We really appreciate how they do business, and have been consistently great over the years. Approximately seven years ago, we lost our beloved Jade, and then just a few weeks ago, we lost our Harley. We used them both times. Harley went so quickly and we spent as much time as we needed in their mourning room, with him on the decorated alter. It was a very safe place to mourn him. And then we proceeded to pick out his paw print ornaments, and box for his ashes. I really like that we know that we only get him back and there’s no cross-contamination with this method. They have a great bedside manner, very empathetic. I would have liked perhaps a little bit more option when it came to Harley’s box, but they still had a couple options for his size. I will continue to do business with them, and drive the hour away, to always do so.

My mother and I lost our dog of 17 years and he was our baby, my mother was so heartbroken and desperate and called at 2am and the owner answered in the middle of the night and comforted us I am so grateful for Joyce she is a saint, she made this entire process so much easier in such a hard time. I highly recommend her to anyone they take such good care of our loved one. And the prices are very fair, thank you so much Joyce we are forever grateful to you.

Such a great place when the time come. The Sanctuary was most soothing to spend the time to grieve. I'm glad I was able to hold him during the entire time while the vet gave the shots.Highly recommended..!!!!

I would give them 5000 stars if available. What stood out the most & I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do is, they invited me to accompany my Jumpin' Jony's body back. They pet him, talked about how handsome he was, & brought me into the paw print process etc. HUGELY helpful in gaining closure. Dorothy is so artistic & darling, she even made me laugh! His ashes came out a beautiful white, like angel dust. SO MANY urn & jewelry options. Their professionalism & compassion is a beautiful kindness that I'll always remember during the greatest pet loss I've ever had, & ever will again. He was 1 in a million, & I have a beautiful subtle ring to remind me of his (our) wonderful life together that ran 15 years long, but felt way to short.

I could talk for days and never explain how awesome natures pet loss is. The owner is one of the biggest hearted person I've met. We lost my daughter's pet lamb and they cremated her then I found out my wife had breast cancer and they worked with me paying $25 here and there for months till we got it paid off I will always be thankful for what they did for my daughter.

I couldn't recommend Nature's Pet Loss more highly. They are compassionate and caring and treated my much loved bull terrier with the utmost of respect. The beautiful carved wood box containing his ashes was packed extremely well to mail to me - further proof of their respect and care. They made a very sad time a bit better.

While going through this hard time of losing a pet, a loved one, and a best friend we were reassured and treating with kindness and generosity. Such an amazing staff and owner we were treated with compassion during our hard time which is very much appreciated. We were walked through the process of the cremation process as well as a lesson on the difference between Fire and Water cremations. I will continue to refer this cremation center to anyone going through the grief of losing a loved one. We were treated with so much respect and generosity that i personally have never been treated with before. We even made our own mold for our best friend with the help of her. Thank you for helping us through this hard time. I know for a fact our shadow will be safe until he comes home to us. Here is a picture of our mold we made from his paw prints and nose. Thank you so much Natures Pet Loss. ❤️ If i could give 10+ stars i would

I am grateful to have a great place to handle lost loved ones in a green way close to home. They were very gentle and caring. They allowed me to cry with my beloved baby kitty about three times before I left. While no one ever wants to go through losing a pet, I appreciate having a kind place with aquamation and green options close to home.Thank you.

I wish I could give more stars. Although it was an unexpected loss of my Great Dane, Natures Pet Loss went way, way above and beyond to not only take care of our Bella but also made sure that my wife and I were ok. My Bella unexpectedly passed away on Saturday around 4pm. Knowing my vet was already closed, I reached out to Natures Pet Loss. It was immediately know the empathy of the person I reached out to. She had to call to make sure someone was at the office and called me back and told me to arrive as I am able to. As I arrived, I was greeted again with with empathy. We sat down and walked me through the entire process and even showed me process in the back. The whole time the rep always offered a tissue and/or offered water and never rushed me given the time of day. Even after I left, the rep called me to make sure I got home safely! What really got me was when I came to pick my Bella up. I had my other Great Dane with me. As always, did not rush me out and asked how we were doing. As I was getting ready to leave, she walked me out holding the bag with Bella's remains. As I loaded up, my Great Dane in my Jeep, I look over and see she put Bella in my passenger seat and buckled her up! I will admit that a couple tear came down from that. Then again, she called me a little bit later to make sure I got home safely.I wish I knew about Natures Pet Loss sooner. It is better than letting my vet handle it who will just sublet it out and all we get is a box and plain white bag. Plus I paid a little bit less going with Natures Pet Loss.I am forever grateful for them and will definitely be using them again!

Never would I have thought I’d be here twice in less than 3 months, missing my little seniors 💔 These ladies that work here have the biggest of hearts. You feel welcome from the moment you walk through the doors. I know my babies were treated with love and respect. Thank you for making such a difficult process easier. ❤️

You'd Be a Fool Not to Go Here ! I will always have a place in my heart for Joyce because of the exquisite care I received by her over the loss of my pets. Joyce is so compassionate in dealing with you and your beloved pets. They were treated as if they were the most special pets on the planet - as if they were her own. She always made sure I was okay in dealing with this process and went out of her way to make it as easy on me as possible. I just can't say enough. The experience was so special and personalized - it was a very classy boutique experience. I am thrilled having part of them with me at home and how beautifully it was presented. I love their paw prints and was so overwhelmed when seeing them as their two paws were uniquely different from each other and it really is a part of them to keep as a memento. Thank you Nature's Pet Loss.

I write this review with a heavy heart still after the lost my baby a week ago. The owner of this establishment, Joyce, and the entire staff went above and beyond for me and my loved one. She stayed past her closing time, gave me all the time i needed and more to say good bye and cry. She took care of my deceased baby like it was her own, and provided me with beautiful paw prints and information about the entire process. I feel like not even my husband would have been able to do for me what she did. I'm forever grateful for you and your service. 🐾🙏💔🥀In loving memory of Neo.

So grateful to have found Natures Pet Loss. From the first phone call down to picking my sweet girl up, they were just down right amazing. I was walked through the process ever so gently (I really needed that). We were educated on all of our options and to my surprise it was very affordable. I was told my sweet girl would be ready between 7-10 days and 3 days later she is back home where she belongs. You guys are just amazing! Thank you so much for caring for my sweet little girl Miley.

I am sharing this for my sister Cynthia that lives in Inverness, FL. She had been taking care of our Mother's sweet dachshund Lexi on and off for quite a few years. Our mom passed away December 25, 2023 and Lexi had her 15th birthday 7/11/24. She had Cushing's, dementia and some other health problems. My sister knew her time here was coming to an end, she was with her when she passed away at home on August 11, 2024 and knew immediately who she would be calling as her friend across the street used Nature's Pet Loss and they were incredible to work with. As soon as she made the call, Cecelia was there to pick her up with professional care and a huge heart of love and compassion. On August 27th she received her cremains in a beautiful wood box with Lexi's paw prints, such a wonderful keepsake. I would recommend anyone that wants to honor and memorialize their fur baby to call them. Bless you all for caring as if they were your own.

Joyce and her assistant made my heartbreaking loss so much easier. Prompt pickup of Lucky’s remains. Great explanation of the process. Very kind and professional customer service. Would definitely recommend this cremation service again. Thanks, Joyce!Nov. 25 2024. Our second experience with Natures Pet Loss in Brooksville. My beloved 3.0 lb. Yorkie passed at home. Joyce picked him up and, like with my previous dog, Lucky, she handled Jimmy’s remains with dignity and love. These folks treated my two, very old “dog children” in a way that made the dreaded experience tolerable. I highly recommend this very professional service to any pet parent who needs TLC during this very painful time. FIVE BIG STARS!

When my best friend and soulmate, Chloe, died I knew the plain wooden box my vet sent her home in just would not do for someone so special. I searched and searched for approximately 6 months to find something that “felt” like her. I knew it had to be pink and small and sparkly but nothing I found seemed to be what I had in my mind. I wasn’t going to rush finding the perfect urn and took every suggestion given to me by family and friends. Finally, I stumbled upon the website of Natures Pet Loss and the small soft pink Ceramic Swarovski Crystal Pet Paw Tea Light Urn! I was nervous that when it arrived it wouldn’t be as pretty or of quality as it seemed, but it was! I love it so much! I light up tealights on Chloe’s birthday, the holidays and the anniversary of her passing. The staff was so caring all the way through, calling me personally to make sure the time frame to get it shipped from overseas during a pandemic was going to be acceptable. No amount of time could have deterred me after searching so long but it arrived earlier than expected, just in time for the first time I was hoping to light it - her first birthday since her passing. When it arrived it also had a hand written message thanking me for the order and saying I was in their prayers. Thank you so much Natures Pet Loss!

Five stars doesn’t even begin to explain how Joyce and all the ladies at Natures Pet Loss are. They take such amazing care with your loved one. From explaining every detail of the process, to providing keepsakes and truly allowing you to feel like you have someone in your corner. Our boy passing was so unexpected and they provided us with the knowledge that he was going to be well taken care of! I cannot recommend them enough!

