I can’t thank Pet Angels enough for being there for me and showing sympathy during my time of grieve. The way you all showed you cared and went above and beyond to help me, not only did I know instantly my Leena girl was in good hands, but it also proved you all chose this field because you care and love what you do, not for the money. The vet office that I trusted to submit my order not only put the wrong type of cremation chosen for my leena baby, but also failed to put the L for gmail.com. Had it not been for Taylana reaching out to me to check if I was able to access their page to finalize my order, I would have never had the chance to send my baby off properly and request her paw print etc. Not only did she caught the vet’s office error but corrected it and instantly the email to finalize my order was received. Pet Angels not only had to deal with my numerous calls through the few days process as I constantly tried to maintain up to date due to the lack of trust I had on the vet office side, but never once were any of these ladies rude or made me feel as If I was burden. They cared and kept reassuring me after each apology I gave for calling so much that they understood and had no problem with me calling. Taylana, Samantha and Vilma I can’t thank you ladies enough for helping me through one of the hardest times in my life. I also want to thank the pet cremator that handled my Leena. Between all of them they not only put up with my calls and kept me up to date each step of the way, but went out of their way to rush my order without any extra fees because I explained my work schedule. I will never forget you all.

CALLED 3 DAYS AGO AND STILL NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. I called them Sunday morning because my dog had passed away over the night, which I had told them - I was told I would receive a call back. 3 hours later I still hadn't heard from anyone. When I called back and said again, my dog had already passed, I was told they do not do pickup or services on Sundays (that would have been nice to know earlier) and was given a number to a 24-hour vet to call and ask them if they would hold his body until I received a call back on Monday. Thank goodness they gave me that vet number (Veterinary Emergency Clinic of Central Florida) because as I was explaining to the vet tech what was going on, she said they did private cremations, and it cheaper then going through this place, and we're able to take him right away, so I went with them instead. I have yet to receive a call back from Pet Angel.

My sweet baby girl crossed the Rainbow Bridge and my vet recommended me here.When I called, I was helped and got a clear understanding of what I could do.I opted for the Viewing room for two hours so my family can say goodbye to my beautiful baby girl that they all loved so much.The team here was so helpful, I got to set up a zoom for my out of state family and let them say goodbye. This was one of the best things I could to send off my girl. I appreciate their help and effort that helped me to say goodbye to my girl. They spoke the process over to me as I opted for a private cremation and reassured me how I will get my baby girl back. So thank you Regency, I appreciate the help and you allowing me to give my fur baby a proper send-off she deserved.10/10 recommend.Only thing I would say that I didn’t like was the towel they leave the fur babies on if i may make a suggestion maybe a blanket to cover them up a bit would be nicer.I took her personal bed for the viewing so that way it had her laying nicely.Other than that, Thank you so much!

Thank you for the compassionate handling of our boy Copper 09/28/2009-02/14/2024. He was cremated on 02/15/2024. I was lost for words at drop off and pick up, the staff were so understanding and just knew that all I needed was that look of knowledge, sympathy and understanding. Thank you so much.

My vet offered Regency Services. 3 days after his Euthenasia they contacted me. I asked for the $182 package advertised In the brochure I was given. They stated their prices went up. Then proceeded to tell me it’s $15 pick up fee, $20 shipping fee plus $208. (My dog was 12 lbs only)…plus $30 paw print etc. I was passed to the manager who treated me unprofessionally. After asking to watch the cremation and was told it was another $272 I was then told the machine was broken? I have no trust at all in this company. At the end I told them I would drive 30 miles to pick him up and take Messi somewhere else I was told it was going to be a pick up fee I had to pay. I was grief stricken.I got there at 12:45 Messi was ready, they opened the bag and I cried. I was told your vet knows the prices went up. I stated I am taking him to orlando it is $105 for his personal ,paw print , lock of hair and simple urn. Then I took a stack of business card from the orlando crematory to my vets office. Explained how unprofessional Regency was and told them to rec this business instead.I have 6 animals. And now know the pet cremation business is so corrupted.

My amazing 17 yr old Chico on August 1. With my heart completely shattered, on August 2, I took him to Pet Angel to have him cremated. Linda was a wonderful help for me and assisted me in the process of having him cremated. Today, August 5c my sweet boy is back home with me. I thought my request was completed incorrectly; however when I called the lady answering the phone (I am sorry, I didn’t catch your name) unscatter my brain and guide me to what I was looking for! If ever I need cremation services again (never will be far too soon) I will for sure go back to Pet Angel! Thank you for treating my pup and my family with the utmost respect!

I am in tears writing this. Very disappointed in what I received. We always had our dogs cremated thru the animal hospital. Today I went to pick up my dog's ashes & I knew right away it was different. I was advised they're doing something new.I received an urn unlike the cedar box I'm used to receive with the gold tag placed on the box. Instead I received this tiny urn, with a sticker on the bottom with my dog's name. That is disrespectful!!!!!!!!! That is not worth $175.00.

Thank you for promptly getting our wonder Elsie back to us! I love everything you gave us. The beautiful box, card, clay foot print and a lock of her hair… as hard as it is not having her physical being here with us. This brings much comfort.I am adding a picture of her in her better days.

My name is Amparo Perez. My beloved Maya is buried at Regency. Best place ever.They keep the cemetery very clean. Personnel is super nice. Love this place it is so peaceful. I recommend this cemetery to everyone. I'm happy I choose it for my baby.

Regency that you from the bottom of my heart for returning our dog Maggie’s remains to our vet in such a beautiful and touching way. Maggie was returned by the Apopka location. I will forever cherish her paw print . What a nice surprise.

