I experienced the sudden and unexpected loss of my beloved dog, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the compassion shown by the owner and family of the facility. It was late when I arrived which most businesses are closed, heartbroken and in need of support. The owner welcomed my girl, Isreal, with kindness and understanding, providing a beautiful lotus heart urn to honor her memory.The professionalism and empathy displayed by this business truly stood out. They keep their doors open for families in mourning, offering a comforting space during such a difficult time. Their approach alleviated the burden of having to hold onto my cherished fur baby overnight, allowing me to focus on processing my emotions. I am deeply appreciative of their services and the care they provide to grieving families like mine.As a combat veteran, the loss of my service dog, Isreal, has been an incredibly difficult experience. She was not just a pet; she was my loyal companion and my lifeline in managing PTSD. When I faced the heartbreaking task of saying goodbye, I was fortunate to find Ashes to Ashes.I am profoundly grateful for the support they provided, allowing me to honor Israel’s memory in a meaningful way. It saddens me to be in the position to write this review, but it is due. Monday night my sweet boy Duke passed away. Tuesday morning, at a loss I googled “dog cremation near me” and I’m so glad it brought me here. The owners are both so kind and understanding. They made the experience personal and quick. I got to take my boy home Wednesday afternoon, just a day later. I’m sorry if you have to go through the loss of a pet but should you face that, I would recommend this place to any pet lover wanting cremation.

We had planned on arriving with our boy at a certain time, but as you can imagine with the death of someone special, things didn't go as planned. They still greeted us with compassion and kindness even though we were an hour late. While I hope to not use their services again for a long, long time, when the time comes I will be calling them.
