A Heartfelt Tribute to SnickersWhen my sweet baby boy Snickers passed away, my heart felt utterly shattered. He left us on a Saturday morning, and at that moment, I knew I had to make thoughtful plans for my guinea pig. I chose to have him cremated, and this was my first experience with such a tender farewell.As soon as I stepped into the cremation center, I felt enveloped in a warm sense of comfort and peace, knowing my precious pet was in good hands. The staff members were incredibly friendly and kind, treating Snickers with the utmost respect and compassion. Their gentle demeanor helped ease my worries, and I felt a reassuring sense of calm wash over me, even though I was scared about letting him go and leaving him overnight.Once I handed him over, I found solace in knowing he was receiving the best care possible. Losing a pet is undeniably difficult, but the love and support from the staff made that challenging process feel much more manageable and comforting.Touching Snickers' fur brings back so much joy, and I still chuckle at his little feet, just as I did when he was here by my side. I wholeheartedly recommend this place—it’s a haven for honoring our beloved pets. I received a fur clipping, paw prints, and his ashes in a beautiful urn, which serves as a lovely reminder of the bond we shared. They truly recognize pets as cherished members of our families, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.

The animal soul went above and beyond for my pet Diesel. It was so hard going there and picking up Diesels ashes. Once I got home and opened up the bag and seen the wonderful job they did with my Diesel made the hurt a little less. The card and the beautiful box and the detail they put into the box. Also they gave me his paw print with his name.on it and a little a red heart and a stand for it. I couldnt hold back the tears from there warm thoughts. I truly cant thank them enough. This is the second animal they have taken care of for me and both were such beutiful endings. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Diesel is home right next to his sissy.

I placed an order directly with animal soul because my vet could not get an item I wanted. I also placed an order with my vet. I called to add something and was told she was being cremated as we spoke and they didn't get the message. I can understand that, however, little tact goes a long way. What I can't understand is how they got the order I placed directly with them wrong. They gave me one price and we went over the items to confirm. I get my Allie's remains and am missing 2 nose prints. It was not put in the system correctly. I ordered 2 sets of nose and 2 sets of paw prints. They put nose in as 1 set. Just because they didn't charge me for it, doesn't mean they didn't mess up. I trusted them with my baby. I trusted them that I would get back what I needed. What I needed were those nose prints... the same nose that woke me up every morning for the last 9 years. This is extremely painful. I am hurt. I don't take trusting my best girl with someone lightly.I will say in the past when I have used them, as recent as 3.5 months ago, when I lost my Lola, I questioned nothing. I was pleased and couldn't have praised them more. Lola's name plaque was raised and no matter how many times I pushed it back down, it popped up. I asked to get a new name plaque. They delivered a whole new box to my house. That being said, it was confirmed that we were getting Allie everything we got for Lola just a short few months ago.Maybe I'll change my review. This is seems to be a small business that provides a much needed service. For now, I need to vent and not have this tarnish the fact I have my baby back. I'm hurt and disappointed.

After I picked up my cat’s ashes I looked through the bag they gave me and just sobbed. I didn’t expect how much care and thought they put into my cat’s final goodbye. The paw print cast was perfect, adorned with a heart and my cat’s name. The box the ashes were in was beautiful and the letters of condolences included were comforting. The Animal Soul takes seriously the trust that you put in them to give your pet a respectful goodbye.

As a veterinarian and a pet owner, I have worked with many pet cremation companies over the course of my life and career. The animal soul has been hands down the best I have worked with so far. They handled my beloved heart dog with care, allowed me to expedite his cremation for a fee, and provided several heartfelt messages and mementos of comfort (medicine bundle kit). Their method of placing a metal ID tag on my dog’s leg and then seeing that tag returned with his remains was just an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind I have not seen another cremation service provide. Thank you so much for your care and compassion at one of the most difficult partings of my life.

Amazing. I had my Leela pass away in June. We only had her for a month before she got ill. I’m so happy to have given her a beautiful send off thanks to the Animal Soul. When our family had to make the very difficult and sudden decision to put our dog of 14 years to sleep, The Animal Soul showed a compassion like no other. From our first conversation with Jordan to when we took our girl’s ashes home, every individual treated us with kindness. If there is any way to be comforted after the loss of a pet, this business has found it. They go out of their way to be compassionate about the situation. When I picked up my dog’s ashes, there was a beautiful card inside the bag. There was a card that verified that she was cremated individually. Her ashes came in a beautiful box with her name engraved on it. Her ashes were completed in only a few days. The Animal Soul went above and beyond my expectations at such a devastating time. Even their location where you pick up the ashes was peaceful and soothing and lovely, inside and outside. Thank you for such an exceptionally caring experience.

I have used this company for 20 yrs with my animals. This is the only place I trust with my animals. The care that they give is extremely professional. I recommend this place to my Friends, family and clients. It’s never easy when your pet crosses the rainbow bridge But it’s nice to know you can take them somewhere to people that you can trust that will take care of them in the most humane way possible

I called early on a holiday. I’ve never had a pet pass before. Rob was super professional. Talked me though everything. Never spoke about money. I had to ask him. The price was super reasonable after calling around. They made it easy to drop our cat off and pick him up at Blue Pearl. Everything they gave us was so beautiful. The box, paw print, and some of his fur. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have 6 other animals and I will use him for every one as they pass.

I had Dr. Rob Teti come to my home and put my beloved Elroy to sleep a few weeks ago. He also connected me with the Animal Soul to handle his body. They were able to meet at our house to handle everything, and I honestly cannot talk highly enough of this experience. As any animal owner knows, this is such a difficult decision and such a painful time. I am reassured by the fact I chose such wonderful people to be part of that day. Losing a pet is losing a family member. The Animal Soul does their very best to make the difficult goodbye as painless as possible. Diane and Rob truly care about their work and are beyond caring. Their fee is extremely reasonable and Rob makes the extra effort to deliver the ashes to you. Sadly, I’ve lost 5 pets in a year’s time. I just wanted to share this note of appreciation for the service I receive from both Jordan and Rob today 1/6/23 when my black english lab Malcolm past away suddenly. Rob was so responsive to my need for help, he was patient and comforting because I was unable to think clearly in additional Rob professionalism was totally unmatched. I must say this about Jordan who is an angel in the appearance of a man, Jordan caring nature when he was preparing Malcolm for transport was truly AWESOME. We had a horrible service from this company. We had a beloved family pet pass at our vets and they contacted The Animal Soul to arrange cremation. Unfortunately the company forgot about collecting her and it was only we enquirer a week later was she finally collected for cremation. We only received an apology when we contacted the company to express our disappointment at their service.

Every expectation I could have ever thought of, was met and exceeded. The thoughtfulness and all the extra details they added to make it special was just amazing!! Opening the paw print brought me to tears with the name engraved in and the little heart gem. If I ever need cremation services again I will definitely go back!!
