My cat Codex passed away a couple weeks ago due to cancer. I was able to drop her with a vet in Boulder who uses this service for cremation. The website was super easy to navigate and i received a phone call to go over a request Iβd made - to have some of her ashes separated for my ex husband. They were more than happy to oblige. I received free shipping to my home. The only thing I felt that was missing was shipping info. I received an initial email to select my options and a phone call, but no other communication.I received her ashes back about a week later and everything was packaged beautifully. Her urn is perfect, as well as the ceramic paw prints I requested. They even placed a small plastic bag of her ashes into a cloth bag for my ex. When the time comes to say goodbye to my next pets, I will be happy to use them again.

I lost my little purring companion over the weekend which left me completely heartbroken and devastated. I didnβt know what to do or who to call. When I googled pet crematorium, I came across Lasting Paws, and Iβm so glad that I did. Jolene was so sweet, companionate and understanding my unfortunate situation. Because it was close to closing, she guided me on how to properly handle and care for my baby, worked with my work scheduled by staying extra to assist me. Once we arrived, we were welcomed with such compassion and kindness and made the process so easy. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for your service and support during this difficult time. I know my Kronkie is in good hands. ππ½

With the passing of my little dachshund, I had her cremated like all of my dogs. The urn boxes of selection at the vet hospital were the same as my previous choice. I ordered the rosewood box as I have in the past.I received the cheapest looking box that had been torched burned. This didn't even come close to the box at the vet office. I would have never chosen such shitty looking box for the remains of my precious girl. After emailing this company, I received excuses they had changed vendors and how I could look on their website and spend more money to purchase something else. They are a business with a bate and switch. Offers you one thing and send you the shittest cheap crap. They have not taken the old samples out of the vet offices. They RIP you off with bate and switch. Don't trust them at all.**After this review was sent, I got a phone call offering up any urn on their site of my choice for free. He noted their website and vet offices were to be updated, but no Rosewood urns. I want the Rosewood urns I paid for. They've done nothing to provide me the urns I paid for. They never offered to pay for Rosewood urns from another company or anything. The caller even hung up on me when I insisted I didn't want any other urn than the Rosewood **

I work in a large veterinary clinic and we have used their service for years. They are very open and transparent about all steps of the aftercare process. Every employee I've interacted with has been very kind and compassionate. I recently lost my own dog and that compassion was shown again in my direct communications with them.

A few weeks ago my family lost our sweet Saint Bernard, and then a few days ago lost our sweet little bunny, and both were sent to Lasting Paws through our vet. Their kindness, attention to detail, efficient timing and beautiful work with everything really helped my family and I through this very difficult time. Both their paw prints are absolutely beautiful. We also asked for some tufts of fur from our bunny and they gave both my sister and I a good amount of her most beautiful markings in a very nice card. I cannot recommend this place enough and am so blessed that they honored our pets in the most beautiful way we have ever seen. Thank you guys so much π©·

I had to say goodbye to my most loved and treasured companion last month. She was my best friend. Having to make decisions for aftercare was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, but the crew at Lasting Paws were so compassionate and caring from beginning to end. I want to especially thank Jolene for how communicative and genuine she was with me through the entire process while my Little Miss was in their care. I will forever recommend Lasting Paws services and their team to anybody looking for a truly compassionate aftercare service for their companions. Thank you so much, Lasting Paws, for how perfect everything was.

Wes is AMAZING. Thank you for taking great care of Bruiser. His is sadly missed. The pendent with his ashes is so beautiful. His paw (both clay and ink) , and nose prints are better then I could have ever hoped. Much love.

Super understanding and patient with extending time to get finances together to afford what we wanted. Only took 6 days (total) from cremation date to arrive via UPS truck! Fast and clean, completely settling my cats final journey....I can't say thank you enough for everything I was provided and received from Westley and Lasting Paws.

We tragically lost our 10 month old Great Dane puppy Max on 12/13/22. I didn't want anyone else handling his after life care but Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services. Everyone, and I mean everyone was so incredibly compassionate and caring and made me feel comfortable and cared for while I broke down many times. We got his remains back today (12/14/22) and his urn is absolutely beautiful. His paw print and nose print are perfect and we are so thankful to have these items to honor his life and the memories that we have.