There is nothing worse than losing a loved one. My dog, Mama Mia was absolutely my best friend and my 4 legged baby. She lived 13.5 years but nothing prepared me for her death. It absolutely crushed me. So when it came time to find a place for her cremation, I googled it. A few places came up but non of them compared to Natures Pet Loss. They treated me like they already knew me. Everyone who I encountered there was absolutely amazing and caring. Making sure I was taking care of myself and giving me suggestions on how to better care for myself during this heartbreaking time. Their cremation process is so gentle. Plus it's eco-friendly too. The cremation process is called aquamation, it's a water cremation instead of fire. Which for me, seemed to be the absolute best option. They do everything there. I received an urn (that I picked out), a paw print in clay, a paw and nose print in ink, hair clippings and 2 charms to put some of her ashes in. They have everything possible to make me feel a little better after losing my baby. And everything came in the cutest paw print gift bag and they walked her out and even put her in my car and wrapped the seatbelt around. I couldn't imagine this process being any better then what I went through. They made a very sad situation just that much better. I recommend them to anyone who has lost a pet. They are the BEST!!!! Thank you everyone at Natures Pet Loss!!!

10 Stars. I dont even know where to begin because I have so many great things to say about Natures Pet Loss. Last month we had to say goodbye to our dog Leroy after a long fight with cancer. It all happened so quickly and we were not prepared. My husband found Natures Pet Loss online that morning, gave them a call and spoke with Joyce. She got out of bed before they were even open to drive over an hour to our home and pick up our baby. When I opened the front door, even though we had never met, she immediately embraced me and gave me the warmest hug. When grieving, little things like this mean A LOT.She proceeded to talk to me and my husband and began to walk us through the loss of our baby. She completely took the reins and helped us to begin navigating the grieving process. She was patient, understanding, loving, and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to answer ALL of our questions and provided us with literature to assist as well. She took her time going over every single concern we had and despite all the tears, she was able to give us hope during what was a very dark time for us. When it was time to load him up, she handled our baby with COMPLETE care and respect.Upon going to pick up his remains, I loved how homey it was walking into their shop. Everything was so well maintained and arranged, I felt like it was the perfect place for his final goodbye. They took great care with his remains as well and even offered to walk him out to the car for me.Losing a pet is not easy and nothing can take the pain away. Natures Pet Loss was amazing in helping us process his death and begin grieving. They went above and beyond in every aspect to let us know that our baby was loved and cared for even at the very end. I do not have enough words to say how much their compassion meant to us. They are truly out here doing the Lords work and I cannot thank them enough.

There’s so many good things I have to say about this place. The hospitality is through the roof first and foremost. I didn’t think anybody could possibly ever understand the amount of love I have for my dog who passed away until I spoke with owner of this amazing establishment. She spent hours talking to my husband and I about so much while comforting us and even calling to make sure we made it home safe and to reassure us our dog was being treated with the utmost respect. I never knew there could be such a humane way of putting your pet rest. I’m telling everyone about aquamation and this wonderful place.
Dani
They took such wonderful care of my sweet girl. The paw print stone is adorable and such a nice piece to remember her by. Surprisingly affordable, too. I absolutely plan to come back if the worst ever happens again. ❤️ Thank you!

There are no words to express how grateful we are for Joyce, Kim, Mary, and the entire team at Natures Pet Loss center. They each and all were kind, caring, and patient. Our sweet Gibson was treated with respect on every point in the timeline. Without question or hesitation I would recommend them.

I couldn't have asked for a better way to have comfort in knowing that my loved Tixie was taken care of the way i do. Joyce and her staff does that. I never heard of Aquamation till my Vet recommended Natures Pet Loss.Everything is explained, i felt comfort in knowing what happens to my loved Tixie.Diginity, love and respect. If we could give a million stars we would. My girlfriend and I lost our little guy right before Christmas. He was almost 18 years old and we had expected the day would come but nobody is ever prepared for it. He passed away peacefully in my arms at home with both of us loving on him and talking to him. He was surely a fighter up till the very last minute. We had no idea what to do next, then we came across natures pet loss. We had seen it in passing living locally but didn't know too much about the place. I called and an Angel named Joyce answered the phone. I knew right then and there we had made the right decision in calling. Joyce right away gave her condolences and showed so much grace and sympathy, we really needed that, you could tell our guy was not just another client but almost as one of her own. We know this is one of life's realities but if you are looking for a place for your loved one, Joyce and her staff are top notch. They definitely treat you like family from the moment you walk in, they made everything so seamless and easy for us, talked us through the entire process and even went above and beyond for our little man. We cannot say enough good things about this place! Thank you again Joyce for everything. And may the Lord bless and keep you always.

Joyce made sending off my heart dog McCoy easier. I know he was going to be treated with love and care. I have worked in the vet industry as a tech and soon a Dr. I have horror stories of companies messing up things and I know Joyce would never let that happen. Only the best for my boy and Joyce is the best. She made sure everything was perfect and we were taking care of our needs as well. She is an angel.

Natures Pet Loss is an amazing team who helps pet parents through a tough time. Joyce let us come in on a day they were normally closed. Above and beyond service. The standard services they offer were perfect for us. The prices are very reasonable. We would use their services again and highly recommend them to others. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Joyce!!

Joyce and her employees where a god sent. She is the only one that would accommodate me in our time of need. She is a wonderful person and great to work with. If you truly want your pet back and not a hodgepodge of other dogs then she is your choice.Thank you so much Joyce for your help with our baby boy Rosco.

Amazing place where they actually care about you and your pet. I called 6 different places all of them was double the price of this place and none of them showed empathy like this Place did . The owner Lady sat down with my 11 year old daughter and helped her design our loving cats, paw prints and helped my daughter understand grief of her beloved cat. I truly recommend this place if you have a loss in your family if I could give more than five stars, I definitely would, they made our horrible day just a bit easier. Thank you so much.

My dog passed away early in the morning. I called Natures Pet Loss because of their outstanding reviews and I wanted the best for my loved one. The owner Joyce answered the call right away, was very compassionate and drove an hour away to bring my dog back to her facility. They have every option and amenity possible to give your pet the dignity it deserves. Joyce and her whole staff were very compassionate the whole entire process and she even called me around 8 pm at night to check on me. I guarantee you will not receive this from any other place. From start to finish, everything was as advertised and discussed. You will be very glad using Natures Pet Loss!

We knew we wanted a water cremation and Nature's Pet Loss came highly recommended by our vet. We trusted them to take care of Winston. We were not disappointed. It is clear that they care for your loved one as well as supporting you. From the first call to when we picked him up, we could feel the love they had for Winston. It doesn't seem like it's just a job for them and it shows in everything they do.

Our dog Winchester passed away on 1/22/2024. He was having issues with his cancer and we had to send him to doggie heaven. A neighbor recommended Nature’s Pet Loss. We went to the shop to discuss what needs to be done. Joyce was so considerate and understood what we were going through. She showed us the new Aquamation process and she even found a Vet who came to our house to help Winchester to go to heaven. Winchester was our first dog and we were so relieved to have found Joyce who handled our emotional situation with loving care. We highly recommend Nature’s Pet Loss to anyone who needs to take care of their pet’s final steps on earth.

I lost my 15yo Bella and my family recommended water cremation. Nature Pet Loss helped take care of Bella and now I have her with me forever. Thank you for this service.

These are some of the kindest most compassionate people I have ever met. They truly made a difficult time a lot easier. The pricing is very reasonable and the extras make it so much more personal than standard cremation services I have used elsewhere. And again, the staff is absolutely amazing. They treated my cat like he was theirs. They genuinely care! I received my cats urn a few days after bringing him in. I also received a lock of his hair and a paw print. It’s a very difficult time but I’m so happy that I chose natures pet loss. They made all the difference!

Nature's Pet Loss was a bright spot in such an awful time for our family. Being able to send our dog over the rainbow bridge in a beautiful, cozy private room gave us so much peace. Joyce and the staff explained everything thoroughly and treated our dog (or "loved one," which is the phrase they use. How sweet is that?) with compassion and care from the time we entered the building until the time we picked up his urn. They even buckled his (beautifully wrapped) package (urn, keepsakes, etc) in the back seat! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I LOVE this place, the owner is very sweet and friendly, she has a lot a patience with you, sits down and talks with you, and does allot of animals not a lot of cremation places would do to make sure you just have yours and yours only, fur baby! She makes sure you know she isn’t just after your money, but after making you feel better and making sure to always be at your service, the workers were nice too when I went to bring my guniea pig home, they walk you to your car too. Try also have a WIDEE variety of urns to put your fur baby in and they are really pretty, she even led me to the back to show me the things they do behinds the scenes of it all! I really got to know her and make sure she is gonna take care of my baby and has a room to spend your last moments with your fur baby before you hand them over, she gives you 3 months (I think, I forgot how long) to get your fur baby’s ashes if you don’t have the time or mental stability at the moment to get the fur baby. She lets you know your fur baby is in good hands and will be held with in a gentle matter!! She wasn’t lying when she said she was one of the best😉 she gives you cool facts about what she does and lets you know what will happen when you come to pick up the ashes, if anything happens I’m bring my baby’s here!!