We had an extremely rough and stressful experience with mobile vet to pet that was unnecessarily dragged out for more days than necessary with loads of misinformation. Our almost 15 year old lab passed away on Monday and was picked up and held by mobile vet to pet for 4 days despite our requests to expedite the process and request for a viewing. We finally got in touch with Linda at Regency on Thursday when Coco was transferred to thier possession and one conversation with Linda changed the course of this terrible experience and put everything on the right track. From scheduling and arranging the viewing for my family as soon as first thing the next morning, transparency with the billing (I'm still trying to get a receipt from mobile vet to pet because we have no clue what we paid them for) Linda even made sure we got a perfect and beautiful clay paw print as well as ink just like we wanted. When we arrived the next morning Linda was very sympathetic and beyond helpful. Linda and Steve (I believe was his name) took such great care of our Coco. Both of these individuals clearly genuinely care for animals and it was very comforting. I cannot thank the staff at Regency enough! Linda and Steve, we really appreciate you two going above and beyond to make this experience as smooth as possible for us. If we had known better, we would have skipped mobile vet to pet and came directly to Regency. This facility was even able to have Coco's ashes ready for us the same afternoon, Coco along with his clay and ink prints were beautifully packaged for us to bring home within a few hours. Thank you again!

I’ve taken four Great Danes to these people since 2014. Their name has changed from Greenbrier to Regency to Pet Angels however the service they provide has not. They were professional and understanding of what this pet owners was experiencing emotionally with the loss of a family member. Thanks you to the staff and a special thanks to Linda D for the time and her kindness.

They did a cremation for our dog we had him back within two weeks with this beautiful memory box and certificate! They were very friendly when I called to ask about him!

We had to use regency three times and were always treated with kindness, respect and patience, every member of the staff is always sensitive to the situation their customers are going through and are great at their job. Over this hurricane we also had a dog pass away and when we went to regency they weren't open yet, but still Cody saw us outside and took our dog inside very kindly and the following day we went over to go over the arrangement, when we asked to see her one last time they brought her out and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye.

I got my dog in a wooden box no name on box like I was told no hair from my dog I box I could make for 337.00 I sat in my car for 30 minutes when I picked my baby up crying I was so devastated I just had my golden put down for 200.00 a beautiful urn hair from her a rainbow foot print for the 3 of us in my family I am highly upset and intend to get in touch with regency Monday if that’s the best they can do that’s a rip off and very sad an insulting to my dog. An myself who I’d heart broken at the loss of my dog

Horrible customer service!!! When Sadie was not returned to the vet as promised I called Regency to be told my baby was “On Hold” because they ran out of the frame I had ordered. I should have been contacted but nothing. Was told hope to get frames in next day, Friday, and would be at the vet on Monday, would call once on the truck. Monday, no call and no Sadie. Called Regency AGAIN, and told will send her Thursday without the frame, fine, I just want my baby home. Was again supposed to call once she was on delivery truck, AGAIN NOTHING! We did get her back a week later than originally told but NOBODY from Regency ever reached out to us to tell us delay.

My beloved 18 ½ year old cat, Jade, passed away at home recently. At the recommendation of my Vet, I called Regency. Regency was wonderful, they picked her up from my home and returned her to me in less than a week. Regency, thank you so much for giving me and my family a beautiful gift to honor Jade’s memory!

I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. I am beyond livid. I ordered a paw print 3 weeks ago & was told it was going to be sent to the vet at a certain time. It was never sent. After going to the vet, I was told that it is really common for this company to send items to the wrong vet. I tried contacting multiple times. When I finally got through I found out the paw print was never made. They said they can make one & that I could pick it up today from the company. They asked 3 times how to spell my cats name. I drove 40 minutes there & when I got there the name was spelled wrong. So I went there for nothing. I did nothing but waste time & money. I just want my memorial for my pet. How is it that hard?

Horrible, horrible, horrible. This company can confirm that they picked up my deceased cat from the vets but somehow managed to lose his body between the drive from Palm Coast to their facility. They have the paperwork showing he was picked up but cannot provide me any information on where my cats body is. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely painful to deal with when I had paid for a private cremation for my dear sweet kitty that I had had for 17 years to wind up God knows where? I spoke with Cody (manager) who seriously needs some compassion/grief training what happened and all I get is “we don’t know”. This is devastating and completely unacceptable.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I got my baby back in a nice box with a tag with her name on it, seeds for wildflowers to plant, cards, and a wonderful card with her paw prints. She was in good hands, and now home safely. Thank you so much!!!

Losing my dog Harley was heart breaking,and very painful. I chose to cremate him, and my vet sent him to Regency. They provided a nice cedar box for his ashes, clipping of his fur, and sympathy card, and a beautiful quote. Thank you for your services.

I picked up my buddy Angus today and thought I’d keep it together until I opened the envelope from Regency, instantly broke down in tears. The plaster paw print got me again but in a good way. I want to thank everyone at Regency for treating Angus with the utmost respect.

Very unprofessional, paid extra for shipping and box came opened , the paw print was broken . My dog passed away on Jan 4th and it tool them two weeks to cremate her. I am speechless 😶 never ever will i suggest anyone to you guys.

Had my baby Daisy cremated yesterday, the viewing and service was fine, I’ve used them on 2018 when they were Greenbrier, the viewing room was a lot more decorative, gurney had a pillow and a cushion in white back then and now no cushion or pillow and it was black also they had wee wee pads underneath her face which looked very tacky, other than that I was satisfied.
