I have to say they are the most respectful, professional company. I have dealt with in a very long time. I lost my Chico on Tuesday he was ready on Wednesday everything was immaculate from urn (engraving) to presentation paw print in clay and on the one on paper if you lose your furbaby I highly recommend them. I am actually shocked on how amazing they were. I've lost family members the 2 legged kind and they weren't treated or given the respect that this company showed my Chico. Thank you

I didn’t deal with them directly, but my vet in Nederland sent my Rosie girl to these folks for cremation, and I got her back within a week. The box was BEAUTIFUL, the paw print was perfect and it was packaged with the utmost care. I did not expect either the print or the box to be engraved with her name, but there it was! Instant tears at how beautiful everything was. I am so glad this facility is here. Thank you so much. ♥️

I can not express enough gratitude to the amazing staff at Pet Cremation Services in Wheat Ridge. The care and compassion they provided was above and beyond. Elanie (hope I'm spelling it right!) was unbelievably patient with me and so caring with my Dark Angel 😻 I couldn't have trusted a better group of people with my baby kitty. After spending 19 years with my little lady I've found it very hard letting go and Pet Cremation Services has made it possible to keep her close to me forever. I will be forever grateful!

The people that work there re o very kind and incredibly sensitive to the losses that come in. I highly recommend them to care for the final transitioning of your pet if being cremated. Beautiful urns to select from there as well. Our family has had 4 of our most beloved fur babies go there and I wouldn’t want to have them any other place. ♥️

Carlton was my fur-brother for 18 years. Heartbreakingly, we lost him Saturday morning. Pennylane staff was more than accommodating with the short notice and were extremely compassionate. We've used Penny Lane's services twice now. It's so hard to say goodbye to a pet. They make this process as comfortable and professional as possible. If you are able, choose the private cremation. You drop off your pet, say final goodbyes and come back in 2 hours to pick up the ashes. Be SURE to get a "footprint" too. We keep Lady & Penny's little footprint hearts on our mantle with their photos. The facility is on a quiet farm and the staff is very friendly and sensitive. This second time, we drove over to the Sugarbeet restaurant in Longmont for a snack and some champagne to toast the end of a beautiful chapter with our family. The ashes were ready when we were done. We absolutely recommend their services.

I’m so very grateful for how respectful and empathic the Lasting Paws team was. When I brought my Beezy in, they gave me a few minutes alone with him (in a private room) very understanding of how difficult it is to say goodbye to a loved one. Then, after doing the transactional business, they allowed me to take more time with him. The presentation and everything was so very classy, empathic, and beautiful. During very difficult transition with your beloved fur babies, this is hands-down the best place to go - not only the best pricing for everything in the Denver metro area, but especially for how they treat everyone, how much care they give to you and your beloved fur baby, and the quality of the results. It’s something you never want to have to think of, but when you have to, this is the place to go 100%.

Pet Cremation Services. Our family would like to give a big thank you and recommendation to Pet Cremation Services in Wheat Ridge. Our son's pet toad passed a few weeks ago. He had cared for him for two and a half years and was quite fond of him. He asked if we could cremate the toad (I honestly wasn't sure and assumed it would be quite expensive), and that he wanted to pay for it himself (he's 11). I called several places offering pet cremation services, got basically laughed at by one when I told them it was a pet toad. The staff at Pet Cremation Services were very caring and compassionate on the phone and doubly so when we took the toad in to them. They were patient with my son as he talked to them about his beloved pet toad. They did their job quickly and for a fair price. The icing on the cake, they sent my son a personalized sympathy card signed by all the staff.Pet Cremation Services, thank you for caring for pets of all types on their final journey.

We sadly had to cross over our 9 month old kitten due to FIP. We put him down at our veterinarian, something I’ve never done before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Our vet used Pennylane Pet Cremation Services. Today, we received our baby back in a beautiful wooden box. I am very impressed with the care taken to respectfully cremate Basil and give him a beautiful final resting place!