This is my dog Ryder, I lost my loved one November 4th. Around 1 or 1:30am I called Natures pet loss because after doing my research I felt in my gut this was the best place to take my baby. Joyce answered the phone first ring. Her voice was so comforting and caring, that told me right away I made the right decision. When we got there she welcomed us in right away, sat us down and talked with us for hours until we were ready mental to get back on the road again. She talked with us about how the pocess works and taught us how gentle and respectful they are with our loved ones. I recommend 100% Aquamation to anyone that loses a loved one over fire because flame based cremation is not sterile. There is absolutely no guarantee that you’ll only receive your pets remains. The satisfaction of just having my loved one only makes my heart happy. Her whole team is great and I thank all of you for showing us the love and support we needed in such a terrible time. Thank you again and god bless!

Joyce and her staff are extremely kind and compassionate. We toured the facility a couple of months ago while preparing for any pet owner's toughest day. After the tour we decided to take our Labrador to them once she passed. They did a wonderful job taking care of our girl and even called to make sure we were doing ok. They also offer a nice selection of urns and keepsakes.

Joyce is amazing! She truly understands that loosing a pet is equivalent to losing your best friend. She has this innate ability to know who to comfort and what to say. I found Nature Pet Loss off a Google search when the worst time occurred but I cannot imagine using anyone else. I can not thank Joyce enough!

I woke up to discover my fur baby had crossed the rainbow bridge. When I called Nature’s pet loss the woman who answered the phone was so kind! I didn’t know it was possible, but when I brought my fur baby in they were even kinder! From the moment I stepped through the doors I knew my cat would be treated with dignity and respect.

If anyone ever asks what options are there when their animal passes - the answer in every way is Joyce and company! We lost our most lovable family member this week and my first response was digging that hole in the back yard! After about an hour of getting stuck in the wet clay I thought perhaps there are alternatives? This was meant to be because from the moment our conversation started on the phone I knew I was in the presence of an Angel! Joyce reached out to us in a way that changed the whole experience. God is using her and this unique business to touch lives and families to encourage folks in their time of need. No need to look further you are home!

We cannot say enough great things about this cremation service company! Our daughter’s guinea pig passed away and the staff at Nature’s Pet Loss were so compassionate, taking the time to show her all the things they could do and explain the process, they even called later that night to see how she was doing. They made a plaque with footprints and his name which came out super cute. The entire process was such a warm experience, thank you and your staff for everything.

Joyce is an angel on earth. She took great care of our girl on the saddest day of my life. The honesty and hard work should be repaid ten-fold. She made us feel at ease and did everything she possibly could for us in our darkest hour. HIGHLY recommended if you need (and god help you if you do) her services. Veterinarians are monsters. Joyce is an angel.

My family and I want to thank Nature's pet loss for helping us in this unexpected time in need. I specially want to thank Joyce for the time she took helping me,I was blaming myself thinking I didn't do all I could for my bruiser. She talked to me for an hour on the phone, trying to calm me down and just caring so much with her kind words from her heart. When we took bruiser Jolene at Nature's per loss was so welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. I will be so grateful for the family felt experience. They really care and treat you like family. I highly recommend them your fur babies when your time in need. Thanks again to Nature's pet loss. They did fantastic so beautiful.

Kim Lewis

That's what your pet gets and that's what you get!

Stephanie Crowder
The staff, (and the owner), are so caring and professional. They do such a great job. They give you a tour and explain the process. They showed us all the aquamation chambers, large and small. She even had one small enough for our Hamster. So we knew we were getting Oreo's remains and not someone else's pet. Together we will create a keepsake to honor our pet. This is the second time I've used Natures Pet loss. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Natures Pet loss. 🖤

This week has been especially difficult as we made the heart wrenching decision to euthanize our beloved Max. He is/was our most loyal German Shepherd and was, and always will be, an integral part of our family. When the time came and we realized that he needed our love and help crossing over the Rainbow Bridge we wanted to make sure he was treated with the dignity he so deserved. From the first phone call with Joyce, I knew we made the right decision. She understood how important it was for us to make sure Max was treated with respect and dignity. Joyce assured me she would be the one picking him up from our vet's office and she understood how important it was he be treated respectfully, as we were trusting her with our baby boy. When we picked him up on Friday Cecilia presented us with a beautiful gift bag (so perfect, because he was a gift) containing his remains, paw prints and his fur. Natures Pet Loss exceeded our expectations. In a time of extreme grief, they all really cared and were compassionate. Thank you so much for taking care of our Max, and most importantly, for treating him with the dignity and respect he deserved.

Losing a furry, four-legged family member can be one of the most difficult things to go through in this life and, while nothing can ever truly mend the heartache, Joyce and her team do their best to pick up the broken pieces of our hearts and engulf us in compassion, kindness, and empathy during such a devastating time. I cannot recommend them enough nor thank them enough for everything they have done for me and my family when we experienced two traumatic losses months apart. I will forever be indebted to them emotionally for getting me through the worst time of my life for the second time this year.

I am so thankful that I chose Natures Pet Loss to handle my beloved cat Chi Chi, that we had 18 wonderful years, after her passing. All of the ladies there are so kind, thoughtful, and caring at such a difficult time. The whole process and what we would be receiving was explained clearly to us. They have a wonderful selection of urns and other keepsakes for your loved ones if you would like something more specific, which we did. The care that this company has can truly be felt with how they treat you and your loved one. I am beyond happy with everything I received with the package that I purchased. I have to say my most favorite is the fur clippings that were given to me. Chi Chi was a calico so they did a great job getting all of her beautiful colors. That is such a nice memento to have. I highly recommend Natures Pet Loss for their fantastic services.

Our sweet baby Mystic-cat of 18 or so years passed away today 😭We loved him so much and he was such a loving boy. I can’t seem to stop crying. RIP Mystic.Thank you Natures Pet Loss for helping us today - Jolene and Joyce were so very sweet and understanding( they specialize in Aquamation for your pets - highly recommend them). Jolene explained everything to us thoroughly and they have a beautiful showroom of jewelry ,urns and anything else you need for your Angel pets. I cannot recommend Nature’s Pet Loss enough! What an amazing group of people. We lost our Sophie unexpectedly and they handled her with care and compassion. They not only take care of your loved one but also make sure that you are doing ok as well. They all go above and beyond.

I cannot say enough good things about Joyce and her staff. I recently lost my sweet boy Thor unexpectedly, the evening the 4th of July. To say the least, my heart was in a million pieces. Joyce was so wonderful. She calmed me down over the phone, and let me bring Thor to her at almost 9pm, on a holiday, so that I would have comfort and peace knowing Thor would be cared for and prepared with love. She called me later that evening to make sure we arrived home safe, and her staff reached out a couple days later to check on my family and I. She does not just take your pet and call you when they are ready, Joyce and her staff walk beside you through the entire process, and to me, that has such a big impact on the experience. Thank you so much to Natures Pet Loss.

Joyce was an absolute blessing at one of the most difficult times in my life. Our senio service dog had cancer and during our research we had decided to use Nature's Pet Loss.... I'm so relieved we did. I can't say enough about how everything transpired. And here we are a year and a half later and unfortunately have needed her services again. We were yet again...by treated with a compassionate heart felt job. Thanks for being a Blessing, and I highly recommend them.

I lost my beloved fur baby, Sonic on February 19. I would have left a review sooner but it still at times very hard to speak about it. I couldn't let any more time pass without letting people know how special this place is. They were caring and sympathetic, from picking up my pet at the house when everyone was losing their minds, till the very last step of picking him up after the cremation process. Joyce knew all the right words to say at a time where my family and I were suffering from broken hearts and helped us every step of the way. From helping to pick options to explaining the process of cremation by water. I'm so grateful, and now that I'm educated on this, I take more comfort in the decision I made for my Sonic. Joyce is truly a caring individual who felt more like a friend through this hard experience of losing our Pomeranian of 14 1/2 years. It is never easy losing someone, however this place helps something that is so difficult to do just a little easier and with people who genuinely care.

Having no children, our cats have always been our children. The sense of loss we just experienced losing our 12 year old kitten to kidney disease was overbearing. Thanks to Natures Pet Loss Cecilia, whom we found to be warm-hearted, kind and compassionate, made our " Babys " ( her name ) final journey so much easier for us to bear. " Baby " , for a cat, broke the mold and always liked water. So fitting that we learned she could have water ( aquamation ) in lieu of fire. ( cremation)Thanks Cecilia and Natures Pet Loss staff. You helped us manage our grief in more ways than you can imagine.Ron & Susan P.

Jeffrey Quick
These are some of the kindest most compassionate people I have ever met. They truly made a difficult time a lot easier. The pricing is very reasonable and the extras make it so much more personal than standard cremation services I have used elsewhere. And again, the staff is absolutely amazing. They treated my cat like he was theirs. They genuinely care! I received my cats urn a few days after bringing him in. I also received a lock of his hair and a paw print. It’s a very difficult time but I’m so happy that I chose natures pet loss. They made all the difference!

Natures Pet Loss has a total understanding of the heartbreak we experience with the loss of a loved one. Joyce and Cilia took care of our every need above and beyond expectations.Thank You So Much. 💔❤️🩹❤️Our beloved Louie 2010-2022

As soon as I came across Nature's Pet Loss website, I had a big relief come over me. I thought this is the one for my baby that I had to put to sleep. I love this place. They are the kindness staff, they let me take my time saying goodbye to my baby. I definitely recommend this place. I never heard of Aquamation before, but I'm sure glad they exists. Thank you so much Nature's Pet Loss!!!