My Adi died while I was work. Coming home to find her lifeless was a horrible shock. I called Lasting Paws and the woman who answered (Ashley? Sorry I was sort in shock and don't remember her name) was very kind and compassionate. I took Adi in almost immediately to have her cremated. Ashley understood how upset I was and gave me all the time I needed to say my goodbye. Ashley made an extremely difficult time easier and I can't thank her enough for her kindness. When the time comes with my other dog andcat I will definitely entrust them to Lasting Paws

My experience with Rainbow Bridge was wonderful. I called them early in the day to let them know my kitty would be leaving this world and they accommodated me with no hesitation. They gave me my privacy and time. The facility was beautiful and so incredibly clean. As a funeral director, I also appreciated the cleanliness of the retort area. The whole facility is lovely and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for the kindness and flexibility. The ladies that helped us were wonderful. They even polished and filled my little cremation keepsake. I felt comfortable leaving my kitty with them. I can't say thank you enough.

Losing my beloved cat has been nothing less than unbearable, but Rainbow Bridge has made the entire process a lot easier. I called and they told me to bring her in whenever I was ready, no appointment needed. The receptionist was so incredibly kind over the phone and really showed me much needed compassion, and made me feel like she truly understood the pain of losing a pet. She even greeted me outside the building and walked me inside. This place truly has such a welcoming presence and it makes all the difference in times of grief like this.Everyone at the desk was so interested in hearing about my cat as if she were still alive, and spoke so kindly of her. I had no doubts that my sweet baby was in good hands during her passing period. They had a huge selection of urns, with lots of variety and options for customization. The lobby is very neat and tidy, and feels nothing like what Iβd imagine a crematorium would. It was honesty a wonderful, wholesome experience and I am so thankful for the staff at Rainbow Bridge. I highly recommend.

Our beloved dog Bear unexpectedly passed away and I was beyond devastated. I called Rainbow Bridge trying to talk through my tears and I instantly realized I called the right place. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so very sweet and friendly. Once we arrived at the facility we were greeted at the car and she gave me a big hug which was what I absolutely needed, then she carried in our precious little dog for us. I was blown away by how nice and clean the place was. She took our little guy into a private room, so we could say our final goodbye to him. She was so compassionate and gave me another hug before we left, I was just a complete wreck. A few days later when we arrived to pick up Bear's remains, my son being a 7 year old was really interested in seeing the ashes, so the man offered to take us back to see the ashes and explained what they do with the ashes of the pets people don't want to take. It was very nice of him to do that! I wish I had remembered their names, but my mind is still consumed with losing my little buddy. I loved the urn and paw print I received, I really recommend getting the pawprint done. This place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.

We lost our beloved dog to a horrible disease, despite surgery that gave her back to us for a month. The staff at Rainbow Bridge were absolutelywonderful to us, caring for our obvious grief. They provided everythingwe needed, and explained all the costs. I actually purchased a beautifulpendant with our girl's nose print and paw print which I wear almostall the time. They offer many kinds of memorials at all prices. Weare thankful they are in the business.

I unexpectedly lost my Guinea Pig Theo and have never had a pet cremated before. I called and asked about the process. They were very kind on the phone and understanding.I took Theo in the next day and noticed right away how clean the building was how sweet ths staff were. I know in the future I'll be bringing my other pets here. It gave me so much more peace to choose where they go.They went out of there way and worked with me on times because of my work schedule. All together my total was $65 for the cremation and paw print. The paw print cost a little over $14 and is worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

We have used this service for years at the clinic I worked at and they were so lovely to work with. More recently our personal dog passed and they were able to get perfect paw and nose prints to preserve her memory, as well as whiskers for a memorial piece that an artist friend makes. π§‘