When my dog passed away a few days ago I took her here to be cremated. When I arrived there must have been a misunderstanding on the phone as they had her name in their system as "Lizzy" instead of "Lucy." They said it wouldn't be a problem and they would correct the error.Fast forward a few days later. I purchased a clay paw print of my dog and went to pick it up. They had it ready and I took it home. The packaging it was in had my dogs name, Lucy, correct on the label. Unfortunately stamped in the clay is the name "Lizzy." I guess they didn't update their system soon enough . . .There isn't a whole lot they could have done to rectify their error since they can't resurrect my dead dog from the ashes and give it another shot. What they could have done is at least let me know of their mistake face to face when I picked up the print and apologized.Since they couldn't be bothered to let me know about the mistake, I can't be bothered to contact them about it. Instead I'm leaving this lovely review as a reminder to Pet Cremation Services that accountability and basic courtesy are important.Aside from the above I thought they did a good job.

In addition to affordability, we cannot say enough about the compassion and kindness shown by the staff. They were great helping us out in our time of sorrow. Tater Tot may have been just a guinea pig but she was a gentle soul who ment so much to our niece. We love our 4 legged family members and we will definitely return for our future pet cremation needs.

Our beautiful Lab, Thor passed away March 18. He was our whole world! The staff at Pet Cremations Services were wonderful, we could't bear to load him up so the staff sent someone to our house to pick him up. They handled him with such care and tenderness as if he was their own dog. We picked up his ashes a few days later. The staff were wonderful!

I am so grateful for the staff here. I don’t have enough adjectives to describe the people who work here but kind, compassionate, considerate, understanding, and professional would be just a start of the list. I’m so thankful that there are people out there like this who are there for other people in their time of need. I wish that I would never have to use their services again but being a large dog owner I probably will. I can’t say enough about how well I was treated.

Losing a pet is hard, and the people who work here understand. John was especially caring, thoughtful, and helpful. We lost our dog the week before Christmas, and the team at Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services worked with us to ensure that we got our loved one home before the holidays, despite us changing our order multiple times as we processed our loss. They understood that we were hurt, lost and confused, and they never showed any frustration or annoyance, only compassion and sincerity.John worked with us every step of the way, ensuring that our pup was treated with compassion and dignity, and home for Christmas.Thank you John and the team at Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services.

I've never lost a pet and this was a painful process to go through but Carlene (I believe was her name) was very compassionate and patient when helping me decide what to do with my dog. The gentleman who took him out of my car was so gentle with him it put me at ease that he was in good hands. I appreciate everything the staff did to help me through this tough time. Thank you.

My cat passed away last week after 13 years of loving her. I trusted Lasting Paws with her and my vet sent over records entailing which keepsakes of my cat I would like. Her ashes were sent home with the incorrect keepsakes. I ordered a paw print and a nose print. I was sent a fur clipping and a paw indentation on kids dry clay. I will never ever see my cat again and you sent me the wrong keepsakes. YOU CREMATED MY CAT AND SENT ME THE WRONG KEEPSAKES. If your loved one passes, make sure your vet is not sending them here.

I had planned a drop off after a scheduled euthanasia. When my dog took a downward turn I had to quickly change my appointment and popped in the next morning to drop off my dog. They were so compassionate and caring and I had my boy back the next day. Forever grateful for the kindness and service.

I have used this business in the past when it was privately owned. They were wonderful to take your pet to and affordable. The individuals work there still offer their compassion and care. Well since they were acquired by this so called company which is located in Canada of all places, you can forget that They have raised there prices astronomically. You can expect to pay$ 395.00 for a private cremation and if the chamber is shared 300.00.Gee what a steal!!! I call BS on this, it is all about their bottom dollar, and it is absurd.

This has been the best pet cremation service. The over the rainbow memorial is one of a kind and I have gotten it for two of my dogs. I plan on continuing to utilize them for all my pet cremation services. They took great care and even sent a card afterwards. It seriously was heartwarming and knowing my princess was taken care of til the end, puts my soul at ease. I had one place in the past who didn’t look after one of our dogs and still til this day I feel like I did my dog a disservice. So it’s been a great experience with my other pets through this place. Thank you for your great care and sympathy it’s been 4 years since my last pup passed and I’ll never forget the great service I received.

