New to the area and sad that my little dachshund Herbie had died, I was both relieved such a service was available and frightened to let my little friend go to a perfect stranger. Lisa Elliot picked up Herbie from my house and then kept me abreast of the actions that were happening, as they were happening. A few days later his ashes were returned to me in a sweet little box along with his paw print and his blanket which I really appreciated. Thank you Lisa. You perform a really hard job really well.

My female Yorkie Diva Monroe I had at 9 months old and she was 14 and a half past away onChristmas morning in my arms she was my little tomboy I love too so much and I just want to say Lisa did an excellent job and I'm touched by how they treated her

From the moment I called, Lisa asked where we were, and had someone to meet us within 45 mins! Was a Sunday, and we were already devestated, so it was nice to hear a caring voice and help. Picking up our loved Hercules, was also overwhelmingly caring handing him back to me. Thank you from the heart, meant alot to us that were/are a mess. God bless you all! The death of my Pomeranian pal just a few days ago, a 10-year companion, left me bewildered, grieving, and at a loss as to what to do. Lisa, at CFPC, responded quickly to my plea for help. Her compassion, professionalism, and wonderful attention to my dog and our needs was exceptional. A very difficult time for me was made a great deal less overwhelming by her kindness. I would heartily recommend CFPC for loving service and devotion to the healing process.

We had an excellent experience when our Marley passed. I was unable to drop him off and Miss Lisa promptly came to pick him up on a Sunday morning and service was completed the next day. Prices were within reason and everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind.

Talk about lack of empathy. I just called to find out the stages of using this service as my shih tzu is in the last stages of lymphoma. A woman answered the phone as i was breaking down in tears she rattled off the price and bringing her in as though she was repeating a pizza order. As though it was nothing. I expected a little more than a a bums rush on the phone.

I'd like to thank Lisa for her sweet care of my cat/baby Abbey. Lisa picked up Abbey from the vet's office and allowed me to be the through the entire process. It has helped me with my grief.

Central Florida Pet Crematory helped to make a painful and sad experience go as smoothly as possible. I had to put my horse down last week and all of my dealings with this company were prompt, courteous, and sensitive. I absolutely recommend them.
