I am writing this review during a time of sadness. This past mid November we made the difficult decision to put our 14 year old black lab down. I was, and still am, heartbroken.It was extremely sad to leave, my baby, knowing I would not see him again. After his passing, he was going to Riverbend Pet Crematory for his cremation.A little over a week later our beloved dog was returned to us. I cried tears of sadness and tears of joy. His urn is heavy! He was and still is a big boy. Thank you to the staff at Riverbend Pet Crematory. Your dedication to your careers is amazing. I am forever grateful.Tully Crowley's family.

Excellent service, reasonable price.My mom's dog Shaggy died today at about 1:40am, and when I called at noon, Misha (I believe was her name) was very professional and straightforward while also being very kind and considerate.I asked how much it would cost for the individual and the communal cremation services and received a quick answer. It was $55 for the communal cremation and it would've been about $180 for the individual cremation (I informed her Shaggy weighs about 30 - 40 lbs). All the info they required was given over the phone within a short amount of time including my card information.When I went today to drop Shaggy off and have him cremated, I called to let them know I was there outside and I was told someone would come out. Someone came with a cart to transport Shaggy, and he was very kind and courteous. I placed Shaggy on the cart, took his collar, pet him one last time, and he gently took him away.Overall a very pleasant experience. I didn't have to wait at all on the phone, they were kind and professional, and it was a much lower price than I was expecting. I truly appreciate it. Thank you so much.I recommend this place to anyone else who may need to have their pet cremated at any point.

Very caring associate, Tammy made this difficult time for us special. She took time allowing us to reminisce and have our final moments with our 16 year old cat Wallace, without feeling rushed. She explained the process, answered all our questions and assured us she would care for him from start to finish (dropped him off Friday and picked him up Monday). When we picked him up he was in the special marble urn we had purchased from them with a wonderful keepsake paw print and a big hug!! The cremation was reasonably priced, done in a timly manner, but it was the care we recieved from Tammy that made this a 5 star experience. The feeling you get from someone who really cares about what they are doing is truly priceless!!

We cannot thank you enough for taking care of our Tabitha. Riverbend was extremely accommodating on short notice during the most recent winter Storm. Our cat passed away and it was difficult to find a private cremation package that was in our budget. Riverbend was not only affordable, but the staff had compassion and empathy during this time. The cremains came in an eco-friendly box which gives you the option to either bury or save. The paw impression came out beautifully, fur clipping included, and the sympathy card was heartfelt. I highly recommend Riverbend. Thank you so much for your help and care.

Staff were very kind, and offer a fair price for a private cremation. Paw prints and fur clippings are available. Pet’s ashes came back in a nice handcrafted urn with natural designs.Hours for drop off and pick up can be a bit difficult as weekdays closing at 4pm. After hours drop off is available at a charge. Were fine with us not being able to pick our pet up for a week due to our work schedules.There was a brief scare that items requested back were cremated along with our pet, but the items were thankfully found at a later call back. Staff were very kind during this process when I was having a very difficult time processing what felt like a second loss.

We had a great experience here. No pet owner ever wants to have to part ways with their pet but after 12 years it was time for our family to say goodbye to ours. They were very professional and helpful and I felt handled our pet with care and respect. They allow you to watch the cremation or wait in the waiting room. The gentleman who helped us was very caring as I handed him our pet for what would be the last time that we would see him and seemed caring to our pain. I would recommend this company.

I must say i found this place last minute & extremely pleased that i did. Very professional & extremely kind. I love the fact they kept making sure my information & our beloved pet information was correct so no confusion or errors. In 24 hours we were able to pick up the urn, which also came with a certificate of cremation & a condolences card. My mother was completely heartbroken & when she received her urn with the certificate and card she cried more with appreciation. The urn came with a cute little quote on top as well. Thank you guys for being so kind and respectful in my family's moment of grief. I highly recommend this place.

Riverbend has taken care of me during two different cremations of my pets and have done a great job with both. They are very reasonable in price, and show a lot of care for what they do.

I lost my 16 year old cat on 3/17/21 and the woman I spoke to was very compassionate and made the whole process very easy. I dropped her off that morning and her ashes and paw print were ready for me to pick up the next day at 2pm.

We lost our beautiful lovebird Cricket Aug 27th and our family was so heartbroken 😢 especially my self. My husband found this place on google and I’m glad we decided to come here, the guy that help us (sorry I can’t remember his name) was very kind and he was so gentle with him and patient with me after balling my eyes out. Took him in on a Monday had my Crikets ashes the next day and a certificate of creamation with a sympathy card that meant so much to me. I just want to say thank you so much!!!

They took really good care of my Dog Max today. I loved and still do love him so much, I am at peace with the choice that I made to go the Riverbend, I know they took really good care of my sweet baby boy.

The staff promised to take care of my dog Bam Bam overnight and during the cremation; and the staff did as promised. Everyone was very wonderful, kind hearted, and understanding of our loss. I can 100% guarantee they will do the same for everyone else.