Evergreen Crematorium is by far a way better option. If you loved your pet do not go here the amount of depersonalization for the person experiencing the loss is repulsive. From overpriced urns to untimely return of your loved family member I couldn't say anything positive about this place. Staff are cold shouldered and hardly answer phone's lack of communication confusion conflicts awful

Pet Cremation Services is an amazing business with caring and attentive employees. They are always so kind to their clients and are diligent about double-checking details. More than once, I have had to take beloved pets to their facility, and they have greeted me with open arms and genuine sympathy. They welcomed me to stay with them while my dog was cremated, and made sure I was comforted throughout the process. As both a personal client and a professional colleague in the veterinary field, I trust them implicitly with the care of both my own pets and those of the clients who are in need of their services. PCS has an open door policy, which should tell you everything you need to know about their integrity and their ability to understand the grief that the loss of your pets can cause. I would give them ten stars if I could.

The staff is very good. Five stars for them. The parent company execs, that now owns this and other crematories in the area, has started price gouging grieving customers over the past years. Zero stars for them.

Carlene was extremely compassionate and helpful. She helped me figure out what worked best for my cats name plate and just made the process smooth. I've never had to deal with the loss of a pet (really more like a family member) and she was patient with me even when I changed my mind a few times. Couldn't be happier with her service and that of the company as a whole. I received him back within days along with the beautiful necklace and nameplate. Everything was nicely packaged. We can now remember our loving cat Pekka forever ♥

Absolutely the best in pet memorial services! Chuck is one of the most kind hearted humans I have ever met! Unfortunately, we have had to use their services twice in under 2 months, but we couldn’t have had a better experience both times! They really give their heart and soul to honoring your loved ones! Thank you so much to taking such amazing care of my Frank and Abbey.

This place is absolutely wonderful, I will always remember how positive of an experience I had with the staff at Pet Cremation Services. They really are so genuine in how they help you feel at ease when you first walk into their lobby, from when you have to come back to pick up your pet's ashes. I felt comfortable leaving my pet in their hands, and they have a very beautiful room where you can spend some time with your pet before you have to depart. They left me a very sweet voicemail the next day letting me know my kitty's ashes were ready to be picked up, and they even sent me a lovely card in the mail signed by every staff member shortly after I picked my up pet. Truly a very authentic, wonderfully friendly and empathic staff, I definitely recommend this team to help you with this difficult time in your life, they will treat you like family <3

We lost our cat Stella suddenly and unexpectedly, these folks were so kind and caring and were available to meet us at anytime we were able to drop her off. Easy to contact and work with. Absolutely amazing to my young daughter who had a rough time saying goodbye. Good pricing and she was returned to us in the cutest little urn with a certificate. Thank you so much for being there for people during one of the hardest things they can go through. You guys are amazing!

Losing my pug of 13 years (and my first adopted pet) was incredibly difficult a few weeks ago, but the Pennylane family made the process less painful. They were kind, understanding, and patient as our family said goodbye to Lola. The facility is clean and on a lovely farm with their own animals around so you feel at peace when you arrive. They treat your pet with the dignity he/she deserves and we couldn't be more thankful for this. They truly understand what it's like to love a pet as they've had to say goodbye to many of their own. When the time comes, this is a place where you can find some peace.

I used their services a few years ago - June 2014 and then sadly enough august 2014. I drove by there today and had such an overwhelming memory of kindness and care from the staff that I wanted to write a review. Yes, it's a small business that's not a "polished" looking place but the quiet care they took with our beloved dogs was touching. They have a free option to set up your pet in a private room so you can say your goodbyes. Almost like a viewing at a funeral. This was just what we needed at the time. They explain the cost for cremation if you want your pets ashes returned and don't try to sell you on extra things. But they do have very nice urns if you are interested. You receive your pets ashes back in a zip lock bag with a metal medallion that accompanies them in the process. You also receive a certificate with their name and creation date included. It's a terrible time for anyone, but they did a wonderful job.