My grandmothers beloved pet passed away on Mother's Day, she was so upset about it. My husband and I had no experience with animals passing so we went online for pet resting places and we found some here in Cheyenne except for the fact that it was a Sunday and they were all closed. On top of that they did not list any instructions on what to do with my grandmas pet to help preserve from her decomposition. The places here in Cheyenne were only open on certain days and times for cremation. This completely overwhelmed us, so we looked in the Colorado area and found Rainbow bridge. We jumped on the phone and guess what they even answered the phone on Sunday on Mothers day, we were only hoping to hear a voicemail with instructions telling us what we could do with my grandmas beloved pet until Monday. They were so kind and genuine with us on the phone and gave us instructions for my grandmas pet. They could tell that we were still pretty upset they offered to meet us at their funeral home. We immediately took them up on their offer. They greeted us with warm hugs, compassion and deep understanding. We were given as much time as needed to say our goodbyes in a private room. They then walked us through the whole process and lets us knowing all the difference pricing and packages. They then brought up the remains to Cheyenne. They were very very affordable. We will forever be grateful to Rainbow Bridge for picking up the phone and opening up their hearts.

Our beloved cat passed unexpectedly on 1/20/17. I called Rainbow Bridge that morning to make arrangements. We were greeted at the door using our names. We were taken to a room where we could say our final goodbyes. Staff was very sensitive to our children and their feelings of loss. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. I felt no pressure to hurry or to make any purchases. Considering our horrible loss, Rainbow Bridge was wonderful and respectful. I highly recommend them and we will use again in the future.

I arrived at the Rainbow Bridge facility steeling myself not to cry, but found that my tears were accepted and understood by the warm and empathic woman behind the counter and the chihuahua who shared my chair. Although I left my precious German Shepherd behind to be cremated, I knew she was in good hands and recognized as a beloved family member. I look forward to returning there to pick up her ashes. We have a few more aging dogs so I am glad to know thereβs a place like this.

I lost my best friend on 10/15/16. Rainbow Bridge made this horrible experience as easy as they could on me. They have tons of different memorial pieces that you can choose from. I got a beautiful necklace with paw prints on it that they filled with Mac's ashes for me and they made a sand stone with his cute little paw print in it. He passed on a Saturday and was ready to pick up by noon on Monday. They even have private rooms for you to say your final goodbyes. Thank you for making this process easier on my family and I guys. RIP Macaroni <3

I want to thank Rainbow Bridge, especially Lori and Kelly, for always being there for myself and my clients during such difficult and sad times that follow the loss of our beloved kitties. Kelly and Lori are so compassionate and caring; they take their time in making us comfortable during our moments of grief. Thank you for everything !

Do not take your passed love ones to this horrible location unless you want to be bombarded with phone calls about a 45 dollar bill that was supposed to be covered by the vet hospital. When I called to talk to them about it I was yelled at and told they would never accept another one of our pets and would send our bill to an attorney. They are rude and unbelievably inconsiderate to that fact that my family just lost a loved pet. It was not my choice to use them in the first place and hopefully no one has to ever go through so much heartbreak to turn around and be bullied by the cremation service over 45 dollars. I truly hope you cannot keep you business open without it and do us all a favor and shut down. No one needs you sour bullying on top of their loss.

These people are amazing and gracious and delicate. We were given their information from Aspen Wing Animal Hospital in Longmont and we couldn't have been more satisfied. They were soothing and didn't pressure us into anything. Most people were not sympathetic for the loss of our Chinese Water Dragon, but they treated us with such care and concern. They even got all four claws on a mold for us. I highly recommend them over anyone else. We were very fortunate to be directed to them.

I received a phone call from Rainbow Brodge this afternoon stating that they βpicked up Zeusβs body today and the commission is $120 for the servicesβ1) DO NOT TELL ME THAT YOU PICKED UP MY CATS BODY TODAY - three days after I had no other choice than to put him down.2) Iβm not sure who needs to change their policies and believe me, the vet clinic will get an ear full as well, I was not aware the cremations services WERE NOT included in the thousands of dollars I already spent to try and save my cat.So not only did you rub coarse salt in my very open wound of losing my beloved pet, I now have to pay an additional $120 to get him back? Just go ahead and throw some vinegar in that wound and see how that helps too!I regret choosing your company.Whoever did receive my phone call back stating to go ahead with services was very lovely, and she did apologize - Iβm obviously not going to leave my cat anywhere other than somewhere special with his brotherβs ashes.