The people there are the most caring people. They made me feel comfortable about bringing my animals there. I brought a dog a year and a half ago. I was devastated by his death. They totally helped me through it. They worried about feelings and even called me to see how I was doing. My cat passed almost 3 weeks ago and I brought her there because I had a good experience with them. They were just as kind and they called me to check on me after. I am grateful for them.Aquamation is, to me, much better then regular fire cremation. You know you are getting your whole pet back. Not like the being burned. Just the thought of that gives me the creeps.Thank you Nature's Pet Loss

Joyce and Samantha were so sweet, kind, and compassionate. We were greeted with a hug, and treated with the upmost care and respect. The establishment is so beautiful. All the Urns, necklaces, and urn holders are so beautiful and very reasonably priced. I love their grieving room where it’s private and you can have as much time as you want with your loved one. They are very knowledgeable about the entire process and explain it to you to where you understand it. The process takes only 7 days which is much better than a vet office and the aqua cremation you get back more of your loved one than you would a traditional cremation. I really implore everyone to use them as your place in your time of need. I lost my Baby Halo cat of 16 years to thyroid cancer and it was devastating but they made the entire process so much better for me. They took care of everything. Thank you again Samantha and Joyce!

Natures Pet Loss provided compassion and guidance during the most difficult time in my life. My baby Rocco was so sick and it was time to put him down. Joyce got me an appointment quickly with a trusted vet and was there for me immediately after Rocco was gone. Her staff put Rocco in the viewing room so I could remember him in the most beautiful way. I am so grateful for Joyce and her staff.

We lost our cat Joy on a Saturday. She was old and we knew her time was near but we were caught by surprise when she passed. Being Saturday, our vet was closed as were all the pet cremation sites in the local area. A Google search turned up “Natures Pet Loss”, an aquamation facility that uses water instead of fire and we are so thankful it did. They are open seven days a week. We called and spoke to Jolene and she was wonderful - the heartfelt concern she had was clear during our conversation. We brought Joy in and met Jolene. She lovingly took our baby into the care of Nature’s Pet Loss, explained the aquamation process, and our options to receive the remains. She spoke to us very compassionately and with absolutely zero pressure or any hint of trying to sell us anything. What a refreshing experience. The cost was about $70 less than what we have been paying for cremations through the vet. After dropping Joy off, we received a call from Jolene to check on us, see how we were doing, and to again express her condolences. That made us feel so wonderful.I just returned from picking up Joy’s remains and met the owner, Joyce, who is another wonderful and caring person. She carried Joy to my truck, said goodbye, and buckled her in. Just another sweet, caring experience.I can’t imagine taking our pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge anywhere else. The fact that they are open every day and available 24-hours, solves a problem for a pet owner, like us, whose pet passes on a weekend or after hours. We highly recommend them!

Just a very amazing place. The owner was wonderful. Made sure I was doing ok that night after I dropped off my dog of 11years. I it was a peaceful experience. An I'm so happy I went here. And can say I trust them fully with my baby girl.

Natures Pet Loss is above and beyond. Filled with the most loving, compassionate people I've ever met! They took care our our precious Miss Kitty with the most tender love and care after her 21 years of her being by our side. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😇

Natures Pet Loss is the go to place if you live within a 1000 miles of here when you lose your family pet. I can't put into words how well you will be taken care of but trust me you will. Please do you and your family a favor and trust Joyce and her staff at a time like this to show you someone still cares about doing everything just right. This is now the second time I've had to use the services of this place and I never will go any where else as long as they are in business. It has been hard to lose our Peyton (Jack Russell Terrier) that made it to 18 years and 3 months old but Joyce went above and then way beyond to help make us feel as best one can at a time like this. They are the only ones I would entrust my loved ones too. Thanks Again Natures Pet Loss keep up the GREAT Service that Only you can provide.

After losing our 20.5 yr old girl Zelda this past Sunday we were emotional wrecks. We were worried that being a Sunday it would be hard to find someone open. Natures pet loss had someone meet us within an hour to drop off our beloved girl. We were treated with compassion, dignity and respect. We received a phone call to check on our emotional well being and also asked if we made it home safely. even picking her up yesterday was hard but we were once again treated with the utmost kindness and compassion.Thank you for what you do, you and your staff made a heartbreaking situation a little easier to deal with.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Natures Pet Loss. I recently lost my dog suddenly and from the first phone call they were nothing but kind, compassionate and caring. The young woman took some information from me over the phone and encouraged us to drink plenty of water. When we arrived, we went in first to see where we should take the dog and as we were carrying her in, she came out and took her from us to carry her into their facility. She weighed her in another room, and then came out to tell us about the cost and the service. There was no attempt to upsell anything to us and she asked if we wanted to view her to say a last goodbye, which we did. They have a separate viewing room and they had our precious dog laid on a bed so that we could say goodbye. She told us to take our time and she shut the door behind us. A couple of hours after we left, I had a call from them and she left a voice mail saying that she was calling to see how we were doing. The service included a nice wooden container, a paw print with Maddie's name beneath and the year of her passing as well as some of her fur. When I went to pick her up today, a nice young man brought a nice bag out to the car and said that he would fasten her in.The staff seems young, but they were extremely caring, kind, compassionate and considerate. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service that this facility offers and highly recommend them to anyone who has lost a beloved family member.
Giana morcilio

I first learned about Joyce and Nature's Pet Loss about four years ago at an event. I knew my girl was getting older and I also knew I only wanted the very best treatment for her after her passing. Two years later I had to call Joyce as my girl had passed away. I was greeted with compassion and empathy by Joyce and her employees. They made sure I had time to say goodbye in the beautiful viewing room and never rushed me and my grieving process. Fast forward to today... I have worked for Joyce now for well over a year! I so strongly believed in Joyce and her business that I now get to help everyone else that opens our doors looking for the same things I looked for. We are THE MOST gentle process! Why would anyone want to burn their loved ones? Not only do you get less remains, but you are also aiding in pollutants in the air. Our water cremation process is eco-friendly. I envisioned a flowing stream going over my girl when she was laid to rest and that's so much more comforting. We all care about every single person that walks through the doors because we've been there. And we work there because we know we are the best of the best! We have nothing to hide and will even let you take a tour of our facility. Come in, browse the extensive selection of gifts and urns. Come have a coffee with us and we will sit with you and explain the whole process start to finish. Nature's Pet Loss was once there for me, now I'm going to be there for all of you. God Bless.

We just recently had to say goodbye to a family member after 14 years. Natures Pet Loss was there for us in so many ways. Joyce made all the arrangements, since we were having issues with finding a Vet. She not only took great care of our loved one, she took care of us also. We were able to grieve and spend as much time as needed to say goodbye to our loved one. When we went to pick her up after the Aquamation, they cared her out and placed her on the back seat and even buckled her in. When the time comes for your loved one there is no place but Natures Pet Loss to take care of them.

Cecelia was excellent when she greeted us after hours. She comforted us and gave us a tour of this spotless facility. She was very caring to our English Bulldog Paula Deen. I felt relieved when I left our EB with Natures Pet Loss. We picked Paula up in a week and the staff at the front counter was very respectful, and no one pushed us into selling other urns or articles.Their showroom had so many options of beautiful things to choose from.I highly recommend this facility for your beloved pets <3

Five stars in not enough, they deserve so much more. This is themost caring place to bring your loved one during a heart-wrenching time. The staff is wonderful, the comfort and compassion is given as soon as you walk in. I was devastated at the loss of my loved one, but felt she would be taken care of with respect and kindness. I was not disappointed. I found this establishment when walking around a festival while my dog was going through cancer and its treatments. I am so grateful I did. Their process was explained fully and hugs given freely. You cannot asked for a better group of people than this. Thank you all for taking care of my dog, Ladybug.

We have used Natures Pet Loss two time now. I HIGHLY recommend Nature Pet Loss. They were absolutely AMAZING. So, caring and understanding of your pain and feelings. They walked us through the process. I recommend them every chance I get.

Joyce is very compassionate and professional. She made the whole experience so easy for me especially with helping me find a mobile vet for euthanasia and transporting my family member. She took care of everything as if she cared as much as I did and treated my dog with love and respect I highly recommend her and Natures Pet Loss without reservation. Do your research on pet cremation but I can assure you will have no regrets working with Joyce and working with Natures Pet Loss in Brooksville. She is located in Brooksville but serves other areas. I cannot thank her enough for their love and kindness.Update- I called Joyce for a second family member that I lost in less than a year. Who else but Joyce would come to my house at 11:30pm and stay with me for almost 2 hours in the wee hours of the morning. She is amazing and I would highly highly highly recommend her. She is truly an angel.

I highly recommend Natures Pet Loss to anyone who looses a pet. I have used them twice in the last 4 years for my dog Cocopuffy and recently, my kitty, Rudy. Each time the owner, Joyce and her staff have been wonderful. Their prices are very good. The quality is excellent all around. The care taken in the handling and processing of our pets is both gentle and lovingly done. The whole process is done in a timely manner. Once our pets are ready they are carefully and decoratively wrapped, paw prints made up, clipping of their fur, even the identification chip they had in them, are all put individually in little bags and put adorably in a paw bag. Not like picking up just a cold plastic bag from other Cremators. In addition to not knowing if these ashes are really only your loved one. Joyce promises that your pet is done alone. You are not only treated with such respect and love but the loving pet you are handing over to them. It is much easier on us pet parents during the hardest time.