My own experience with Pet Cremation Services now Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services is that within the last month or so they have doubled their prices for private and witnessed cremations for individuals. For example, the price for a private cremation for a 26 pound dog is quoted at $314 as of today June 13, 2022, compared to $175 for a 33 lb dog on May 2, 2022. The upcharge for the pet owner to be present to witness the cremation is quoted at $250 as of today June 13, 2022, compared to $150 on May 2, 2022. The reason given by one phone representative is the corporate buyout by Lasting Paws. While some increased costs are understandable, due to factors such as increased cost of natural gas, these price increases seem excessive. For example, a reasonable person would think it does not cost the facility a penny more for the pet owner to be present during the cremation than it did a month ago. Yet they have nearly doubled the fee for that. I think that if Lasting Paws/PCS were genuine about their stated values ("as pet parents who have lost companions ourselves," etc), they would not find it necessary to jack their prices so high so abrupty. Witnessed pet cremation is a niche service. Huge amounts of good will, referrals, recommendations are associated with that niche. So good luck to PCS/Lasting Paws. I am disappointed, dismayed with them, and also heartbroken that I will not be able to obtain the same services for my recently deceased elderly beagle as I have for all the other elderly dogs I have adopted and cared for many years. I doubt I am the only person who will be affected by this change. This company has gone from tops to bottoms in my view. Excessive profiteering off bereaved individuals is not acceptable in my view. Please note that I am not saying anything negative about any of the individuals who work there, who generally have seemed sincere and nice.

We wanted to personally bring Rusty to PCS when he passed away. We had talked with Kathy several times before and she was always very caring and understanding. They had a private room where we could say our last goodbyes and we found it very peaceful and comforting. We wanted the individual cremation service where they cremate your pet with a numbered stainless steel tag to make sure you only get your own pets ashes back. We were very happy with the service from PCS and highly recommend them. They are very caring and efficient and make the final time with your pet a pleasant memory.

I am so very thankful to Pet Cremation Services for their care, compassion and kindness the morning we spent there for the witness cremation for my beloved dog Bella Bear. John at the front desk is a sweet angel. He had a warm smile and was patient, caring. Jim, the owner, helped during the visitation and we watched as he put Bella Bear into the cremation area. He lifted her in like he was lifting his own beloved dog, I can't express how caring he was with her. It remains a good memory for me knowing she was handled with love her whole life, even until the very last moment, with her body. They offered such comfort during a very hard day. Thank you!

This place has made a really hard time in our family's life a good experience! We unfortunately have lost a horse and kitty in the last few months and they have cremated both of them for us. Not only did they handle everything with care, love, and lots of sympathy but they are very efficient. I got my remains back on both animals very quickly. It's been great working with everyone here. They really go above and beyond! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our babies!!

I found the staff to be both professional and sympathetic. Even the woman at the front counter nearly cried when she saw how distressed we were about losing our beloved dog. If I could change anything, I would like if it were possible to witness the cremation, so that we can be 100% assured that the ashes we received are hers and hers only. That being said, I have no reason to believe otherwise. Overall I was happy with the experience (as much as could be expected considering).
Terry Barnard
We had our 8-year-old best friend put down at the vet's office and arranged for the cremation through the vet. We didn't know beforehand who they worked with and I was a little worried given some horror stories I've heard that maybe we wouldn't actually get OUR dog's ashes back. But today, the vet called to say the ashes were ready to pick up. It turns out our vet used PCS and it was easy to tell from the way everything was packaged that this place really cared about our dog and was so careful and thoughtful in the way they conducted their services. Included was a certificate that stated these were the ashes of our dog. We didn't do business directly with you but I wanted to say thank you for caring for our dog as much as we do, and thank you for the way you do business, with the utmost integrity.

