Our kitten, Umbra, was only 1 year old when we needed the services of Parsell's. Everyone there was amazing. As soon as I talked to Bob on the phone, I was at ease, and he helped me navigate the details. When we arrived the next day, TJ and Tim greeted us and treated us with reverence, respect and compassion. They allowed us to say a prayer over Umbra and gave him some catnip for his journey. When we returned to bring him home, they gave us the bell from his collar, as it had survived the process.Thank you so much for making this horrible situation just that much better. I know Umbra appreciated it.

I am so thankful to Bob and the rest of the staff at Parsell. I was traveling when my cat unexpectedly passed. I called in tears, and Bob walked me through the process, outlining what my options were and what to expect. We were treated with incredible kindness, and he made an exceptionally difficult situation that much easier.I especially appreciated the dedicated entrance and the small touches (like the parking spaces marked with paw prints) that made a somewhat intimidating idea much more approachable. We first sought the services of Parsell Pet Crematorium in August 2017 when we lost our sixteen year old golden mix, Ashley. The care and kindness with which we were treated ensured that we would always trust our sweet pets to Parsell. Early this month when we lost fifteen year old Amber, TJ made every effort to ensure that things were as easy as possible for us during such a heartbreaking time. Our pets are our family, and Parsell treats them with the dignity and care that they deserve. Thank you TJ, Megan, and all the staff at Parsell for the wonderful service and for providing beautiful memorials (pictured) for us to honor our sweet pups.

Last friday might i came home and found my baby kimmie had past. I barely could call Parsells but they made it so easy. Drove there at 10:40 pm they immediately came out and just made it so easy. Which was good since i was very emotional. Miss her everyday! Highly recommend

My 20 year old bird passed away suddenly at 5:30 on a Friday night... I was devastated, not only because of the loss, but because of the timing.... nobody is open for advice on a Friday night!! I called Parsell and received their answering service, which was extremely professional. They relayed the info to the crematorium, and Jim called me back the same night, even though it was after hours. He was very understanding and professional. I brought my bird to them the next morning, and was greeted with so much compassion. On Monday, I received a call that my bird's ashes were available for pick up. When I picked him up on Wednesday, I was also given some imprints of his beak and foot to remember him by. I never expected to ever have such a positive experience with a crematorium, but it really couldn't have been a better experience. I will absolutely be trusting Parsell Pet Crematorium with any other pets crossing the Rainbow Bridge in the future. Thank you so much for the services you provide, and God bless.

My Parents lost their dog, and I immediately called Parsell pet. They went above and beyond too get their dog to the funeral home the same night, and went out of Their way to get her ashes and everything taken care of by the next day. They were compassionate to them and their state of mind. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Parsell Pet Crematory made the final stage of our dog's euthanasia very seamless. They transported him from Rehoboth Beach animal hospital to their facility. They contacted us to review their process. Then within 48 hours we could pick up the remains, cremation certificate & paw print. Thank you for your service for us

We lost our oldest dog last week. Our veterinarian came to our home, because she was failing and in pain. I called Parsell’s Pet Crematorium. Bob answered the phone and was extremely helpful. He advised we call them when the veterinarian arrives, so they can pick up our beloved dog. When I called, Bob realized the van to pick her up was nowhere near our area. Bob took it upon himself to come to our home. He made an extremely hard day, a little easier for us. They also sold us a simple wooden box with an engraved nameplate to include birth and death date. Their services were reasonably priced and the process was seamless during a very difficult day and week. Thank you Bob for your amazing kindness and proactive service on a difficult day.

Our family recently lost our beloved Scooter. He was part of our family for 15 years. When I contacted Parsell I had the pleasure of talking to Megan. Megan was so caring and treated us with such kindness. I also purchased some of the specialty items they carry and am so happy I did. When our handsome boy, Marco C. Polo, passed suddenly on 10/4/21 we contacted Parsell's right away. They offered to pick him up, but we wanted to give him one last car ride. Britton was so caring and understanding. Even in our grief and shock, she was able to give clear instructions on what to do next and where to go. When we arrived in Lewes, Britton and T.J. came out to meet us and were so professional. They did not treat Marco like a dog, but exactly what he was, a loved one we were grieving for. In less than 24 hours we received the call that the task was complete. Marco was sealed in an urn with his name on it and his paperwork was neatly in a folder and cloth bag. Parsell's even made a cast of Marco's paw print. Our family definately recommends this business to take care of a loved one. Thank you guys for your understanding and help.

