One of the hardest things I’ve found in life is to lose a beloved, devoted pet. All Pets Crematory really put my family at ease knowing Rocky was being handled by carrying individuals who are generally compassionate. Turn around time was 24 hrs and services were exactly how they were explained to us. I highly recommend All Pets Crematory, it was a little peace of mind we needed at that time!

Our Buttercup passed away unexpectedly last Friday To say the least we were devastated, of course it happened on Friday late in the day. I called the place We normally would use for cremation and they could not take her until Monday. They said to put her in the freezer until I could bring her in. I did not have the heart to do that. After searching the Internet I came across All Pets Crematory and I’m so glad I did. Sarah called Me back right away and was so compassionate as she listened to me cry. She met me in the office on Saturday and listen to me cry again. I wish I came to know about their services years ago. And that they were so close to me since I am In Norwalk. Going forward I will always come here with my fur babies. (hopefully not for a very long time). Thank you, Sarah for being so kind and compassionate through every step of this. You are truly an angel And I cannot thank you enough.

Thank you all for everything. Even though we didn’t have our Kitty juice for very long he made a huge impact on our lives he was such a loving kitty. Many people can say their "pet" was special, but very few actually had the kind of bond me my Paula Jade had. We were like soal mates from day 1. When we met, adopting a cat was far from my mind especially a random black stray, but there was something different about her as if she were sent to me on purpose.I had to put Paula Jade to sleep Mothers Day Weekend. It was so freaking hard for me. Over a month later i still feel a tremendous loss, one ive never felt before even with actual family members passing. I am crying sitting here writing this. This is to give you an idea of the inpact Paula Jade made on my life and how badly shes missed.With that said it should be noted i wouldnt expect anything less for her funeral. I spent time researching creamation services. I live in Long Island NY and felt as if this place was worth my drive all the way to Conneticut after i done so and spoke to the owner on the phone.WELL WORTH IT.I also had the oppurtinity to drive my baby to Conneticut where she never been right before she was creamated which to me made it even more beautiful and something to remember.Please give this place a shot they are very caring and do good work... PROPER work. Not like some of those places on Long Island that lie to you.

Unfortunately and suddenly, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to euthanize our furry, son, Miller of 14 years. Afer his passing, I called All Pets and spoke to Sarah, I told her, I don’t know what to do, Sarah guided me through every step of they way. She was so caring and compassionate and extremely informative and kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process.When we met with Sarah to pick up Miller’s cremains All Pets living room setting office, was very warm and welcoming. Sarah took her time with us, going over all the details and you could tell, she has a true love for animals and is sympathetic and empathetic to grieving animals parents. I would highly recommend All Pets to any who has lost their family pet.

My 12yr old Yorkie, Widget was very ill and from the first "chat" I had with Sarah and Rocco until the day I had to put her down, they were so caring, compassionate and respectful toward us both. It was very comforting to know that she was going to be cremated by someone I felt so comfortable trusting her remains with instead of being "shipped off" to wherever the vet would send her. Then when I picked her ashes up, she was in the cutest paw print canister (albiet she was only 5lbs or less), and there were cards with her paw prints AND her nose print, as well as a wonderful surprise of locks of her hair. I cannot begin to tell you how comforting to my soul receiving that package was. Thank you Sarah and Rocco for everything you did for Widget and me. This was by far the hardest pet death ever and you eased my pain with your professional, compassionate care of her remains. God Bless

our sweet shaye passed days shy of her 18th birthday. sarah went the extra step, nay mile, from the second she answered the phone. she graciously waited for me to bring my tiny toughie to her and returned her to us the following day. she allowed me the extra time to say my needed goodbyes and give her enough kisses to last through eternity. sarah shared with me her grief of over 20 years ago. especially in this crazy time of covid that we are all trying to navigate, sarah made sure the human side was still present. i cannot thank you enough.

It was our first time coming here and Sarah was so kind and compassionate during one of the hardest days of my life. Milo’s passing was sudden and unexpected and we were able to make an appointment on the same day. Sarah explained the process and gave us extra time with our beloved Milo. When we went to pick him up, she was able to use our preferred photo for his memorial box and now I have a very special keepsake. I would highly recommend the services provided by All pets crematory. Sarah was genuinely sympathetic to what we were going through and very helpful in our process. She even included the plate and screws that were in my beloved dogs’ arm in a separate bag from his ashes. That means a lot to my wife and I. We now have something special to treasure about him. We have been coming to All Pets for a few years now. Unfortunately our beloved pet rats only have a 2 year life span so we’ve worked with her a lot. Sarah is always great, she’s easy to work with and makes the entire process easy. They always do something nice with their paws and will include a card and some sort of little memorabilia. My beloved dog Mickey, passed 2 weeks ago today , in my home. He was 15 yrs old, and by my side 24/7, it has been extremely painful. It happened so quick, I was in shock. I called “ All Pets “ and Sarah answered right away. She met us at the crematory with in the hour, and took Mickey right away. I had his ashes and a few locks of his beautiful fur , literally the next day! Sarah was so comforting and I couldn’t have had a better experience during this trying time. Sarah and Rocco were exceptionally caring and thoughtful in dealing with the cremation of our beloved pet. Due to the sudden nature of our dog’s death, we needed to cremate immediately. My boy cat Casper passed away suddenly overnight and didn't know what to do or where to turn. Sarah was so compassionate when I called and was able to squeeze us in so we could get him cremated the same day. All the work she did with the pawprints and the urn was so great.Today was one of the most difficult days I've had, and I know it's not the same as having him, but having things to remember him by is helping us in this difficult time. Absolutely awful. It's tough enough to lose a pet, but to go through the indignity delivered by this group is devastating. Unanswered phone calls, no return calls after 3 messages left in the early morning, finally getting a reply at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday, only to be told, 'sorry all our technicians have left for the weekend, it will cost another $150 more to bring them back.' Heartless. Unprofessional. Unethical. Stay as far away from this group as you can.