I put four stars only because the google "5 star" rating states "Loved it" - who can love having to do this? There is no doubt their service deserves 5 stars, I just couldn't click "loved it" because of the situation that caused me to seek their services.Very kind, compassionate, and professional staff. My dogs ashes were ready the next day and returned beautifully packaged. I have had three dogs cremated and this was, by far, the best presentation of returning the ashes.Due to her untimely death, and lack of scheduling on my part, I was not able to "witness" them putting her into the furnaces(not sure if there is a term specific to cremation devices) at the time I dropped her off but they said I could return later that day if I wanted to do so. If there are no other cremations scheduled, I imagine you can walk in and request this service when you take your pet in but I think they are usually scheduled at 9:00 a.m.They also have a viewing room, which I did not use as I had already said my goodbyes so I'm not sure what it is like. Overall, given the situation it was almost as good an experience as it could have been. My only wish is that I could have placed her into the furnaces myself. But I recognize that allowing someone do so is a huge safety issue and liability for them and do not hold any ill-feelings as a result. If you have any doubts that the ashes you are receiving are actually your pet, don't. My dog had knee surgery and they even went so far as to separate the hardware that was placed during her surgery from the rest of her ashes. They clearly go above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

Brought both of my doggies( my little sisters) that i had with me for 18 years. It was soo hard when both of my doggies died a year seperated. I found out about this place and honestly it kept my heart warm knowing that my doggies were in a safe and caring place. The staff there was great, were soo kind, and grabbed my doggies with such warm loving care. I recommend this place 100%. It is hard to say goodbye to your loving pets, but the service here really helps you feel better, and stay strong. Also I loved the loving card I got in the mail! that was sweet of the staff❤.

My 14yo pup passed away suddenly this week and we were devastated beyond belief. I've heard horror stories about pet crematoriums, and I wanted to make 100% sure we would only be receiving our pets cremains. I called nearly every crematorium in the state, and PCS was the only crematorium with complete transparency, and allowed us to watch the entire cremation process from start to finish. We weren't sure what to expect, but it was bright, airy, and and exceptionally clean facility. Our tech, Chris, was caring and considerate and we were so impressed. We had a really positive experience here.We tried to be as respectful as we could, so we faced a window as they cremated other animals. If you are paying for a solo/private cremation, I can honestly say with certainty, that is what you'll receive here.Thank you Chris and everyone at PCS for your transparency, care, and the hard work you all do. <3

I kept delaying picking up the ashes of my beloved golden retriever named Pal. Pal was my best friend and 24/7 companion (I have a home office) for 15 years. I made arrangements with Chuck, one of he owners to pick up Pal's ashes on a Saturday morning. The finality of her death really hit me on the drive to Pennylane and I had to wipe away tears as I drove. My stomach churned and I thought I might have to pull over and vomit. When I pulled into the driveway I was welcomed by two happy labs. It was comforting to know the owners had happy dogs. Chuck also greeted me and when inside talked with great sensitivity about the process and gave me Pal's ashes in an incredibly beautiful wooden earn. He also gave my her collar, which we ha neglect to remove from her body. I was so thrilled to have her collar and tags!Chuck said some nice things, but I was so chocked up all I could do was nod.I dreaded the experience and was awed by the care, sensitivity and professionalism I received.

I could not have been more pleased with Pet Cremation Services! I was distraught when my little hedgehog died and was pleasantly surprised by how professional, kind, and compassionate everyone at PCS was. The woman at the front desk (I think her name was Kate) was phenomenal and is truly a special human being who has the utmost respect for the deceased animals and their owners. I would highly recommend Pet Cremation Services to anyone and everyone.

I was so appreciative that I could actually come and see my dog. She was very special to me and they were all so kind and allowed me to be with her for as long as I needed. At the time she passed things happened so quickly, I really did not have quality time with her although I did tell her how much I loved her and will miss her. I am so glad I called them since my vets never let me know I could actually go visit her before she was cremated. Now I know. The staff was so supportive and kind, I will be using them in the future. I also learned that they are the only cremation facility that cremates horses.Thank you again for all your support.

I could not have asked for more healing souls to help me through this time. They are pet parents and 100% get it. I left a message early morning when my pet passed and my call was returned promptly upon them opening the office. They offer beautiful keepsakes and the service was fast.Thank you John and the rest of the staff for making a difficult situation into something a little more soothing.
Regina Lambert
They were very compassionate and sensitive; my sweet (late) puppy and I were treated with great respect and understanding. I could not have selected a better place to handle the sad, but necessary, process. I am very thankful for the time and caring treatment that we received.