I cannot say enough about the caring and professional service we received from TJ and Megan at Parsell Pet Crematorium when our family pet of 16 years died unexpectantly. I was unsure how to proceed but during my phone conversation with TJ, he walked me through the process. His caring manner was reassuring and I knew I didn't want to trust our beloved dog to anyone else. On arrival to Parsell's, TJ met me at my car (after parking in a reserved space marked with a paw print!) to assist me in bringing my pup inside. There was no pressure to purchase anything and prices for all services are very transparent and reasonable. I cannot say enough about how they turned a horrible time in our lives into a wonderful experience. Thank you TJ & Megan for helping us help Meech over the Rainbow Bridge!

One would hope you won't need such services anytime soon, but if you do, these would be the people you call. Year after year they have taken such good care of us and our clients. I could write a book and fill it with all kinds of compliments because of the care and dedication they take with our loved ones.I found a photo of how awesome they are and had to share it. A dear patient of mine would come in and would always have a Superman collar or leash. The owner was a big Superman fan like myself, so when the unfortunate day came where we had to say goodbye, I had asked Parsells (TJ) if he could help with a special request of a Superman logo in a Paw Print, and they were kind enough to make it happen. For me, it meant a lot but for the owners they were blown away and brough to tears.It's the little things that can make the world of difference and their willingness to go "Above & Beyond" is outstanding.Thank you Parsells for all you do for us.

Five stars are not enough to rate the service of PARSELL PET CREMATOTIUM. We were treated with upmost compassion, empathy and respect. Both TJ and Britton were professional and caring from our first phone call to our pick-up visit. Parcell Pet treated us like family. TJ was wonderful. Our girl Lexie had passed from cancer at 240 in the morning. TJ came right away in the morning. Was very professional. Was so gentle with my baby. They took her and called us and brought her back to us in less than 6 hours. We appreciate everything they did for us. They were wonderful. This was our 1st time useing Parsells for our pet . Yesterday our beloved Noah passed at home .We called them and they and came in a half hour. TJ & Meagan were very professional and compassionate. TJ at Parsell Pet Crematorium was so kind and compassionate when I recently lost my beloved, Pepperanne!! He took such great care of me while picking out her Urn... I even bought a matching one for my Max, who has been gone for 15 years. Not only did TJ take care of putting Pepperanne in her Urn, but he also transferred Max to his new Urn for me!! I wouldn't go anywhere else... They truly understand how much our pets are family!!! 💗

When a loved one passes you want to know that they're taken care of by the very best and by far Parsells is the best of the best!Knowing that they have taken such good care of our pets in the past I knew our beloved Kiki will be taking care of. Losing a beloved dog is an emotional experience, yet Parsells Pet Crematorium made the experience less painful. They treated my pet with great dignity and respect, and I truly appreciated that options for the memorial were offered but not pushed. I would definitely recommend this service.

My recent experience with Parsell was extra-ordinary.,On the worst day of my life , Meghan (funeral associate) picked up my poodle Lily at the Hospital immediately following her death. On the following morning T.J.(an associate) met me and performed her cremation.Lily and I have been inseparable partners for 15 1/2 years. Megan and T.J. "Got" that and treated us accordingly.I am so thankful for their care and concern . They deserve the highest and best recommendation.No pet owner wants to face this situation. October 20, 2021 Charlie took his last breath -- congestive heart failure, a common trait for Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I cannot thank you all enough for your professionalism and kindness, your affordability and your friendship. My service dog of 10 years passed away on June 14,2019 and I had contacted this company to see if I could cremate my dog and talked to megan that night and she said i can meet you tomorrow to take of this. I was so grateful and thankful for her and the compassion that she had for me and my dog. I recommend anyone that has to go through this situation to use this company and their services. I highly recommend Parcells, they have taken wonderful care of our pets. They even came out to our house when our lab passed, picked him up w a dog-sized gurney and covered him in a blue shroud. We will always use them when we lose a pet.