We recently had to say goodbye to our two beloved family members, Fritz and Ollie, beloved kittys who had been our joy for 14 and 17 years, respectively.Their passing was within two months of each other - a most painful loss.We decided to use Nature's Pet Loss for the process which ensures integrity of cremains. We then became acquainted with Joyce. She has proven to be a loving, caring person and a great comfort throughout both losses.I cannot thank and praise her enough for all her efforts. She is a truly caring person, going far beyond the commercial aspects of the service she provides, which is quite unique and guarantees the integrity of your pet's cremains.I would urge any and all who are thinking of pet cremation to call and speak with Joyce. You will not be disappointed. We are eternally grateful for her care and compassion and that there is someone like her who can relate to the loss of a family member at a truly comforting and personal level.Thank You Joyce - you have brightened our memories beyond words.M. Rylee‘s Animals
They were absolutely amazing. They treated me so kindly and made me feel so much better dealing with the loss of my pet. She was everything to me, and they made sure she was in great hands. It was a leopard gecko and they made a memorial imprint of her feet, her nose, and her tail. It was super affordable and just overall a great experience. Before we called I was interested in the process, but scared of giving her up, as soon as we called I felt completely comfortable with it and knew she would be in good hands. When we got her back everything was packaged up very nice and the normal urn it came with was beautiful and perfect for her. Times like these are terrible but they helped make it better.

Joyce & her staff family are amazing, they put you at ease with with comfort & congeniality from the parking lot & inside. You are treated like family & your loved one as one of their own. They explain everything in detail & you know you have made the right choice with love & dignity. There is no other choice but Nature's Pet Loss.

Everyone at Nature's Pet Loss were very kind and sympathetic. We were able to see the facility and the process was explained us. They helped to make an extremely difficult time less stressful

RIP Mystic.Thank you Natures Pet Loss for helping us today - Jolene and Joyce were so very sweet and understanding( they specialize in Aquamation for your pets - highly recommend them).

Chelsi Mackin
Joyce is heaven sent. She helped us a few years ago when both our boys passed within four months of each other. Now she is taking care of my childhood friend, Zeus. My husband and myself are both funeral directors and could never think of going anywhere else. She affords the care and attention to detail you won't see at your vet's crematory. I can rest soundly and grieve better knowing my loved ones are being handled the way the way they deserve, with dignity and respect.

I would give 10 stars if I could. We lost our 17 yr old Bichon Natures Pet Loss took him into their caring arms.We were devastated but Joyce helped us get through. We went to pick him up they made it beautiful and so respectful, walked us to car and put him in our loving hands. They're Special at Natures Pet Loss. You will always be remembered as a comfort for us..

When you experience the loss of a “family member/ a loved one” as Joyce refers to it, what do you look for. For us it is compassion, understanding, help with making difficult decisions, and comfort to know you are not alone. These are the things that Joyce and her staff give you during the difficult time you are facing. We knew this time was coming and we needed to decide on what to do. As we researched, we saw this website and it intrigued us. Reading the reviews and watching the video that Joyce had on her website combined with all the information that she went over; we knew it was different than your typical cremation. It felt safer, cleaner, and the right thing to do.From the moment our vet was in contact with Joyce, she put us first. Our feelings mattered and our sweet boy mattered to her. She genuinely connected with us when she came to pick him up. Joyce was so compassionate and thoughtful when she explained to us how everything was going to happen. She gave us time, and paid attention to what we had with him in his last moments which were his chew toy and cookie. What comforted us the most was his two favorite things (his chew toy and his cookie) were able to go through with him during the aquamation process.Throughout the whole experience she had nothing but grace, compassion, and a tender spirit to comfort us. We never felt pressured or rushed into anything when it came to making decisions. Her phone calls always came at the right time to know that you are being thought of.When the process is done and your able to pick up your loved one, and you go through your remembrance package you can tell from the details and the keepsakes that they are handled with care and grace, and that is what brings you the most comfort and closure.Thank you for everything you have done.Diane, Jennifer, and Family

I cannot express my gratitude about Natures Pet Loss enough. The entire staff is extremely compassionate. Joyce was very consoling, sympathetic and comforting during a difficult time. She was informative in regards to the process and allows you to actually see room where aquamation process is performed. I would highly recommend Natures Pet Loss to everyone who has lost a pet. Absolutely the best!

I don't even know where to begin. When I decided it was time to put my 17 year old kitty Abby to rest, I was at a complete loss. I knew I wanted to keep her remains with me and assumed cremation was the option to do that. So, I tearfully googled pet cremation and up popped Natures Pet Loss. I checked out the website and read the glowing reviews only to find out they actually don't do pet cremation. Not in a traditional form anyway. Their aquamation process sounded so gentle and peaceful in comparison to fire cremation. So, I swallowed the lump in my throat and called one of the numbers listed for them. I was greated by a kind, compassionate voice who I could instantly tell cared deeply not only about the coming loss of my sweet girl, but about ME and how I was handling this tough tragedy. Joyce was actually on vacation when she answered (I found that out later in the day) but she spoke to me with patience and understanding and guided me through the coming process....never once making feel like she was put out or burdened by my call. The day Abby was put to rest was devastating. Right after her time, I headed to Nature's Pet Loss where Joleen was waiting with a gentle greeting and my initial paperwork ready (one less thing for me to worry about.) She talked to me and asked me questions about my Abby. I could tell she also truly cared about getting to know both me and my girl. She took SO much time with me and allowed me space when I needed it to pick out different things I was interested in. She was so caring and tender with Abby when she took her from me. Leaving there that day, I knew Abby was in amazing hands that would treat her with so much love and dignity in her final moments. I had confidence the process would be peaceful for her. A week later (today) I picked up Abby and met Joyce in person. She was amazing. This entire process has brought such incredible peace and reassurance to me during a very hard time. The people at Nature's Pet Loss are the real deal. They don't just pretend to care, you can feel their love for you and your fur babies in your bones. I never expected the process of losing Abby to end feeling so at peace with my decisions. I am so thankful I found them. And so grateful to all they did to help Abby and my family through this difficult time.

I lost my cat a few months ago. I have lost a pet before but never received the care and helpfulness like I did here. I highly recommended bringing your animals here. I knew Baby (my cat) was going to pass due to her old age. She passed on the weekend and no other place was open. I am glad they weren't. I will take the rest of my animals that I have here. I have never felt so much at peace with the empathy that was shown and the education of the process of everything.

At a time when your world just came crashing down on you, when you are at your lowest, when you are vulnerable, it helps to be under the care of such compassionate people. From the first call to Natures Pet Loss, I was taken care of by two lovely women. The loss of my dog was sudden and a shock, but I was comforted by the owner and her staff and when I left that day, I felt at ease that my lovely dog would be in the best hands. Could not ask for a better service . Very open and transparent establishment. I highly recommend Natures Pet Loss.

Joyce Moreau took care of us when our dog, Phoebe, passed away. Great service, she made sure we were good and explained in detail what Aquamation was and how it worked. Gave us a tour and showed us what it was. The place was extremely clean. Overall, it is a great place to go when you loose someone you love. Shes caring with the animal, very gentle. We made the right decision with bringing Phoebe, there.Thank you so much Joyce!! We really appreciate what you have done for our family.

Thank you for a very caring, "from the heart" expierence during our recent emotioanl heartbreak time. The loving environment and caring staff eased the pain/suffering of our loss of our family member -- Christmas.

We've used the services of Natures Pet Loss twice now and both times my wife and I have been extremely pleased with the care our Peanut and Nina have received. Their care and compassion was such a comfort to us throughout the process. I recommend their services wholehearted.

My mother and I found Natures Pet Loss at a small local festival in Spring Hill, FL. I had a very old dog so this was the perfect for us to find Natures Pet Loss when I did. Joyce is very informative. All the booklets/cards/pamphlets are quality and very professional. She offers a tour of the facility and I do suggest you check it out. Natures Pet Loss will come to your home or veterinary clinic to pick up your “family member” for a small additional fee. They will ask how much your family weighs to serve you better. They never use the term “pet”. Always "family member". This shows their compassion that these folks have. I called initially 3 weeks before to see how I should handle things when the day would come. On a Saturday morning I felt the day was very close and asked about Sundays. On Sunday I knew it was the day. Joyce answered right away. I asked her when it would be convenient to meet us at the emergency veterinary clinic that Joyce suggested. I also called the emergency clinic to be sure they knew we were coming to be sure it was OK. The Natures Pet Loss van came to the emergency clinic at the time they said would be there. Greeted us with hugs and condolences. The van had a bed and blankets nicely placed in the back of the vehicle. I highly recommend Natures Pet Loss. They are caring and compassionate people. Filled with hugs. I am happy I found them. Thank you Joyce, Samantha and Tiffany for being there in this difficult time. You are angels.