Today I brought my 4 year old ferret Zachary in who passed 2 days ago, Kathy (the receptionist at the front desk) was extremely friendly and we talked pets and ferrets for a while. It really made me feel good that PCS isn't just a cremation business but actually cares about animals and your animal. Of course I haven't gotten him back yet but I'm sure everything will be great since it's a private cremation with the metal tags that stay with him during the process to make sure I get my lil' man back. :) Don't go through your vet for cremation, bring them to PCS and save yourself money to cherish your pet's memory, when I went for a small animal (1-2 lbs) it was only $70.

From the moment I brought my baby Smores in, through her witnessed cremation, and even after when adding ashes to a keepsake everyone here was nothing short of amazing. Losing her was a really hard thing for me and they treated myself and her remains with immaculate respect and understanding. I also loved that they were not pushy to make sales or rush you out of the building and educated us during the cremation process. I would definitely recommend and won't consider anywhere else from here on when dealing with the loss of a furry friend. Thank you to all the staff again!!!
Michele Lorenzen
The staff here is the most generous, kind and understanding people. I was a complete disaster and beyond sad over the loss of my best friend, dog-child Jasmine. They were very professional and provide a wonderful service. I highly recommend everyone to use their services! My boyfriend and I can't thank you all enough!

Our Reese passed away peacefully in her sleep. I reviewed several options and chose PCS. After my daughter and I actually went there, Kathy was so kind and sympathetic and she made it a little easier to handle. We spent our last moments with Reese in a little room and left when we felt we had said our goodbyes. I would recommend PCS to everyone who is looking for a compassionate place to lay their pet to rest.

Wonderful place to take you beloved family memeber for cremation. Affordable, wide array of options to keep your ashes in(beautiful urns, carved wooden boxes, boxes with frames on them, pendants, etc.), and a clean facility with a nice room to say goodbye to your pet. The staff are extremely nice and sympathetic. They explain the entire process which is one of the best I've ever dealt with. They keep a tag with you pet at all time and check it at each step to ensure that you receive your pet that your brought in(unlike other facilities that have been known to return dogs and other animals that weren't the right ones). I am very happy I was recommended this place to take my beloved chameleon Milton(they take all animals without judgement. He said they even cremated a goldfish for a little boy and they will also take as large as horses). I highly recommend you give them a try with your pet when the unfortunate time comes.
Lorissa Winkler
They were so caring and compassionate when I lost my 15 year old Chihuahua. I paid $150 for cremation, an urn, and paw print. The front desk ladies were so sweet. She even gave me a hug when I couldent stop crying saying goodbye to my sweet Gizzy. I'm glad a place like this exists and I'm happy to have her back with me forever.

Chuck and the Pennylane family treated us like family. We shared our stories and how we miss our furry companion Ali. The kindest people and we would recommend these amazing folks to anyone. This is never an easy time, but Pennylane brought a sense of comfort knowing they take great care and love in the whole process. Thanks you Pennylane for all you do, Ali would appreciate the love as well :)
Jazmine Becker

M
The staff is very good. Five stars for them. The parent company execs, that now owns this and other crematories in the area, has started price gouging grieving customers over the past years. Zero stars for them.
Lisa Perez (Senecal)

Laura Kelley
Losing my pug of 13 years (and my first adopted pet) was incredibly difficult a few weeks ago, but the Pennylane family made the process less painful. They were kind, understanding, and patient as our family said goodbye to Lola. The facility is clean and on a lovely farm with their own animals around so you feel at peace when you arrive. They treat your pet with the dignity he/she deserves and we couldn't be more thankful for this. They truly understand what it's like to love a pet as they've had to say goodbye to many of their own. When the time comes, this is a place where you can find some peace.
Becky Wells

Shortly after moving to Denver, I tragically and unexpectedly lost my cobalt lineolated parakeet. I found PCS online and they had the perfect tiny urn. From beginning to end, PCS was amazing. Everyone was compassionate, caring and patient. I had specific requests that were honored. PCS is passionate about excellence and has integrity. They were such a blessing during a very difficult time and I am so thankful for them!
Tara Cozzetto
Excellent customer service! The craftmanship of the clay pawprint I got for my cat Calie is exquisite! I loved how sympathetic they were and they made sure to verify the spelling of my cats name before making the mold. I had another cat die earlier and that vet place I used completely misspelled her name so I was devastated. I highly recommend Pet Cremation Services for anyone to take their deceased fur baby.