Dealing with Lori and the rest of the staff at Rainbow Bridge was a very easy process with everything we had going on after putting our 7 year old Boxer, Joba, down.Initially I called after hours and was going to leave a message to be called back but Lori answered and spoke with me for about 10 minutes; answering all my questions. We out Joba to sleep in Fort Collins and they took care of picking his body up from the vet and we didn't have to do anything. A day later he was ready to be picked up in a very nice "basic" box.I thanked Lori for her care and kindness and when I mentioned the after hours conversation she said, "Well our pets don't always pick convenient times to pass away so we like to be available all the time."Despite what one reviewer thought who apparently doesn't understand how businesses are run (i.e. services rendered for payment) I WHOLEHEARTEDLY disagree. When we inevitability have to go through this process again (3 dogs and 2 cats remaining). Rainbow Bridge has my business.

Although my Kiba's funeral got messed up and I didn't get to see him one last time, Lori and Kelly were professional about the whole thing and they made sure I was taken care off before leaving. They are both very nice people and just felt horrible about the whole misunderstanding. I have two other dogs and when they pass I will be coming back to them.

I called to see if they would be able to assist me. I live in the next town over. No compassion, just a blanket statement of 'I don't know' when asked if a transport could be scheduled. Called another company and was immediately greeted, sympathized with, and given options. Very disappointed with Lasting Paws!

The staff were very kind and helpful, I appreciated the way they did their jobs... However, there is one issue that I hope to prevent someone else from having to deal with... Whomever did the foot impressions of my little guy, was not very familiar with parrots, as they are zygodactyl, two toes forward & two back... Whomever took my little guy's peetprints took one of his rear-facing toes and twisted it around, to make an impression reminiscent of an Anisodactyl songbird... It is upsetting, not only because at this point the impressions cannot be redone, but prior to then being taken, we'd discussed my intention to use algenate to make a positive mold which could by used to get ink prints...

I have not yet used their services, but I do enjoy having a visual of businesses & love the photos I found on Google. They should add those photos to their website & FB pages, too.

There was a mix up with my pets paw print from a different location the staff here was very friendly in helping direct me to the next steps.

I went through my vet for their services, but when I called with a question they responded quickly and with kindness. The paw print and lock of fur are nice additions to the keepsake of my fur baby.

The attention I received from young Wes is excellent, he is really kind and compassionate, his words of support in this difficult situation of cremating my little guinea pig, Yinito, were a comfort, I hope there are more people like him in the work related to our beloved pets.

Rainbow Bridge really helped me out in a time of great need. After more than 10 years in the business, Rainbow Bridge still has the same exceptional dedication to their clients and the pets they serve. They love what they do and it shows.

I called to see if they would be able to assist me. I live in the next town over. No compassion, just a blanket statement of 'I don't know' when asked if a transport could be scheduled. Called another company and was immediately greeted, sympathized with, and given options. Very disappointed with Lasting Paws!

Rough week for us losing our best friend of 14 years. This business was great and helpful β¦ they went above and beyond during this so we could get our boy home quick.

At such a difficult time dealing with our beloved family dog passing, I could not think of a more kind, generous and loving place to help us with this final process. You can tell when people actually care deeply, and at Rainbow bridge they truly care. Thank you!

They were so wonderful to me. They understand the loss of your companion and friend. There was no pressure to upgrade or anything. My S'koshi and I were treated with respect. They listen to your story and allow you time to say goodbye.

On March 3rd I had to make a hard decision and let my shih tzu go, she was 17 and our vet said that her heart was too weak to keep going.Rainbow bridge took care of her cremation and got her ashes back in a week, really understanding people.Thank you guys

I highly recommend Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services. They were very professional, caring, and patient with me when I unexpectedly lost my fur baby George. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had my rat βCrematedβ. It was taken to you guys. I got back his supposedly ashes and it was sand in the bag. This upsets me as I pain a good amount and I loved him dearly. Having my past 3 rats cremated all looked the same. This time it was sand. Iβm sorry you guys are doing this and have a change of heart next time

This is the place when shock and grief have taken your heart. Their confident and gentle ways helps a person know their loved pet will be taken care of with grace it deserves. They care...