Today we laid our beloved Doberman Bullet to rest. I called Joyce 2 days prior knowing we had to make the dreaded decision. She spoke to me for an hour, even though I just called for pricing, she consoled me, she was compassionate and wasn’t about the cost (because after consoling me, as I cried for over 45 minutes, I finally asked again the cost). She was an angel through this difficult process, I felt as though she was family. I made arrangements for his final moments, and Tiffany was there in minutes to take him gently to their facility. His body was treated with respect and the dignity he deserved, and honestly, we spent another hour with Joyce and Tiffany as they prepared Bullets body in full view of my husband and myself. I thought I would be an absolute wreck today....but those two women somehow lessened my pain, because they cared for my boy, as much as I always have. I am so very blessed to have found them, I swear they wear angel wings under their shirts. I can not express how much gratitude I have for this business. And as someone else said in their review, you would be a fool not to choose them! To Joyce and Tiffany, I love you ladies...thank you for going over and beyond, and showing me that family isn’t always blood, but ,for me, it was just a random phone call I made in a difficult time that made you part of my family ❤️ Caryn & Sal

Extremely professional and compassionate! The entire visit here was very comfortable, unlike I thought it would be for a time like this.Joyce and her employees felt like old friends and were ready to help in any way they can. Thank you for caring for Cooper. A+

I can't say enough good things about the wonderful ladies that took care of us. Our girl passed unexpectedly late on a Saturday night. Even though they are not open on Sundays my husband called and the owner, Joyce, answered. She answered all of my husband's questions and advised that she had someone working that day but if that person left by the time we got there to call and she would meet us there to accept our doggie. When we got there the lady was still there working and she was wonderful. I am sorry I can't remember her name but she walked us through the whole processes and showed us how they did everything. She helped us pick out an urn but didn't pressures into purchasing anything extra. She let us take our time and chatted with us. It was the absolute best it could have been for such a horrible situation. One week later we got the call that our girl was ready for pickup. Her urn, paw print, fur, and everything else was very nicely and carefully packaged. The lady who helped us when we went back for pickup was equally as nice and helpful. She went through the bag to double check that everything was there and the way it should be. Someone even called us the day after we dropped her off to check on us and see how we were doing. Just amazing, caring, wonderful service all the way around.

On August 21 2019 My precious little Maltese (MIA) died at home with us at 2:00 pm. She was 12 years old and the most loving baby I could have ever raised in my life. she was a Mothers day gift from my daughter who lives in Maryland. My nickname for Mia is Lovebug. I was devastated to lose her. My husband James had searched on line and found Natures Pet Loss in Brooksville FLA. He called them and they told us to bring her right over. Joyce met me in the parking lot and carried little Mia into her establishment. she had a viewing room all set up for Mia and she allowed me to say my goodbyes. I was very emotional but Joyce came in to comfort me and grieve with me. she was so compassionate. She gave me a tour of the facility and the procedure info about Aquamation. I was so impressed. If I could give Joyce and her staff a 20 star rating I certainly would. Thank you Joyce and all your staff. You all were so compassionate which made it so much easier for me. God bless all of you.

Joyce and staff are excellent. Joyce is the most compassionate person ever and helped us get through our loss. The facility is superb and the service is too. Picked up our guy today and what a professional job. Thank you Nature's Loss. I highly recommend.

This place is so kind and compassionate! It is truly an amazing place! Losing my boy Alex was so hard for me but Joyce helped me so much that I got to send my boy to heaven on his own bed at home it meant the world 🌎 to me! I can’t say enough good things to express my gratitude 🙏! I got so much in return from this place including the tag from them with his ashes showing it was just my dog only! I got to put my boy on the scale when I got there in their back room where the process is done! I was shown around the whole place and it’s beautiful inside! There is every kind of urn ⚱️ you could want even jewelry urns ⚱️! 5 stars ⭐️ all the way!

I would like to thank Joyce and Nature’s Pet Loss for the care and compassion and helping us with our Markus aka Moo. This is such a wonderful and caring place and Joyce made the whole process so much easier. Her compassion was amazing! I wish I could give more stars! I know my sweet baby is in the most compassionate and caring hands!

Natures Per Loss is by far the most compassionate, honest, and empathetic place I’ve ever been fortunate to have a loved member of my family, taken care of. I went after hours to have their aquamation services for my dog, and I was already in shock with the loss of my dog of 15 years. The lady who helped me was god sent. She helped me through a tough time, you can tell it’s more about the loved one loss than it is the money. In fact, after researching, regular cremation for your pet is almost 100% higher then the eco-friendly services Natures Pet Loss provides. To anyone who considers the route of cremation, I urge you to use this company instead. I promise you it will be an experience you’ll never forget.

I had decided to use Natures Pet Loss a couple of years ago when I thought the time had come. Thankfully my girl’s condition was temporary so we had more time together. Fast forward to 2022 and it was certain. I had given up the thought of transporting her from Riverview to Brooksville after having her put to sleep and was going to allow Lap of Love to handle the remains but she declined too quickly and I had to take her to her vet instead of having her euthanized at home as planned. I brought her to Natures Pet Loss afterwards and am so glad I did. It made the end a little bit more bearable. I was provided a tour and explained the process of aquamation. While in the back my girl was lying under a blanket and I commented on her and they pulled the blanket back for me. While we spoke she asked if I wanted time with her in the viewing room. I said no that was okay. She said this will be my last image of her and she really thought it best and I’m very glad I did. She moved her to the room which looks like a mini chapel and allowed my sister and I time with her. They are very thoughtful and treat your pet with so much respect. It’s also a nice touch that the owner has her dogs in the shop sometimes. They are precious and their sweetness is a nice distraction on what is the worst day of your life. I would recommend their services without question. They are surprisingly affordable too considering all that is involved in the process and they were able to recover her microchip and get some beautiful nose prints for me.

From my first phone call with Joyce I knew that I had made a good decision regarding the care of our beloved cat "Kimba" that we were very Blessed to have 21 years. From the moment we were greeted by Joyce we felt her warmth and compassion. We had the opportunity to tour her facility and found it extremely clean, well organized over all very impressive. The process of Aquamation was explained clearly to us and we quickly recognized the benefits over conventional cremation. Her associate Samantha we found to also be very caring and compassionate.By the time we finally left our "Kimba", we felt very confident in that we had made the right choice for his final arrangement.I feel very comfortable recommending Natures Pet Loss when the time comes. Thank you Joyce. From, Paula Bamford

After 17 years of love and companionship, losing my furbaby Teddy was heart breaking. ❤ Natures Pet loss has been so compassionate from the first time I called asking the hard questions as I was trying to prepare myself for the inevitable situation to being so helpful and supportive the day he went to doggy heaven. Thank you to the entire staff making a difficult time a little easier.

I can't thank Joyce enough for everything she did for us. She is honestly an angel on earth. She is so loving and compassionate and helped us through our loss of our fur baby. 🌈She walked us through the whole process so we knew exactly what to expect and I felt completely comfortable that our girl would be treated with the utmost care.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💕

We couldn’t have left our pet in better hands, than our own. We were treated by the most amazingly wonderful and caring people! From the initial phone call to the day we picked our buppy up to bring her home forever. Everyone had such compassion for the loss of our sweet Abby. Thank you for everything you did to make the passing of our dog much more manageable.Terry and Julie

Personally just cannot express the relief and ease of heart these people gave me. I want to say thank you a hundred times, for they were very kind, helping and understanding while I was grieving the loss of my cat Felix who I had to put to rest. They didn't try to rip me off and let me take as much time as I needed to find the perfect urn and little trinkets for my baby boy. I highly recommend them to anyone who is facing or had faced a time of grief for their loved one. You will find comfort here.

Such a caring, compassionate group. I took my tiny, 22 year old cockatiel to Natures Pet Loss when he passed. They were so kind and treated this small family member with all the gentleness possible. Thanks to them for understanding even the tiniest matter.

I lost my best friend of almost 20 years almost a year ago. The pain is so deep I could not bring myself to write this any sooner. I have not met a more caring and understanding person then Joyce from Nature's Pet Loss. She sincerely cares and without her care I do not know how I could have ever got through the lowest point in my life. My Poodle had 3 puppies all of which will when the time comes be taken to Nature's Pet Loss because they are simply the best. The pet crematorium service who is NPL's competitor here is worthless. They don't return calls and if you are in need these people should not even be considered just trust the reviews you see here. Sorry you misunderstood me! Sincerely Roger D.

Our experience with Nature's Pet Loss & the ladies there (Samantha as well as Joyce) deserve more than 5 stars. From the moment that my husband contacted them, they did anything & everything that they possibly could to help with the horrible situation of our son's 16-year-old cat's (Sassy) passing. He was absolutely devastated & their kindness & compassion really helped him....as well as my husband & I. The vet that we dealt with was recommending a different crematorium that was more about the money, were definitely NOT as kind/caring as these ladies at Natures Pet Loss, didn't offer ANY of the services that Natures Pet Loss offered, weren't an Eco-Friendly/Aquamation process of cremation.... & were also way more expensive than Natures Pet Loss. Natures Pet Loss went above & beyond.... & we HIGHLY recommend them. God forbid, in the future, when & if we need this service again... we will only turn to these wonderful folks at Natures Pet Loss. You can tell that these ladies truly care about the animals... as well as the animal's mom/dad. I just canNOT say enough wonderful things about them. (Our only regret is that we didn't find these lovely ladies first before we let the vet/clinic put our sweet girl out of her misery due to end-stage kidney failure because I'm sure that the entire process would've been much more comforting.) Thank you again, Samantha & Joyce.... everything was so beautiful. Your kindness & compassion really helped with such a horrible & sad situation.