The people here are so very compassionate and caring about what they do. It shows in every aspect of what they do.When my precious kitty passed on Thanksgiving, they took every precaution they could to ensure that our experience was still sincere and caring under all of the covid restrictions that have been put in place. From carside service to the caring individuals who helped us, I sincerely thank you.

I can't express enough how highly I think of Penny Lane. During one of the most difficult times in my life, the passing of my 19yr old cat (my child), they gave me absolute kindness during every interaction. I called several times asking questions, as I knew my girl would be dying soon, and every time I broke down in tears. I was not made to feel awkward, rushed, and given the patience I needed and always answered my questions fully. When they came to my home to pick up my girl who had just passed, the level of kindness and understanding about my emotional state and sensitivity to everything involved made the process so much easier. I didn't have any one else with me and because of how they interacted with me, giving me all the time I needed to say good bye, and even asked me to tell them about her, I didn't need anyone else there. Prior to choosing Penny Lane, I had called multiple places comparing services, customer support and pricing, all of which made Penny Lane an obvious choice for me. Thank you Penny Lane for all the support, kindness and professionalism you gave me that I needed during the death/transition of my 4 legged child. Blessings. Chris

I cant give 5 stars because I went through my vets office and not Pennylane directly, however I received my baby's ashes back today (yes I cried). I had to say goodbye to her 9 days ago. I miss her terribly. Pennylane provided a beautiful, wooden urn and I just feel that they handled her with care. Thank you.

Creepy, tacky place with unprofessional service. I made an appointment for a witness cremation, which was confirmed by phone by a woman employee. When my daughter and I arrived, there was no appointment, and no real apology, no alternative except to come back in two hours (which was not possible for my daughter). This place suggested everything I feared about sending my beloved dog for cremation: that he would be handled by coarse people, without regard for integrity of his remains.
David Stepaniak
Our veterinary center utilized the memorial services of Lasting Paws for a private cremation for our corgi. All due care, respect, and attention to detail was provided by Lasting Paws, for which we are grateful. Thank you.

Lost my NellyBell a week before Thanksgiving and they took good care of her. This is the 2nd dog that I have had cremated with them and they were very respectful and kind. Pretty reasonable prices urns and keepsakes.

My dog passed away and my son found this place. They have a private room to say good bye. I got a pretty wood urn with my dogs ashes...compassionate staff. Id recommend this place to anyone. I love the ashes are in a plastic bag in the urn so i can get some for my paw print tattoo. 💛

The staff here are amazing. From my initial contact on the phone eight weeks ago I perceived a very high level of integrity. Meeting them in person served only to confirm my first impression! I found them to be extremely sensitive to my needs. They answered every question I had. Prior to this experience I had no exposure to creamation so I had lots of questions.Viewing Stu in the private grieving room was very similar to funerals I had attended for humans. They had wrapped him in his favorite blankets and he was curled up as if he was sleeping peacefully. When it came time for the creamation they were so supportive. They had me look into the machine so I could verify that there were no other animals in it. I had requested that he be cremated by himself - a private creamation. They also explained the use of a metal identifying tag that had been with his body from the time that he died. I learned that it would stay with him through the creamation so as to eliminate the possibility of his remains being confused with another animal.I left the facility for 3 1/2 hours and returned to pick up his ashes. They handed them to me in a very simple tin enclosed in a soft fabric bag. It was so simple, so not pretentious. The tin was still warm to the touch which I found incredibly comforting. One last thing. When they touched his body and handled him they did so with so much respect. It was exactly like I would imagine they would handle their own pets if they found themselves in my position.I would trust them whole heartedly! You can to.

