My husband and I want to express our extreme gratitude for the wonderful care and compassion you showed us when my father passed. Patti helped us through the process of choosing what we felt was right for my father with no pressure. Ami was instrumental in helping us get my father's clothing and personal items for his day of rest and had such a sweet and helpful demeanor. The day of his service was very honorable all in thanks to all the staff at Brewer & Sons. Patti and Ami made a very difficult life change a bit easier with their professionalism and kindness.

This funeral home is the best in Hernando county! The caring and compassion for the people they serve is bar none! They are a huge part of the brooksville community in sponsorship and support! The elderly population is catered to and supported through out the community. They go out to local nursing homes and take part in special events or just to check in and say hello. They will listen and respond to any and all concerns when it comes to end of life arrangements! They work with just about any budget and make end of life worries disappear with their serves! Brewers Brooksville appreciate’s you and your staff more than you will ever know! Thank you on behalf of our community!!!!

My father passed away unexpectedly during COVID19 and he was fairly young. Our family is new to the Brooksville area and we lacked referrals and resources. Steven Roosevelt referred us to the Brooksville location and initially helped us with ideas on what kind of service we could have. Tammy Tolbert took our family under her wing with the help of Ryan Brewer and their phenomenal staff we were able to give my father a personalized memorable and meaningful home going service. Many were unable to travel during COVID19 but Brewer & Sons went above and beyond for our family during this difficult time in our lives. We were referred to a local Reverend who officiated the service. Rev. Dr. Jerry Jones. He was phenomenal. Our package included a beautiful dove release where the grandchildren took part in releasing doves from baskets into the sky in loving memory and symbolism. The staff pieced together a beautiful slide show tribute we were able to share online with friends and family as well as our father’s obituary.Anything we needed they went the extra mile. My cousin who attended the service shared that she felt like she was at a high end hotel. Everyone has manners and class. If you love your loved one, you will entrust Brewer & Sons. We had a repass following the service and the reception space was modern, clean and perfect. We later had our father buried at their Laurel Oaks Historical Masaryktown cemetery. A beautiful tranquil location. Exactly what we wanted for our father and I know without a shadow of a doubt my father would be pleased. We will be working with Ryan on designing our father’s monument. Brewer was an answer to a prayer for us.

My Grandfather passed away and we used Brewer. I am so disappointed by how my grandmother was treated. She ordered an urn but was not given the correct one. She would have never ordered the one that was given to her. She was never called and told what was going on. She had to call and check on things. My grandmother gave them all of my grandfathers information about his life and they didnt use any of it. They didnt even have a picture of him. It was the worst obituary I have ever seen. A very small paragraph with none of the info provided. They also didnt run it in the paper until the day of the funeral.They didnt offer programs to my grandmother for the funeral. Luckily, I was able to create them and have them printed in florida for her.I cant believe any funeral home would do this to a family during such a hard time.

I was surprised to learn that Brewer and Sons offered a pet cremation option when I was looking for a place to have my very good boy cremated. I learned that the pet crematorium does not have a true private cremation option, while Brewer and Sons does. They were far more responsive to me than the pet crematorium, and as my dog was very much family to me, it was an easy choice to go with B&S.The pet crematorium is a separate facility than the one used for people, but the service and care they provided me was such that it was clear they respected him as a dear part of my family.Laura, who operates the pet facility, agreed to let me stay present for the cremation, something that was very important to me. Tammy, the funeral director, was patient and understanding with me through the entire process, and when I was not wholly satisfied with the Life Tile porcelain portrait I ordered for his urn, she got the price refunded for me. The Eternal Flame glass sculpture I ordered is beautiful.I hope to not have need for these kinds of services for a very long time, but I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

Keeping is short and sweet. Brewer & Sons Funeral Home is by far the best I have seen in Florida. Employees are compassionate and kind. They take the burden of worry off of you. They have honest, written straight forward pricing. They share their years of experience with you. They do not let you miss anything. The packages are affordable and classy. Dealing with Jenifer, Ryan and Barry made a difficult time bearable. They do the worrying and iron out the details, so you do not have to. They are patient and kind. Class Act place. Highly recommended..

My husband passed February 11th. I had never had any contact with a funeral home up until then, as I am not originally from this area. What I encountered when I met Ami, Tammy, Ryan & Jerry went above & beyond any expectations...GREAT group of people!! Very compassionate & caring! ❤

Considering that my mom was picked up last Monday and I've had to keep calling them and actually had to go there to find out what happens next. I've emailed, called and texted since Wednesday, and NO ONE has returned my calls, emails, nothing!!As if losing my mom on the 31st wasn't difficult enough.
