. Where do I start…… From the time I spoke with Margo up until it was time to put my snowy down he made everything smooth and accommodated me to the fullest doing my time of grieving about my Snowy. This company is the most loving compassionate place to take your pets, and I want to think Amy who Margo reached out to for me, for being with me doing this difficult time up to her taken her last breath🥺…..
