I have to say the care and support i recieved was beyond the 5 stars. We lost our 56 day old kitten and it was nice to say someone really cared how we felt with the loss. Sabine was a special little bean to me. Five Light's treated her with utmost respect. Sabine was the size of my hand. She had a favorite sock she played with. A Winnie the Pooh sock saying ENJOY THE LITTLE THINGS. She was and forever will be my Joy. Five Light's was so professional,supportive and everything done in a timely manner. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Will recommend always. I hope I wont need your services for sometime,but if I do I will be there.

We lost our sweet Bailey back in 2019 and our boy Diesel just last week. We have used Parachute Vet Clinic for both of our pups journey to the afterlife and Five Light's seems to have taken wonderful care of them and gave us beautiful paw prints and boxes for their ashes. Unfortunately, my cat passed away approximately a month ago. I live out of town, and my vet here charged an exorbitant amount for a private cremation. After making a few calls to Vets in Grand Junction, they recommended 5 Lights.I called, and let Garren know about my situation, and I would be traveling some distance to drop cat off with him.Garren was kind, gracious, and very accommodating.Thank You Garren, and 5 Lights! You'll be recommended highly!

I just wanted to say, Five Light did a wonderful job taking care of my pet and best friend , Smokey kitty! I appreciate all they did! Smokey is very special to me and Five Light's treated him as their own! This is who our veterinarian sends them to, so he recommended them and I highly recommend anyone who loses their fur baby as I did, to take them to Five Light's. when you have special services for consumers. You have to be on your A game all the time, no room for errors. For what ever reason we missed out on our pets paw print. I do understand that things happen.

My special boy Flash Cadillac passed away a few days ago. Jason was wonderful, so patient and compassionate when he came to pick up our boy. I had made an appointment for his pick-up but we weren't quite ready to let him go. Jason was wonderful & so understanding. He waited until we were ready,had a chance to cry & say all of our goodbyes. When he brought our boy back he brought us 2 paw prints, 1 for myself and 1 for my daughter so we could each have 1 (we only ordered 1). I would highly recommend them to anyone who has lost a beloved furbaby.

We called five lights after our beloved dog passed. They were prompt and courteous andthe lady who came to pick up Max was extremely sympathetic, and hugged me before sheleft. I can't say I was happy to use Five light's because that means one of my adored animalshas passed, but if you want to have your dog cremated with compassion, and dignity then thisis the only way to go. I will always be grateful to how kind they were to me.

Prince my little 4 mo kitten passed away this evening been with her all night and morning trying to fine a vet that will take me in.so I was there at my house when she took her last breath.i called around to see who cremate pets ran across five light and they took her in a few hour ago.they took care of me and they know our fury friends are family that we love so much.....thank you very much you guys.

When our fur baby Captain Jack Sparrow passed suddenly it was so devastating for us. Eventhough it was late in the evening Claudia allowed us to bring him to them so we wouldn't have to stress about having to preserve him until morning. We were greeted with compassion , hugs and words of comfort. When we picked up the urn, Jason showed us the same compassion and even asked us about Jack and listened to the stories we told him. We highly recommend Five Lights Pet Crematory

My cat suddenly crossed the rainbow bridge Sunday morning. No symptoms or warning. Within a minute she was gone. Feeling lost, I looked up places to have her cremated and no where was open. My fiancé decided to call a few of these places anyways. He called five lights first. They got back to us within 15 minutes and told us they'll be able to help. We drove out and met a lady and her little boy. I filled out a small sheet of paper and the lady held our kitty in her favorite blanket until we left. My fiance picked up her ashes today and they came in a nice auburn wooden box. We also got her blanket back. I'm so thankful they could help us. I can't believe they helped us on their day off and got her ashes back to us so quick, within a day. I cannot thank them enough. Now we have our kitty back home.

Highly recommend. Our Bella past away suddenly over night. They came and picked her up for us that morning and dropped her off to us the next afternoon. We are so happy if decided to use them. It was my first experience cremating a dog. They are very compassionate and it was well welcomed in a time like this. Thanks for the hugs Jason!

We have brought two of our fur babies here, over the past year and a half, and will choose them over other companies in the future. They are a small family owned business, were compassionate towards us when other establishments were not, are sincere, and timely. Although we haven't had to use this offered service, they do house calls, which is very nice of them. Cannot rave about or recommend their level of service enough.

The gentleman who I worked with was amazing. He understood how hard losing my best friend was and treated the situation with true sadness. He was an absolute professional as needed and greeted and left us with hugs and understanding. He gave me a price upfront that included pickup and bringing my boy home after in an urn. I can't thank Five Light's enough for taking the time to care and treat the situation appropriately. I will refer everyone I can to them. Ten stars.

Everyone dreads the moment in time when you need to make a call to a pet crematory. Broken and distraught we called them after we lost our Tigger. They answered my call immediately and made time for us to bring him to them. Friendly, loving and compassionate are just a few of the words I would use to describe our experience on what is the darkest day of a pet lover's life. They were patient as my family gathered the funds to compensate them for their service, and hugged us like family. I never felt ashamed for my tears and he spent time with us as we sorted through our emotions and signed the paperwork. They didnt collect payment when we dropped him off and were very kind in the process when we picked him up to bring him home.I couldn't recommend them more. We got the clay pawprint and pressed paper urn.Thank you guys for your love and understanding, we will inevitably be making this call again. I just hope it's not for a while, as I am sure all those that call you feel.

Same situation as previous review. Tyler came to get my beloved Dakota within 90 mins of my call out here in Fruita. I felt he handled him with care and was patient as I said goodbye....I will need them again more than likely.

After the untimely death of Elvis the Beagle at the Capital Reef National Park in Utah it was difficult to find a crematory. Tyler Waterman, and other members of his family, at the Five Light's Pet Crematory were most accommodating and responsive; carrying out the cremation process in a caring, professional, and dependable manner. I recommend their services without reservation.