Run don’t walk to this place at the passing of your fur baby! Joyce was beyond wonderful-I was engulfed with grief but finding Joyce was a comfort from the beginning until I brought my baby home to his final resting place . She did everything when I wasn’t able to do anything! If I could give her 10 stars I would!

The ladies of Natures Pet Lost are the kindest most sincere people I have met in a long time. They took excellent care of us and our dog in one of the toughest situations. How nice to know there are places and people that are there for you. Thank you ever so much for above and beyond good service.
Cheryl Wallace
Where do I begin... the personal service, compassion, and commitment to their clients is outstanding! When you suffer a loss of a fur family member this is the only place to go; they treat your loved one like it was their own and go above and beyond to exceed your expectations and console you. The personalization and services to commemorate your pet are beautiful and included in the cost of the cremation services too! The staff and the owner go out of their way to address your needs and truly make you feel like family. In my opinion, they are the best pet loss cremation services around!

I was more than impressed with Natures Pet Loss and their procedures of which I knew nothing about. The entire process is better in everyway as they have outlined and I would never do this any other way. Compared to standard cremation, this is a no-brainer and i would recommend it to anyone since it sells itself. i am so glad i discovered Natures Pet Loss.

My wife and I recently suffered the loss of our beloved cat Misty. We came home to find that she had passed unexpectedly. It was a devastating experience for us both, and we still are grieving 2 days later.I called Joyce, even though it was her day off, and she dropped everything to come over and help us in our time of need. She was compassionate, kind and encouraging. She was so gentle with Misty and how she transported her (she laid her in a blanket and covered her with another one like she was going to sleep), that I knew that Misty was going to be well cared for on this final journey.I would not hesitate one second in recommending Joyce and Nature's Pet Loss. If you have lost your furry family member, call Nature's Pet Loss. Thank you Joyce for your love, compassion and caring for our Misty Until we see her again.

I was very devastated last night but Natures Pet was there to pickup Sadie in the middle of the night just like they said they would. Within 2 hours of pickup I received a text with a photo of her pawprint and associated plaque. Natures Pet Loss knew my baby deserved respect and compassion and she received that.

Prior to our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Maya, passing I had called to get information and pricing after reading their website & having a word of mouth recommendation. They spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me going though options (pricing, potential transport by them or via us, recommendations, etc.) and also counseling me on how to prepare our family for an at home passing whether naturally or via a vet coming for in home euthanasia both emotionally & in practicality (supplies we would want/need on hand). They were amazing. After our girl passed and because we had talked out the logistics prior, I believe us transporting her ourselves was much less scary and very natural. Once arriving we were part of the process of unloading, and they talked with our children and us about who wanted hair clippings, and just nurturing as we picked out charms for her pawprint memorial. The hour and a half we spent there making her arrangements, saying our last goodbyes, and talking with the staff felt like being with family. They are so caring and loving. It was a very hard morning, but one we had to transition from fairly quickly as one of our kids was graduating high school that night. We hadn't planned of course for things to happen that morning, but even though it did, it was because of the staff at Nature's Pet Loss that we were in a place of peace walking away and could refocus for later that evening. They called after a few hours of us leaving and made sure we made it home ok. From preplanning to the very finish (less than a week later we returned to collect Maya's urn) it was nothing but a beautiful experience and exactly what we needed. We are so thankful, I couldn't have asked for more.

I love Natures Pet Loss! My wife and I lost our 12 year old cat Timmy. We don't have any kids but we do have alot of animals who we consider our babies. Everyone that works there treated us and our furry friends just like family. They were sweet, compassionate, gentle, understanding and most of all caring all the way through each process. We trust them and will continue going back to them as our furry friends go to heaven. Thank you ladies !!You are the best.

Five stars for good reason. You can tell these people love to help those who are grieving and mourning the loss of an animal. They were very caring and considerate of any emotions I was feeling when I brought my girlfriend and I's 14 year old Chihuahua to them this morning for cremation.I drove an hour and 15 minutes with my little 5lb buddy in a cooler just to make sure that they handled it at my girlfriend's request (who happens to be out of town). So far, I would recommend that anyone make that drive to ensure that their deceased pet receives the level of care they provide here. I've dealt with more than a few deaths in my life now, and I've never been made to feel this comfortable about what comes next for the body of a loved one.
Alyssa Haas
These ladies were absolutely wonderful and so genuinely sincere and comforting in our time of loss. You can tell they genuinly care about the animals they're taking care of. I felt lt absolutely comfortable leaving my baby with them after she passed. They did an amazing job and followed all of our requests to a "T". I cannot express how great they have been to us in our time of grief.

Excellence in every aspect of the service that Joyce and her team provided. When my faithful pal passed away I wanted to be able to offer him gentle, peaceful and dignified final care. Nature's Pet Loss provided all of that and so much more. Their immaculate facility is filled with a sense of tranquility. Joyce's attention to detail, compassion and respect are unrivaled. Thank you for being there.Carole.

We've used the services of Natures Pet Loss twice now and both times my wife and I have been extremely pleased with the care our Peanut and Nina have received. Their care and compassion was such a comfort to us throughout the process. I recommend their services wholehearted.

Ann McKersie

Danielle Burns
They make the difficult time losing a pet a little easier. I have used them twice and both times they were consistently helpful and informative. The whole experience, as sad as it was, was pleasant. The staff is extremely kind and caring, and they walk you through each step. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone who has to deal with the loss of a pet.

Joyce was absolutely wonderful. My mothers dog passed away in the middle of the night. She answered the phone late and arranged to pick up Bailey early the next morning. She was so comforting to my mother and just a very kind person. I can’t thank you enough, Joyce. You are a real blessing and the urn/paw print came out beautiful. Thank you again!

We brought our daughter's little Chihuahua named Princess to Natures Pet Loss. She passed after 16 years. Our daughter is devastated, but Samantha was very compassionate and she took care of Princess and our daughter as if they were a part of her own family! We can not thank Samantha enough for helping us through this very difficult time. We have 4 more little children that when that hard time comes in our life we will take them to Natures Pet Loss. Thank you once again Samantha for providing such a wonderful service.
Beth Trimble
I cannot say enough good things about Natures Pet Loss. It was a tragic death to begin with, and they were very understanding and even reduced the down payment amount of the cremation due to the tragic time I was in. I was dreading going to pick up my Onyx, but Joyce made a terrible situation much easier for me. Thank you does not even fit. You will be highly recommended by me.
Victoria Nickeson
Joyce was the most caring and compassionate lady at what I believe was the hardest time of my life. Losing Abbey felt like I lost my daughter. She understood my pain and treated us and our Abbey with the most respect and love! Having Joyce care for her when we had to say goodbye made such a horrible time a little bit easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Vanessa L
Extremely professional, respectful of my lost loved one and compassionate with me during a very difficult time. Lots of options for urns and jewelry that holds the ashes. They also do a beautiful job with pawprints and hair collection. Couldn't ask for better service or kinder staff.

Nature's Pet Loss was a true blessing in our very sad time of losing our family member, Ernie. Joyce was compassionate and caring. She was able to assist with arranging our in home euthanasia and was there for our support during this very sad time. She treated Ernie with tender loving care. We are so glad we made the decision to have Nature's Pet Loss care for Ernies remains.
Mary Kruszewski
We had a wonderful experience with them. Unfortunately, we put our little Autumn to sleep during the COVID-19 pandemic. We were not able to take advantage of all they have to offer due to social distancing concerns. Nevertheless, they treated our little dog with gentleness and us with compassion. We have 2 other pets who will eventually need after death care and there is no question in my mind as to where they will go. It is a 45 minute drive for us but well worth the time. Thank you for what you do for people at such a stressful and sad time!

When my parents dog got sick, it became a battle to save his life. Unfortunately, he passed away pretty quickly one night at home. My mother was devastated, my father heartbroken. I took on the task of calling cremation places for them the next morning. My mother texted me in the middle of the night asking to check out Natures Pet Loss as she wanted a gentler option for her fur baby and see how much it is.I am so glad I did.I called in the morning and spoke to Joyce herself. About an hour phone call, but completely worth it. We spoke about the aquamation process in detail. She explained everything, pointed me to online resources as well, and I even got to know her expertise better (she’s incredibly knowledgeable). Not even 5 minutes in the call I knew I wanted this for our TJ.From start to finish the entire process was incredible. My parents got to pick out charms for TJ’s clay pawprint and pendants for my mom and to hang in the car. All of the staff were so kind. They even called to make sure we got home safe! Such care and attention to detail at this place. One of, if not THE MOST, compassion business I have come in contact with. The price? VERY AFFORDABLE in my opinion. I was expecting it to cost a TON. But it did not, and we got a few extras (premium charms and pendants). If you want your fur baby to be taken care of even while they Rest In Peace, please consider Nature’s Pet Loss. I doubt you will regret it. I brought TJ’s urn back to my parents today and my mother cried just seeing the way they prepared his urn and pendants for his trip back home. She said it was beautiful.Thank you for the excellent service and care to everyone at Nature’s Pet Loss. Perfect care for our TJ. 🖤

I lost my best lil buddy a year ago, i had Pete close to 16 yrs. i remember giving this lady a call at 10 o'clock pm, i was looking for a place to take my dog since he had just passed. they waited around for me, to get Pete to them, then they sat around for another 2 hours just to chat about my dog they never knew. you cant put a price on compassion. ill bring all my furry family here

It’s been a year of heartbreaking loss for me, the latest being the loss of my Annabelle. What I thought was her arthritis acting up turned out to be a huge, aggressive tumor. Within 2 days of the diagnosis, seeing her weak and starving to death as the tumor prevented her from eating, I made the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make so far and said goodbye.I had a general idea of what to expect for the cremation but it’s only upon picking up her ashes at the vet’s office that I picked up a brochure and read about the aquamation process, realizing it was quite different from the cremation process. What I didn’t expect was the level of care and lengths to which Natures Pet Loss goes to for the owner as well as for their pet. They point you in every direction you may need to go after the loss of your pet, they put so much care in everything they do and it shows. I am so grateful to my vet for exclusively using such an awesome, compassionate service.Thank you for going above and beyond. I was touched to tears getting my baby back in such a respectful and loving manner.