Thank you!
Brea Lightfield
This place has made a really hard time in our family's life a good experience! We unfortunately have lost a horse and kitty in the last few months and they have cremated both of them for us. Not only did they handle everything with care, love, and lots of sympathy but they are very efficient. I got my remains back on both animals very quickly. It's been great working with everyone here. They really go above and beyond! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our babies!!
Stephen Anderson
Steph Donley

Darren White
Treated me extremely well during an exceptionally hard time, and showed my late dog the respect he deserved. I am happy to have him back with me in the wooden urn, and the paw print provided is a great memento. Thank you, very much.

I recently had my cat Aela Vex returned to me in a metal can which had a cloth bag around it, all stuffed in a ziplock bag, then in another paper bag. I greatly do not appreciate what I have received. I guess you can't assume that the remains will be placed in a proper ceramic or porcelain urn. You need to have proper sheets to fill out at all vet clinics who use your services so we can know if we have to select options like not having our cat placed in a freaking metal can.
Katrina Kaptain
My boy was sent here for cremation. I paid for everything they offer including a clay paw print, an ink print, and a hair sample. Got his ashes in a box with the clay only. No hair no ink print. Disappointed is an understatement, but it’s too late now. Got some money back, but $22 isn’t worth the memories.

My beloved dog, Buster died 9-13-2013 and brought him in to PCS. Jim was very understanding and professional. I will recommend and also use them in the future. They made one of the worst days of my life a little easier. Super reasonable prices.

Very patient and compassionate. Thank you so much for helping us through this difficult time. We have peace knowing you are treating our sweet dog with respect and taking care of the things that we cannot. We cannot thank you enough.

Pet Cremation Services was professional, caring and really helped us with the sudden loss of our cat. I am so thankful to have found them during a very stressful time.

It is so very sad to loose a loved and cherished pet. Pennylane helps make the passing easier to deal with because of their kind and compassionate service. I highly recommend them.
Alissa Van Der Kamp
I was able to walk in with my kitty. I didn't need an appointment, and it wasn't required to go through a vet. I went with the standard service, but they had a large selection of urns to choose from. Staff was caring and professional

Chuck, Kayln and the rest of the Penny Lane family, you guys are truly a blessing to the pet world. Thank you for taking care of Bubba for us. Losing him was hard, but knowing you guys would be there to love him and respectfully provide for him, made it so much easier for us. Thank you for everything you do.

I have had my second dog cremated here. I am very pleased with their service. Always very polite and very professional.

A kind, thoughtful, and considering the circumstances, wonderful experience from beginning to end. All the people could not have been better. They went out of their way to help in this difficult time.Kind, respectful, caring???? Yes. Tacky??? not a bit. Whoever wrote that review should get the mental help they need. They were also dead wrong about the people that work there.
Priscilla Truman
I had both of my pups cremated here. The people are very caring and considerate you wants/needs at a reasonable price. Love them!

Most of our animals have been cremated here either taken by us or sent by our Vet depending on the situation. We have always been treated very kindly and with compassion.
Tammi DeJong
They were very nice there very calming and they made me feel comfortable about leaving my bearded dragon there and knowing he was in good hands...I picked him up today and received a certificate of cremation as well as a velvet bag with a tin and a bag of ashes from my baby with the original tag that was also with him....thank you for everything

i had to but my boxer down and did my homework before hand, the vet wanted to take him at the vet office and have him picked up, but i insisted on taking him to be cremated my self, i was really broken up when i got there ,they made the whole thing effortless ,my dog weighed 85 lbs so i had hime in my back seat, when all the paper work was done i mentioned that i wanted more time with him and was going to do it in the back seat, ,the man said we have a room set up for that, and they picked him up and made him very presentable, i stayed there about 45 minutes, i can't tell you what it meant to me, they really are very very good at what they do there.................

Denise Blackthorn
My dog passed away and my son found this place. They have a private room to say good bye. I got a pretty wood urn with my dogs ashes...compassionate staff. Id recommend this place to anyone. I love the ashes are in a plastic bag in the urn so i can get some for my paw print tattoo. 💛
Bethany Christensen (Sissy)
You can to.