During hurricane Dorian we lost a beloved member of our family, Ella. Joyce responded and she and her staff gave Ella an amazing transition to the next life. We were really at a loss and Joyce has been our rock through this tough time. We received Ellas remains and they were beatifully packaged.Thank you Joyce!

Natures Pet Loss was a great choice for my cat of many years. The owner Joyce spent lots of time explaining the process and answering my many questions. She was very sincere and helped during my time of loss. The only thing I regret is not going there for my last pets cremation. Great customer service and an understanding staff during a sad time. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you.

On 1/24/2020 My family and I lost our little princess Zoey she was an amazing dog we loved her so much but it was time for her to go. We came to natures pet loss and the care and compassion we received for our little zoey . I couldn't stop crying but everyone here showed such love and took the time and gave us time to say good buy one final time. They really do care here and treat your pet like their own. I highly recommend. I also want to say thank you for doing everything you did for Zoey and our family.

This is unfortunately the second time we have had to work with Natures Pet Loss. Its unfortunate because our cat passed away. The professionalism and compassion from the ladies working there is beyond compare. I can not praise them high enough. They even contacted us via phone approximately an hour after dropping off the remains, to make sure we were doing okay. I feel that 5 stars isn't high enough praise for the work these people are doing.

I can't express enough gratefulness for the amount of compassion and empathy we received for Bandit. From the initial call with Terry who was so understanding and sympathetic. Then the follow up call with Joyce the owner of the company and how thoughtful and understanding she was. They were wonderful to work with and we wouldn't of wanted to place Bandit with anyone else knowing he was treated so wonderfully. Thank you so much to both of you for the bottom of our hearts 💕!

Owner, Joyce Moreau is amazing...may God Bless her and all who work at this wonderful, special place of love and dignity. It's been a few months since my little Wilma passed... so please forgive the delay. Thank you for ALL your help during the weeks leading up to our sweet Wilma's passing. Joyce (and all of her staff) were LIGHT between the trees of this most difficult time.

I took a tour at this place, and its a compassionate, caring environment that makes final preparation for your pets a caring one. Not an easy thing to do when tragedy strikes to start thinking about final arrangements for your pet. This place makes the planning process much easier. You can take a FREE tour, get information and learn more about the Aquamation process. Then when your pet passes, you can call them first and they take care of everything. If you haven't gone over for a free tour I suggest that you do (if you're a pet owner).

This place is one of a kind. We had to say good bye to one out of 6 dogs. He was very special because he was the one of the first ones to start the pack we have. He was getting old and we scheduled to put him to sleep. This place scheduled for right after his appt. Well our baby took a turn for the worse and I had to schedule him to be put to sleep that day and they were flexible and scheduled for right after that. Well then our boy passed away on his own before I could get him to the vet. When I called back again they were there within the hour and took our boy. He was ready to come back home in 3 days. All the things they do for a loved animal is just amazing.

The ladies of Natures Pet Lost are the kindest most sincere people I have met in a long time. They took excellent care of us and our dog in one of the toughest situations. How nice to know there are places and people that are there for you. Thank you ever so much for above and beyond good service.

Ezra Mays (McCreeSun)
The staff is very compassionate and understanding to grieving families. Their rates are very fair and offer flexible payment options. They even walked our loved one out to the car with us and saw us off. I highly recommend them to anyone who has recently suffered the loss of a furry loved one.

I can not begin to say enough kind words about this place. This was one of the hardest losses of my life as I’ve had “Puppy” aka “Old-Man Puppy” for 17 years. Every one at Natures Pet Loss was at the top of the customer service spectrum, they even called me to check on me after I dropped him off for cremation and then again after I picked up his ashes. Top notch!! Very supportive and truly saddened by the loss of a loved pet. Thank you to everyone there.
elizabeth annis
The whole process was amazing. We had to put down our 18 1/2 year old Plothound, and without them, it would’ve been an even more heart breaking process. I thank them for their work & their kindness.

I thought the whole experience was great despite the sad circumstances. The staff was very compassionate and caring. The follow up was excellent and them taking the time to carry Zeus to my vehicle and strap his remains into the seatbelt was totally unexpected. Without hesitation give them five stars. I was much more able to deal with a sad situation because of thier assistance

Brooksville, Florida – Natures Pet Loss.Joyce Moreau who runs the place is the absolute person you want to meet at a time like this. She was able to make this time in our lives the best it could be considering the circumstance of our meeting. Our dog Luther a Jack Russell Terrier was only 11 years old quite young for this breed, passed away all too sudden. He was not sick nor showing any signs of slowing down so we had never made any plans as to what we were going to do upon his death.I had recently driven up to Brooksville from Tampa for a round of golf with a friend and drove past Natures Pet Loss this is how I first had come across the business. I wrote down the name to learn more about them and I’m glad I did. I was able to find an article written by the Tampa Bay Times. It explained the process I had made a mental note that someday I may use a business like this but I never knew it would be so soon.Joyce went above and beyond for us we appreciate her and her business for being their when we needed it most. Everything she promised she exceeded it. During the process she was able to meet us twice at non business hours she was very accommodating to our schedule. She made her business available to my wife, our other dog Peyton and me late on a Saturday afternoon so we could use her memorial room. We were able to spend some time saying goodbye to our great friend (son) Luther.Upon finishing the water cremation process we were delivered Luther’s remains in a very nice small pine box, with some clippings of his fur along with a nicely done paw print in clay. I know if your are reading this you probably may be having a day like we were having and trying to decided what to do next. You may also be making those plans for what you’re going to do after I can say 100% say you can’t go wrong with Natures Pet Loss of Brooksville, Florida.

They don’t come any better.Compassionate, caring and professional.I thought nothing could ease the pain of saying “goodbye” to my dear Miya until I entered their doors.I never expected the care given to my 17 year old fur baby as well as myself. They helped me have some closure while giving Miya the dignity she deserved crossing the Rainbow BridgeI can never thank them enough.
Kathy Covella
I was treated like family from initial contact to pick up. And I felt comforted and assured my furbaby will be treated with respect during the entire process. This definitely helped me and I can't thank them enough for their support.
Kimberly Norton
We cannot thank this staff and business enough for taking care of our beloved Grande. I called at 11:30 at night when she passed away. They were so compassionate with us. Hands down very experiences in their service. We even got grandes microchip back. Bless you all

Kind, caring, compassionate and just about any other adjective I can think of are understatements. Let me tell you, I received greater attention from Natures Pet Loss than from any other burial/cremation service be it for pets or human. The customer service is far, far above 5 Stars and, to boot, the pricing was actually lower than a local crematory. Thank You!!!
Jacklyn Colao
A+ experience. Staff is very kind and compassionate. I had to put down my 92 pound dog. I called not having a clue on aquamation cremation the whole process was expand to me the whole process was quick and smooth. So happy with this place i will return again in the future.

This is the Aquamation place I used for Dexter. I had never heard of it before. I found this place from a simple google search. I never had to think about cremation or a funeral for anyone. So I had a lot of questions and obviously wanted the best because Dexter wasn’t JUST a dog. He was my first baby. He was my constant throughout my whole adult life! Ask anyone he was MY dog. I can’t explain the relationship we had but I know I won’t ever experience a friendship like Dexters ever again. The owner was home sick and still answered our questions and prayed for us and told us what options we had. I didn’t want to bury Dexter bc we may not stay in this house forever and Dexter will always be a part of our family. She even gave me a tip that when you cry so much you need electrolytes to avoid getting headaches. I was in so much pain from crying I couldn’t even sleep and after drinking electrolytes I felt no pain! With cremation you never know what ashes you’re getting. With this place dexter went inside of his own box and I can guarantee it’s him. They were all so nice there. Honesty you don’t see this Customer service anymore. They blew me away. There is not one thing they could have done more for me. This place is the best of the best. They let us drop dexter off and say goodbye one last time. We even over paid and we’re ok with leaving them a tip bc of how great they were! They ended up sending us the money back anyways. Although Dexter passing is one of the saddest moments of my life. His last weekend with us was absolutely beautiful. He was given the best care all the way till the very end. He was the best boy! 💙

"Smokey" could not have gotten the type of care she got from anyone other than, "Nature's Pet Loss". The preparation was the most satisfying process anyone could ever want or expect for their "Special Pet". And I have the satisfaction of knowing that I got HER remains back. Thank you, Joyce and Co. We will never forget you. Pattie and Fred...

If i could give more stars I would . THE CARE And dignity given to Daisy was more than I could have ever asked for. 🖤

Thank you.
